Certified Days issue. the desktop version will show days are not certified. However, when you log in your app, those exact same days are showing certified. I called tech support and they escalated to the software developers. This is still an on going issue. This can cause huge compliance issues. For example, if DOT subpoena’s a drivers logs during an inspection and Verizon Connect reports days are uncertified, we could potentially get into trouble behind this. The reliability here needs to be fixed!!!! The app is overall getting more robust but there is still work to be done Verizon. I don’t want to have to email the CEO again.

Shouldn’t even be an approved vendor with FMCSA. Verizon has too many problems and they have NO FIX! Everyone who is in a contract with them should start reporting them and filing a complaint with FMCSA, so that they can remove them from their approved vendor list! We were with them for 4 years, and our drivers logs would either get stuck in a constant drive status for ludicrous amounts of time, or they wouldn’t pick up driving time, which either way, Verizon Connect CANNOT FIX! After weekly calls, hundreds of examples, diagnostic files, they admitted they have no fix and don’t know what the problem is. They should be paying people to use this GARBAGE! I would highly recommend checking out Samsara, or EROAD. Stay away from Keep Truckin’ they are just like Verizon Connect, garbage!

Unsatisfied Consumer. This eld is a rip off. Sometimes it work and sometimes it don’t. If you’re not paying attention it eats up your hours. I tried multiple times to cancel my contract but when they lock you in they lock you in. I highly recommend anyone looking at this eld to look elsewhere.

Bad system. This is the worst ELD system out there. It disconnects from the truck all the time. It doesn’t update in a timely fashion. It’s not even close to Driver friendly and the class Cds are backwards. It takes time to learn to understand and then it just leaves you scratching your head wondering, who the hell thought of this. Yep Ok I need to update my Review. The Development team from reveal reached out to me in hopes that we could work together to fix this system. Because I use an IPhone it does work differently in a technical way. We bumped into a few walls, I cussed a lot, but reveals diligence came through. Now I have a system that I can’t ask anymore out of. I can update it as needed by a driver, it very rarely disconnects from the truck and when it does it’s because I’ve been in a no service area for a long time. It’s lightning fast and very responsive. The last month has totally changed my mine about this system. Thank you Reveal.

Never had a problem. Been using it for about 5 months on a 2012 Volvo and zero issues also have the forward facing camera very good and reliable I think most other reviews are simple user error.

Garbage. This app is trash. Consistently gives me warnings and violations that I’ve been driving for 8hrs when I’ve only driven 3 hrs. It will show uncertified random days on my admins computer but on my screen it shows certified. The developers of this app obviously have zero clue what they are doing and I can’t believe they are still employed.

Need a lot work from A to Z. I have been using it for 2 years just because it’s Verizon, other then that it needs a lot of work , sometimes it messes up on duty and driving status , sometimes I have only 2 hours of driving left for the whole day and it would show on app that I can still drive for 7 hours,

Couple of corrections to app.. The app is constantly saying I have a 70 hour duty violation or if I drive now I will be in the 70 hour rule violation. However when you go to the review graph section of the app, it says on duty time last seven days is less than 60 hours. Where is the app is not recognizing the total on duty time for the last seven days and it’s calculating something from somewhere else just say I am in a violation but not sure how or what else to tell you other then that this might need to be brought to your attention.

Don’t do it. I like most people believed in Verizon. As it turns out, this is not part of Verizon. I have had this ELD for approximately six months and it has only worked for the first two. Verizon connect will refuse to assist you, only assistance you will get is from a customer service rep that will tell you someone will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. i’ve been battling with them for three months for any kind of assistance. They simply ignore you. Don’t do it!! go to a company that has better customer service. Like everyone else that has left reviews. I have been on duty for 20 hours straight. This was pointed out to me by Texas state trooper when I was pulled over for roadside inspection. When I point this out to a customer service rep, they simply ignore you.

Thumbs down. App is horrible Verizon really hope they’re putting some effort in fixing this smh Records sleep while driving, driving while sleep. Identical times created so can’t fix it because it says there are identical times! So my whole 10 hr is messed up and then what… call Verizon EVERYDAY

Junk. It’s 2018 why do I have to login every 30 min, why can’t I stay signed in? and it doesn’t accept fingerprint scan yet. And why does it give me violations when I actually haven’t had any? Worst user friendly app I have. For the amount of money my work pays for this service you’d think they’d have something better.

