Never loads 1st time!. This app needs plenty of work! It NEVER loads the cameras the first time, and seldom loads cameras as you switch display scenes. Go back to Vmax Plus until you get it right! 🤨

Rarely works. I might be able to see my cameras while I’m away, maybe once every other month. A lot of money for very little use. Look somewhere else for a security system.

Easy to use!. I like the new app! Timeline on the bottom is easy to navigate, but still have traditional calendar view. The “home screen” is unique...can see home and work systems, with a thumbnail pic...time & weather widget is a unique touch.

Unable to access. I’m being told Pathfinder is no longer supported and it needs a firmware update but all those bugs have been fixed, I’ve updated all the network firmware to the complete system and this app still isn’t allowing access. Access has been an ongoing issue for over a year.

Potential. The old DW app was fantastic, I don’t understand what’s going on. If I can even get the cameras up I can’t watch any recorded footage. Which pretty much makes my camera system useless. Please fix this

Big no. I’d give this no stars. I can not play back any footage, ever. It’s always kicking me off saying the dvr/nvr is disconnected. I’m literally sitting right next to it.

Great Step Forward. Wow! This app has really taken the mobile management of my VMAX IP Plus systems to a whole new level. Great features and functionality.

Highly Dissatisfied. This app is terrible. I had to buy a new DW DVR and the instructions said the DVR uses this app. I was using the DW VMAX app and that was so much better. This one makes the search function impossible to use. Constantly times out on me or says DVR lost connection when I can reconnect and go back and watch what I am searching for but I have to start all over again. Looking for an alternative app to use or maybe a whole different DVR system. This one is just terrible. Also the picture quality actually got worse. How is that? I don’t recommend at all.

Horrible. The most frustrating app. You will wait for ever to load and when it finally does it crashes! Every time! Hundred of times. Unbearable

App crashes every time. App crashes every time I access the cameras. Running a business and keeping an eye things remotely and having the one method to view remotely and the app crashes is unacceptable. Last update 8 months ago??? Not cool.

Doesn’t work with iOS 14.3. Before iOS 14.3, it barely worked on ATT 5G anywhere. I only got connected once. It did work on WiFi. Now since the upgrade it doesn’t work at all.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible worked when first installed by tech and has not worked on any of our phones since. Have tried contacting techs and we are ignored.

Doesn't work. So much for being able to check your cameras when you're out and about when this app doesn't work whatsoever. Would have been better off not buying the cameras at all because you can never look in on them. Thanks.

Firmware Update. Been getting a message for Firmware update for months. No one can give me an answer as to the fix. Can not view anything remotely.

Good concept. I love the idea of viewing my cameras from anywhere in the world over wifi. I like the ability to see the recordings and live video. The big issue is that it is very slow and laggy. Sometimes it cuts out the connection all together. It is basically unusable. If they fix the latency issue and the connection between the NVR and the application, i would give it 5 stars. Hope to see this fixed!
