Love this. This app is amazing if you love to run sports games ... the only thing I would want to change is the ability to withdraw you’re earnings whenever you please... but overall it’s awesome... I was a lil worried at 1st about the validity of the app but thanks to support they helped me with all my questions...

Review. The only thing I like is the simplicity of finding someone to play, but this app absolutely screws you over on your money, you have to be a pro madden player and win 70 percent or more of your games to actually make money because they tax around 15 percent for all of your games, if there was a subscription for a premium member to not pay tax on games at all, then this app would be better than its competitors, until then, it’s no good

Great app. After learning how to record games on my ps4 and knowing how to properly add money and using the right driver’s license that matches my billing address to withdraw... I haven’t had any problems... if I use a card they don’t accept it takes the money but it reappears after a little time I haven’t figured out why some of my debit cards can add money and some can’t. But overall after hating this app I didn’t give up and now I actually feel I could be a pro gamer lol

False claims. They banned my account they say for for “duplicates” while I only have one account I waited to put my person info like my driver license I wanted to wait to give them my person info till I got money to withdraw while I played or versed some people I racked up almost 40$ then I proceeded to go ahead and give them my ID to withdraw while they said they will email me while they verify it well I was waiting I went back and said my account was banned for “duplicate” but I never made an extra account and they waited till they had my personal info …. And I emailed them to get this figured out and they never emailed me back

Great app, very fun. Has issues though.. This app so far has been excellent, very little problems. However, there are few users who in the case where they know they are beat, they will intentionally disconnect themselves while ahead and capture evidence. I was playing someone, he was up 10-7 in the 3rd quarter, he had ball. That game is nowhere close to over, he intentionally disconnected himself and captured evidence of himself having the lead and he ended up getting the W and the stakes. ($10) This has only occurred once, but still it is very frustrating. Question: Will tournaments ever be added to One Up? I would love to see that.

Great app. This app is so addicting. I was starting to get bored of all the sports games but being able to win money when you win makes these games a lot of fun again. Here and there you will players who will try to cheat you and the support team is so helpful with that. They always respond super quick and will always change the false results opponents will try to submit. This is a great betting app and I have been hooked since I found it.

One up. One thing that should be changed is if the game is disconnected and there out of the first quarter of the game then y’all need to find a way to allow us to finish the game cause that junk messing up money if the games is disconnected y’all need to make the game get finished cause there getting out of losing there money by canceling game

Withdrawal process is deceiving. Better to avoid this app due to lack of transparency. Has no minimum on amount you can deposit but won’t let you withdraw anything under $50. Would recommend adding a clear disclaimer when depositing funds that users will not be able to withdraw anything under $50. The minimum itself isn’t a huge deal, but not communicating to users until they go in to withdraw funds is poor business integrity. It’s done to increase/maintain the monthly balance they have on their app and avoid transaction fees on small transactions. Shady business practice.

Great customer service and an amazing app. Still a very new app so I don’t expect it to be perfect but so far I’ve been enjoying it. Everything is perfect except payout, sometimes it takes longer than expected and kinda hard to get games when people are afraid to play. Be dope to have some sort of way to hide your record. Terrible - $500 stuck in app for 1 year & counting. Used the app a lot when covid first started. Waging tons of cash. played over 300 games. Avg bet over $100. Everything seemed to be smoothing sailing. I reached the “status” that was considered VIP or whatever the terminology was , which was supposed to include instant customer service and other amenities but it proved that all of that was false! It was easy to upload money but virtually impossible to withdraw money. For awhile you could withdrawal via cash app then all of a sudden it switched to only pay pal, and for some reason those withdrawal requests never went through. Full disclosure my all-time earnings are -1,500 dollars or more lol but I was having fun so I wasn’t even bothered. But now it’s out of hand because I’ve been trying to get my last $500 out of my account for over a year now!! I reached out multiple times but to no avail. Until I emailed threatening with lawyers did they respond , though inadequately... I’ve taken a few months break from breathing down there necks but I just tried to log in and give it another shot and the app won’t even open for me!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! STILL TRUE

Customer support and withdrawals. I have only had the app for a couple of days and made money but I can’t withdraw it keeps denying my withdrawal and support doesn’t help me so its like I never won anything and they still haven’t put my original deposit in my acct plus you can only withdraw once a day !

