Great game. Love the game, super fun, not overly monetized or ad intensive (ad options are not crucial), and lots of room for content growth. Very interesting game play with the potential for requiring well thought out turns and proper sequencing of play. I don’t particularly like blind and daze mechanics but the game would likely be too easy without them. There is a late late game bug for knights where you use power surge III to get 20 attacks because you always take max energy increase. When the attacks fill up the screen and I kill the opponent the game just freezes there it never acknowledges the death of the opponent and moves on to the next one, I have to restart the game and find a way to win without using it, which is disappointing because I spent two upgrades on it and it can be a big help to get extra attacks to gain health back. But I’m excited to see new things in this game, maybe paying some coins to choose your race or even new game modes. I think the enemies could scale faster after the void tyrant battles. I’d also like to see more stores and unique interactions after the boss. Also more ways to get rid of cards as the decks get big in the late game. One way could be stores that require you to sell several cards in order to buy a rare or unlockable item. Would love to see more campaigns, planets, followers, side missions and enemies and all the good stuff that the game already does well

Great presentation but needs more control. So this game changes up the deck building formula by using a blackjack like system where the player needs to get as close as possible to 12 without going over, and the number they have over the enemy determines their damage, or vice versa. You also have a variety of cards which add damage and effects. But it takes too long to finish battles with this back and forth system and seems like there are too many systems and stats to keep track of. Also the blackjack system feels like the player has no control and frequently the battle slides into the enemy’s favor. It seems like they can play any card they want although it’s apparently limited by their EP level. Basically there’s a “black box” of what’s going on on the enemy’s end and it makes the game frustrating. However I do like that there are lots of ways to customize your runs with unique characters and armor to buy/find. I’ll keep trying it, because I love its style, but it’s slower and more convoluted than other deck builders in the AppStore.

Amazing game but tougher. I love this game, it’s outstanding and is literally everything I’ve wanted in a game. Games like this have always intrigued me but I usually end up deleting them due to the fact that they are usually impossible to win/too easy to lose. But this game is definitely the exact opposite of either of those. Some people have said that the bosses are over powered and get very lucky when it comes to risky plays, and even though I do agree, it doesn’t change my opinion on the game very much. The only thing I would like to be changed, other than fixing the bosses slightly, is making the game a little more lengthy. The game has an insane amount of potential to be one of the best games on the App Store in my opinion and please please pleeaassee don’t let the potential go to waste. Overall the game is insanely awesome and outstanding! 9.5/10

Definitely fun overall. CCGs can be hit or miss, but this one is very simple and relaxing, which I appreciate. You’re essentially playing Blackjack, but there’s a ton of special cards and perks that really add some strategy. I also enjoy the RPG-style progression and sci-fi aesthetic. Plus, as you advance, you’ll complete missions to unlock other elements to strengthen your characters, decks, and town. It keeps the game engaging because you’re always working toward improving. The game isn’t perfect, though. It’s in desperate need of some balancing. For example, Minotaur, one of the game’s first mini bosses, is so OP that it can be extremely frustrating. You may find yourself skipping his level to avoid him, which takes away some of your freedom of choice. Another issue with the game is the “rubber band” AI. To prevent you from completely destroying an opponent, they’ll miraculously draw all the right cards at all the right times to keep the match even. I understand why the devs did this, but I absolutely hate it. The matches should be ENTIRELY a game of chance. As for the ads, they’re not overly intrusive, but the game is worth the $5 to go premium and eliminate the ads altogether. All in all, a very enjoyable game with massive replay value. With a few fixes, it could easily become a 5-star game.

Amazing Game. I got this game Yesterday and played it all day a today I finally beat it but as I was fighting the final boss for the first time I raged quit because he got three 12 in a row and then I was like no I want to keep playing so I got back on and it restarted the fight to the last hit and I just wanted to let y’all know because I found that and it is an easy way to run through the game with a 100% win rate going into every battle because you can learn all your cards in the deck in order so you know when to draw a card and when not to draw a card and I know this is s brand new game so I hope y’all can fix this before everyone starts doing it and add amazing things to the game later on in the future

Great game, god-awful RNG. Phenomenally done rougelike card game. Animation is smooth, UI is simple, fun gameplay, and lots of replayability. I’ve unlocked the priest class but it feels like a waste of time compared to the warrior class, hopefully the other classes are better. Biggest and mainly only gripe with the game is that RNGesus is NEVER on your side. If you have 7, there’s a 99% chance you’re pulling a 6 next but when you have 6, it’s almost guaranteed you’re getting a 1 or a 2. The opposite is true for enemies, if they have a 7, you can almost guarantee they’re gonna pull a 5. I know RNG is a fickle beast but it’s almost guaranteed that if it can work against you in this game, it will. Overall though super awesome game, already dumped a bunch of time into it. Hopefully the devs keep it updated and add more content

PLEASE READ AND REPLY!. I have never gone this far to rate and write a review about a game before, but this is different. This game is truly incredible and believe it could be a lot better if it wasn’t lacking certain things. First off, I got the game and immediately fell in love with it. Every time I play it’s incredible and it’s difficult and fun and strategic all at the same time. With that being said, I was really enjoying everything about the game. The only downside I have about the game is when I finally finished the final boss, I was looking forward to new planets to travel to and new enemies and new bosses to battle as well. Once I defeated the boss there was none of that...it was exactly the way it was before except the planets were switched in order. That really hit me hard, because this game has so much potential and it’s truly a great game. Please if you could make it where there are many more places to travel and bosses and enemies to defeat, as well of being more classes to use and more stuff to purchase in the shop and other things like that. The game itself is truly incredible and I thank everybody who has made the game and worked hard on it. First time I ever rated a game hoping you guys will hear the fans out. Thank you!

Incredibly Unfair And Rigged. The game have a few side dimensions or cities that you can enter such as the bazar and the flux on the Earth like planet. It is absolutely infuriating to constantly be losing to the bosses that somehow have the perfect counter to your deck, especially if your said deck is incredibly strong. Example : I fought the Minotaur and had a card that could immediately get me to a full 12 strike, pretty useful right? A constant crit on every round, what could go wrong! Well, the AI responds with having a full 12 Anger and is constantly able to predict that it will lose. The 12 anger not only increases damage but regenerates his health every round. Another problem was when I faced a potato warrior who had 48 health. One of the lower minions. HE CONSTANTLY FILLS MY DECK WITH POTATOES. Yes, POTATOES. The AI sees the solution by stalling out my deck and causing me to nearly lose the game before even reaching the third enemy. Seeing how stupid of a mechanic that is and having to go through it THREE times in a row, I’ve seen enough of this time waster. Utterly unsatisfying gameplay because you just know you’ll be screwed over if you don’t buy the spirits and the bosses or even the NORMAL AI ENEMIES can screw you over. I would not recommend this for anyone who has anger issues, maybe for those who are smart but even I believe they’ll suffer a brain aneurism if they try to beat this ridiculous game.

Great in almost every way.... It’s an excellent game and after a few hours of playing I bought the ad free version, which was worth it until I beat the first boss. The game is highly expansive in class combos and card unlocks but it only has 6 basic planets and 3 side quests just put into different orders. So far I’ve beaten the boss for each level and the dozen or so other enemies so it just feels like I’ve seen all of the game even though I’ve only gotten 1 of the chaos crystals. If I find there are more levels or enemies I haven’t discovered I may change this review because in every other aspect the game has in depth strategic, press your luck, and deck and character customization aspects with a style that makes the game simply fun to play. Update: I’ve also gotten the same glitch as some others where when using power surge the game glitches so I had to give up my run, I’m not too mad about it though as I’ve seen the developers responding to this saying they’ll try to fix it.

A true gem amongst a sea of trash. I typically don’t write reviews, but I really wanted to support this game. It’s entirely f2p, but if you do decide to pay the small amount it takes to remove ads and get all the bonuses, it becomes a really addictive, replayable game. I’m working on gaining more blueprints and getting past the “final boss”, but I’m hoping there continues to be more and more content added as time goes on. It’s been so satisfying to learn more about the game and different strategies as you play. I do have to say, it might be beneficial to add a small player’s guide in the menu to explain some things, but on the other hand, most symbols and bolded phrases for things like modifiers and skills pull up an explanation screen when you tap them. The game itself is fun and so addictive. There’s so much strategy and the momentum of it all, especially without ads, just makes you want to keep playing. It’s incredibly hard for me to put this game down. I really hope there’s more and more content added to this game. Thanks to the developers for working hard to create a truly enjoyable game in a market where most games are money grubbing and frankly, just garbage in comparison.

Amazing game, hear me out?. The game is amazing but there is one thing as a player that is constantly bugging me. I can never see the missions that I need to do in the world warp menu because there isn’t one! I know I can see it when I’m on a planet but I would love to have the option to see where I’m headed next for a mission. Sometimes my memory isn’t the best I know there are players out there like me. Seeing that there are side missions available just isn’t doing it for me. I would love to see how much notes or what type of monster I need to kill at any time! It might get used more than you think! Thanks for listening, sincerely A dedicated player. 😁 one of the best games out there.

Disheartening. The moment I saw the game, I immediately downloaded it, as I was certain that it’s something I would most certainly enjoy. The game has nice art work. I adore the sci-fi concept of travelling between galaxies to fight enemies. But unfortunately that’s were it ends. My main issue with the game is in its mechanics. The battle mechanics is a way too rng. When the commands you issue is random, instead of relying on skill or strategy, one is at the mercy of rng. The game feels rigged in the sense that if you go over the meter, the enemies hit way too hard with several combos and skills to eliminate you. That’s just regular enemies not even bosses. There are no summons it’s not a gatcha. There are some micro transactions but just to unlock one character (assassin), some sprites which gives some perks; such as, resurrection with 50%, to remove ads for rewards etc. Other cons include lack of game play modes and lack of a decent storyline. But the main issue remains in its mechanics. I can overlook several cons but if the battle mechanics is not up to par, then really the game play is pretty much a rage fest instead of a enjoyment. Overall it’s pretty disheartening. I just cannot afford a better rating. The AI is your enemy it’s designed to counter your decks and best move sets. 1 star at max !!

