Check the Terms and Conditions carefully!. The translation to UK English and US English are mixed with French, with the US version being almost completely untranslated. German has similar but more limited errors. Obviously It should not be incumbent upon the potential user to translate this requirement for using the application.

Very Unrealistic Pay, Doesn’t track steps correctly!. I am very disappointed with this app. I continue to use it each day in hopes there will be an update coming up. If you are not a huge walker like me, this is not the app for you. You will be getting 1-3 coins a day and it takes thousands to cash out. Not to mention, I wear a fitbit every day. It tracks my steps very well and is connected to my “Apple Health” -I understand not all people have apple products this is just my experience- My steps on my watch and loaded within the Health app are always SIGNIFICANTLY higher than they are on the Weward app. So I am losing out on rewards I should be getting ever single day. I mean every single day, the step counter on Weward and on my Health app are THOUSANDS of steps apart. And it gives you no option to input the correct number of steps which is understandable because people would cheat the system. But can you guys make it to where out smart watches can sync to the app? or at least to where the Health app can sync to the Weward app? Why is this not already a feature??? I’m tired of missing out on Rewards I should be getting every single day. I do not leave my phone in my pocket to walk every where I go. I shouldn’t have to keep my phone in my pocket at the gym. And afterall, keeping your phone close to your skin is known to cause cancer, so why are you guys influencing that?

App Crashes. the app crashes every time i open it after i made an account. It stays open for one seconds then closes out instantly. I’ve tried restarting my phone and redownloading it but it’s still closes out. My friend who also downloaded this app is experiencing the same problem. We both have iphones

Locks up when it’s time to convert. The little window telling you how to improve your step count comes up and locks the screen so you can’t convert steps. So bummed when you have lots of steps. Hope they fix this.

It’s not that good. Bro idk if this is a feature on the app if it is, don’t get it!! Yesterday I had 11,000 steps, I decided to wait before converting it to get to 15,000 and when I checked today it was all gone and wasn’t in my converted history. THEN the absurd amount of steps needed to get the wards to the point it’s almost impossible to even get a reward it’s honestly a waste of time!!

Don’t waste your time on surveys!. I wasted 5 minutes answering stupid questions all to be told I was denied and don’t qualify so I didn’t get any points for my time. SMH. Other then that I just downloaded the app so I haven’t received payout yet. So far not looking good. Hope it pays out soon. I’ll give it a few months before I have a final decision. I mean it is money for simply walking, can’t complain too much yet.

Glitches make it useless. I tried it for a week, then it froze up on its own. Nothing I did worked, and I was afraid uninstalling would make me lose my data. Two days later I finally hear back from support. I have to uninstall and reinstall. I did. Fortunately it saved my data but I lost my streak and tens of thousands of steps because I couldn’t convert anything while the app was frozen. But I’m back in business, right? Nope. Less than ten minutes later it freezes again. Good bye, app. I’m not uninstalling and reinstalling this thing every day.

I can’t sign in and I haven’t tried the app yet. So idk if my email app or the app is causing this but when it says it sent me an email it doesn’t send I check my spam folder too it might just be a glitch I’m not gonna give this app a bad reveiw because I can’t judge it until tried it out.

A scam don’t bother. You will get steps and they will pretend it converts but in reality it’s doing nothing. A scam probably a phishing attempt don’t bother. Any positive review you see for this app is payed for by the devs. Stay woke P.s. To the developer you will get much farther if you try to make an honest app

I didn’t even get to try it so idk. Usually people just skip terms and agreements with no hesitation and thats where you all mess up. The general terms i think it was called is in idek what language. How can I agree to something i can’t understand. They could be saying anything and you won’t know bc you can’t understand it unless you know that language.

Terrible. I will be deleting this app. I’m tired of having to convert my steps. I have bad memory thanks to a lifelong disability that causes memory loss for me and I lost out on points yesterday because of it and because this app isn’t ADA compliant.

The app doesn’t automatically track steps and then penalizes you when you don’t track your steps…. There are APIs availability that connect to Apple Health, Fitbit, etc. There is no reason why users should have to MANUALLY convert their steps every day (and then be penalized if they miss a day because the app isn’t built well enough to use existing API to track the steps automatically).

Site freezes. No support.. The site continues to freeze on a pop up and I am unable to navigate away. Looked for support. No way to access it.

