Works As Advertised. I was getting spam text everyday. I read that this app could block anyone not in your contact list if you want. So I decided to give it a try. It works great!

Doesn’t work. I paid for the app and set it all up and promptly received 3 spam messages including notifications.

Excellent. Just what I was looking for. Initially I was concerned my messages were being screened through their server but my understanding is tbis is not the case. I don’t have a need for the pre-made block list they’ve put together since I’m using the option to block anyone not in my contact list. Not sure if this has any affect on local device performance, but none that I can tell. I do have to remind myself to check the new tab periodically, but getting rid of the annoying alerts for useless messages and robos was my goal and this works perfectly! One request for the developer that’s probably simple: would it be possible to sort (or add an option to sort) the list of words I have allowed? Low investment, high return.

The One and Only!. This app is awesome! I suddenly started to get bombarded by SMS spam daily and I was desperate for a solution. This app does the trick! You can fine tune a ton of settings to block and allow exactly what you want. The developer is really responsive to feedback as well! As an added bonus there’s no subscription model crap. You pay 3 bucks once and it’s yours for life. Highly recommended!

IT JUST WORKS👍🏾💯😁. I had been receiving annoying text messages from all types of illicit places and it was driving me crazy. It’s one thing to receive those type of messages when you frequent certain sites but when you don’t it’s down right infuriating. After going to my carrier(Verizon) and the Apple store with NO HELPFUL SOLUTION I found this app from a YouTube video. They tell you up front that it’s not free but the fee is very affordable and ONE TIME ONLY not a “rip off” subscription. Once you go in and add some target words NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING gets through. This is the BEST SPAM STOPPER EVER..!!! Thank you so much to the team that developed this app. I waited a couple of months to give a review bc I wanted it to be fair and honest.

My new hero.. I was so stinking frustrated by the constant spam. It was making me furious and there was no way to stop it. I installed this app and they disappeared. Frankly it worked so well that I didn’t know for sure it was doing anything, I thought maybe there had been some other solution that finally got me off the irritating political spam list. I just looked today at the new iOS junk folder feature. This app had taken care of 70 spam texts in the last couple weeks. Amazing. SO worth it.

Incredible. This app really works.. I’m blown away by how well this app works. After installing it, I spent a few minutes adding words to the blocked list based upon words in the spam texts I was receiving most often (usually political). Since downloading the app several months ago, I’ve only received 2 spam texts! The ability to customize and backup the spam filter is a total game changer. Thank you for this app!

Works like a charm. I tried multiple SMS blockers that claimed to work and had no success. This is the first one that actually blocked an unknown text message. I had to add all of my verification code phone numbers as a company contact to allow them to go to receive notifications for them. I will have to add more as I go along. I was tired of the SPAM and would rather add unknown numbers to my contacts.

*10 Stars Are Not Enough!!!*. The app works! It not only does what it says it should do, it does it well. But that’s not all. Support for this app has been better than any other I’ve had over the past 10 years I’ve been using an iPhone. Note that my reasons for contacting support were not for problems with the app, but rather questions about the app’s capabilities as well as requesting potential enhancements or upgrades. I am not only grateful for what this app has done to reduce my SMS spam, I’m glad I’m using an app that is being overseen by those that would listen to users and continue to work to make it even better. And. For the record. This was my first ever (that I recall) app review - and it was *SO* not solicited!

Fantastic product an example of exemplary customer service. I have been getting so many texts from political organizations that I never even heard of lots scams about buying property lots of stuff that only takes time and junks up my iPhone. I was looking for an app that would help me cut down on all this text spam that’s coming through it seems that our government and the phone companies don’t wanna do anything to help us. All the spam seems to just get worse as time goes by. I tried this app and I have to admit I’m very impressed with it, if something gets through I could take a few of the words of choice words that was used to get my attention and add it to the list so I can’t happen again. I had some issues that had nothing to do with the app but my phone settings the customer service has been the best I’ve ever seen. usually I would hear back within five minutes. They really take an interest in helping their customers. For the three dollars I spent on this app as well worth every penny of it. I highly recommend it.

Yes, it works great. After trying the application for a few days, I could happily say that the application is working great. It blocks spam and has various features like I could manually add the words that i would like to be blocked from a sms. For example : I was getting a spam sms that contained the word called “Job”. I added this word to the blocked word section of the application and the sms of that nature never troubled me again. Also most of the time the application intelligently auto detects and blocks the spam sms. The good thing about the application is you could “tune” it as per your needs using the features that it offers. And needles to say that it also have a good privacy policy. Overall this is a recommended application. I like it. You will like it too.

The best out there. I am writing this review after using the application for more than 30 days. After using it, I found that It blocks spam SMS very efficiently. My phone now makes very less noises of sms notifications. It has a great list of customisations which i have used to tune it up as per my needs. The prebuilt blocked words list and heuristics have helped block many spammers out of my phone. This blocking is automatic and I did not have to do anything to setup the application. It was already fully setup to fight spam. The support team is equally good in helping the customers like me. Their suggestions helped me in getting more out of the application.

The most flexible, easy to use Spam Stopper. This App works really well. It will allow you to whitelist your contacts and add words to white lists and blacklists.

