Loving this app. It’s so convenient to just be able to fax this from home straight from my document app. Saves me gas and traffic to go fax something from Staples. Etc. plus I work from home so it helps with business affairs.

Turbo Scan. This ad is truly a lifesaver. I have several desktop fax machines. The quality of this small app is very significantly higher than my desktop faxes. As a result are use this almost exclusively. Great app would recommend it to anyone. John Bergin

K8 -NJ. This has been such a helpful app. I don’t own any form of a fax machine, because I don’t fax very often. Normally, If I needed to fax something I would have to drive to a place like Staples, FedEx or UPS. You still have to pay to fax, but it’s so easy. You just buy a fixed amount of pages and use what you need - next time you need to fax something you use your remaining pages or purchase more. Thank you!

Super convenient until the fax goes the way of the dinosaur. I’m a lawyer and so I unfortunately still have to fax stuff from time to time. Also unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to use the fax machine at my office. In comes Turbofax. Super reliable, convenient, easy to use, and the pages are worth paying for if you are someone like me who only sends one fax every 2-3 months.

VERY DISAPPOINTED & PROBABLY SCAMMED NOW!!. Horrible experience and this was urgent!! They were happy to keep taking all my money for added pages that kept DISAPPEARING- now, suddenly- no one from support will return my emails!!! I’m beyond disappointed- please be aware if you’re using this app on your iPhone..everything looks great, until it disappears...no idea where my VERY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS WENT - I’m concerned I just got scammed!!! If I could, I WOULD CHOOSE A -5 STARS - that’s how disappointed & frustrated with this vague app & lack of options to use!!!

Faxing. Just downloaded this app and needed to send a very important document quickly. I couldn’t wait to get to work to do it. The app came through. The recipient on the other end called me to say they received the document.

Convenient. It’s great to have convenience at your fingertips wherever you are. I will suggest that everyone who has a small business or you don’t have to have a business it’s just convenient to have and you can’t Beet that

Turbo FAX ... 90% perfect. Great tool - gives me a way to replace my fax machine. Stays on no-cost standby until needed, then quickly does its job to get that critical fax out ... BUT: I wish the developers would enable direct access to my iPhone’s “Notes” app to quickly compose a fax ... and to my iPhone’s TurboScan app where most of my pdfs are stored!

This app is great. I love this app really. It allows confidence of faxing pictures right from your phone . However, I wish it was more functional and flexibility to choose between taking a picture and choosing from your photo album. It can be a pain when you have something in photo albums and something you have to take a picture of, but overall very efficient app! That’s why I gave it 5 stars because you really can’t beat it!

LifeSaver!. One of the best apps ever since most millennials like I don’t have a home phone line and need to fax important documents on demand. Gets to the recipient just as fast as it would through a physical fax machine. I love this app!

App works great but cost is outrageous. It’s hard to believe that anyone still uses fax in 2021 but they do. I found using the TurboFax App was really easy and user friendly but to pay $5 to send a 4 page fax is high in my opinion. In a world with no long distance and where faxing is no more than taking a picture of a page and sending it, $1 a page seems over priced. If your in a pinch and money grows on trees, this App is for you.

My go-to document app. Turbofax is the best of the apps I’ve tried. It truly gives me an office right in my phone. I’d hate to do without it. makes it easy to scan, save, and send documents by text, email, or FAX.

Great app. TurboFax has been a great app for my use. It delivers everything so fast. I once got a doctors note to be absent from work a whole week, it was a long drive from my home, with turbofax I just dial their fax number and they got it within seconds. I don’t mind paying a few bucks, if I can just take a pic from my phone and immediately faxes to the person. The best part is I can use it anytime, anywhere all from my cellphone .

Cancel options. I accidentally entered in the wrong fax number and there was no way to stop or cancel the fax from sending after hitting the send option. Kind of an important feature to halt the transfer of sensitive information. Also wondering if I’ll still be charged if it fails to send. Other than that I have been very happy with this app.

Mobile Convenience. The app is fairly easy to use and it was surprisingly fast. You do receive a confirmation letting you know that it was delivered. Keep in mind the app is not free. The only improvement I can suggest at the moment is to include an option for a fax cover letter.

