Not just pay to win but pay MORE to win. Let me start by saying I love this game when I can actually play it and progress. Not subscribing to anything makes this game insufferable and you have to watch an ad after EVEY. SINGLE. LEVEL. which a lot are a minute or less. I remember 2 years ago when I played watching an ad after a level was optional to get more coins but boy did they change that. Forget about earning many gems too. I broke and subscribed to the vip cook just to make playing the game manageable but even with that tier it is IMPOSSIBLE to progress as any gem rewards you get is MINISCULE. It would probably take me months to fully upgrade any restaurant at this point. You need to play to earn gems but you need gems to play it’s a viscous and disgusting cycle and I feel if I’n paying for any sort of tier it shouldn’t be this way. The only way to play the actual game is to subscribe to the VIP chef tier which is 9.99 A WEEK. that’s $40 a month for a MOBILE GAME. As if the developer weren’t already greedy enough, when they released the DLC for the switch version, they punished digital purchasers/SUPPORTERS by making the dlc only available for the physical edition. Making us have to buy the game TWICE just to play last chance coffee. How is a mobile game using a multi million dollar IP like SpongeBob so greedy?

Not even pay to win, it’s pay to play, greedy people. Most of us know Nickelodeon is a greedy company, but they did license the animation for this game which is authentic (not like some older weird SpongeBob game that has round SpongeBob). However when you actually play the game, everything wants you to spend real money: upgrade your kitchen appliances, buy diamonds; unlock characters and level up their skills ( playing the levels does NOT level up character skill) buy tickets to play a Crane which we all know is just lootbox gambling which is morally wrong and illegal in many places. Everything can be purchased for real money of course. And some levels are very intense due to short time and shear amount of quests come in. Some are so intense like playing a RTS game where both of your hands are spamming the keyboard nonstop. Sometimes after a level is completed, you will get nonskippable ads coming in, and sometimes you watch ads for a bonus and the rewards doesn’t show up. Overall: nice graphics, horrible money grabbing scheme, and very intense game play. It is definitely not for relaxing. Spend your money on things more meaningful

love the game but pay to win :/. i have been playing this game for almost two years and throughout this time I occasionally stop and come back to being addicted. i love cooking simulator games like this one. it’s a fun game. hardly any bugs at all that ive encountered. i only had an issue which was starting up the game, but later resolved it by re installing the app. it is a bit hard to navigate through the game with all the icons and different things to click on. however, once you become familiarized with all those buttons, it does become much easier. i just find it unfair on how hard it is to obtain diamonds in the game & without these diamonds i can’t upgrade appliances which leads to me not being able to pass certain levels. so yes it is pay to win. either lower the amount of diamonds it takes to upgrade an appliance or remove them in general. many other players also find it very annoying to deal with. it’s a reason why i stop playing sometimes because i get stuck having no diamonds and no way of getting them without buying a bundle of diamonds for like 5 dollars which i will not be paying for. well it’s nice to play when you got some free time. i hope the developers or whoever is in charge maybe make getting diamonds easier :) anyways if you’re looking to download this game, you should. i personally think it’s better than cooking fever and maybe right below in rank of cooking dash.

Great game, frustrating crashing. This is actually a really fun game if it works well. The issue I’m having is that, occasionally, when I try to start a level, it crashes! This is incredibly frustrating, particularly when I try to use boosters or am working on a streak: the booster is instantaneously consumed and I’ve completely wasted it, or my streak is broken and I have to start over from the beginning! I really hope the developers fix this so that people don’t keep pointlessly wasting their money on this game; pay-to-wins are bad enough as they are, but paying for resources without being able to use them are infinitely worse. Similarly, as I’ve seen in other reviews, the mechanic of trashing items is not really intuitive: for certain levels where different items are really close together (like the pretzels and cheese in Weenie Hut Jrs), it is VERY easy to click the same thing more than once when you intend to click another item. This isn’t too bad on most levels, but for levels in which you aren’t allowed to trash items, it becomes a really big problem. I really want to enjoy this game, but sometimes I simply have to stop playing after encountering these issues.

Meh. So don’t get me wrong I’m a HUGE SpongeBob fan and when I saw this SpongeBob game I was like “oh bet let’s go!” But it’s really kinda boring. First off the levels are great. Super entertaining. But there are some levels you can slide pass with ease and some you have to make a million in-app perches for that ONE LEVEL. And then after a week of playing, you run into the same problem! There’s also this bug where a little of a month after playing, I open the app and everything is black. I can hear the music but EVERYTHING is just an endless void. I’ve tried getting rid of some pictures to see if it’s a space problem, I’ve tried closing all my app windows, I’ve even tried deleting the app! But nothing worked! I also wanna say how it saves your progress…not in a good way though. I felt like I started the game off a little rocky and wanted a do over, but it kept my progress and I was still stuck on that level I can’t get past! Personally I think there should be a reset button but that’s just me. Also Nickelodeon, i don’t know if your aware of this but Netflix made this exact app. :/

really frustrating!!!. alright listen. this game is so much fun. i’ll give them that. but good god. it gets to a point where you literally cannot play the game if you don’t buy gems. it’s really cruel tbh. it takes longer and longer to win gems because they purposefully make it more difficult but on top of that they make it more expensive to buy upgrades so you’re just spending all this time struggling to win gems so that you can get upgrades in order to pass the levels. i’ve noticed something really messed up that they do. say if you’ve fully upgraded all of your equipment except for one. they will make the customers MILK that one piece of equipment until you lose that level every single time UNLESS you upgrade. for example i fully upgraded my stove and my fryer but not my drink machine. so now i’m at a level where EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER asks for THREE DRINKS. it’s horrible. not only that, but they never ask to confirm gem purchases. if you accidentally click on a pop up that asks you to spend gems, that’s it your gems are gone. there’s no “are you sure?” pop up, nothing. all your hard work is gone. it’s really poorly made and forces you to pay in order to win which is really messed up. please fix this.

Mixed feelings. I started off loving this game a lot in the beginning, but now I’m noticing that with every update it’s getting worse on purpose, just so we spend more money on the app. Now, it’s so much harder to earn gems AND the levels are becoming purposefully impossible to beat so you spend more gems. I knew something was up because certain levels are literally designed to be impossible to beat unless you buy the extra 30 seconds or customers boosters. For example, right now I’m stuck on a level that requires me to serve 50 plates but it keeps you stuck at 49 just so you can’t pass the level. It could just be a glitch but I doubt it because this happened before already, with a level giving me 60 seconds to get 22 “thumbs up” but I could not get passed 21 no matter how many times I replayed it (even with the instant cook booster!) So I finally gave in & bought the extra 30 second booster. I might just have to stop playing & delete the app; I’m annoyed because I was obsessed with this game & thought it was really well made. It’s not as fun anymore, I can clearly see how the creators want to get people to spend absurd amounts of money for the boosters to advance in the game.

Fun but full of micro transactions.... The game itself is super fun and has you coming back for more. What I really don’t enjoy is having the entire game revolve around constant micro transactions. It’s almost impossible to play without purchasing in game gems. If you don’t purchase, you’re stuck on levels that nearly require boosters in order to win. Even the game related purchases require gems instead of just the coins you earn each level, why? I also really hate the fact you can only request lives through Facebook. Not everyone has Facebook friends that will send lives. You can watch a video ad here and there for one single life. The timer for new lives to regenerate is too long. There’s a lot I hope to see fixed in the future. Another feature I really don’t like is the fact that after each level it takes you back to the shop and “recommends” the same item over and over. If I don’t have the coins to buy that item, I don’t want to keep getting automatically taken back to the shop. Let players open the shop on their own when they’re ready to buy. So far it’s fun, just needs a lot of work.

Are you serious?. I’ve played a toooon of these games and the upgrades are already tough enough with ads and the upgrades. I dealt with the ads on this game for a while, then the annoying cool downs for buying new items, and then I finally got pretty far in the game and you say that I ran out of gems-____- so I guess I was paying with coins and gems at the same time for the entire game... for what reason? I feel like any of these games that make you wait for an upgrade, are kind of stupid because it’s almost like you’re telling your users that we should wait 30 minutes before continuing to play... you’re literally teaching us how to go on with our lives without the app. Just make everything coins only and cosmetics buyable with gems. There no need to use two currencies for one item. We’re already watching ads, you’re getting paid for that already. Why push people away, I would’ve definitely played this a few more weeks and you would’ve at least had the ad revenue. I immediately deleted the app when I realized I needed to pay to continue. So stupid. Make your app cost something to play and then take away some of the gem traps. It’s not necessary... absolutely not necessary.

Problem with currency, too many ads.. I like this game a lot. It’s genuinely fun to play and is a good way to not be bored. But a big problem is how hard it is to earn gems and how much you need to do anything. You’d expect something minor like an outfit to be available after about 15 minutes of play, but it takes forever to rack up the 30 gems to get just a decent outfit. And it also requires gems in order to upgrade things? Why not just make it the coins? It’s overall really stupid. Another huge problem is the sheer amount of ads. I completely understand. It’s a free mobile game and needs to make money somehow. And the ‘watch an ad to speed this up!’ and ‘watch this ad to add 30% of your coins to the total!’ things are fine. Watch an ad for a boost or something. Who cares? But there are also ads after just about every game. Every few games would be fine, but you complete a game and before you can even start the dialogue you’re getting an ad for some scammy app. Sometimes I’ve even gotten an ad while I’m just sitting on the menu for too long. Please fix the currency and use less ads.

Good game but the ads are ridiculous ☁️. I don't have anything other to say but about the game. I love spongebob and love the plot. I love this game too because of the fact that its spongebob themed, but the ads are ridiculous. Too many ads, just a suggestion but maybe lower the amount of ads or put them in the background on screens. Not in the Krusty krab but in the main screen, where you go to the cooking part. If you don't like the idea or don't know how to do it than no need, just lower the amount of ads. I do love this game and hope you update it more. I do hope you understand my reveiw and will think about my recommendation. Other than that this game is awesome, all the details and you even have spongebob and all the other characters. Best Cooking Game On The Market. I’ve played probably every cooking game on the App Store. The ones that are actually fun only allow you to go so far before it’s practically impossible to progress without purchasing “gems” for upgrades. The other half of the games, that don’t require “gems”, are just very boring to play after a while. However, this is the one game I have not been able to put down. It’s highly addictive AND you don’t have to spend any of your money to buy gems for upgrades. You can get achievements (that are actually achievable) that reward gems, watch ads, and complete 5 level bonus restaurants! You do watch a 15-30 second ad after each level which sounds like a lot, but you really don’t notice them after a while and the gameplay far makes up for the ads. Only one complaint and this seems to be a new bug. Sometimes after watching an ad the volume of the game gets muted and the only way to fix it is to completely close out and reopen the app. Other than that I love it!!

5 stars if you make it easier to get gems!!. A lot of the levels aren’t able to be passed unless you have the highest upgraded appliances, which all require gems. As you unlock each new restaurant, the appliances get increasingly more expensive, requiring more gems per upgrade. We should be able to watch ads for gems, or give more than 1 gem/achievement. I’ve already purchased all of the dining upgrades and things that increase tips, it’s the gems that I need. You also can only purchase boosters with gems, and each is like 15 gems. Other than the gem issue, I have to say I really love this game. It really is a nice break from life, and being a diehard spongebob fan since I was about 5, I am so glad they finally released a game like this, as I’ve always played games with this style of having to serve a crowd. I really like how each restaurant has a different theme, different kinds of food, and all of the food items are laid out differently in each kitchen and require different sides toppings, so it keeps you on your toes. All in all, I’d recommend this game if we had other ways to get more gems!

STUCK ON FRY COOK GAMES LOADING SCREEN. cannot get past fry cook game screen no matter what. the tripple to trash is so annoying and unnecessary. A feature to instead drag to the trash can would be much better because it seems like a trick to make you lose the tasks that are to not throw any food away. very hard to get gems which makes it impossible to move on seems to push needing to purchase them too much. after unlocking sandys bbq it’s impossible to move on past 1 star items bc the gem price spiked from 10 gems to 89!!! that’s ridiculous and impossible without buying them because by then you’ve already played all the gems out of the pancake stand and the krusty kranks. Go lower on gems and higher on coins, i don’t even get why it’s pushing so hard for gems when there’s also adds not even cooking fever is like that 🙄 Lower the needed gems for upgrades and use more coins or make it easier to get gems. also all the “challenges” are impossible it really pushes to buy boosters all it wants is money. The food truck is an absolute scam bc it gives you 60 seconds but half of that is how long the customers take to get up there and order. EACH LEVEL SHOULD BE PASSABLE WITHOUT HAVING TO USE A BOOSTER, yet another money grubbing feature y’all aren’t Eugene Krabs why did you make it like this.

GAME IS BEAUTIFUL BUT..... First off, this game alone earns a good amount of brownie points. I love spongebob, and I absolutely love fast paced cooking games like this. I’ve been addicted to this game. However, there is a couple major issues. Glitches. Sometimes the game doesn’t leave the level you are in, and you’re left there, and you need to reset the app. That’s not the biggest problem, but the app also has a major issue with currency. Gems are such an important part of upgrading your items and obtaining items for your restaurant, but they seem to be VERY hard to get. An achievement gives you 1, a video gives you 1, and your challenges and events don’t even give you any! I’ve played the pancake stand over 100 levels and nothing. I can’t upgrade anything, I can’t get any gems from anything as I’ve already completed basically all the achievements that I could, or all the leagues. I can’t progress further. Either the gem cost to upgrade things is much lower or even possibly gone, or the gems need to be MUCH easier to earn. Maybe add 1 or 2 per level. That’ll keep us satisfied and much happier.

