DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. When you first download the app, you need to purchase an "annual subscription" for $80 which ia "free to cancel within 12 hours". Right after purchase, the only way to cancel is through calling Apple, which is significantly harder to get a customer rep on the line, or you can change to the 1 week trial for $3.99 then cancel then (which is what I had to do). After wasting $4, i hoped I could at least make use of it but found that you need additional coins in order to make yourself a cartoon anyways. You start off with 10 and you need 15 for every filter they have. WORST APP EVER. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I need a refund. Downloaded this app to get a picture of mine cartoonized. It was w basically $10 just to use the apps main interface. Then to get an actual picture cartoonized, it's another $10 for one of their "artists" to do it. They gave me a 3 day lead time and then I never ever got the end product. The fact that I'm going out of my way to write an App Store review is so telling of how very very awful this app is. In the future I'll use someone on Etsy to cartoon a picture for me. I'll probably get the picture back in two-days time instead of 3+ weeks.

Don’t fall for it!. Absolutely a total scam. I purchased a one year subscription. First pic came out horrible! When I submitted another it required me to purchase coins. I purchased and 6 months later, I’m still waiting for it. When I tried to submit another pic, It said I had to purchase another membership, even though I still have 6 months left on my original membership! Run from this! Reported it to App Support and the haven’t done anything either

App is a scam. You get a free 3 day trial, but you have to buy the artwork (no big deal), which takes 4 days lol. This is by design. There’s no way these “artists” are so busy they need 4 days to render some pictures in photoshop/illustrator. It’s set up this way so they can charge you. The free trial gets you nothing. Also it states that you can cancel the artwork order for up to 12 hours, but after pressing cancel probably a dozen times, it won’t cancel. It also doesn’t tell you that it will take 4 days to complete your artwork until AFTER you already buy it. Pure scam.

Not worth it.. I tried to scroll through discover, but I couldn’t even go halfway thanks to the ad that kept popping up. I can’t do anything until I payed. Really frustrating. I’m sorry, but that’s just how I feel. I wouldn’t recommend this app to my friends unless they’re willing to pay $12 dollars a month. No offense, but you need to let people who don’t have a lot of money do fun things on their phone.

Like everyone says - Absolute Scam. Thankfully, I cancelled the subscription almost immediately after I downloaded it. Also, I didn’t get anything asking me to buy “coins” or paying more than the original fee for the picture (which they never delivered). I did try to cancel the picture before the clock ran out, and the cancel button was there, but it didn’t cancel although the count-down clock disappeared…then the “status of my artwork” remained “submitted.” I don’t know how you can have an app like this for 2 years when people are writing negative reviews right and left and all of us are saying the same thing. It’s pretty shameful of Apple to let it stay in the store and let people keep being charged for it. Update: Apple gave me a refund. I opened a case and a few days later they agreed to refund it and about a week later the money was deposited back to my original payment method (apple wallet). I think I just wrote that I cancelled the purchase immediately and they never provided the in-app purchase I made. That seemed to do the trick. Good luck to everyone in their apple refund ventures. This app is a joke - it’s horrible - and if there was a way to report it, I would.

APP IS A SCAM. I paid to get two pictures turned into cartoon filters and it’s been a week and a half and still haven’t received anything. It told me delivery time was 5 days unless I paid for membership after already buying $20 worth of coins. Every time I open up the pictures i selected to be worked on the app just closes. Terrible app that apparently accepts money and never completes the service. I can’t wait for them to be sued for false contracting people when accepting their money and not completing their promise. If they actually read these reviews I want my money back!

This is a scam. I thought it was going to give an actual drawing. You get the subscription and then pay for a separate drawing which you have to wait four days for which then forces you to have to pay for the app because you’re past the free trial date and can’t even choose the three day use because you need one more day just to get your “drawing”. Then when you get the “drawing” it’s literally the same as using any of the free apps and cartooning yourself. What a scam!

Bs. Tried free trial to follow with month membership. BOUGHT 5 coins to speed the process up to have it done before the membership started and me being charged. Nope. Didn’t work. Instead it took my money and gave me an expected delivery time of 5 days. The day after the free trial ends. Which means I’d be charged regardless plus I wasted the money to get 12 hour delivery because it still said 5 days. The 5 days ended (it has a countdown) and still nothing. Just says “submitted.” DONT waste your TIME not your money.

I don’t even know what’s wrong. I ordered mine two weeks ago for free and after like 3 days in it said it should be ready the next day. I forgot and and then a week passed since I ordered it and their was no info when it was coming I looked today another week later still not ready and their is no info when it will be ready.