TurboFax. Excellent tool to fax from anywhere! Have used several years and recommended it to family and friends! The only improvement I would appreciate is to also be able to receive faxes not just send them. Glenda K Davis

Good for faxing, but offers no confirmation page. This app works and if you are in a bind and have the money, it can fax what you need. You take the pics of the docs and fax them. However, there are no confirmation pages offered and there is no way to go back and look at the faxed document later. You get a green notation on the app if your fax was sent and red if it was not.

Works but too much $$$$ for what you get. If you desperately in need of faxing have to do it from your telephone this is the job, however, it cost a small fortune to use in the per page price. If you can avoid using it and have a cheaper alternative, I’d suggest you do that. Nevertheless I didn’t have a fax and it did work in a pinch.

Love it. When I found TurboFax it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I send more faxes now than I ever did. Now it’s on my phone. I don’t have to go somewhere else to try to fax something. It’s never failed me. I’ve had it for a little while. When I can fax something I fax it.

Review of turbo Fax. When user has ability to populate cover page (which I did with important information), it should also be viewable as being sent. Paid for 2 pages to be faxed but can only view 2nd page. If that option is not possible then user should be advised that the cover page will not be accessible for viewing as a disclosure

I don’t know what I would do without TurboScan. TurboScan is convenient, accurate, clean, and the finished documents are very professional-looking. Plus, I can also FAX the documents effortlessly. I recently bought a new printer (assumed it was capable of faxing documents). Was I surprised that it had no built in faxing mechanism. At first I panicked until I remembered TurboScan. Not only did it FAX the document, it did so in a very timely fashion. I absolutely love it.

Faxing still a thing at times and this makes it simple. I need to send or receive faxes at least once a month for an insurance company and a dr’s office. This makes it simple and reasonably priced. I just wish I could save a set cover page for my monthly send.

Versatile & easy-to-use. My grandkids used this app to submit assignments to school during Covid school closures. After downloading the TurboScan app for myself, it has saved me so much time. It allows me to save documents in pdf format and to easily fax them when needed, like today. This is an excellent scanning app.

Easy Fax Solution. I have been using TurboFax for the last couple of years. I only send about three faxes a month, so the cost and ease of taking a quality photo with my phone and faxing it, when needed has been valuable.

Exactly what I needed. I’m a long time user of TurboScan and absolutely love the app. I found TurboFax as an option in the scanning app today when I had to send something critical that could only be faxed. I am so happy with this option.

First time user. Did not get a message the fax had been delivered so I resent it only to discover it went twice and of course I was billed twice. Your Message said fax can take some time to send but I suggest you add “ you will see a FAX COMPLETED message after it has been delivered.” I never got such notification. Would appreciate a refund for duplicate faxing that I did not need. Thanks

This has been a lifesaver. Seriously did not know how I would send a fax without a landline but this has worked beautifully. I only pay when I need to send a fax on that rare occasion. It works flawlessly and sends very clear faxes. It is that occasional app I keep for the moments when I need it even though they are few and far between.

Best simple fax app. I’ve been a big fan of TurboScan for document scanning, and it was nice to discover they also make a FAX app for those rare occasions when I need to fax something to the doctor’s office. I would give this 5 stars, but there is one design flaw: it will not display the page that is being sent for the cover page. After I fill out all the cover page info, I cannot view the cover page design. It won’t even show the cover page after successful fax transmission. How do I know if the cover page is showing an advertisement to the recipient or has an ugly design? You’d never know. You just “trust” this app is sending a normal cover page.

Perfect Timing. I love it as of right now! I had to send a fax to get my license reinstated today but wasn’t going to make it before or after work so I downloaded the app, took a picture of the doc and sent it from my iPhone 8+ in less than 15 seconds!!! I got confirmation that the fax had been delivered, although I won’t know if they received it until later, which I’m sure they will, I’m very impressed! It took all of my stress and anxiety away from being in a jam and has me whistling all the way to work! Super, super impressed! Oh, and by the way, FIRST ONE IS FREE!!!!

One of the best apps ever!. I’ve had this app since the beginning it is easy to use. It has never failed me. Not only does it keep a record, but I can fax,email,scan and print it’s like having a secretary in my pocket.

