Good app..but why did you change.... I like this app. It basically allows me to do what it need to when I am “on the go”. I LOVED the relatively new feature that had the icon badge show the total MONTHLY orders. Then when the app was launched, I was able to see the daily order total. For some some reason the latest update eliminated this monthly total of orders feature. There is no other place on the app that I can get the monthly total of orders. Also, it was very convenient to be able to just look at my phone and not launch the app and see where my business was order wise for the month. Please bring this feature back!

Great tool for small business. The WooCommerce app works very well. I have had in installed for a few years and it helps me keep track of orders while out and about which helps me better manage my workload. I use the app for checking in inventory also and it is quicker than using the WooCommerce plug-in in the Wordpress Dashboard plus I can move around with the app more easily when working with inventory than having to go back and forth to my computer. The app has been rock solid for me as far as functionality and I have had it installed on an iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro, or iPhone 15 Pro Max. Thanks for a great tool WooCommerce!

Needs Update. ***Please update the error message received when trying to add a variation price and error loading variation list after attributes. Also very laggy on start but eventually gets better. Other than those things, the app is overall good. I really prefer to set my products up on the app verses the desktop because it much faster to get the store up running but now having to use the desktop because of the errors. Would give 5 Stars if those needed updates are completed. Thank you

Jetpack needs to go. Jetpack already has a bad background, such being bloated and noticeably slowing your website down. What the developers on this app needs to do is make it standalone with no dependency like using Jetpack. It is very disappointing to see such good software’s app using Jetpack? I will not use the app, because of known issues Jetpack have. EDIT: I can understand the issues without having Jetpack, but it’s better to have your own services that isn’t bloated as Jetpack. Great connectivity to your woocommerce site!. It is a great thing to get insight to your woocommerce sales information. Notifications when something sells are awesome and keep you on the pulse of your online business.

This app needs HELP. This app really needs some help. It is slow, takes WAY to long to refresh and update orders. I have to mark it complete multiple times before it registers. It’s really annoying when you have a customer waiting and you can’t see their order and have to tell them that I have to wait for the app to update the order. Please fix this.

Best app for Wordpress. Best app for our Wordpress site and their service is exceptional! Thank you for making everything so easy. When editing a product or post it removes all the lines and they are all together in one paragraph. This will hopefully be resolved with future updates.

I just wish you guys created all encompassing shipping/labeling system. As the title says, no we don’t want bloatware like jet pack. We want to have shippo, or station built in to Woocommerce/ maybe as a plug-in. The one you offer is limited and slows the site down. There is no option that is in the market like this. The ones offered that are half decent are those you have to manually put in all the information.

A total downgrade. This app is a downgrade for the last one. You can not see sales by product or month or a defined period like last month. Takes for ever to update and does not show all fields of the order. I give two stars because it’s better than nothing.

Unable to load content. Updated store to 5.5.2 because of big security warning.. now the app doesn’t work. Another awesome update. Constant unable to load content. Disabled all plug-ins except woo commerce .. doesn’t work.. Ran the database updater.. doesn’t work.. No clue how to get support.. since we’re an agency that manages many sites and don’t have it connected to a stupid personal jet pack Wordpress account.. JETPACK DOES NOT WORK FOR AGENCIES!!!!!!!!!!!! Need a work around for groups of people that manage many e-commerce sites. No one single person manages a e-commerce site.. so tying jetpack to a PERSONAL Wordpress account doesn’t make sense…

Woo App Awesomeness. Love the cha-ching alert for each sale! We recently opened a webstore for our boysenberry farm and farm to table products. The Woo App has allowed us to manage our store very easy, right from our phone. Our customers receive immediate feedback and can interact with us.

A million times better than Shopify.. I’ve been using Woocommerce for my website for 6 years. It’s been rock-steady and super flexible. There’s a million plugins that are designed for every need but the basic Woocommerce setup will work for most people starting out. My advice: start simple and slowly build out any additional features you need on your store. I recently had a consulting gig and the other company was using Shopify. I was horrified at how difficult it was to do basic tasks from Woocommerce. You can’t beat the flexibility and functionality.

Glitching and non existent customer support. The app was mostly working ok for the last 2-3 years, now suddenly notifications stopped. In order to check my new sales I have to keep manually refreshing the orders page or just check my emails. No permissions were changed on my phone and i uninstalled and reinstalled the app few times to be sure. I reached out to the customer support several times and zero response.

not bad not great. has limited functionality but is a clean interface. i’d like to be able to see more order details like shipping method chosen and products ordered to catch expedited shipments. Also it doesn’t seem to refresh well on its own. i have to manually refresh a few times to get the display to match the notification count on the icon so that’s a little cumbersome. But at the end of the day, it’s a free app for a free ecomm platform that otherwise has been really great. Maybe a paid premium admin app should be considered.

