I can’t search for addresses. This latest update is useless. I’m trying to book a ride and it won’t let me search for an address. I therefore can’t book a ride. Unfortunately for you Uber has this figured out.

It sucks, don’t waste your time.. Doesn’t even let you out in a pickup/destination location. It’s trash

Took awhile to get the hang but once I did I love it!. As long as your ready BEFORE they arrive it works like a charm

Good, but room for improvement.. So far I can’t complain to much about this app. It’s doing pretty much what I need it to do. Had one driver who tried to charge me in the cab, although I’d already paid online. Maybe it needs to be more straightforward got the drivers as well. I would like an option to print a white receipt with black lettering, since a black screenshot take an insane amount of ink to print. And an option to sent a proper receipt to my email as I need it for my taxes.

Terrible. The location does show up on my phone It doesn’t let me type in an address And it always glitches Do not recommend

The cab from my place on August 19,2020 about 1:30am. The cab was very clean He was an excellent driver

Trash. Don’t get this app this app is trash it’s a waste of space

Do not use.. Used the cab, taxi came 50 minutes late, customers service agent stated “we can’t guarantee timely service when you use the app, you should have called us directly.” People should just use Uber.

Can’t enter addresses!. Tried multiple addresses, still won’t accept the addresses even though they are correct. You’re losing major business over this. Why don’t you fix your app??? Call to book and they won’t give you a price, and if they do it’s underestimated by 5-10 dollars.

Doesn’t work. Can’t enter an address into the app! What is the point of calling a cab if all they are going to do is gouge me. I used yellow cab because of the pre determined fares - which actually made the drivers get me to where I wanted to quickly even though several tried the broken debit machine trick on me (I wasn’t playing that game) call another cab for me or figure it out. Back to Uber for me.

We’re sorry something went wrong. It’s been months! I remove and then reinstall the app and still I get the same error message. I feel so violated. I need flat rate taxis. Life is bleak. There is no sunshine.

Address bar don’t work. You need to update or fix app ASAP.I did what operator said erase app then redownload still don’t work!!! Ugh so frustrating works only 10 percent of the time. Been a long time customer and you guys treat customers this way. Goes to show what the company is about

Get uber instead. App has significant difficulty placing location. When it does have the right location the estimated time to pickup ALWAYS is much much shorter than the actual wait time. Uber >>>>> greater Edmonton yellow The drivers do a good enough job though, not their fault.

Superb service. Our hotel called a Yellow Cab for us for the VIA Rail Station. Our driver was excellent. His driving skills were exemplary. He was friendly, sociable, courteous, and a real gentleman. His cab number was 350.

Bad service 🚧🚖🚧. Terrible service over all and I could say that goes for the driving as well, two different drivers were scary and also couldn’t even find my house! Sure would recommend getting the Uber app instead. I give this one star just as many other people have done as well👎🏻👎🏽👎🏾

It used to work?. This app used to work fine, now it will not allow me to edit my favourites, my address, or even add a destination. I prefer to ride yellow cab over Uber, but I want to add a destination. I do not have patience to call in as I like to see virtual updates on the driver. Unfortunately due to this crappy app, you are slowly losing my business, and I am sad about it too. Please repair this app and when it is done, notify me please.

Terrible driver and system. Called in to pre-book taxi, came almost 20 minutes late. Almost made me missed my field trip, when I get ready to pay the taxi driver pressed the highest amount for tips. I just paid quickly because I was in a rush to chase bus. But I am furious with the service, asking for the highest amount of tips when the driver almost made me missed my trip because he was late! And I tried to book through the app this time, says all drivers are unavailable this time.

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t work, addresses won’t input. The drivers almost double the fare, from what it would be on fixed rate when driving on the meter, so I will no longer be using yellow cab, until they fix their app.

App very poorly built. On a recent trip to Edmonton I downloaded the app while in my Yellow Cab to speed up payment. It did not allow me to connect to my ride as the sign suggested so I couldn’t use the app in that instance. Strike one. On leaving Edmonton, I prebooked a yellow cab to the airport and when checking back on the app I found my ride was not scheduled even though the app pre-authorized my credit card. Strike two. I booked an Uber instead. I would avoid this app.

This used to work.... Yooo this used to work pretty well in the summer. Now it can’t find locations after a search.

Don’t Trust the App. I booked a taxi and after waiting 45+ mins the app decided to cancel the booking. No wonder everyone takes Uber.

Yellow cab app. Not intuitive! Very difficult to add home address or favourites. App needs work.

Disappointed. App will not allow me to put in drop off or pick up location. App takes forever to find a driver, long story short very disappointed.

They will steal your money. On February 12 2021 I was charged $41.26 (and I have the proof on my bank statements) The cab was only supposed to be $29.90 I understand there was a pre-payment thing so I waited 5 business days and was not refunded the difference. I wanted 2 weeks and never got a response after leaving multiple voice mails. Once I heard from some one I was told this never happened even tho I have proof that I was charged by the yellow cab company $41.26. And I was never contacted again.

Yellow Cab app can not identify the pickup address. My cab was sent to the wrong location to pick me up because the app cannot recognize my pickup address.

Same as everyone else. Someone must be making tons of money somewhere because this app is complete garbage

Fix your app. I can’t type in a address for pick up or drop off, your gps is way off, and I can’t edit my home or work. Fix this or I will be switching to Uber!

Garbage. The APP does not work. Don’t download. You cannot enter drop off or pick up locations. Instead, you have to use a stupid pin map destination selector. Complete trash. After looking at when the last update was installed it is clear that this app is no longer supported.

Booking ahead works pretty well. Easy to use app. Booked a cab night before my flight day. And cab was on time sharp, keep giving me notifications about when cab was on the way, soon arriving, and when it arrived to my place. Price was also not too bad. Definitely would use again.

This app is broken. It won’t let me select any destinations from an address, I have to go on the stupid, imprecise map and mark it from there. And best of all, it won’t let me even attempt to select a drop off location. You’ve got to be kidding me. Please just fix it..

Terrible. Terrible app! If you try to punch in a pick up address it won’t work because the app automatically defaults to where it estimates your current location using the map and the estimated current location is always wrong! No matter how many times you try to change the dropped pin current location to your actual address it keeps defaulting back to the pinned location on the map. So I just end up calling yellow cab and booking a cab the old school way.

Not working. This app doesn’t work on the iPhone! Please fix it. Works fine on androids 🤨

The tip function did not work.. The app did work but the tip function did not work.

New version no longer allows prebooking. The new redesign of Yellow Cab does not allow prebooking on iOS14.8.1. The feature is there, and you can add your preferred time - but there’s no way to submit it so that it’s accepted. If you just X out the calendar and time popup, which is your only option, nothing is saved.

Fix your apps. it can't book a cab anymore always something went wrong please fix it

Double charged. Don’t put your card in the app! I had mine on there for convenient use and I ended up having 200$ on hold in my bank account for 40$ trips I didn’t have! I normally pay 11:55$ a trip or 22$, never 40$ and suddenly in my account it says a bunch of 40$ trips are on hold!
