Same glitches from a year ago. Not only has their customer service and grading service on the decline as far as quality, the app is following suit. I just wanted to check on my coins that have been sitting there for weeks (some with just a reholder svc) to find myself in a continuous loop of log in, slow loading screens, then jumping back to log in, and around and around we go. It’s ridiculous. Customers pay a premium above other companies for your svc, put that money to good use and strive to improve in all aspects.

PCGS Coin submission form. hello my name is Adan in September 2021 send two orders of medals and coins and today is December 25, 2021 already to end the year 2021 and I have not received a response or email from PCGS and I think they have given me a horrible service and I'm thinking of going in person to claim my coins and medals. Before we were with NGC they were fast but they did not give the proper certification to my parts and we opted to move to PCGS and it went very very bad and we cannot send more parts due to the poor service we have received it is very frustrating to be waiting and send more parts . and I think that the fact that Abee bought a membership plus there is no reason to wait so many months to receive one or two batches I hope this is very clear so that other people think very well and look for a more responsible certifying company

Highly recommend. This app is great. I can see the status of all my coin submissions and the grades each coin received before they get sent to me.

PCGS has taught me the meaning of grade. Since becoming a PCGS member several years ago it’s been a pleasure to openly understand the grading process. Turn-overs are fast and fairly simple. As a detailed artist it’s helped me to focus on coin grading prior to sending in my personal coins for grade. Lately I’ve gotten better at respecting their grading technic. I think PCGS is doing a wonderfully fantastic job and I’d like to thank all its staff for their outstanding customer service. I always look forward to that grade which I myself see, while PCGS simply confirms my visions of grade. I can now see the difference between an MS70 -vs- an MS69. Be it proof or uncirculated coins. Wish however that when I post my coins proudly in my inventory and add photos that they would remain in place as I’ve had to repost photos again and a again because they simply vanish. Time consuming and my only frustration. Overall PCGS is the very best when it comes to grading ones coins. Extremely happy member. Still wonder why I did not get this years special collectible box as I signed up for it while my coins are in for grade…maybe I just lucked out :( Happy Customer - Happy Collector!!!

Terrible people on the us coin forum. I have been asking for help recovering my stolen 1895-O morgan dollar but all I received was false accusations and being attacked

Grading summary. App is top notch! only thing that I could think to add is a grading summary explaining or a photo with the flaws circled in red. A brief summary over lack of luster, scartches ETC. Overall I definitely recommend if you’ve got an account or plan to get one.

scdjax quest for platinum. I have enjoyed learning the app. A very useful tool to manage inventory and account for every piece in your collection! Excellent support always available to help is a useful asset in and of itself. PCGS hit out of the park!

Great app!. Great app once you get used to it. Works seamlessly with the other PCGS apps.

The best in industry. This is an awesome app to manage inventory and sets and enjoy TrueView coin photos. In comparison NGC is way behind in the digital age. Did I mention you get a push notification when your grades are ready? Yeah - welcome to the 21st Century of Collecting!

Bummed. hard to get response from anyone Email phone.nothing! Months Gold member

Defective for iOS and Mac. I am unable to login on my Mac and iOS running the most recent updates from Apple. I have reset my password and am forced to use Firefox to login. Can this be fixed to allow safari and iOS app users?

Log in issues. Won’t let me login in the app but will let me login on other PCGS apps. Just glitches a little and then brings me back to login screen

Confusing. Most confusing app I’ve ever opened! All I want to see is the grades my coins I’ve sent in to be graded! Where are they hidden?

Terrible. App and online site is horrible. All the millions of dollars running thru this place and they cant update an app. Latest one was 2 years ago. The site is always down, several times a day. Its crazy. Login just to login just to login just to login. You get it. You get nowhere. Its garbage

Someone was not thinking. As a handicap person I find this app very confusing, guess PCGS never took that in consideration when they developed the app.

Pcgs account app. Very nice app to watch your coins get graded. Keep track of your membership and have access to other great apps!

Submission. Arrived received processing? What the... Could you elaborate more? How about metering each line...grading, reholding, etc... Let’s go PCGS!

Difficult Submissions. Definitely one of the most well regarded institutions for grading coins. But why do they have to make submitting coins so difficult for a novice like me?

Someone needs to help me. I payed for the most expensive subscription you guys have and I cannot get back in. It won’t accept my passwords saved by my iPhone and when I go to reset my password it askes for my last password. If I knew that I wouldn’t have to be resetting it. This is dumb and I either want it fixed or my 200 and done odd dollars returned to my card ASAP. Before I call my bank

Good clean app!. Gives exactly what collectors need. Much easier to see all my current and previous submissions.10x better than having to use that calendar to find previous submissions on the PCGS website.

Amazing!. Tremendous leap forward with accessing grading information and knowing where your coins are at in the grading process...not having to check my email for grading results and knowing that my phone will notify me when grades are ready is a tremendous feature!

New to grading. I’m really excited about getting my coins graded. And now I’m thinking of getting my little girl a platinum club membership. What a great deal, lots of fun, & great app. Can’t wait to get my 1st batch of coins back from the best grading company out there. Mahalo PCGS, I feel like family 🙏🤙🏽👍

Confusing mess!!. Log into the registry ,no your account , wait the PGCS coin app. 42 different log in pages later and I still can’t take a picture of my PGCS coin holder with a barcode to upload into my collection. You get tossed from app to app until you give up on this stupid set-up. Maybe hire someone who worked at apple to teach you how to make a real app!