Search Products via Mobile Device. I often have the need to go in the back end of my e-commerce site and look for products. However, unless it is something on the first page, it is very difficult to find. There is no way to search for a product and look at the details, or the attributes, or the cost, or the quantity on hand easily. you have to literally scroll through however, (5,000 in my case) many products you have until you get to that particular product. It seems like it would be so easy to add a search feature. I can’t believe it doesn’t have it. Thanks for listening.

We Love WooCommerce. WooCommerce is the world's most popular E-commerce solution in the entire world. Whether I use jetpack, woocommerce, the web interface or any other app 'things just work'. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Absolutely Perfect. Looking at some of the negative reviews I see certain people are opposed to using Jetpack to connect with their Wordpress website. I personally don’t understand the issue. This application is great. We just completely revamped our e-commerce website and having a tool like this is extremely helpful. Our staff now can receive direct store notifications in real time. No more overflowing email inboxes and going back and fourth to our computers to fulfill/update orders. When a new order comes in, all the needed info comes right to our smartphones. We can then verify payment (completed transactions appear in order notes), update the order status, and send customers an additional note with their parcel tracking number. This is all done without leaving the app. If you’re a small store this application may not be necessary for you to operate successfully, but it would still be a nice tool in your pocket. Works as intended. I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone using woocommerce.

Can’t use it without Jetpack installed.. It seems like a very helpful app, I just wonder why I need Jetpack to be able to view the app and get notifications of orders and reviews on my phone when everything on my store works fine without it. I just need the app without the extra features of Jetpack. Making Jetpack a requirement to be able to use this app is really disturbing

Getting tired of failing Woo products. Been using Woo for over 10 years. With the amount of money I pay annually for licenses, I’d expect the products to be getting better. Unfortunately that’s not the case and don’t even get me started about the lack of support options. Thought I’d give this app a 4th try. I can’t even get past the first setup question. Apparently the domain I don’t know my own domain…at least that what the app is telling me. I’ve enjoyed your products overall, just wish they work as advertised instead of 70% success rate….especially the ones I pay hundreds a year for.

Never works. Never loads traffic, orders or product data. Just stays loading forever. It could also crash your site while pulling data. Also we changed to Woocommerce looking for an alternative that was cheaper than Shopify. Don’t let Woo fool you because they are “free”. Once you’re in their ecosystem you’ll need to pay for almost every feature you would want to add. It ends up being wayyy more than what you pay for Shopify

Good for order notification… but that’s about it.. This app is great for getting notifications when you make a sale, but the product features leave a lot to be desired. Searching for a product never works on the first, sometimes second try. Even using the exact name of the item, it usually pops up five or six things that are not related to the item before it gives me the item I am searching for at the bottom of the list. Sales page has a hard time loading even though we are in full service with a completely updated app. We are also having issues with the email from the app, but not the site. All of this means a slower interaction with a customer standing right in front of me waiting on the app to do what it is supposed to do.

Best App for WP Users and it’s FREE. Thank you so much for this wonderful FREE App we are a startup and this is heaven to us right now with no budget for coders! Would love to have this without Jetpack running if possible as it slows down the site dramatically. Also would like to mention that I have an old version of iPhone which doesn’t get updated to iOS13 any sooner, and the new update requires higher version, please consider us too in the next 😊

Wonderful!!. I have had the best experience with woo commerce on WP. The app makes it easy to see store purchases, fill orders, and communicate with customers. You can also edit products on mobile app as well, which is nice with life being mobile so much nowadays.

Beta version was better, please fix! Add order status options!. We were desperately waiting for this so we could get sound notifications, great! Except you removed the ability to do anything but fulfill orders, how does that translate to “manage orders” like you advertised? We preemptively removed the beta version (which had the ability change order statuses) and now we are dead in the water. We need the ability to cancel orders from the app badly, or it does us no good. Our restaurant can’t afford to have staff members logged into a computer all day logging into WordPress to cancel orders. We need to manage them easily from our order tablets, we run on tight labor and thin margins. Please fix ASAP! Thanks for all of your work, we just really need this feature!

