iPhone X users. I use an iPhone X and we can’t seem to access the app anymore as it always asks for an update or we use the web. If I click update the app it takes me to the App Store but there are no updates, just the open tab. Please fix this anomaly

It’s logged me out my artist account. Well it was working fine at first real smooth until today where it’s just magically logged me out my account and when I try to log back in it’s telling me too access my artist account. Okay I try that and now I don’t have access to my account? How is that? I’m using the same exact email, log in however you may have it I’m very disappointed & I just dropped a project. Total let down !

Don’t have latest version on iPhone 6 and 7. I can’t even use the app because I’m on iPhone 6 and 7. This was the dumbest move anyone can make, I’m obviously not the only human that has these old phones, there’s many people like me who like Apple but don’t want to upgrade because we still want the headphone jacks, so we buy used iPhones that are refurbished with new batteries only to find out it can’t run apps like this. Now I can’t change my pfp from the web page and it’s really annoying

Horrible. So I wake up go through my daily routine checking all my apps and when I go to this app it was like I never had an account. So I try to sign in with my facial recognition and it says I don’t have an account so I try to type it in my self and still like I don’t exist. So when I go to get support I can’t get any cuz it’s asking me to sign in. Why would someone have to sign in to get support like duhhh clearly we would need help getting signed in so you need to fix the message us part cuz that makes no sense

Removing stats views below 1000 plays?. In the latest version, you can’t see the number of plays in songs if you have less than 1000 plays. Why? All artists track their plays after release, it’s really important to know how you’re tracking. Why would you remove this for new music and for smaller artists? This will kill off the use case of regularly checking the app daily to follow progress toward 1000+ plays. This is very disappointing.

ALMOST PERFECT. NOT!!!. It’s OK it allowed me to write my bio it does that good at least LOL but it doesn’t do much more I mean you can post your playlists so people can see what you’ve been listening to you can post your favorite top song or album or favorite playlist and then you can write your bio. Basically that’s about it. But it does that good LOL you have to install this app if you want to write your bio and your playlists and your top pick (your absolute favorite song or album) there’s no other way to do this so you have to download this app, at least to do that and if you want you can erase it after that.

Just downloaded it just in case. Because i have a song that’s coming out on all platforms on May 10th. It’s called "watching anime in my bedroom" by Senpaii (that’s me) and i just want to manage my stuff and to see how’s it going lol

Not even working anymore. I've never really had an issue with this app but it's been a bit since I used it, and the app isn't even working anymore. I open the app and it just says I need to update the app in order to use it. So i go to check for updates and the app is all up to date, no new updates available. I can't be the only one with this issue right? And how do you even mess this up this bad to begin with...

Easy changes. Love this app and the concept but there’s some big fixes that should be made instantly that could do a lot of good, instead of all these beta features you’re putting time into. All artists want is better time frames for the graphs. The options shouldn’t only be since 2015 or 28 days. That is SUCH a big jump it’s literally moronic. We want to have this graph be customizable or at least have more options. We also want to see how many saves we got along side streams, followers and listeners. Should be a no brainer. Right now the artists can’t see what they need to at all.

If It Worked, I’d Rate It 5 Stars. Here’s the deal. LOTS of issues and bugs. You can’t edit your profile images, bio, or pick correctly every time. I have issues with adding pictures to my bio the most. They never show up and it sometimes removes all my pictures. It also doesn’t remember my picks and forgets them and they disappear. When I go to add an image to a pick, a lot of the time the image won’t show up. If these little issues were fixed, I’d rate this 5 stars for sure! :)

Fantastic!!!. I love this so much, you can see how many watches it has gotten and it has stats as well as editing your bio! You get to customize your artist picture and artist pick. But I do wish that every artist would be able to have the chance to post a canvas to it, and don’t get me wrong you can submit access to get a canvas but not sure how long that’ll take😕 but otherwise it is awesome and I am so glad to have this and keep track on how I am doing so download this it’s great!!!

Normally works fine. Idk if there is anyone else having this issue, but the past two weeks the only way I’m able to get to see my stats on the app has been to uninstall it and log in again. If I try to open again after closing the app and opening it again, it doesn’t load at all. Other than that, this app has been pretty good.

Gallery Not Updated. Every time I try to upload a photo I always get an error stating, "Gallery Not Updated: Something went wrong and we weren't able to update your gallery. Please try again." I always try again and the same error appears. I hope you all can fix this error soon.