Getting better. It was a rocky start with the Reveal app, but over a year using it and a few patches later. They’re well on their way to making a very useful and functional app for both tablets and phones. Still needs uninstalled and re-installed every few month. It tends to get bogged down over the course of a few months for some reason.

Constant crashes and more. This is my first week using this ELD. It is crashed more times than I can count. When it crashes it puts my co-driver on duty and puts them in violation. I was told that I could use multiple devices that way if I’m not near the truck and need to change duty status I can do so. However it does not function as expected. I now wish I had went with samsara. it had better functionality and did not crash or put my co-driver on drive time putting them in violation. This is not user error this is a problem with your programming and needs to be Remedied ASAP!

Needs a iOS update to select which Bluetooth. Really wish you could update the iOS version, we have some trucks in our fleet that allow the iPad to work n others run off Bluetooth Classic (Gen X) and unlike andriod you can drag down a bar and change which setting you like, only reads low energy Bluetooth, be great if they can update the iOS version better

Worst Fleetmatic Services. Whatever you do, PLEASE, do not get in business with this company. They are never able to solve any issue regarding their ELD units, and the customer service reps just continue to transfer you and keep you on hold, and if that doesn’t tire you enough for you to hang, they say the will call you back to fix the issues, or to “wait for and update to complete” but they never do, and IF they do, they repeat the cycle. Bottom line is, is a crappy, incompetent and unreliable service. Verizon saw the opportunity to take people's money without any warrant of good service and took it. Wish I could rate less. Get Keep Trucking or something else instead.

App. When first started with this app 2 years ago we nothing but issues with the app. But we started working with the technical support team with Verizon early this year and this app has gotten 100 times better and with new updates coming out more often this app is just going to get better. I would like to thank the technical support team for all the do. Keep up the good work guys.

Customer support is the worst. We’re so frustrated with Verizon and reveal I can’t even tell you supposedly we have a support manager it’s just the Verizon health number they say they’re going to call you back in 24 hours they never call you back they escalate to tier 2 which is nothing the installation on our truck went so horribly we actually have the charger cable to our phone stuck in the dash we have broken templates over the gauge panels the installer put the drivers camera behind the visor to the drivers can just lower the visor if they don’t want you to see anything. The only way we get any response is we have the information of our salesman he of course returns phone calls and answers his phone very frustrated

Worked 1day. This was my employer’s idea to get this and it’s been nothing but a problem. It worked the first day and now it won’t connect to my truck. I keep getting violation after violation and I have no clue how to fix it. My screens don’t look anything like the pictures and it never gives a drive option but tells me to restart my truck. Safety hazard! Ugh!!!!

This is the worst app of any kind that I’ve ever used.. The app features are fine, it’s the bugs that are the problem. Why do you keep trying to upgrade the looks and make it flashier when the stuff under the hood is the problem... crashes more and more as the week goes on until I can’t get by with a reboot but have to uninstall and reinstall. App user friendliness is fine... when it’s working... that’s not the problem guys. It’s like having a nice sports car with a lawnmower engine in it. Get under the hood and fix the bugs already 🐜🐛🕷

Worst app EVER!!! Unacceptable. If I could I would give this app minus five stars! Even after the last update it freezes and crashes constantly. Complete waste of time! Unfortunately our company is locked into a contract with Verizon, so the drivers don’t have a choice. I think they need to scrap the app and start over! Consider something more user friendly like the Keep Trucking app. What were these developers thinking??!! KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID!

ELD review. Had to use a spare truck and tried using my phone to log since I couldn’t get my regular computer out of my truck since it was locked in the shop when I had to leave out. Worst thing I’ve dealt with since ELD’s come out. Couldn’t use my IPhone to log onto my truck because it wouldn’t find it. . The Help instructions and training video were useless. The help number was useless. Such a ridiculous non reliable company I’ve ever had to deal with.

Issues. My company has been this app now for several months, maybe a year now, and we have experienced many problems such as disconnection from the truck while on duty driving , log editing trouble, updating the app, displaying log violations are incorrect ...etc Oyr transportation manager has been in contact but we continue to experience issues, too many times we have had to remove and reinstall the app with limited success. The interface is easy to use and when the app is behaving it’s on point. Even now it reminds me there is an update available but will not update. Too many bugs..