I love this game but.... The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wait time just to get 1 life back when you hit 0. It’s get pretty boring when you have already used watched the video and don’t have enough gems to buy a life, and still have around 30 minutes for another life. This wouldn’t be as much of a pain if you cut the wait to at least 5 minutes, or added something else to do in the game during the wait. May I recommend actually getting to build bikini bottom, adding a factory where you have to work to grow, pick, box and ship out. Maybe even putting the aspect of the sims into it, you know getting to create a character and take care of it in bikini bottom, getting pets, really their is many opportunities to make this get a perfect score. But other than that it deserves a 5 star review. Also, if you do have to wait that long at least give us more lives in the process.

Alright Game, pretty buggy. I'm really enjoying this game except I'm experiencing a bug where once you complete a level and the win screen pops up, instead of bringing you back to the in-game menu, it just goes back into the level, and it acts as if I'm still trying to complete it. However, nothing happens, no customers come by and it's just waiting for something to trigger. I'm able to cook and trash food still but I'm unable to press pause and leave the level, making me have to close the app and open back up. (Im on level 60 on the pancake section and it's been happening for the last 3 levels) Also the Gem mechanic seems pretty broken. It's hard to earn more than one Gem at a time without paying money. I'd rather watch ads to get free Gems rather than paying for them. With that in mind, it's difficult to progress through the game without either watching ads or paying for in game transactions. I understand that game devs need an income but again, I'd gladly watch ads for Gems if they're giving me more than 5 at a time, since progressing needs well over that amount. (Honestly pick Coins or Gems to help progress, not both)

Really pushing you to spend money. This is game is great. It’s fun and I love it. Although it if fun, be cautious. This is is really pushing you to spend money at every corner. To basically play and progress through the story, you need gems to upgrade your station. Gems are extremely hard to go by. You earn them by completing each mission collected by a piggy bank that you HAVE TO PAY TO UNLOCK. You also get them from daily event which are 5 missions with limited lives, which refill over time. The only caveat to this is you HAVE TO BEAT IT ALL IN ONE GO. Meaning if you lose a mission at any point, you have to start all over from the beginning. This is extremely frustrating as the level gets progressively harder too. They’re doing in hope that you get mad enough and buy boosters to help get through these levels even then you still have a chance of losing it all. I’ll be uninstalling this game until they either adjust the earning rates for gems or remove them as requirement for some of the mandatory station upgrades in the story. I understand they need to make money but this is too much. I’ve played countless free to play games that made it seems spending money is OPTIONAL. Not this game

Long time player. I love this game, I’ve had it since the beginning and have been obsessed. I’ve paid for many thing on this game, most recently got the VIP. I would leave 5 stars but recently the game has been bugging, the tournament has been saying “Coming Soon” for the last 2 weeks, it’s never taken this long for it to start so I’m not sure if it’s bugged out but if you could look into it and fix it I’ll definitely change to 5 stars. Only other issue I have is then taking away the Krusty Krab Tickets and now you have to spend a lot of diamonds just to get new clothing for the characters which in very upset because I had saved up to almost 900! Got no compensation for them, they just completely took them off my account and I’m not happy about that at all. I was saving them up to draw on banners that I didn’t have the clothes of and now they want me to pay a ton of diamonds for 1 draw. I hope you take all these criticisms into consideration and make the game more enjoyable like it use to be. Still love it and will continue to play once the issues get fixed

Using too many diamonds. This game is awesome, but the reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the usage of the diamonds. Other cooking games I’ve played, you use the cash/coins you make from completing levels to upgrade your cooking equipment, i.e. the stove, the skillets, etc. However, with this game you have to use your cash AND diamonds, which forces you to do your best to earn them, or you have to pay cash to buy them. So you have to spend thousands PLUS 12 diamonds just to upgrade your stove. Please change this. This is the only bad side about this game. You are literally forcing us to spend money just to play this game. Can’t developers just ever make a game that doesn’t require us to spend our money? Can’t we just play just for the fun of of playing? If you won’t change this, at least change the amount of diamonds that we get for completing certain tasks like for instance the fry cook games or the food truck. You only give us 3 diamonds every time we open one of those crates or sometimes, if we’re EXTREMELY lucky, we’ll get 5. Please make it so that we can just buy upgraded equipment with only the cash/coins that we make like all the other games do. If this doesn’t change, I will be forced to uninstall this game. I am not paying money just to play a game. It’s not that serious. I will continue to play the free ones.

Game is fun but too many bugs and wack support. I’ve been playing this game for a few months now and the game itself is super fun, but I’m starting to realize it’s really not worth playing. For 1, you pretty much have to spend money after a certain point to play the game because certain levels are impossible to beat unless you have the proper power-ups. So if you want to actually progress, be prepared to spend money on diamonds. Secondly, I’ve been having a lot of issues with my “smiles” not being added after completing a level, and therefore I’m not accurately progressing in the championship. And as someone who is pretty competitive, its super frustrating when I’ve earned 100+ smiles on a level and they don’t count. I reached out to support about this but all they did was give me 3 diamonds and said they couldn’t give me the smiles I earned. Considering how much money I’ve spent on this game, they should definitely be able to compensate me better. And I know it’s just a game, but it’s no fun playing if you’re not being accurately rewarded. Will probably stop playing after I’ve used up my remaining diamonds.

Fun but many problems. This game is easy to enjoy in the beginning stages but that will soon be lost once the realization that you need to actually buy things with your own money actually settles in. The cost of an additional 30 seconds costing 12 gems is ridiculous. Whenever I play the food truck events to get more gems they make it impossible to beat. I either have to use boosters or gems when I lose lives which defeats the purpose of playing for gems! I’ve already spent close to $30 just playing this and it’s really not fair at this point. The triple tap function for throwing away food is unfair because you will find your self tapping fast to serve the customers, resulting in you accidentally throwing away your food, potentially losing a game. This has happened to me several times when I was on my last life and my only option is to buy more lives with gems that are too expensive. Lives and additional time should not be so expensive, especially when they are seldomly earned. Either make gems more accessible ofr cheapen the cost of things. This is only an app, not a gaming console and I shouldn’t have to spend so much money just to enjoy. I’m at the verge of deleting because it’s so annoying

Great game but one major flaw. Ive been playing this game for a bit so far and i love the game a lot! In my opinion its harder than cooking fever (especially the timed levels god those are chaotic) anyway, i love the game a lot, however i have a big problem with it. The double tap to trash something mechanic is very annoying and has made me lose many great games simply from that one simple mistake of double tapping. This is cause when you are a competitive player you’re moving your fingers at lightning speed and sometimes accidentally double tap which is a nightmare for the “no trashing food” challenge levels. Please either remove this mechanic or at least add an option in the settings to turn it off and make it so i manually have to drag it to the trashcan. EDIT: i just thought of a genius idea! You should remove the double tap to trash item mechanic and replace it with a “hold to trash” mechanic. And you should make it so burnt items get trashed by simply just tapping them cause cmon what’re you gonna do with a burnt item aside from trashing it. Please add this cause the double tap mechanic has made me lose so many good rounds on the no trashing food challenges EDIT 2: if you are gonna add my idea for the “hold to trash” mechanic, you should make it so we can adjust the time needed in the settings to trash the item. 3 seconds being max and .5 seconds max for least time and 1.5 seconds default

Fun, but has a few big issues. The game itself is super entertaining! I love Spongebob of course, but its really just a fun cooking game even if you don’t care about the show. But there are some really bad issues that make it unplayable at times. There have been a handful of times where the game has had really bad glitches (one time in a level my ice-cream machine just wouldn’t work, you could tap on it but it wouldn’t actually produce any ice cream) and these result in losing lots of lives, and time, and I even wanted to give up entirely. Another issue is that each upgrade costs both coins and gems. Coins are pretty easy to get (you get a few every time you serve a customer) but gems are not. You get like 2 or 3 each time you rank #1 (takes about 10 or so levels to do this), but you need sometimes up to like 12 gems plus coins for just one equipment upgrade. And you need many upgrades or else you literally can not pass the level. I find myself watches like hours of ads, and waiting days in between playing, just so I can collect enough gems for a single upgrade. It’s taken me like, 4 months to get through one restaurant just because I have to wait so long to earn gems

Great game but..... I think this is a great game first of all. But, like everybody else I have a problem with the fact that you have to have money AND gems for a lot of the upgrades, which doesn’t make any sense at all. I think the problem is is that the game doesn’t start off with you having a decent amount of gems so you’re not left with that much freedom with what you want to do with your upgrades, so you’re pretty much stuck with having to do the pancake levels a bunch of times to get achievements and even then, you only get ONE GEM for doing that. Coupled with that, by the time you get to unlock the Krusty Krab you’re pretty much dirt poor with gems bc you’ve already spent it all on upgrading your pancake stand and that the game doesn’t give you that many gems to begin with, and don’t get me even started with that it doesn’t give you that much options to be able to go get gems. And that’s only my first major problem. The second one is the game mechanic “Triple-tap feature” where if you tap your plate three times, it’ll put your plate of food in the garbage. IMO, that’s a horrible mechanic. I have accidentally pressed on the plates with food three times by accident multiple times and it makes me reset the level bc you’re not allowed to dump your food sometimes

It IS a fun game, just some things need tweaked. The game is super fun, I love these diner quick serve type of games, I personally have no problem with the waiting times for upgrades. I usually play the game as much as I can until I have enough money saved up and get stuck, and then just buy all the upgrades I want before bed so when I wake up I have tons of new things. My issue is idk if it’s a bug or what but I’ve completed Ham a Lot and was waiting to open the next restaurant, the juice bar, but it’s still locked? I have almost completely upgraded Ham a Lot, all interiors almost all kitchen upgrades, but I have that little icon on the left where it says 0/1 like I haven’t competed a level or something? Doesn’t make any sense because I’m in the infinite levels of the restaurant, like I’m on level 106 of Ham a Lot, so idk what else to do. I’ve also experienced that glitch where you’ll beat a level and then it takes you back to the game screen and you can’t do anything, no more customers are coming and food is burning but you can’t close anything out, I just have to restart the game. Very weird. I’m more so worried about getting the juice bar, like it’s been days since I’ve finished this restaurant. It’s almost like the progress meter is for the juice bar but I’m in Ham-a-Lot. Will the new restaurant ever open???

NEVER change the new Food Truck game!. After taking a long hiatus from playing, the food truck game being changed has brought me back everyday. Before, it was almost impossible to win the food truck event. At first, I used to get excited when it rolled around to a restaurant I actually had played before, but even the restaurants I was really good at were impossible to win all the rounds in the food truck game unless I used power ups. I stopped even bothering to try with the restaurants I had never played. It was impossible to learn restaurants you had never played before and also win. It's so much better now, I hope you never change it back. It's nice to have a new challenge everyday that you can actually win. It also gives you some diamonds. This is one of the few games I've actually spent real money on, for diamonds, and one of the reasons I stopped playing was asking myself, if I can earn barely any diamonds in game, what's the point? I will still buy diamonds every once in a while, but it's nice to have ways to earn them in-game too. Otherwise it starts to feel like a scam. One way the game can improve is if you allow a way to opt out of the Fry Cook Games for a cycle. Sometimes I want to play casually and don't want to worry about my rank. You literally can't do that as of right now half the time because you only get around a day or so in between games.

Fun and addicting until you get to krusty Karb. It’s so fun and addicting but it’s definitely something you’ll be at stuck on unless you pay for. You do the pancake stand relatively easily with achievements earned often enough that you gain enough gems to upgrade (because you need coins and gems to upgrade) but that stops at the Krusty Krab. The need for coins and gems double and you rarely hit an achievement and even if you do you only earn one gem. They provide the food truck games which, if you win 5 in a row, you earn like 5 gems but this is nearly impossible. You go 0 - 100 in difficulty in three levels. You end up not being able to compete without using boosters and next thing you Know you're out of boosters and earned no new gems. The Krusty krab level similarly ends up at a level where you can’t pass without upgrading and you don’t have the gems. Without boosters you can’t pass the food truck adj you’ve already earned all gems from the pancake level. It’s like they get you hooked just long enough and then make it impossible without spending money. Just make it a paid app then 🙄. Too long didn’t read: it’s fun but you only get through one restaurant before it becomes impossible to move on without spending money on app.

Unplayable but Fun. This game is fun, even for an adult like me. The problem is the every single ad that pops up after every game. I mean ads pop up even if I’m not trying to earn gems or get in-game currency. This is ridiculous and pathetic for a billion dollar corp like Viacom. Maybe don’t include Viacom in the opening credits if you all don’t have their money to actually fund the game? Why would I ever spend $40+ for gems that are absorbed in 3 in-game purchases or less? On top of the fact that in order to purchase the Bart-n-Mart items you need to advance in the game, you have to have gems AND coins. Whoever on the development team thought that people would be gullible enough to spend their money on that is a first-class idiot. I can’t imagine that parents are letting their kids drain money for a phone game app with lackluster incentives. Again, the game is fun, nostalgic, graphically beautiful, but extremely flawed with the pay-wall. I get that developers need to make their money. Please crawl from under the rock you’re living and realize most of your player base cannot afford the pay-wall. I mean what’s the point of earning coins if I have to use gems as well to even buy anything? Get a grip and fix it. Deleting until fixed.