I’m having problems. My music is not live yet, and I’m clicking the button that asks if I am. HOWEVER, when I click the button, the link just turns purple. The button does nothing. I gave this 4 stars since I barely could do anything on this app.

My New Songs Are Releasing As Old Songs?. I never had a serious problem with this app until the last update, which was a little over a week ago. Everything was fine before that. However, ever since that update happened, my new songs ARE releasing, but they’re all the way at the bottom of where all my singles are, without a date attached to them like there used to be. I record where I live. So I’ve got A LOT of music to share. I’m literally sitting on hundreds of songs. So, I went ahead and set up music to be released all the way through the summer of 2026. Is EVERY song until then not going to be in ANYONE’S release radar? Is it all just going to blindly come up to no fanfare? How am I supposed to promote something that people can’t see as a new release on my page? Is the app updating even the reasoning for this or is it just an ironic coincidence that this happened right after the app updated? I’m asking because I also have issues with my distributor for “spam submitting” music. I have HUNDREDS of songs so I figured I’d sit down one day and set up 10 albums at once. Apparently that created an issue and now I can’t even edit or remove my own music. But the music I did set up is still scheduled to release. And everything was releasing fine, until this update happened. I need to know what the issue is and who the issue is with before I can fix the issue. If there’s something I can do, or if there’s anything anyone can do, please let me know or help?

Good start but needs better time filters. When I review my stats with this app, I often find myself wanting to compare one release to my pst released in a variety of ways. The app *almost* provides this but the lack of ability to set specific time windows kills it. The time filter options they provide are either today, this week, this month, or 5 YEARS. Lol what a strange feature.

Completely Broken Now. As other recent reviews indicate, you can’t open the app but once after updating. After which, you’ll need to delete and re-download every single time you wish to open it. That they haven’t acted on such a simple solution as reverting to a previous version for us to download shows exactly how artist-friendly they really are. But ya know, the cost of content creation is low, right Daniel? Barf.

Can’t log in. I don’t know if it’s due to a recent update or what, but I somehow got logged out of my account on the app. I can’t remember my password and when I click “log in without password” it just routes me back to the same screen to enter it. When I click “log in with Apple” it says there’s an issue and can’t log me in that way. I haven’t been able to access my account for weeks because of this.

HUGE design flaw. Everything analytically is awesome when you Release a fresh wrk for the first 7 days. You can see your monthly listeners which updates each day, and your live stream count which is awesome. What’s stupid is that the live stream count goes away after day 6. So it becomes horribly off count and laggy and you never know what your accurate stats are in real time anymore. It’s gonna be like 3-4 days behind which is TRASH. Such an idiot development

Not a fan of the new changes. I was a huge fan of this app and it was more helpful at first with understanding your streams however, now every song under 1000 streams is just listed as <1k when going by "all time". Now us smaller artist can’t tell which song is getting more traction and which song we need to push. Honestly this doesn’t benefit any smaller artist who is trying to make it. Please bring back the ability to see exact number of streams under 1000. There’s a big difference it a song getting 20 streams and a song getting 900 streams. But we will never know which song to push because they both appear the same.

Pointless redesign is pointless. The redesign is terrible. Functionality has been removed — like all-time play count — but not much has been added. Things have been shuffled around, and now I don’t know where they are. Why do you designers do this?? In all honesty, it looks like you’re trying to justify your employment. I suppose that’s valid, but couldn’t you find something more constructive to do? Design by numbers isn’t design. Doesn’t matter what the metrics say — if you’re a good designer and actually *use* the product (or speak with users), trust your intuition.

I'm having trouble with the app. I can't seem to claim my artist profile. I have to keep staring over and then it tries to have me link my twitter account and email. The end result is either one of two notifications, "something went wrong" or "sorry we couldn't find that page." I even tried using an alternate email. It's just not letting me claim my artist profile. I'm trying to get my blue check mark!

Young Queso. Super helpful, especially as a new artist. It gives you live stats for the first couple days, fun to check it occasionally and see how your doing. After that you get them daily, I would love a way to interact/thank my followers as my fan base grows. Other then that this app does exactly what I need. Check out my music if your into rap/trap. Young Queso got sauce like a dip.

