CNA. I’m absolutely love the app the only thing Vivian doesn’t have that I been looking for is CNA jobs in Georgia I would love it even more if they had travel assignments in my area!! Please get travel assignments as a CNA in Atlanta..

Good but can improve. I hate that I can’t save a specific search and have to enter all the info every time I do a job search. I don’t receive notifications from the app even though I have my phone set to allow them (which is costing me jobs and money). Please fix this.

Scam. Bait and switch. Catfished twice. Applied for a travel nurse position. Was quoted a weekly rate, after fully applying and allowing reference checks the rate dropped almost in half. Was told by a recruiter that the rate was accidentally listed higher than it should have been by Vivian. Ok we are all human things happen. Few days later I applied again through the Vivian app with another travel nurse company. Same thing, was quoted a specific rate, verified before completing application and reference checks. After completing everything the rate dropped significantly! Do not trust these scammers.

User friendly app and great communication!. Overall, my first experience with Vivian has been great! Very transparent and easy to work with. The only thing that is stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the app freezes pretty often, I had to submit my certificates more than once, which can be frustrating. Other than that, my experience has been amazing, just like my contract! Highly recommended Vivian!

Great app! App improving constantly. First place I look for travel jobs. I like how it compares pay rates from different agencies in one app. Only down side is you have to have a profile set up for every single agency listed on here to apply with them. That’s a lot of work. If it could be a one stop shop like I can apply for any job with my profile and my references, would be a game changer! Maybe one day.

The app I have been waiting for. I am so excited with this app and everything it has done for me and my travel nursing placements. It is easy to follow, clean, and the Uber like experience for travel nursing I have been waiting for! This is a must have for every travel nurse out there.

Helpful, but needs improvement. Definitely helpful to see going rates and jobs with various travel agencies. However, I’m finding that if you are looking for high paying listings there has been quite a few bait and switches. Where you are lured in you give all your info to get the job and after the original listing is no longer available or their rate has decreased. Some agencies if you look on their websites search engine the listings they place on Vivian aren’t even on their listings…

Great to connect with recruiters!. This app makes it easy to connect with recruiters, and my favorite part is that it actually shows the pay for the contract. The only issue I’ve had is that one my home screen it says I have notifications for the app, but when I click on the app there’s nothing new.

I did like it. It has been a great app. I’ve gotten lots of offers and jobs. However now you can’t search by compact states and have to enter them all in manually. This is totally cumbersome and time consuming. I won’t use it anymore because of this.

Good app, just some slight issues. Great platform to post jobs and find candidates. Sometimes I get delayed notifications and issues with the notifications clearing, but that’s about it. Support is very responsive and friendly. Been using Vivian for almost a year now and couldn’t imagine recruiting without it!

Changing the travel nursing game. I love that I can essentially load up my profile and apply to a multitude of jobs from multiple companies and sort those jobs by specifics of state, shift, pay, permanent or travel jobs. I was doubtful at first but as I navigate the app and prepare to actively submit for multiple jobs I am very hopeful about the jobs that have been presented. I’ll have to update once I accept. It is also my litmus test about what the market is doing in areas that I wanna travel to. Makes it very easy to compare jobs from recruiters were actively reaching out to me from the same hospitals that are noted on here and either ask for an increase in pay if another agency is offering other benefits such as bonuses etc.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve spent 2 months on this app with no luck. Recruiters do not contact back. Was told a job was interested in me. Waited over a week for a call but no call. Then job was gone. Been 2 consistent months with no solid recruiter. Look else where Edit: I requested a new recruiter and nothing from that recruiter either. Applied to several different locations with no response except for one. I got a response for a job opening and was told the hospital would be calling me. Followed up multiple times throughout the week with my recruiter and was told “to let him do his job” yet no progress was ever made. No call from the hospital for over a week and then the job was gone. I completely wasted my time, energy, and effort for over 2 months straight. Again, you’re better off finding a different company.

Offers a variety of jobs. Vivian connects the seekers to the agencies. They post jobs for so many agencies,giving jobseekers many options. They also make communication easier between the agency recruiters and jobseekers. It allows me to keep track of what jobs I apply for.

Lifesaver. NurseFly is amazing. They’ve helped me find a ton of new job leads and locations that I never would’ve thought of myself. Their team is super responsive and supportive which has helped me when I have questions on specific roles or jobs. Can’t say enough about NurseFly. Must get.

