love it, can’t wait for more. I originally saw the ad for the game on instagram and I couldn’t have been more excited!! I immediately downloaded it and told my sister and friend who both love criminal minds as well. took a long time to download which made me even more excited bc I knew it was gonna be a great game with good graphics if it took so long. the first chapter went by smoothly and I loved every bit of it (of course I wish it could be a little more interactive and I was hoping for Derek Morgan and Aaron Hotchner to be in the game but then I figured this was most likely based on the new cast). afterwards I was a little reluctant when I finished the chapter and it asked me to pay $4.99, but it makes sense to me: these creators put in so much work to make a game for criminal minds lovers like me, they give a free chapter so that the gamers can experience the game and see if they like it or not, then pay a small amount for THE REST OF THE GAME. it doesn’t seem that much for me so I paid it and the rest of the episodes were just as fun and interesting. I eventually ran into the last episode available and it said “stay tuned for more episodes” so I’m waiting patiently but I do really wanna know when the game will come up with more. is the game going to notify me when they’re ready, do I have to update the app or keep checking in?? overall very great game and I’m very satisfied

Great game for a great price!. I love Criminal Minds, and I love time management games, so this app is perfect for me! Yes, you do have to pay for content past episode 1, but $9.99 is a pretty good price to unlock all of the content in a high quality game. (I was admittedly able to catch the limited time $4.99 deal, but I would have payed the full price in a heartbeat.) The developers have to make money somehow, and I’d rather pay a one time fee than have to watch an ad between every level. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for future episodes!

Huge Turn Off. I’m giving this two stars for a reason. I actually did start loving the game, i like the interaction and everything that we have to do. Each characters leveling up to improve on skills is great quality. Everything about this game is pretty much perfect. Except of course they only give you 16 episodes, and you’d have to use actual money in order to play the other chapters. And that is the main reason this game isn’t going to get a perfect rating. Some people like myself cannot afford to spend real money on such games. I do suggest to the developers to start thinking of different ways to start making money. Because i guarantee that only 10% of the users would actually buy the remaining episodes. I’m not the type of person to last long on a game and therefore would never waste money. Such a disappointment for such a good game. But it’s never gonna be my lost. I’d rather take my 10 bucks and spend it on actual real things.

Please make this game more interactive. I love this game and I am glad I can play all the levels for free. Evan though I have to replay them a couple times. But I wish that they could make it a bit more interactive like maybe make the game where were the case and you can choose different options maybe it’s just I feel like this game could be more.

No Challenge & Little Interaction. I downloaded it as I love the TV show so I thought I would try the game. All it seems to allow is to click on a character & then wait. “Playing” the game consists of watching a video, clicking on a character and nothing else. It just seems like a money maker for the developer & nothing else. You have no choice as to what each character does & are unable to interact to actually look for clues, problem solve, etc. It is a total letdown & waste of time.

Was good....then. I finished up the first case. I was finally understanding how to do each mini game when I see to do the second case I have two options. Pay 2.99 for one additional case or pay 9.99 for a monthly pass when they only have 3 full cases finished and I’ll be allowed to play the new cases as soon as they release....I finished the first case in 35 minutes....yeah....I’m good. I’ll have to delete it. I don’t do monthly prescriptions. I tend to forget about them.

Super fun buuuut. I finished the first case in about 3 hours (busy busy this thanksgiving) finally was understanding all the mini games and the clues to look for and all that good stuff, go to try & play the second case and it wants me to pay $2.99 to play the one or $9.99 for a monthly season pass thing or whatever that gives me 3 cases - 1 I can play now & the other 2 whenever they release. No thanks! This game would be 5 stars if it wasnt for the whole “one case, free, the rest $10.” 🤦🏻‍♀️ I love Criminal Minds, it’s one of my favorite shows on tv. Just to play the cases shouldn’t cost money that’s a low blow. I’d happily spend money on upgrades for my characters, extra tasks, etc but I’ll pass on a $10 fee for the cases availability.

Horrible Let Down. The thought of a Criminal Minds Game is exciting... but you missed the mark to the point where your arrow didn’t even hit the board. Firstly the ability to choose and make choices to solve the cases are completely taken away from the player... it’s criminal minds the exemplification of thinking and using logic to solve complex problems. The fact that that is taken away is a slap in the face of those whole love the show. Now to get to the complaints mentioned by other users. 9.99 for a monthly pass? What a joke! The content of the game isn’t enough to justify the cost, it’s out right greedy by the developer. I get that people wish to make money but make it a premium game with the amount of following that criminal minds has you’d be able to charge 1 or 2.99 and people would pay for it. But ya screwed the pooch here and I don’t think I’ll take anything from this developer.