Pretty good way to mange you’re music. I’m a small artist with under 10 monthly listeners and the service is still pretty good. Uploading you’re canvas are easy. I have experienced no glitches or issues except this one time when the “writers” were made into “featured artists” which I don’t know if that was this app or my music distributor. This is still a good app and I would recommend it to small artists like me.

Unable to access my Artist Profile. I’m not able to access my artist profile because I need to change the profile picture and the bio because I’m not 22 years old anymore I’m 24 years old.

Play count glitch. I’m willing to change my review once the situation is handled BUT my play count for a new release that’s not even close to 7 days old decreased in plays AND froze while it’s still “live”. UPDATE: I actually lowkey love the updated app . But please fix the play count issue. Milestones are so important for artists just starting out.

Can't see upcoming releases anymore. Previously, I was able to see upcoming releases (before they're released) on my page, and I could add canvases to them before they come out. Now, just recently my upcoming album isn't viewable on my page anymore, and I don't know if the canvases I set will still show when it releases. Idk if this is a new update thing or a bug but whatever it is- I want to be able to see upcoming releases and add canvases to them. Otherwise, this app is great and I want to continue to use it.

stupid changes. why are the only options for seeing stream counts 7 days, 28 days, and all time now?? no custom period, no 24 hours, NOTHING. why is every song under 1000 streams just listed as <1k when going by “all time”? such stupid changes man. who does this benefit? just makes the artists waste more time to try and see their stats? edit: May 2, 2024 you guys really are trying to get rid of all your smaller artists from both this app and your entire platform aren’t ya? can’t track play counts on any songs under 1k streams, you don’t get revenue for them anymore either (not like you guys pay well, anyways). why do you hate small aspiring artists so much?! edit: May 1, 2025 i can’t even use the app anymore because i’m on ios 16. this is the ONLY app i cannot use, seriously? lol. what’s so high tech about this app now that it can’t be used on ios 16

Trouble with changing cover photo. I love this app, it’s wonderful and I appreciate it . The only trouble I’m having is in Podcast settings. When I try to change my cover picture for my podcast, I’m able to upload it , but not apply it. The button at you push at the bottom to apply just freezes. And the picture never makes it to where you can save it. This has just started happening. Other than that , I love it!

So hard to see stream count. I love using this app to look at the data of how my streams are doing and which one has more than the other to know what people are liking but I swear the keep updating the app and making it harder and harder to be able to view this stats. Please fix this asap so that I can see the amount of streams per song.

Frustrated. I went from being able to see my numbers in real time to updates every 24hrs and could only see if someone was listening at the moment. New listeners were accurate in one are but delayed in another. I no longer have a “live” view of streams when I open the app. I also released 2 songs within a week and I only see 1 song under “songs”. I can see 2 songs undef the “released” tab but when I try to access my previous release it’s grayed out and an error message pops up saying “this song is not a part of your current catalog”. I’ve reset my phone, as well as removed and reinstalled the app, still having the same issues. Very frustrating.

Version 2.1.18 is awful!. This new version (2.1.18) is awful. Who said it would be a good idea to remove the 24 hour stat filter? Now we can only check stats from as early as 7 days or beyond. And now we can’t see the individual song stats for songs under a total 1k lifetime streams in the all-time filter? Too bad I couldn’t tell you if I could get this information alternatively by clicking on each song to view their stats individually because I get an error every time I try. Cmon dude, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. At the very least please bring break the 24 hour stats filter. It was very helpful in engaging how successful promotion attempts were from the previous day.

Said bugs fixed but still having the same issue. Streams only get updated once a day not live like they use to not to mention it does this on PC as well I’d love for this to get fixed can’t track progress if you can only see it up until you checked the first time that day.

Needs Work. As an artist, I thought this was going to be the jam session. And for the most part, it is. There needs to be some bug fixes. You can’t really do much as far as profile customization through the app, but, that was expected. I gave it a three out of five stars because there is definitely room for improvement. I will update my rating if anything changes. 🤘🏼

your new update screwed up adding a feature to your profile. for some reason I can’t add anything to the top of my profile now. i used to be able to add playlists at the top of my page no problem, now it brings me to a screen where it says select an image and it won’t even let me add an image and it won’t let me post without an image either. please fix this so I can get back to looking professional

Can’t even use the app now…. I’m not even able to access the app now because it requires an update to use, and I already have the latest update that my phone supports… This app is useless to me now 🤦🏻‍♂️ Other complaint: Like really, it’s 2025 and we can even see live statistics? Really just should be an automatic thing to have. Fix this app update requirement so tons of us can even use the thing again.