Needs improvements. Like the but it needs a little more Combat and maybe some blood 🩸 it’s just I don’t know not that much fun to me I like the game but it’s just not my cup of tea you know just add some adjustments and me and this game will be back together again Maybe you could improve the character models something like that so I can download it again not to hurt your guys feelings but I kinda hate this game but was fun for a while when I use to play it i just need you developers to do one fix some things in your games you know like the character models the combat maybe add some blood I don’t know just add something new to the game so it makes it more fun to play thanks 🙏 to anyone that read this far I like you to know if you read this far you are a true gamer and a flipping boss. And thank you developers if you are reading this I like you to know to keep it up keep doing what your doin and don’t let anybody tear you down b matter what love you guys keep it up.

Bad. Game constantly shoves advertisements down your throat. Every time you want to open a chest, unlock a pack of cards, or get a second life it’ll want you to play an advertisement, and then if you refuse it’ll play an advertisement as soon as you leave the area anyways. The game is basically pay to win just because it shows you advertisements so much that you just want to not unlock anything. Difficulty is unbalanced. I like hard games, but only when the enemies use strategy. It’s not fun when it feels like the enemies are cheating just to make the game harder. Drawing cards doesn’t feel like it’s based on chance at all. An enemy will be at 12 and I’ll use a knock down card to reset it and they go straight back to 12 again. Or I’ll finally get a 12 and they’ll match it and it’ll do no damage. Secondly, the first boss you fight is over powered. He has 2 cards that he plays together that each give him two more attacks so even if he only gets 1 point more than you at the start, both of those cards he plays will add on and make a total of 5 attacks and he can easily kill you in just 1 or 2 turns. Third point, it’s extremely repetitive. Die? You start again from the beginning. Win? You go on to the next map which is just all of the same planets in a different order.

Great game, only a few flaws.... I’m addicted to this game because of how fun it is, and how good it makes you feel after beating a difficult enemy. While there have been some ridiculous rage moments in odds, I know it’s not completely the game’s fault, because you can’t control what cards you draw. The only things I think are flaws are the ads, souls, and the lack of updates. First, the ads. Usually I don’t mind ads, because I know that’s how devs make their money, but for some reason, some of the ads aren’t skippable, which is really annoying because of the time it takes to watch. I’m not sure if it’s within the devs control, it’s just why I’ve experienced. The souls are a good idea, and I don’t have a problem with them, I just have a problem with the constant pop ups for them that I wish weren’t a thing. Finally, the game hasn’t been updated in 9 months, so I’m assuming it’s been abandoned. However, this is still a great game for mobile, and I hope I can continue enjoying it for as long as possible :)

Easy to understand and simple yet satisfying gameplay. I’ve been playing all the time recently, just because this game is so addicting. You’ll constantly find this game doesn’t play around. You’ll need good luck and strategy to succeed in this game. I do have a complaint that I’ve been facing throughout my experience though. There are 3 spirits in this game. One revives you, one give you extra cards, and one gives you extra money. They appear once you die, open a chest, or clear an area respectively. However, they cost real life money. This is ok, and I understand why this was implemented. Yet, I ask for the developers to change something about the system. Please add an option to turn them off, or at least change it so they can’t appear when your offline? I play online and offline, and I watch the ads when I’m online. But I’m not watching ads or paying money for these spirits offline. It annoys me to no end. Please fix this when ever you get the time. Once again amazing game and I hope it only gets better

This game can be frustrating. I love this game I just beat my first full run of this game it awesome I love the fact that if I get too greedy I can completely screw myself over its adding a sense of should I risk it or I think I’m good I also love that if you don’t have a actual strategy you will get screwed over because you need too learn what your doing each class has its own play style too you have too actually find the class that suits your play style plus you also have too keep in mind the weapons you can’t just use whatever you want well you can but only if you want too die and end your run that’s happened too me so many times because I used the weapon shrine it’s really just a game of strategy and luck perfect combination

Amazingly fun game that is actually free! A+++++. So yeah, if you like deck building roguelite games, you absolutely have to try this game. It has a very unique spin on the concept and the mechanics are super tight and very fun. There’s all you’re standard deck building roguelite mechanics, but there’s also this awesome “press-your-luck” style system on top of them that really adds a whole extra layer to the game. Beyond this, if you never want to spend a penny on the game, that’s fine! The entire game is available for free. No hidden fees to access content. And if you want to support the dev (which I’d suggest you do), there are a couple of extremely reasonably priced in-game purchases you can make to exchange your play experience. Nothing earth-shattering (so you won’t be super OP if you do buy them), and nothing you can’t earn in game for free (either by watching a short add or via spending the game’s in-game currency). Best part? If you spend as little as 3 bucks, you get rid of all adds forever as a side benefit of whatever you buy. So for the price of a cup of coffee you get an ad-free experience (with all the benefits of watching the ads), you get a nice little in-game reward, and you support an awesome dev! So yeah, okay this game. It’s rad. Support this dev! They’re rad, they made a rad game, and they priced it at an incredibly attractive price. Wish more devs were like these folks. A++++

Loved the game, however. I’ve played Void Tyrant for around 7-8 hours now, and have enjoyed the RNG mechanics, along with the upgrade system to help make each run a little bit better. However I ran into a problem with when I first launched the game I had my brothers save file, I assumed this was due to you guys creating a fail safe in case someone deletes the app so that they don’t have to start all over, so I proceeded to delete the save file, assuming that it would only affect my phone, however I came to realize later that it also reset the save file on my brothers phone, and so if possible I would appreciate it if you didn’t tie one save file to an Apple ID, that way if multiple people on the same Apple ID want to play the game, there not stuck sharing the save file. Thank you for the great game, and I appreciate it if you take the time to read my review.

Favorite phone game. Seriously well crafted, seriously fun. Also difficult in a good way. Don’t expect to get to the final boss until after maybe 10 runs or more, but that’s okay! The game is engaging and randomized so it’s not like grinding the same thing over and over. The fact that there are enemies with specialized cards that make fighting that type a unique challenge is great. For instance, fighting one of those flying eyes is different since you have to optimize for critical hits due to their dodges, and fighting a Zealomantis is interesting since you have to focus on the amount of EP you have for a lot of their cards. It doesn’t seem like this game will get any more updates, but there’s already a lot there. Highly recommended, though keep in mind your experience will probably be better if you invest in the spirits, or really anything to remove ads. Strongly worth it though, game is worth paying for.

Addictive deck building adventure - one suggestion. I went searching for deck building games, and saw this one, after playing a few runs, I decided to pay the $5 to get all three spirits, making the game advertisement free, worth it, if you enjoy the play other than the ads. I’ve spent maybe a total of $25 on any iPad games in 10 years, and I don’t regret that 1/4 of that went to this game. Since purchasing, I’ve beaten the void tyrant twice with my knight, and am working hard to beat it with the priest or duelist now. I’ve unlocked and fully upgrades all of the town buildings, at for two wins. (Are there more upgrades available as you beat the void tyrant more times?) One suggestion that reduce the frustrations of short runs due to mistaken taps, or early losses. Add in the ability to restart an encounter before dying, charging half our money or something like that. Many times I’ve accidentally discarded a card I meant to play, or didn’t realize I had a condition giving me damage for playing a hand card, and lost early on accidentally. Rather than using up the spirit for resurrection, it would be great to just restart that battle for a price.

Really a quality game.. I was hesitant when I started as the game seemed it would be beaten quickly. The gameplay is rewarding and fills my desire for rogue like deck building. More importantly what I thought would be a worthwhile game became a great game as soon as I hit a particular checkpoint in the game and it showed me what waited on the other side. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star is my desperation for the creator to continue expanding what is truly a well made game, with effective ad management, nonintrusive rewarded functions that reward the player and helps the creator while as a consumer I get to see if this is worth investing in. I can honestly say I’m happy to spend the cheap price tag for this experience. For those that don’t have the money, no fear! The game doesn’t keep you from exploring the full features of the game (minus the assassin class as far as I can tell) For the potential consumer, this is worth your time. Try it out, and see if it’s a fit for you. It was a match for me and I’ve played many games with little satisfaction. To the creator, thank you for the game, have some of my dollars and please add more items and further item advancements :) combos are life.

So money hungry. Honestly, I really like the mechanics of this game, it’s a lot of fun... but as with most fun games, pay walls and ads have ruined it. I understand putting extra features behind an add, or making us pay to make the game easier, but forced ads? You can’t open a single card pack in this game without either paying for spirits or watching an ad! And guess what? If you watch too many ads to get this stuff, it turns off! Hen you HAVE to pay for those card packs. Beyond greedy and stupid. At first I enjoyed the difficulty of this game, but after putting in a little bit of time, it’s clear that the the game must cheat. There is just no way that an enemy should roll 12, 5 turns in a row... I’m all for difficulty, but not cheating. It’s clear to me that they don’t want us to PLAY this game, they want us to PAY for this game. In which case just save us the crappy mechanics and just charge .99 or 1.99 for the game, and remove the adds.

Really fun. Blackjack style play with fun modifiers and abilities and really a lot of depth all around. One of the best rouge-like games I have found. Very smooth gameplay and animation and I can play it with one hand and it’s turn based so no time pressure, can even be relaxing. Doesn’t kill my battery. I tried to resist getting addicted to this game but it is surprisingly awesome with very few things to dislike. Would love to see this game grow more, like adding the ability to see what you have equipped when buying new starting gear, or some way to alter starting gear without having to go through extra steps at the start of every run. More options to examine card attributes before you are forced to pick one, like when you find new gear. Just general quality of life improvements.

A good free offline mobile game.. I was looking for a free game to play offline for a very long plane trip, and this game is fun to keep my attention the whole ride. Really help speed up the plane ride. A criticism for the devs is in the tutorials, it was a bit confusing trying to understand the Super Attack when you crit and they bust. I was 4 runs in before I had it the prompt for the Super Attack while it had happen to me a couple of times without the game telling me. I would recommend having the prompt being when the player land a Super Attack or the enemy lands a Super Attack against the player. Other then that small detail that doesn’t really affect anything, I love this game.

Good game, I have a suggestion. Maybe add an option to toggle off certain spirits from appearing? I never want to see the gold doubler, they just take up my time. If I could make them just never appear under any circumstance, that would be phenomenal. I’ll watch an ad for 3 mystery packs or a revive on a particularly good run, but some people might not. Just a thought. Maybe even a slider. Like, “Only show up if it’s at least 250 Golduns.” Edit: I almost just encountered a terrible situation. A patchbatch that was getting more energy than the healing cost every round from a chaos modifier. If I wasn’t in a daze field (whatever it’s called, 25% chance to daze each round), that fight could’ve gone on forever.