Okay. The app is fun as are most cooking apps and the animations are nice, but the app is completely buggy. The game clearly pushes you to pay for things which is common and to be expected, however some of the ways they do it is off-putting. For example they have a daily game where you watch an ad to play for an outfit item, but conveniently it will let me watch the ad then mysteriously crash before it gives me my reward and then when I restart the app my daily try is missing with no reward. This has happened when watching ads for more points after games as well. It’s just awfully suspicious that the ad plays through so they get that watch time but the reward for us is taken. I would also say not to waste too much time on events as they are overwhelmingly rigged towards the end. You will definitely need a bunch of buffs that you inevitability will have to pay for. All in all it’s an okay game as long as you treat it as a light time killer and not take it seriously because you will probably end up frustrated.

Good game, greedy developers. Krusty cook-off is fun and addicting, however, it’s impossible to win without spending a lot of actual money. The further in the levels you go, the more gems it costs to upgrade and successfully complete the levels, which requires you to purchase. The “rewards” the game offers are not enough so you have no choice. I’ve already spent $40 on the game, like I said it’s addicting, but I’ve had to delete the app because I realized there’s no way for me to move forward without spending more, which i feel I’ve already spent a ridiculous amount of for a little boredom buster phone game. A better concept would be to take away the gems and allow people to purchase the game at a set price where we can actually complete the game with coins earned. Maybe even have more sponsored ads to watch and earn more than just one gem a video or even food truck events where you strictly earn gems since it later costs over 200 gems a level. Most levels are also impossible without gem paid boosters, which I’m sure they did that on purpose as well for more money. Love the game but I’m frustrated the developers were so greedy with the concept and I really wish I was able to keep playing.

Pay to win. At first I was thrilled to have infinite levels and challenges. And then the father along I progressed I realized this game forces you to get gems in whatever way possible. They have levels that literally force you to upgrade certain equipment. You physically cannot progress farther without upgrades. Additionally, when you go to restart or quit a level it throws up a screen that if you click it it spends your hard earned gems. I mean literally right after you try to quit a level it throws up 2-3 screens that want you to confirm the quit or spend gems to get boosters, or extra time, customers etc. I love cooking games and I do well with them, this game really triggered me at how unfair it was. You have to either pay money or watch ads (which are limited) it really creates a game that is stacked against you. I liked this game a lot until I progressed to around Hamalot. It’s forcing these upgrades earlier and earlier the farther you get. I get it it’s Nickelodeon but come on really? If a kid was playing this game there’s no doubt whatsoever they’d click the spend gems button by accident, like I have as an adult, it ruins it. Not to mention the numerous pop ups begging to buy deals etc. not worth it when they throw other pop ups meant to make you accidentally spend gems. This is really disappointing Nickelodeon. I did expect more from you guys. So money hungry smh.

Haven’t been obsessed with a game for a long time. Here I am about to turn 21, yet I’d get on my iPad every day to play this game like a 9-year-old. Graphics are absolutely stunning on top of a plethora of gameplay options vary from restaurants to decorations and character equipments to food choices. I did struggle with obtaining gems for a little bit when I first started out, but after playing for awhile, I’ve found a way to obtain these gems for my upgrades. Make sure to place top 3 for championship tournaments, upgrade your restaurant for shells yet knowing when to stop and save for the next restaurant, complete the submarine and streaks challenges and also know when to stop for streaks if you feel like you can’t complete the whole 15 streaks. You’d have to be dedicated and consistent with checking in and playing the game to its fullest, meaning finishing all challenges, every day in order to get more gems. Overall, I had a great personal experience with this game. Cannot wait for new restaurants in the future!

Super fun!! Then it glitched :(. I love this game. Yes, it’s difficult to get gems to upgrade your items otherwise it’s ridiculously hard to complete levels but if you know how to ration them it’s not so bad. Other than that it’s a great dinner rush game and a fun little waster! However I ran into a bug that has rendered the game unplayable for me. I am currently on the level in Sandy’s BBQ and I believe I was around level 28 or 30 when I progressed the story. The cutscene with Sandy and Spongebob came up but there was no dialogue and I couldn’t skip it or exit the screen. I tried updating the game and exiting out and opening it again but still nothing. It all works fine and runs like normal until the cutscene comes up and it just won’t let me get out of it. What’s worse is I can’t avoid going into the cutscene because when you progress the story it goes into it automatically no matter what. I was having a really great time playing it and now I can’t because of this glitch. PLEASE FIX IT DEVS!! I’m very eager to keep playing but I can’t until this issue is resolved!

I love this game but.... I love these type of games and the fact that it is Spongebob makes it that much better, however they are all the same... you get to a certain point and it seems impossible to proceed and win a particular level without leveling up an item or a boost. At least some of the other similar games allow you to get further into the game. In my case, it is the weenie hut in Goo Lagoon, I’m stuck relatively early on and it’s frustrating. I cannot make any more coins for this area as it’s the first level in the area and I cannot win the level because I need a new shake machine. I feel like it would help if you earned boosters throughout the previous area as you continue to bring it to 100% or have an additional task to do to obtain extra boosters or coins. Even some games just give you a few boosters just for fun. To make it so difficult that you cannot win without a booster that you have to buy is ridiculous. I get that they are trying to make money but there are so many ads, do they not get a kickback from that? Or keep people long enough to maybe want to pay for it? I don’t know. Please do something because I’d love to continue this game.

Developers keep taking things away. Update 6-18: used to love this game but they keep taking good things away and giving u things u don’t need. Daily login bonuses were great you got different boosters now they have taken that All away and give u money and just cash. Except for 5 gems the 7th day. Totally useless. Used spend money on game but they are getting to greedy with taking things away so won’t be spending my money on the game.. There are a few too many glitches in the game. For the longest I was not progressing in sandys bbq but was done with the kitchen and in another one. The one thing I really dislike and wish they would change is automatically opening a new restaurant.. I should have the choice to open a new restaurant when I am ready. They give u a couple options to win free gems which I appreciate but wish some of the mini games with the different restaurants were virtually impossible to win with out boosters.. that’s where they get as the boosters aren’t cheap. You do get some from daily logins but since they force into open new restaurants you can strategize to try and save up for things

Cons starting to outweigh the Pros. It’s easy to get hooked in the beginning levels of the game: the gameplay is simple to learn & a lot of fun, upgrades are manageable with the rate at which you acquire gems, the visuals and music are great! And then, the ads pile up… what I find most annoying about the ads is not the sheer amount of them (though that IS a problem), but the way they usually will glitch and crash the game, so I have to force quit the app and restart. The gems have also become an annoying aspect—the amount you earn *does not scale* with the higher levels of gameplay! So the upgrades take forever to achieve, thus slowing your story progression to a near standstill… and makes the player lose interest unless you shell out money for those in-app purchases. Ah, of course. One other minor gripe: there are also too many forms of “currency” in the game: coins, gems, plus cash, and machine tickets?? Do we need four types, especially when cash fulfills no purpose? This game has the foundation to be one of the best and immersive mobile games I’ve experienced in a while. It’s just that most of it is kept behind a paywall.

Just a Sponge Bob loving person. I’ve been playing this game for 30 minutes since I got it and I can’t stop playing one of the things I wish this game had is pets, it would be nice to see Gary or other citizens of Bikini Bottom bring their pets and have their pets order too! I would also like it if the levels lasted longer, I know they go super fast but it would be nice to have the levels go longer. I also want to add that in some of you episode stories in the game (AMAZING IDEA) but I wish the expectations on some of the characters matched their words ex: when Sponge Bob told Patrick “oh no he’s back” Sponge was doing a happy dance while his tone was annoyed. Just tiny little suggestions and thank you for your time! I hope you take my ideas into consideration! Edit: one more thing. IM SO MAD I ACCIDENTALLY MISS CLICKED ON A NO TRASHING LEVEL AND I TRASHED A PANCAKE ON MY LAST COSTOMER!!! I have very much butter fingers but it would be nice if I could drag it to the trash or something like that again you don’t have to do this I’m just really annoyed and this has never happened to me so I’m in shock.

Great game expect its a pay to win game. I really wanted to love this game I really do, SpongeBob has been apart of my childhood for a very long time and I’ve always been fascinated with the idea of him having his own little cooking game. I can tell the team put a lot of work into this but the only issue is it 100% a pay to win game. There’s far too many ads which is usually normal but it gets really annoying. Each time an ad plays the game closes out too, I highly recommend you fix this this buggy mess. Back to the pay to win topic, you cannot even progress through certain levels due to the amount of gems you need and this wouldn’t be an issue if the gems weren’t painfully hard to get, its genuinely infuriating that I have to spend literal hours to get quite a bit of gems by watching several soulless ads, this needs to be fixed cause this game has a lot of potential, it’s sad to see its lack of good updates and its one again infuriating to get gems. Either make an easier way to get gems or lower the prices cause it is bothersome.

Love the game, hate the unusual bugs…. I contacted support about this already, and they told me they’d give me support and such to get a head start upon starting a whole new game. The reason for that is somewhere along the way in playing the game, as I reached Sandy’s Treedome, I somehow gained access to goo lagoon’s first first restaurant as the Fry Cook Games event was taking place there, long before I completed Sandy’s treedome, and from there on, the storyline and its cutscenes weren't working right, up until I reached Ham-A-Lot…where the cutscenes at both there and the juice bar were working for awhile until I played the early levels of Salty Spittoon..now, I can no longer progress the story it seems as it thinks I’ve completed Ham-A-Lot..but won’t realize I’m at the Salty Spittoon.. Granted, I love the game and it’s mechanics, the micro transactions and use of both gems and coins to buy stuff is a bit tough to swallow in dealing with…but I love its use of prioritizing time and task management, keeps you on your toes, I just wish the developers could fix these types of bugs so that the game could be much more enjoyable, hence the four stars, but tiltingpoint, I don’t know what has to be done, but please, find a way to fix this glitch, I’m seriously not sure if I want to start this process all over again, and potentially risk another glitched out storyline. Thank you, and please consider trying to reboot the servers of the game or something.

Fun But Buggy and Money-Hungry. I enjoy playing this game, except it does have a few issues. First, the game is very buggy. Half of the time the game crashes. Yesterday, I pretty much couldn’t play the game at all because every time I opened it up it crashed after about 30 seconds. Also, there’s a bug that keeps popping up where you look at an ad to get the free gem, and the screen just goes black, leading you to have to force quit the game and not get the gem. Another issue I have with the app is that it is very blatantly pay-to-win. You have to get coins AND gems to pay for any upgrades in the game. Coins are very easy to come by, but getting gems is very difficult, especially since in the later levels we need up to 15 gems per upgrade at points. The only way to get enough gems to actually progress in this game is by buying them, and it isn’t a one-time purchase either. I bought the $4.99 pack of 100 gems, and after getting through the Krusty Krab and a third of the way through Sandy’s BBQ, I’m already almost out of gems. This needs to be fixed so players who can’t spend money can enjoy the game as well.

It’s really fun but.... I rated it a 4 because in the middle of me playing I only made it to the 3rd restaurant, Sandy’s bbq and it froze. I can only play the game if I push play when the tournament thing pops up. I can’t play if I push the X because it brings me to the cut scene with Sandy’s talking and it freezes. Normally when there’s a cut scene you can skip it or push the screen when your done reading each part to get to the Home Screen, but instead I can’t do anything. You also need to get to the Home Screen to upgrade your items plus I am stuck on this one level and I need to upgrade my stuff. Also the last time I played before it froze I bought something and it was supposed to be dropped off soon and I can’t even play the game. This has been happening for at least 2 days now. I tried deleting the game and downloading it back and I already tried closing the app and opening It again. I don’t know what is going on but I really like the game. Game devs can you fix this problem

I love this game!!!!. So before playing this game i was into a very similar one (obviously not one with spongebob) and i was really sad to let it go. This game is super interactive and I’ve been a spongebob fan my whole life. I really love this game because when you start it’s a wee bit challenging but not difficult and then the next level is more difficult to get all the gems you need in order to succeed but not like you NEED to buy gems, you can always make them up as you go along. I have been at this game for a while since i got it not too long ago. I also love that you dont need wifi in order to play as well as get prizes. There aren’t a lot of adds which i REALLY like and there is like a story going on in the back. Im not really an apps person but this game is really cool. I like it a lot. The only thing i dont like its that you cant go back to levels to try it again and get a better score, like you just keep going you dont pick the levels, but it’s not really something to complain about. And this game doesn’t lagg. Well i feel like i texted waaaay to much so I’ll leave it at this. Great game

Feels like Pay to play. Ive been playing this game for hours and it was a really great game. But after completing the pancake story line, the Krusty crab story line required me to use thousand of my coins to do a simple upgrade which I didn’t have since I’ve just upgraded my pancake stand. So I had to go back to the pancake story line to get more coins, so after playing a few more games after the story line, I got stuck because it wouldn’t let me pass the level without squidwards perk of cooking a plate. And so far I’ve only unlocked spongebob and Patrick, because that’s what the game gave me. And it wants me to use tickets to try to unlock more characters. So then I used the tickets that were freely given to me by the game, which was only enough for one shot of trying to get squidward. But turns out all it gave me was a crowbar. So once I realized I couldn’t win that game on the pancake story line. I just moved on to the Krusty crab one. But then I get stuck on a level that needs swidward also. So then I tried moving to the limited time events, and those events are a scam, because once you get deeper into the even, it pushes you to use a booster or else you will lose and start from the beginning. So then I used all my boosters and I still lost. So now I can’t move forward and I can’t use boosters. So much for a free to play game.