Bugs fixed!. I wrote how there was a bug in this app and you couldn’t write notes to customers. They fixed it and let me know within a week that it was done! Now I can add tracking numbers, etc. That is super fire! Mad props to this team. It lets you know when a company listens how good their product is. Thank you team. Huge ups! Back to selling product online…

A lot of app bugs. The app has a lot of bugs. From logging in and being logged right back out and stuck on a loop to finally being able to add my store and trying to add a second. When I type in my domain name and click continue the page acts as if it's doing something then the continue button reappears, and nothing happens. It won't let me move onto the next step of adding another store. With the exception of that, the app is notifying me when I receive orders which is nice.

Great but almost perfect. I love the woo commerce app, I just wish on here things moved a little faster. I would love to be able to not have to “refresh” and “retry” as often. Also, I wish I could print the label from the app, or save the labels for various orders. Other thing, being able to produce coupons from the app would be great. Other than that, looking forward to more bug fixes and updates.

Why???. So Woo is still the dominant e-commerce software for WordPress yet this is literally the only app offering to work in tandem with the plugin. — something i might add, is vital in this day and age for keeping up with orders on the go and just in general, since working from your phone helps expedite productivity. Anyhow, Jetpack is terrible and should stay “optional” in order to utilize the app, yet Woo is now requiring Jetpack to be installed in order to use the app? Expect this app to die before it gets on its feet. No clue how the team behind this app came to the realization that that was a wise idea. In addition, the app is greatly lacking any real useful features beyond a simple notification of an order. This app should be fully featured and allow fine tooth control including an overview of each order placed in your store. What else is the purpose of even bringing an app like this to market otherwise? I don’t get it. The fact that the app is 100% necessary yet disappoints in generally all areas has essentially forced me to reassess my e-commerce platform and utilize big cartel instead. Even Big Cartels extremely minimal feature set puts this app to shame. Love woo for its customization abilities but when there is no modern tools to accompany the software then what’s the point? ✌🏻 out Woo.

Torn. I’m so torn! This app is so cool and would be awesome if it worked. But it won’t load my clients products at all! And I can’t figure out why! 😢 ***update to this - I actually reached out to the support team (which was SO FAST) and they’ve been progressively helping me through the issues I’ve been encountering. I’m hoping once it’s resolved I can update again. Right now sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

It’s iight when it works. This app is easier than having to pull up your laptop to check orders and close them out all the time. However, it has soooooooooooooooo many bugs. Sometimes when you try to mark the order as complete you have to do it several times for it to go through. Also when an order comes in it will say couldn’t refresh so sometimes I need to get on my laptop and it defeats the purpose of having the app somewhat. When it works it’s great. I don’t even write reviews but I felt the need to write one for this app.

Keep listening to users!. Been with you guys for awhile, Steel City Ammo has grown greatly because of your app and the changes you continually make based on user feedback. Please keep it up!

Multiple notifications per order. It used to work ok, but for the past month or two, I’m getting multiple alerts for each order. Sometimes 2, sometimes 3. I like to hear ka-ching sound, but not 3 times for the same order, it’s confusing! Please fix.

Not connecting to my store. I doble checked my jetpack account in the wp dashboard and all seems ok, but when I go to the ios app it shows no store on this account. It was working before the update.

Amazing App! Must Have! 10/10 A++. If you eCommerce site is not using WooCommerce than your doing something wrong.... seriously! This app is truly amazing, the consistent updates and new features make managing your products and inventory very easy. I can wait for feature options!

Requires to install Jet pack?!. Way too complex. Should be easy breeze to use this app like all other apps that makes your life easier. This one will drag you through a chamber of torture. It takes multiple steps to sign in, and when you think you are there oh no, the jet pack needs to be installed which errors into inability to use the app. Glad it works for some people. Maybe better testing needed and not asking customer to contact customer service. No one has time for the broken app. Do better job! If that’s what you offer.

Could use some improvements.. Look, thanks for taking the time to try to make this work. Can’t always get things right the first time so I understand that. Here are some gripes or constructive criticisms. 1. The new order notification sound MUST be customizable by the user. The current sound just about gives me a heart attack every time it goes off. I want to change it! ..... now! 2. Please let users set the date range for orders and stats. A more common day month years would be nice. That’s all I have for now. Thanks Wil

Need to reinstall everyday and hope it will work.. Definitely not for small businesses who don’t have 24hr it person in house. below is more detail on the problems I’ve been having. It’s now months in and I’m having to hire a web developer to try to figure out the problem.… Because I am a small business and I need the convenience of this application to work (the ease was the reason why I chose to develop a woocommerce Wordpress website)… og review: Every single time, which could be multiple times per day, I have to delete this app off my phone and reinstall it… And then… I can only keep my fingers crossed that it’s gonna work. A few months ago there was no problem. Then they did some update, and ever since then I cannot process shipping. 90% of the time after I’ve reinstalled the app even then still will not connect and allow me to process shipping.… … revised::: it’s been three months since I last left the original review. The developer has contacted me with one message and then pretty much never responded. So there was never any resolution to this. I still can’t use this app. now won’t even let me login. I am 100% using the correct login information. I log into my website daily through the Internet. But on the app I can’t get in at all anymore. And this has been the resolution since they’re tech-support has attempted to help with one message, and then ghosting me.