Surprisingly Addicting. I didn’t think I was going to like this game at first, because I normally don’t like free to play games with ads and in app purchases, but after playing for a few days I quickly paid for the premium version with no ads and a few permenant power ups that aid you throughout the game. Even if you don't pay for premium, you still can use the same power ups, you just have to watch an ad each time you use them, so in other words it’s not a pay to win cash grab. I would think of the free version as a demo to the premium game, which is reasonably priced at around 4.99 I believe. The game is a mixture of strategy and gambling (no wonder it’s so addicting!). You have two decks; one with numbered cards which you play kind of like black jack by trying to get a higher number than your opponent without going over 12, and another deck with cards like weapons, potions, magic attacks, and modifiers that can aid you in getting a high number closer to to 12 without busting. So it’s a nice balance that doesn’t rely completely on luck, but sometimes relies on taking chances in order to win a round and it’s super satisfying when it works out! I’ve been super into rougelite single player card games like Meteorfall recently, and I really like this one. Give it a try! Since it’s free to play you might as well see if you like it!

This is an amazing game with a few very small flaws. The gameplay is fun and inventive all that putting money in the game does is give you an advantage you can 100% win without putting any money into it or choosing to watch the ads but if I could make two changes to it they would be at the end of a run when your money is getting counted up if you have more than 1000 I wish that the counter would go out by 100 instead of 10 it just takes way too long. The other thing I would do is when you choose to not open up your shadow packs you get a disclaimer that they don’t carry over I would like there to be an option to no longer see that disclaimer

Best Turn-Based RPG IN YEARS. Some might say this game is slightly repetitive(What game on your phone isn’t?). It’s your standard dungeon crawl with three playable classes and a fourth you can buy. The free version is tons of fun, but the commercial free version for $5 is a bargain for the time saved and the slight perk you get when you die, which never stopped me from playing without it. The game is different every time you go through each world, even if they are similar with different enemies and the potential side quests that can pop up. I love the “Inheritance System” that allows you to keep goodies from your previous run, but in a way that does not allow you to stack the deck to the point that your next time through is a guaranteed win(It’s not)! Check this out!!

I love this game. I have quite honestly fallen in love with this game. The art and story are extremely charming. The concept is not difficult to grasp but there is still a decent challenge to it. There are older reviews complaining about ads, but if that was a problem before it definitely isn’t know. I’m used to other games having an ad pop up every time I complete something, but in this game the ads are not excessive. There are a few optional ones (opening mystery packs and reviving) that you can say no to without any negative consequences to your game. There is sometimes a random ad when going into a new room, but those are really rare. You can definitely play the game without paying anything, but if you really dislike the few ads there are its only a few dollars to get rid of them forever. The only real issue I’ve been having is that sometimes the ads won’t work when I am trying to open a mystery pack, but that’s not an issue with the game itself, it’s just a glitch.

Please fix bugs. The game is great, but I ran into problems in the endless mode after the final boss which ultimately halted my run. After getting onto a tile with a chest, I watched the advertisement for the extra reward. I decided that should be a reasonable place that the game will save. I closed the app and returned later. When I did, the game treated me as if I am still inside a battle or as if I am still dealing with that chest. There was no cards to play, no arrows to advance, and no chest on the screen. The only thing I could do was to restart and choose the option to forfeit my run. I did that, and thankfully the boss’s gem registered, but my earnings were not. I collected 5000 coins during that run (watching all those ads willingly!) and it went into neither the coffer nor the statistics. So now, the game increased in difficulty and I’m short of that 5000 coins which I collected for nothing. This is seriously frustrating, but given that the game has launched only recently as of this review and the fact that the game was enjoyable, I decided to give it a fair rating. I hope this helps the developers in fixing the problem.

Great game would recommend.. It’s a great game, reminds me of card wars. If you don’t know what that is then you should look it up. Unfortunately it got take down for no reason. At first glance Void Tyrant looks childish, but then you may come to realize that that’s only the art style. And this game is challenging! I don’t mean that in a bad way, it has all 3 great aspects of a good game. 1. Challenging 2. Creative and what I mean by that is each run is different, and that it took time for this game, not all rushed into it you know. 3. Fun. But of course with a great game comes some thinking. Maybe you could add a multiplayer, fight against or with you friends. Like a 2 player game, but on different devices. In short great game would recommend not like other games, but the spirit thing is annoying.

Love the game, but it could use some improvements. First off i’d like to say i adore this game. It’s fun, addictive, and just really good in general. But there’s one thing that bothers me. I feel like the randomness of the battles is too much. I get that the randomness is part of the game and all of that, but it just seems to get in the way of the element of strategy at times. I sometimes feel cheated on when i take one risk and all of a sudden i die from it. It just seems really unfair since it happens so frequently and can end a whole run just like that. Another problem is the fact that the player doesn’t heal after a battle. Healing seems necessary since damage can really build up over time and make the game a whole lot harder, along with making risks a lot more, well, risky. There is a much higher chance to die from that risk since your health is low. That level of risk seems too high, considering the fact that sometimes you’re forced to take that risk since luck was on the enemy’s side. Anyway, that’s all i have to say. I look forward to seeing new updates and improvements on this great game.

Good game but needs a balance pass. Blindness as a mechanic needs to be changed. In a game of blackjack not being able to see your cards for one turn let alone 3 turns it from a game of calculated risk into a game of complete chance. The first boss being able to blind you for not one but 3 turns on top of being able to daze you for 3 turns making you not able to play any cards is inane. The spell at most should last one turn considering he can easily do more than half your life with 4 hits. IMO this should be changed to showing cards as + or - one to their value so if your opponent plays a 4 or you do it shows 3-5 on the board then you can at least have a chance to fight back. Other than the blind mechanic being unbalanced most fights are pretty fun once you learn the mechanics. This game has not replaced night of full moon for me on the phone but it definitely has the potential. I have 100s off hours in slay the spire and have never encountered a mechanic even using mods that is unbalanced as blind please take a look at this mechanic.

PLEASE READ!!!. This game was very frustrating when I first played, then I instantly bought all the spirits to help me, and I bought the assassin, which was one of the only reasons I wanted to uninstall, because in my opinion the assassin’s deck isn’t very good, and makes the game a lot harder, because you can’t take much dmg, but also it’s very luck based (the setups for them). Once I went back to playing the knight, and making small upgrades here and there in the town, it became a lot easier and a lot of fun! I’m new to this genre and was never a fan, but I’ve enjoyed this game a lot and I wish in reviews it reflected playtime also, because I’ve played the heck out of this one! It may seem like the game doesn’t want you to progress because sometimes there will be absurd moments in your battles, but after playing a while that magically disappeared, or I got smarter, I’m not sure, maybe a little of both😅🤣Regardless, this game is very fun if you’re patient.

Too Repetitive. This game was great. I started out and had a lot of fun and grinded until I was finally able to beat the final boss for the first time and get my first stone. I was so excited to see a fresh set of worlds and enemies to take down. Instead, I was rewarded with a new map that was EXACTLY THE SAME as the one I had just beaten, just with the worlds in a different order. After playing all of these worlds and enemies and bosses multiple times, they really couldn’t create a fresh set of worlds and enemies after I had gotten the first stone?! I didn’t even bother to continue playing because I really wasn’t interested in fighting the same people for the thousandth time. I was looking forward to new worlds and a fresh experience, and I was let down. However, good game concept, just could have used the extra work to make the game less repetitive than it is already by nature.

Extremely Fun and Addicting Game. This game had me hooked once I started to understand the combat more. There’s so many combos and I love discovering new ones that work well together. Two minor tweaks would be greatly appreciated tho. The first being able to see your character screen and quests in the planet selection screen. I’m not sure if this was done intentionally but I don’t see why it’s unable to. Second which is more of a personal preference and might make the game easier but being able to keep a weapon that you swap out as long as you’re on the ship would be a great change. Why would you throw a weapon out from a boss you just defeated if you’re on the spaceship? Realism wise I don’t understand it game balancing wise I could understand it but I still think it would be negligible.

Fun, but short. This game has a pretty fun play through, once you get the hang of it it’s possible to beat the boss fairly quickly, so my three gripes I have about it are that 1) it seems pretty short (of course you can replay with a different character to upgrade the town), 2) there’s a bug where when I have tried to watch an ad to unlock a pack of cards or get more coins, once the ad is complete the reward isn’t given (I had to watch about 4 ads just barely before opening a pack, and most recently none of the ads are opening the pack, even though I’ve watched 5 ads which is why I’m writing this. 3) the story seems pretty lacking given how much time was spent on other parts of the game (art, gameplay). I’m pretty sure there was maybe a two paragraph explanation of why the heroes need to save the galaxy, and who they’re saving it from? Not super immersive. Fun overall! Would recommend, I’d give 4 or 5 stars if the ad bug hadn’t become an issue. Edit: dropping to two stars because all my progress from my (really long) last run was deleted. Not sure what happened there, I had finished and started a new run but my progress is all gone.

Love this game!!!. You guys did a great job with all of the mechanics in this game. I have completely beat this game and all I’m lacking is the achievements. I would love to see you guys go above and beyond in the next few updates. I personally feel like this game has so much potential and with a few updates it can be one of the better games in the App Store. I think some new ranger weapons would be very nice and I think the priest should have a weapon type that scales off of magic kinda like how the other classes are. Also new planets and enemy’s would be amazing. It would be cool if the next planet you added was created to be a holy type world, because right now the only holy type is the boss in he side quest on the ice planet. Also I believe if you added more element typed weapons it would increase the games replay value. I’ve spent the last couple months just playing this game because there not any others like it in the App Store so you guys really have something special here I hope y’all run with it and make something truly special out of it.

well made overall. the amount of levels and enemy content is underwhelming but the gameplay and classic rouge like-rpg style is well made and very enjoyable. More planets and new enemies would improve gameplay as after beating the final boss you realize you’ll be fighting through the same path repetitively and most likely dying at the final boss or prior to. After defeating the final boss and purchasing all town upgrades the game gets rather bland and the same elements are over used. the varying card selection is intriguing at first experience but soon become as repetitive as gameplay. As far as I know there has been one seasonal promotion even during winter and lack thereof more leaves me hesitant to to keep up with playing as there isnt much news of new cards to acquire or unique enemies to face. I rather like the concept but feel as though it is time for much more content.