I really want to love this game... The game itself is very fun but it’s really hard for me to enjoy. I’m actually surprised it has such a high rating due to how glitchy the game is and how they’ve totally neglected to fix this with every upgrade. Every time the game goes to the load screen it crashes. My iPad is up to date, I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it. I’ve contacted customer service and they gave me a bunch of free gems but the problem continues. One update wiped out all my fame points for sandys BBQ. Not the items I’ve purchased and upgrades just the pearls so it looks unfinished. Also recently I finished the upgrades for both the salty spittoon and the last chance coffee and yet even though all upgrades and decor have been purchased I don’t have enough fame points to open to last chest. And the pancake challenge for the food truck is rigged. You literally don’t provide enough customers for one level. I played through it using every upgrade and each time I was short 1 customer. Also the fact that you have to pay both gems and coins for items is useless and greedy. Pick one or the other and make the upgrades cheaper. I have paid some money in this game for gems, like the piggy bank once in a while, but I won’t be doing that again. It’s just a waste and you obviously don’t care about your players. Do better. Fix this.

Fun, but it forces you to spend money.. It's a great fun game in the beginning, but once you get deeper into the game. You have to pay to win. I’ve noticed that in a lot of the levels some of the items are purposely slowed to have to buy upgrades. Otherwise some of the levels are impossible to win without an upgrade or a booster. Also, the time limit is thought out as well and you have to buy boosters and of course Gems, gems gems. This game does whatever it takes to get you to spend money on these micro-transactions to proceed with the game. It’s fine, but you do have to spend quite a good amount to continue. I guess it depends on your budget. You also have to be incredibly aware of the pop-ups that come up when you have gems that cost an incredibly stupid high amount to either get more customers or lives. Read every pop-up carefully otherwise you’ll accidentally spend 20 gems for some dumb crap. If a kid is playing this game then that’s when it’ll be all bad. Then they will accidentally click on these gem-sucking pop-ups. Anyway, fun game, but you do have to spend cash.

Fun but needs serious improvement. I think this game is fun but it needs some work before I would play again. The main problem is that there are advertisements after every single level. Now that ads are multi layered and take multiple skips and taps to close them it’s too tedious to be worth my time. I’d rather play advertisement free games on Apple Arcade. The option to remove advertisements for payment doesn’t work with this game because you have to watch them to earn gems and other premium content unless you want to pay for them. This game isn’t good enough for me to spend money on it. The other issue with this game is the rate of progress drops significantly after you complete the pancake stand levels. Those levels are very smooth and it’s not difficult to upgrade your kitchen. As soon as you get to the Krusty Krab (the entire point of the game) progress halts and it’s nearly impossible to upgrade your kitchen unless you want to spend money or watch thirty advertisements. This game is very clearly a money grab which aims to trick people into watching advertisements between 30 seconds of mediocre game play. Delete!

A few serious problems. I love this game. It’s more addictive than a Krabby Patty and I like the customization it has. There are a few major problems though. It doesn’t count all the orders you served near the end of a match. Let me explain. Here’s an example. You are near the end of a Timed Challenge. A few seconds on the clock. Let’s say 1-3 seconds left. You have a couple of orders ready to serve. You tap on them and it looks like they have been served because they’re going through the animation. In the end, your dreams are crushed because the serving animation takes up too much time and you earn nothing. This has failed me multiple times. This really prevents players like me from completing the timed challenges. The developers should fix this ASAP by making the serving animation quicker or immediately count the point as soon as you tap on the food for the customer. It’s also really hard to get gems without paying for them. A word of advice. Don’t spend gems in the claw machine. Only wait for the daily claw reward or use Krab dollars earned from events. Second, don’t waste them on power ups. Save them for the restaurants.

Well Rounded Fun... except. This game has proved to be a great time waster! As in a very fun way to pass time or just play it when you’re bored. I myself played for quite a few hours when I first downloaded the game and had very little issue with the whole game. I was receiving a steady flow of Gems and Coin to upgrade my equipment and food, the amount of Unlimited Lives I was getting was keeping me playing and I loved it, and it was based on Spongebob... who wouldn’t love that?! But the I unlocked the Krusty Krab and that’s where the problems start. The upgrades understandably cost much more coin in the Krusty Krab, but more Gems as well? Without the steady stream of Gems still pouring in from the Tutorial Phase and the fact that I just spent all my Gems maximizing the potential of my pancake stand, I’m making no progress in terms of upgrades. I’ve been able to afford the Gem price of two upgrades and I’ve been tryin to earn them for hours. So I’m begging the Dev’s here, please remove Gem upgrade costs, that makes your game EXTREMELY pay to win and none of us want that. By the time we all the upgrades we’d have put a lot of real money in, and that’s just the slightest bit ridiculous. But all in all, other than that fact, the game is great! Would recommend!

Great. I love having different levels to challenge every day, but it's been a disappointment since the last few updates made it easier. Hopefully we can go back to the previous difficulty.

Good Game but needs a better gem use. I think needing the gems to upgrade appliances is a stupid idea, the gems would be better at use on the interior. Otherwise my progress is stumped because i cannot upgrade and i cant pass levels without upgrading so its a bit of an endless cycle leading to nowhere but frustration with the game that just makes me want to stop playing the whole game altogether and deleting it.

Gem use. Great game and really interactive and fun, however, in order to pass levels you require gems to upgrade equipment and they’re hard to come by. You can watch an add every 20min which then runs out and seeing as you only get 1 gem and a single upgrade for one item can be 14 gems, it makes passing the level impossible. I’m not spending endless amounts of real money to continue gameplay. Upgrading furniture with coins to get gems doesn’t get you far either.

Good game but.... I’m addicted to the game... except I didn’t realise that to finish a level using “extra 3 customers” or “extra 30 seconds” etc. cost 15 with gems!!!! Now I’ve spent all my gems and I can’t upgrade the restaurant plate numbers, stove numbers etc. Is there a way I can reset the entire game? I’ve only just started at the krusty crab restaurant and can’t pass any levels with minimal gems

Designed to fail. Gameplay on the IPhone is very difficult, selections are set too close together and leaves no room for human error, an accidental click results in failure. And then when trying to purchase gems for a second chance to keep a winning streak the game conveniently gets stuck on the loading screen. Unless you’re prepared to spend money, IN ADVANCE, you will just find yourself disappointed and frustrated After a week long conversation with tech support because there is no longer an option to connect to Facebook, no resolution has been given and this game is definitely making money for the developers at the players expense.

Great game but.... I love this great. I love the different options so it’s not always cooking the same thing and how you can work for gems etc by playing over and over and don’t have to buy them all the time. But recently the game has started glitching, every time I win a level it freezes and I can’t click any buttons or get out. So I have to close the whole app and then get back into it.

Love the game. Hate the ads and bugs. I never write reviews but I have purposely gone out of my way to leave a review about the issues with this app. I loveeee the game. But an absolute onslaught of ads throughout make me not want to play. Also some of the ads you can’t exit out of? You have to force close the app and reopen?! Incredibly annoying. On top of this many bugs throughout and app freezing or not responding to taps. I remember now why I stopped playing. it’s really not worth all the time spent waiting for ads to be over. I’d be happy to pay for a version without ads!

Money hungry. The game is fun, although since moving to the krusty krab level, i noticed you have to use gems to get certain items, without those items/upgrades it’s impossible to keep passing levels. Ive not used gems to speed up things and im already out of gems. I think using gems as well as coins to upgrade items should be removed, coins make sense. Theres pretty much no way to earn gems besides a random chest here and there and 1 gem per achievement. This is a deal breaker for me, because i refuse to spend copious amounts of real money on a game just to be able to play it. Especially when theres free to play ones you guys knocked off.

Too many crashes. I would give 5/5 but it crashes constantly. And you lose lives too because of it. There’s a challenge but you can’t complete it because the level crashes and you can’t play for like a day or 2

Good game, however…. To be honest this is one of my favourite games, however the game always freezes. When I go to play the food truck levels the game always crashes, meaning I am never able to complete or do them. Other than this, it is a great game. It’s just pretty annoying how much it freezes and crashes.

Bad ads and terrible economy. I keep getting an unskippable ad with no x button after every level. The only way to return to the game is to hard exit the app and restart. This is incredibly frustrating. No X to leave the ad and return no matter how long I wait. And this isn’t even when I select the option to view an ad for +30% on coins. It just happens automatically. Further, the gem economy is ridiculous. The worth of gems does not match the difficulty of earning them. 1 video = 1 gem buy and extra 30 seconds cost 12? Boosters are 15?

Bug. Actually quite a good game, I was worried it would be too easy but there are some tricky levels as you move through. Lots of popups get in the way of the game and slow it down. I rated low because I have reached a bug where it's a story-line dialogue between levels -sponegbob is chatting to sandy and the screen just freezes and is unresponsive to anything. Have reset the ap and it gets stuck on the same point. Please fix.

Good Game!. I love this game so much. But lately it’s been crashing every time I go into it, firstly it started off as crashing every now & then after I win a level - but now I can’t even play the game. I open it, it loads & then it crashes. At first I thought it was my phone, I deleted other apps/photos to make room for it, I even deleted this app & downloaded it again, but it’s still happening. Therefore I cannot give a 5 star review, but other than that, it’s a good game.

Coming soon enquiry. The game is absolutely fantastic, love the way it’s set out, with the story line and challenges. I have just completed ham-a-lot restaurant, however I can’t seem to start the next storyline with Juice Bar, it’s saying that it will be coming soon. Do you know when this will be??

Spongebob review. Fist of all great game the graphic are amazing and it’s a very cool platform then again i would be cool to make the events quicker so you don’t have to wait as long for the next event so people play the game and are more engaged. Other than that I think I its A Great game!

Sold my details and now I’m being spammed!!. I’ve been playing this game for a number of years and look forward to the updates. I would rate higher but the ads are too much. After doing a “task” for gems I have been bombarded with spam text messages and phone calls. Poor form!!!

Nintendo Switch version full of glitches!. I purchased this game on the Nintendo switch online store and have enjoyed playing it so far. I noticed the online version advertised new DLC levels "New Kelp City". However, I was very disappointed to learn that the download version did not include these levels. I proceeded to purchase the hard copy from my local store to continue playing the game. So far I have paid for this game twice! I was happy to discover that I was able to play the new levels on the hard copy and proceeded to play the first level in New Kelp City "Last chance coffee". Unfortunately, I discovered a "glitch" in the level where you cannot serve mandolin biscuits to customers. I went online looking for answers and found that everyone seems to be having the same issue. I am very disappointed as I am unable to continue making progress playing the game. There seems to be no resolution for this glitch and a lot of unhappy customers who have purchased the Nintendo switch version of the game. I have contacted Tilting Point for a resolution and still awaiting a response.

Annoying ads and bugs. Been played the games past 2 months, its actually a good game but unfortunately the ads are so frustrated that i have to shut off the apps and open it again just to play a new level. Some level seems cannot be purchased the interior design in the krusty crab shop due to some bugs that wont let me buy them. Some of the ads dont have a “x” button or anything that related to skip off the ads for me to stop the ads. These situations cause me to shut off the games and open it again and again and end up being forfeited. Hope these bugs will be fix

App no longer works 😭. I would have given this app 5 stars, it’s truly a fun game to play, I always look forward to playing. Until I’d say the past week and a half, every single time I open the app, I manage to only be able to collect my daily points and then it crashes. I tried playing normal level and food truck event and the levels barely start, and then it crashes. I have restarted my device, cleared RAM, but it still keeps crashing within a minute of opening the app (like I said I only have a minute to collect daily points and that’s it). I keep checking every day for an update but nothing yet. Please release an update fixing this crashing issue as I have gotten far in the game and would really be disappointed if I had to delete the whole game to re download.

Music option. I enjoy playing this game but when I updated it I was sad when I realised you changed the music please change it back to the original music or add an option to switch between music tracks, thanks!

Fun but.... I have been loving this game but with this newest update it’s not letting me play the game and forcing me to go to the App Store to update it but I don’t have the option to update so now I’m just stuck not being able to play it

Obsessed and in love- except hate the double tap to trash. I absolutely love this game and am so obsessed. My only issue is that to put something in the trash is a double tap and I often lose at levels because I double tap by accident. Surely if I wanted to trash it I could tap the item then the bin or something easier! Other than that I love it

Last Update. Since I’ve been waiting for the juice bar for a while I’ve been playing all the previous restaurants and completed them to 100% now after updating my progress has been lost. Eg, the I had 240 pearls at the krusty krab prior to the update and I only have 3 grills to make burgers and all my ingredients need updating (which I had maximised the ingredients already) Your support conversation function doesn’t work as no one responds. That has happened?!

Fun to play. While I haven’t been playing this game long, I enjoy the challenge of trying to complete the orders in the set times but it has been freezing up on me in the last week & I’m having to restart my iPad to be able to continue playing but I lose where I’m up to. Please fix this or I will have to delete the game otherwise. Very disappointing

Better than cooking fever. I used to play cooking fever but then I found this app and surprise surprise the food cooks faster than cooking fever thank you so much for creating this game I play it almost every day

Dev Feedback. - First of all its a fun game, player has to be strategic in levelling up their appliances and ingredients using gems and coins and currently its adequately distributed so its up to the player to balance their use of gems and coins - Slight issue with “Second Chance” - in levels where trash is not to be used, it seems most apparent that double tapping on a food item can cause it to be deleted? If this is correct, it’s not a good function as our fingers are too big for such small screen play, and I often fail at levels for accidentally activating the trash. It can be quite frustrating and can be worked around if the player presses delicately and carefully but this should be fixed, as double tapping is far to sensitive.