Dope App!!!. Okay so I was in the party (psn) with a couple of the fellas and they were telling me about the this app. At first I was a little skeptical, but I ahead and tried it. Now I’m telling everyone out there this app is amazing. I am definitely going to recommend this app to all of my friends. I see this app will grow fast!

Ok. The gets two stars simply because I try to be real with reviews it would get one star aside from the fact that their system for posting and finding matches is really easy. Anything other than that is a one star. There is a 50 dollar withdrawal minimum, so that means you can deposit 10 dollars when you first download the app to try and see what you can do with it and then when you’re ready to withdraw say thirty dollars it won’t let you. The only way is to deposit more money or to win matches that are really hard to find because nobody but the same 10 sweaty dudes play the app.

BAN THIS APP FROM APP STORE!!!!. I Have $200 on my account that I can’t even withdraw. First off they only give you a 3 hour window to withdraw funds. Then when you withdraw it pends for a week and declines. Support is no help they delete your tickets, won’t respond to emails. So long story short this app is trash!! stick to the old fashion way and gamble on games in person bc now I’m out of $200. And developers if you see this don’t try to reach out and help after the review, I tried to express my frustrations with you and y’all were no help. If you have money to burn this apps for you!!!!. The deposit process is really outdated and could use some work but that isn't even the worse part. The app is filled with scam players who implement all kinds of weak trips like disconnecting, using/giving fake information to which there is no recourse for action. "Well don't they have a support?" Great question to which the answer is nope while they have it "listed" on the app actually getting in contact with someone will NEVER happen so hopefully you never encounter a problem because your screwed!!!!

Scam Alert?. I started using this app a couple of weeks ago and words cannot describe how much money i lost. However, the minute i want to withdraw my funds with the wins i have gotten It is a hassle. I have been contacting customer service, with no response still. Bad Customer Service. The customer service for this app is it worst quality based on my experience. I have been using the app since Madden 19 and when I recently tried to sign back up to the app it wouldn’t let me update my information and it wouldn’t allow me to join/create games which is the whole purpose of the app. When I reached out wit this issue I found that the automated system really doesn’t help at least with the issue I’m having. You can’t call anyone unless your a valued member. BS if you ask me!

App scammed me. This app is absolutely horrible it’s a scam and the support system don’t even try texting them they are never going to respond. Another thing when they do respond they are super unprofessional and they really don’t even help at all. I got scammed for a account my brother made for me and they are telling me that I broke the terms. How did I break the terms if that’s my little brother and we are related he basically just made the account for me and played a couple games on my account. But that’s not my point I’m trying to make they banned my account they lied about not having a support number and for all that hard money that I worked for and got all the wins on all that money went down the drain. Apple if you see this I want my money back that I earned and they never paid me for that money that is still just sitting on my account right now as we speak. I think I’ve been scammed on this app. Hey I won a matchup for 25 dollars. The opponent submitted a win and I’ve contacted support with evidence of the game and the score. I was winning by 15 points in the 4th qrt when he threw an interception with 1:46 seconds remaining. After disconnecting the game he wrote me pretending like he won the game. It’s frustrating that these guys are getting away with this and I usually have fun with this app only playing 5 dollar games because of situations like this. These guys should be banned from playing oneUp ! I do have the entire game clip saved and wouldn’t mind sending it but support continues to ignore me and not respond. BE CAREFUL PLACING BETS OVER 5$. I believe some accounts work for one up and they scam for money!