Garbage garbage garbage.. I don’t want to repeat everything what the previous reviewers are already described. I don’t have a choice , I have to use it because with my company this is the way to go. If you have a choice, run , don’t look back, don’t even think about this app it’s horrible. I can’t believe large corporations like version can get away garbage products like this.

Bad product. I didn’t expect how bad this product is developed by Verizon. You think this big corporation with big amount of sources should create something spectacular and reliable and you are wrong. Verizon simply acquired Fleetmatic with their approach of eld system without simple knowledge what actually truck driver need. I know different eld providers who’s product does not require sharing hotspot from your cell phone if you using eld on tablet. Verizon is big wireless company and they didn’t include wireless data option in their eld system just unbelievable . If you want this option you have to pay extra which brings verizon connect product cost outrageously high. Don’t go with this product it is really bad and it has a lot of issues which you would never expect. No wonder it has led them two stars in rating. Shame on you verizon for developing such a poor product.

Worst ELD app I’ve used. I’m not sure if it could get worse, after updates all the time it still crashes 50% of the time you load it, or it just freezes on a certain screen for over five minutes. Then it disconnects from the vehicle all the time. Horribly buggy but forced to use it!

Stillborn app. Still crap. I’m only leaving another review because I’m back, I had to reinstall the app since it refuses to populate the various on duty status available. When I go to change duty he presents me a blank page, but it’s OK, because after 20 minutes or so it will finally populate. This garbage is still wasting an hour a day of my time but I could spend driving, or watching cartoons, or anything rather than sitting on hold or waiting for Verizon to get back to me. To fix problems they are already aware exist. I’m not going to talk about the app disconnecting constantly, or automatically putting me back on duty after I’ve logged out for the day, or the 45 minutes of and re-calculating If I edit something simple..... if I was on the Verizon team developing this app, I would start looking for a job now before the class action lawsuit leaves you unemployable. That’s just my opinion. Of course I should make the disclaimer this is my opinion alone and does not represent the views of my employer that was suckered into a contract with Verizon. I would’ve dropped his anchor a year ago.

Terrible app. This is a horrible app that doesn’t work most of the time. I have to spend 5-15 minutes every time I need to log in or change my status. It will force close or just not load properly. I am forced to use it as it is what my company has chosen but making logs mandatory and having an app that is trash is not a great combination. Hope they fix it soon.

Not good. Truck can’t seem to stay connected to any phone for very long. App always kicks me out, making my log miss driving events. Also the app keeps losing the truck all together. Says no device found when the truck is idling and I’m sitting in it. It hasn’t been able to pick it up in over a week. Not a good logging system all together. If it were reliable it wouldn’t be half bad.

Needs work. The theory behind this app is amazing. execution is not so amazing. App disconnects from my truck all the time. It will log me back in as “driving” after I go off duty for the day, causing me to violate my on duty times. It does this ALL THE TIME. Sometime if this happens, and I go to make a “missed punch” adjustment, the app won’t let me make an edit, so I literally have to shut down and wait until I’m “rested” to continue working, or risk getting pulled over and fined and quarantined at a weigh station. This app has caused many, many, many lost man hours. I use it, only because I’m forced to.

Worse ELD on the Market by a Large Company. My company is stuck in a contract with this god forsaken ELD provider. The app after the last update has just gone crazy, I have drivers showing 10,000 miles of travel in a 8 hour drive period. In addition, the app is now forcing us to reboot or sign back into the app after force closing. It is so bad that we have moved over to KeepTruckin with half our fleet and have begun accelerating the rollout replacement for this janky ELD. Customer service is horrible to none existent. It can take days or week for problems to even receive a “we’ll look into it”. How does Verizon swoop in and buy Fleetmatics then run it into the ground. We have 100 units left in our fleet, can’t wait to replace them.