Frustrated. The game is actually reallyyyyy good, the graphics are incredible and the detail in all the products always blows me away. BUT.. THE ADS!! It’s really unbearable as it’s after every single game round. And they’re not 3-4 seconds. Some of them are up to 15 seconds! They give an answer saying it’s the way they make the game free for people but cmon, that’s ridiculous. Anyway, it definitely would have been 5 stars if they weren’t as long or as frequent

Disappointed and addicted. I want to love this game as it is addicting and great fun when it works. But all it does is crash every time I try to load anything and when you do finally get in and try to play, it crashes mid game or at the level end. Next update please??!!! I’ve tried everything to try and get it to work and the support team says there is nothing they can do? Why make a game if it’s unplayable??!!!

Crashes non stop. This game is great to play that’s if the level don’t crash. After every level iv done it will just close automatically. Iv lost diamonds. Contacted tech support (Benjamin) absolutely hopeless and still have not fixed anything this was over a month ago. Told me I didn’t lose any diamonds and that they will get the game fixed. Not worth the download. It’s designed to make money from you. Will freeze non stop. Game play on iPhone is some times impossible as the items in game play are set very close together so you will fail by touching a item by mistake.

Great game but crashes NEED to be fix.. Krusty Cook off is a fun game that I enjoyed. Sure some stuff might be expensive but if you can beat the daily food truck event you’ll eventually get to point where you can by the items you need. There is also lots of adds but there not as much off a fuss to deal with if you have your wi-fi turned off. HOWEVER I’m writing this to say that some recent update has caused my game to crash far too much. In fact when I clicked on a new location that isn’t the first or current location that I’m currently on it’s just crashes now. PLEASE FIX THIS. PLEASE.

I love this game, but... I absolutely love this game, but I am stuck at reloading the game into sandys bbq and she is talking to me but it won’t let me press anything and she isn’t actually saying anything. I literally cannot go to any other part of the game as it always reloads in the same place. I’ve tried reloading the game I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it and nothing is working.

Fun. I been playing this game for a while now and at some stages I’ve been right behind waiting for new restaurants to open. I like the new challenge but since then my game keeps freezing and it won’t let me press buttons especially if I pause the game I can’t press continue and end up forfeiting the level. Apart from that which is probably my first issue ever, I do love this game it’s so much fun!

stupid challenges. I really enjoy this game but the food truck challenges are unreasonable. the 4th level on every single one has to be re done at least once, for example, just then i had a pancake challenge and i had to get 16 thumbs up in 60 seconds and i literally had 13 people in the 60 seconds. i retried twice and got all of the pancakes out super fast yet the most customers i got was 15. earlier i did another good truck challenge which asked for a similar thing, i wasted a instant cook booster and still couldn’t complete the challenge with a booster let alone without one.

App doesn’t work. It’s a fun game to play honestly very addictive for me, however the game stopped turning on and was glitching heaps. I thought it was just my phone having this issue but it was happening to other devices as well. I only downloaded im this game today and mange’s to play for half an hour and then the game started having issues

Love love this game but frozen. I love this game and have been playing for a while but it always freeze after it gives me a day to day bonus. Right now it says “the fry cook games are now open!” and I cant seem to close the statement box to play but the time limit for the food truck event behind the statement is going, working so I don't know what the problem is with mine. Stuck at the second restaurant. The game itself is good. But i lost one star when transferring between devices. Good game but bugging out. Been playing this game for a while now and was really enjoying it! Since I got through the most recent level none of the buttons are working and it won’t let me exit or do anything. Too scared to delete as I’ve been playing it for so long. Idea is great, goal isn’t!. It’s a great concept and very enjoyable game testing your reaction and well you can operate under pressure, however the long term goal is quite expected with most games. After you finish the first two stories of the game mode, it becomes quite impossible to finish the game without purchasing gems, or I’m not sure why gems are even existent, it’s just another way for them to make their income and their prices aren’t two cheap either. Gems are used mainly for upgrades for the kitchen and decor of your restaurant. They give you gems in drips a drags at a time, making the game quite sickening after playing it for a short period as you begin to frustrated as there is no other way to play on your own accord. Apart from this dumb gem issue, I highly rate this game as they’ve made it quite a long story mode. But in the end ruined it with making a pay to win type of game.

Great game but some bugs. Updated to say the food truck event can’t be completed because of trash glitch! I love this game, it’s the same as every other cooking game but has Spongebob, making it way better. I agree with other feedback that it is hard to upgrade without using real money since you need gems for everything, but there are ways to earn gems without paying. I also find that levels where you can’t use the bin (which I never use anyway), I always lose because it’s so touchy. This needs fixing because I get so close to completing a level but need to use a Second Chance otherwise I start over. Please fix this! Otherwise it’s a really cute game, easy to play and all your favourite characters!

Dear Devs. This game is amazing, I always play it when I have nothing to do and want to pass some hours by. This game is really fun and it involves one of my favourite characters ever SpongeBob! The one bad thing I don’t like about this game is the adds after every level. Ik I you have to make money and I could buy the VIP pass, but maybe make the adds happen after every two or three levels. Apart from that this game is great and everyone who help make this game is awesome!👍

Fun, but a lil glitchy. This game is super fun but I’ve encountered a glitch at the steakhouse. Sandy has popped up to deliver a message to Spongebob and you can’t skip or click out of it…she just stands there doing finger guns with no message coming up 😂 I can’t play the game anymore so I hope the glitch is fixed soon.

Good but. It’s good but something I find annoying is that you can’t choose who a plate goes to. When I make three plates up for the first person who showed up it gives them to other people who ordered the same thing even though they showed up later. It’s annoying when I’m trying to complete one order so another customer can come in and it just gives the plates to three different people.

Good but could be better. Would be nice if you didn’t need to use gems as well as coins to buy upgrades, or at least easier to get gems. And also that you have to wait hours after buying an upgrade... besides that it’s awesome!

App Support Major Issues. Love the game and I’m a huge spongebob fan but when the app glitched and I was double charged for an in app purchase and I tried to go to “contact us” to sort out the issue and be refunded the whole app crashed...and continued to crash every time I attempted to do the repeated actions. Then I come to the App Store and attempt support via that way and it is linked to an entirely different game. Now I couldn’t be more disappointed and a large sum of money has been taken from my bank account. NOT HAPPY!

Zero stars. I would have given this game five stars. The graphics were amazing and the experience was superb. I had spent so much time on the pancake level. I passed it and then I was on to the Krusty Krab level. I was super excited. I had passed level 4 then the game crashed. The screen turned black then just turned off. I went back on the game, then what do you know? The game literally restarted from level one. SERIOUSLY? I cannot believe it. I spent so much time trying to get far in this game and it crashes and all progress lost. I was really enjoying this game. The graphics, the experiences, everything. I just can’t believe that all my progress got lost. Disappointing. Do I recommend this game? Yes.... and no. Just keep in mind though, it you do contemplate downloading this game, just keep in mind that your progress could go down the drain.... just like me.

Too many technical issues. When I play, some levels have had no food or things missing and I cant play. I’ve had to delete the app multiple times and lost the things I spent gems on that I purchased so not happy. Please sort this out. I really like the game but too many issues. I have followed all instructions in the technical section and did everything I could to resolve the issue and it just keeps happening and I do not want to delete the app because I don’t want to lose the things I spent money on. There is an issue. I won champion fry cook, and for 5 days when I’ve been trying to accept it it freezes the whole game and doesn’t let me go past the award page, and doesn’t even show the award. I have spend over a thousand dollars on this game. This needs to be fixed!

Money grab. I enjoy playing the game however, I think it’s ridiculous that I have to purchase a boost in order to make enough coins to pass an event level. DO NOT recommend this game if you wish to progress without spending real money. Players should be able to earn more gems daily or the amount of gems required to progress needs to be lowered. This is a child friendly game it should not rely on real money to progress, absolute greed. Reading other reviews about this issue and the fact that none of them get a response about this issue, I can see that will never change. I do not recommend. Unbalanced cash grab.. Have you even played through the entire game? The game started out very fun. I didn’t mind watching ads or slowly collecting coins and diamonds over a few days. My issue is that some of the food truck levels are unrealistically difficult and luck based, specifically the pancake food truck: stage 4. It is the first restaurant you play and probably continue to play way after you’ve progressed out of bikini bottom. However, no matter how fast you go, you cannot serve enough customers. It is rigged. Even when using the regular boosts. The only boost that will consistently work is after losing, using 12 diamonds to add some more customers and time. The 12 diamonds you spend days collecting. This is frustrating and not fun. I thought it was just me and looked into and so many people have this issue. 1 star. Your game is unbalanced and predatory. I don’t mind paying for an app but not this one. Additionally, the (X) for closing windows glitches and you have to restart the game.

Glitches too much!!!. Stuck on the storyline clip after level 25 of Sandy’s BBQ. Dialogue doesn’t come up and I can’t even skip it. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app several times now. I’m always taken back to that clip with no way of getting past it. It’s a shame because I was really enjoying this game. 😞

Don’t Trash levels. LOVE this game! Super fun and addicting. Only down fall is the Don’t trash levels... every time I play one out of no where it says I trashed. I thought I may have hit the trash can by mistake but nope! I’ve slowed down and took my time and still it randomly the second chance screen comes up!!! So sad :(

Hate Ads. I used to play this game on a desktop back in the day. It’s super fun to find it again but there are too many ads! Every session (~50sec) is followed 3 ad sections that you have to skip. Hate it.

Fix the 2 month old crash please. There’s a two month old bug where the game stuck at sandy’s dialog and so many users complained about it. There’s is no way to get away from there and the game is not usable anymore. It’s still not fix till today. Finally there was an update 3 days ago but nothing about the fix.

Good Game. I love the game. However when i got “Ham-a-lot” I came by some problems, such as the app not letting me give the OJ with the very first person. I updated the app and it still hasn’t changed anything. Other than that I have no major complaints.

Uninstalled. Had to uninstall this app. First off, from what it looks like, it’s a gacha game. You have to use gems in order to get different outfits and unlock new characters. Okay, fine it’s optional and you get 1 free every day. But to make it 40 gems to roll??? There is not enough grinding as a free to play player to earn you that kind of currency since you have to save your gems in order to progress the game and level up your kitchen items. Okay, yeah you can watch ads and decorate your work space to earn gems but you only get 1 gem each time. And do you seriously have to make so that every two games there’s an ad??? Like many others have said before this is a money grabbing scheme and geared towards kids no less. This game isn’t fun and is very frustrating. You’ll like it at first and then realize how crappy and infuriating they designed the game to be. Learn from Netmarble and maybe you will have a chance.

So many ads. This game used to be a lot of fun! I got it around when it was first being developed and i really enjoyed it. Now with the newest updates there’s an ad after literally every game and everything is so much more expensive. Literally have to wait days before progressing sometimes because I don’t have enough gems to buy upgrades. The amount of gems needed is impossible without having to spend real money. I enjoy this game but I’m stuck cause the upgrades I need to pass the next level at the Krusty krab (story 2 level 43) I need a whole lot of those stupid gems (ex. 18 gems for the fourth burner to cook patty’s & a bunch more for the other upgrades) to help me pass this level 😡 & I only have earned 2 gems in the last 2 weeks From the achievements, mind you I play everyday, So it’s impossible to upgrade unless I use real money & that’s a hell no. Please lower the amount of gems needed to upgrade because 18 is ridiculous & it makes the game impossible to play & enjoy because the only way to get gems is to use real money. Just plain greedy.

Incorrect billing. I’ve selected a 13.99 package bundle but my PayPal got charged for 31.62. How the hell does 13.99 go to 31.62? This is so stupid and I can’t reverse it. If I knew I was going to be charged double - I would have not bought the bundle. Someone please help.

Made it too difficult to succeed. I really loved the game and found myself playing for hours a day in the beginning when I don’t play any games to begin with but PVZ 2 but I found that everything needed a stupid amount of jewels to level up and after felt like I kept playing even though I wasn’t really levelling up. The time waiting to earn jewels, play levels and earn lots of money was really frustrating compared to what I can buy to succeed in the game! I’ll keep the app a little longer but will have to delete it soon :(

Broke game. Game is fun but it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work!! Keeps getting stuck in one of the stories with Sandie. I’ve erased and re-downloaded it 3 times, still gets stuck. I restarted my phone, nothing. Sucks

Stopped working. When I got to sandys bbq the game totally just crashed and stopped working. I tried restarting my phone but that wasn’t the issue. It’s been two weeks and it’s still not loading. It’s stuck on the part where sandys talking but no words come out and it’s just glitched. :/

Why. This games feels like it’s made to be not accomplish without using any diamonds. And when you’re stuck at a level they encourage you to buy diamonds, just because the time or fish isn’t enough. Great but there's a but. I love the game and anything spongebob related really. The music, the characters they all bring back nostalgic memories and the mechanics are quite alright! However, Sadly I must give it a 2 star. You already make me watch ads in the game, and then I need pearls bought with money to upgrade my utilities. I do not mind receiving some ads however, to receive ads and restrict me from playing the game by requiring me to spend cash to upgrade is in my opinion terrible. I had a blast playing the game, but don't hit me with ads and ask for money on top of it. Howbout adding an option to pay to remove ads and remove the need of buying pearls to upgrade and instead add an option to pay with either coins OR pearl for upgrades? I'll check back on the game mid June for changes otherwise best of luck!