What a rip off - NOT free to play - $3 for ~20 mins!. As others have noted, you can play episode 1 free. It took me about 20 minutes. Then you have to pay to even move forward... buying episode 2 is $2.99 or you can buy a “season pass” to get three episodes for $9.99. Don’t waste your time unless you intend to fork over $$$. You can’t watch ads, or anything like that to progress. I like the game, but it is an absolute no for $3 per 20 minutes! I’d be willing to watch some ads, buy the full game for $5 or $10, etc., but the greed here is ridiculous. I’ve uninstalled it. You should too.

Really fun. I found it really fun actually the only thing I’d change is maybe making the puzzles more interactive so you feel like your assisting in solving the case. And I wish it wasn’t so long between episodes. I just finished the final episode and thought it was well done. Is there going to be more? Or is this the end of it?

Very Impressed!. The game is so much fun and I love that the mini games are creative and different for each character. I enjoy that you can level up your characters by replaying each scene. I didn’t know what to expect when I first head that this game was coming out and I was completely blown away. Fantastic job!

Suggestion. I love Criminal Minds and the first story went pretty fast for me. I would like to suggest that instead of making people pay for more of the game, why not a way to earn it through an add to unlock so much of the next part of the game? I know that would keep a couple more people stay interested as not everyone that plays games are wanting to pay for them. This is the first crime game that I have played that wanted me to pay for the next part of the game.

Cheap tactics won’t earn my money. Didn’t even finish playing the first story because what’s the point? I’m not paying to continue the game. I would gladly pay money to buy boosts, unlock characters or SPECIAL stories (a Christmas themed one, character centered ones, etc) but not just more stories. I understand the need to make money but this is just a ridiculous notion. I would gladly play if the stories were free with optional purchases but will not pay just to unlock the rest of the game like that. Uninstalling until we have more options 🤷🏽‍♀️

Cool and then.... I was really enjoying the game and finally getting the hang of it and then when I finished the first case and went to go to the second one it said I had to pay 2.99 or 9.99....I don’t think that’s right because we didn’t even get another way to go we just got the option to pay...could we get free cases and change how we earn things or something..I’m not going to do Subscriptions because I intend to forget about them and I think it’s silly honestly so I’m just going to delete the game...thanks though

The same as everyone else. I was so excited for this game and immediately downloaded and played all the way through the first episode. It was really well put together and more interesting than other similar games but as soon as I finished and i saw that I had to pay for me I was furious. There’s no reason to make it so that you HAVE to pay to play on. There are so many ways around that to still make money but make it accessible for people who can’t pay. And then upon reading reviews and seeing that everyone is saying the same thing and the game developers reply with “well we supplied you with 16 scenes it’s on you for the rest” was really disheartening. You’re missing out on a lot more exposure for your game by making it not a free experience. Those who have it will pay for the extra services but most of us can’t. Please think about the average person and reconsider.

Don’t waste your time. Please don’t waste your time or money downloading this game. That’s right - it may look like a free game but I promise you it isn’t. After the hype of completing the first awesome episode, I was so eager to jump into the next (much like how I am with the actual show). I’m watching a really interesting cutscene when a message pops up notifying me that I have to pay to play any more episodes. I would like to tell the developers to do some research before releasing an app where you have to pay to win. For users like myself, any game where you have to pay to play is a HUGE turn off. Not going to lie, when I read the message, I immediately exited and deleted the game. May I make a suggestion? Okay. I completely understand the goal of trying to make money off a well put together game. But there are ways to do it where you don’t have to make every user who wants to move on and dig deeper in the story use money to do so. Input ads so that you get the revenue of that plus extra features such as a remove ads tool. Great effort on the game, poor choice to cause a lot of users to delete the game immediately.

Waste of time. Interesting story. Unfortunately too much mindless repetitive clicking to get through to grind the points to read the next chapter and absolutely no thinking involved. I like to be able to make choices to progress in the story, to feel like an investigator rather than passive observer. The only active action game allows you to do is mindlessly click on the appearing bubbles like it’s an arcade mode.

Great....but. This game is great, super fun and interactive, but you’re seriously going to make people pay 2.99 just for ONE more episode that you can finish in literally 30 minutes. Or 9.99 for only 3? Incredibly greedy, and manipulative as well, considering you don’t alert the users of these facts. You wait until we are invested and truly enjoy the game so that we are more likely to pay to play. Truly makes me not want to try any other games your company may offer, which is quite sad considering you seem to make great games.