Pretty good, not perfect. This app is a million times better than Apple Music for Artists, but the analytics could still be much better. You should be able to set the timeframe somewhere in between last 28 days and since 2015, that’s pretty ridiculous. Also I wish we could see more than just listeners and streams, there should be more information about saves and playlist adds. Overall there’s some good analytics but it has a long way to go to be perfect

Put listeners back. I hate that you changed were the listeners section is and why can we not view our streams live after 7 days we should be able to still seem them so we can have accurate information and I hate that we can't interact with fans on your platform to help ourself grow I feel their is a lot lacking in terms of tools for the artist I have 20k monthly listeners but for smaller artist it's nearly impossible to grow if your not Playlisted but Spotifys algorithm

Great app. This app is essential for any artist major or indie as it is customer tailored to you as an artist. Insights into who’s playing your music as long as where coupled with little extras like gender and age range of listeners makes this a great tool for all artist it’s helped me a lot I’ve been able to refocus my target market and I’m seeing great results. 5 Stars!

Adding artist. Can not click submit at the bottom of the application because there are clickable options on top of each other. The website also says this page is down. I see people have been having this issue for over a month.

Stop working with Musixmatch. They don’t help unless you get their highest packets and it’s not right for us to pay to have our own lyrics on our songs. Apple lets you add lyrics right from the Apple Music for Artists website no problem. I have been waiting for months for Musixmatch to verify both of my accounts and can’t an actual representative to reply. Just a chat bot saying I wouldn’t have this problem if I got the pro package. Also, if you need a distributor and don’t want to deal with Musixmatch use DistroKid.

Crashing. The app keeps crashing everytime I open it. Like it doesn’t even open anymore I’m not sure what’s happening but while it was working it was a good app I like how I’m able to change my profile picture and and my bio and stuff like that even though it takes a little while to change it still does so that’s cool. But right now I can’t seem to get into the app can you please fix this

Not very useful. While I’m happy that I can see my stats here, the real thing I’d like to be able to do (and I’m sure many more artists would) is to be actually able to interact with current fans and help get to new ones by way of creating playlists as the artist and not just embed a playlist to your page (when you share it, shows the creator’s personal account and not yours) it would be great to also follow other bands as the artists page and to get notifications when someone follows me. So far I have found little use for the app. Pretty disappointing..

Terrible. Can’t believe you guys still haven’t fixed the canvas issues yet! It’s been happening for years now and still no solution??? I can’t even make a canvas because all it does is load and no matter how long i wait for it to process it just keeps on loading and loading and loading and loading not progressing at all!! And don’t get me started on the stat changes they made, absolutely abysmal! Use this app at your own risk, it’s honestly not worth your time.

Recent Changes Very Unfriendly to "Hobbyists". A lot of the recent changes to this app have made it difficult as an independent to watch long term stats. Stats such as total plays for tracks under 1k plays now just display as "< 1k", which is super unhelpful. Showing lifetime stats of songs causes some songs to not even show up in the list. If y'all are seriously trying to serve artists, you have a lot of work to do.

Killing the app is the only way to refresh. Nice to have access to stats in our pockets, but this app is buggy. Often after opening for a second time I get a loading popover that either takes too long or doesn’t properly refresh. One has to kill the app entirely to actually see the latest data. A little bit of focus on stability would go a long way.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT UNTIL. Hello everything was going fine until you all came with this new update. If you have an older iPhone Apple won’t allow you to update to IOS 18. So now I can’t use your app can we fix this please.

FIX THE STREAM GLITCH!!!!!. I just released my debut album April 20th & the views was doing well but all of a sudden last night after the update it went from approx 20k streams back down to 16k then this morning when I woke up to check if it got fixed it was stuck at around 18,659 streams and that number has still been the same. Like the app is broken or something.... this hasn’t been the first time I have been short changed views. Fix this ASAP. I’m a legit artist. I don’t buy fake views I take pride in my craft. So please help.