Bad app. App 50% of the time will not change your status when you stop. I need a log book that I go on duty, it logs me to driving when I move, and It does the rest. Why have it connected to the truck if I have to change my status myself?! App will freeze up. Will ask you to re-certify the last 30 days all the time. Bad design. Needs work

Terrible. Zero stars. Doesn’t register 34hr resets half the time, even after logging out and back in again, manually updating, etc.. Will automatically log you out while driving, not register the drive time. When you try to put it in manually after this happens, it’ll show error/violation codes for weeks. This shouldn’t be legal PERIOD.

Don’t Use. This has to be the worst app ever. Never connects to the vehicles or takes an hour, customer service is even worse if you can actually get a hold of someone. App never works properly and the gps service from them is just as bad, always laggy and never updates. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND APP.

Not recommended. Program may or may not see your truck at beginning of the day resulting in paper logs. During the day when driving it loses your truck and goes to the on duty not driving line. Customer feedback when you eventually get thru is either fixed instantly which is rare or they have a 2 day turn around. I have done what fixed it in the past and still will not see my truck. Hopefully tomorrow is better

Dreading a roadside inspection.. I keep getting unassigned driving, showing up a day or so after the event that didn’t happen. My daily inspections disappear and reappear. Occasionally it will show an 8 hour driving violation even though I have taken a half hour on a different line. It will un certify my logs days later.

Violation problems. Constantly getting violations for exceeding 8 hours of driving even though I have taken breaks longer than 30 minutes prior to 8 hours. Several drivers complain about this same problem wit our company. Managers does not get any notifications. DOT looks at it and you have to spend time explaining and showing them it is a system problem.

I will be filing a federal complaint. As you can see from so many other reviews it baffles me that this is legal. This app and eld is going to get us and other businesses put out out of service. Completely dumbfounded by what Verizon has done here. Beyond frustrating to setup and beyond way too confusing for what it should be. Complete joke.

Logbook, back office, updates etc. Ever since I started with Verizon connect (ELD), I have encountered issues over issues, it has been nonstop. Issues with getting updates from ELD device installed in the truck, driver had different driving miles than the miles on the back office. I had to have deinstalled and installed new tracking device, but the issues never been addressed or fixed. Receiving emails from customers service personnel about working on fixing the issues but never get the issues fixed. Every customer service personnel I talked with tell me something and issues can’t be fixed. I don’t even know what to do anymore, it’s just whatever at this point. This is not good for business at all.

Frustrating. This thing has serious problems, lags horribly when trying to go the log page, locks up often, loses connection with truck often, I hate when it logs me off, please give us an option to stay logged in.. 50 violations over night while I’m off Duty.. really?.. JJ Keller never had these kinds of problems..

Update the app. I been using the system over 5 months now an it takes so long to load an on top of that, when I’m tryna see my hours it takes forever to get to the screen once I enter the password. I can be drivin down the road come to a complete stop an it kicks me out which means I been off duty for 3 hours or so instead of drive time... And that ain’t even the best part, how about when I connect the Bluetooth to my truck an I start to do my Pretrip it won’t let me or when I’m driving I’m not even connect to the bluetooth in my truck so basically I’m just driving with my logs not been logged at all so I drove 4 hours been on off duty time

Update your friggin app, Verizon!!. This is a great platform, but there are businesses paying a lot of money for a service that isn’t being given very much attention. I don’t even want to know how many man-hours I’ve spent waiting for the app to open between stops. I’ve been put in violation several times because the app kept crashing and logging me out so I was unable to log my mandatory 30 minute break. The thing that kills me is that these problems wouldn’t happen if Verizon would use the money they’re making from this service to get someone to keep the app updated for log-out bugs and crashes like the ones that thousands of professional drivers are experiencing. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service due to the lack of maintenance in this app.

Horrible service. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. I had three people in a row hang up on me after explaining my issue. The fourth person claimed to start helping me out but a week later I’m still waiting for a reply. I’m seriously having to consider changing jobs because this service is so bad. The feds should shut them down!!

ELD will not reset or update. For the past 8-9 months I keep getting warnings and violations for driving over my time and not taking my required break. My log shows the break. However, it doesn’t reset. I have an IOS device and according to customer service,”there are issues with IOS that they are trying to work out.” I have deleted and reinstalled the app, they have checked that it is the current updated version, and I have spoken with customer service, emailed them the screen shots when the violations occur, waited for them to stop “working on the problem “ and get it fixed. It has been suggested that I run a paper log also. Now, I just received an email that tells me to update my program, I click the link, the program takes me to the App Store and I am prompted to open my program. Then I am prompted to update and do it all over again. Not good for business, not good for drivers- AND paper logs are not allowed anymore. Why would anyone jump through the hoops with this program AND run a paper log? It seems as though I have waisted more time with this than is necessary.