Great Option for School. My sitter isn’t always available to watch my son after school, and I have to fax a note to have him go to aftercare at the school. Our fax machine at work is horribly unreliable, and this has never let me down. The only downside is having to pay to fax.

No clear options for mistakes.. I accidentally put the wrong phone number in the send to field. There is no option to cancel and edit a phone number during the fax send. I finally resent after it aborted, but it was frustrated and is not in FAQ’s.

Bad app. They gave stolen $10 from me because they double charged me and the fax never went through and would not refund me and then it says I have 10 pages I can send since they didn’t refund me so I went to send a fax and they just charged me another 2.98 plus tax

So convenient!!. This app is so convenient to use 24/7 I used to be in rush and so worried about faxing my papers to office, but now this app made it so easy and convenient for me and I can fax anytime I want. Am the happiest customer XOXO and I would definitely recommend this app to everyone.

Useful but ridiculously expensive. I have a dinosaur client who insisted I send a fax to them. I was like is this the 80s or something? Anyway I searched and found this app and decided to try it. Seems like it sent the fax without issues and that was amazing. But to send 4 pages it charged me SIX BUCKS!!!! Like come on guys. You don’t have to be so shameless about price gouging. You’re probably trying to go after the senior citizen market who perhaps might be loaded but do you really need to be that terrible with your pricing? Where’s the decency? Anyway I like the app but will try to avoid using this as best as possible since it’s such a money hog. Such a shame.

Turbo Fax is a great app. I had already been using Turbo Scan for quite some time and love it. I needed to fax a document and looked at other apps and didn’t feel comfortable downloading any. Thought I would look at my Turbo Scan to see if it had the option since I send a lot of documents via email and text and sure enough, Turbo fax was an option so downloaded Turbo Fax and it works seamlessly with Turbo Scan.

Great App & Support. I’ve tried several fax apps but this one seems to be the easiest to use. My only beef at first was that I couldn’t figure out how to delete a page from a multi page fax before faxing it. I emailed support and within literally 15 minutes I received an email reply to my question. Very impressive!! By the way, the answer to my question is simply to long press on the page in the multi page view and delete it from there.

Sent fax quickly. I just needed to send a fax with a cover page and I was able to do that for $1.99. The app was easy to use, lets you preview your fax before sending it, and adjust the brightness if necessary. It showed my fax was delivered, so I called the recipient 15 minutes later to verify. Sure enough, it was delivered as promised. This app was a lifesaver for me today.

What a bonus to have on your phone. This app is so very convenient and it has come to my rescue so many times where I needed to fax something because that was my only way of submitting something and this app came in handy. I have purchased pages some time ago and I still have so many left which makes it so much easier to just scan and fax. It’s a must on every phone, especially nowadays that hardly anyone has a landline at home let alone a fax machine. Thank you for creating this app.

Works Really Well-Pair with Turbo Scan. Useful app, in combination with Turbo Scan and phone you can manage a small business! Scanner free, or small charge upfront, Turbo Fax needs fee per sheet but not expensive. Love both of these apps and highly recommend.

Quick and easy. I used this when I was in a bind. It was quick and easy. I would have had to spend more driving to a store to fax something. I also made multiple faxes to the same number which is nice since it stores the number!

Like the pay-per-page model. A lot of fax apps seem to go on the subscription model. Although it may be a bit more expensive, per page, the TurboFax approach works great if you just need to send a fax or two a year, and don't want the hassle of signing up and then cancelling a subscription. As far as faxing itself TurboFax was a breeze to set up and use.

Easy even for a 60 plus year old!. I was worried this app would be hard to figure out. It was a cinch. Amazingly easy. Well worth the small cost.

Thank you for lightning fax. I needed to get Re rods from one place t the other before I could get an appointment. Printed release from my printer, completed and got it out with a confirmed sent within 5 minutes. Off my mind and no need to even put it on my to do list.

Adiquate. It's a simple to use app, works well. Only problem is the faxes are way too expensive, considering that I'm using my phone, my network, my phone plan! I think they should come up with a better pricing scheme that's way cheaper, or make a pro version and have one price to include unlimited faxes. Faxing is almost obsolete so the very rare occasion that you want to use it, doesn't justify the cost. Also like someone previously stated a good option would be to have a cover page. I know that you can just add that page to a scan, but maybe have a generic cover page that is editable.