Basically useless. I can't speak to this app's efficacy for RNs, but if you're a pharmacy tech, don't waste your time. Most of the job postings are from agencies you've never heard of, with recruiters who might respond within a week or might just never respond at all. In some cases, a recruiter will reach out to you and ask you for all the information that could easily be found in the resume you already uploaded, i.e. "how many years of experience do you have?" or "Are you nationally certified/which state are you registered in?" The app itself is glitchy, as another review mentioned, a job will post as new and then you look at it and it’s already filled. Based on how slow moving these recruiters are, I doubt they filled it that quickly. Also, when you mark yourself as interested in a job, it doesn’t show that you’ve already marked it in the job listings. So I’d end up marking my interest on the same job several times without realizing it. I spent a little over 2 months constantly checking this app, actively looking for a job. When I finally gave up and applied directly to a better agency, I had a contract in less than a week. It’s very disappointing that a healthcare service can be this lacking in the year 2022. Do better.

RN. The Vivian app is pretty easy to navigate, it’s just frustrating when a job is still posted after a position has been filled. You’ll confirm interest for a job and it’ll be the same job that has been filled by someone else from prior months. Not sure if this is a Vivian app issue or the agency that’s posting it. But I hope this gets fixed because it gets confusing to think a job is open and it’s not. Job openings should be removed from app as they are filled.

quick and easy. Filled out my application which was NOT hard at all. Then a bunch of recruiters started messaging me with offers to places I preferenced. Everything was so easy.

Not happy. I don’t understand why I upload everything to Vivian, but the info is not used by the agencies. You have to put in another application and resend a resume, while each one is checking references. An application for each Job interested in? Its crazy to have a middle man that’s not sharing info. Should be one stop shopping but it’s actually double and triple everything.

Respiratory Therapist. Very nice and easy to use like uploading credentials, state license etc. the only thing I have noticed is some agencies still want credentials and résumé’s scanned, uploaded and emailed to them even though my profile is 100%. (Double dipping), Other than that you have the latest jobs popping up and hopefully you are licensed in that state to immediately get that nice paying contract.

Best App to find jobs. I got introduced to Vivian, then Nursefly in 2019 by a travel nurse that has com to help us on our unit. I decided to try it in 2020 and boy I love it. Easy to upload all documents and create a profile for recruiters. So far the best ever. Good job guys

The very best way to meet recruiters!!. Most times when I submit my interest for jobs, recruiters text you right way and you’ll start conversations with them immediately. This is the best platform to meet and talk to recruiters.

Easy to find and compare nursing jobs with pay included. Vivian is a very transparent healthcare job board. The important details are easy to compare and applying is super fast and easy.

Chat Feature. The chat feature was great for sending recruiters my documents. I had a lot reach out to me about jobs on the chats but was easier to manage than calls.

Cool idea. Glad they have an app like this! Would love to see a search filter for pay and a few more options. Would also be cool to see this be created for jobs in general.

App crashes after 2 seconds. This used to be a great app, but the latest update, which was supposed to fix issues, actually made the app unusable. I have messages waiting, but can’t respond to any jobs because the app crashes after 2 seconds. I’ve tried restarting my phone, restarting the app, deleting and reinstalling app. Nothing works. I use iOS.

AWESOME APP!. I absolutely love this app- the best by far- that I have seen. .... it would be an added plus if there was a button you could have a like button in your conversations and a way to delete what you have in that section that you have a change of mind about. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

RN. Multiple jobs are posted and when you check on them they aren’t available but yet you can look 2 days later and they are still posted. Vivian app has a profile and application to fill out, but non of the companies are using it, so you have to do it all over again with that company before they will work with you. Vivian is easy ro navigate and you are they are very helpful while you learn the system.

Great working app. All you need is there and no glitches so far. Easy to maneuver around especially completing your profile and submitting for gigs. Definitely recommend the app for ease of sending applications.

Easy and transparent. This was an interesting new twist in the travel job search world. I had a positive experience and will probably use this site again in the future. Would be good to have a got an assignment or currently on assignment and next availability option.