Disappointed. I finished all the levels waaaay back, occasionally checking in to see if the juice bar was up or not. Ever since I started playing again I have been frustrated and disappointed with this garbage. So much has changed for the worst. The amount of diamonds to order your items right away? The ads don’t work to speed up the delivery after one use, it’s glitchy, and all the money pushing bull we have to put up with now? Read the room, developers. Too many ads. I like this game but there’s way too many ads to enjoy it. Seriously I watch more ads than I’m actually playing. Sometimes two in a row. After. Every. Level. Is that really necessary?

Character dialogue is frozen.. Overall, it’s a good and fun game. I’m about a 3rd, maybe almost half ways through Sandy’s tree dome. And the dialogue between Sandy and Spongebob is frozen. I can’t even skip through it to keep playing.

Broken. I really enjoyed this game but it sucks when the entire app just freezes because they have too many pop ups when the game loads. I uninstalled, reinstalled, tried to tap close on them quick. Left it to load and it’s so broken. It does this for days on end. Do not recommend.

An absolute mess.. In the timed games, especially the Food Truck Challenge, you’re sitting there wasting half of the time waiting for the customers to come up to the truck instead of serving them. I had to serve 16 customers in 60 seconds, but customers aren’t there until you hit the 50 second mark and then you spend most of the game waiting.

Frozen. Been frozen at Sandys BBQ for over a week now. Goes to the cut scene to tell the story and freezes no matter what I’ve done.

So Much Monetization. An otherwise entertaining game is covered in so many layers of monetization that it’s hard to enjoy. Once you’ve played through the basic levels, you’re shown an ad every game, which is about once a minute. Every upgrade costs both coins and premium currency, and also has a timer which you must also spend gems to speed up unless you want to wait. Every conversation was slapped together in under five minutes, the movements and sentences don’t really fit together, it’s apparent from the beginning that the only goal of this game is to get as much of your money and attention as it can before you lose interest. No care taken to make the game fun, challenging, or sustainable. Sadly, a perfect caricature of what Mobile gaming is. Basically soft locked. If you don’t follow exactly how the game wants you to play and upgrade, you can get caught in a loop of cant pass the level because you can’t make enough money, but you need to pass levels to get gems to upgrade stuff. Other than that, an overall fun game.

Lots of bugs. So first let’s get started with the layout it’s great and everything runs smooth until you start to earn accomplishments while finishing a level, It gives you the reward of the level after finishing pancakes and just freezes on that screen. You can continue to make pancakes with no costumers. A good ole exit the app trick and it restarts you where you left off. When you join back into the game it give you the accomplishment award and then you can continue playing the game until you achieve another accomplishment. There is also 1 more but when you get rewarded for a level and the leaderboard to the left of the screen is touched to see your ranking you always stay stuck in the level as mentioned above. Overall I give it a 4 the game is fun and it’s challenging yea there are gems and money but the gems are easy to get if you actually play the game. Fun game just need updates

Interesting. This genre of games is by no means original.. but this game takes an interesting take on it. It’s much more fast paced and chaotic. There is less emphasis on the food, but more on the very impatient customers, which I actually really like. There is less focus on mechanics and controls and you usually just have to tap without dragging or anything. There are some big flaws though. I always end up throwing my food away by accident since the trash can is so close to the food, which causes me to lose some levels. I guess they could fix this by moving the trash can over a bit maybe? Also the game gets more and mote difficult to progress the further you go on since you need lots of gems and gold. I like to farm earlier levels because they give you lots of gold. Though there are some flaws, I think the fast paced gameplay is really addicting and is worthy of 4 stars.

Great game with a few flaws. I’ll admit, I do love this game. I’ve been playing addictively for about a month. I can talk about the stuff that most people talked about, the double tap to trash items feature does need to be fixed. And not getting enough gems for how much you need to spend is frustrating, but I think we can all agree on the fact that it’s a free app and they want us to spend money. Now I’ll speak about why I rated this only 4/5 stars. On the left of the screen there’s all the different buttons you can click, for the food truck events, cook off events, and one being your “story” levels. On my account it tells me I have only 25% completed Sandy’s BBQ but I am on level 102. I have clearly finished Sandy’s BBQ story line and have 2 restaurants beyond that. The glitches like that are what make me rate the app 1 star less. It would be nice if the whole app was in sync.

Fun for a bit, then gets frustrating. The first three restaurants are fantastically balanced in my opinion, but once you get to Goo Lagoon, the levels start getting too difficult. Some levels are far too difficult, such that when you cook and pass out food as fast as you can with fully upgraded items, you still may fail the level. In some levels that don’t have the auto-fail for losing a customer, if you lose a single customer, there’s no way to recover. Also, it feels impossible to get more gems after the Krusty Krab, so upgrading machines is so difficult in Goo Lagoon that you can’t even upgrade stuff to make the levels easier. I enjoyed the earlier levels because I could progress through them fairly quickly, with a few repeated levels. Now, in Ham-a-lot, I’ve been stuck for a few days because I can’t get enough gems to upgrade my equipment to actually be able to pass some levels. This makes me dread the next two restaurants because I can’t imagine how expensive and impossible the levels will become. On the User Interface, everything is super cute and things make sense, but I don’t like all the things that pop up all the time. The Bargain Mart coming up every time you exit anything leads to miss-taps and wasted time. Overall, I love the game and I want to keep playing it, but some of these minor frustrations are making it difficult to keep my interest since I can’t progress.

Great game, currency not so much!. The game is a great game, it’s fun and engaging. The main problem of the game is the currency. You only get one diamond if you watch ads or if you complete achievements. That’s a problem considering there isn’t another way to earn them besides daily log ins(you usually don’t get them till day 7), and completing events (and winning diamonds isn’t guaranteed). There should be a better way to win diamonds. Like maybe every level you complete you get two? I also have an issue with the ads. I’ve payed to have an ad free experience, and the game isn’t even completely ad free... there should be an option to get free diamonds, and free spins without having to watch an add (like how the cookies are) because paying for an add free experience is useless if there are still ads for everything in the game! You also need a better way to trash food because sometimes in the game you’re moving so fast that you accidentally trash the food which in turn makes you lose the level. That gets annoying! The game is fun though!

Keeps Crashing. I really enjoy playing this game although the fact that you can’t really earn gems any other way besides doing the food truck games or achievements (which are hard on their own already when you can’t upgrade your kitchen items due to not having gems) this game is fun. The one main problem I have with this game is that it is constantly crashing. I open the app and it’ll load for a second but then immediately crash.I try to go to any level and halfway through it’ll crash, leaving me with no progress. I go to the food truck game and the game immediately crashes. I haven’t been able to play for longer than a couple minutes each time. I just updated the game so I thought that would fix it but it actually just made it worse. Honestly this game would be so much more fun if there was a way to pay for upgrades with only coins, or gems, not both especially in the beginning.

Could be a great game but way to many bugs. This game was super fun at first, but now the bugs just make it impossible to play. The first glitch I encountered was when I was in the Krusty Krab. I had every single upgrade, meaning I had all of the plates all of the grill spots and all the deep fryers. But then suddenly my game crashed and when I went back on, all of my upgrades were gone, but I was still on the same level. Making it impossible to play as now I was playing hard levels with only one grill spot. And at this point the only way to get my upgrades back was to pay for coins and diamonds. Which I did as I was super bummed. But as more bugs just like this kept happening I ended up just giving up and deleting the app. Which I’m still super bummed about because when it did work, it was really fun. But it’s just impossible to play. The developers really need to work on this. It’s a real waste of what could be a great game😢

I’m being nice by putting two stars. I’ll just say it, don’t download this game if you don’t intend to spend money, You have to be really quick or the game will decide you’re not good enough to progress without spending money. I noticed that when they answer customers on here, all they say is they have provided multiple ways to get gems but the ways they are talking about are just as useless. They say try out the championship, I did but it was locked. They say do the daily challenge, it needed gems for that too. And Watching ads for only a small 1 or 2 gems is too tedious especially because they make you wait for items for so long. If I’m gonna watch long ads for gems the gems should be 5 each at the very least. The rest of the ways are made to make you wait. Either they really want the money or they wanna teach people patience. Either way I can’t spend money on something that’s mostly irrelevant to my life, I will now be deleting the game. It was fun while it lasted but y’all know how these Apple vendors are😌Android would never😎

Great game but.... First off, I love Spongebob and I’m a huge fan of time management games. This is probably one of the best time management games I’ve ever played hands down. It’s had me addicted for days and that definitely takes a lot to keep my interest. The only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because a lot of things seem impossible to do without spending real money. There’s advertisements you can watch for a gem or two but they’re limited per day and the cost to upgrade items essential to the level you’re playing on is quite pricey. And you don’t keep those upgrades when you progress to the next stage because the story changes a bit. I have found some levels near impossible to beat if I didn’t use my boosters that I saved and cherished so much. If this game wasn’t such a money grab from people who don’t really need to have it be a money grab, I would’ve given it 5 stars hands down. I’ve already spent over $20 on this game and it hasn’t even been installed on my phone for a month. Otherwise gameplay is fun!

It’s good but..... Okay so so far I haven’t lost a life the game is good can’t complain much since it’s free but I have to complain about the upgrade ur kitchen thing since u have to have coins and gems to be able to upgrade am almost done with the game hope they don’t take long adding the other episodes.... listen if u like cooking games this is a good game I seen people say that it takes long to get ur lives back up but I don’t know if it’s tru since I haven’t lost a life yet so I can’t agree yet now I do have to agree with the coin and gems to be able to upgrade ur kitchen and another thing is on the second episode it ask for to much coins for u to be able to upgrade ur kitchen I think for ya to make this game a fulll amazing 5 star game h need to change the upgrade witch is.. u needing to have gems and coins to be able to upgrade and the cost of each upgrade!!! But for now I love them game can’t waite for new episodes to be added

Good concept ruined by greed.. Game is very fun but at a certain point becomes impossible to continue without paying real money for upgrades. The diamonds needed for upgrades gets to be very, but rewards stay at the same low number. On top of this, levels specifically where the goal is a certain amount of money get incrementally hard to offset the new upgrade. I will upgrade the value of my items 5 times and never get any closer to completing the goal of the level—essentially wasting the many, many diamonds spent. Instead of putting players in a frustrated position to spend real money, the game ought to focus on making it an enjoyable experience. Believe me, I would be more inclined to spend money if that were the case. Instead, it makes me want to stop playing altogether. I hope this is addressed in the future. I am on the verge of deleting which is very unfortunate. It’s clear that making quick cash is the priority here, rather than establishing a mutually beneficial relationship between player and developer.

Love the game but.... This is a very fun game and has a good story line and keeps you entertained for hours. But like so many other reviews I have come across once you unlock the Krusty Krab things go south. It is ridiculous and just silly to make you pay for upgrades with coins AND gems. Gems that you can’t win. So the only way to even upgrade is to constantly spend more and more money. Also IMO each level should be winnable WITHOUT boosters. You come across some of the levels that you literally can not beat without using some kind of extra help. And of course once you have used all your boosters you can get more by paying for them with your GEMS. The same gems you need for upgrades and everything else in the game. So once you lose at the level so many times and lose all of your lives and can’t play for another 30 minutes. It will lose my attention very quickly unless this is fixed. So overall they should take the option of paying for everything with gems out of the game or have it as an option like every other game out there and let the user decide if they want to spend the extra money they can. It shouldn’t be mandatory to pay to win.

Gem problem. I love this game, but you guys really need to figure out the gem situation. Not being able to get gems (which are literally NEEDED to advance in the game) without money or ads that are limited, is completely unfair. I get you guys want money, but it’s not fun the more you play it because you can’t get anywhere. At least add a feature that gives you money over time, like the life feature where you get more lives after a certain amount of minutes. With a feature like that it won’t prevent people from being too impatient to buy your gems, but it will also give those who can’t afford them with REAL money, a chance to enjoy the game they are playing. PLEASE fix this problem. Almost all of the review I’m reading are addressing this and yet it’s still not fixed. If you can’t fix this problem then at least explain to me why you can’t or why you won’t.

Ad Farmer and Money Grab. UPDATE: They erased all my progress after a ton of gameplay. I even ended up paying money to get rid of the constant ads! And then one day they got rid of TWO restaurants I had finished?! Their “support” chat fully ignores my requests too. Usually with phone games you get one of two options: ad farmer games where they shove ads down your throat every level and you have to watch ads to progress or a money grab where they make it difficult *unless* you pay money. This game is an unfortunate myriad of the two. Every level has an ad in between (so every minute or two) and to unlock the basic items needed to succeed you have to watch ads to get gems. If you want any fun outfits or to unlock characters to get level bonuses, you have to pay real money to get a *chance* at unlocking them. It’s so aggressively trying to make money it takes away a lot of the fun, especially with super loud ads in between every level. The 2 stars is because the brief moments of game play are actually pretty fun.