No Customer Service. I was unable to cancel an order even though it let me choose cancel order. Never cancelled and photo was terrible. First picture I had orange hair - my hair is dark brown black .... and so on the second photo I requested my hair not be orange .. guess what color it was?! :( Nowhere to ask for help or someone to fix or refund etc. super disappointed and such a waste Of money since I can’t use ANY of these pictures.

Scam- don’t buy. I signed up for 3 day free trial and paid the $9.99 twice (2 different photos), I also paid the additional $7.99 twice to expedite for both drawings to be done within 12 hours so I can have these for Mother’s Day. 12 hours later the drawings are not done and there is no eta of when it will be done. I wish I would have read the reviews before using the app because I’m 100% sure I was just scammed $39.

This is a scam.. I had the expectation of signing up, submitting a picture, and getting a digital cartoon version back. I joined, paid for service, then upgraded the order for a faster turnaround to 12 hours by paying a premium. Weeks later, no work has been performed and there is no way to cancel, or recollect payment. My assumption is the app is abandoned, or there is something nefarious about the operation.

Worst app and no app support. I signed up for a trail and bought coins. I’m still waiting to get the coins I purchased. There is no support to get help from the developer. I didn’t even have a chance to experience what seems to be a terrible experience for all that tried this app. Avoid it, skip it and refrain from downloading this app. I’ve deleted and requested a refund from Apple. This app should be deleted from the App Store until the developer get it together!

Waaay to expensive. I mean seriously, who would pay 80 dollars a year just to see yourself as a cartoon. I was just curious what a photo would look like after being put through one of these. Imagine my surprise when it asked me to pay 80 dollars!! Seriously, I don’t understand why anyone would pay for this unless they just have plenty of money to toss around. The reason I didn’t just give it one star was because I don’t actually know how well it does it’s job after paying.

I've never reviewed an app. But this is absolutely terrible. The pricing options aren't even displayed on the app, it gives no description of the different tiers of membership.. so like an idiot, I buy the one week premium plan to see what's been processing for 5 days, assuming an actual artist was at work... and it turns out to be a digitally rendered cartoon. Nothing like the other examples displayed on the app. Absolute absolute absolute absolute garbage. I'll be calling apple for a refund. Don't waste your time.

Never got my picture, no way to contact support.. I think this app is a scam. I submitted a photo and signed up for a monthly subscription after I didn’t receive the photo in a week (which was the projected time) and there is no way to contact support. I waited a month to give the benefit of the doubt but there is no contact information or way to ask for help - even when searching on a computer browser. Find a different app. This one is not worth giving a shot.

Might be a scam do not waste time or money. Trash ...subscription / coin based app and not only that. after i subscribed and bought coins to simply just convert one picture which they said would take 4 days. Already way longer than I wanted to wait in first place smh . Apparently the way it works is, you upload a photo and they have to find an artist to do the labor..20 days later still haven’t received my cartoon photo.

Took my money. This app just rips you off and gives you nothing in return. I’ve paid them and sent a photo in it’s been at least two weeks and I paid for faster service. Wild. Can’t get ahold of anyone they just take your money and dip. Edit: it’s been like multiple years at this point and I have not received anything I don’t even know why I still have this app I’m pretty sure I’ve been robbed but whatever.

Scammy scam scam!. I read an online review of the best photo “cartooning” apps and chose this one from the list. I wanted to give my husband a cartoon drawing of each of our kids as a birthday gift. I uploaded three pics and paid for the coins, and weirdly each pic was not the same amt of coins though there was no explanation or breakdown of why. I then noticed the turnaround time was anticipated as being many days so I bought and used additional coins for the faster turnaround time of 12hrs. That was almost two weeks ago and I’ve received zero communication from the app, zero cartoon pics of my kids, and a weekly bill for being a “member” of this stupid fraudulent app. Like other reviewers posted, there’s absolutely no email or phone numbers to contact so my only choice was to cancel my “membership” (member of what IDK) and then I hit the button to cancel each of the pic requests. I’m assuming I’ll never see my money again, and at this point I’ve already invested over $50 in this stupid thing so hopefully my post, along with others, will keep others from losing money to this sham of an app.

This is crap. $13/ month, $30/year... After you install the app you pick from several different cartoon/caricature styles(which is actually picking your artist). A subscription page is then prompted with the aforementioned options. You select one and pay, only to find out that you must then buy $Hi+ loads of “coins” to commission the artist to do your sketch.. here’s the best part- nobody does your sketch! I’d rather be robbed at knifepoint.. This app could be so cool, as the styles they advertise are the best of any cartoon-photo app I’ve found. All for not..

