App needs some work. App is terrible - almost as if simply a link to a website. No issues with bank or services but could use some improvement in their app developers department.

Great but looking forward to more.. I’ve used this card for about three years and do enjoy it. People seem to remember me just because of the card. Now, several big negatives for me. Out all the luxury cards I’ve owned, I find it a bit shocking that you can’t book a flight using your rewards either through the app or online, you have to make a phone call. Totally inconvenient and not very luxurious. Also, I called 4 months ago to let them know that two restaurants in the Dallas section are now permanently closed, and their only answer is “we’re working on it”. At least remove the from the app! Also, the opened restaurants shown for Dallas are now totally irrelevant, please update your selection. The app itself feels a bit outdated, looking forward to a big update. I’ll keep using the card because of the convenience of the concierge, but lots of work needed for this to truly be “luxurious”. P.S the perks are now outdated as well. Please Barclays / Mastercard, some of us really want to keep this card, make it easy for us.

Unable to initialize. I’ve tried multiple times putting in my initial information but when I hit the continue button nothing else happens.

Text support stinks. Text support is a colossal waste of time. If it’s a real problem and not a general question they direct you to call the main number. Might as well be automated because if you have a question with any substance uhhh call this number and this is how we pass the buck.

My Luxury Card. I so enjoy this card. The professionalism and courteousness is unmatched by any other card service provider. Thank you for allowing me the privilege of being a card holder member.

App. App is not very user friendly

Can’t lock card anymore. I can no longer control that lock and unlock functionality on my card through the app. I have to wait on the phone for 5-10 minutes trying to do it versus being able to click a button. How did an upgrade make it less convenient and take away a key feature?

Great Card. Please get this card this is the best credit card ever.

App not working. I’m trying to pay my bill and every function on the app is working except the “account” option. I can contact concierge but I can’t pay my bill

Amazing app. The service is an actual human being messaging you and not AI. The perks are amazing and the deals are better than most blackfriday in store deals. I 100% recommend

Can’t book flights using app. So I have to call every time I want to check a flight not convenient at all.

Happy Customer. This app works great the live chat is very smooth and getting to my account information is easy.

Won’t start. I’m running iOS 13.1.3 and when I click start the initial screen comes up and it crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling it but it still has the same issue. Seems to need some work. It’s pretty disappointing considering the source.

Concierge service 24/7, WHAT!. Had the card about 6-8 months now & they’ve proven to be an excellent organization!

Still hangs on initialization. Developer says the set up problem has been fixed but I cannot continue after inputting my information and I'm on the latest version of both the app and iOS. Tried deleting and reinstalling with no success. Reflects badly on the "luxury" branding to have an app that doesn't work for quite a few cardholders. Deleting the app again and will just use the website. Inconvient and disappointing.

App and Website. The IT department needs leadership and software changes. Good luck on website or App working. Unable to sign in because the link stays offline.

Car rental. Eric was very professional and courteous in securing a car rental at RSW for me. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Corporate needs to give this concierge a raise..

VIP Travel. I used for the first time on my travel to Hawaii and I was more than amazed. I was able to secure restaurant reservations.

Great customer care. I just love the customer service they make me feel so important to them.

Love this. Went on a Driving vacation and needed a hotel and this app made it so easy

495 membership fee. I cancels this account and they continue to charge me annual fee out of my bank account. Do not set your bank account up w this company because they can apparently take your money anytime they want.

Enhances the entire Luxury Card Experience. I’ve always gotten great service with Luxury Cardmember care and the Concierge agents but the App makes it even easier to see my benefits and to get help from the 24/7 Concierge service. I’ve used the Concierge live chat feature numerous times with great success. From narrowing down my search for a special birthday gift to coordinating my international itinerary, Luxury Card Concierge is a priceless perk. I love this App!

Constant issues. Constantly having issues with them. App chat currently is not working. Blocking transactions that shouldn’t be. Can’t take more than $500 cash back at a time. Won’t increase limit without another credit pull despite paying in full every month. Not a luxury card.