Worst view tracker I’ve ever had. Chandini is literally the worst person to ever approve/disapprove people’s access to their own account. I provided proof to my own artist email multiple times, provided my instagram with both my artist email, phone number and main personal account only to disapprove. I then sent them attached photos of my account like a couple seconds after I got the second disapproval. And it’s been a couple hours since then and I have no response. Worst service ever

Don’t force me to update. This App was always pretty mid. There aren't many options to view data or change your profile compared to the website. Now, however, I can’t use the app at all since I am on iOS 17. What is so advanced about this app that I NEED to have the latest OS to use it?? I’ll tell you (and Im a developer so I have some idea…) Absolutely nothing, no reason at all. The app literally just shows some charts and basic text. The fake requirements and forced upgrades drive me crazy. This is the only app that suddenly I can’t use on my phone because Im using last year’s OS. Unreal.

Rubbish. The apps are not showing me the right stats. It says I have over 1.5k listeners listening to me right now but then the stats says only 2 people were listening to me. It makes no sense! You guys need to get your act together.

Won’t allow updates. Trying to update my bio but the app won’t accept it. Has it be done via the webpage.

Can’t Even Log in. Why make it so hard to get into your password reset my password made it a 40 word long password how is anyone gonna remember that and it’s not optimised for iPads 1 star if these are fixed then more people will download this app for the mean while this is not worth getting.

Spotify for artists - update to IOS17. I do NOT want to continue updating my IOS to use my artists account! Please allow artists with a version less than 17 to utilise this app! It’s very disappointing that Spotify does this… Apple artist account doesn’t require IOS UPDATES!

Stuck in Update cycle. I haven’t been able to access my account for the last month or so due to being locked out in an update cycle - “a new version is available, click here to update” I then click update and it takes me to the App Store and offers the option to ‘open’ the app. Which takes me back to the original screen. When I choose ‘open on web’ it sends me back to my app, which then sends me back to the App Store, which sends me back to the app. Very frustrating

Stuck on update loop. Won’t let me access until I update. Get taken to Apple Store with no option to update. Login on web, get taken back to app. Been like this for a month now.

Thumbs down. Constantly won’t load anything so i can’t even submit a claim to my profile from the app. Had to switch to my pc and got declined anyway. Possibly the strangest verification system i’ve ever dealt with.

Cannot log in. Tried to sign in several times with outlook email and says it’s incorrect each time and yet when I try on the web it logs in without an issue. Please fix asap

Can’t access my accounts!. I can’t even use the website on my phone because it keeps forcing me back to the app which is forcing me to update to Apple 18 which I have no interest in right now! Please fix this issue! It’s a joke I have no need to update my phone! *Update* Okay so I finally updated to iOS 18, just because another there app that was more a necessity forced me to. I hate the update. Things are in less convenient places etc. I thought well at least I will be able to use Spotify artist on my phone! But no! You have got to be kidding me! What’s with your tech teams thinking they have the right to force a phone user to change the layout of their whole entire phone, just to use a single app! Where do you get off!

Crashes on iPhone XSMax. New version update today crashes on iPhone XS Max running IOS 13.5.1

Cannot use Gmail to Login. I set up my account through a gmail login on my desktop but I cannot login to the app as there is no gmail option. Only Facebook and Apple options are available. Could you please update the app to include a gmail login?

No older phone support. Woke up to find my iPhones OS wont support the new update cheers for that

Logs out ?!. I don’t know where my recent review went?? Since updating to iOS 15 and updating the app it logs me out. At least once a day. Please please fix 😀

They killed the app. Infinite loading, they have broke it and its useless. I suggest uninstalling.

Not functioning on iOS15. The app was working fine before I updated. Now it signs you out, has trouble staying logged in and seems to get stuck with the loading animation. In desperate need of a fresh update.

Forced updates of app and phone. Cannot access anymore unless I update the app, which was fine, but then when i go to do it, it said I had to update my phone before I could update my app. Go away. If you cant make your app work on older versions of software I’m not interested.

Lost Functionality. What happened? This mobile app worked pretty seamlessly until a few weeks ago, then all of a sudden it tried to start making me claim access again. Even though I use my same logins details, it says my artist is already claimed. I was freaking out until I realised it seems to work okay when I login on my desktop. But please tidy the app up, I can’t be on my desktop all the time!

Great info. Once your verified it’s fantastic info which beats any other platform for artists by a mile. PC version is more detailed but app provides good snapshot. Would like some more data variables between 28 days and “all time”.