Does the Job… for now.. Whoever thought of this app or system probably doesn’t understand how DOT Hours Rules and regulations actually work. I have been off duty for 5 days but because I didn’t choose off duty cycle reset I actually didn’t get a 34 reset on the apps logbook. Even tho any off duty time of 34 hours or more automatically resets your 8 day clock. Why do I now have to go off duty for 34 hours with the correct sub status in order to get my 70 hours back? Stupid app and stupid ELD I’m returning the equipment and regret not getting keep trucking 😡😡😡

Just not functional. This app just constantly disconnects from the truck locks up. So I have to reboot the app the phone on a daily basis and multiple times. It’s super frustrating I don’t understand what is so difficult with developing a app that can record my hours of service. I have used others before and never had this much disfunction.

Glitchy. Overall, I like the app. I’ve had only one of my company’s truck that it never changed the status from on duty to driving once connected to the unit. I’m not sure what been up with it for the last few months. I’ve done all the updates and it’s been glitchy. I’ll certify all my logs, but when I log into it the next day, it’ll show me a list of logs that wasn’t certified. Warnings keep popping up on the bottom and I have to keep hitting the X button a ton of time for 2 warning. Doing this will kick me off the app.

Go elsewhere please!. I have to say there is no words to describe our disappointment with this app/provider. From the customer service, to the consistent issues, to the lack of follow up, we have spent hundreds of hours on the phone just to try to run as legally as possible. The app does not work for trucking. The updates from development disallow trucks to function and connect to the app. Such as with the most recent updates, any kenworth 2007 or older, the system does not recognize drive time. 3 weeks in, no solution, the follow ups stopped, the case is in development. Constant FMCSA extension requests due to unresolved issues. Verizon will sell you the world, but will not back it up in any way shape or form. The customer success managers are irrelevant, unresponsive and the overall value you receive is surely in the negative. Can’t wait for the contract to end.

Horrible App. App continually disconnects from vehicle. I constantly have to reboot my mobile device and log back in. This happens at practically every stop on my route. The app constantly asks me if I’m still driving when I’m going 60 mph down the road. When I stop and change my status to on duty the app asks me five minutes later if I’m still driving. I also have the problem that after the app disconnects and I log back in, it says I have upwards of 17 violations, which I don’t actually have. The app doesn’t take either the daily or the cycle reset into account and lists 14 hour violations that I don’t have. The list of problems with this app go on and on and on. I’m stuck with it because it’s what my company went with, but if it was up to me I’d find another app.

Horrible. Company requires us to use it versus paper logs. App takes 3 minutes to open.... that’s if it opens and doesn’t crash. Usually in the morning it will open and allow me to login however I’ll have a 14 hour violation because it will crash over and over and over and over in the evening and I can’t log out. If I wasn’t required to use it I wouldn’t. The actual app itself is decent if it worked like it should.

Godwin. / Xylem.. Absolute Junk, violations every morning after properly logging out & returning to on duty status to simply perform an PTI TO BEGIN MY DAY. Major Issues. After several rejections of improper violations it Just Blows Out & Won’t Even Identify my vehicle

Apple Reveal Logs. Amazing. Amazing app on my IPad ELD for logs and Reveal Manager User friendly and very easy to use

What a joke. Absolutely terrible. This is so easy, why can no one seem to get it right? This app is so poorly built that it even has typos! Incorrect login info results in a prompt that states “your details weren’t recognised.” That word is spelled “recognized,” I know that seems nit picky, but mistakes like that affect the user experience negatively.

ELD DOES NOT WORK. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon Connect for two days and still no solution to my problem. Stop trying to trouble shoot an ELD that’s malfunctioning, just send me a new and be done with it.

Not good at all. This ELD is trash always something wrong. When it says there’s an update available it doesn’t allow to update. So now I’m running paper logs. Stick to Qualcomm or a company who is for truckers. Verizon should get rid of this all together. Going to get drivers screwed by DOT dealing with this ELD.

