iOS 16. I updated to iOS 16 and the videos are playing but then freeze all the the app so all it can do is continue playing the video. Otherwise great app and content.

5 stars cause it’s Golf. The app isn’t the greatest, casting to chromecast is a headache sometimes. Requesting a TV app for Apple TV or Google tv maybe Roku! Ability to add clips to a que to create my own playlists. The content on Golf pass is fantastic it has so many tip videos from some fantastic coaches and videos on workouts are helping me get faster and steady. I like this app a bunch! Just needs better casting control or a Google or apple TV version of the app

Freezes. Love the app. Watch videos all the time, but the app is freezing every time I start a video. Please fix!!!! Troubleshoot steps: 1. Closed App 2. Uninstalled/Reinstalled

Most useable lessons on the air. Martin and Blair are the best at providing lessons that golfers can take immediately to the course without fear of ruining their enjoyment. And they will produce results.!

Everything golf!. Great to find unique and never seen before video in here and to find interviews with a young Tiger Woods and Jack - its excellent. I haven’t tried the free shipping yet but the instruction is solid. Would love see Daily Routine with tour superintendents, caddies, politicians who love golf.

Check it out. I’m not always on GOLFPASS every minute but I check it out frequently. There’s always something I can find to help me swing. I look at it as if I had my own couch in my pocket. I keep a iron and driver in my condo. ( very high celling). I use all the excursuses at the gym. Will renew when my subscription ends

Great app and content, one tiny issue. Content is a dream come true for me. Love everything about GolfPass. Would be 5/5 except in iOS app, I cannot find a way to go from vertical to horizontal, which means no full screen video. I have tried every trick I know to force it, but for now, since I can watch horizontal full screen direct from the website, the app is fairly useless for me. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so I can up my rating.

Poor App … won’t play videos on iPad. Videos play first 2-3 seconds of learning videos and then hang up….spinning wheel like it is trying to download but then just repeats. It is the app as every other app and video plays fine on my iPad Pro. No place in the app to submit issues with the hope they will fix it. Seems like certain categories of videos won’t play but a few categories will. Doesn’t make sense. Please fix

Lowering My Score :. Since joining GN and taking advantage of the Hot deals and the GN instructional films I have seen my average go from the high 90’s to the low 80s that is definitely a 15 stroke swing and I have only been a member for a year , wow just excited to see what the next year holds . One thing is for sure GN will definitely be a part of my golf game .

GolfPass is a great resource. I signed up a few months ago and am very pleased with the resources available. Great players and coaches share techniques, tips and drills to help improve your game. Also the exercise section is very much focused on golf, and while I am struggling with some exercises right now (core strength) it will pay off. Enjoy!

Great app. Love the instruction tips.. Great app to watch instruction videos during your downtime.

Subscription. Became a member in April 2020 but have not received my TaylorMade golf balls. When I have called customer service, I have been given the runaround. Probably will not renew my subscription next year.

Outstanding App For Golf Junkies. As my title says this is an outstanding app for the golf junkie. It’s a one stop shop for golf entertainment and learning. I am a Golfpass plus member and I’m very satisfied. I am able to access discounted tee times at all times now, as they have added earlier tee times. The instruction is the best I’ve seen. It has made golf affordable and accessible.

Golfers. If you’re looking to better up your game… You need Golf Pass.

No rotation on ipad, video player interface lacking; shows & content decent. I think the various shows and instructional videos in golf pass are pretty good. However, the user interface of the app leaves a lot to be desired. and that’s why it gets a 3 star rating. It’s 2021 and the iPad app only supports a vertical orientation. If you rotate the iPad to a landscape orientation, the app doesn’t adjust and follow suit. You have to go to full screen mode and then the video will rotate. It’s 2021, and I’m really surprised by the lack of polish and finish on this app given the association with NBC. As a paying subscriber, I expected better, and this app makes the content viewing experience much less desirable as a result.

Awesome videos. I love all the videos from pros: helpful & practical.

Locking me out. This site keeps locking me out even though I’m paying for it. But not for much longer...

Playlist order. Make it to where your episodes play in order and not random. And also make it to where you can see what you have watched or want to continue watching.

It’s Good. I’ve watched all of the Big Break that you have on here; you’re missing 2 seasons, I REALLY wanted to see the season with the Finaus on it. I’m consistently in the low 80’s, let’s hope these instructional videos will help me dive into the 70’s.