SCAM >:(. I got this app and did the free trial it took about 30 seconds to load but after I took the picture and it never showed up I waited three days for the picture but it never showed up so I canceled The trial but when I canceled it it was too late it had already taken my money and the worst part is that it took WAY MORE money then it was supposed to I was so angry that it Took more money then it was supposed too so if you’re getting this app then you made A wrong choice

SCAM save your money trust me. Absolute scam I invested into this app assuming I will get a quality photo to create photos of me in art form. I was sadly mistaken I have been waiting since August for one of my art pieces. Do not invest, do not purchase membership! I should have looked at reviews before I went crazy in paying for photos to be turned into art to find out I can literally place this on PicsArt for free for the same quality I received here!!

After you subscribe. I downloaded this for a project and when I downloaded it, I agreed to the first option of free for 3 days and then pay for it after, and it said it came with the “pro” features. The reality of it is when you agree to terms and upload a photo, the app gives you 10 coins and you need to buy 5 more to even try the app out. Kind of greedy in my opinion after agreeing to pay for it in the first place and then having to make in app purchases to do the first step. Thumbs down

This app is a SCAM. I downloaded this app wanting to use it for one picture so I signed up for the free trial planning on canceling the trial after getting the picture made. When I was trying to upload a photo they wanted even more money just to chose a photo. So I went through the app looking for a way to cancel the subscription before they charged me for nothing but there was no way to cancel the subscription through the app. I tried finding a website for the app hoping that I would be able to cancel it there but there was no website for the app. I finally found out I could cancel the subscription through my apple account before they could charge me for anything.

Trash-scam. Do not download or purchase. There’s no way to contact anyone. I upgraded and they charged me over $30 and I have not received anything. I can’t make multiple cartoon requests like I want to. I can’t cancel the account or get a refund because there is no one to contact! Update: I never received my piece!! A year later!!!! Nor could I get a refund. I know the developers see this and I hope they do the right thing. Delete this app or fix it so it will actually work!

ugh must read. So I go into the app and make an account. I try to make a cartoon photo by pressed the addition sign and then I press import photo. Then it pops up a whole thing saying I need to pay. I’m very confused. If u had to pay to even make a photo (which is the apps purpose) then the app should have to cost just to get into it. I don’t pay for editing tools or anything in apps because it’s a waste of time. Who even knows that the tool is gonna be good? That’s a big waste of money.

Don’t download. Wish I can rate the app less. I paid for a picture, it gives you an estimate of about 3-4 days, then the estimate disappears and it just stays on submitted, now waiting it finally just gives you the option to cancel not even giving you your money back or anything. This app was such a waste of time and is just trying to take everyone money without even a customer service you can call. Ridiculous don’t even bother trying, find you a good cartoon app! 🤮

SCAM!!!!. Do not buy or download this app. It’s a scam. You get a free 3 day trial but it tells you it takes about that to get the picture back. Therefore, you have to pay $9.99 for the monthly subscription in order to get the picture that you had to pay $9.99 for anyways. There’s also no contact information for them within the app and they don’t have a website, other than the privacy policy and terms and conditions. I don’t know why this is still on the App Store.

This is how many stars I think the app should receive ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ zero stars.. This app is atrocious! I have never downloaded an app that I hated so much that I strongly believe Apple should take action by removing it from the App Store. The app says it is free however, it’s only free for three days and after three days they automatically enroll you into a subscription service if you do not cancel before your trial ends. The only way for you to be able to try this app out is if you give them your credit card number and that is where I stopped. If what other people are saying it’s true that if you purchase a subscription you still have to make an additional purchase by purchasing credits in order to get your picture that you created I think that’s a really horrible business model.

Scam and no customer service. I signed up for the free trial and even paid extra to have my photo completed sooner. I waited 10 days and I never got a notification when it was completed I just checked today to see if it was finished, and what I found was a piece of crap image that had what seemed to be a saturation filter over it. It represents absolutely nothing compared to what they advertise. This is a complete disappointment as I was expected a photo drawn of the image I submitted. Don’t even waste your time with this app.

A complete rip off and scam. If I could give negative stars, I would. I tried to find out more about the app, and the next thing you know … they enrolled me in a “premium subscription for 9.99 per month! I couldn’t even access the services that they had charged me for because after the subscription, when I uploaded a photo, it still wanted to charge me an additional 9.99 to cartoon one photo. There are no instructions, there is no support and no clear explanations regarding the process and what what you are paying and when. I am absolutely disgusted.

Waste of time and money. The app overcharges you when you submit a photo. Then you can still have coins left and it will force you to purchase more. The cartoon was suppose to be ready in 4 days and I purchased the additional time for $3.99 and I still don’t have the cartoon. This app is trash! Also you can’t reach out to anyone because there is no contact information. I will be disputing with my bank.