It’s probably not the apps fault but they need to do better with scammers. I was literally fine with giving this app a chance but after I played two games in a hour I already feel played. The first game I got destroyed in Madden but I’m a man of my word so I quit the game and paid the guy $6. So I decide to try 2k and this scammer with the name TrustTheProcess21 literally got us both disqualified because he gave me a fake a gamertag and he claims he couldn’t find mine. So we sit there for a whole hour with him just calling me names and saying I was scared of to play him when I literally requested to play him in the available matches sections. So at this point I’m already ticked off and done with this app I go to try to get my money back that they had no problem taking just an hour ago and I have to go through all this crap and I still can’t get my back my $13. So everyone take this from as a normal person with a normal life, don’t try to play people for money that you have never met before and probably never will meet. Good customer support. I played one game and it went smoothly. The next game there were technical difficulties but the customer service was very quick, call was less than a minute long, and they made up for the problems. If there are problems, the customer service is top of the line and very reliable. Great app!

This app is a SCAM.. Do not waste your time downloading this. A friend of mine told me about the app, I downloaded it & started to play people for money. My game started glitching & they were still scoring on their end. They people I was playing were all doing the same thing. Pausing the game for a long time & then next thing you know, they started making the most impossible shots. The app takes money out of your account, but gives you trouble when you want to withdraw from it. The customer service is a SCAM. A bunch of hackers, hacking into your game system probably because once you play them normally without putting the game into the app, you easily beat the person that was up by 20 in the 1st quarter. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Needs a lot of work. Slow support slow payouts limited to 250 even if you have two thousand dollars in your account if your opponent quit the match they give them their money back , seems like the entire app is a scam rarely do the payouts get approved just overall terrible gaming app support really don’t care about anything they just refund anyone who quit. reaching support is like pulling teeth he will respond days late or never will. No consistency they don’t even follow their own rules.

Really bad customer support. Today I downloaded the app. During two matches one on madden one on 2k20, both had technical problems. Couldn’t complete the games but still lost my money. I contacted support and had a terrible experience. They were more concerned about getting a 5star on the App Store. I was offered $5 when my match was $8. The nonchalant attitude was ridiculous. I wanted to support this app because I thought it was an awesome idea, but I couldn’t be more blunt do not waste your time or money supporting this app.

Epic app. The play one up app is really amazing, I found it by luck on Appstore, after spending some time on using it, I discovered loads of things beside the fun time spent on playing games. I really loved the UI since it is easy to surf on the app even the UX was smooth and without any lag or bugs. I just recommend to the developer to make the app universal, I.e available on iPadOS.

Surprisingly great so far. Ignore some of the negative reviews. I have been using the app so far for a few weeks now. With that being said, I have not come across any issues with this app whatsoever. I was hesitant to download and try because of a wide variance of reviews(either you liked it or hated it(some people calling it a scam). I’ve had a great experience so far wagering games through Madden 20. Almost all of my opponents were good sports and the process itself for match making and submitting results is fairly smooth. I haven’t tried out NBA2K yet, but I assume that the experience is the same. I was able to add funds and withdrawal funds fairly easily. It does take a few days to withdrawal to PayPal but that doesn’t bother me too much. All in all, I would advise you to ignore the negative reviews, but do understand this is a wagering app, meaning you’re risking the loss/gain of money. I would advise using this app only if you’re an experienced player in one or more of the games they offer, because your opponents will most likely be well-experienced and will give you a run for you money.

Great App if you are big gammer. This company is one of the best ones I have worked with. They will help you if there is any technical issues they are good with solving problems. One up review. Horrible app the deposit system is horrible compared to other gaming sites. The support is trash they can only respond to issues related to game play. Once you deposit you can only withdraw after you have 50. Which is horrible for someone that isn’t a huge gambler and would like to withdraw after a couple of games. Struggling. This app is accusing me of fraud when I have not done any fraudulent activity . They are keeping me from transferring my money that I played every game for . Disgrace!. If I could rate no stars I would! My first and only time playing I lost money do to “connection to peer has been lost” and just so happen to be down on the scoreboard. I messaged support explaining what happened and I was told “you bet on your own connection”. Then I received a text message informing a replied message and I went to click on the link and the web site pulled up “ close page, someone is attempting to steal your identity” so I wouldn’t recommend using! PEOPLE WAIT THE TIME OUT. Dude said he lagged out after I was up 14-7, then waited about 15 minutes knowing he gonna wait the clock out cuz you only have an hour and 15 minutes to submit a match. Other places you can get the match time extended but he waited it out and we both were disqualified meaning neither of us lost or won money but I beat him.

