Useless for conversations! Do NOT Purchase. Purchased this app to use to translate conversations. It will only translate 1 sentence or phrase at a time (and does that slowly) WITH PHONE SPEAKER up to mouth of person speaking!! Very UNSANITARY and UNSAFE in todays world! Purchased with intention of holding conversation with a companion sitting at SMALL table to actually converse. The speaker on my phone is quite sensitive and new (iPhone 11 Max Pro), environment quiet but will not hear person speaking unless you hold like you are talking into phone. Requesting support thru Apple for refund 2x’s was fruitless. There are other translators that work better I have since discovered.

Good app. Try it , love it

Very Useful, But .... I always used this app for all my translating needs, and it’s honestly one of the best apps I’ve come across for languages. The translations of longer texts are usually very clean and accurate. Unfortunately with this new update, I have to give it only two stars. I have been translating texts from German to English (and vice versa) for free, and now I suddenly find myself having to pay for an app upgrade to do that. This is inconvenient and rather unnecessary. Otherwise, great app; the update is less-than-appealing.
