App crashes. I spent 6.99 for this, and can’t use it. Requires sign up and login. Can’t sign up because the app crashes. 😡

Took away half the app. This USED TO BE a great app before they removed the symptoms and other quick look up features for what each oil did/helped with. This was my go to app with my kiddo or myself were sick or needed a boost, I could look up the symptom quickly but not anymore. Now I’m just going to delete it. Very disappointing

No new products. No new product info.

Need to have an update. Newer oils are not on here. Just the basics. Would be an amazing app if updates occurred.

Not very useful. This app does not allow user to search by ailments. There is a one year promise to improve usability, but no apparent improvement.

Good so far. Just started using. Seems lots information. Could not find the “ new” Neroli Touch.

Symptoms gone. I purchased this app to be able to search what oils to use by symptom and enjoyed it for quite some time. But now to have the item I purchased replaced with a new version with no symptoms seems a little unprofessional. Now it’s the same info I can just look on the DoTERRA website for each individual oil. Save your money!!!!! DoTERRA.com has some info for free

Not What I Expected.... I’m glad I got this free from the “AppAdvice” app that reports Apps that have gone free for a limited time. I’m glad I did not waste $6.99. The app listed a lot of essential oils but it doesn’t allow you to search based on an ailment. For example if I was looking for an oil to help with anxiety I could enter that and have the app display what oil(s) I could use. Instead I need to know the oils to use. Like mentioned not what I expected. Will be deleting.

Total rip off!!!. Very unhappy with the basic info, for 7 dollars. I wish I could get a refund. Not all as informative as I was hoping for

Nice app... but not Dark Mode compatible. Needs to be updated for iOS dark mode. Can’t see some of the navigation buttons. Text in Community is invisible.

Ridiculous. Why do I have to create an account to use the app? It appears to be simply information about DoTerra essential oils, and the AppStore page shows no in-app purchases. I can’t imagine why the developers would require me to create an account, as there is ready available information via a basic search online. The info in this app is surely not unique. So since I don’t randomly sign up for things (certainly with no reason to do so), I’m out. App will be deleted.

Poor design. The app is okay but for $7 I expected for it to be easier to use. The back button blends in with the background and it takes a minute to find. You can’t read the responses to questions because apparently the font color is white. I do like being able to keep inventory and write my own notes. I expected more (maybe a video) for the different application areas and types. Definitely not worth the $7. There should at least be a free trial. If I could get a refund, I would want it because I highly doubt that I will use it.

Great app. I love the app for the quick reference it gives me, TU it would be nice if I could search for an oil for a particular problem. As it is I have to search through everything to find what I need.

Why the change. Like others I am so disappointed they removed,what oils to use for what ailment. Was it a legal thing? Someone afraid of giving out bad advice? Whatever the reason I’m probably going to delete it as the reason I got it is gone. Hopefully the ap designer is reading the reviews.

Won’t even let me make an account. Hi developers please assist. I just purchased this app & it won’t let me sign up. It says internal error (500) Thank you for your support

Dissatisfied. When I first got the app I loved it however now that they have updated it and removed the section with ailments I will most likely not use and delete it. The whole reason I’ve been using it was for that one feature. Now the app is basically useless. Very disappointed. I hope they bring that feature back soon.

Where are all the oils!?. Hey, what’s up? Paid for the app and it need updating! I can’t find many oils! Update please! Please fix!

Not worth it!. I selected my oils and put them in my oil list and they are not in alphabetical order and you can’t put them in alphabetical order either. Thought there was more benefits to this app. Nothing great. Disappointed I wasted my money.

Finally!. I have paid for other doterra essential oils app only to be dissapointed, but this one actually has accurate and useful information and is easy to use. Totally worth it!

Unessential oils :(. Why in the hell do I have to sign up and log in to use this? Disappointed, and deleting this unnecessary personal invasion.

Nice graphics, simple app. The app has a good start but could be a lot better. It’s good that there are just a few oils listed per ailment but there are also many more that could be there (and ranked by order of recommendation) as well as more uses and suggestions. Also, since the list of oils and the usage instructions are so minimal, they could be put on the same page without having to flip back and forth. I do also feel that many common methods of application are missing. It’s nice to be able to take notes but perhaps the notes could be visible on the same page as the oils listed. The notes could also be crowd sourced so that more people could know how other people use the oils. It’s nice that you can mark “my oils”. Perhaps you could also add a quantity so it can be used for personal inventory as well. It might also be nice to be able to group ailments by category or body system as well as alphabetically. A dilution chart for kids and babies might also be good to include in the reference section.

Missing “Condition” Info. Until the “Condition” is listed (which you might click on and have helpful oils listed as suggestions) this app isn’t helpful to me at all.

Downloaded app but it doesn’t work. App keeps closing won’t let me create a profile. Frustrating to pay 6.99 and it doesn’t work

Bring back health conditions. I used to love this until the health conditions were removed.

Frustrating. Downloaded the app, tried to creat a login account and the app kept kept dumping me out of it. After 5 or 6 times of trying I gave up. Wasted $6.99!

Happy with it. Nice easy to use and most importantly it has detailed information on all the doterra oils I use. 

More options. Shut have more mix options for essential oils..

Isn’t it strange all the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ occur on the same day. Developers that choose to display BS feedback screw up the feedback system for everyone. Instead of posting false feedback, try improving the app.

Section removed. Happy that they added more oils, but They removed the symptom section. :/

Ugh. Requires you to give email to start app. Likely to be spammed to buy more MLM garbage. The only essential oils are Motor and Cooking. And peanut.