Beware….Collects text data. When you enable this product in message filtering, a pop up message on your phone warns you that the developer of the app will receive the “text, attachments, and sender information in SMS and MMS messages from senders not in your Contacts. Messages may include personal or sensitive information like bank verification codes.” That was not disclosed prior to purchase. I don’t want anything forwarded to the developer from my phone period. $2.99 down the drain. App deleted.

This Garbage doesn’t work. I paid for garbage and it didn’t even work at all.

Actually works. I have tried several other spam killers but this one works great.

Great Support. I was Leary at first, but I wanted rid of the unwanted texts. The support team answered my questions immediately. So far so good! And thanks to a great support team.

THIS WORKS!. I’ve done my best over the last decade to keep my cell phone number private, but in recent months I’ve been hit with SMS spam. They know my first name, and send from a different number every time, so it’s impossible to filter them out. It really infuriates me when I get a notification for what turns out to be spam. I’ve tried several spam-call blocking apps, but none of them were able to simply filter SMS messages from numbers not in my contact list. This one does, so go buy it now!

Doesn’t filter. Hi just purchased the soft for filter spam sms from phone not listed on my contact. I add the number to block list and isn’t stopped the sms from unwanted caller. Have ios 16.3 Will ask refund I set enable and all what needs, know how to work with filters. I did many tests before writing the review Maybe its not supported in ios 16.3

It doesn’t work, don’t waste your money!!. I activated the “block all unknown sms’s” button but still, I received all the spam messages. I feel sorry for the 3 dollars I wasted on this app!!!

For once, a quality utility that respects privacy and doesn't sell your data.. All the other SMS spam filters I looked at had privacy policies that were large and complex. This blocker is very adamant that it does everything on device. I didn't have to make an account, didn't have to subscribe to anything, and the thing just works.

Finally. Finally an app that can filter all unknown texts. Took forever to find an app like this. Finally my phone won’t be going off 20 times a day from randomly generated spam numbers. Thanks! Worth the 3 dollars for sure.

Works! A must have app. This app automatically blocks most of the spam text messages. I have also added a few numbers and a few words to my blocked list to block some more text messages. After all this setup the application is working like a charm. This is a good application. I have recommended it to my friends and they are also satisfied from the application. To get most out of it, make sure to read its help page also. Great App!

Finally! Create your own blocklist for keywords. I sometimes get 8-10 spam texts a day. This app has allowed me to go an entire 24 hours without even one spam text bothering me. Nothing else I’ve tried- not Malwarebytes, not Robokiller- has been able to deliver on their promise to eliminate spam. This does! I just took a peek in the junk folder and there they all are- trying to get me to click on sketchy links, selling nonsense, begging for my vote. Whereas once these unwanted messages harassed me day and night, now they silently self-segregate into a junk folder, not bothering me, thanks to this perfect app. Well worth the tiny price. The people complaining about the app not working properly didn’t follow the simple setup instructions. You just give the app permission to filter text from unknown numbers, that’s it. When you install the app and click to open, it shows you two minute-long tutorial videos for how to quickly and easily optimize your settings. Seamless. Thanks so much to the developer!

Very Useful App Developed By True Professionals. When I first downloaded this App I was disappointed because I could only remove the 600 blocked words that came with the App one at a time. I informed the Developer that removing these 600 words was too arduous for me. I wanted to populate the blocked word list for my own needs. In a matter of 2 days the Developer worked to revise the App to allow users to eliminate the predetermined 600 blocked word list in one step and create their own list from scratch. Users can still use the provided list and remove individual words if desired. So my 5 star rating recognizes both the usefulness of the App and the dedication the Developer has to it’s products and customers. I strongly recommend that anyone who is bothered by spam text messages use this App. Also check out other Apps offered by the Developer. Thank you for addressing my concern in a quick and professional manner.

More false positives than anything.... A few things to consider for people who really want to make the most of this app and others as such... Make a contact name for most incoming SMS confirmations, codes, notifications, etc. This thing will block most of them. Unless they are "a contact" they will be sent to "junk". Not a big issue because all you have to do is open the junk tab to read it (it is much harder if an email is sent to Spam folder). The app needs a "confirmation" mechanism. Like "Not Spam" so that the number is whitelisted automatically for you, without the need to create a new contact every time. The worst part about this app, is getting a new iPhone. If you don't delete the spam messages, expect them to be in your MAIN tab as soon as you recover content to your new iPhone. Please improve the app... Thanks.

Ultimate peace of mind. Fantastic app.. I am amazed to see how the numbers of notifications and alert sounds have reduced that i used to get daily for the text messages. Only after getting this application I realised how stressful I was getting earlier due to unnecessary sms and sms alerts. Now i check my phone less frequently. Moreover, all sms could be accessed easily later on in just a glance in phone’s sms application.This was a good purchase.

So far, not impressed. I downloaded this app yesterday with high hopes. I dutifully put in the key word that is in every message I want blocked. This morning, I got another unwanted text, from the same source, with the same keyword in it. Not impressed, but we’ll see, I guess. I’ll see what happens.

It really works well!. I just purchased this app to help me stop annoying spammers and scammers from texting me. My iPhone doesn’t have any protection against it so after seeing the reviews from this app I decided to give it a shot. At first I didn’t see it on my settings but after talking with the developer,he helped me right way find it on my phone. Now it’s up and running and I am relieved. It’s working great.

is it still working???. blocked word "Jo" , and others I have added, coming through filter. getting more spam now than before I PAID for this app. (not going to the spam folder this app created). Fix it, please.