Fun game. Fun game but then you have to pay and soon you gotta do more to get badges & i don’t think my money was worth so how can i get it back. Game loading takes forever keeps closing out. I’m not a satisfy customer because when i tech out and tell the people that owned the game they don’t wanna help you out they wanna keep making you explain over and over what your issue/problem of the game was all about when i just simply asked if i can get a refund back from the game plus its not fully finished yet. I’m very disappointed in the owner & staff of this game

Rlly fun but some glitches ... This game has been really fun so far I love playing it to pass time. BUT after I complete a investigation and earn a badge it will tell me I have one extra than what I really have and will sometimes go down in a badge which results into me having to earn another one . Still going to play but very annoying lol

I am appalled.. Never in my almost 15 years of life have I EVER! Felt so disrespected before. I was informed by a friend that someone had created a game based off of my FAVORITE! Television program. At first I was excited but as soon as I hit play I felt a wave of disgust go throughout my body. I do not know how someone could make a game so awful, so horrible, so vial! You guys have butchered the integrity of this show. You guys are teaching young-ins that this show is a dull and tedious show that all us more mature people watch because we have nothing else to do with our life’s instead of teaching them that this show provides them with the knowledge of safety and protection. This is why I am appalled by you all APPALLED I say.!

If you don’t have money don’t play. It’s so annoying going to the reviews and seeing so many people complain because they have to pay for the game. That’s how apps make there money! Why do you think every other app cost money to go on in the story, levels. Someone is asking for adds? Who would want those annoying adds none stop to keep going. I am sorry but if you cannot afford a mobile game maybe you should not download it!

Update to last review. I knew I complained about the price on having to pay for the cases. Honestly, I went on a limb and paid for 9.99 and I got to say the price is not really bad for a game that actually works for me when other games don’t . So if anything , this game is worth the 9.99 to me , esp if I love the show and am desperate to play the game . So this game is awesome :)

Excitement Quickly Turned into Disappointment. Whether the $2.99 or $9.99 price tag is “optional” or not isn’t the issue. It’s the fact that it even exists in the first place, and nothing is ever mentioned about it until after you play the first case. You’re deceiving players, and as much as I love the show, and how interactive this game is out of all other crime games out there, I’m not paying money to unlock one other case, nor am I paying a monthly subscription just to get three. I understand that companies need to make money, and I wouldn’t mind in-game purchases that aren’t extra cases or monthly subscriptions, but deceiving your players? This ain’t it, Chief.

I usually don’t review but..... I usually don’t do reviews but I felt like it This time. The game has been pretty good up until this new update that just came out with the continuing episode that we’ve been waiting for (for the season pass ppl). I don’t understand why the characters are all changed, except Rossi, Rossi is there but looks so different. It’s not even the BAU anymore. So, I guess I don’t understand why the sudden change in characters? It took some of the enjoyment away from the game playing with people who aren’t the actual CM characters. Still gave it 4 stars because I have enjoyed it up until now.. but only because of the character switch.

Awesome for when you’re bored at home!. This game is amazing. It’s interactive, has interesting cases, and it is great to play when your finished with work or chores. However, they are short of a few of my characters, like Gideon and Hotchner, but I know they couldn’t cram every character in the game, and that’s okay! The game is still good.

Disappointed. I downloaded the game the other day and have been playing it but in order for me to go to the next episode I have to pay to continue. Don’t get me wrong I love the show and like the game but at least I would have thought that the game would have been like some other games that you can play and keep earning badges or have the option to pay if you want to skip so you don’t have to go back and replay the same scene over again.

i love this. wowed. I just finished the game and it was so good!! The graphics and visuals and everything overall are SO amazing. but i would really like if there could be more episodes. despite the show ending soon this game really keeps the magic and the characters alive and overall i feel like this game is the perfect mix between a fan favorite opportunity and a crime lovers chance at a new take on crime solving games and I absolutely adore this. however i do have two very small requests. first of all, PLEASE make more episodes!! we love this!! second of all, i purchased the full game before it became free, simply because i just couldn’t wait any longer but i was wondering if there is any chance i can be refunded for the purchases? or if i would loose game progress? i was glad to support but i don’t think it’s fair that some get to play for free while i’m out nearly 10 dollars. however, i do not regret the purchase and i am more than willing to overlook this, i was just wondering if there’s anything i can do. but besides that please make more episodes because we love them

One thing I recommend. This game is SO FUN. I’ve played for a while now, and I haven’t gotten bored of it. The only thing I suggest is that you make it possible to restore games. I deleted mine once, then later re-downloaded, only to find out that I lost all my progress. That’s really my only suggestion, but overall, I love it.

cute animation, bad gameplay. before getting into the review, i did not buy it, i only played a few chapters of the free portion. i appreciate the animations and the effort into making the story line, but the gameplay feels like it is lacking in the interactive section. most of the things you do, you have no reason why you’re doing it except that there is a prompt. purchasing cute dolls and other oddities using in game credits in Garcia’s safe space is a really nice touch, makes it almost worth it to finish the game to see what the rest of the nicknacks are. almost.

Love the game...but minor issues. The game is fun and definitely better than most time management/crime tv show games that I’ve played before. I do love the option to get badges to unlock items, which can still take time, but a free option to just replay levels until you can unlock. The issue that I am facing is that when I watch the ads to increase my score, the sound of the game goes off even though the music and sound is checked on. This becomes an issue because at the end of each level I have to restart the app which becomes annoying and a huge turn off. But otherwise, fun game!