I can’t wait for the next Gmail sign in update!!!!. Hi I just want to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ADDING A GMAIL SIGN IN!!!!!!!!!! We just heard that you guys would be adding a Gmail sign in on your next update. So Excited! Everyone was so disappointed with your app before the Gmail update was announced, but soon I’ll finally be able to login without having to give out my Facebook account (not saying that you’d share it, I just get a little annoyed when someone asks for my facebook. I haven’t got into the app yet, because the update isn’t released yet, but I’m looking forward to uploading my music to the world!!! Thanks again, bye.

Fix your stupid app. Your stupid app doesn’t work I don’t have music on Spotify yet and you still make me “claim a profile” how am I meant to when I don’t have music and when I say I don’t have music it doesn’t work fix your fricking app “Spotify”

Idea. Please make it so you can change cover images because I am using maykit to upload my music and the give me a mouth as my image but I want my own images please add

They can’t find their own sign up page.. Tried to verify my Spotify account as an artist so I have the ability to see the stats and edit my profile. It won’t let me. When you put your heart and soul into your music don’t rely on Spotify to give you credit for it.

What’s with playlist bug. When I add my playlist on my Spotify profile they disappear in a day why I need help

Honestly had the worst first experience. So I’ve had people recommended using this app but for reason I can’t access my distrokid account, I’ve constantly gone through the claim your account page but every time it says “something went wrong, we need more info”... then it goes back to the “claim your account” page... honestly so frustrating since I have music on Spotify that I cannot edit or access due to not being able to access my distrokid account on Spotify for artists

Uploading issues. I just released my second single and when I try to view my stats all I see are 3 dots and it never uploads to the point I need to delete the app and THAT’S THE ONLY TIME IT WORKS!!!

Meh. Spotify is stealing artists $$$$ we all know that. This app helps me manage my 2 bands profiles BUT and this is a HUGE one. I can’t add merch AND on one of my bands Spotify pages it has a third party merch link that we get NOTHING from!!! Unbelievable!!! Shame on you Spotify

Opens Up To a Blank White Page. I am totally frustrated with this app because you have to close and open it twice before you can see anything. Otherwise you get a white screen page, in both instances.

Sad. I was upset because over 700 streams went away when I refreshed the app. So now I’m not sure where I’m at. It’s showing yesterday’s data now.

Cannot connect on the app. I’m an artist and my music is on Spotify. For unknown reasons i cannot log to the app so i will never see the stats… it sucks As i can see i’m not the only one here having that problem. There is clearly a problem with your operator and you need to fix it so people can access their personnal informations !!!!!

Playlist pitching. Currently don’t have a computer but I request desktop site to use the web Spotify for artists. Only thing is on my phone and on the app the option to add a canvas or to pitch a song don’t show up. Do I need to be on a computer/laptop to do this? Other than that I love this app very user friendly and accurate 😊

Lazy dev team and constant login errors. Me and many other artists have let them know about the issues with logging in. Been having these issues for months now and they've still not fixed it. Worked fine before but one day it stopped letting us log in no matter what we do. Garbage company and a garbage app.

I’m confused. This is really hard to use and the set up instructions are unclear.

Loading problems. Seems like everyone is having the same loading problem when opening the app…yesterday i had to cancel and re-install the app at least 10 times just to see my results and i am still having the same issue today

Followers all out of whack. The stats in here do not properly reflect what they are on the Spotify app ‘Followers’ and ‘following’ numbers are completely different between the two. Updates, delete and reinstall doesn’t correct issue, makes me wonder if any stats are accurate?

Cant connect. Won’t allow log in with Facebook. Just use the desktop app.

Spotify for Artists. I checked to see my streams today however it’s only showing streams from two days ago

Loading screen. After the new update of July 1, 2024, the Spotify for Artist application continues to be the same. The application downloads to infinity with the three small points. Nothing is displayed, I have to go to the website for the statistics.

Wont let me log in. Every time I put in my credentials to log in Spotify logs me back out for no reason. This app works great but it's so frustrating to get to work

Taking away the ability to see how songs preform daily. First you guys took away ability to see saves since 2015. Now for some reason you can’t see the metrics on your songs for the last 24 hours. Really don’t understand why you guys are taking features away rather than adding them?

Wrapped Video won’t upload?. I’ve carefully followed all guidelines for my Spotify artist wrapped video but once I select a cover and type the title, I click next and it says something went wrong? I’m not sure what to do as I thought it was because I had an iOS update, but I did that and still the same result.

