Great shows.. I love the Big Break and I hope you will bring back all the seasons of the show.

No sound. No sound when using iPhone

Easy to use.....works well. I have been a member since they began as Revolution Golf. Their instructors have always been top notch and the videos are extremely easy to follow and very helpful. I am now a lifetime member and look forward to excellent instruction for many years.

The app doesn't remember where I left off watching The Big Break. The app doesn't remember where I left off watching The Big Break, it's really annoying. Generally no way to check what I have already watched and where I left off.

Where is The Big Break. I joined to watch The Big Break episodes, after watching a couple of seasons there was no way to search for more (I’m using an iPad). When you search for Big Break, you’re more likely to index anything but or you keep getting the same few seasons to choose from. I’m a hacker, I might get a lot out of this app, even move up membership level but I want to choose what I want to view. Until this is fixed maybe some clue within FAQ’s to navigate the search function if there’s a trick I’m missing.

Not Receiving Tee Time Credits with Annual Pass. I purchased the annual pass through the App Store on July 7 and still have not received any of the monthly tee time credits promised as part of the membership agreement. On the App, my membership card lists “member since July 07, 2021” and “valid through July 07, 2022.” It should be for this year, not next year. I’ve called the customer service number several times to have these issues resolved, and have been told they will be fixed each time, but they still are not. There is no email address to try to contact for further support, only one phone number to call, where I end up having the same conversation each time. One customer service rep did send promotional credits as compensation for these ongoing issues, but those are only valid Monday through Thursday and I can only golf on weekends, so they are not much help.

Fix your App!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I love the content and the perks but I am so sick and tired of logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in. You don’t even give us an option to “Remember Me”. Your app is a pain in the ass. FIX IT BECAUSE IM PAYING FOR IT.

Golf and so much more. I’d expected to find some of what I love about golf with my account. I didn’t expect the waves of benefits and features that are included. A tee time a month would have been good enough for me but instead I get all sorts of videos and movies plus discounts on TaylorMade and other awesome brands. Seriously fantastic idea and so glad I joined.

Great app for everything I need. I would definitely recommend this app for all passionate golfers like me. I get a tee time credit every month which saves me at least $50 every month plus all the waived fees and instructions I get access to. Amazing

Love but.... Love the app and all the choices of shows on here. My only issue is I would love the ability to have a amazon fire stick channel or at least the ability to stream to a fire stick especially in this day and age. I think most people have a fire stick not a roku. Hope you begin to support I find myself not watching as much because of that.

Needs to get better. Sorry but this app is missing a lot of features that you are probably use to with other apps. Just a few of the problems I see, big break only has 1-8 then skips to 13. You never know which episode you watched and it does not save where you left off. Tiger project - the sound / mouth movement is totally off when watching on Apple TV.

Check it out. I’m not always on GOLFPASS every minute but I check it out frequently. There’s always something I can find to help me swing. I look at it as if I had my own couch in my pocket. I keep a iron and driver in my condo. ( very high celling). I use all the excursuses at the gym. Will renew when my subscription ends

Golf pass. This is a bunch of crooks, seems to me. I purchased golf pass and can’t get to see te PNC GOLF TOURNAMENT. Looks like you stole my money.

Can’t watch golf. Signed up for $100/yr membership and you cannot even watch golf through this on your tv. Total rip off

Outstanding App For Golf Junkies. As my title says this is an outstanding app for the golf junkie. It’s a one stop shop for golf entertainment and learning. I am a Golfpass plus member and I’m very satisfied. I am able to access discounted tee times at all times now, as they have added earlier tee times. The instruction is the best I’ve seen. It has made golf affordable and accessible.

Broke their own app. App no longer functions in landscape on 2020 4th Gen 12.9” iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.1. Basically unusable. 😡

Great app and content, one tiny issue. Content is a dream come true for me. Love everything about GolfPass. Would be 5/5 except in iOS app, I cannot find a way to go from vertical to horizontal, which means no full screen video. I have tried every trick I know to force it, but for now, since I can watch horizontal full screen direct from the website, the app is fairly useless for me. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so I can up my rating.

06498750. I’ve called two or three times since my last review on 9/16/2020 with no results. Spoke with customer service rep Friday afternoon and was promised a call back from a supervisor on Saturday. Never happened.

Breaking 90. Today was the first time I broke 90, I want to thank Martin chuck and his series Breaking 90, I shot a 88 at a course a month ago I shot 97, what a great learning tool this app is. I highly recommend it!!

Must have for golfers. All big break episodes and past tourneys... what more could you ask for

In-app subscriptions broken. Got the in-app subscription, but it wouldn’t sync with my pre-existing golfpass account and I was forced to get a refund from Apple because the golfpass member services didn’t know what to do to link the subscription to my account. Basically to get this fixed I had to manually subscribe on the golfpass side for a slightly higher price, then sign into that account within the app. I want this fixed for others and for my troubles a compensating credit for the difference in monthly subscription price.