Fun to see animated Rossi, Garcia, JJ and Reid. Wish Hotchner was in it.. I’ve only played first few chapters so far and the game seems a lot of fun to play. It’s different than the other crime games on the App Store. Watching animated Criminal Minds character build up profile and be the puppets I control from the tips of my fingers reminds me of a puppet master episode. Lol. All in all the game is pretty cool and unique. The only problem is, the learning curve for some tasks is pretty steep. I didn’t understand what to do and l wasn’t assisted the first time I had to click on multiple things like for task of numbering the evidence. But I still love it.

love this game!. Let me start out by saying you don’t need to use “energy” to play a level and wait for it to refill. Yes ALL the chapters really are free! Basically you earn badges and you’ll need to have a certain number to progress every so often. All you have to do is replay the episodes to earn more badges. Which is fun because you can play with different characters! This game is so addicting. I could just hear the characters voices in my head while I was reading. The story was well put together, and made me feel like I was watching it on the TV but interacting with it instead. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD MORE STORIES!!

The price isn’t bad. Haven’t played it yet, waiting for it to download but I just want to put it out there for everyone complaining about the price: a ton of work goes into games like this, and while yes of course we would all love to be able to play the full game for free it just doesn’t make sense realistically. I’d rather pay the money upfront and not have to deal with ads or anything while also supporting the team behind it so that they can continue to give us content. If you don’t want to/can’t pay the $5 they’re asking for that’s fine, just try not to come at the developers and attacking them for making it have a (reasonable) price attached. Maybe I’m just biased because I’ve been watching Criminal Minds for so long, but personally I’m willing to split with the money even though it’s not necessarily in my budget.

You have to pay to get past Episode 1 :(. This game is so much fun and I loved how they included all of the current characters. However, just as I got the hang of this game, it told me I needed to pay $2.99 to continue or $9.99 to unlock all of the levels (for only one month!). I even tried getting all of the badges to see if that unlocked the next episode 😂. I’d much rather this game have a “watch this ad to unlock the next episode” button than a “pay 2.99” button 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes!. I’ve been binging Criminal Minds on Netflix over the past few weeks and holy goodness, this game represents the show well. Each episode starts with one of those awesome notable quotes and there are airplane scenes! And so many new crazy unsubs! Since I’ve literally paid nothing outside of my Netflix subscription to watch countless hours of this show, it’s not a big deal to me to throw a few dollars to the show itself and also to the game developers. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

Great Concept, Lots to Improve. I’ve binged 12/15 seasons of this show, and when I found out about the app I was over the moon. It didn’t disappoint, I love how the game functions! I just feel like it’s not really rounded out, there’s more that could be added. The little Garcia shop is really cool! I wish the player could create their own avatar agent, and feature the avatar in the cut scenes. A lot of mobile games have check-in bonuses, so if you play the game a certain amount of days in a row you get a prize. I think that would make the game better, and engage the player. Also, I know the show isn’t continuing, but I hope the game can! New episodes, please! Criminal Minds has a huge fan base, we love your work, we’ve supported your show for 300 episodes, please give us some more criminal minds stuff in the form of this app! Love the show, love the game, it’s seriously so much fun and I would actually consider paying for stuff in-game if I needed to. Great work, please keep updating!

FINALLY!!!....and then the dream was ruined. I have been waiting for this game! When it finally showed up I was so excited. I love the game! Buuuut, just like everyone else, I’m not going to pay the money every episode to keep going. I would be more willing to pay the 9.99 for the rest of the game and not pay anymore after that. That’s also the largest amount of money I would be willing to pay. I really want to play more, but I’m not going to put a bunch of money into this.

If I could give NO STARS I would!. I must be honest the game is enjoyable, but seriously come on guys. Having to pay $2.99 for an episode or $9.99 for some of the episodes...NOT THE ENTIRE GAME, is redundant. How do even expect to make money off of this? And then to make matters worse, it is like no one is listening to your customers. I see for every comment that someone posted about the fees for this game, your only response was basically “Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have no plans on changing the prices”! Nice customer service guys! Thanks but no thanks!

My Review of criminal minds mobile game. I really liked this game I want to thank you to all those who worked hard and the opportunity to bring the favorite show in mobile store. My honest reason I have This four stars is not because I didn’t like the game I loved everything about it the characters but the first time I place this game it glitched erased my progress I was not happy about it. Because I had to play the whole game again back to the beginning so it made me loose interest in this game but other than that issue the game was really fun enjoyed it so much. Thanks again hopefully there will be criminal minds mobile game 2 I think it needs one with new story line

Really fun. I was so excited when I first heard that they were going to make a CM game & even more excited when it finally came out. I really love this game but once I got done with playing the first episode & learning the mini games etc & I was about to play the second episode, then come to find out that you have to pay $2.99 for one episode & $9.99 for 3 episodes. I hate that I have to delete this app (since I love criminal minds so much) because I’m not going to pay $2.99 or $9.99 dollars just to continue to play the game. I think it’s really selfish & greedy to get a lot of people’s hopes up then only allow them to play one episode & the come to find out having to pay to continue to play the game without any warnings no nothing.