Must have for golfers. All big break episodes and past tourneys... what more could you ask for

Easy to use.....works well. I have been a member since they began as Revolution Golf. Their instructors have always been top notch and the videos are extremely easy to follow and very helpful. I am now a lifetime member and look forward to excellent instruction for many years.

Excellent and short tutorial videos. These short videos really get straight to the point of each technique and strategy. Perfect to watch before hitting the round of golf.

Great app for everything I need. I would definitely recommend this app for all passionate golfers like me. I get a tee time credit every month which saves me at least $50 every month plus all the waived fees and instructions I get access to. Amazing

Good content, difficult to cast to tv. I love the content of this app. I would prefer the layout of the app to be more similar to other streaming apps because I am used to navigating those. Also, casting this app from my phone to the tv is a frustrating experience. Once it is casting, if I open my phone for anything, the app immediately restarts the episode and then I have a hard time navigating back to the spot I was at in the episode.

Can’t sign in to app. I have a gold pass+ membership but can’t sign in. When I click on it, it spins and goes back to log in

Add landscape mode and fix log-in. Having only portrait mode on an iPad is annoying and please fix log-in, logging in every time I launch the app and want to watch a video is annoying as well.

Weak. Poor layout and to watch in landscape mode have to start in portrait and then change inside the video.

Can’t watch golf. Signed up for $100/yr membership and you cannot even watch golf through this on your tv. Total rip off

Love it. I enjoy the instructional videos but I absolutely love Conner Moore. My husband loves it too. It makes us Lol all the time. It’s just great.

Big Break. Love anything and everything to do with any Big Break show and players. I’ve watch all 23 shows as a fan and student of the of the positive and negative effects of the mental game . Absolutely a great way to build a great playing approach to competitive golf. Thank you!!

Problem. I set up app on my i pad...i have to turn it sideways to watch video...

Can’t login with IPad. It is not optimized to use the iPad keyboard and won’t allow the keyboard to size.

Not Receiving Tee Time Credits with Annual Pass. I purchased the annual pass through the App Store on July 7 and still have not received any of the monthly tee time credits promised as part of the membership agreement. On the App, my membership card lists “member since July 07, 2021” and “valid through July 07, 2022.” It should be for this year, not next year. I’ve called the customer service number several times to have these issues resolved, and have been told they will be fixed each time, but they still are not. There is no email address to try to contact for further support, only one phone number to call, where I end up having the same conversation each time. One customer service rep did send promotional credits as compensation for these ongoing issues, but those are only valid Monday through Thursday and I can only golf on weekends, so they are not much help.

Great shows.. I love the Big Break and I hope you will bring back all the seasons of the show.

ASST. Pro Swing thoughts…. I find Golf Pass super informative and easy to incorporate the proper swing thoughts into my game. As a PGA PGM Affiliate Level 1 player, I am always looking for easy swing thoughts for my game and to help all students learn proper techniques to improve. Golf Pass has succeeded in providing simple examples and proper training videos with instruction to improve anyone’s golf game. From the short game, putting, full swing & fitness, they have covered it all. Emails pop in every week & I can’t wait for the next video. Best golf investment bar none..!

Needs to get better. Sorry but this app is missing a lot of features that you are probably use to with other apps. Just a few of the problems I see, big break only has 1-8 then skips to 13. You never know which episode you watched and it does not save where you left off. Tiger project - the sound / mouth movement is totally off when watching on Apple TV.

Golf and so much more. I’d expected to find some of what I love about golf with my account. I didn’t expect the waves of benefits and features that are included. A tee time a month would have been good enough for me but instead I get all sorts of videos and movies plus discounts on TaylorMade and other awesome brands. Seriously fantastic idea and so glad I joined.

Supplements. The information this app provides gives me something to practice every time I go to the range. When practiced at the range it’s much easier to take the lessons learned to the course.

I’m getting so much from Devon bone break. If I can lay her in his advice I should be on my way to a great swing.

Overall a great app. Overall the app and content are great. I would give it 5 stars if you allow for landscape orientation on the iPad. It’s very frustrating I am locked into a portrait perspective.

Breaking 90. Today was the first time I broke 90, I want to thank Martin chuck and his series Breaking 90, I shot a 88 at a course a month ago I shot 97, what a great learning tool this app is. I highly recommend it!!

Great content; horrible app!. I’ve used the Golfpass app for a number of years and it used to be great, but now it’s buggy and borderline unusable most days! When trying to open the app on my AppleTV, it takes many tries to get the app to actually open! Then, it’s a dice roll on if you’re still signed in or have to go through the login process again. When trying to watch shows, it never remembers your place and will play the wrong episode instead of the next in line. I also have bad audio sync issues and the framerates are terrible at times. I’ve tried watching content on a computer (I have good fiber internet!) and I get buffering issues even on their site. It’s like this thing is hosted on a potato!