A challenging and satisfying game with a lot of replay value. Don’t be fooled by its kiddie graphics; Void Tyrant is a challenging and rewarding play for seasoned gamers. So much so that your first run-throughs may involve you dying quickly as you learn the somewhat-deep strategies and work to unlock the early game perks. VT’s pacing felt slow to me at first, which I now feel was due to inaccurate assumptions about the game. This is not about quickly hacking and slashing your way to the boss battle at the end of each world; each enemy has the capacity to kill you, and each encounter presents it’s own challenge. This built-in difficulty is multiplied when you realize healing mid-world is very rare and the end bosses are always challenging. The game has managed to stay fresh for me over my initial two-dozen playthroughs, due to a combination of rouge-lite elements (like randomly appearing characters and opportunities), as well as getting a bit farther each time—which is a really rewarding experience. Oh, and unlike many mobile titles, the devs here have really made the overall user interface and experience smooth and enjoyable. There are even a surprising number of ways to customize your experience, which shows to me the value of play-testing. Surprising and appreciated! All in all, I am glad I kept coming back to VT and got through the initial learning curve. I can see myself playing this in my spare moments for a long time to come. Thank you for making such a great game!

Excellent rogue lite so far. So far it’s great and well worth the $4.99 to unlock and remove ads. (This May not be the case if other costs start popping up, but so far I;ve not seen any). I’ve only done 4 runs, but it seems it will have good longevity and replay ability. So far, there are several types of things to unlock as you go which let you go father I subsequent runs and makes the game play more interesting. SPOILER: Things to unlock so far include 1. buildings in the town. which so far are a store that sells items, a quest giving place so you can fulfill tasks like kill x amount of insect enemies for rewards and some kind of magic improvement store, 2. varying levels of items like weapons and armor that your character starts with. And 3. Types of characters, though I;ve only unlocked the knight.

Solid "Play Occasionally" Game. The artwork and unique mechanics are well done, but the biggest limiting factor by far is the developing ceiling/ cap. It's a fairly simple single player game, which means it's easy to pick up, learn, and enjoy. However, it's also very easy to max all the upgradable materials out, even without paying for items. So, if you rush through everything and max out all the buyable upgrades and beat the game a few times, it will get very boring very fast. The best applicable improvements I can think of are a prestiging system, creating new worlds with their own types of enemies, new gamemodes, dlc's, expanding the amount of types of players and their abilities and decks, and maybe allowing for co-op play. Tl;Dr this game has a great foundation that can definitely be expanded upon to keep players coming back and creating a larger pool of invested, long-term players

Great with a few issues. I adore this game, I haven’t felt this much addiction from a game since Battle Cats, though the game is not without issues. One bug to be weary of is pulling down the notification menu/pulling up the context menu during an animation. Doing so will freeze the game and require a restart most of the time. The only other problem I have isn’t bug related, it’s the ad problem. Forced ads during the middle of runs, one about every five minutes after walking to the next area, it’s absurdly irritating but can be avoided by turning of WiFi and data, but even if you do turn off WiFi and data it doesn’t stop the game from advertising the “spirit” feature RELENTLESSLY, every boss battle “do you want to open this pack,” every chest “do you want more money,” every death “do you want to revive” it’s infuriating and the bug previously mentioned is guaranteed to happen in EVERY menu that a spirit brings up. I beg that the devs fix this, if the relentless advertising and one infuriating bug are fixed then the game would be perfect. Rating - (4.2/5)

I like this game, but.... This game is super enjoyable and clever... except for when it is obviously rigged against you. I will have turns where I use cards to put myself at a critical win, and then the opponent will just happen to also get to a critical win to tie against me just by luck without using any hand cards. Which may seem like I’m just blaming the AI, but honestly I’ve had it happen 3-4 turns in a row, causing battles to drag on when you should’ve won already. Bosses are especially guilty of this, they just get waaay more lucky just from random drawing than they should. I tried to not get annoyed by it, but I’ve been through a LOT of playthroughs at this point, and it keeps happening. I’m winning, until the boss goes on a huge streak of luck where they just get critical after critical. I don’t know how this could happen so often if the game AI wasn’t designed to rig the fights, so I have to assume that’s what’s happening. Like I said, it’s a very clever and fun game... until you get creamed because the game decides it wants to beat you and starts seemingly cheating

Wow. I think this is a great game! But I have to agree with everything Blueice524 has reviewed. Also There is a bug glitch when you get far in this game. I made it to level 21 and I got a chest and opened it. The game froze so I restarted it. Normally when you restart it would reset the room but all data would have been saved. It automatically killed my level 21 hero and sent me back home. I was highly upset because I was FINALLY beat my high score. I have my town fully upgraded, it gave me no opportunity to pass down ANY cards or perks, I got ZERO mystery packs, and I had AT LEAST 10,000 guldins that were basically STOLEN!! LEVEL 21 WARRIOR!!! I thought that was just so unfair. Also there is a bug glitch with the card “power surge”. When you get a combo of close to 20 hits or more using the “power surge” card, it will automatically freeze your game. I had 110 EP so I would often find myself trying to use/discard cards just to waste energy so my game wouldn’t freeze. Please read and fix all these problems. This game deserves 5 stars for sure! But it’s the performance of the app that cost you 2 stars from me. Please fix and I will give 4 stars. 4 because I’m still mad at you guys about my LEVEL 21 THAT WAS SO UNFAILINGLY DESTROYED!!! 😤😤😒😒😒

Addicting , but VERY tough. This game, it takes a while to really get into it. The mechanics are pretty simple, like a game of rolling dice, with the highest number winning the attack. The card variations are unique, and interesting enough to keep me engaged. Although this game is tough, once you are able to form good strategies with your deck, you can easily get to the second/third planet every time (with luck on your side of course). However, I feel that the final boss is a bit too overpowered for where he is. To get all the way to his lair, and then fight two equally challenging phases is quite exhausting, especially if you are already weak from the past enemies. I was able to get his 2nd form down to 70 health, before I finally fell (which was very frustrating). The runs last at least 20 minutes if you have a good build, which means that getting back is quite annoying. I also think the RNG is heavily lenient towards the enemies when it comes to making risky plays. They will be at 9 attack points, and still survive most of the time without shooting over (with me failing more times then not). That being said, this game is entirely built around luck, so if you don’t like those games, DO NOT get this one. Finally, the ads are sort of an overkill, with at least 3-4+ in each planet (depending how you choose to use them). Anyways, good game !

Fun Game Unfair Mechanics. The game is a super fun game. The graphics and sound design are awesome, the battles and the battle system are cool. I love the simple but detailed world and character designs. However, this game can at times be extremely unfair and it does kill the fun of the game. Enemies have infinite amount of the same unfair and unbalanced cards that they will constantly spam. For example, enemies will constantly spam out a card that will make there next two cards both 5’s which will instantly give you a 10/12 battle meter. It wouldn’t be an issue if they used it once and then had a cool down or a higher energy cost to play the card, but nope the cost is so low they can use it pretty much infinitely. This ruins the fun especially when you’re having a good run only to have it killed an unbalanced mechanic like that. Hopefully, it’ll get balanced.

Horrible, absolutely horrendous. Whoever made this game thought of some great battle mechanics, unfortunately pay to win and unless you buy the ads off you’ll be expecting to see it every other fight. Monsters can keep repeatedly using the same cards, some even can regenerate from 1 health all the way back to max. Along with that they can daze you so all you can do is sit there and watch as you die. And what happens when you die? You get greeted to more ads if you want to keep playing. Unbalanced is an understatement and I hope the devs of this game can fix it because again the battle mechanics were great but there’s ads if you want in game currency, to be revived, after battles, when you get back to the main page, if you want to open packs of cards, etc. I had a monster to 1 health and he repeatedly hit 12s which is an instant win in this game along with healing 15 health each turn. Not only did I lose, I revived myself to see the similar fate that I had when I first died. Perfect 12s and this monster regenerating from 1 health back to max. Balance your game please

Super fun, almost perfect. This game has been a lot of fun and has provided a lot of enjoyment during quarantine. I think the balance of luck and skill with a true rougelite premise works amazingly well. I highly encourage anyone to try it who is interested. Pros: -great premise -fun gameplay -strategic yet causal - I find the games environments and creatures interested tho a bit flat Cons: -after the first few try’s which I found to be fun and challenging, it becomes a grinding game later on -late game rewards dont entice me as a player and seem lackluster -occasional crashes -I found the ads to disrupt the gameplay an incredible amount but I did pay for no ads but happy to support the developers If ads don’t bother you power to ya I just couldn’t stand being interrupted every other fight to watch an ad Wants for future updates: -More diverse and engaging late game -more weapons and gear to create a more unique run -balance priest better they need more spell cards -new planets and monsters please please Conclusion: it’s an amazing mobile game that is fairly polished. I think the best part of the game is your first 10 runs. This could easily become a perfect game if it had at least twice the content it currently does. Nevertheless it’s been the most fun mobile game I’ve played in 2020.

In-app purchase. Great game. The ads are annoying so I want to buy all the spirts but the game doesn’t let me. I clicked ‘buy all spirits’ then nothing happens. Update: I tried like 10 times and finally got to buy them.

Drowning in Advertisements. I like this game. Its great, it really is, but there are just way too many advertisements. Nearly everything you do is capped by an advertisement, which are all infuriatingly long or annoying af.

Let me rate higher. Worth a lot more then 5 stars damnit Apple let me rate higher

AMAZING. Look, when i downloaded the game i didnt think it was gonna be that good. Well, i guess you can say that my mind has been changed because i have been addicted the the game ever since i downloaded it. Its awesome!

Amazing game, but one annoying bug. When you use the card that spends all your EP and does extra strikes per EP, if you do over 18 strikes the game soft-locks and the only option is to close the game. Please fix this, otherwise this is a 5 star game!

Pretty good game!. I enjoyed playing it.