Am I missing something?. My main issue with this game is the fact that after episode one, you have to pay to go on! And from my understanding, it’s not even “pay this amount and you can play the rest of the episodes” but “pay this amount and you can play this certain number of episodes”. How annoying! I don’t exactly have money to spare on a video game that I’ll have to keep spending money on after every certain amount of episodes. My other concerns aren’t as large, but I’m a little disappointed about the fact that we can’t make decisions or actually help with the details of the case. All you get to do is click buttons to go through, you don’t get to decide anything! I understand that that wasn’t particularly their main focus, but it would have made for a much more interesting game!

Might be good if.... This game might be good if it didn’t constantly glitch. I like the premise of the game and the graphics, when/if they decide to work. I got through the first two episodes before the graphics constantly glitched and blanked out. When this happened, if I got through the episode, it wouldn’t save my progress and I would have to close out the app and restart the game and the level all over again. When I have to do this process several times for two levels in a short amount of time one after the other, I’ve had enough and just deleted the app all together. It’s not worth it, and that’s a shame because it looked good and the type of game I enjoy playing.

scamming ppl with ads. As much as i love this game and it’s attention to detail, the one thing that sets me off is that when you go to double your score by watching an ad, sometimes it doesn’t give you the double score and made you watch the ad for no reason. Like it’s doing that because you wouldn’t pay to unlock the episodes with money. Also, it takes away a badge sometimes. This isn’t cool, but overall the game it’s good.

Literally Addicted!. Listen the price to move on isn’t that bad compared to other games I’ve played! And it’s totally worth it because this game is literally so much fun!! You guys need to release more episodes ASAP!! I have been a fan of Criminal Minds for YEARS & this game is just as exciting & thrilling as the show!! If you don’t have this game downloaded, you’re missing out!!

Disappointed. I absolutely love the show so when I found this app I was super excited. Downloaded the game got started and got to the second case, the interactive elements of working the gun, fingerprints, helping Garcia, etc made the game that much better! Closed out of the game went about the rest of y day and when I had the chance to play and continue on I opened the game only to find it had ERASED everything I had done and put me back at level 1. Sadly I deleted the game because I’m not doing it over 20 times if it happens in the future.

Real Criminal Minds fan!. Honestly just because it’s criminal minds I downloaded the game I LOVE this show ! Not gonna go into the show that much cause this is a review about the game haha BUT the only thing I dislike is when your watching the stories before they go up in their plane on the show they always say wheels up and then a time frame and on the game that doesn’t happen 🙃

What?. I’ve been a huge fan of this show for years and was so excited when this game came out! I got through the first episode easily enough and was looking forward to playing the next one...only to be told I have to pay for it. Uh, what? No thanks. What a bummer. Maybe if you actually had the episodes available for free I’d be inclined to give more than one star. As it is, one star is more than enough, considering that we are lead to believe there would be more than one episode to play. Don’t waste your time here.

Major waste of time!. It’s a major let down and major waste of time. I expected to be much more interactive as the characters in the show are. I didn’t even bother going through every episode in the first chapter. The only thing in this game to do is basically watch the initial crime, read the script, appoint characters to task, occasionally take pictures, very rarely find the evidence on my own, or have Garcia look things up on her computer, and after that not much to do at all. I was excited to hear there was a Criminal Minds game out now, but it really was a major let down! It’s the type of game where there’s very little interactions, input, and there’s no choice of any kind of customization. Therefore, it really wouldn’t be worth paying for the game at all. Thankfully I didn’t buy anything because I read the first chapter is free. I decided to give it a chance at least and was very disappointed. Do not waste your money if you like games with more interactions and choices. I will not be downloading any other games from this game developer. Oh, and it goes without saying that this game isn’t at all challenging. I love challenging games, and this isn’t one of them. If Criminal Minds come out with another game, I may give it a try as long as it’s not with this game developer. I do love the show, very much, but again this game is not one I’d choose. I would say don’t bother with this game.

Good. Overall this is a good game. The only complaint, suggestion, etc, I have is that one finishes the scene & one badge is given but five badges are needed to continue to the next case. So then one has to replay that scene at least 10 times before enough badges are accumulated to move forward. The next case won’t unlock without the required badges. I don’t want to have to play the same scene over & over at least 10 times just to be able to enjoy the rest of the game. Having to play a scene over & over that one has already completed doesn’t make one want to continue to play the game.

Great combination of story telling and interactive aspects!!. I really like how it actually tells the story of how you solved the crime (though short dramatic scenes) and the interactive crime solving parts aren’t too boring. The animations are also pretty realistic. Great game overall, although you do have to buy the next episodes.

