Editing my first review! Update messed up!. The manufacturer was quick to contact me and try to help with my issue (see original review below) and it seems that because I have an iPhone 5s the screen was cutting off the register button! They worked with me on a few fixes that didn’t work and then replicated it on their end with the same model phone! Then they got right on to fixing that bug and now... the app works, and it is so easy and accurate! I am so happy I found this on Kickstarter and will keep an eye out for more from them! My eye doc refused to give me my PD so I was stuck buying $500 glasses from his office and now I’m excited to get a few more pair online! Thanks guys! Original review- The app was fine till the update - now I don’t get the whole app on screen because it cuts off! Not sure I can use it now since the only option is “sign in” and I was waiting to get my glasses before I signed up in the app! Now the option to create an account is off screen!

Results 2 mm to narrow.. Used App and their glasses and got a PD of 60. Ordered up a set of glasses and when i got them they seemed off. Went to my optometrist and they said my PD is 62.5 so the test glasses and app didn’t work for me 😢

Must purchase a physical item. Not an app to measure PD - you have to spend $20 to get there glasses first. Waste of time signing up.

Convenient and Accurate. I can’t get over how simple and accurate this app is! You just take a picture with the PDCheck frames and then use the arrows to place t-marks over your pupils. Considering what a pain it is to get this measurement is from my eye doctor, it is nice to know I can do it myself. I cross-referenced the number I got (eventually) with my script and it was the same number. Good job EyeQue!

Good way to get an accurate PD. I get three different PD numbers every time. 66, 65 or 65.50. I wasn’t sure what the margin for error is but after doing some research (via Google) it seems that 1mm won’t make any difference. I was pretty sure that my PD was 66 on my current glasses that I got from an optometrist office and the app is right in that 1mm error margin. I think this is a great way to get your PD for ordering online.

Not free misleading. They make you think it’s free then ultimately they force you to go to a website to spend maybe 12 dollars to be able to use it. This is misleading. If you want to charge, just do it transparently and honestly.

Serial number not working with app. Ordered the EyeQue PDCheck from Amazon made my account , but the serial number on the frame doesn’t work. Please help with this issue!!! I need to order new glasses.

Why though. Why do you have to register to measure ipd and the thing won’t register this is horrible find another app for ipd

It works and is quite accurate!!!. If you’re having trouble figuring out your PD you definitely need this app and the glasses. It worked for me. I had my PD checked at the eye doctor but I wanted to test these, as well, in case I ever lost/misplaced my info. Which, I’m notorious for doing. The numbers from the doctor and the app/glasses were identical. I was skeptical this wasn’t going to work at first, but I’m happily surprised that it not only worked but was accurate. So, don’t be discouraged from giving these a try. $12 bucks isn’t a lot and hopefully you will yield the same great results. Thank you eyeque!!!🤓🕶🥸💕

Zero stars. Downloaded the app, then had to register, then had to confirm registration, 20 minutes go by and I’m still not into the app to simply READ A PUPILLARY DISTANCE. Never got it to to work so we did it manually. Deleted the app.

Accurate!. I got mine on Kickstarter. It’s surprisingly accurate for a $10 thing, and it was easy to use. I’ll be using this for every pair of glasses I buy.

Interesting product. So far, my results have not been accurate compared to my a Optomotrist. Maybe I need to take more tests to get a more accurate measurement.

Thought I would use it to. Measure my eye distance but it requires glasses I wanted to measure so my vr headset would work properly but this app is really stupid

I keep getting different answers. I keep getting different numbers each time I do it so I don’t know what’s right adult know how much it matters if it’s off a little bit

It’s not really free!!. You have to make a purchase to even get ti the measurement tool. Don’t waste your time!!

Scam. This scanner is a scammer! Doesn’t work.

You need this. I got this through the kicksater campaign. It exceeded my expectaions. This thing works and when you buy glasses online, which is way cheaper, this thing makes the glasses you get perfect. I have used it twice for myself and once for my Mother and it is flawless. Get it.

Help. Found an EQ100 and decided to try it out. However, the SN was invalid. I am assuming it is already associated with an existing account (which I do not remember anymore). Is there any way to get that account back? If not, how can I register a new account?

Just poorly done. To say this is kludgy would be generous.

Doesn’t work. Loaded the app. Tried to register. App freezes after entering password and before completing registration. Closed the app after each freeze. Attempted to register 3 times. I’ll find a different app to use.

Works as advertised. Simple to use and works as advertised.

What a scam!. Have to have purchased a frame to even use this app! I just went to the eye doctor today got my prescription just so I could shop around for cheaper glasses, they gave me everything except the PD which seems to make even trying to purchase glasses impossible! I installed this app to get my PD but it requires you own a pair of their frames “Enter Serial Number from inside your PDCheck frame” when I click the get frame link it just takes me to their store there is no serial number just a store to buy a frame! This is a messed up practice eye doctors won’t give you the PD all the other apps I’ve installed have turned out to be stores or will not launch. Shame they weren’t looking out for people who may become customers after finding their PD! Do not install unless you are already one of their customers this app is a waste of time!

Misleading. After you sign up after all then it’s a selling store for things vision related.

Problem on iPhone 6 screen. I have a iPhone 6S and the app doesn’t scale to fit on the smaller screen. Register button are off the edge of the screen. Luckily we had an iPad and could install the app to use it there. App seemed to work fine on the iPad.

Works as expected. On my iPad , had no problems , and quickly had my measurements......simple as explained . Great for online glass purchases .