Enemy’s cards are too OP. The enemy’s cards were too op and kept on playing the same three cards that added two more hits and three more hits and restarted my attack gauge and it kept on giving me low attack gauge cards and then giving me a very high one ending up with me going over twelve

Snazzy deck builder with decent RPG elements. While it’s a bit obnoxious with the spirit-related micro transactions early on, consider it as not actually a free game, but a five-or-so dollar game. So if you want an actual free game, probably steer clear, but for the price this is an excellent and fun little game with decent sideline worldbuilding, fun strategy, rewarding progression, and nice style. If anything I’d like more of it - an expansion or sequel with more planets, races, followers and classes would be very well received.

Quality. Not much to say. It is fun and enjoyable; what more could one ask. If I recall, I believe it’s free too so, definitely worth picking up for a try, at the VERY least. Enjoy! And, I offer my thanks to the Game Devs. 😁

Fun game, has potential. Fun on game, with a lot of improvement could be great. RNG/blackjack nature of the game kinda boxes it in, very limited per round. Really just like a coin flip game with some abilities. More room for strategy n synergising cards would be cool. More in-depth information/instruction of the games workings would be helpful too. It’s also messed up, especially for mage runs, that a lot of battles can be 50/50 one shot against you. Like if a boss/elite gets 3-4 shots in one turn, that’s game.

Decent deck builder. Worth the full purchase IMO it’s like a mini version of slay the spire, way toned down but fun for mobile

Fun, but ad-heavy and buggy at late-game. Well, it is quite good. Getting a good run and entering the endless mode is much more entertaining than the regular game. Unfortunately, it does seem a bit buggy, freezing if I use too many attack in a turn (I’ve had it happen on a combo of 18 most recently), meaning a few things become useless. Additionally, the ads are quite annoying, happening multiple times a run and being practically unavoidable. It is worth trying out until you get a decent grasp at the mechanics.

I lovely light playable card driven adventure game. It is fun. East to play. I recommend it - especially if on special. I’d like to see some more worlds and more complex card combinations as an expansion!

Nice (different) game mechanics. I like the combat/card play, worth a download for anyone thinking about it

GREAT GAME WOULD RECOMMEND. I can’t stop playing this game is just amazing

Super fun and very addictive. Such a fun game to play. Plenty to do and keeps you coming back to play

Really good. This is just really really good

Addictive, keeps evolving. This game is so addictive because it keeps evolving and adding new elements the further you progress. Before there’s a chance for me to get bored of the same old stuff, a new game element is introduced. Very clever. Very addictive!

Has potential. It’s good once you get into to it. The ad’s for extra items are fine but the forced ad’s are what brings my rating down so far.

Very good game. This game is very fun, expansive and challenging, only problem is the amount of pay to win in it

Super addictive. Great beat-em-up game with a push your luck mechanic.

Actually Good. Doesn’t happen often...

Happy. This game is pretty straight forward and fun..there are ads but always ads annoying most games now...

Suggestions. First of all, amazing game. Unique art style, fun mechanics and a decent amount of randomness so it’s not overly unfair. But I have a few problems with the game. 1. Potatoes and Onions. They should be consumables instead of permanent cards in your deck, sometimes a whole run is ruined just because you can’t cycle through your deck, it just ruins the fun of the game. 2. Ads in between rooms. This isn’t that serious of an issue but it ruins the flow of a run in a rogue-like game when there are ads in between rooms that are 30 seconds and mostly unskippable. I don’t mind the spirit ads but these ads are just annoying when you’re constantly interrupted. I hope to see more content in the future as I love this game, but these minor annoyances just vex me every time I want to play.

I wish there was an option to turn off the spirit offers besides that very good game. :)

Play a bit of game while watching ads. Too many game plays in this ad app. I have to play 2mins game to watch the next ad. It’s a torture :((

Fun. Fun game with simple but interesting card mechanics. Purchases are reasonably priced and it doesn’t have “play to win” items. Crashed once and when I reloaded it had completely lost all my progress which was a bit discouraging so I’m not sure if I’ll keep playing.

Love it.. Been playing this game on and off for years, and I always come back to it. Great game, no ads unless you want to revive/double loot/packs, but only once even then. Even that can change with a simple one off $4.49 payment that does that all for free. Great game, and worth the support.

Fantastic game. A really good find.. Really rate this game, just wish there was more content.

Great!. Worth every dollar, for fans of games like slay the spire, Meteorfall, darkest dungeon. X

Good. It’s good actually very fun, make me wanna play more. Easy to learn

Very well done!. Great art style, engaging combat, not overrun with ads (fairly cheap to buy if you want to avoid them entirely) and just an all round well put together game. Download it!

Actually good. This game is actually so good for a free game, I’m going to pay for the no ads. Imaginative gameplay and storyline. Two thumbs up.

Amazing. Best game I’ve played in a long time. Perfectly challenging, mildly addictive, 5/5

Great game, very well designed. The game has great mechanics and each of the classes stand out from another. Some of the cards feel very underpowered though and I would like a feature that removes cards from your deck. Currently two builds stand out to me as really powerful, the crit build using shield bash and the power surge build using a wand for mana gain.

Void tyrant. I wish you could keep character if you forfeit game

Fun. But needs some improvement. The game is really fun and it has a beautiful concept. I love everything about it, though it needs some improvement. The enemies seems very robotic/programmed which just bothers me. Some of the cards need to be more available so that the players can use the cards in a synergised manner, to make the game more strategic rather than just plain luck based, due to this mechanic i sometimes get runs that get me through everything easily and some runs that i just die because of luck

Very Good. This is a very good game and is very fun to play. Highly recommend to anyone who is bored or wants a fun game to relax to. :3

Extremely unfavourable gameplay. disgustingly rigged, obvious that the ai stops you from progressing at a certain point by giving you purposefully bad rng and always siding in the enemy’s favour. Would be a great game if it weren’t for this fact making the game almost unplayable.

I never thought I’d spend money on a mobile game like this. But I did, I bought all the things and would honestly spend more. I think the game is great and the only thing I’d want is more content (more cards, weapons, more tactical stuff? Idk). Also perhaps even faster animation time, sometimes feels a bit sluggish waiting for things like saying yes to every spirit. But it’s a small gripe, I’ll continue playing the game, like I said, I think it’s great! Edit: love all the changes since, guys! Everything I said here was addressed and the game has new life!

More like Tyrant of ads and microtransactions. Way too many ads and microtransactions together. Every 2nd movement I am hit with a 30 seconds ad. Bosses seem to hard to beat without paying money to boost your character. Don’t waste your time.

It’s pretty good. I would of rated it 5 if I didn’t have to be connected to the internet, it would be a great game to play if I had no wifi but there’s just better games and videos to play with wifi

Amazing card game!!!. Void tyrant is an amazing game that I like to play all the time, it is full on action and mystery! GREAT!

Chill on the ads. Love the game! Just chill on the ads

Solid game. Art style is awesome, the concept and mash of mechanics from black jack with mana and cards with effects is really fun and easy to understand

Nice game but has a bug. Fun game but I can’t buy any spirits.

Sooo good!. I’m really loving this game. It’s got blackjack vibes but with a twist. And the art style’s really clean and cute! Good job guys 👍🏻

Love it. Wish there were more levels. Love it. Wish there were more levels

Very rigged. Ads are obnoxious and ruin the flow of the game. The optional ones are fine but having 30 second ones play in between rooms one after the other is incredibly annoying A lot of rolls are very obviously rigged, enemies have unnatural rolls just to up the difficulty of the game, which you can’t really “strategise” against since the attack mechanic is a glorified coin flip Fun for a few minutes before being incredibly frustrating, feels like the game just plays against you with rigged rolls and pop up ads. Skip this one

Fun but infuriating. This games got a good design but it drives me mad definitely not a stress reliever in any way sense or form my biggest gripe and the one thing I can’t excuse is the disarm card please for Christ sake remove this card it is literally a nuclear bomb that ends a run period if it is played

A great RPG. A great card RPG with a lot of replayability.

Was good for a good 2 years but. Now utter trash. All in game purchases has vanished and can’t restore it back.

Snack size fun, sweet like a doughnut. Super fun on the run, in the shop, you can’t stop, let’s go!!

In game purchase disappeared. This game is a lot of fun to play and I have been playing for awhile now. However, all of a sudden my in game purchases are missing. Restoring purchases doesn’t work and neither does reinstalling. :(

A really fun game. I've been playing this off and on for a year. Very fun gameplay and enough variation that it makes the in app purchases worth it!

Incredible game. Fun combat system, cool enemies, quite a lengthy story. My only quarrel with the game was the kinda lacklustre ending after completing the main goal of the story. But other than that I think it’s an amazing game, and I just love the combat system and the classes you can play and just everything.

Good game. It’s a very simple yet fun game have not played too much yet but there are no micro transactions. Great job wish there were more games like this!

On the go deck builder. A great light weight deck builder that’s perfect for mobile with a good risk mechanic to keep it interesting from run to run. Having the ability to just close the game whenever and come back right to my spot makes it easy to pick back up again.

Unbeatable lol. Can’t be the first one to say this but, just don’t waste your time. Even if you feel bored and want a new interesting game to play like this, there’s just no point. Literally every time, you will go on this game thinking you will have a great experience then you try to beat some monster on the first world but can’t since he gets 10+ every single goddamn time. Good games just don’t exist anymore lol. Best mobile game to me was NHL Supercard, now that was a banger but it had to be taken off cause the game was too good and the NHL didn’t like it. Anyways, I’m getting sidetracked, fix your game so other people can enjoy it please.

Way too heavily AI favoured. Game is heavy RNG based, with the AI being weighted heavily in their favour pretty much all the time.

One of my Favourite Apps. The gameplay is great, art is wonderful and the story is as decent as a black jack style game can have!

Rigged RNG. The opponents in this game feel rigged. Their rolls are almost always maxed and rarely if ever rolls over... everything rolls a 10 or a 12 while you almost always go over. For the ads, prepared to get an ad after every room after you beat the first world... if you’re going to play, play without internet connection. The purchases seem fair, but then again $7 for a rigged dice roll game doesn’t feel well spent, so I decided not to buy.