Horrible recruiters. So they have called me about jobs and asked about experience, I have over a year in phlebotomy and that’s what I’ve been applying for. They basically told me I need to find hospital experience even though that’s LITERALLY what I said I’ve been doing OVER A YEAR. And the guy told me he doesn’t know what a phlebotomist does and can recruit me to a whole other agency. Waste of my time tbh. Called me while I was at work too when I asked him to call me in the morning before work and used his daughter as an excuse as to why he couldn’t call. Unprofessional

RN. I havent started my assignment yet but my recruiter Erin and her team, top credentialer Tricia(?), Matt who offered me a job and all others who helped me during a difficult process. Their compassion is exactly what I like to see,… and the company that employs them is the type of company I want to work for…

RN. I keep being contacted about jobs, my profile is up to date. Some of the job descriptions don't list the years of experience required. I spent all the time taking the exams just to be told "sorry you don't have the 2 years experience the client is looking for". This is absolutely unprofessional and just all around bad for business. I would suggest to everyone looking for work to just apply straight to the hospitals, get rid of the "middle man", plus there's a lot of sign on bonuses out there for permanent staff! 😉

Nothing but upside. Like most things in our industry, some agencies and recruiters on NurseFly can really be hit or miss, but even with the occasional recruiter being unresponsive, you still get insight into the demand for our services across a wide selection of agencies, which is transparency I’ve never gotten anywhere else. Even if you end up going with your own recruiter, there’s no reason not to check NurseFly, it’s easy and could just help you make sure you’re getting paid the most you could be for your next travel assignment.

RN. I met my recruiter on Vivian and she has made the process so easy. She’s always on top of everything and is a great advocate. She’s really good at her job and cares a lot about the people she works with. Working with Rachel from American Travelers is the best decision I made for my career!

Registered Nurse. This application brings my profession close to me so I can apply with out me driving to the location and making it possible for me to fully apply and possibly start a position. I love the Vivian app.

Terrible App. I don’t know how this app allegedly has 4.8 stars in reviews. This app is absolutely garbage. Right off the bat when I opened the app it kept crashing as I was trying to set up my account and then when I finally got my profile set up enough to search for jobs it said there were no jobs in my area for my allied healthcare position. I know this is inaccurate because there are multiple posts from employers looking for MAs on other job search websites. Absolutely terrible app that’s just looking to harvest data and spam you with ads. Don’t do it

OT. Love this site to check and compare jobs in all states. My only complaint is that I wish they would identify what type of setting job the job being advertised, whether it’s SNF, outpatient..

Responding. This is the worst app. I receive messages I can’t read sometimes because app simply doesn’t open. Then if it does I don’t get all the messages. It’s a waste of time. I’d rather be contacted directly by my personal email and not this app. I probably missed out on a lot of good opportunities. Since I am a first time traveler I can’t afford that. Also if this is the way apps work and I HAVE to use them with travel nursing then I’m out. Sorry for all the applications I was interested in but I couldn’t respond back on the app. It simply wouldn’t open.

ADEX Medical Staffing. I’ve been using ADEX Medical Staffing since Jan 2022. I found them through the Vivian app. My recruiter Brian S. is great and always ensures that I get the best out of my rates. The hospital I have been at has been a great experience for me. I am looking forward to continuing my travel RN journey with Brian!

Found position number 2 so far. Vivian has helped me find two positions this year. Location and great $$. I like being able to see all offers from different companies and the pay rate up front. Thank you.

The recruiters never land you a job. I messaged several recruiters. They take you information harass your reference and never get you a job. Brook Johnson w/ Healthcare support actually blocked me after I told her to stop messaging me if she was going to help. I could go anywhere in the country and she said they don’t have any jobs available because she didn’t like my comment about her wasting my time.

Travel RN. The Vivian app has gotten me in touch with my amazing recruiter Cara through IDR healthcare and she has been an absolute dream to work with! I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to expand their knowledge and step out of their comfort zone into the world of travel nursing! I am so thankful I found it!

Bait and switch. Agencies leave their highest paying contracts open. When you express interest, they offer you a “different” position at the same institution for $400- $500 a week less because the position you wanted is taken. 2 weeks later the same job is still posted as open. Not Vivian’s fault, it’s their customers.

