App doesn’t work. I connect to the WiFi, but the app doesn’t see the truck. Another Christmas disappointment.

Fix the instruction. Alright developer when I went to the WiFi section of my settings it didn’t show the network ‘RACECAM000000’ so I could tell these delevolpers do not care

Only on iPhone X. Will not work on son’s 7plus, tried loading and reloading and deleting etc etc etc First try on my iPhone X works fine... Pretty cool! 3 stars for not working on older phone

Doesn’t work on phone. We tried every phone in this house. Newest being iPhone XR. Doesn’t work, useless Christmas gift to my son.

Doesn’t work!. App doesn’t connect with car

Doesn’t work!. Son opened the truck for Christmas and the app will not work on his phone or mine. App will not progress past the “Start” screen. Wish I would have know this was an issue before I purchased the truck.

App won’t work. Got this for a Christmas present for my kid and of course the app doesn’t work. It won’t move past the start menu even when connected to the RaceCam WiFi. Hopefully the company sees all the bad reviews and will update and fix the app. Other wise I will be returning back to the store.

Terrible Software. I am a software design major. There are numerous oversights in this poorly developed are non-performing software. It doesn’t connect - despite all directions being followed. Returning this ASAP.

Why does it say no internet connection???. Whenever we went to WiFi it says no internet connection. We are wondering why it is saying that. It was a fun toy at the beginning but now the camera doesn’t work at all because it says no internet connection.

Sue it or Do it. Can you just look at peoples comments and fix this crap right now cause this is gonna get us all mad because we waste our money on this and the app is not freakin screen is not coming up. You guys gotta get with right now 😡 😡

Suggestion. Plz add a battery monitor so you can see your battery power

App/camera doesn’t work. Can’t get app and camera to work. Did all the steps, reinstalled but it doesn’t work

Buggy. Keeps switching back to home screen on its own when I want to view with the virtual reality glasses.

READ OR ELSE. I LOVE THE CAR! I got the camera to work once but then when I came back to California, in a few months when I tried it again it didn’t work!😡😭😭.But the reason i rated it 3 STARS, was cause the RC car works and who doesn’t love RC cars! Returning. Bought three of these for each of my kids for Christmas. Huge waste of money since this app doesn’t work. Seems to be the same problem everyone else is having with the app not getting past the WiFi set up, even though I followed directions.

This is an awesome game. I LOVE IT! It works awesome and I’ve playing with it. Y’all who said you don’t like it or it’s crap, YOU ARE WRONG! I love it so much! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽😂😂😂😂😂 it’s so fun!

Doesn’t connect. I’ve downloaded followed all the directions and it won’t connect, deleted, redownloaded, followed all directions again still won’t connect. I’m a mechanic but I know that this software for this app is absolute crap. Wish zero stars was an option.