Absolutely love this. I love this app!! I am a hard working high school student and I have been counting my steps, I have an average of close to 10,000 steps per school day. I was looking for some kind of reward for my steps and I found this app right away. Definitely recommend!!!!!!

Disappointed. I downloaded this app and of course like everything else it’s not what it seems. It wouldn’t convert steps unless I either bought something, played a game, referred or tracked a referral. Disappointed but not surprised every app nowadays does advertising to reel people in and is very seldom what is actually advertised.

It doesn’t save your progress from the previous day. It takes forever to build up the rewards

Not worth the time or effort. It would take forever to build up your points and if you forget about them they are gone. Not worth it to be honest with you. I tried this app several times and I don’t like it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Love it. It’s a awesome and one of the best ways to earn money and stay fit (my opinion) but unlike the other apps I liked this one the most out of the other ones. It would be better if it had an apple gift card but everything else it good. Love it

Some issues. My app keeps crashing every time I try to open it and I know that’s going to make me lose my streak. I can’t even convert my steps

Garbage. Changed points requirement to redeem to 10 times the original requirement.. Been using it for almost 2 months. Have enough for a $5 gift card then they literally changed the number of points required to redeem TIMES 10! So before you need 1000 points for $5 now you need 10,000 points. Absolute garbage. I was going to refer some of my friends who walks with me. But I’m so glad I didn’t.

Annoying. It never loads right for me. A message always pops up and nothing happens when I click next or close- nor does it ever complete what it’s trying to say. I can’t use it at all.

Very good.. I downloaded Sweatcoin and Weward on the same day; Sweatcoin gets 1 star, Weward gets 5. The primary difference? Weward has options you can redeem your points for, like multiple gift cards and cash. Sweatcoin just has discounts. They do on occasion have a random gift card that is “sold out”, but what good goes that do you. Weward also has a better interface.

Missing simple functionality. Very simple to program steps to convert automatically before new day starts. This functionality is available in every other app I use. Rewards not good enough to have to manually convert steps daily.

Terrible app good concept. U have to wait til midnight to convert your steps I don’t stay up that late on a regular basis. Should be able to convert steps when you want to go to bed not at a specific time. I’ll never get to convert my steps if that’s a rule

Can’t receive rewards.. It’s pretty good. Works well, just you can’t get rewards for streaks. Screen freezes and nothing works.

About the app. So I downloaded it since I run almost everyday so I thought hey it’s a piece of cake but I think it’s a scam now, I tried entering the app the last time I used it/ first time to check my steps and see how much I did but it froze and it just stayed that way, don’t waste your time

Don’t recommend. This app is not accurate if you ask me I walk a lot whether it be at school or to my gob or while at work and my phone is always on me so there’s no reason my points should be so low do not recommend this app

Now Defective. Weward USED to be an awesome app. Then I missed a day collecting my steps (excessively busy evening and I totally forgot). Which would be fine, except that now the app pretends that I can continue my streak by "using the Joker". Except that, unfortunately, the notification suggesting the Joker causes the whole entire app to become completely defective!!! (A) Trying to play the Joker doesn't work. (B) Trying to close the Joker pop up doesn't work. (C) Even restarting my phone made no difference. And as such, in addition to missing yesterday's checkin, the virus-causing "Joker" pop up thus made me miss tonight's checkin as well!! So yes, "conceptually" Weward is amazing. "Effectively", however, it's become completely defective and is now a piece of junk, waste of memory storage space... pity, because it has such promising potential...

So good. It is so good because you are being rewarded for walking so fun and makes you want to walk highly recommended.

How do I use the bonus point games. I’m very exited to get one of the gifts in the shop! I’m currently trying to figure out how to in get to the games to earn bonus points. I’m not sure if I just have an old lady brain or the games aren’t working.

Point system. The pint system which goes by Wards could be better. The part where you walk if you reach 1,000 it’s one ward, 3,000 is three wards and 6,500 is six wards and 10,000 steps is 10 wards. It could be better as far as gift cards they have good stuff just haven’t redeemed anything yet.