Very Fun. Game is addictingly fun with a great variety for multiple playthroughs

Purchases are inactive. Probably my favourite app to play but the constant spam of ads, especially those that say I can disable ads for a price, when I have already paid to disable ads. Is getting frustrating

This game is good although repetitive after a long while. Not a bot dbdkfoge

Good game but could be improved upon. Gameplay could be a little more skill based and less random and not reliant on watching ads but great concept

Really fun and actually fair. I’ve played this game for few years and although it was really rough in the beginning you just have to learn to take some hits you need to think, it isn’t unfair it’s just has a learning curve which you’ll see most reviews who complain about the that it’s “Ai favoured” begin with something like “so I’ve played like at least 30 seconds and think it’s unfair”

Unbalanced. Too hard, d’Houle be balances à l’Italie better…

Too much RNG. Difficulty is often random. You can steamroll most of the trash then hit a wall during boss fight.

Great game. This game gives me dnd vibes

Great game. This game has had a spot on my phone for a couple years now. It’s tons of fun to pick up every once in a while. Combat is challenging without feeling impossible. RNG is not as bad as some of the comments here suggest. I’ve really enjoyed learning to use my cards wisely to manipulate opponent’s bars and pull a win.

The luck. There’s no luck you get kill ween you have 7 your draw a card and you get 6 that not fair and it does it again and again.

Pretty solid card game. The title says it all. It’s a pretty good card game. It’s simple but challenging. I have easily gotten myself hooked and recommend you to play it if you’re on the fence about it

Good and has potential. People complaining about the difficulty just needed to learn the game a bit more. I took me about 7 runs to beat the final boss for the first time and now I’m confident going into most runs. I’m really enjoying this game(7.5 hours past 2 days) but it’s getting a bit repetitive. The game was released recently so I hope it will get some more worlds to explore and maybe more late game content as from what I’ve read it seems bland and repetitive. Hopefully some big updates will come in the future so I don’t regret my purchase lol Edit: 1.1 :D Awesome update!!

One of the best games ever. The game is incredible! The mechanics are wonderful, the gameplay is spectacular! It isn’t full of micro transactions or ads! The art and music are beautiful! It’s just challenging enough to keep me playing but not so hard I want to quit or so easy I get bored! Truly a masterpiece of a game

Gud. Gus

:). Good for a mobile game, adds are all optional

GOOD BUT ADD MORE PLEASE. The game is a good game and could be a game you could play for hours, but they don’t add more to it

Too RNG and OP monsters. Get a deck of random numbers and pray to beat your opponent except they have cards that cancel your best hand.

Fun, ads are a little often. Overall fun game. Ads crop up a bit more than I’d like, but not enough to stop playing.

Can’t put this game down. I love this game. I typically don’t play mobile games ever, but this is a game I keep coming back to every single day multiple times a day. Rougelike games are my favourite, and having it as a card game is super addictive and really fun. You don’t need to buy the Spirits to make the game fun, but having them is super nice. 10/10 game

Just awesome. Just awesome :)

Good game rough rng some times. Great game good cards fun classes and skills but the only issue is the mobs the little ones are to easy where as the bosses can be to hard sometimes they have no scaling difficulty its just easy mobs and hard bosses no in between.

Pls nerf chiroptic. I’m fairly new so maybe I’m missing something but the chiroptic seems way to broken to be an early stage fight, 2 turns being able to dodge everything but crits is too op cuz he just steals the mana back before it’s over and uses it again. He has destroyed multiple runs where I’ve take little to no damage then that fight comes along and wrecks me. Again I’m new and might be missing a good strategy for it but still. Other than that great game so far

Really Addictive!!. This game is really well put together … I can’t stop playing!!!

Brilliant Game!. The blackjack, card battle and RPG mechanics in this game are so good! I love the art style as well; it has a Phantasy Star vibe that is always welcome. 100% worth the full purchase price. Thank you, Devs for a super fun game.

New addiction. Started playing this two days ago. I have myself, my fiancé, my father and now my son addicted to this game!!! I love the mechanics and the art. Definitely suspenseful when using low armor characters and rage full fits when enemy’s continuously get criticals but I keep going back for more!!! Absolute 🔥🔥🔥

Good. Good

Blackjack without millions lost. I love this game and while there is a few kinks that need to be worked out and certain features reworked (skipping the first planets and not being able to go back) I am so glad that when I lose I don’t have to Mortgage the house and sell my kids to pay for my gambling.

benny. this game has such wonderful mechanics and a great variation of characters, species, world building and story aspects like the blood nebula! it’s such a wonderful game and I really enjoy playing it, and I’m proud to say I’ve completed it! I would love to see more lore in the game or more upgrades to the town!

Great game, well balanced. One of those games that you are happy to pay for. The difficulty is well balanced making it relaxing while being just challenging enough. Graphics are great and it’s just super engaging. Love it!

Get this.!.!. I love this game deeply been playing it for 2 years needs more content I would pay to see this game have more content I’m sure many people would

Love this game. I’ve played it on multiple devices. Always a good time

Rigged. Every single time I hit a 7 I draw a six, I’m not kidding. Even when I have the bust protection and hit on a seven and get a six the next card I draw is a six….literally every single time. Would be a great game otherwise

Great game. Back in the early days of the internet, i used to love sites like armor games and all. This game is super fun, reminds me of the good old time and doesn’t have that many adds!! 11/10 Because man its so rare to find good games on ios

Amazing game. At first this game seems very luck based, but once you get used to the probabilities and synergies within each deck, it becomes very strategic and enjoyable.

Best iPhone game but it needs more content. PLEASE 😭😭😳

Worth the ad removal. Great game, removing ads is worth it, highly recommend it.

Good game. Worth the time

So I’ve gotten good. I’ve done the game through collecting all the gems and then I deleted my save to see what it was like to start again and I finished the final boss first try so I think I’ve played this game to much thanks for time well spent

Worth your time and a dime. This is one of the best made free mobile games I’ve ever played. I’ve played quite a few rogue like deck builders that have costed me a buck that aren’t as good as this game. There is plenty of content and the strategic blackjack style combat has provided me with endless enjoyment. At no point have I felt pressured to pay for anything, and sitting through a 30 second ad is small price to pay. Sure you can make your runs easier by dropping some real money but the price for the paid features is among the most reasonable I have seen a game ask. I would pay 10$ for a game like this if I had to, but I don’t. I choose to pay and support it.

Brilliantly Fun. I’ve played this game for quite awhile now. And I still love playing it just as much now as I did the first time. In fact I may love it more. Now, I do play games, but I’m far from a proper gamer. I tend to play games sporadically. But that’s the best part of this game—being able to not play for a period of time with no issue and at the same time being able to play for hours at a time no issue. It’s a perfect type of game for me, even down to the turn-based card-type strategy formula. You keep on trucking, devs. Love you and this game!

Needs Some Work. This is a well made game. The mechanics are fun, the art is good and ads are for the most part unobtrusive. But I have the same problem with it that many other people have pointed out. The game is so reliant on luck that it often feels unbalanced or unfair. No matter how much you prepare or how much you strategize, the game so often comes down to whether or not you draw good cards, which is entirely out of your control. This is true even with the knight, the toughest class, but knights can at least take a few hits and keep going if your cards are unlucky. The duelist and especially the priest can easily be wiped out, even with full health, in a single attack, which makes it seem like the game is kind of broken. I think there needs to be a better way to defend or heal your characters. It just isn't fair that you have to always be lucky to win. It makes you feel like you have no control over the battle, which is not very fun. With more balanced characters, or the ability to spend the money that quickly becomes useless on upgrades or equipment that will protect you, Void Tyrant could be a much better game. As it is, it feels held back by the punishing reliance on always drawing the right cards.

Refreshing twist on a great genre!. I played this game a few times a while back and was just like, ugh it’s too random to have a meaningful strategy and I never came back to it. After that I played many more games that held similar features (Dicey Dungeons mainly) and I realized I was wrong. Looking past the “pay to win” options like an extra life or double money was not attractive because I could just watch ads instead. But as I gathered more of the... what are they called? it’s not Chaos Emeralds because those are from Sonic Adventures I think. Anyway, I have like 4 of them and I can’t stop playing. I’ve spent a total of maybe $5-7 and I’ve had hours and hours of this enjoyable gameplay. Thanks!

Love it but.... It could be better. Since every fight is determined by a watered down version of blackjack some of the bosses are incredibly difficult right from the beginning. Unlike a normal fighting game, where experience and creativity are needed to win, this game is based on luck, every round is a gamble. The style of animation is great, the game itself is a lot of fun, it’s unique and I think they did a good job overall. However, there should be more. When you die, it would be nice to eventually respawn strong enough to defeat the first set of enemies. After about 10 deaths or more, I’m still struggling to get past the first set of missions. Maybe I’m no good at the game, but I think it’s more the game itself.

Exactly What You’d Want, and More; Needs More Content. This game is not only simple, aesthetically pleasing, and extremely fun, but also features multiple classes, tons of cards to play, and a progression system. It is exactly what you’d expect when you search for “Roguelike Card Game” on the App Store, except it delivers that and more in every way. Sometimes the content feels lacking and repetitive, but never unenjoyable. A massive update adding 20 new classes and unique class cards and weapon types for each, more status effects, etc. would be an awesome addition, but otherwise, this game is a gem that will be in my library for the foreseeable future.

Rigged system. I have been playing the game for two days, and have found many issues. My first issue is it shoves ads down your throat. Whenever you find a chest it asks to play an ad for more rewards, if you say no it will still make you watch a 15 second ad almost every time. You could just try to not watch the ads by airplane mode, but good luck without the revive and loot from ads that make the game a tiny bit less rigged. It seems like a cash grab by pushing ads in your face every other minute. Secondly, the enemies luck seems like cheating. The minions luck are still pretty lucky, but you can still win with strategy making a balanced fight, except for creatures who use a skill to get a guaranteed 10. Bosses however, almost always get 11 and 12’s and even if you get 12, they get 12. If you use a card to reset their number value they always get right back to their original value. The only reason I still play and gave it two stars is because it feels accomplishing to finally beat the rigged system, but if you play be warned that most runs are doomed to repeating the same route to finally beat a boss, just to fight more rigged bosses.

*Real Person Review* Probably One of The BEST CardLikes on the AppStore.. * I was not paid or given ANYTHING for this review....sadly* The game is great and has very unique mechanics, I LOVEEEEE Roguelike/lite Deckbuilders. And this is by far my favorite one for my phone. There is ONLY ONE big problem or game issue though. And that is you tend to miss out on a large variety of points, coins, cards and meta-progression if you don’t buy the special spirit guys that cost real money. The game is about a 7/10 as a free game but if you are okay with watching a lot of ads or just paying a few dollars it’s easily a 10/10 Roguelike Deckbuilder. And I really do highly recommend this game for everyone!

