My dashboard made easy. Great app! Love the notifications and how easy it is to communicate with my leads right in the app.

App won’t stay on. When I open the app, it looks as if it’s starting or loading, then it shuts off. I’ve deleted the app & re-added it but it still won’t stay open. I’ve used it previously from my phone & loved it. I’m giving it 2 stars because I don’t know if this is an issue w/ the app or my service provider. I’ll change my rating once we resolve the problem

Covid 19/Cancellation. Aren’t helping agents in NY due to the epidemic that we are found through. Wouldn’t pause my account or cancel it during these times that we can’t go out and show. We are leading #1 in deaths and all they care about is their money.

Doesn’t work. Won’t log in

Very little to do. Can’t check account settings, reviews, recommendations, etc.. Only thing this app is for that I came to the conclusion of, is messaging..? No point really. I get my clients phone number as step 1. Don’t use messaging apps..

Can’t even log in! Constant freezes and 100% inability to use any feature of app!. Instantly can’t login. Constantly freezes and none of the action buttons actually work! Incredibly frustrating!

Keeps freezing and texting doesn’t work. Even worse than before. It doesn’t allow texting, and keeps freezing.

All brand new now !!. The app is all brand new now 😊

Ok I guess. I love the idea of what they are trying to do but it’s very clunky on iOS and a lot of the features don’t seem to work properly and a lot of the screens don’t display well.

Can’t sign in. I can’t sign in. I went on my computer and signed in to make sure I have the right password. I was able to sign in on my computer, but not on the app. I also put in a different password and it gave me an error message that email or password are not correct. When I use the correct password it doesn’t give me any error messages. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no luck.

Na. Useless app. No information.

App not loading leads properly. When I get a lead only text shows up instead of text and pictures. I have to click on activity then the home pops up. However, I don’t see the link to the home through the Realtor.com website anymore. I’ve restarted the phone and I’m getting ready to delete the app and reinstall to see if that works. Please advise.

Won’t accept password and update just happened last night. I called and no one knows what is going on. But, I just saw Version 1.3 came out yesterday and now I am locked out! Still can get on my computer but the APP won’t work

No access. I can never log in. I always have to log in from my laptop.

App doesn’t work more than half the time. I’ve removed and reloaded the app and can’t get it to let me even log in. It just acts like it’s received the user name and password but then acts like it’s timed out and asks for it again. I think it needs a new update

App not working. The app has been down for 3 days and after many failed attempts I can’t report a problem through the customer support. Really Frustrating!!

The app won't open. It doesn't pass the passwords and user name screen, it looks like loading and then stops and that's if. Horrible app....don't waste your time in this

Not User Friendly. Unfortunately this was the most difficult app I’ve used as an agent. I have yet to be able to login to Ready Connect in order to access Opcity. I am first told that my email isn’t connected, and then told the opposite, that I cannot create an account because my email is already connected.

Worst company. They are liars and thieves. They charge and insane amount of money and provide the worst leads, their customer support is the worst part. They are arrogant liars. Please don’t sign a contract with these scammers

Don’t do it ‼️‼️. I am not the type to write reviews but these people are horrible… Leads are useless but they’re still leads suh at least they deliver; but the main reason why they are so horrible is that they try to hold you hostage whenever you try to cancel, it takes months it’s like you have to beg them to stop taking your money and it’s your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM‼️‼️‼️‼️

New updates look great!. Much easier to use now

Ick. They need to hire someone to fit the app. Not good. I tried to sign up 100 times. Impossible and I’m a smart human.

Tons of bugs. Mid Jan Realtor.com updated their system. Webpage now incorporates many of the ancillary pages it would send you to. 5 St, etc Now you can do it all from their webpage. The problem is this app doesn’t do anything. I can see my leads but I am unable to text them, email them or call them from this app.

Don't download jacks up your phone. Jacked up my phone don't download

NAR member - Realtor. This application is a joke. Embarrassing to the industry and Real Estate professionals across the US. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.

Can’t login. Can’t login. Input all correct login info and the load icons pops up, then stops and won’t change from the login screen. Try putting in wrong info, it tells me it’s incorrect, I put in the right info, and it just stays in the login screen as if I never pressed the go button. Fix it please. We pay good money for this. It should at least WORK.

Issues. The app continues to have glitches. The recent update requires me to re-login about 2-3x daily. Also, a lead from 04/27 is the first thing I see when I open it up not the most recent leads. PLEASE fix this!

Not working. I can't update my profile. The app just flickers. Hardly loads and stops working.

Auto responses can’t be controlled. What happened to Real Suite? It’s so buggy I can not do anything anymore without Issues. Also the realtor pro app doesn’t allow you to control of auto responses and my clients get auto follow ups after we have already talked(even when I manually change the status). PLEASE FIX!

Horrible app keeps crashing. This app is terrible. Every time I go to send a text message the app tends to crash or it freezes up. Evening searching for contacts it messes up and doesnt pull up correct person

Too many bugs. The newest update was supposed to fix the glitches when updating contacts. It didn’t. I have the latest version and still get logged out every time I update a contact. When I first open the app, sometimes I get my latest leads, other times I don’t. Please fix.

Terrible app. I’m a pretty big fan of their leads but their app is horrible. When responding to clients, the app crashes 8/10 times. A lot of times your entire message will be deleted when it crashes after clicking send and you have to retype the whole thing. Very frustrating… please fix this