Junk. All I can say is, it’s a good thing I’m not in charge of which program we use. This one would have been gone long ago.

Annoying. Update please or something I have to delete and re download daily to get it to connect with the truck. Ugh!!!

Save your time save your money. Constantly disconnects from truck constantly needs updates and don’t expect any tech support. It has been a complete and useless waste of time and money. It deserves zero stars but that can’t be done

This thing bogs down after a week or so.. When I delete and reinstall it works perfectly. Then after a week or two it slows down when I open it or start a new day. When you’re done for the day you supposed to log out which that helps. Don’t know if anybody else does that.

Headache. I'm also having problems. The updat fixed some freezing issues, but now there are new ones. The app now freezes when I'm trying to certify my logs. And it doesn't show any of the 10 notifications it says I have.

Drivers avoid!. This app is horrible. I've called Verizon at least 30 times due to app freezing/crashing. It takes the app so long to connect you go into violation. I do not recommend. Not worth the money or headache!

Crap app. I hate this app. I loose enough connection regularly . Sometimes it doesn’t log out when I tell it to and then my stuff is screwed up for the next day saying I didn’t do a daily reset etc. way to many issues . It can’t find my location at times

Eh. The app got way better after the last update. Now every time I log in, go back to my home screen, then go back into the app it crashes and it will crash 2-3 times again before letting me finally log back in.

Slow. This might be the slowest app out there. A complete joke. And editing use to be easy now it is very difficult to understand what your editing. Again it takes 45+ seconds to load the app.

Waste of money. This is the biggest peace of junk ELD I have seen . It hasn’t worked correctly since we got it a year ago . It is constantly disconnecting while I am driving putting me in violation and the worst part is I am stuck with it because Verizon made my boss sign a three year contract. FIX IT or start refunding everyone’s money!

Horrible. Horrible service keeps disconnecting have to reboot. Keeps kicking into on duty while driving and won't let us fix

Terrible customer service and app. Not even enough space to write how bad this company is

Bluetooth connection. Unit keeps losing Bluetooth connectivity. I’ve changed tablet multiple times. Still having issues. If they don’t fix this soon, then I’ll try a different supplier. No choice.

Worst elog. This is the worst app Freezes up and waste my time downloaded and updating. If you can’t get it user friendly get out of this market. You are wasting a drivers time with constant updates.

Time to fire the app developer team. Every update is worse than the last. Someone is not doing their job. I’m wasting so much time in my truck watching the app crash every 10 seconds from being frozen. Get it together you guys. Time for a new team.

THIS ELS IS TRASH. I’m going to keep it short and sweet. How can you get a violation 2 hours after you start work? How can you get a violation wgen you stop before your time is up at least an hour. This is pathetic

Stay away from this app at all costs.. The only way to fix this app when it stops working is to uninstall and reinstall. Doing this has to be done every month. Updating the app does nothing. How is possible this apps developers cant ever get it right.

Junk!!!. SHAME ON VERIZON for putting this out. I spend more time trying to fix this than use it. I’m glad I don’t have to rely on this for a log. Not accurate and problematic. We’re stuck with a contract too. Very unethical of Verizon to put out crap and trap you.

Terrible. Every single day before I log out says I have 30 logs to review and certify, have to close app and restart few times till gives me just the day before to certify

ELD Nightmare. It’s great when it works...But that’s the problem...It seldom works correctly...Slow as rust, and glaciers...WHEN you can get it to connect....I doubt Steven King could create horror as bad as this thing...

The worst. According to this app I am ALWAYS in violation. It never takes the 34 hour cycle reset into account. It never takes my daily 10 reset into consideration. Every morning I’m in violation for continuous 14 hour on duty or 8 hours without a 30 minute break even though I select either “daily” or “cycle” resets at the end of my shifts/week.

Lag king. For the amount of money Verizon charges for this and the money my company wastes on employees waiting for this app to work is astonishing. The app constantly crashes or freezes and logs you out. Verizon please fix this

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE!!. As a current customer of this horrible service, I implore you to find something else. Really ANYTHING else! However, Keep Trucking is good and we are moving to Samara with 9 months left on our Verizon contract. We have over 300 tractors. You will rue the day you signed a contract for this junk.