App crash. The app is total basic and they can’t get that right, I chat now with concierge 2 times and if you had old chat open the app is crashing (after conversation ) to clear old chat I have to Delete app and reinstall so there is no prior chat then it works again , total waste

Why not compatible with Motorola?. I like the app but got a new Motorola Razr phone and when I tried to download the luxury Card App it says “ will not work on your device” and I can’t use the app.

Amazing Experience. First time using the card and concierge it was very easy and well done, I asked many questions and all were answered, I had a amazing experience.

Card Use. It is a card with great perks

Crashes on iOS 17. I upgraded to an iPhone 15 and iOS 17, and the app crashes at launch. I reinstalled and it opened up to accept my information, but then crashed at the point where it tried opening originally.

Worst CC App out there!!. What’s the purpose of the app if I have to login to see Account Management? The worst customer experience, especially for a BlackCard. Has Barclays looked at the Chase or American Express apps? Plus, it shows I have payments posted, yet the credit available doesn’t reflect it. Also, if “no payment is needed” it doesn’t allow you to make one. Dumb. You have to click on Full Site, navigate to Payments, & hopefully it’ll allow you to make one. For what the annual fee is, you would think the App would be better than a Credit One or OpenSky app, yet, it’s not It’s not an app! It’s a lame attempt to bring a website to an app! WORST APP EVER!!!!!!!!!

Flights. The wait time is terrible to get a person on the phone and when you finally do, 3 different people had technical issues keeping them from booking Had to give passenger Information 3 different times and they finally booked the flights and booked return for the wrong day Terrible all around .

gold card perks are the best. I love my Gold Card. The point system is by far the best one I have come across. The concierge service is top notch and thorough. As a frequent business traveler, I find this to be the best card out there.

Horrible service. This card was advertised as luxury and it’s nothing but a cheap off brand card , the customer service is horrible you will never get a straight answer or resolution! No one in that chats know anything about anything they want you to call in for everything so there is no record of the conversation. I had fraud and the my took over 4 months to resolve the dispute and despite the merchant sending me written confirmation that the items were lost this credit card company did not do anything to assist me in the dispute or get my money back ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TINE WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY !

Amazing customer service. The card it self is ok, The most impressive part of the card is the weight to it. The customer service is amazing. Every time i talk to someone either it be by person or the chat online, it’s always a pleasure. It is easy to get ahold of a real person when ever calling, compared to most companies now with the ring around. The rewards are just about the same as most other cards. They do send a gift. This year i got a personalized pen with my name on it.

Improvements needed. This has the potential to be an incredible app. I suggest they improve the chat function. It’s not been working for days. And I suggest there be a review of the restaurant offers. Several times now I’ve searched the options which offer privileges like complimentary dessert or glass of sparkling wine, only to call and learn that the offer no longer exists.

Chat feature is amazing!. Love being able to chat with Concierge in the app. So easy and efficient to get things scheduled and ask questions

Flight Assistance. Luxury card agent Michelle was absolutely horrible. Her tone was not very friendly nor was it very professional. Her perceptions of my messages was off and she totally disregarded her mistakes when I corrected her. To say that this is luxury card service this was a horrible experience.

Fee waiver. During the pandemic we are unable to travel, so why are we required to pay the annual fee.

Bad service. After paying high fees my priority card was closed with no reason.

The app sucks. I can never see my account balance and transactions through the app. It’s allowed bugged out and blank. Whats the point of having this app if I can’t see my account details

Doesn’t work. Despite being a card member, I can’t get past the login screen. It just shows a loading spinner and then leaves me at the form without any feedback whatsoever. Also, whenever I open the app—even if the welcome video isn’t showing—it stops my music, which is annoying and easily prevented.

Roy. Over priced card with mediocre concierge service. They might be able to get you dinner reservations at “outback steak house” if you’re lucky.

App crashes each time I enter chat. I also wish you could do more in the app. The only way to utilize the benefits is via chatting. Which means I have to delete and download again each time the app starts crashing. Also, each time you setup the app it’s an elaborate proves. Wish I could just use my username and password. I wish I could just take action within the app to reserve cars, hotels, restaurants, transportation etc. Also wish I could complete a purchase without having to supply my CC number. Just do a quick face scan or verification without requiring the card.