App not loading. Over the past few days the app doesnt even work ive had to delete and reinstall it repeatedly

Crashes Instantly. After this new update Spotify AND Spotify for Artists both crash instantly after launching. I’ve deleted the apps and tried to reinstall them but they just don’t work anymore.

Stream glitching. I recently released my first single on all platforms, including Spotify and everything went well for the first couple days, but only after 4 days after the release, spotify stopped counting my streams live on my cellphone, but it was working on my pc so what’s the issue here?

Serious downgrade in the last year. Spotify doesn’t seem to care or support up and coming small artists. Can’t view all time streams for songs that have under 1000 streams anymore…it also removed the feature where you can see all time streams for albums. So disappointing…there’s no point of using it as a small artist at this point. Used to love this app but removing features was so unnecessary.

Constantly crashes. The app can’t even open without crashing.

Not very functional. Can’t really do much with the app. Can’t pitch a song - it takes you outside the app to your web browser and this part of their site is too buggy on mobile so you need a computer.

What’s Wrong. I have downloaded Spotify for Artists and when it says “Claim Your Profile”, I click it and it just comes up all white other than a Cancel button. I’ve tried deleting it and getting it again but nothing’s working. Why?

Lol locked out of my account. I try to get in using the email I registered with but alas it asks me to send a request to join the team and when I go to my email to approve the request it asks me to confirm my email then asks the same thing and wants to send a request to join. Fix your stuff man. Same goes for Apple Music for artists.

Cant add more then one artist. The app won’t let me add more than one artist under my acc

After last two updates, app does not load at all and hangs on the loading screen. iPhone XR, iOS 17.5.1. If I delete the app and reinstall it will work the first time, and on subsequent loads it gets stuck on the “three dots” loading screen. There was no obvious channel to submit a bug report through the help portal.

Add Login with Google. If your main account logs in through Google you won’t be able to access it on this app because that method of login is missing for some reason!?

Need to redownload to login. The only time I’m able to use the app is right after downloading it! Every time I try to open the app again it’s just a loading screen.

Editing issues. Good app, super helpful, but I just recently have had an issue with editing my page, it gives me and error when I try to change any of the photos for my avatar, artist pick or bio at the bottom. Any way to fix this?

Awful. This is the first time I’ve downloaded Spotify for artists so it told me to claim my account. I do not have a music account because it is my first time in the app so i clicked “music not live on Spotify” and it wouldn’t load. My internet is fine and everything, but every time I click the “music not live on Spotify” button, it would be highlighted and not open anything.

Gallery. This app is amazing and allows me to edit my creator profile! The probably is recently I cannot change photos, whether it’s change if my main profile picture, adding a picture to a artists pick, or swapping around picture in my picture gallery at the bottom. Please fix this. Please.

Meh. This app has pretty much nothing to offer for an artist other than profile customization and statistics. I feel like it’d be much better if it had growth opportunities for artists that were more than that dumb pitch playlist that’s never audited anyways

App does not perform proper live updates. iOS app has been having issues not updating live stream counts. Streams were gained one day and then lost the next. Live persons listen and stream, but the stream itself isn’t counted on a live update. Also my recent single was released on the 18th and the app is to run the live for 7 days but quit only after 3 days.

All time artist streams?. This was such a great metric to be able to see and share with fans. Any chance we can get it back? Also, Apple Music provides great, shareable milestone cards, would love to see something similar here as well!

Not a great experience. I can't see stream numbers like I used to... Streams don't even show up unless you have over a thousand streams on a song or album. If you're a smaller artist, this app does very little to cater to you. Another thing... They will give your info to businesses that try to sell you boosts to your stream numbers. Disappointing.

Finished With This App Uninstalling. It has gotten worse and worse. The problems we have were never fixed or changed. I’m uninstalling and going full force promoting my Apple Music over everything else. You had years, now your last 20+ reviews are 1 star. I urge you, if you were thinking about getting this app.. Is good but lots of bugs. App is pretty legit. I’d Agree with the other reviews that you should be able to view all months of stats instead of only have to go to “since 2015”. Also there is times where my stats won’t update frequently. I haven’t had an update in almost 4 days

Pre-Saves. As an artist, I would love for the app to tell you haw many pre-saves you have recollect. I love how it is getting better to read the analytics, but I think there should be a little bit more resources to find opportunities to submit, for people to discover your music.