Useless. Unfortunately, this app is utterly useless unless you pay $2.99 and then wait more than 5 days for your results. If you choose to not pay the $2.99, there is nothing you are able to do except look at other creators projects. You cannot create your own nor ask another creator to make you one unless you pay the given fee. Which leads me to the conclusion that unless you want to be scammed into paying for a 5 day delivery service on which you don’t even know what you’re getting, I would advise against downloading this app.

Scam. Read the other reviews. Here is a summary: This app requires a subscription. It also requires that you buy coins. After buying coins and using them on a purchase, all your other coins disappear, even if you bought 60 dollars worth of coins and your purchase was only 5 coins. Even after subscribing and paying for coins, users never receive a picture. They may have received their drawings when the app was new, but this is vaporware now.

Horrible cartoon? Scam?. Paid $5 to get my first cartoon made by an “artist”. Got it 5 mins ago and my gosh.. it was terrible? Seems like it was done by someone (5 yr old)who has no experience in even editing.. he/she just used the same photo I sent and literally smudged or painted on top of the picture and it looked horrible. Didn’t provide a png file for a transparent background. The resolution was crap! Blurred and all. Horrible app. Not worth downloading or paying them anything. I don’t know if it was the “artist” that was horrible but not a good experience.. I want my refund!

Scam. I paid to get a drawing done in 12 hours. It’s been past 12 hours and nothing. No notification. Nothing. I should have read the reviews before I downloaded the app. After 24 hours I noticed they finally uploaded the “drawing”. it was literally my picture with a filter on top. It was NOT a drawing. I paid 30$! For this! I requested a refund and I can’t not contact the developers. Update: I never got my refund even after I complained to Apple multiple times. DO NOTTTTTT get this app!

Scam. This app says that it will be free, but it’s actually not. I wanted to make a cartooned-version of me for my TikTok account, but it said I had to pay $9.00. Because of this, I wasn’t able to make my profile picture. I almost bought it, and my mom was watching me. She was like, “What are you doing?” Then I realized that I was almost about to click the pay. So do not get this app, because all it actually is is making you buy worthless items.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I literally have never wrote a bad review on anything because I usually just don’t care that much of an is kinda sucky. But this one I paid for something and was promised what I paid for in return. Honestly I think this is a huge scam unfortunately. I submitted a photo AND paid for it to be completed. Originally it said it’d only take 4 days roughly for it to be completed and turned into a cartoon image. Well we’re getting close to 2 weeks now and still nothing. It says it’s “completed” yet there’s nothing to click on. No way to get in contact with customer service. Overall not a great business model or app.

SCAAAM DO NOT BUY. I wanted to see how one photo that I had would look in different ways and I saw this app and I figured this would be a great way to test out how I liked the way it looked I paid the $80 for the year because you cannot get any artwork done thank God I was able to spare that $80 or I would’ve been furious there is no way to contact anybody in customer service there’s no way to get your money back or talk to anybody they say that they have artists it is a LIE this site takes your money uses another site to put a filter on the photos then makes you wait a week while their ARTISTS are finishing up!

Scam. I wish I could give it less than one star. This app has no help page and no way to contact anyone about the service. I figured it would be simple enough, and I only wanted to try it one time. I started the free trial and I submitted one picture. It said it would take 4 days to complete, and gave the option to get it within 12 hours if you buy two more coins. I tried and it didn’t seem to work because the status of my order never changed, so I thought it might be a glitch. I tried one more time before giving up. It never worked. I never got my picture, and 3 days later I was charged the monthly membership fee because the trial expired. (you get nothing with the trial, you still have to buy things separately and it has zero features that would make you want to purchase a premium membership) I was surprised to see the two additional charges from when I tried to expedite the process because I never got to actually use the service. When I canceled it in my settings, it said I would still have access to the membership until May 16th. Even though it was a bad experience, I figured if I can’t get my money back at least I can use it for a while. No. I went to the app to check the status of my picture and it still wasn’t done. It also takes me to a page to sign up for a membership when I try to import a photo just to see what would happen. So the membership does not continue if you forget to cancel the free trial. Not worth it all, try a different one.

DONT BUY PLEASE DONT(SCAM). I got scammed out of 5 dollars and didn’t receive my photo. I’m the type of person to read reviews first but just this once I happen to not read the reviews. Lesson learned. To good to be true. I also signed up for the trial. Once you sign up they still make you pay for coins in order to “So say” purchase your edit. Which you will never receive. Be smart. Read the reviews. Believe the reviews. Believe the star ratings. Completely garbage app. Save your money or spend it on something LEGIT!