Loving this but where’s the widget?. This works great for me, but what happened to the widget? It went blank after the last update and now doesn’t show up on the list to install. I kept that on my dashboard screen so I always could see the most current status.

Basically functional, not great. My biggest issue with this app is that there is SO much lag when loading new orders, and often it takes several tries and error messages before I can get through to see my orders. I haven’t actually tried to do anything more complicated (like adding actual content) because I don’t really trust the app to handle it correctly. I’m glad there is an app that will notify me of new orders and let me keep track of my online store, but it seems like there are some serious bugs or design flaws that need to be worked out.

Works good but very basic. The WooCommerce app works well for managing orders by using simple, basic functions such as changing order statuses. It’s also very nice to get new order and new product review notifications. I love hearing the “cha-ching” sound notification when a new order comes in. However, it lacks more in-depth functions, such as the ability to edit products and pages, or the ability to post new news updates to your blog. I would also like to be able to manage more than one store! I have multiple WooCommerce stores, but I’m only able to have ONE connected to the app. If they could add the ability to connect multiple WooCommerce sites in one app, that would probably be worthy of 5 stars! But for now, I can only rate it 4 stars.

Looking Forward to Seeing How it Develops. UPDATE: Automattic support was very responsive and worked with me to track down the problem. It turned out that a plugin on my site (WP-Lister Pro) was causing a problem that affected listing orders in all API applications. So the problem wasn’t with this WooCommerce app at all. With the information given to me by the Automattic support team, the WP-Lister developer (who is also excellent) was able to correct the problem so the WoCommerce App is now working. This app now does what I wanted it for. I can easily check on new orders when I’m away from my office. I can also see the stats of my store, such as currently best selling items. I look forward to seeing this app develop. I hope Automattic will specifically think about how store owners might use a mobile app vs. a laptop/computer. For example, a mobile point-of-sale option would be awesome. An easy way to do stock count would also be very welcome. ————Original Review——— I’ve had problems with this app since I installed it. Even after working with support to reinstall JetPack and to test for plugin conflicts the order lists won’t load. It does look like the developers are adding functionality to the app, but the basics aren’t inp,ace yet.

Decent App. Good app, if you have a woocommerce store you should get it. However, it’s missing functionality and seems clunky. I often times have to refresh my orders page multiple times for it to show me new orders. Loading times are long. I’d love to be able to change a customers order status or print shipping labels from the mobile app.

No more Jetpack. The fact that I can use the app now without jetpack makes it worth it. Pretty useful to take tap payments in person with just an iPhone and great to keep track of the store. Thanks for finally listening 👂🏼

Good for small business owner. Beautiful platform store fronts for small business owner. A lot of manuals work needed in order for the store to function. Good customer service and supports overall! I appreciate this platform.

Unable to refresh list. I have everithing installed correct but when I open the app it says unable to load content or unable to refresh list, I installed fresh jet pack

Currency not displaying correctly. Has been working great until we changed our store’s currency. The new currency change is being displayed correctly on the website but not on the woocommerce app. Can you fix this please

What a disappointment. Click on email confirmation and it just takes me back to app and gives me a weird named web link that I cant even click on with no other option but to add another shop. Every time i click on email confirmation it takes me to same page with no options but this weird link and a dead end page. This app just flat out doesnt work and I developed my site from scratch so Im not dumb.

Error sync everytime. The app is very useful to see reports and check product sales. The synchronization with the sales order is too poor, I'm always got a message "Unable to refresh the list" I never can check my orders on real time. Woocommerce is the best e-commerce platform I used but the app must be updated and improved. You guys have a great e-commerce platform, but the app definitely need improvement. Sorry but my English is not fluid at all.

Would be a great app... IF IT WORKED!. So, like many others this app does not work well at all. Sure, I get notifications that I’ve make a sale (I can get emails for that), but the app does NOT properly connect to my site to display Orders so they would have to look into it. I contacted their support and they said that jet pack is working with my site, but they aren’t sure why the app isn’t working. They had me send a Status report from my site, but I still have yet to hear back from them. That was DAYS ago and not a peep from them since! Even after I sent another email asking for an update. As it is, this app is a waste of time and storage space on my device!