Fun but developers are money hungry. I am currently on level 42 and do not see a way to get through it without spending money. I saw the developers had responded on someone’s review and said to use boosters. This would be a great strategy if they made it easier to get boosters. It feels like once they are gone you have to buy more. I am ashamed to say I have spent money on gems and noticed how stupid that was. I refuse to purchase anything else with my hard earned money. You need to make it easier to collect gems and not rigging the levels would be a good start. It’s really messed up that you force people to have to update the appliances on about every 5 levels. Also I get tired of trying to pass the same level by playing the level 10 plus times. Every time I play the level something is different like patience levels drop quicker and food doesn’t get done quick enough. Also if you set a goal for the level make sure that goal is attainable. Also the app freezes and sometimes in the middle of a level. I will likely be deleting this app if this doesn’t change. It was a fun game until developer greed and rigging of games. Fix it!!!

Fun but full of micro transactions.... The game itself is super fun and has you coming back for more. What I really don’t enjoy is having the entire game revolve around constant micro transactions. It’s almost impossible to play without purchasing in game gems. If you don’t purchase, you’re stuck on levels that nearly require boosters in order to win. Even the game related purchases require gems instead of just the coins you earn each level, why? I also really hate the fact you can only request lives through Facebook. Not everyone has Facebook friends that will send lives. You can watch a video ad here and there for one single life. The timer for new lives to regenerate is too long. There’s a lot I hope to see fixed in the future. Another feature I really don’t like is the fact that after each level it takes you back to the shop and “recommends” the same item over and over. If I don’t have the coins to buy that item, I don’t want to keep getting automatically taken back to the shop. Let players open the shop on their own when they’re ready to buy. So far it’s fun, just needs a lot of work.

Game Reset. I got halfway through Weenie Hut Jr & now my game has reset back to the beginning of Sandy’s bbq. Also I’ve noticed some time the level completes before the final total is tallied which causes you to fail levels you actually won. I love playing this game. There is no in app support & the app support on here leads to tilting point website but the contact us is for people to work with then not for customer complaints. I actually really enjoy playing this game and I was so excited to play because My Kitchen Upgrade should have been delivered overnight for me to move to the next level. It definitely took the excitement and joy out of it for me. I did ask for a refund because for some reason there’s a delay in apples new charging system. Which charge me 2 days in a row for the same $4.99 purchase I only made once and didnt get any extra diamonds. They denied the refund so it shouldn’t have restarted my game. Is this punishment for doing so? Not sure but very disappointed.!

Ridiculous. I honestly would like to like this game, I like the way it looks and the style of gameplay. I also just really love spongebob but I’m barely at level 27 and it feels like no matter how perfect I play I can’t beat the level ur literally forcing me to buy boosters to get by a level when boosters should be a luxury not a necessity to pass any level and then have the audacity to make me wait 30 minutes for ONE life might as well fill up the whole life bar otherwise I’ll just end up moving onto another pointless game. Oh and the whole tickets thing is just stupid, I don’t get any tickets from rewards I have only one ad to go off of and that’s apparently the only way to level up ur character or find a new character…that shouldn’t be the only way. Like I’m sorry to sound rude but I’m not paying ridiculous amount of money to play a game that’s supposed to be free. If ur that financially unstable then don’t say ur game is free or don’t make a game at all. Just ridiculous.

ATTENTION PRODUCERS AND PEOPLE. I personal love the game it’s super fun but my only dilemma is the fact that you run out of diamonds (gems). I completely understand that you can’t make the game super easy or the producers would never earn any prophets but I feel as if for the rewards done by the challenges should give you two instead of 1. However when you get two stars you get 2 diamonds but I just feel like somewhere in the middle of completing each level there should be some way to be able to get more diamonds to upgrade your kitchen appliances. For example for the krusty krab level I’m struggle with the diamond cost on the upgrades of the grill and other necessities which is making it difficult to continue playing the game. With all that said I still do think that this game is very easy to play since you don’t have to drag each item to the plate or to the customers and it is very fun! Thank you and I hope there could be a chance of getting just a few more diamonds:)).

Fix please. - For the objective to not lose any customers why make their patience soooo low while wanting three orders! Ugh I like this game but y’all annoying lol - Too many ads (no I don’t want to watch an ad while the unlimited lives is counting down) - 119 gems… y’all know better than this (Why is it so much for an oatmeal maker) - Again with the ads… (It’s fine when receiving more gems and cookies etc, but one every second to third game played.. THATS TOO MUCH) They are annoying. We don’t care about the sad/miserable lady who man doesn’t like/respect her Or the useless King Or the other one million games being advertised. Tone it down. - Lastly, let us drag the items to the trash instead of double clicking (If you’re going to make the challenge “No trash” double clicking is bound to happen, because we are racing against time & you know that) You’re intentionally putting the consumer at a disadvantage. Game has changed no longer fun. I used to play this game all the time. It was so fun and I loved the references to spongebob the show. But since they have updated it, the two newest maps are literally impossible to beat without spending money. You need to get mister krabs specials to get any close to the price needed to beat the levels and there is no way to get them except to use diamonds. It isn’t a daily gift anymore to get one nor do you win them in chests. Not only that but the characters to choose when you level up have changed as well. It used to be that sandy gave more time to three people now it’s only one. And same with the others. It’s literally impossible to beat levels now and it makes me just want to delete the game. I like a challenge every once in a while but when it is to the point where you can’t win without spending money it’s a rip off. Especially the fry cook games because you know the people who win only win because they spent money and bought diamonds and things in the game. Such a ripoff now. Do not recommend.

Super fun but $$$. I was hooked on this game and couldn’t stop playing it. It felt like it was fun in the beginning but then it got to the point where I couldn’t pass levels unless I upgraded my things with gems. That wouldn’t be a problem but the game very rarely gives you gems and when they do it’s about 1-5. To upgrade a single item, it can take on average 20 gems. I would pay $1.99 here and $4.99 there for more gems, even in the 200’s. Even then I would still run out so fast (and I was buying just enough to keep up with the game). I was spending money here and there until I realized the game had me in a trance. I just had to pass the level because it was so much fun. But now, after I’ve spent about $30, it wasn’t worth it because it’s just a game. No physical, real life application. Don’t pay any money if you get this game. Just play the fun levels then give it a rest. Don’t let them fool you lol

Forces power ups on you. I love the game, when I saw my boy spongebob in a new game I of course downloaded it, played it and it was fun for an hour or so. In the missions where you have to gain a certain amount of money with a certain amount of people, it is quite literally impossible to win without the “extra people” power up when you fail. You can serve every customer within the first half of their time limit and still fail. The same way when you have to get a certain objective within an overall time limit. It’s impossible, the customers don’t show up fast enough. This is the biggest problem, of which there are three. The other two are the fact that you aren’t even cooking krabby patties to start off with, and the fact that everything you buy to actually upgrade costs gems, the second currency that has no steady income. So after the first super fun hour, you run out of gems and they start making the levels impossible... you’ve desecrated the holy spongebob and slandered his name with this game. Shame on you

Fun game but very buggy.. I love this game. It’s hard to give it only 2 stars. It’s fun, challenging, engaging. The kitchens are colorful and visually entertaining. The restaurant upgrades are fun. You can watch ads to get more gems for upgrades, more lives, and reduce upgrade wait times. My kids love playing with me. But it’s definitely got some issues. Very buggy. I often watch ads only to find I do not have my wait times reduced. Rebooting the app helps about 50% of the time. Sometimes there’s nothing you can do but wait a few hours and reboot. Also the game is very fast paced, which I like, but if you lose- watch out. A couple windows pop up asking you if you want to spend 20 gems to keep playing. If you accidentally tap it. That’s it. Gems are GONE. There’s no “Are you sure you want to spend 20 gems?”. Nope. All that ad watching time wasted!!!! Because the game is so fast paced and there’s a lot of quick decisions that need to be made it’s very easy to accidentally spend your gems. Even when you spend gems and use boosters you may still lose. Very frustrating.

Disappointed. I was drawn to the game by a nostalgic moment on the internet. I found a screen shot of an old Sponge Bob Flash game I’ve played years ago and wanted to play something similar. After downloading the game and getting well into the first level/stage it was obvious the game was purposely designed to encourage users to purchase boost and other items to advance. The levels have different objectives that need to be met by the end of the shift. Each character has a special ability that helps users achieve that objective. There are also options to purchase upgrade and boosts to help reach desired goals. The game will become increasingly difficult where upgrades and boost are often necessary to move on to the next level. And of course like ever mobile game there are micro transactions that can be purchased and are pushed heavily onto the user to purchase. And let’s not start with the ADs lol If you are a parent that has a child that loves to ask permission to purchase things from mobile games I would stay clear of this game.

Gems. I’m extremely frustrated with this game. It’s very hard to get gems, but very possible. I just played and won an event and had almost 20 gems, which is quite a lot. I was trying to save up money to get an upgrade to pass a level. I opened the game ready to play and immediately clicked on the cookies as I had some to collect. When you have enough gems to upgrade the cookie amount the automatically move the button so it’s where you normally click to collect your cookies. So I just accidentally clicked on the button, used up all of my gems, which will take forever to get back. I have done this SO many times, because they NeVeR ask if you’re sure when you are spending gems. Seemingly on purpose to make you want to just buy some gems when you lose some needlessly. I love this game and play it non stop but I am about sick and tired of accidentally spending so many gems. If you want to give me my gems back I’ll happily leave a 5 star review but at this point I’m about to delete the game.

In most games you only get about 2 to 5 gems per win so when you’re losing 15 gems just for an extra 30 seconds or you can purchase them. Once you get deeper into the game it almost seems like it’s making you lose purposely to purchase the gems. It was a really good game to start out with I’ve already unlock three restaurants and went pretty far but now that I am all of a sudden losing I don’t plan on playing this game anymore!

Saying this is a masterpiece, would be an understatement. This game has every element you want in a mobile game. Great music, fun gameplay, difficulty, and short quick levels. I see many complaints about the upgrading system. the system might appear to be a scheme to pull in more cash; however, I haven’t had issues with it at all. The game demands you to put more time in if you want to progress. With that said there are options for in app purchases that are extremely helpful. I wanted a challenge, so Im putting in the extra work. That’s not for everyone, but I wanted to explain and defend this game against these claims. An issue that might be a little annoying for me would hate to be the ads, but they only show after you complete a level. The ads really aren’t that bad. All In all, I love this game and would suggest it to anyone. Oh the references and music take me back to my childhood 🤧🤧

Addictive. Very fun game & once you get the hang of the game it still is gets more difficult which is nice because it challenges you. There’s lots of different rules & stuff that you can do. Different competitions which unlike other games do allow you to get gems, coins, & boosters but at a much slower pace. It is a game though that as you begin advancing in (because there’s different types of cook offs in which you cook different things in the characters houses etc.. for example in spongebob’s pineapple you’ll make pancakes; in sandy’s house you’ll do BBQ, obviously in the crusty crab you’ll make burgers etc..) but anyways, as you begin advancing to the other settings of the game it begins to be more expensive to buy the equipment necessary & you have to start over from buying things. As such, it can become very addictive and easy to want to invest some of your own money in order to get more of the coins, the gems, the boosters in order to advance to other levels.

Great, but glitches. First off let me start by saying that I absolutely love this game. I am an avid PC gamer, but I love a good mobile game to waste time. This game is very different from other “restaurant” style mobile games. I love all of the different levels, I love the upgrades, I love the story line, it’s very nostalgic and truly a wonderful concept for a game. I have seen in other reviews people complaining about the gems, while I’m here to complain about the gems as well, it’s not in the way that others are. Just like in every other free mobile game ever, I knew that there would be microtransactions. This is how the game is kept free. My issue right now regarding the gems is that my achievements to receive gems are bugged. I have 2 achievements that I have completed, but it is saying that they aren’t done yet (“Who lives in a Pineapple Under the Sea” & “Sweet Abundance”). This is slightly frustrating as these gems are very rare to receive for free, but you NEED them to continue the game.

Also they made it where double tapping on a dish trashes it which is poor but oversight since this is a fast paced game that has you widely taping your dishes. There have been many times where I’m trying to get dishes out and accidentally double tap and end up trashing the dish. It has made me lose many rounds when you are not allowed to trash any dishes that round and of course you can use more gems to keep going but they never give you enough. Basically it’s a good game if you are willing to pay a lot of money to advance.

so..many..ads. to be honest with you, the game is really fun. I don’t mind anything about the actual game itself it’s just that there are so many ads. I’ve been playing for only a day and I’m really tired of it. I haven’t played a game with this many ads before to be completely honest. As soon as you finish the level, there’s an ad waiting for you. And then the story goes on in the background while the ad is playing which is really annoying. You also have to pay for pretty much everything in the game. This includes the diamonds and the cash and this is the only way you can level up. it’s crazy how such a big company requires you to pay for almost everything on the game, but also has 1 million ads that you have to watch and you get nothing out of it. If they were adds every few games, I understand, but no. It just gets in the way and every time I press the X to close the ad, It pops up in the App Store and takes a long time to get back to the game. just annoying

great app but.... This is a great app but there are some things that i don’t like about it. Like when your playing the game and you pass like the level and you go up to the harder one it gets a lot harder and it kinda makes it frustrating to do like when your serving and you need to serve let’s say 32 people i would always get super close like i would get 31 or 30 some number that’s really close and it frustrates me like by a lot and when you try to play again you run out of lives you will have a life time limit and so you check and go back on to the game later you might think oh that’s just logging back on the the game what’s so bad about that well once your finally calmed down a little bit you log back on and then your just mad or frustrated again i have definitely been in this situation personally and i have no idea if it’s happened to you or... but it’s an alright game overall

Not even pay to win, it’s pay to play, greedy people. Most of us know Nickelodeon is a greedy company, but they did license the animation for this game which is authentic (not like some older weird SpongeBob game that has round SpongeBob). However when you actually play the game, everything wants you to spend real money: upgrade your kitchen appliances, buy diamonds; unlock characters and level up their skills ( playing the levels does NOT level up character skill) buy tickets to play a Crane which we all know is just lootbox gambling which is morally wrong and illegal in many places. Everything can be purchased for real money of course. And some levels are very intense due to short time and shear amount of quests come in. Some are so intense like playing a RTS game where both of your hands are spamming the keyboard nonstop. Sometimes after a level is completed, you will get nonskippable ads coming in, and sometimes you watch ads for a bonus and the rewards doesn’t show up. Overall: nice graphics, horrible money grabbing scheme, and very intense game play. It is definitely not for relaxing. Spend your money on things more meaningful

Fun but frozen. The game is fun and helps kill time, but once you hit a certain point it becomes harder to play and win levels without having Gems which you either get from achievements or the free videos which isn’t a lot(one per achievements or 1 per video). It’s more of a “pay to win game.” While I am patient and have been waiting out those achievements and videos; I know some would not. I was getting very far in Sandy’s tree dome BBQ part when I hit a bug in the game because It opens the screen to the next part of the story and Sandy just sits there saying nothing and doesn’t say anything so I can’t move on and the game is frozen and I can’t even report the bug because It goes right to the story screen where it’s frozen. So while the updates say they have fixed the bugs it doesn’t seem like they did. It has been stuck like this for a week, I have restarted the app; uninstalled and downloaded the game, nothing fixes Which is very unfortunate because I love this game.