Great quick reference. I have only used this app for a few days but love having the quick reference with me everywhere I go.

Disappointed. Cannot search mode symptoms to find an appropriate oil to use. Ex. Acne or headache

App is OK. Not all of the oils that Doterra offer are in the app. I believe oils in stock should allow you to show how many bottles and how much in the bottle, also, it would be nice if they were in alphabetical order so you can easily search what oils you have. It should allow you to add your own notes as well and give you the dilutions/drops to put in the diffuser.

Very basic.. Free essential oils reference guide app on Google play store has much more in-depth information.

Exactly what I was looking for. This app was exactly what I was looking for! It is so much better than the other doterra essential oil apps that disappointed me

Have to register to open. I got this when it was free but I can't even open it without registering and giving it my email address. I have no desire to get on the mailing list of a notorious MLM company like DoTerra. Deleting.

Essential. It's so easy to find the information on my doterra oils in this app. It is missing some of the newer essential oils, but still a great resource.

Best EO App Ever! Priceless 💙❤️. I’m a doTERRA essential oil wellness advocate. I use this EO reference guide on most every day since purchasing it a year ago. I’ve shared it with my clients, friends, & family. I know offhand about 6 to 8 people who’ve purchased upon my recommendation. They also swear by it, & use it daily. I have tried 2-3 other essential oil Apps, & not one of them even comes close to comparing to this one! It’s an amazing resource, loaded with a wealth of knowledge about essential oils. It provides detailed descriptions of what each oil is made from, how they are distilled, their uses, benefits, safety methods and the ways in which you can apply them or how to use them aromatically. The first 4-5 months that I had this App, I used it every day & multiple times a day. My clients believe that I’m a well versed, oil genius because I can provide them answers on the spot anytime they call, text, or face to face questions. I studied this app there early in the beginning and as I stated I used it so often that I don’t have to go into the app as often, however I still use it about three times a week; and when I enroll a new client, I usually end up using the App every day again for the first week or two of enrolling the new member. I highly recommend this App to anyone who wants to learn/educate themselves on EO’s or is a Wellness Advocate who is educating others on their oil journey! :)

Disappointed. I absolutely loved this app when I first got it. It had a tab on the app that allowed you to look up almost any symptom that could be helped with Doterra oils. However, over a week ago the app updated and it’s no longer available. If I was suffering from a headache, I could easily search and it would tell me at least 3 oils to use to help me with my headache. Maybe I have done something wrong, but all of my friends do not even recognize this particular app. If this helpful part of the app is reintroduced, I will absolutely change my review and give it 5 stars.

Great until the update.... I used to use this app everyday when you could look up specific ailments...but when it updated, that section of the app disappeared. Now I never use the app anymore and need to go out and buy something else. I loved being able what to do for an infection, headache, or wart. Used to be my favorite app, but not anymore.

Still Waiting. When I first downloaded this app, it was a favorite, but without the health portion to help know which oils go with what ailment, I find that I hardly use this app anymore.

Essential oils. I was excited to find an app for my essential oils. I am a newbie. After purchasing the app, I found that it is missing a good quantity of oils. There is no way, that I have found, to add oils as I acquire them that are not listed. Disappointed! Save your money

Essential oils app. I enjoy all the information on this app. I can learn the Complexities ond history of oils. I especially like knowing How to apply the oil for a specific need. Thank-you

More recipes could be added for different health solutions. I like it, but feel more health issues could be listed.

Great App!. I love this app, but I wish you had the ability to create a wish list of oils for future purchases. Also, a category for creating your own diffuser blends would be great.

Great freebie. Easy to use & generally a good over all oil ap. Not all oils are just m here but 99% are. Write down your oils, add them and add your special recipes for rollers etc afterwards. I use it daily

Pretty App, but doesn't work.. Great concept, but the "save your oils" and "notes" sections don't work. Hope you can fix in next update.

Not working in iPhone 11. Purchased app and unable to sign up to use it. Keeps shutting off when I go to create an account. Phone is and iPhone 11 and software is up to date. I’ve also contacted the app developers about this and they have not got back to me. Extremely annoyed I’ve paid money for an app that I can’t use.

Why change?. Originally this was a great ap but with the latest updates the list of ailments and the suggested oils has now been deleted. I found this really great. So because of this I’m going to delete this ap and use another one. Really disappointed TW

Still waiting..... Was using this app - then it changed significantly, I believe due to non compliance? So all ‘my oils’ and notes GONE... Still waiting after months for the improved version... time to move on!

Fantastic. This free app is Fantastic! It lets you record what oils you have and then when you search for a recipe, it highlights that you have that oil! It does what some of those paid apps do, but better! Thank you for this app and it can only get better!

Can’t search by ailment!?!. Can’t look up by ailment??? Seems silly, only reason I purchased it😞

Mise à jour très décevante. Depuis la mise à jour, on peut plus faire de recherche avec un mal quelconque. La fonction principal pour lequel j’ai acheter l’application n’est plus disponible.

Update Problem. After upgrading to the latest version I am now missing the condition checker section. This was the best part of this app and the only reason I bought this app? What happen to this part? Thx Scott

Manque l’info depuis up date. Il manque Heath conditions depuis 2 semaines que j’ai fait le up date et plus rien. C’était pour cela que j’avais acheté le APP ... j’ai envoyé 2 e- Mail et il ne me répond pas... alors je suis très dessus de cette achat....

Ailments. So much better when you could search by ailments and symptoms. Too much info to dig through

Subpar. It’s alright but it doesn’t have all the doTERRA oils on it. Spend the money and get the Essential Life app, it’s honestly not even that much money.