Great Game!. Pretty fun and easy card game! If you enjoy strategy, turn or card based games you’ll enjoy this game! My only suggestion for making this game better is when you choosing between two cards as a reward or picking between a new item and something you already have. You should be able to press on both cards in case you forgot what “dazed” means or you don’t remember what the symbol at the bottom of the card means. In other words, there should be some sort of difference in checking the card and actually picking the card.

Amazing game. This game so so fun. I love so many aspects of it but have a few suggestions. 1 would be to allow the continued selection of something to pass on to the next adventurer, instead of it being a 1 time thing.(side note) The perks don’t fall under that rule. I also think that you should still be allowed to do actions after getting a full 12 bar charge. And lastly is that there are more places you have to go to to reach the end. First 4, then 5, then 6, etc Other than that small bit it’s a beautiful game 👍

Strangely addictive. So as far as I can say this game has it all. A blackjack style card game that adds an adventure to the mix. On top of that there are tons of different types of cards that can make each run feel different. A nice and somewhat fair leveling system and a nice bit of story that isn’t overly complicated. Have to be somewhere or do something, close the game. I can’t stress this enough but I love games that let me take off where I left when closing games. A few issues that I personally have is ads I’m all for the option to watch an ad for bonus coins or cards but it bothers me when I’m moving from one side room to the main path and suddenly an ad show up. It ruins the rhythm of the game.

So far so good (also a suggestion). Gameplay is smooth and the art style fits really well with the story and gameplay. The controls/mechanics are simple and easy to learn and the music is great! One thing that has happened though, is that I had returned to the game after closing the app and I had accidentally tapped the “New Game” button instead of the “Continue” button and it started a new game and I lost my previous run. My suggestion is to add a “Prompt” that makes the user hit “New Game” a second time just in case that they didn’t mean to hit the first button.

Huge bugs stump advancement!!!. This game is really fun and addictive, but the few bugs I’ve found are huge! For some reason, when opening up “packs” you have the option to either open them by watching an “ad” or purchase the spirit that automatically opens it for you. First of all, I try to be as “f2p” as I can, while making the decision to support the company if they don’t force me to buy in game purchases. So far I was able to play the game without having g to purchase, until I ran into a bug where after watching an ad to open up those very critical packs, it just freezes and I only have the option to watch ads again and again or end up purchasing the spirit with real money. Terrible bug that MUST be fixed. If not, don’t waste your time playing this game!

Needs more content. I want to preface this by saying that this is maybe my favorite phone game I’ve ever played. There are a lot of people saying to tone down the difficulty or this or that and I think it’s practically perfect how it is. Except. This game simply needs more content to continue to be fun. More planets. More choices of planets - picking one of 3 instead of between 2. More bosses. More classes. More enemies. More events. More town upgrades. I’ve played this game a TON already, just finished up a run of 166 steps. Trust me, I love this game but it’s a little frustrating replaying the same scenarios over and over. Thanks Armor Games. This game has great potential! Please do not slack now that you’ve created this masterpiece!

One crippling problem. The game is amazing and has a lot of depth and strategy to it, and it would be a 5 star game if not for one major issue. Most of your battles will seem fair. You’ll get decent draws, useful abilities, and feel like you’re progressing at a decent pace, all the way up to a boss. Bosses regularly draw criticals or close to it while you are stuck at lower numbers. If you gamble to increase your chances, you will likely bust. I’ve gotten to the first boss several times and each time the boss draws at least 3 criticals on me, and not once did they stay on less than a 10. Meanwhile you only draw 1’s, 2’s, or 3’s all the way up to needing something small to beat the boss, then you have an 80% chance of busting. The game feels heavily in your favor as far as statistics go in every encounter except bosses.

Dear devs, please read and respond.. It’s a great game, yes. Whilst the blackjack mechanic is not uncommon, it is presented in a way that makes it unique. Though I will say that I have encountered two big things I wish were fixed. First and foremost, there is a bug I encountered that if I used power surge 3 and destroyed the enemy in , what I’m calling the “after hall” for sake of possible spoilers, had paused the game and prevented me from continuing. Secondly, I wish there was more after you’ve unlocked everything, like a warp rift 2 that skipped the first two, or even that the “after hall” had side paths or even an exclusive rare side quest. Thank you for reaching the end of my review. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great game, I just wish there was more for the late game.

Amazing card game with some glitches. This is the best single player card game I’ve ever played and hope from the bottom of my heart that there will be more content added in the future. There are some small glitches that I’ve encountered after getting pretty far in the game, mainly that it freezes if you do too many combos (I’ve reached 18 combos) and it is a huge bummer when the game doesn’t register the awesome move. I had to reset the game, which thankfully they’ve added a progress save just in case, and beat the opponent in a less fashionable way. Even with the small glitch, it is still a 10/10 card game. Really recommend it!

Review and bug report. First off, I enjoy the game and enjoyed beating the final boss. Really hope there will be more planets and content in the future! Now when facing the Tiktok monster, I run into a glitch that I have experienced with two different tiktoks. When I use the power sword that consumes all you energy to generate strikes, I get a hella lot of strikes against the tiktok. But after all the strikes are completed the gane just pushes and is stuck. No cards to play, no buttons work. I have only experienced this with tiktoks and using the power surge sword against them that consumes all my energy for strikes. Forced to log out of app.

Original, innovative, and fun. This is a gem of a solo player card game that takes a fairly basic combat system and then makes it hugely skillful and fun. It’s not at all p2w - yes, the adverts can be overwhelming, but you can get rid of them for just $5 (which is well worth it and after you pay that money there are no other micro transactions required). Like others, I was a bit sad when I completed it, but the replay value is decent and I’ll watch out for future updates. Thanks to the developers for making a genuinely fun game that is tactical, affordable, and a bit different from the standard other fantasy/sci-if card games out there. This is truly what mobile gaming should be about.

Lots of longevity. I wasn’t sure if the game would have lasting potential, but after you beat “The Boss” there are still more unlockables and a bit more gets freshened up. I feel like they more than deserve a few dollars for this title but you’re not forced to pay to play the main bulk of content if you don’t want to. I really hope this studio comes out with more games or updates! I wish there was a little more in the way of content like more planets to choose from, loot, etc, but I still feel like it deserves 5 stars even despite that for what it is.

Good fun. Not too ad heavy.. This game is overall a fun game. Good strategy goes into each run. The ads are there, and for the most part don’t get in the way too badly. Occasionally I’ll be forced to watch a full ad just to get to the next hallway, which is frustrating. I considered making a purchase to remove ads, but the end game content doesn’t seem prevalent enough to make it worthwhile. Message to the creators. I’m curious if it’s a bug or intentional, but I’m really curious why my characters always end up at 10 ep every time I switch planets. It’s extremely frustrating to beat a boss with full ep and struggle against a regular enemy because I start with 10.

Amazing. Absolutely fantastic game, not very ad heavy, the paid features are useful but don’t feel like you need them, and the gameplay is simple and engaging, makes you want to play for hours. I do really wish though that there was a way to turn off all the flashing, it’s not very pleasant on the eyes. Also, it would be really cool if there was a feature that let you see all the weapons and items you’ve encountered on your adventures, see what drops what, where you’re more likely to find certain drops, those kinds of things. But it’s definitely one of my favorite games and my go-to boredom buster regardless

A fun game that murders your battery. This game pulls more juice than Pokémon Go, and that beast uses GPS and runs in the background. What is this thing coded in? Flash??? Need support? You’re out of luck as this game isn’t listed and there is no way to send general support requests. Developer response implies that they are mystified with my inability to get support for this game so I’ll clarify here. Support is only available for premium games. This is a very short list and void tyrant isn’t listed. Apparently, they also want me to “take a screenshot” of the absurd battery drain. Thankfully, they provided a support email in their response. This is great news since this isn’t offered on their website. I will email them and update this review. At this point, however, I wish there was an option for zero stars. Update: almost a week later and no response to my support email. Looks like we’re moving into “negative stars” territory.

The game is fun, but. There absolutely needs to be away to turn of the screen flash when you take damage. It is physically painful to look at. The enemy cards are also incredibly intrusive, when an enemy plays two to three cards per turn and you’re forced to look at them all, it’s infuriating. The spirits can also be intrusive, when I click no, I don’t want to be asked if I’m sure. I don’t want to deal with the ads. Update: I downloaded the game again out of boredom and have the same thoughts as before. The damage flash is painful to look at, and the game has a huge issue with things being intrusive. Battles drone on when enemy cards are shown on screen. I understand seeing it the first time, but that should be the end of it.

would be perfect if i could see past heroes that made it to the end. The game is great. Very fun. Might feel a bit unfair at times but as you get better you'll realize that you can counteract any bad luck with a bit of strategy. However, I find myself wanting to look back upon some of the people that got to the end, but there's no way to look back on previous adventures. You already have the archive building. I don't see why I shouldn't be able to see the names and stats of my previous adventurers. I know there's the cloning thing, but there's only room for one person with that and I don't even want to play as them again I just want to remember them.

Easy. Great for kids, not for gamers. Deck-builder game. Battles are repeated games of blackjack (21). Winner of each hand does damage to opponent, can be influenced by cards from your deck. Very simple gameplay with little depth, but they do a great job with what is there. Game becomes trivially easy after a few play throughs as you build a little power. Many cards influence the “21” card count, so if you understand math you rarely lose a hand. The rest of the deck and fancy gear items are all window dressing on the central “21” game. Perfect game for young gamers. Simple but impactful strategic choices. Randomness is manageable and obvious. Really a great intro to strategy gaming. Sadly, too easy for adults seeking any sort of difficulty. I quickly became unbeatable in my third and fourth runs. I’d like to see what the other classes do, but not enough to keep playing. Some terrible interface/organization choices (have to click through menus to figure out how much damage my attack will do??). Overall clean and solid.

