Just an ok app. It is frustrating to have an app that you can’t update account information. You have to use an entirely different login…PITA

Developer didn’t plan for Apple upgrades. Doesn’t work on iOS 14

Won’t open. All I need this app for is my gym entry. It’s hard to get a work out in when your only way into the gym won’t operate.

Doesn’t work with iOS 16.3. Was an ok app when it wasn’t crashing, but with the latest update, it doesn’t work anymore. Looks like the last time they updated the app was iOS 14

Undependable. Sporadic. Inconsistent. Inaccurate.

Needs a little work. Overall, a fairly basic app that allows you to schedule only yourself (not other family members that are also on your account) for classes and that’s about it. The feature that bothers me about their scheduling feature is that if a class is full and you’re on a waitlist, you’ll never know if someone dropped out of the class and you were moved from the waitlist into the class. Seems pretty pointless to have the waitlist feature with this app. Definitely needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, I have to use it because this is the app my gym uses.

iOS 14. This app does not open on the iOS 14 update. I tried to uninstall and re-install the program and also restart my phone. This may need a hot fix.

Wrong lanes. When using the app to reserve pool lanes; sometimes I will click on the lane but it reserves another lane. Also booking the lanes is hard it’s so small.

No longer works. What’s going on with this app? It’s totally blank! This app is so frustrating 😡 I’m only giving it 1 star because it’s making me. It deserves none.

Meh. Only downloaded this app so the new guy who works at golds gym can stop throwing a tantrum about not downloading and using the app to scan my Gold’s membership pass.

Nothing works. Only thing that works is login to scan barcode. You have a calendar on it and it don’t work, you have a message place you can’t write or don’t anything . It says golds nothing appears there, platinum says no events , this app sucks

Crashes. My app started crashing ever since I downloaded the new iOS14 and I can’t sign up for my gym classes anymore. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Garbage. This app is awful. Half of my attempts to login hang. When it manages to load, half of the available calendar dates fail to load. And since many of my preferred time slots on most days are fully booked, the app ends up seizing up in perpetual load screens after I try to search for dates with availability. The whole experience is aggravating.

App Won’t Work with Latest Update. This App has been great until I downloaded the latest IOS update - now the App won’t open/work. I have tried deleting and reinstalling without any luck.

Broken. I fill out my info with my correct name and my account number, and it still refuses to let me log in. Plus, even when I did have access to it, I couldn’t view anything. Instead a warning popped up saying something along the lines of “Your facility does not have access to this app” pls fix.