I just want to give a fair review. Overall it’s a great app. But there is no doubt that the spin the wheel game is a scam. I have played it straight since I got the app and you can only get the 0.9 mark , while there is a scroller with winner announcement that is set on repeat. Can you do better than that? No worries if you don’t care. We the users care to support and improve/suggest digital products. It is really up to you. Thank you for your time

Majority of my wards disappeared. I woke up this morning to open Weward, and I had realized that I went from around 2,000 wards, to 245. I am absolutely furious as I’ve had a 50 day streak now and I’ve been saving up and now it was all for nothing. I have not claimed ANYTHING but a few jokers, and in my claim history it does not say that I’ve bought anything worth 1,800 wards. This is a total scam, I want my wards back.

They changed the goal posts. I downloaded the app to gamify walking to get a little Venmo cash and it was 3k points to get like $15 which would take maybe a few months to gain points but I log on after a few days and they changed it to 300k points! I lost all motivation that’s nothing! All the other prizes are like raffles which is nonsense! Not worth it !

Ok so far. Liking it so far. Love the options for different rewards. Only complaint is that you have to remember to convert steps daily.

Not what advertised. I had just recently downloaded this app in hopes it would work. I had went for a 2 hour long walk about 2 days ago, and came back. At around 11:50 I converted all 8,062 steps and got nothing. Nothing at all. I waited for a while. Thinking maybe it needed time, but nothing happened. Finally at midnight I converted my steps one last time and I still got nothing, it just restarted my steps. This app isn’t worth the download in my opinion. My times been wasted for yet another lying app.

Complete waste of time, garbage.. I don’t understand how this thing has such great reviews people are just stupid. I guess it gives you the equivalent of one coin a day simple math will tell you would take you several years for you to actually add up enough points in order to cash out for a gift card or whatever it offers you completely stupid and a waste of time is people are making much more money off your data and giving you crumbs it’s insulting if you have any sense of dignity or self-respect, you would be upset as well. I’ve maxed out the odometer for the amount of steps. I’ve walked and still only get a coin or two a day that’s just stupid, insulting, and ridiculous. people that have bought into this have bought into a lie. I would like to meet one person who’s actually been able to get a gift card worth a significant amount of money from this.

Exercise. Great way to walk and be paid for it. So many things you can do. I have added it to my daily exercise since I walk to work and move around.

Missing Wards!!. I like this app for motivation but it’s frustrating when you are not awarded the coins/wards that it states for the amount shown.

They steal your steps. Wouldn’t let me log 9k steps next morning and now the app just froze with some pointless reminder multiple times and would’ve stolen another 5k steps. Deleted the app.

the app was great at first then it went down hill. even when on my health app it says 20,000 i only have 1 on weward but then i click on the bar where it shows my activity on weward and then it actually shows my 20,000 steps and i dont even have alot of options on the weward gift shop

My steps disappeared. I was loving the app until I lost everything …I was at 13,000 steps at 9:30pm and when I checked at 10:30 it said unable to recover your steps

Most Links are Bad. Usually I do not write negative reviews but since WeWard doesn’t seem to have a contact us within the app, I will. If there is a way to contact WeWard within the app it isn’t easily found for example some that says ‘contact us’. Anyway, it imports Apple Health steps fine but I attempted to us done shopping links and they were bad links. An example was Chewy.com. My browser was correctly configured according to WeWard but the link said it was bad. There were several others and I got tired of trying to find one that works. I deleted my account or so I think I did.

Idk. I dont know how it works do i need to reach 1,500 steps to get anything? It told me to convert my steps after i went to seep so i missed it and couldnt so it the next day

What a scam. I got passed the 15 point mark and it didn’t reward me fully. Definitely not worth the app.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I had over 1,000+ points saved up and they signed me out of that account and deleted for no reason and i now have to start over…worst app ever.

It says I’m in France when I’m not!. I don’t like how this app only has locations in map only having to do with Europe and not United States! I put in my phone # but all the places only show explore for France. Please FIX THIS! Two stars because of this, I live in USA! Zip code everything and still won’t give anything for around my state! New update Scam. Have been using this app for a while now and they just took away a majority of my points for no reason and changed the thresholds you have to meet to make points. Doesn’t seem like there’s a point to the app if they will never let you claim rewards

Things that need to be changed. Y’all should really add sone new survey’s because not everybody can do them and y’all should also change the way people can earn grift cards because for 10000 steps you can only earn 10 of the things.