Freezes. Love the app. Watch videos all the time, but the app is freezing every time I start a video. Please fix!!!! Troubleshoot steps: 1. Closed App 2. Uninstalled/Reinstalled

Waste of money. This has to be the biggest waste of money. Everything you get to learn in this app can be found on YouTube for free. How do you pay this much every year to not be able to watch any golf?! This app couldn’t be a bigger waste of space on my phone.

Landscape mode. Landscape mode option should be a standard.

Weak. Poor layout and to watch in landscape mode have to start in portrait and then change inside the video.

No Tech Support. I paid for the monthly service and the app is not unlocking. There is no support to fix my problem!

Add landscape mode and fix log-in. Having only portrait mode on an iPad is annoying and please fix log-in, logging in every time I launch the app and want to watch a video is annoying as well.

Subscription. Became a member in April 2020 but have not received my TaylorMade golf balls. When I have called customer service, I have been given the runaround. Probably will not renew my subscription next year.

Great app. Love the instruction tips.. Great app to watch instruction videos during your downtime.

Good content, difficult to cast to tv. I love the content of this app. I would prefer the layout of the app to be more similar to other streaming apps because I am used to navigating those. Also, casting this app from my phone to the tv is a frustrating experience. Once it is casting, if I open my phone for anything, the app immediately restarts the episode and then I have a hard time navigating back to the spot I was at in the episode.

No sound. There is no sound when using this app on an iPad.

Problem. I set up app on my i pad...i have to turn it sideways to watch video...

iOS 16. I updated to iOS 16 and the videos are playing but then freeze all the the app so all it can do is continue playing the video. Otherwise great app and content.

Can’t login with IPad. It is not optimized to use the iPad keyboard and won’t allow the keyboard to size.

Poor App … won’t play videos on iPad. Videos play first 2-3 seconds of learning videos and then hang up….spinning wheel like it is trying to download but then just repeats. It is the app as every other app and video plays fine on my iPad Pro. No place in the app to submit issues with the hope they will fix it. Seems like certain categories of videos won’t play but a few categories will. Doesn’t make sense. Please fix

5 stars cause it’s Golf. The app isn’t the greatest, casting to chromecast is a headache sometimes. Requesting a TV app for Apple TV or Google tv maybe Roku! Ability to add clips to a que to create my own playlists. The content on Golf pass is fantastic it has so many tip videos from some fantastic coaches and videos on workouts are helping me get faster and steady. I like this app a bunch! Just needs better casting control or a Google or apple TV version of the app

GolfPass is a great resource. I signed up a few months ago and am very pleased with the resources available. Great players and coaches share techniques, tips and drills to help improve your game. Also the exercise section is very much focused on golf, and while I am struggling with some exercises right now (core strength) it will pay off. Enjoy!

Everything golf!. Great to find unique and never seen before video in here and to find interviews with a young Tiger Woods and Jack - its excellent. I haven’t tried the free shipping yet but the instruction is solid. Would love see Daily Routine with tour superintendents, caddies, politicians who love golf.

Love it. I enjoy the instructional videos but I absolutely love Conner Moore. My husband loves it too. It makes us Lol all the time. It’s just great.

It’s Good. I’ve watched all of the Big Break that you have on here; you’re missing 2 seasons, I REALLY wanted to see the season with the Finaus on it. I’m consistently in the low 80’s, let’s hope these instructional videos will help me dive into the 70’s.

Playlist order. Make it to where your episodes play in order and not random. And also make it to where you can see what you have watched or want to continue watching.

Locking me out. This site keeps locking me out even though I’m paying for it. But not for much longer...

No rotation on ipad, video player interface lacking; shows & content decent. I think the various shows and instructional videos in golf pass are pretty good. However, the user interface of the app leaves a lot to be desired. and that’s why it gets a 3 star rating. It’s 2021 and the iPad app only supports a vertical orientation. If you rotate the iPad to a landscape orientation, the app doesn’t adjust and follow suit. You have to go to full screen mode and then the video will rotate. It’s 2021, and I’m really surprised by the lack of polish and finish on this app given the association with NBC. As a paying subscriber, I expected better, and this app makes the content viewing experience much less desirable as a result.

Overall a great app. Overall the app and content are great. I would give it 5 stars if you allow for landscape orientation on the iPad. It’s very frustrating I am locked into a portrait perspective.

Very hard to find what I am looking for.. I struggle with face closed at impact. I tried a search and nothing came up. Wouldn’t a closed face be a basic area for golf improvement?? Yet GolfPass has NOTHING on the subject. Lots of stuff that you want to show but not much of a process on how someone with a specific focus could find help with. I think I made a mistake

Casting. Can you please make it like YouTube and Netflix and other streaming services so I can stream what I’m watching on my phone or tablet to my tv. Need to step this up a bit, this app is lacking a lot.

Live Broadcasting. Does not allow access to live broadcasting via Golfchannel app incase anyone is wondering. Even though tapping on the play button brings you to download GolfPass subscription, very misleading, no one cares about golf shows

Can’t even login. Clicking login on the app menu doesn’t do anything. Can’t even see the login screen for username and password. I just paid the annual subscription and I am unable to view the videos. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Terrible search function. I’m paying money for golf lessons here that can easily be found in YouTube WAY easier.
