Still needs bug fixing. I have been trying to register my name in this app for 3 weeks now. You submit your info in and the wheel just keeps turning. I had to go back to the lab and get a print out of my blood test report.

New acxount. It will not allow me to create a new account

I forget to use this app. I see that this app is informative and it gives you information about your appointments and other services that are offered but for me I forget about using it. I write down all my appointments in my organizer, this is my best way to remember them. Try out the app, it might be helpful to you.

Prevents password managers. You cannot paste in a password, it does not associate to a website so password managers can work, and it does not support Face ID. All of this is probably someone’s misguided attempt at increasing security, but the BEST way to secure the account is to make it frictionless for us to use password managers. Without a password manager option, people will naturally choose a short, easy to type password, which reduces security. If you care about your users security, you should know this.

Won’t sign up.. The app doesn’t even let you sign up. Just shows an error.

No support. I have been following up with customer care for the last 4 months but the issue is still not resolved

Phony app. This company has posted this app under multiple names. App doesn’t work.

Unusable App. Error after error on different screens have made this app literally impossible to register for and get into. This thereby forces me to pay for post in order to pay my bill and take an extra trip to the mailbox, rather than being able to accomplish digital payment online.

Smart App. Really a smart app, I created an appointment with my doctor and viewed the lab report , ultimately saved my time and energy.

Error on register account. Can’t even make an account

Friendly Staff +. Though the clinic is very busy the staff is very friendly and helpful. Not afraid to be friendly and treats patients with care. Not long waits either. Even the doctor is friendly and very thorough.

Terrible app. Barely works and is super slow. I don’t know why my doctor chooses to use this. It never alerts me with messages, when I write a message the messages disappear. Get rid of this app!!!!

Very slow app. The app needs a maintenance because it’s taking very long to load it even though high internet speed

Frustrating. I am completely unable to upload or receive attachments. This is becoming increasingly more aggravating.

Doesn’t work. I tried scheduling an appointment but it won’t let me select my doctor. When I tried to select the doctor, it freezes, app closes by itself.

Doesn’t let you sign up. The doctor’s office only accepts payment via a snail-mailed check, but they suggested this app on their statement so I downloaded it. It won’t even let me sign up. Constant errors about “a problem occurred during sign up.” It is almost 2023. Let me pay online, or have a usable app that allows me to pay via credit or debit card. Who even uses a checkbook anymore?!?!

Slowww. Takes way too long to load. Also, I had a TeleMed appointment with my doctor and the app kept telling me there was an error. Turns out she was just running late, so the error messaging could really use some work.

Can’t even register. My family pediatrician switched to this software. I just want to register and pay online. I get an error and can’t even do that. I’ve tried 5 times over 3 months

Excellent. Excellent app

TalkPHR. Not at all user friendly and does not interface with other common applications like My Chart.

Needs lot of improvement. Most of the time it takes for ever to connect after login and takes forever to load the data. I have an excellent 5G connection and a above 300 mbps internet connection.

Lab work. Very nice to see your lab work and don’t have to wait for a week.

Really needs the bugs fixed on current version.. There are a number of bugs that are preventing me from effectively being able to communicate with my doctor. The most severe one is that the messages from your doctor don’t show up when received. My message will show up on my chat when I send them to the physician, however their reply appears to break the app turning the chat into a blank slate. Replies that I put in do not show up, so I’m left having a one sided conversation. The second problem is the lack of auto correct or even the presence of the little red spots under a incorrectly typed word which seems trivial at first but there are many instances where a poorly spelled word can mean a whole day delay on getting quick treatment if your doctor relies on the app during off hours. I realize this may be a first world problem, but it’s not good for your app's reputation if it’s unable to be as user friendly as possible for those who are technologically illiterate. This app has great potential. But the coding needs to be revamped. Hope I’ve helped.