I bought a season pass, because although many do not have the luxury to do so, as an international viewer, I need to find some way to support the show and to give concrete proof to CBS that they have a solid international fanbase. Would love the ability to gift season passes to other player/‘Agents’. That would be a cool feature, although I can see how logistically that could be an impossible task. Thank you to the development team for all your hard work, and I’m looking forward to more episodes!

Good game. I am enjoying this game, and I am a fan of the criminal minds tv show. I like the story so far, the design of the characters and background and the mechanics. The only thing I wish for is, and it’s pretty small, is to be able to ‘collect’ other members of the Bau, like Hotch or Morgan, and customise the team. I think that would be a good feature as the game, although good, excludes some of the, in my opinion, better characters from the show.

Furious. I LOVE THIS GAME....until I realised I can only play episode one....ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So I wasted my time playing this. Greaaat. Not. I don’t have a job so I can’t afford to buy it. I was going to give this game five stars but now you get two. Your loss.

Great presentation and storyline. Bought the season pass. Love the presentation and storyline/s, but the gameplay becomes a little repetitive. Would be nice if there was greater incentive to earn badges (besides the bare minimum to unlock scenes and buy presents). How about allowing players to watch a story without needing to replay the time-management segment/s once all badges have been received in a scene or episode? Or maybe allow optional bonus/side stories to be unlocked after a player receives a certain number of stars? Once a player gets all four badges in a scene, there’s little incentive to replay it other than to get more experience points or to try a different team combination. I’m not sure if time-management gameplay is suited to every scene, because some parts of the story involve life and death situations. I feel conflicted *and* disengaged in these parts—more like a backseat administrator or manager directing people to do menial tasks/chores in the face of danger.

Could be better. The game is fun but I wish it was more interactive and had more mini games rather than simply tapping and assigning people to tasks. Also not a fan of having to pay over $12 to play past the first episode.

Loved the game but WAY overpriced. It was so much fun for the first episode but I don’t want to pay $15 for more! I have read other reviews and they have just copy and pasted a response to each saying that more episodes are “not required” what does that mean?! If you want to pay the game payment is required! I could understand if they made each episode $1 or a season pass $5 but $4 per episode or $15 for the season?! Put the game on steam not the bloody App Store if you want to charge that much.

The game is a con!. This game is nothing but a petty cash grab. It leads you on through the first case and won’t let you finish (the first case!) without paying. Do not play.

Pay to Play. Are you freaking kidding me?? You can only play 1 episode, then you have to pay $15.00 for the full game. This isn’t like other Gamehouse apps where you can play for free and just have to suffer through ads. Why?

It’s good. It is very rushed with the tasks, to me that takes away from enjoyment of it and getting to look around, it would almost be better if it was set up like the X-Files game but I’ll give it a chance, I’ll play through this case and see how I feel!

Fun but not for money. I got so into this game, I thought it was very well done and challenging but to even finish the first episode you have to pay to get the rest of the episode or buy out the other ones. Sorry but it’s not worth spending that money... should be free and done on ad basis or by energy levels instead.

Great Game not pay to win. Some reviews of this game complain that you need to spend $15 to get the full game. This is how things should be. Those same people don’t realize that they are spending hundreds of dollars to see the full story in other games like this. This game is great and I hope it does well. Well written and animated Wonderfully. This game is a great take on classic point and click adventures. Hope to see more seasons and stories in the future. 5/5 everything a mobile adventure game should aim to be.

Meh.... As much as I loved the show and following the stories of Prentiss and the gang (which i never missed an episode) To be honest I didn't really find this to be very interesting unfortunately and uninstalled after a short period of time. I was kind of bored by it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Audio Bug :(. This game is great, and I love playing it, but the sound has stopped working :( No matter what I try the audio shuts off completely after about 10 seconds. The game still works, but it’s much less enjoyable without sound. Hopefully this gets fixed.

Bug. Great game but whenever I play sometimes the shell bullets don’t show up in the shell bullets mini game. I then lose coins because I can’t find them.

Loved the game, but feeling ripped off.. I paid almost $15 for this game, and now it’s free for everyone? I understand that people who don’t pay have to unlock all of the badges, and the people who have paid can advance to the next chapter whenever they want. But that isn’t even REMOTELY worth $15. Mediocre game that is also extraordinarily expensive. The game is like a simple point and click adventure. I could see myself enjoying it with more time but I’m certainly not willing to shell out another $15 to enjoy at all. Honestly, wasn’t even gonna bother with a review but the dev is telling people that the other episodes you must pay for aren’t required... Obviously they aren’t “required”, technically neither downloading the game in the first place. However, it is by definition NOT a full experience either. Great But Could Be Better. It's fun I like it and I love the TV show but there are a few improvements that could be made. 1) It would be great if it was just a little more interactive like instead of just assigning agents to tasks with only a few mini games maybe add more mini games. 2) The game is a little pricey if you want to continue past the first episode but I do like that you get a fair amount of levels per episode so you still get quite a bit of game play for free but it would still be nice to see the full game be a little cheaper 3) Maybe (I know it's not an easy thing to do) but get the cast to record voices for their avatars so we can hear them say their lines instead of just reading them. Not really a "must have" but it would still be cool!