Where is The Big Break. I joined to watch The Big Break episodes, after watching a couple of seasons there was no way to search for more (I’m using an iPad). When you search for Big Break, you’re more likely to index anything but or you keep getting the same few seasons to choose from. I’m a hacker, I might get a lot out of this app, even move up membership level but I want to choose what I want to view. Until this is fixed maybe some clue within FAQ’s to navigate the search function if there’s a trick I’m missing.

In-app subscriptions broken. Got the in-app subscription, but it wouldn’t sync with my pre-existing golfpass account and I was forced to get a refund from Apple because the golfpass member services didn’t know what to do to link the subscription to my account. Basically to get this fixed I had to manually subscribe on the golfpass side for a slightly higher price, then sign into that account within the app. I want this fixed for others and for my troubles a compensating credit for the difference in monthly subscription price.

Bug. I like the app overall, especially the episodes. However, there is a bug that really bothered me, when I’m watching videos on full screen, it auto plays the next episode when the current episode is over, and that’s when the screen goes all black without pictures, only the audio playing, the screen friezes too so the only way to get out of it is close the app completely. Please fix this issue, it’s really annoying.

Content and questions. Great content and teachers; however I’ve tried many times to ask questions and none have been answered.

Live Broadcasting. Does not allow access to live broadcasting via Golfchannel app incase anyone is wondering. Even though tapping on the play button brings you to download GolfPass subscription, very misleading, no one cares about golf shows

Casting. Can you please make it like YouTube and Netflix and other streaming services so I can stream what I’m watching on my phone or tablet to my tv. Need to step this up a bit, this app is lacking a lot.

Great Tips. I really enjoy all the tips and information you give us. I only golf once a week, so I can’t expect to do really well. I’m a middle-of-the-road player. I love improving my game with your tips thanks very much.

Worth every dollar. Since joining golf pass my game had become more consistent with tips and lessons

Password. I went to change my password so I deleted it but it also deleted golf pass in my settings?

Love all these tips.. So many of these videos are so helpful no matter what age you are. We all need some correction in our game every once and a while. Here you will find pretty much every fix for your game.

Very hard to find what I am looking for.. I struggle with face closed at impact. I tried a search and nothing came up. Wouldn’t a closed face be a basic area for golf improvement?? Yet GolfPass has NOTHING on the subject. Lots of stuff that you want to show but not much of a process on how someone with a specific focus could find help with. I think I made a mistake

Customer Support Disappoints. Despite being a GolfPass+ member, I have been locked out of videos that were supposed to be included with the membership. Instead, my video access has been limited and full of ads. Also, the GolfPass points expire one year from their date of issue, unlike virtually all other loyalty programs where points only expire if you stop collecting points. That is not disclosed anywhere obvious in their marketing materials or description of their points. They give no warning ahead of the expiry of the points. So there is absolutely no value in accumulating the points. Redeem them as soon as you get them. I spent over an hour with customer service regarding these issues and they were not resolved to my satisfaction.

06498750. I’ve called two or three times since my last review on 9/16/2020 with no results. Spoke with customer service rep Friday afternoon and was promised a call back from a supervisor on Saturday. Never happened.

Advertising is false. I signed up and was offered Peacock and TaylorMade gift certificate. So far nothing. I called and got and got nowhere. Furthermore the app is terrible. It pushes you to GolfNow to make a reservation where you have to pay additional fees. Also app makes you constantly re-enter your username and password after you have already logged in. Not happy.

Broke their own app. App no longer functions in landscape on 2020 4th Gen 12.9” iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.1. Basically unusable. 😡

Waste of money. This has to be the biggest waste of money. Everything you get to learn in this app can be found on YouTube for free. How do you pay this much every year to not be able to watch any golf?! This app couldn’t be a bigger waste of space on my phone.

Love but.... Love the app and all the choices of shows on here. My only issue is I would love the ability to have a amazon fire stick channel or at least the ability to stream to a fire stick especially in this day and age. I think most people have a fire stick not a roku. Hope you begin to support I find myself not watching as much because of that.

SCAM!!!. I was just charged $99.00 to my bank account by Golf Pass. I’ve used golf now but never downloaded golf pass before. Never subscribed to a paid membership in either app and there’s no contact information available.