Great Game Annoying P2W Mechanics. This game is very fun, fast paced, and addicting. For the most part, you never really need to buy gems as you’ll get them from upgrading decor in your restaurants and getting enough smiles to rank up. You will notice giant walls of difficulty forcing you to upgrade your shop and once you do it’s made incredibly easy to make it past the level. What annoys me is the extremely long wait times to upgrade with a outrageous gem cost to speed it up either forcing you to spend real money, or just stop playing the game for the rest of the day. Yes you can watch ads to get the timer down to 30 minutes which is great but that only lasts for a while and the disappear. I’ve always hated that mechanic in games and which devs would move away from it. Another thing that is impossible without spending real money is the daily mini games. The first 3-4 levels are way too easy and then the rest is impossible. There was one I did yesterday that required thumbs up for the pancake event and got every customer and still failed which required me to either pay gems to keep going or quit the event. I chose the ladder. I wish this game was just a one time payment with no pay to win mechanics because it’s an excellent game with well designed levels. It just suffers from greedy developers that try to get you to pull out your wallet for every aspect in the game.

Great start but.... Loved this game, the pancake phase was really fun and I was able to move through it in a timely manner, wasn’t the easiest but I was able to get what I needed to move on but once I unlocked the krabby patty phase it got really bad. Not only is it harder to advance because not only do I need coins to upgrade, I need gems as well and the game suddenly stops rewarding you with them. Also, making the burgers doesn’t make sense. Some burgers require multiple foods that stacked onto each other but would mess everything up. For example, burgers that needed lettuce and tomatoes or just one or the other would stack up so I would be tapping on these items to be on separate burgers but because they are stackable they ended up on the same burger messing the entire order up and causing me to waste time and space. I hope the developers come up with a solution for this soon because it makes some of the levels very annoying to work through as I have to do all of these separately and that messes up the combos which in turn messes up the amount of coins I need to pass certain levels.

This is a great game but..... I really like this game but there is some things I don’t like one is they make you use your boosters and I know that I’m going waste them because I don’t need it . Two is that it was this one round where you have to get a amount of money in 30 or 60 seconds and I tried this round over and over again but I couldn't get it and then I noticed that the costumers were walking super slow . And I feel like it was unfair because the customers where walking slower than usual and I was frustrated so can you guys update this game and make the customers walk at the same paste as the other rounds . Three they try to make you used your diamonds too and I don’t like that because I want to save them and they keep trying to make me use them and that’s another thing you guys should update . But overall this is a very fun game but I think you guys should make changes .

I love it❤️🍔. I absolutely love this game it is so much fun it’s a challenge of course but it doesn’t stop me from playing you don’t actually have to buy anything at all to keep playing this game of course the game does guilt trip you into buying more gems and you do need gems to get anything done but if you keep trying and keep doing it you can beat it the much harder levels I am so far ahead on this game it’s crazy I haven’t paid for one thing at all and I have constant gems just doing a little things as decorating upgrading whatever you can do but don’t buy dumb stuff obviously but it’s a really fun game it help passes the time and since we are under quarantine what I absolutely love about this game is how the color is beautiful it doesn’t lag it doesn’t glitch there are some ads so be prepared for that but you can just exit the game and then restart it and it will just be fine that’s what I do but it’s a pretty awesome game I love it

Game crash. I got so obsessed with this game that I would play everyday!!! I kept grinding and grinding points and coins to get three stars at each stand which was incredibly hard to do and usually get first in the championships. I would’ve given this game 5 stars. Here’s the problem though… once I reached Sandy’s Dome and you enter the dialogue in one of the levels where Sandy would speak the game would crash(freeze)indefinitely. It would refuse to let me tap anything. The app would refused to let me even skip the dialogue of even leave the conversation. As soon as you opened the app the game would rush you in to start the conversation and boom freeze! There was no other options, no settings that I could turn to or request help from the game developers who are quick to respond in game and honestly very kind when there are bugs. I deleted and reinstalled the app, I force quit the app, I reset my phone 3 times, and as soon as I would sync up my data once more the freeze was still there patiently awaiting me. If someone could fix this for me I wouldn’t hesitate to rate 5 stars! I really miss the game and wish I could come back to it.

Super fun game up until today’s update. I have been playing this game daily for several months now. It’s that addictive (lol). I really had no major complaints or issues with the game until this afternoon when I was going to open the app and was prompted to update for more levels, bug fixes etc. However, since this most recent update, my game play has been sub par. The game never glitched before and now it is freezing when I pause to the point where I can’t unpause to resume the level. Also, it just randomly freezes even not during game play, which is frustrating because I’m using lives to play. I have been a faithful player for a while now and would like to continue playing. I know you guys just updated but there’s some major bugs that now need to be fixed. I’m still giving four stars as it is a fun game but please fix, so I can get back to my regularly scheduled gameplay (lol).

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I honestly love the layout of the game. Sure, the ads are annoying, but it's not a pay to win by any means. With the daily food trucks, fame, free diamond options, and achievements, I've been able to upgrade my appliances and keep playing. When I lose all my lives, or I have to wait for an appliance to upgrade, I actually enjoy going back and playing the infinity levels in completed areas and finishing up achievements there to gather more diamonds. The ads are honestly not as big of a deal as people make it seem, because it keeps the game free and I sometimes download a game that looks fun! NOTE: I really enjoy the ads that allow you to play the game while the timer is running! Honestly, those are the games I usually end up downloading. I think the little achievement quotes, the storylines, and the outfits are silly but really add character to the game overall. This is my favorite pooping game.

Great game but.... Seems like a lot of people are on the same page as me. Gems are extremely valuable but very hard to collect. Everything cost so much and then moving to goo lagoon and changing the dollar is insane!! It took me forever to collect money again. Then once I buy things to upgrade my kitchen it takes 6 hours to collect?!? That’s nuts. I lose my lives in no time is very difficult levels of ham a lot. Finally beat the story and the juice bar never opened up to play! But it gave me 30 min of unlimited lives... I’ve already beaten and played every story to almost level 100! I want a new location. Or will it take 3-6 hours to get?? Ridiculous. Also I see other people have difficult telling apart items and making the levels harder to pass. I have to look longer at an item which makes the customer wait and me lose. I’m 27- and have great vision but this was just really hard to tell what their ordering at some places. Super fun game, very addicting when you can play it and pass levels. But it Needs updates and changes to the games and wait times that’s for sure. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The game is fun.. For those who love this genre of gameplay i think you should try it. At higher level it's fast pace and rewarding. The game has a gimmick that differs itself from other games of its type. That is in other games, you have to drag ingredients around. You have to drag to serve customers. Not here. You just have to tap the ingredients and it automatically moves the the food. You can think of it as a con or a pro. I personally think it's awesome. I dropped 7 bucks at the game to get some gems and remove ads. For the price of a cheap take out, i think it's well worth the money. The ads are not intrusive like other games. But it does get annoying when you just want to grind some coins. Upgrades costs gems and and gold. I was able to max upgrade Area 1's kitchen and decor completely free to play. I only spent starting in Area 2. I am pretty sure Area 2 can be completed F2P as well. The game also has a gacha system for outfits if you are into that. One con I will say though. The trashcan is too close counted. At higher level when it's super intensive, I have accidentally throw my food away causing me to lose a level. The biggest pro for me has to be the high pace serving at higher levels. Feels super rewarding when I can clear a screen full of customers. Take my review with a grain of salt. I am a big fan of this genre of gameplay.

love the game but there's a lot of bugs on the version for the nintendo switch. the App for mobile phones is great and a little different than what i'm used to on my switch, but i've had to switch over to it because there are a lot of bugs in the nintendo switch version of the game. Sometimes the game doesn't allow you to serve a customer even if you make the correct item they want & on some levels this makes you use the whole level. Salty spitoon level 74 will not start no matter what I do, i've maxed out all my characters, bought all the decor, and nothing changes so i cannot progress in the game which is really frustrating ): there's also a bug in level 50 of the pancake stand that is quite literally impossible no matter which cook you use- 82 👍🏼 just is not possible in the time limit.. please fix these bugs on the switch! i love that version of the game so much 😩

If you wanna spend ton of $$$$$$$. This game is awesome and fun. But they make the higher levels impossible to pass unless you keep buying things and that’s not ok. If they had a version where you purchase monthly or even yearly I’d be ok with that. But with having to purchase items to get you to pass levels I can see how some players can spend hundreds if not more per month. That’s ridiculous. The game is a scam and intends to constantly get money out of you. Not to mention how many ads you HAVE to watch constantly in order to even get through another level. And I was already watching ton of ads to get diamonds etc so I’d have items to spend when needing boosts. I mean it’s ridicilus. It’s 5 ads and play one level, then fail and back to square one. Really unfair. Who wants to play a game that’s 99% ads in these times? There’s plenty of games without so many ads. Luckily I haven’t spent a single penny on this app and have deleted it now and won’t purchase it again unless they offer better options. LESS ADS, pay monthly not per every diamond etc RIP OFF!!

Great but....Ummmm what??. Ok. I have quite a few problems with this game. 1. Everything has to be bought with gems AND coins. 2. Only in the claw machine do you have a 15% chance of gaining a character that is “recommended” for a level and the only way to get tickets is either winning chests or buying them with gems/real money. 3. Truck levels are rigged because I could play through them so many times and still not be able to finish them because I was a coin short or two plates off. And 4. Almost everything is bought with gems or you have to “find” it in the claw machine. Meaning you either spend real money to get the gems or you try to play the game. And to get certain things like characters such as Squidward and Sandy you have to “find” them in the claw machine as well as clothing that enhances the performance of the characters. I’m very close to deleting this game if they don’t fix this soon. Incredibly frustrating. Do they even read the reviews on here??

Great way to pass time. I honestly love this game. I don’t find a huge push from the developers to purchase gems and when I do, it’s because I want to. It’s challenging and fun! I find myself glued for hours! There are times when you can’t progress without upgrading with gems, however they offer alternate routes every day to earn gems within the game. Either by winning challenges offered every day, or by watching an ad every 20ish minutes. I don’t find the typical “pay to progress” dynamic to be pressured or unwelcoming. It makes me think of strategies or if I don’t feel like putting the effort in, I don’t mind spending some money. I think the developers found a good balance to keep the players coming back while also being able to earn money for what they’ve created for us. Thanks for a great game. I’ve been playing for almost a year now and keep coming back!

So much fun! But.... Developers! Fantastic game! But... I’m right in line with everyone else. The gem cost for each upgrade is ridiculous. It would be understandable if cosmetics were the only thing we use gems for, I would be happy to pay for some gems for that! But the fact that I was really hooked and instantly walled off by this “pay-to-win” mechanic for upgrading my kitchen equipment, is just defeating. I don’t feel the urge to pay to get my upgrades processed/earned. I want to pay for cosmetics, new characters, heck, even put a cost on some expansion levels, LIKE PIZZA! Just please, for the love of god, don’t be greedy. I remember watching commercials for months as a 5-6 year old kid waiting for the first ever spongebob episode to air, it’s a staple of my adult life since my kids watch it too. Let the public enjoy the game, please...

Too many ads. When I first downloaded this game there was a problem with ADs loading. It was slightly frustrating that I couldn’t get more gems/diamonds or cookies because of this but the game play moved along at a great pace so I didn’t mind too much. However now that it’s been fixed there are WAY TO MANY ADs that I’m forced to sit through. Having an ad pop up after completing each level when they are only 45-60 second levels makes the game unbearable. Especially when there’s ads everywhere else to gain favors throughout the game. The ads are not short either like in other games some ads are only 5-10 seconds. All of these ads are 30-60 second ads.. that’s a crazy amount of down time. I can’t play more then 3-4 levels at a time because it’s so frustrating. This will probably lead to me deleting it which is a shame because I love the design and concept of the game a lot.