Still can’t print. We need to be able to print an invoice with each order and this still won’t allow that to happen. It’s almost 2023 and we can’t print??? Talk about a missing basic feature.

Very slow. This app is very slow when it’s showing the order history and won’t refresh for gods sake . FIX It!!!!!!!

What’s the point?. Long time WC user, decided to try the app again but I fail to see why I’d use this app to manage my store vs even the mobile browser on my backend. It doesn’t support selecting multiple orders, marking them an action or most importantly being able to mark a selection of orders and pushing them to a network printer. Can’t we hold down over an order and it brings up a select more radio buttons (like a lot of apps) and then have options to print, Mark as complete etc. micromanaging each order by having to click into the order each time is ineffective. Lots of potential but uninstalling for now.

3 stars. Apps is very average. Loading is very slow, mobile app is not practical compare to other apps.

Update issues. Great app, excited for when it has been tweaked to be working completely. Currently very slow to update orders, having to go into the app to manually refresh and sometimes takes hours for the manual refresh to work, keeps coming back with can’t connect to store and it will eventually work.

Watch compatible?. Love the app. Works really well after the update. Would love it this worked with my Apple Watch just notify me when an order comes in and to see at least what the customer ordered.

Ridiculously slow, not the data I need. I’ve moved from shopify so the speed (or lack there of) was a real shock. Half the time sales figures don’t load at all. I also can’t get an update on what sales we did they day prior, nor can I quickly view custom date ranges. I’d give this app 0 stars if there was an option… I just can’t comprehend how far behind shopify woocommerce is.

Should be called NooCommerce. I had the latest version of WooCommerce & payments, and it kept telling me to update to the latest payments version for security reasons. I was never able to start my store, so I deleted it and went to Shopify.

Looks good but missing historical data. I’ve been running this for months on one site and just turned on for a different site. I like how it sends notifications with orders and the high level order summary. It is frustrating that it only shows order history for orders which have been received since I plugged jetpack into the site and not all order stats. It can obviously see those orders as it shows them in the list of orders to be processed just not in the summary charts for daily, monthly, yearly sales.

Useless waste of time.. According to your app I don’t have a WooCommerce store. Doesn’t work. Can’t log in.

Very slow. Will NOT load new orders - only after repeated refresh will new orders come up, very frustrating!!

Disappointing- lift your game. For a company that provides a very good e-commerce platform you do a shocking job of providing a supporting mobile app. It’s about the worst app I’ve had to use. I get an alert I have an order but the app doesn’t refresh to show me what that order is. Useless. Really slow.

Jetpack required?. Would be 5 stars but it’s crazy that jetpack is required for this to work. Woo is already slow, adding more bloat for something Shopify has built in is just stupid.

Underreported 570 visits to the site in 2 mths. We started an online business 2 mths ago This app was supposed to keep me up to date with traffic to the site etc as I’m not at the website My business partner is I had to learn from our advertising company that the results this app was showing were nearly 600 unreported visits to the site Thank god the ppl running our ad campaign are on the ball because you clearly are not I’m now looking at your reviews and wondering why my business partner choose your app at all The reviews are mostly bad

Address incomplete. I just found out today the postal addresses as showing on iphone and ipad are incomplete when compared to other smart phones. Can you please investigate, as I don’t want to be shipping to wrong country! thanks

Rarely works. I do not recommend if you aren’t near a computer to track your orders. Refresh is incredibly unreliable as it rarely actually refreshes instead of a “unable to refresh”. Can confirm it’s the same issue on all other users I know using this app. This app is a bit of a gimmick, maybe they got too excited and released too early before sorting out the bugs, would probably be best to go back to beta until they sort this otherwise the feedback will continue to be negative.

Slow. I’m used to shopify and this app is super slow and glitchy. You can’t even scan in tracking. Pick up your game please

Constantly glitching - Won’t refresh. Horrible app. Always seems to be unable to refresh. Very frustrating. Have only heard good reports about Shopify, so I hope this app gets fixed soon or I’m seriously looking to explore other options for the site.

Great but please removed default to “limit 1 per order”. Great app but after updating inventory for a few weeks I noticed it defaults to setting the product to “limit 1 per customer” every time you update inventory. Super frustrating as I missed sales. Please remove this default!

Missing some essentials. I gave this one a 4 star instead of 5 simply due to the order dates not being visible on the app. My products key importance is the date it is due for pick up or delivery and the app does not show this so I still have to log on the desktop anyway. Other than the above, I quite like being able to know when an order has come through so the app is quite handy for that.

Unable to load content. I loved the idea of this app but find it unreliable. Every time I open it it tells me ‘unable to load content’ which deems it useless.

