Don’t download!!!! It will steal your money. I never agreed to a subscription to this app and it still somehow keeps taking money from my account even after I canceled my supposed subscription! Beware!!!!

Too simple! 😏. You get very few instructions. Not much motivation. Too plain! Also, if I want to hear music, the system doesn’t work... no talking...instructions! I get texts! Come on! Like I’m going to read texts while I’m walking. 😬😂😬 Trying to cancel. Where? How? No place to do so. Making it impossible. Terrible Ap to the end!😬😤😡

Charged me too. I tried to cancel. It says to turn off auto renew. No such setting. I was charged after I cancelled also. Total BS. No way to stop it. And to stop charges. I request a full refund

Walking. The distance recorded and calories burned are significantly off. I used my Fitbit and this app at the same time and the Fitbit recorded farther distance and more calories burned.

Cancellation. I cannot find how to cancel this. I wanted to try the trial and without my knowledge you started charging my card monthly. I did email the address you put on another review. This seems to be an ongoing problem with this app. CANCEL this immediately.

Continued to be charged. Was disappointed in this app, not what I wanted, so cancelled ahead of auto renewal. I have now been charged two extra months I did not authorize! Be careful if you choose this app

Red Flags .... I should’ve known better. Nothing in life is TRULY free anymore .. except spirituality. As soon as I downloaded the app, I knew 3 day Trial wouldn’t possibly be enough time to really get a feel for this app.

Not a free app after all. I’m wondering why you pretend to be a free app but have to sign up for a subscription in order to go into the app. With the other reviews I saw, I would want to try first to see if it fit me but won’t with the problems everyone has canceling subscriptions.

Being charge ahead of time. I just download his morning the app, I was looking in the screen how were the trainings for all the eight weeks, and when I was going backwards from week 8to 1 start saying that I have paid week by week, how come?? Are you going to charge me? I uninstalled the app immediately.

Not a free app. Calling this a free app is disingenuous. You have to pay to use any of its features. Call it what it is.

Cancel. I also signed up for free trial and since free trial is over have tried to cancel it. For me it was not user friendly.

The app decided when I was done with my workout. I went on a walk and the app said I was done that is the end of your walk and I still had a little ways left to get home and it didn’t count any of the steps or time or calories.

Buyer beware. A 3 day trial is complete nonsense, there is no way to see results in that little time. It isn’t free. Dishonest advertising at best, a complete sham at worse

Crazy expensive. Be careful when you agree to the Free Trial because if you don’t cancel in time, you’ll be stuck with a $120 annual subscription. That’s more than I pay for Netflix. Seriously, this app hasn’t even been updated in a year.

Charged me after I canceled. I did the trial and immediately asked for them to cancel through the support link. No one answered me back and I was charged after the 7th day. There is no clear place to cancel the subscription leaving only the support link to request. Now I don’t know if I will ever be able to end this subscription. I have put in another request. Do not sign up for the trial, they will take your money and run with no way to end it! 0 stars

BE CAREFUL THERE IS NO OPTION TO CANCEL ON THE APP. You have to cancel in the App Store where you entered your payment information. You click on subscriptions and from there click “cancel.”

First Time User. I tried this for the first time today and a coach starts you off and then nothing. I tried to include music through iTunes and still nothing. What’s the deal?

Charged after cancelled. I cancelled this app 5 min after downloading the free 7 day trial when i saw how much it was... there wasn’t a cancel button so I sent an email to them...they charged me anyways had to contact Apple to get a refund bad customer service

Deceptive dishonest. Apple is continuing to allow the app to steal money from individuals who have trusted the Apple brand. Move and Fit is a poorly designed program that is supported by the incomprehensible Unsubscribe instructions that apparently DO NOT EXIST!!! The credit card company and the Attorney General will be contacted. Apple should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Not opened the app and already billed. Deleting this program also haven’t even opened it and get a bill!!!!!

How to unsubscribe? It’s impossible. This app is ridiculously expensive and auto-renews with impossible instructions gory subscribing.

Ridiculously expensive. 3-day free trial and then $11.49 per week which works out to $600 per year. Quickly deleted.

Expensive and clunky. After a 7 trial I was charged the full yearly fee of $68, I don’t think this app is worth this, the music has to be connected every workout to Spotify, the coaching tips don’t work even though I leave the app open. I also have to reset the frequency of feedback at the start of each workout. It is a waste of money an app I will never use again unless all this is fixed and you get a bit more for your money, very disappointed.

Impossible to unsubscribe. I have been trying to unsubscribe and it is impossible !!!

Beware of premium charges. I deleted the app after realizing it was a trial version. I got hit by a yearly subscription charge . So now I have to try to get my money back. Very annoying!

Impossible to get a refund. There is no trial. SCAM! I am well within my 3 day trial period to cancel this crap app and there is no where to do it. It doesn’t show up under my subscriptions with the directions then provided for the other reviewer and there is no way to cancel my trial within the app!! So in other wards it’s total scam and you end up paying for it. Nothing worse than feeling ripped off.

Walking app. GPS constantly cuts out. I will not go beyond the trial period.

Not what I expected. I requested to cancel the app 5 minutes after downloading since it wasn’t right for me. (You have 3 days to try it out, so 5 minutes should not have been a problem). They still charged me so I requested a refund. I have not heard back from them from the first request over a week ago . Will I continue to be charged $12 per week? Cancelling your subscription is not straight forward. Do better.

Well Rounded App. I love this app because it covers nearly every aspect of a healthy lifestyle. A spiritual or meditation tab would be great. As well, options in the food table would be nice. For example, I don’t eat dairy or red meat so it would be nice to exclude recipes containing these.

Criminals. I downloaded app as it said free. Opened it to see what it was about and it said free for 3 days and then $12.95 a month - for a “walking” app!!! I hit X to exit and it started three day trial - which I don’t want and I can’t figure out how to stop it. Do NOT download. Now instead of walking I will spend my time trying to cancel a program I did not want in the first place. CRIMINALS!