Paid twice, no communication, no product. I signed up for this thinking it would be a huge asset to my business, I run a doggy daycare and wanted to send my clients drawings of their pups. I did the 3 day free trial. I submitted my drawing and had to pay $9.00 right then. I was told I would get my drawing in 3-5 days. 3 days later was charged for the monthly subscription. It’s been over a month and no drawing still. They have an email address you can email, but I have received zero communication. There are a lot of better apps, don’t download!

Absolute Trash. I did a free trial which didn’t do much because even then you still need to pay for tokens to have your photos converted. I paid for one photo and uploaded my image. The home page shows you these amazing digitized photos but what I got ( a week later might I add) was my exact same photo with the crappiest “cartoon” filter on it. Obviously from a free app. And I paid over $10 JUST FOR THE TRIAL! Such a waste of money and time.

Don’t waste your time. I downloaded this app the beginning of June. I spent the 2 coins and uploaded a picture. I was informed the toon would be done in 4 days. It is now at least 2 weeks after I placed the order and haven’t received anything. Not even an update. There is no help via the app and through the App Store the only help is through Weebly; which, asks for more personal information. I now can’t cancel the order or get any type of help.

Don’t buy!!! Scam..... Update it’s now been 60 days no cartoon, no replay to an email that i had to hunt down no contact info.... DO NOT PURCHASE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Scam! Scam! Scam! Stay away!. This is an absolute scam! How can apple still offer this on the App Store???? it seriously needs to be removed! You pay for the “free” 3 day trial, then after that it is $9.99. Well that trial gets you nothing…you have to pay an additional $9.99 for an “artist” to render your photo into a cartoon which takes LONGER than the free trail (they say about 5 days). Brilliantly scammy right there. Day 3, while you’re waiting for your art to come in, you’re charged the monthly membership. Then of course…NO ART WAS EVER MADE FOR ME AND IM OUT $20 AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!! Maybe it used to be legit (it’s still 4 stars average…how???!). But now nobody is at the helm. It’s just collecting cash and giving nothing in return.

Don’t Waste Your Time. I did the free trial in attempt to turn one of my pictures into a cartoon and it came out terrible. Forgot to cancel the trial and was charged today. Went to cancel subscription to get my money back and it says i’m active until july 25th. It charged me 79 dollars.... There is no website or anything to contact them to work things out. Ill let you guys know and update my review if i hear anything. Don’t waste your time trying the free trial.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Trialling on a free period, bought coins which still aren't showing to redeem, but clearly purchased. No customer support options at all in app. Avoid. Note to developer, don’t produce apps and take money and deliberately avoid providing support! Not cool. Note to Apple, make customer support compulsory from the developers on Apps YOU SELL. Now trying to get a refund, app cancelled!

DO NOT USE - Scam artists more like it. I paid for the premium service and ordered a cartoon and then paid extra to get a 12 hr turn around service. I was then notified that my picture would be provided to me 4 days later. I needed it for a specific date hence why I paid the extra money for the 12hr service. Still have not received the cartoon and it’s been 2 weeks! Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend.

Worst app!. Worst app! Subscribed and it was the biggest waste of $24 as I unsubscribed straight away! You have to pay for coins after already paying to subscribe just to upload a single photo! Such a ripoff!

Not worth it. The cartoon came back with different colour eyes and the dog in the photo remained being the photograph rather than cartooned. Unfortunately not a great app from the cartoon I received

They steal your money. Bought coins to get a picture cartooned as they say, submitted it was told it’ll take 4 days do complete, waited patiently and it’s been a month, it’s completely fake and they take your money and have you left with no one you can contact to know what’s going on, DONT DOWNLOAD ITS A SCAM

No good. Not my cup of tea when I can get it free on another app

It’s a scam. Got subscribed at $20 a week, bought coins, ordered for an image which is suppose to take 24hrs to get done, only to find out later it will take 4 more days, after 4 days, no image received. This is a scam.

Terrible. Do not use.. Absolutely terrible service. They advertise fantastic well crafted cartoons of photos. But what I got was the quality of what can be done automatically with any free “cartoon yourself” app, with a few minor touch ups like shading the eye colour. Paid actual money and got completely ripped off. Only giving 1 star because I cannot give ZERO.

App is a fraud. The results of this are nothing like you see in their before and afters posted online. I’m sure they can do work like they advertise - but they don’t on a regular basis. They are simply doing about 25% of what is advertised. Don’t be fooled.... results are bad and a waste of money. I got a cartoon image for my face with basically the rest of my original image intact.