ALWAYS CRASHING!. Always crashing. I have to keep reinstalling.

Doesn’t show coupons. Hi, the orders don’t show the coupon code and the sales stats are not up-to-date. Can you please fix these bugs? I’m a big supporter of using the app as it is very convenient but I find these two features lacking and hope it will get fixed. Thanks

Terrible. We are a big company that have 100s of orders a day Your ap has no analytics of products sold other than top 4 for that period. You can’t do anything from the ap! We hope to switch back to Shopify ASAP

Nothing loads?. Even on the fastest internet, l can stream 4K videos with ease but barely anything loads on this app. All I can do is get a notification that there’s an order and that’s it. Takes me half a minute to even look at the order. I don’t see why this app is so slow??

Features. I hate to give woo commerce this rating, but it is specially with regards to this app. I was using a woo app previously (where the store was connected via an API) and the data on sales and reports were more informative. However this specific app lacks much of these features. Hope the team could add it back in future releases.

Marking orders is so frustrating!. Constantly fails to refresh and doesn’t mark orders as complete most of the time. Really really frustrating.

No to Jetpack. The application require to connect via Jetpack. Jetpack will sync all your information to wordpress.com. So if you don’t want to share your sales and all your website information don’t use the app and jetpack!

great app. Great app. Highly recommended.

Mobility and simplicity. First off really liking the easy access to orders and order notes. The app is responsive and stable as well. Only issue is not being able to see add-on purchases from the Official Woocommerce Global Add on extension. I’m sure support is coming i hope, otherwise great app!

App fantastic but limited to Jetpack use. Congratulation to the team behind this app, it’s so encouraging to see that you keep improving it :) we would love to use it for our company but because we must have jetpack we won’t use it as it really slows the site (we have a top config with caching and performance optimization)... if you find a way not to rely on Jetpack you will have so much more people downloading it that’s for sure 😊 beat continuity and good work 👍

Not working. I was excited to see this app and tested that it was working. Somehow I don’t know when it started showing unable to load my data. I have tried to troubleshoot with the guidelines given and also reached out to the support team but still the same. I hope someone can solve this issue for me as I still have high hope for this app.

So brutal. I can’t believe that WordPress/WooCommerce can be such a powerful place for e commerce, blogs etc, but their app is such garbage. I can’t access anything most of the time and the data is never accurate. Shopify let’s you basically edit your entire store from the app whereas this app lets you do basically nothing. Such a disappointment

Horrible Experience. The new update crashes the app instantly when opened. Before the update i could at least somewhat use it. Enabling the new admin they keep popping up at the top slows the website down to a crawl. Logging in is only possible with one account that’s linked to jetpack, unless enabling a mega security hole in WordPress by turning on xmlrpc... logging out loses all data from the reports and it cannot be pulled again except in the new admin mode. come on guys this is pathetic.

Last few updates made it worse. It takes FOREVER to load and constantly spits out errors that it is unable to load content, or is unable to refresh list. It’s become almost completely useless. Practically the only thing it’s good for anymore, is that it cha-chings when I get a new sale.

Forces you to install Jetpack. This app won’t work without an active Jetpack plugin which is to resource heavy.

Drag and Drop to re-arrange photos doesn’t work on iphone iOS. Downloaded the app on my iPhone but I can’t drag and drop to re-arrange any of my product photos.

Include Shipping Tracking. In my WooCommerce store I am able to input and include a tracking number for Canada Post, USPS or any shipping agent which gives me live/current updates on where the package is and when it is expected to be delivered to the customer. I can see this information when I login and look at the specific order. It would be VERY handy to be able to see this information in this app when I click on the order as well. Sometimes I am mobile and only have my phone to check this information and would save a ton of time and inconvenience so I wouldn’t have to log into my WooCommerce store (backend) on my phone.

Unable to load content. I have tried reinstalling 😩. Please can you have the tech team look into it?

Disappointing. Old app worked better and had more features. The only think I like is the cha Ching notification when a sale is made.

Good and Bad. Great for looking quickly at views and orders, even though it can be glitchy. But I cannot edit any on my products. I can work on them and edit them but I cannot save, the only option is to discard the changes to exit. No save button. It just sucks to need to edit everything on my computer.

Why only Jetpack. This app is garbage. Trying to force the useless jetpack bloatware add-on. I know it upsells is, but f**ing charge us for an app that actually does what the community wants and connects through the API.

Can be better. Very hard to figure out how to connect with my store. I’ve tried to put my username and password and it doesn’t work

Super Slow. Not sure how people using this app. For every 10 attempts, you can open it 1 time, if you are lucky. Keep circling and doesn’t open. At the same time I can do the same functions couple of times from Wordpress app admin panel.