There’s no way to print out a sent confirmation. It’s easy and pretty quick but no real way to confirm it was sent other than it saying it did. It would be helpful to be able to print a sent confirmation note that is reachable from the app. If this all works out this will be great answer for all those still dragging out the fax machine era. Ugh

Easy and 1 page is free. For occasional use, this is so much better than the subscription model. Could not have been easier to send a fax!

Cover Page. For the most part, the app is easy to use, but shouldn’t charge for the cover page. Especially, if your only sending a one page document. If your sending a fax to a business you have to have a cover page, so the fact that your charged for 2 documents when the first is only the cover page, which you need in most cases doesn’t seem fair.

A reliable faxing app. On occasion, even though it is a rare occasion I am in a place when I must fax a document in a timely manner. This particular app is wonderful, quick, and efficient. It provide you a status of the fax and stores it as well.

Confusing. I paid. I don’t know if the fax went. There is no send button. Help.

Tricked me into sending fax twice and use more credits. I bought fax credits, and sent a fax with the app. Then while the fax was being sent, another screen opens up which asks to send a fax. It makes it appear as though the initial fax was not sent (although never explicitly says so). After you tap send fax again, you see the screen where two same faxes are being sent. Why resort to cheap tactics such as this? I want a refund!

Pricey but it works. It’s quite expensive for a simple process, but it’s incredibly convenient, easy to use and it works.

Turbo fax. My hubby needed a lab request faxed, not texted, nor emailed. I had the request scanned on TurboScan and downloaded the TurboFax app. My previously scanned document appeared in my TurboFax app automatically. I simply entered the fax number, pressed send and let the time run for the sending to happen. My husband thinks I am amazing!

Cancel choice. I would like the option to cancel a fax at anytime. Even when it’s trying to connect. Once you choose send there is no way to stop it if you accidentally put in a wrong number.

Worked great. I’m a TurboScan user. So naturally when I needed to fax, I migrated to TurboFax. App worked great. First off, why are we still faxing in 2021, but thanks TurboFax for at least bringing that capability to mobile.

Fax not going through. I purchased several pages to fax important documents that did not get to the receiver. I verified I had the correct fax number and the app says the fax was delivered. I have resent the documents again hoping they will go through the second time, but for now I am out the cost for faxing the first set of documents. I will update tomorrow if the app worked the second time.

Less than perfect. As with most apps it’s guess work and leaves you more questions than answers. Once a fax is sent a way to print the receipt of fax is necessary for important documents.

Not great and very expensive. For as expensive as this is, I should be able to see an actual cover page and be able to download it and print it so I know what the other person is receiving. Also, you shouldn’t force me to purchase more pages then needed when I have some leftover.

Closing out. Both TurboScan and Turbofax are so easy to use and convenient. I have had to close out so many documents for my deceased in-laws that required faxes and the process was seamless.

Love Turbo Scan. This is ridiculous.. No way to see faxed items. Paid for fax to be sent but they never received it. Went to “Help” page and it’s just blank. Not so helpful! Show three pages that could be sent but can’t access them without paying a second time for all three pages when there is only one I wanted to see if it was sent.

Fast, reliable. Been using TurboFax for quite sometime now. Able to send ALL my fax no issues. It’s amazing how convenient it is to have this app!!

Great way to fax. Been using this app for about two years now. This app has gotten my fax to where it needs to be promptly. I can rely on this fax anywhere I go and I would recommend Turbo fax to anybody that needs to fax.

Incomplete fax sending Sat. April 22, 2023.. I did not finish adding the 5 pages I paid for. I was unable to delete the page with the errors, after the cover page which stated there were 4 pages in the fax. This is a breach over a very important matter. I need immediate compensation to carry through the intended fax of 5 pages @ $2.99.

So easy!!. This is the easiest fax service. I didn’t have access to a fax machine... went to this app, a moment later it’s all done and first page was free. Can’t beat it. I’ll definitely use again.

Only sends two pages at a time!!!!. This app is a rip off!! I used it today to send two pages. I was so frustrated that I had to send two simple pages in two different faxes because you cannot send more than two pages at a time!! One page was wasted on the fax subject page each time. I am so disappointed!!! Never again!!!!