Beware! You cannot withdraw your funds!!!. Wow, never thought Apple would allow an app like this in their App Store. Once you deposit your funds, they make it hell to get your money out. They have a small 3 hour window (9-12 EST) to withdraw your funds. Furthermore, if you do happen to request a withdrawal within those hours, they have set a $50 minimum withdrawal amount!!! This is ridiculous. Do NOT deposit any money, you won’t get it back!

If I could give no stars I would. This app is absolutely horrible. Do not expect to play for maybe 20 and then get it out fast. The verification is slow. When you need support they do not give it to you it is just an automated response. Also did I Mens toon they ask you to put your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER in about 9 times before finally allowing you to get your money. But before you can withdraw it must be between the hours of 8am and 12 pm est. and you must wait another 3 days after.. PITTIFULL APP WITH NO SUPPORT

Scam. They let u deposit your hard earned money but u cant withdraw they asked me to confirm my identity with my social and etc and after it all confirmed the app still wont let me withdraw its saying my account isn’t approved right after they approved it and nobody from the support will answer the emails or app messages. Use players lounge they are legit with withdrawals and the support system actually helps out. Report this out or sue the founder because they are stealing peoples money.

Verification. Great app so far! Everyone has been fair and submitting results but one catch is. It’s been a week since I’ve tried to withdraw my earnings but it’s has been saying wait until a alert to let me know if I’m verified or not. Anyone else have similar problems.

Developers don’t help at all. I’ve had the same issue for about a month now and One Up finally stopped answering my questions. Everytime I open the app it takes me to the new terms and conditions and I can’t even hit the accept button. What a joke they haven’t even taken the time to fix the issue or answer my questions. They claim they will “call me back” when I leave a phone number and I have never gotten a call. The developers are such a joke

DONT DOWNLOAD. The rules state that if players lose connection that they reconnect and play out the remaining time with the same score. Somehow my opponent submits a win even though we disconnected and didn’t finish the game and they give him the win! When the same situation happens to me and I submit the win after somebody disconnects, they gave the money back and didn’t give me the win! They are not fair and a lot of scammers

FRAUD. What a fraudulent company!! I put two deposits in and each time was told that it was not authorized and needed to contact my debit card company. After I called my bank they said the deposits came out. So I went back to check the wallet section in the app and there is a balance of zero!! I have been robbed. I would advise anyone do not use this app you will be ripped off and have zero way of getting your money back as they don’t have a contact number or customer service email unreal you crooks!!!

OneUp experience. The OneUp app has great potential as long as the users’ cooperate. If everyone is honest, and submits a loss, the app is 100% fair and square. Had a guy submit a win even though I beat him, and OneUp personally called me and gave me my money without any hassle. Great ppl on the support end, just be patient.

This is a scam. I don’t write reviews, but had to for this. Don’t download this. They just want your card info and location information. You can only play three games for money. Three. Which means they most definitely control who you play against and how the game is played. I’m a high GC in Rocket League and played in a lot of tournaments for money. There’s better ways to make money playing video games than this scummy app.

Great support team, nice 2k tournaments. I like them more than “players lounge.” One up has a great system/layout and speed support team. They also give you a few $5 entries before you deposit money.

Horrible. The way everything is set up I can’t even with draw my earning my account need to get verified an I did but I could deposit all day long but not be able to take out money an I lost my money by adding a person with a different console an I never got my money back bad service

Service. so the app works fine and is secure but… you can put money into the app without verification of id but you cant withdraw without one. It should go both ways this app is just trying to steal money, also they customer service takes days to respond to emails.