Limited. It cannot be relies upon in a retail situation. The meta data was is not displayed and there is no way to see customer details. It’s a nice novelty for now but it’s not ready for business.

Rarely Works. ‘Unable to load content’, ‘Unable to refresh list’, or sometimes just a blank screen. Would be a useful app if it wasn’t so inconsistent. Dropping this to one star as it rarely works and mostly gives false numbers.

Can’t even log in. The login screen inputs are hidden behind the keyboard. I can’t paste my password and my password manager doesn’t work on the login screen. My password is computer generated for security so it is long and can’t be typed in!

So slow. This app does what we need, when it actually works. It takes several attempts to refresh to load any sort of data. Order info sheets are great, but again it usually won’t load.

Great App. Love the app, just wish there was more I could do with it. I’d like to be able to do quick edits on products and see shipping details and such. Just more ability would be wicked. Other than that it’s great.

Love the app - one feature though!. Love the app - useful for adding products and checking in on my store on my walk to work. Feature request - allow us to add digital files and photos from the files app. Presently the app restricts you to the Wordpress media library or the photo library.

Buggy. I don’t need product description AI, I need an app that functions properly. Searching for SKUs or products requires me to do it twice before the product shows up. I can’t add a percentage discount during an order or discount a product without manually adding a negative value to the Fee field. Adding customer shipping details to a new order such as address, does not populate those fields on an order confirmation email. So much wrong here yet I guess AI is what the people really want? I doubt it!

App is garbage. First of all do not install Jetpack it will considerably slow down your woocommerce Admin....it will take 30-60sec to load any page and the page will crash! The app looks great when it works...which is 2 times out of 10...constantly Enable to load content! Connect/disconnect Woocommerce works great to build you site but the app need some serious improvement! Or start from scratch with a new app and connection that will not slow down the Admin! That’s really unfortunate because the app was a great feature when not at the office to manage the orders...but we delete it...and Jetpack! No real plus value! Hope you guys work on something! JD

It works.. well kinda. I’ve noticed it doesn’t update. It shows orders are processing which have been completed. I’ve refreshed and updated my phone. It doesn’t help. This app would be great if it worked properly and had more features.

THE UPDATE WE NEEDED!. FINALLY! I’ve been waiting for almost a year for this specific update! Having the flexibility to edit products and add products, so much added it’s awesome!

Works great. But cant add attributes with the app. I love this simple to manage app. I would have given it 5 stars except you cant manage attributes thru it. At least I havent found out how yet and i have looked everywhere!

Bring back refresh??. It used to work fine but you no longer can drag from the top to refresh the sales? Also can’t swipe between today/week/month/year?? Please bring these features back

Push notifications work, but orders list does not. I really appreciate being able to get push notifications for my store. But I’ve never been able to view orders within this app. The list of orders cannot be loaded, and tapping on a push notification results in the same error.

Almost useless. I really really want this to work, but the only helpful thing it does is the fun “cha-Ching” sound when I get an order. Once I open the app to get into, it just tells me to refresh over and over. So I still go to my emails or my computer to get the actual info. It’s a great idea that doesn’t work. So disappointed.

Version 1.5 doesn’t connect with my store. After last update the app doesn’t connect to my store. Did you change anything that I’ve to take care of?

Product details are still missing. The fact that Woo-commerce does not have product variations show up on the order list is a HUGE disappointment. That is why more business are moving to square and Shopify. This should be first on your update list if you want to stop the bleeding.

App won’t connect to website. Good promise but unfortunately I have not been able to get the app to connect to my Wordpress Woocommerce website even though Jetpack is definitely connected to my site and profile. Opened a ticket and continues to remain unanswered. Wish there was something that works.

Great!...except for shipping labels. This app works great with the woo commerce plugin. But if it had the feature to print shipping labels for the order, that would be great!

Perfect, except.... I love this app, but wish for one thing to be added. Product Editing. It would be perfect if we could add or remove products, edit them, or upload photos to them.

Usually A Very Handy App. I enjoy the app for the most part with one major caveat for me. I use variable products and when customers place orders, this app does not show which variation they ordered, which means I still have to log in to my website’s backend to fulfill orders. Hopefully this is a feature they’ll add at some point.

If only the desktop version was this good. This app is great. Makes me with the desktop version of woo was this easy to use. Great job.

Woo. We have been using it for 2 years and I would recommend it to anyone.