THIS IS A LIE APP. IT SAYS THAT THIS APP IS FREE! So I downloaded the app and I was exited because finally I could take a picture and look all cartoony but NOOOOOOOO. As soon as I went in the app I edited my profile and pressed the plus sign so I could make a cartoon picture of me! As soon as I pressed it a whole SPEECH popped up and it said there was only 3 days free and then MONEY MONEY! Well no. Please this app said it is free but it’s not! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! IT’S A LIE GUYS A LIEEEEEEE!🤬

Not worth the wait. I uploaded a picture of me and my gf to surprise her for her birthday but not only did the picture come in a month later, but it looked like a middle schooler took it and threw a bunch of random filters on top and it didn’t look nearly as clean as the pictures they display when you first open the app

Lightweight scammy. I started the free trial and submitted a pic. They said it would take 4 days .. but they never did it. Also there’s literally no way to contact them — I noticed the pic I uploaded was cut off at the top ( on their end - my original was fine) a little but there was no one to talk to about this .. not that it really matters because they never did the job.

Never received order. The order said it would be ready within a week and it’s been now three weeks. I emailed the developer and have gotten no response. Very disappointed as this seemed like such a cool product idea. If anyone knows how I can get my money back please write a review and let me know.

Scam. I am giving us a few more see days before reporting to Apple. I paid money to get my photo cartooned and like another guy said it noted that it would take 4-6 days. So I paid more for a rush job. 23 days later nothing has changed. No status, nothing. Update. yup it is a scam yet somehow had decent ratings that clearly do match all the userr reviews. How can apple allow this to continue

Scam. I never write reviews but please don’t get this app, waste of time😭You have to pay $5 to first get a drawing. Wait about 2 weeks, and the picture comes out complete trash, definitely not what the app shows. What I got wasn’t even a drawing lol, it was just edited to make it look similar to a drawing, and it had this weird lighting. Wish I could give it zero starts.

Scam. It says three days free trial and they charge you the monthly fee and the worst thing is that you try to contact the seller and there is no way for them to answer and talk to the Apple Store and they say that they can't do anything that they are just an intermediary (I don't see it the sense to Apple Store if they are supposed to filter so that it is not a scam)

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Not only do you have to pay a monthly fee for the app after only 3day Trial. But then have to turn around and pay coins. Yeas coins to actually have your cartoon made. And it’s 15 coins for 1 photo witch is about $15 for 20 coins. That’s stupid. And a waist on top of that there’s a good chance you’ll never even get you cartoon done. Just a waist of money it’s a scam.

Total scam an I don’t usually leave reviews.. Paid money for coins to receive cartoons and when cartoons were ready I was required to purchase a subscription before viewing something I already paid for. Then, the cartoon was ridiculous as in someone smeared colors around with brush strokes in a elementary paint program. Don’t throw away your money.

Set your money on fire. Be a that’s basically all you are doing with this pile of scam. Paid them to toon a photo. Was like $10 And 4 day delivery. Or I could pay an additional $8 to have my order expedited and get it back within 12 hours. Done. $18 for them to do one photo. It’s been a week. Haven’t heard anything from them. No way to contact them. You get ZERO customer support with this app. Do not waste your time. App developers, why don’t you respond and explain why your product is such a pile of crap. I can post screenshots of my transactions and post them to 2-300 art pages if you’d like?

Total scam. They charge you 30 days for an annual subscription which grants you nothing but the ability to upload a pic and if you want to turn it into a cartoon they up charge you $10 per person in pic. I’m going to ask for a full refund or file fraud charges with bank card

Lies. I did the free trial and used the 2 coins it gives you to cartoon a cute picture of my dog. It said it would take 4 days to complete. We are now 6 days in and the status is still “in processing”. On day 4 it said there was 5 hours left but after the 5 hours, it changed to the processing status. I’m so glad I didn’t actually pay for anything!

Ripoff. I thought I’d try to for a simple cartoon. I was pressured into an $80 membership and the app kept asking me to buy coin without telling me how much I had left. I pitched over $20 of coin for one stupid picture. Atop burning people out of money. I would not recommend this app. This is not tech friendly!!

This app is a scam. I submitted and paid for a photo to be completed quickly. Then after I paid the app estimated 4-5 day to get my drawing back. Now 11 days later still nothing and it doesn’t even given me an estimate on getting the drawing back. This is a literal scam. I’m reporting this app. Apple should remove it from the App Store.

Huh?. Seems no difference between free or paying subscriptions since u still have to always buy coins to get a photo done. Then if you use your coins and cancel those coins are used up? So u have to buy more coins? How does that make any sense? Its very unclear what the subscription covers since it says unlimited then u gotta buy coins anyway. So dissapointed.