Garbage ELD APP. We have 17 Trucks which we used Verizon for our ELD provider. I do not recommend this product to anyone! Stay away! Major scam! Customer Service - very poor! Product - has many glitches! Drivers - absolutely hate it! There should be a class action lawsuit against Verizon Wireless for not meeting the correct requirements and selling people a faulty product with many glitches.

Absolute Garbage. This logging system is total trash. Constantly crashes, timers freeze and won’t count down for hours, I run a team truck and it’s constantly asigning drive time to the wrong driver despite showing the other driver as the active driver. I will be getting rid of the garbage as soon as possible.

Owner op. When searching for vehicles , will not find my truck number. Will not work with IOS system, is there a way to make this possible.

Terrible. For some reason on IPhone it doesn’t allow you to change settings for low gen or high gen and I can’t connect to the truck therefore i have to do paper log. I followed all directions even on how to force BT to connect and nothing happened

Fix the last update. The app worked fine then after the last update. It won't connect to the ecm on the vehicle won’t find my location either get it fixed soon

Junk app. Anytime and everyday receive notifications of violations when i only work 6-8 hours a day

Keep Trucking works this does not. This ELD has me on the phone for 20 min can’t even locate the acct. can’t do a split 7-3 or 8-2 I just came to Verizon ELD w my new job & it’s so bad it’s laughable. It’s like Atari level outdated technology.

Junk junk junk. My company asked us to use this it crashes all the time always have to delete the app and re download. If u are reading the reviews to see if this app is for u don’t waste ur time with it developers don’t care as long as they get paid they don’t care!!!

Worst thing ever!. If I could do zero stars I would! Worst, inaccurate logbook ever! Continuously puts me down as driving when there has been no movement causing me to take multiple 10 hour rest periods in a 24 hr span!!!!!! Anybody who would pay for this is absolutely idiotic!

Slow and failing. Slow to load take 10 minutes at times. Always disconnects from the truck. My logs are never true unless I don’t drive that day. Company required not driver recommend

Verizon Connect ELD. Our company experienced issues with the ELD functionality since it was installed in our vehicles. We regularly reset driver passwords and contact tech support to reset the in-vehicle devices to facilitate Bluetooth connectivity. We had high expectations for the system and, unfortunately, are very, very disappointed.

Junk. It’s 2018 why do I have to login every 30 min, why can’t I stay signed in? and it doesn’t accept fingerprint scan yet. And why does it give me violations when I actually haven’t had any? Worst user friendly app I have. For the amount of money my work pays for this service you’d think they’d have something better.

Addendum. My previous review was written while out of service for 10 hours by Florida DOT for logbook violations - apparently I was on duty without sleeping for 8 days - after I showed them the many errors in this ELD app as verified by using my BigRoad ELD app I was released

Zero stars!. I run agriculture product app has no ag. Im not able to run pc. It doesn’t update 70 hour clock until you log in. Trying to figure out hours left on the 11 is a pain. Zero stars. The dash cam beeps and flashes every 20-30 SECONDS!!! not able to reset

Crashes.. Load up takes 3+mins, log in 3+mins, Then it crashes... repeat process, inspection freezes, 30min break freezes, daily reset freezes and if you do not wait 5+mins for daily and cycle reset the log will not show. Then the next day you get a 60hr violation. Bugs bugs bugs Oh and 90% of the time it can’t sync with the truck your sitting in.

Don’t know why it’s called connect because it never does.. I wish I could leave negative stars. Crashes all the time, no redeeming qualities. Do not use this system. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Customer service is equally terrible.

Hilariously terrible. We had to hire an extra person just to troubleshoot and manage our fleet with these. Terrific idea, but hilariously terrible execution 😂

App is the worst. I have begged my company to switch apps as this one still can’t get it right. Fix your app since I’m stuck with this junk app.

No connectivity. I can’t connect to the vehicle since last update Keep saying no vehicle found Keep trying again 50 times no connection

Bluetooth connectivity. A real struggle is that iPhones using reveal cannot connect to Bluetooth low energy (Xirgo) but CAN connect to Bluetooth classic (GenX) in the vehicles. It’s a logistic frustration for iPhone users! Ugh. When will this be fixed?