Used to work ok now crashes before opening. This app used to work fine but now it will not even open. Click on the app and the logo pops up full screen then nothing - just goes back to my home screen. Super disappointing. Cannot watch sales on the go now.

Love woo hate jet pack. Again, I love Woocommerce but the app I hate the fact that you need Jetpack for the app to work. I wish they could just be standalone. I don’t think they should use Jetpack. I hate jet pack.

Trouble half the time. I have had trouble with this app for years. I really see its potential, but just doesn’t work normally over half the time I try and use it. Not sure if its an iPhone compatibility issue or what.

Jetpack issues. Finding it difficult to connect to jetpack. And it really annoying and tiring. I have downloaded about 3 Apps nw just because I wanted to use woo And is still not working. Pls work on it I’m out of here🙄

Terrible. Downloaded this for my e-commerce and it seemed smooth at first. All I needed was to login and get the key from the site and my dashboard showed up immediately. An hour later I tapped on the app again and it took me to a different login page, says it doesn’t recognize my site on Wordpress (weird) and now mentioning jetpack. Utterly confusing.

No option to add new product. I love all the features of the app , except for the fact that there is no option to add new product

Excellent. I like the app. It works better than expected. All the info I need, I get.

Use ECWID. This app needs so much work, business owners beware. You can see orders placed, that’s about it. No guarantee your order will actually go through your store and be processed. There’s no way to input coupon or discount codes on the app. Support will just tell you to go “vote” for something on their website. If you have a choice, use Ecwid. MUCH better platform.

Uploading products. Considering that my WordPress app alerts me when I have a new order this app is of little use to me. I want to be able to upload products from mobile. Now THAT would be useful!

Order deletion??. The app is great but I get random notifications in the app that at order has been deleted when I haven’t tapped anything that says “delete”. I’m concerned this will affect my orders.

Doesn’t work. It would be great if the app propagated the website order information but more often than not it just says there was an error. At least Pirateship can tell me what customers ordered and where to ship it because this app is garbage.

Not so user friendly. A little hard to navigate. Cant find tracking information, very confused about the “reviews” section where there is an unhighlighted link but says nothing.

Doesn’t work.. The app was working fine until one day it wasn’t. Nothing will load- it keeps saying retry. Finally I deleted the app and redownloaded… now it won’t let me log in- even from a direct email link or when changing my password atm. I’m very annoyed.

Requires Jetpack to Operate 👎👎👎. If you have been building on WordPress for any amount of time you do not use JetPack. We were excited to give all of our clients a way to see their orders in real time but we cannot and will not add Jetpack to make this work. App Devs I hope you do not take this personally. Please take it as the 1 and only review that I can remember writing on the App Store.

Terrible: Requires Jetpack!. Wow rather than using an API or a simple login, they require you to attach via JetPack - which we all know slows down website and conflicts with multiple plugins causing site issues. Every developer turns jet pack off for a reason when you have issues with your site. DO BETTER WOO COMMERCE, this is a joke

The lastest update nothing. Woocommerce app was working perfectly but the latest update is nothing. It doesn’t work smoothly. Please fix these issues. I can’t refresh page - it refreshing too late. If you fix I’m going to edit my review to 5 star. Thanks

Please Fix!. App is okay to use but one thing that is really inconvenient: The app doesn’t show the scheduled pickup date/time for orders. I have to go find the email to figure out when the customer wants to pickup their purchase. It’s really inconvenient. Still wish there was an update for this issue

Jetpack is garbage and required for this app. Jetpack is a terrible thing. We will never use it again. Why woocommerce is pushing it on its customers is baffling. If some of it’s features are needed so badly it should then be part of the woocommerce core. The mobile app will never take off if customers are required to use Jetpack. Hopefully Woo gets that through their head!

Best App For Business. Really enjoy this app very easy to maneuver through, gives you exact details and break downs regarding traffic, and sale insights.

Beta test updates before release!. Latest update totally breaks order display. No orders display and I get error message “unable to refresh list”. Please offer rollbacks if you’re going to release untested crap

Requires you install a plug-in on your Woocommerce site called JetPack. The app requires just say it requires WooCommerce 3.5+ but it actually also require you to install a plug-in called JetPack on your store. The plug-in is a pain to setup and then has way too many options and added features that have nothing to do with it! It’s not worth it.

The APP has an issue with images. I haven’t been able to upload photos using the app, which makes it inconvenient. It also frequently fails to log in or refuses to load.

Self taught. I just YouTubed how to set up my woo commerce and it was simple. I appreciate it over competitors because it is simpler.

Good but fussy. Love being able to complete orders away from home... but sometimes it won’t “complete” or forgets I have already finished or asks me to retry multiple times.