Junk. Paid extra for “rush” service which definitely did not happen. No way to contact anyone for support. The image they provided looked like a 5 year old did the work. No way to contact for a refund. Stay away from this app...find another.

Took money BUT GAVE NOTHING. What kind of app is this ??? 0 stars if that was an option. It charged my credit card for weekly subscription and for multiple coins and I did NOT get a single cartoon for my pictures. NO USE APP. The order status remain submitted for weeks and no one responds - but money is deducted every week. TOTAL WASTE of money and time.

Fake. Don’t waste you’re time. The thought was great until you realize. You don’t get to edit the picture you want. You’re paying someone else to. Not only that. But you have to agree to pay to even be able to open up your photos!! Ugh, save your efforts and keep scrolling.

Scam Free trail but you’ll never get a photo. Honestly what a waste of app it makes you take a free trial which is good for nothing I guess it’s just to get in the app and then once you try to make it one of your pictures into a cartoon it ends up trying to charge you another $9.99 that’s crazy

Scam. It’s a scam. There’s no way to contact them or ask for help. You just submit you photo and it goes somewhere and never comes back but you get charged for it. I waited, hopeful, until a digital picture wasn’t work the $$$$ they were charging me weekly just to keep the app open. So now I will never get my pic, I can’t contact them, and I can’t get my money back. This app should be deleted off the App Store.

Horrible. I wish I could give it less than one star. First it took them to process my order for the picture and when it was processed in July, it’s been 4 months now since my picture was not finished. It’s still saying processed. I am done with this app and imma delete it. Honestly I think y’all are scam!!!!

Paid for a drawing. I had paid for a drawing on this app I paid extra for it to be delivered in 11 hours instead of 4 days I still haven’t received my picture and it’s been 3 days when I paid for it to be delivered in 11hours this app is a joke would not recommend

No response and no contact info.. Be careful with this app and the developer. They just charge you. I pay a subscription and request a couple of works . After 2 weeks there’s no response and there’s no way to contact them. They charge me a renewal service for something you don’t receive . Don’t waste your money here. 👎🏼

3 weeks after submitting and no cartoon. I submitted my order three weeks ago and still have not received the photo I paid for. I'm starting to think this is a scam in order to keep me paying the monthly until it's received, if I ever receive it. No way to contact support either.

Scam what a joke. Please take my word.. Did the three day trial for “premium” not that it matters. You get absolutely nothing with that. You still pay per face and takes forever to get. Waste of time and or money. What’s the point of the premium when everything costs money?

Scan. Free trial means nothing if you can’t even use what the app is meant for. They ask for an extra $9.99 outside of the membership just for your photo be sent to the artist and edited. What’s the point of the membership then if we have to pay for our photos to be edited. There’s no point in having a whole separate membership.

Awful. Paid for the app and the 12 hour picture return. It was a picture of my son and he now has three arms in the cartoon and it does NOT look like their advertisement pictures. I would not recommend spending money on this app. There is no where for me to even request to get the new picture fixed.

Scam. This is a joke! There’s no way to contact them. I ordered 2 even paid for rush $7.99. And I didn’t get my order nor any correspondence other than “thanks for your order” . Even after I try to cancel, It wouldn’t cancel and not sure how to even get money back!!

Charged twice. We will see if the pending payments both go through. I was charged twice because I was confused by this app. I paid for the whole app, and now it still won’t let me use it, asking me to pay again.. I hope this doesn’t charge me $60. Haven’t been able to use it at all.. operator error? Or app error?

The worst experience and this is scam. Apple should close down this App！not only they made false instructions on “free” they also didn’t do anything for the payment I made!! How can I get the money back? How come there is such app being tolerate to rub the customers? The reason I gave one start is there is no option to put “worst” in the rating.

Fraud; READ Don’t buy. I was dumb enough to purchase without reading reviews. I paid the lifetime fee, then I bought enough coins / credits to get a picture edited. Terrible. Wanted to cancel in order to change picture and it didn’t not let me. Hit cancel at least a dozen times and status of my cartoon. Never change from “submitted”. Basically got charged for some thing I did not ask for. Terrible waste of money!!!!!

Scam alert!!. I wish I would’ve heard other negative reviews before paying for the subscription. They provide you with nothing I submitted the photo and have not received it even after choosing expedite and paying extra to have it done in time. I click on cancel but there’s no option to cancel, no help or support from this app.

App is a SCAM. I paid to convert 2 pics into cartoons. My purchase was approved however the app is still saying that I have 2 coins instead of the 20 I paid for. There isn’t a way to communicate with the developer to get this issue resolved. Do your homework (unlike myself) before downloading this app. It’s a waste of time and money.