Okay game but could be better. I just got this game and I’m a total noob. That being said I have some common sense whether to play the cards or not and sometimes I feel like it is against me and the bosses are way too hard. For example on my like third planet boss EVER I got hit with damaging poisons and three damaging cards all at once and I didn’t even have the chance to defend myself with my cards because they weren’t there. In one round my boss hit me with nearly 150 negative health points and my gauge was only max at 101 cuz I had just started the game. Like I feel like the bosses shouldn’t be that impossible to beat when you are still just starting. But I like that you can travel to worlds, but that’s it cuz all of the upgrades are far too expensive for how hard the little tablets are to get.

Amazing Game but.... Just talking strictly talking about the content it has, one of the best games on the App Store. So addictive. Mechanics are amazing. It is such a creative deck building, dungeon searching rpg. Quite unique. It does have many different cards and different types of enemies. One of my favorite games I have played. But my one complaint is once you have been playing for a while and have gotten good. There isn’t much to the game. The content is limiting. Hopefully developers you hear me and are working hard to add more to this game because it is great for what it is at the moment.

Unbalanced. I have to agree with other reviewers about the balancing issues. I enjoy tough games, but when probability is heavily skewed in the AI’s favor, it becomes frustrating rather than challenging. As noted by other reviewers, enemies and especially bosses will not only have a number of super powerful cards, but will also regularly get 11 or 12/12. The last game I played, I died on the first planet because the boss I was fighting got five 12’s in a row. The probability of that happening randomly is staggering. It feels more like slots than blackjack. Cannot recommend this one if you actually enjoy strategy. I give 2 stars for a good concept and polished UI, but the gameplay balance makes it extremely frustrating.

Really fun game with some issues. I’m really enjoying the game, I just wish like others have said there was a little more variety. I’ve unlocked two others races but when I pull different character options at creation they’re all human now! >< I’ll cycle through all of them and no other races will be available. Also the 1/10 modifier always gives enemies 10, and almost always gives me 1! In general, I feel like there was more variety in the experience (cards I got, random encounters) my first two or three runs than there have been in my last ~10 to 15 runs. I also remember cards that removed status effects but I’m not seeing them anymore.

The greatest game in the mobile App Store.. This isn’t up for debate. Granted, there isn't much competition due to to rapid stream of wet shovelware garbage that has come out of mobile games in recent years but that doesn’t matter. Play it. I wish the assassin class were unlockable with in game currency OR microtransactions like the ship upgrade I forget the name of, because the late game quest tend to just give money that you don’t really need, but it’s more than amazing without it. Devs, please continue supporting this game, or even make new ones, because I will support anything you do unconditionally.

Satisfying and fun! Worth a try.. Overall this game is polished and very fun to okay. For a mobile game, it’s rather impressive and the in-app purchases do not bare down in the player nor are they necessary to have a good experience playing the game. I would have to say that the game is quite greedy when it comes to ads popping up at random times during the game. It happens much too often. There are many challenging moments, sometimes it feels unfair, but those moments can mostly be blamed on luck, which I don’t have very much of. I do really enjoy playing this game and would recommend it to other people. The art style, writing, and design are all superb. Excellent work!

Not Completely Free but Good. The game so far hasn’t felt “broken” or “unbeatable” due to me not playing long/ paying. Tho sometimes I die to just dumb luck or dumb actions from me. It is very fun, there are ads, and a few 1.99 purchases that do seem to be permanent. Ignoring ads, one class is locked behind paywall don’t dig that but all other classes and cards so far are free. Other purchases are totems which feel worth it but that’s from someone who’d never buy them. Game needs a way to check current cards and gear. (Btw you can technically count cards, I cannot, too dumb and it kinda ruins randomness)

Thank you for making this!!. I was so burnt out on gacha games that give you loads and loads of currency and starting characters, so the battling isn’t even challenging. This game is FUN TO PLAY, it’s just the right amount of challenging, I love the story and the art style. So unique. My one issue is… I really, really wish there was a place in-game that had tutorial info. As in, what damage types are strong against each other, what enemy types are found on what worlds, what terms like consumable and discard mean (I know what they mean but if you discard a consumable does it go back in your deck or is it gone forever? Stuff like that!) I know there are times in game where you can see those things but I really would love a centralized info bank, even just back at the home planet, so forgetful people like me can look it up! Either way I love you guys this game is amazing!! Definitely buying me some spirits when I get paid next :) Thank you!!!

Fun game to pass the time. This game is well worth giving a go. The main thing for me is that it has simple but compelling mechanics that are easy to pick up, easy to return to, and only moderately difficult to get really good at. The beginning might feel difficult, and you may feel like you aren’t getting very far, and that’s okay. The game is very much meant to played many many times, and even in endgame with 4 of 6 crystals I seem to always come back and enjoy this game. The idea of blueprints is a fun way to work towards something in the endgame. All in all, I decided to spend some money and it’s been worth it. Definitely recommend.

Super Addicting and Replayable. I downloaded this game only a day ago and stayed up all night playing. It has all the great attributes of a good deck builder with some added chance and luck. The runs are very replayable and feel very different based on your starting hero and deck. The option to watch ads for in game boosts and rewards are worth it in my opinion and having permanent unlocks for future runs sets attainable goals that can change up the mechanics. Overall a really fun game and would definitely recommend to others for a good strategy deck builder.

Kind of fun but way too luck based. So I enjoy the Slay the Spire type gameplay but there is way too much luck involved here when it comes to attacking and defending. You can hardly come up with a solid strategy because almost all of your attacks are based on hoping you draw better than your opponent. I can have a great deck and equipment but still get wrecked by normal enemies just because I’ll have a 7 then draw a 6 and be screwed. If they can figure out a solution to this (maybe by always letting us see what our next card will be and adding cards to reduce our own attack number?) I will definitely revisit the game and update my review. I’d recommend checking the game out but don’t get too invested for now.

Really recommend. Personally play without data so I can’t partake in any of the extra ad options but it’s fun even without them and any pay aspects are quite cheap, not to mention completely up to you. I got this game for down time when I can’t access data, but found myself playing this frequently even when I could’ve been playing other games, and I got this game to play when I COULDNT play those games. All in all well made turn based rng rpg with a surprising amount of thought that you can put into the game (I love the fact that if you’re up to it you can card count)

Missing Weapons?. First of all, I’m really enjoying the game but when I upgraded my weapon, there was no option to pass that weapon card to my next recruit and I lost the card that I needed. 1.) I would suggest having an armory in the town to choose your starting load outs before starting the mission. Currently, I have to go to another room at the beginning of the mission to change my starting weapon. 2.) I would suggest a feature to lock a card that would always pass to your next recruit- reducing the risk that the card being passed disappears in my case.

Great Game. I really enjoy this adventure card game quite a bit, it’s really addicting. I just wish I could put skill ups where I wanted to every time I got a level up, so that if I wanted to build a “ranged” Knight with ranged boosting gear and weapons, I could. More ranged weapons and armor I think would be cool, as I’ve tried to build one like this before, but never ended up getting the gear I was looking for early game, so I always end up having to go with a melee build because it’s the most powerful, but whatever I guess. Just putting it out there. Thanks guys for a great game!

Ignore all the RNG posts. Those people don't know how to strategize against so called 11-12 strike RNG lol... all you need to learn how to do is effectively discard, shuffle, and hold onto counter cards for them. This game is amazing and well deserving of 5 stars. Itemize and card right and you can go on an endless run pretty much. The first boss was a breeze once I got the correct cards needed to face him in my deck. Yes, I'm completely F2P but will spend money to support the devs when I'm able to. My one issue was a bug that forced me to forfeit a run after using EP strike and amassing over 25 strikes. The monster basically froze and didn't die.

An excellent game with a “meh” ending. I really enjoy this game and the way that it feels fair while letting the player build a unique play style that fits how they want to play this rogue like, however my only big complaint is the ending. The game will lead you to believe that after your first play through you should beat it 5 more times. Each time a location and at least one boss gets slightly harder to beat, after doing that though you just get a cut screen that doesn’t add anything to the games experience. I would recommend this game to anyone, don’t feel like you should beat it more than once.

Great!!. Overall really great game and more balanced after the patch! It’s fun, easy to get into and just nice to chill and play during a break or before bed. I hope they they can add more planets because it can get grindy and more stories along with some legendary items and gear to encourage people to keep playing. It would also be nice to store certain items in a closet for reuse. Would be nice to have items that I’ve gathered on a trophy area too. Just to keep the game more enticing and stuff. Would pay for added planets and more armory beyond III level. And another class and races like necromancer or something interesting. So much potential! Great game. Lots of replay value

Excellent!. Was looking for a light but engaging time filler on my phone, specifically one I could play in portrait orientation, and this fits the bill perfectly. Was also impressed but the UI as it’s quite intuitive and polished save for a couple minor oversights. Plus if you enjoy it you can unlock almost the whole game (other than the Assassins recruits) for 4.99 and get rid of all ads, which I happily did. It’s all too rare these days to find games that don’t relentlessly hound you for more micro transactions or make the game pay to win. To the developer, nicely done, and thank you!

Fun,however. I really like the idea of this game, and found it very enjoyable. But there is a bad bug that ruined my experience. When I tried getting the two cards from my previous run, it seemed as if it gave it to me.(I had a weapon and armor transferred by the way)I had to leave for a bit, so I closed the game. When I came back my gear was completely gone, and I was stuck on a hard planet with only starting gear. It also feels as if the game is against me sometimes. I can’t even count the countless times it gave me a 6 while I was on 7. Maybe every time I had a 7. However the game is still very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Great at a glance, better at a look!. This is a truly fantastic game! I downloaded it while looking for games to pass the time, and have needed no other game to do so since. With a fairly intuitive combat system and great art, the game is enjoyable at a glance. However, upon learning more about how the combat works and the worlds you explore, the game’s surprising depth shines through. The worlds and enemies are cleverly woven into an overarching lore that keeps the game fun. I always get excited when I discover a new type of enemy, a new race of characters, or a new dungeon! I’ve never rated a game before, so hopefully this was helpful if you were on the fence about downloading this game or not!

Absolutely Love it!. This game is an amazing blend of fantasy/rpg with sci fi roguelike. However, I have one major issue. I cannot link my progress across my iPad and phone. Both devices are on the same Game Center account and the game greets me as such with “Welcome DaCooGa” when I open the game on either device. I started on my iPad and made major progress. Then, when I open the game on my phone, it’s a fresh account and none of my progress is present. Please fix this as this would be much appreciated. Other than that, thanks for the amazing game you have brought to life!
