Worse than terrible. The bulb is very slow to respond to adjustments so I decided to try a Firmware update. Not only does this app not connect to the device made by FEIT so I can update the firmware, the attempt to connect it actually screws up the device on Apple Home. I have to reset the device for the third time now. Incompetence.

Useless. App is even worse than the main Feit app. Half the screens are blank. Doesn’t find or connect to bulbs. Completely useless.

Can’t even see my bulbs. How can this update my lamps if it can’t find them???

Junk. Worked for about 6 hours then won’t come back on line

Nothing works. It’s useless. The color bulbs might be too but who lnows? They’re inoperable without the app. First off, the app couldn’t read the code off the bulb. Finally got that working and set the bulb for the brightness and hue I wanted. But if you unplug the lamp for any reason, forget about ever getting it to work again. The bulb remains forever offline and it’s impossible to ever get it online again. I tried deleting the app and reloading it but it remembers the offline bulb anyway and nothing works to get it online again. Then for some reason there’s another FEIT app to use for a white bulb and the same problems with that. I got a new color bulb, set it in a lamp. All was fine til I unplugged the lamp. Now the app just shows that busy sign so it’s impossible to change setting. And yes, I deleted the app and uploaded and nothing changes. What a total waste.

Needed to make work with iOS 13.. The bulb will fail to connect without the firmware update. I had to find an Amazon review to get the steps to update it via Bluetooth, but it got the bulb working.

Needs work. Not only fails to connect, but messes up the HomeKit connection.

Does work, terrible. Won’t connect after many tries. Just return these bulbs. What a mess.

Broken. The app worked a year or two ago, but has been broken since I updated to iOS 14. Could y’all get this thing working again? I’d like to use my new Feit HomeKit lights. Idk if it’s an issue with the newer Bluetooth version’s backwards compatibility or what, but whatever it is is really killing your company’s credibility. If you don’t support your legacy products, why would anyone buy your new products? You might just turn around and drop support/updates for those after a year or two, too. The idea of buying LEDs was sold to the public with the promise of longevity; this app should remain functional for at least a decade after the product is discontinued. It’s been broken since the second review was posted.

Cannot add lightbulb. Still cannot add new bulbs in ios13

Doesn’t work. Will not load.

Absolute trash.. I just got a light bulb from this company, connected it to my phone and downloaded the app, and now the HomeKit connection it screwed up and it refuses to work properly. Wow, Feit Electric, really nice!

Doesn’t work. Product doesn’t even work since the app isn’t functional. Don’t waste your money.

Network connection failed. Says “Network connection failed” no matter how many phone restarts or ways that I attempt to do update. Impossible to use.

Not Working. Still can’t connect bulb after 5 tries

Used to work. This app used to work but now doesn’t seem to be able to communicate with the bulbs. I’ve emailed the help address listed within the app and not received a reply. For bulbs that use Bluetooth and not Wi-Fi, I’ve only been able to find ones from Feit and Sylvania, and the Sylvania ones emit a high pitch whine while being bulkier, less vibrant, and less radiant. The Feit ones will still work without this app (controlled via Apple’s Home app), and I would still recommend them, but this app was required to fine-tune the color and update the firmware.

GARABAGE. Complete crap. Doesn’t work just a scam. Immediately return any trash “color changing” product. And screw apple for letting all these scammers into their store

Unusable. Seems like very few people have been able to actually make it reliably work as far as I’ve read. Mine was having the same problems and I thought I got a bad set of bulbs but I see now it’s just the product as a whole. If you’re gonna make lights where I can’t even use them if my WiFi goes out, the least you could do is make it work when the WiFi is fine

If I could give it zero stars I would.. Just return the bulbs if they don’t work the first time. The app is garbage and has “network connection issues” no matter what. Save yourself the hassle and get Phillips hues instead

Broken. My light used to work now it’s broken . I can’t find any help anywhere . Hello?

Does not work on latest iOS. Garbage. Can’t connect any bulbs

Stopped working. Does not work, it use to, now it won’t connect to the light and once it was working then stopped I deleted everything to try to get it to work but would not work, it would not connect to the app, but I hen it made a profile that showed there was a light , but it would do the same thing again saying it was not online. When my Bluetooth is on and the light is on it should be all online but it is not and the app will not update firmware. My other lights that are WiFi on other apps work but this app with this Bluetooth build does not and now it is just a regular light bulb.

Impossible to connect. This is trash. You should never make a product that is so difficult to connect. Garbage. You’re just pissing everyone off with this nonsense.