So far the worst application. They charge you as a subscription but you need to buy coins to be able to send your photo to a cartoonist. Since the 3 first day were free I gave it a try and bought some coins but money was charged and the app doesn’t load the coins. I am contacting apple support as I am writing this review to get my money back. Btw, just cancel the subscription and uninstalled the app.

Free try ain’t free. Don’t even bother downloading I was gonna try it see if I like it let me upload my picture then it requires “coins” to edit the pictures it gives you 10 you need 15 to do one picture so they try to get you to buy the coins. Pooooor pooor Customer service. Don’t say Free if it ain’t.

just a disappointment. my experience with app isn’t bad like others have said, but the app was still a disappointment. you get a certain amount of “coins” to start with so you get a free submission of a few pictures. i submitted two, one only said submitted and i never got a result. the other one finished, but on the app i couldn’t click on it without it telling me i had to pay for a (very expensive) subscription. i did get to see my picture because it was emailed to me for some reason, but it looks like someone used a basic watercolor filter over it. didn’t look cartooned at all.

How do I delete account?. I do not want to purchase a plan. I made an account but there is no option to delete my account. I do not want junk mail from this app associated with my email. This app is not well built and that just shows poor set up service.

SCAM!!!!!. This is just a scam they just stole $30 dollars from me they make you agree to a year of service just to learn every photo takes days and costs an additional $10. This is a scam this app is just a giant fraud shame on you apple. It also won’t let you cancel so this app is continuing to commit fraud.

Good Luck. Before you can do anything you have to set up a subscription. Once you subscribe you upload a picture but then have to spend coins but they don’t tell you what the coins represent or how many you have 🤷🏻‍♀️. And then you have to create an account. I stopped at this point. Never got a cartoon version, just felt like I was constantly jumping through hoops.

Ridiculous. Signed up for the free trial thinking I could get some use out of it. Should have read the fine print because after taking my picture it said some crap about how I only had 2 coins and needed at least 5(which I had to pay for) in order to make my picture into a cartoon. What was the point of a FREE trial if you still have to pay to even do anything?! What a bogus app.

I want my money back!. If I could give this zero stars I would. I downloaded it cause I thought it would be a cute late gift for Father’s Day, but I didn’t want to pay extra for the coins. So I deleted the app, forgot that I signed up for the subscription. Now I wouldn’t care if the subscription was for a month but. No. THEY CHARGED ME FOR A YEAR. All my money is gone and I needed to pay bills with it. I need a refund! Like now.

Don’t know what’s next. I bought 10 coins - selected what I wanted and now I have absolutely no idea what’s next. There no notification of my order. I don’t have an idea where’s the cartoon of my son. This is a bummer because I wanted to share with my family for his birthday today. Now I’m out $8.99 and have no idea what I spent my money on! There no faqs page. I’m lost and frustrated.

Coins. So after thinking the subscription fee was a little high. I figured, might as well give it a try. Just to find out I have to buy coins to get anything done. So I tried to purchase coins.. it says successful but when I go to checkout on my photo, the coins I purchased aren’t there. Then I go to rebuy and I get the notification that I already purchased the coins and they will be restored. And still NOTHING

Wish I would’ve read the reviews. First of all it’s overpriced and requires you to not only pay a ridiculous subscription but to also pay for coins to get cartoonized portraits. It forced me to buy 10 coins twice bc my coins just disappeared after purchase. Also wouldn’t let me cancel my order even though it says there’s a 12 hour cancellation window. THIS APP IS CRAPP and a scam

A total (expensive) waste. The photos are clearly not actually drawn by anyone. I spent money on a cartoon, and when it came out, it looked horrible. It looked like they used an app to make the cartoon and didn’t adjust the color or Brightness so my face and body were completely unrecognizable. There is no way to contact them. It’s just money lost. So disappointed

This is a blank app. Don’t buy. Not only are the charges incorrect (I signed up for a free trial and was immediately charged and have been charged weekly for the fee they said was monthly), I paid for and never received my order. There’s no way in the app or online to inquire about one’s order and when I tried the email in the App Store, received no response. DO NOT BUY.

DONT DO IT!. $10 and 8+ days later I still don’t have my artwork. I was told 4 days and some odd hours and it’s still not hear and the developer isn’t responding to emails. This app needs to be reported. Wish I had read the reviews first instead of going off how many stars. I don’t know how the stars are so good when all the reviews are BAD!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This app will certainly take your money for hopes of commissioning an artist to make your cartoon image and from there you’ll never see your finished product. App crashes, over and over and over again. They say it’ll take a couple days and I never heard back. I wish I could have a refund, so frustrating.