Great App, however is slow and unresponsive at times. Used the Vivian to look for jobs a year ago, started using it again and noticed that the app itself often ‘freezes.’ It becomes unresponsive and it’s frustrating. It might just be a me issue but beware

Terrible app. I’m honestly not sure why anyone would bother with this. You have to input all your information in the app and all it does is show you other recruiter jobs. Then their system doesn’t work with any of the recruiters, so for every job you have to fill out another application and have your references verified all over again. On top of that, the features on the app are terrible. The chat is hard to use and there is now way to filter the jobs or search by new jobs only. It’s really frustrating

needs improvement. so.... i’ve been using nursefly for over 6 months..... it has potential but IF someone ever reply... it’s literally weeks later just to say the job isn’t available. applied to 4 jobs this week.... 4 days later.... no response from the app. customer service reassured me they update the jobs daily. so idk.. wish it worked tho. seems cool.

Shoddy Recruiters. Anytime you apply for a job you get switched recruiters constantly. After five times of this happening I deleted my account. I’ve never had these issues with a nursing agency. App works great though!

-5 stars. Please don't use this app or cantact these people unless you want to be constantly harassed with texts and emails. They don't stop by politley asking. They are relentless. Like vultures. There are million other staffing agencies and recruiter out there that won't do that to you.

Good for jobs but why 4am texts?. Good for jobs but the people connected to Vivian keep sending out texts at 4am? I have contacted customer support and nothing changed even after I requested they cancel my account. Just ridiculous as who wants to be woken up this early? I changed my settings to no notifications and still they come promptly at 4am.

Dead end. I’ve spoken to numerous recruiters and have yet to secure something. Seems like the recruiters aren’t really serious about helping you secure a position. It’s been 3 weeks and people are contacting be but then I never hear back from them. Qualifications are there as well as open availability. Very disappointing

Can’t even open it. The screen is frozen every time I open the app. I get alerts that I have notifications, but have no idea what they are or how to get to them because the screen is frozen every time I open it.

Inconsistency. The notifications jump all around. I will go in with 1 notification then it jumps to 3 or 29 even if there is nothing there. Many time my data doesn’t load correctly and my newest convo requiring a response doesn’t appear at the top. It’s a bit frustrating.

Keeps freezing. I’ve tried numerous times to add my references and I’m unable to because the screen goes blank it’s like the system is over loaded I don’t know but my application is incomplete because of this tech issue??

Restarting in RT. I’m finding this app pretty easy to navigate through. I’m just waiting on my license to get to me so I can make a good presentation.

Pay scale changes. It seems that the job pay scales change almost immediately after a recruitment specialist returns contact. Also jobs will still be listed but recruiting agents think that the job no longer is available.

Someone was trying to use my phone number!. I just got up and turn out someone named Amelia was trying use my phone number. I am a minor, and they tried using it three times at 4:30 in the morning. I didn’t even get the app. I just don’t want them using my phone number.

Review. I do love this app, it has helped tremendously in my job searching. The bad is there is always an icon with 4-8 messages or something. I reread all messages, decline jobs, and message the recruiter. Tell me what I am doing wrong?? Thank you Amanda Wallace

Horrible rep!!. Horrible rep!! Went back and forth with rep Tori! She would make an appointment to talk and never called. Days later would send a message saying she was free I responded and never heard back. After two weeks of saying she would call I was done!

Best travel nurse app. Vivian makes it so easy to compare different companies and look at different rates. I found my travel agency by looking on Vivian. Great app for travel nurses!

Buggy. The chat feature doesn’t support autocorrect and notifications won’t clear after viewing them. Half the time I’m not even notified when the recruiter responds. This has made finding a job very difficult and time consuming.

Life changing app. This app lets you compare companies, prices, and locations. You are in control of your travel career with this app! I love that the developers cared enough to make this happen.

Took Awhile to get used to its function. I learned to like this app after I understood what it entails. Vivian is a very good resource for all Travel companies and acts like a liaison between you the traveler and the Agencies that compete for YOU. Good concept!

Good so a must. Travelers need to keep an eye on costs and what contracts are paying. Thus by far is the best way in seeing who pays the best

RN. The pay posted on the app is consistently higher than the actual pay listed on the agency website. The recruiters tell me it’s the fault of the “marketing department “, which is laughable. Vivian app itself does not do due diligence when posting those jobs.

Horrible!. This company is a waste of time. I spoke with multiple people, of whom only made false promises, and delivered on none. So unprofessional. They kept telling me to be patient someone would be with and to give them time. Well, needless to say no one ever got back to Me. After taking all those test and sending in my information, it was all a waste of time!

Almost works. Half the time.. It’s a great idea. And the search option is working. The chat option, and navigating through the app - not so much. Kindly fix and send the update along?