Great game, but.... I began playing this game with the intention it was going to be like all the other case-solving games. Wait for energy, find random objects in rooms, but no. This game was completely different and lots of fun. When I finished the first season, I was completely disappointed to find that you have to pay to continue playing. I would definitely love to keep playing, but I’d rather not spend my money.

Ridiculous.. Having to play the same level over and over to get a badge is ridiculous. after 3 levels i couldn’t double my points watching an AD so in order to get the right amount of badges i have to play. a level at least 6 times. it’s ridiculous. definitely made me stop playing.

Good Game. Pay to Play. I really enjoyed planning it but I don’t like that you have to pay to unlock more episodes. If it were a thing were you can have an option to buy or watch ads, I think it would be better. It’s a great game, I just don’t want to spend money to continue playing for every other case other than the free first level.

Fast Paced and Fun. Played through the first episode (which is free). Found it fun and bought the season pass which unlocks all episodes. It’s fun replaying stages to unlock all badges and level the agents up. Also no energy needed, so you can play it all in one go if you want.

Great app until.... As most reviews state it’s a great game ruined by the need to collect cash without advertisements. I would have loved to move on but not willing to pay to do so. Game is good but not that good. Developer, please don’t reply with another one of your cookie cutter replies. It’s annoying reading the same response from you for so many different reviews. sadness 😭😭😭. I REALLY enjoyed the first episode of the game but to have to pay for the rest of it is not fun. I think that in order to get point for Garcia’s office, there should be advertisements that we can watch or purchase them in the app. I played the first episode but deleted the game after I realized I had to pay to continue. Loved it but ridiculous. Okay so it gives you a great intro for the game and I absolutely love the show so I had to get it. However after 1 episode it makes you pay 9.99 for the rest of the game. Can’t hear anything. No matter what I do I can’t hear anything while on the app. It isn’t my phone settings and the setting on the app says the music and sound are on but I still don’t hear anything.

Reoccuring bug is bugging me. This game is great, nothing short of amazing. I love the way it works, the gameplay, yes yes YES! But… there’s a bug with the sound! Sometimes the sound disappears until you reopen the app, and this time it’s just completely gone! I really enjoyed the sound, sigh.

I love this game, not like other suspect games. There isn’t any star or like objects that you need to move on, it’s just levels and it’s actually really fun, a game I’ll always love. This is what other suspect games need to follow, you’ll never be stuck on anything.

Discovered this after all episodes were made free…. and I really like playing this game. The cases are good, decorating Garcia’s desk is fun, and as someone who likes rhythm and a little repetition, the gameplay is perfect. I’m really hoping for more cases to come out, since it’s been awhile since #6.

Super Frustrating. I was so excited to play this game right once it came out, and the excitement just continued as I played the first case! It’s a fun, engaging game, and if you like the show, it’s super fun. However, once you finish the first case, you have to pay to continue playing! Either $1.99 for a single case (which can be finished in 20-30 mins total) or I think $3.99 or $4.99 for 3 cases. Totally not worth it, and super frustrating that this is not made clear as you buy the game and become addicted.

Love the Show, but not the Game. I’m an incredibly huge fan of the show and was excited for the game but I’m so disappointed. It’s just clicking and holding your finger down, nothing else. You don’t get to make any choices or do anything fun. You don’t even get to figure out the case. Everything is pretty much done for you and you only have to click to assign an agent, and hold your finger to boost it. That’s literally pretty much all you do.

Controls a little wonky and paying for other chapters. Was honestly disappointed in this game. Had an interesting story then everything got ruined that you had to pay for the other chapters. Not EVEN WORTH IT. Especially when at some points of the game the controls aren’t working. And no, it’s not my phone because it works fine with other games. I would not recommend this to anyone. It’s not worth it.

Good if you like one episode. Was great until I realized you only get one episode for free. Not happening. Update: Developers responded saying that the first 16 levels, a stand alone story, are free and if you wish to continue you can buy more episodes. Which is exactly my point. Not a good response at all. At this point, even if they did make them free I probably wouldn’t play solely because they don’t seem to care.

Very Sad.... I really was having fun playing the game... finished the first case, and was looking forward to playing additional games, and couldn’t go any further without paying. This response was even more disappointing, as we all know nothing is required, but with most games that have fees, it normally to give boosters of some sort, but not something requiem the beginning of the game. 😔

Great game but.... This is honestly a great game but I wish they had more levels. I finished it and I was kind of disappointed there wasn’t more. Hopefully someone will add on more levels someday. Give a different story line for another character. It’s fun! So worth playing!

