Broken function. I paid for this but I can’t access my daily questions. Is there someone that can help me fix this? Otherwise I will be asking for my money back.

Outdated. No no no. It’s very outdated. You will fail

Issues with Free Trial. I was given a free trial for 12 hours within downloading which was very helpful. A week later they sent me an email saying I had another free trial but when I opened the app it was the same free version. The link to premium would not work in my email. I received another email that same day saying my trial was about to expire. I reached out to get help but they only respond Monday-Friday. This took place on a Sunday. Makes it very frustrating.

Does not work. Homepage of app shows a blank screen even after signing up for membership.

Disappointing. The app doesn’t work for my phone. You can’t see the whole question.

Unable to use. I signed up for the free trial but everything is still locked.

Great product. Great product, it helps you where you need help. At the end of the questions you can go back to the question if you get it wrong at the bottom of the question after you answer it it has three cans. I don't know, somewhat now, know. The ones that you hit don't now it goes back to them till you KNOW. Them. Work great for me.

Don’t pay for the subscription. I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for the $12.99 monthly subscription to use the locked content/practice exam. It worked for about a week and now I don’t have access to materials. Also all of my progress is gone. I tried contacting app creators and tried all their “suggestions” with no improvement Very disappointed and now I’ve lost my study materials. Please don’t waste your time, or money.

Good starting or ending point!. Like It hopefully it will work. Easy and I can use it when I’m out and about which is nice. The only suggestion is maybe adding flash cards? That would be helpful

Access denied. I paid for a 3 month subscription but it won’t let me access the material. I want my money back.

App doesn’t work. App doesn’t load anymore and stays on a white blank screen. Waste of money.

Charged me + Contradicting Answers. I got charged for a 3 month subscription that I didn’t pick. Don’t get this app! Super sneaky. No way to get my money back? Questions were helpful, but then some started contradicting the “correct” answers with the explanation so it made me skeptical and hesitant if other questions were wrong or misleading. It also has a lot of repeat questions // doesn’t give you direct explanations. Basically says “this is the answer, because it is the answer.”

You will pass with this app I did. I took my test today and passed. This app is spot on

Exam Prep. This app is amazing to use to study. The practice questions on this app are accurate and they matched the test outline. I took my test today and passed it on the very first try, it’s WORTH paying the subscription if you are someone who really needs to study hard. It gives you detailed answers to these questions increasing the amount of knowledge on the topic. I recommend this app above all of the others, it truly has been a blessing.

Passed with a 1584. Used this app online side the "Medical" PTCE practice apps. I have been a tech for only 7 months with one month of studying with this app and passed my test first try.

Could be better.. I want the option to change subjects when I want not only after I complete the prior section. Decent quality. Would recommend otherwise.

Amazing study tool. I took my test today and I passed! This app was a game changer for me, I could not have done it without it. This was the main study tool I used and I don’t regret paying for the subscription at all. Highly recommend getting it if you are going to be taking the exam.

Great! But need more reading material.. The practice test questions are GREAT! But it definitely needs more reading lesson material. Memorizing questions is ok, but learning a lesson like actual text books have is better. Lesson help determine answers to questions you haven’t encountered before whereas going over hundreds of practice questions just teaches you to memorize answers to questions you’ve already seen.

Do. I used this app everyday and learned a great deal. I believe that studying from the PTCB book as well as using this app are my reasons for passing the test. I’m glad I downloaded and then upgraded to the premium version. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the app would keep closing on me while trying to answers questions.

Deleted my progress. Been studying and using this app for three months, renewed subscription and on the app it says I’m still subscribed but all my progress has been deleted. Someone fix this now

Not bad.... For rote memorization. The “explanations” have a lot to be desired. Question would be what is classified as an antihistamine, answer would be loratidine and the explanation for the answer would be loratidine is classified as an antihistamine. It’s like that for every question so you don’t actually learn anything. It’d be really nice for the explanation of the answer to be a definition or something to help increase understanding.

Took 9.99 form monthly subscription. The app was Great. Until they took my subscription fee $9.99, then all questions are locked, like I’m on the free trail. I’m furious Test in 3 days

Impressive... 😊. Intense... however makes you think and learn all at the same time!! My memory is stronger already 😊

Not Worth It. I used the free trial and liked the format. I recently subscribed to it for a month and it doesn’t let me have access any of the content. It basically stole my money.

Terrible money stealing game. This game keeps charging me & asking me to start a free trial. I’ve already paid?! Very upset customer. This happened to me three times. What is going on! I want my money back.

To be 110% ready. I took my test and past. This app was definitely one of my most useful tools of studying. And I for the test I felt over prepared honestly. A lot on this app was not on the test. But I’m sure it could have been so it had to be covered.

The best!!. I used lots of different sources to study for the exam, but this one was by far the most helpful, well organized study guide!! Also- I passed! & after using this to study I felt over prepared actually!

Terrible. I can’t even cancel my subscription. None of the questions were on the ptcb exam

Upgrade study supply. I work as a retail pharmacy and I notice some difference answer that need to be updated and need to be answered carefully depending on the state. I’m still using The app I hope it helps with my test though.

Scammers. Do not get this app. I paid for this app for one month thinking it won’t charge me anything for the next month. (I downloaded this app around February-March 2020). Surprisingly, I received an email. A receipt from this app TODAY! Almost a year later. Which means for almost a year I’ve been paying them without me knowing. I check phone, manage subscriptions and guess what?? There was no way to unsubscribe. Easy to download but you can’t connect or talk to anybody about some issues. So, almost $100 wasted, stolen, scammed for no reason. I REPEAT, Strong warning, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PUT YOUR BANK INFO to this scammer app.

Helpful tool!. I took my test yesterday and passed! This was my most used study tool. I tried nearly every other prep app and this was the most user friendly and best detailed. Worth the subscription for sure!!

Horrible. Questions seemed dated. Videos seemed dated. I am a retail tech. Like one other review said memorizing questions is not the way to study I want to learn how a question is solved. Not a good app.

Useful but costly. I really love the questions and format of the app and material they are providing, but the cost is still not justified compare to Rationale and Explaination they are providing with hardly clear cut explaination.

Won’t Let Me Unsub From Membership. I payed for the membership for awhile to have access to more questions, and now that i no longer need it, there’s NO way to Unsub from the membership and i keep getting charged. I’ve also tried the contact button to no avail because you have to have mail set up on the device. (already have mine set up so ??). someone needs to fix that ASAP.

Love the concept but.... I wish the explanations of the answers that I got wrong were actual explanations. The explanations given are simply a sentence repeating the question with the answer inserted, which isn't much help at all. And for the price point, there are other apps out there that provide in-depth answers that you can actually learn from.

Very helpful!. There is room for improvement but I found the format very helpful as a practice tool for the exam. Suggestions for improvement get prompt attention. I wish the custom quiz tool worked (I cannot select any subjects).