Frustrated. I enjoyed playing your game so much that I bought the season pass. I’m regretting that choice now as I am in season 3 and keep encountering so many bugs that the game is unplayable. Characters, prompts, and sometimes even the whole screen are just white squares. I’m frustrated and I wish I could have my money back. Season 2 worked with no problems. Do not pay for season 3, friends, or you’ll be disappointed like me.

Can I try the game?. I just started the game I’m at scene 4. Scene one and two were just cut scenes. I don’t understand why developers do this. Do they want honest reviews or just yeah it’s fun for the 5 minutes I’ve played. I really haven’t had the time to see if I want to stick with the game yet. I want to play it for a bit then I might change my rating.

Sound. I don’t Know if it’s just me, but no matter how hard I try there’s no sound to my game. And I don’t like I have to keep assign different people to different tasks, like if I wanted to be able to do something I shouldn’t have a time limit on how fast I can program somebody to do something. But the major turn off for me right now is that there is no sound to anything that I do.

Not worth it. The first episode was great but having to pay for the next episode per episode isn’t worth the money. I love the show and the storylines and was super excited to see this game show up on my Facebook, so of course I added it with no time to think and it’s a scam. They just want you to buy more episodes for something that isn’t entirely as exciting as it is hyped up to be. Won’t be downloading a game from this company again.

Love the show, slightly disappointed by the game. The game was fun and free of bugs, for me at least. Paid full price for access to all the levels, wish I had waited. Also, breezed though the levels quickly. I wish there were more levels, for the price.

Very Realistic!. To the show, it’s just like watching t.v.! Watching everyone work together to figure out the motive is intense and refreshing. My favorite part is when they find the unsub! Let’s go BAU!

It’s fun up until episode 2. You can only play episode one which take 20 minutes in all honesty and then you have to pay 9.99 a month in order to keep playing which is too much and a stupid idea on there part. I would understand paying for extras or paying for badges but not for the rest of the game.

Need more episodes!. Can you create more episodes! 6 episodes was way too short, I would love to be able to add my own avatar and be able to give my own responses at times. But loved the game!

Well. The game is actually well done, and I was HOOKED unfortunately after the first level, 16 episodes, it asks you to purchase the next next level, and I was extremely disappointed, deleted the app and everything. The game was well done and it was a lot of fun, but sadly can’t play for free pass the first episode. So I’m disappointed.

Only one free case.... You only get to solve one case for free, they let u play a whole case and it has a couple levels but I wish it wasn’t just a demo of the game or at least had other cases u can play for free. Other reviews are saying u have to pay $4.99 but in the app it said $9.99 for the rest of the cases. It is a great game and from what I remember didn’t have any ads so it makes sense they make u pay for the rest but I’d like it better if it had more free levels even if that means having ads.

Disappointed. I was hoping more interaction instead of just clicking on what it told me to click on. I thought I would have to look for clues and figure out the case. Instead it tells you to click on the agents and give them stuff. You get points for giving them the items and how fast they use them. I found it boring and disappointing. I love this show. Would of been awesome to be able to choose the character and be the investigator instead of being the outsider.

Love It.. This game is great! I love the show and the cases in the game bring a great sense of the show as they are pretty close to something you might see in the show. I love playing this game and would definitely recommend.

Addicting but Repetitive. I give it 5 stars cuz I love the show and it is a fun and addicting game. The only negative is it’s very repetitive especially if you’re trying to level up all characters. Looking forward to more episodes.

Misleading but fun. The ads for the game show Rossi tied up and a case revolving around trying to save him, but the game makes you pay for that whereas the free episode/first 10 or so levels are about a case involving a family annihilator. Love the show, enjoyed the game but was left disappointed. The game has a few issues and can present issues in fluidity but overall was interesting while it lasted.

Screen issue. I tried to play the game but the issue is that I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max and for some reason it won’t let me go to the places that I wanted as I played the game.

Fun !. I personally wanted to be a detective. Pretty silly idea of job for me and my family. They didn’t want me to be one but just the thought of it makes me excited. This game allows me to think about the time, how, what, who and why people were killed or killed someone. And it’s pretty fun obviously from the title. 😂😁.

Worth it!. This is a full game, with multiple levels and replay ability for leveling up different characters. The $9.99 season pass would be worth it if the story was finished. As it isn’t, I feel a little cheated that I’ll have to pay more money for the rest of the story as I looked forward to playing it. Also I’m not sure there will be more so it might not be worth it in that case.

Jazlynn stout love 10/10. I just downloaded this game because of a recommendation from a friend of mine and it is just like being a character in the show I love it so much it is amazing stress reliever.

So repetitive. I was so excited to find a game where I didn’t have to wait a certain amount of time for a new level to unlock. I also thought it didn’t take forever to move onto the next case...WRONG. You have to play each scene a million times before unlocking the next case or set of scenes. It’s so annoying! Please change this!