It logged me out of my artist profile. It was running good then all of a sudden it logged me out and as soon as I logged back in it told me to claim a artist and I use the the same account that had already claimed an artist, I don’t know why it did this but I hope it doesn’t mess with my upcoming releases

New version is a step back for accessibility, and requires constant logins. Starting around mid 2023, there was a major change to the application: it now completely ignores accessibility features and uses a small unreadable font everywhere. To make matters worse, it logs me out almost every day and I keep having to constantly login! Previously there were none of these problems. 0 star for usability and accessibility

I can’t login. It’s not me it’s you.. Was greeted by some welcome screen after an app update. And i hit “log in” and it says it can’t continue or whatever. Saying it’s something on my end. I’ve had full service this whole time and everything on my phone works fine. Don’t tell me this issue is my fault that’s what the prompt states. So now us musicians can’t login and look at OUR music info? This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Unable to click “Submit” when adding new artist. There’s a bug that prevents you from clicking submit to add a new artist in the app, because the submit button gets trapped behind the “language” and “cookies” buttons at the bottom right of the screen. Please fix

fix your app. I understand that you are a small start-up company with an income of less than $100 per year, but please find a freelancer friend who will make it so that I can go to your application. it is written that there is a lot of redirect, so safari (???) can't open the page, when i trying to log in with your login option.

App doesn’t open. I downloaded the app and when I open it all it says is I need to update the app. When I click the button to update the app it takes me to the App Store where the only option is to open the app. There is no update option. I deleted and redownloaded the app and the same issue. Garbage.

Needs A Certifiably Verified Reply.. If I were to make an artist’s profile/account would they be paid? It wasn’t clear in a, “plain text” viewing .

One hour before I deleted.. I was led to believe that the app did everything the website did...however my web browser doesn’t shut down anytime I click on anything. Not sure what bugs they fixed two weeks ago according to the version history, but I plan to update all future needs online. What a waste of time.

Fix BUGS. I don’t like how you can’t see your live stats after a 7 day period. The numbers are never actually correct. We should be able to interact with fans as well! Stats sometimes get taken away like stream counts but I have done nothing fraudulent. People say you have to wait the issue out but it’s really rather annoying.

Perfect app, but there’s a bug. I love this app and it helps me personalize my band in a lot of ways, though I can’t seem to edit my bio. I’ve even tried on my bandmates phone and it gave me the same error report. It’s very frustrating.

Can’t login thru Facebook. I can’t login to the app thru Facebook. When I put in my account info, it keeps showing the same login page, basically telling me to login again. It is really annoying and I haven’t had access to my account because of this. Please fix this so I could use the app properly.

Needs improvement!!!. I loved utilizing this app to monitor my analytics, but after a few days, the main screen kept freezing on a daily total and no longer reflected real time metrics. I uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times, but saw no improvement. The app is great in theory, but needs some drastic overhaul for stability and reliability.

Was great, Now is Terrible.. The updates of the past year were either a product of major incompetence, or a strategic move to crush or exploit small artists. Taking away perfectly good and helpful features and data, which I can only assume will be sold right back to them as a ‘new’ product.

Billion $ company with dollar store App. I have no understanding of how they can make so much money and literally can’t have an app that actually helps/is accurate. None of the numbers or anything are accurate. Nothing updates in real time. All around can’t wait for the next thing to take over so artists have a better platform.

Excellent opportunity but the newsletter is a bypass. The newsletter sent out has no rest in terms of typeset (serif v. san serif). There is also an incorrect use of hyphen (coming from someone who understands hyphens, dashes and em dashes). An excellent opportunity nonetheless, my main complaint is that the newsletter bypasses my label.

Why did you change. Why did you change the options for when what time period i want to see which songs have been streamed. I can no longer see what songs have been streamed in the past 24 hours. Also now songs under 1k streams dont even show up in order of amount of streams. Very confusing now and i dont know why you changed it 😤

App gets stucked at Loading. Hey, Something has been going on with the app When you open it and close it back After sometime trying to open it back It get stucked on Loading page and not until you delete the app and reopen again and the same thing happen continuously like that

Does what it’s meant to do. It works fine for writing a bio and checking stats. Lately, the buttons on the home page have stopped working. Now I can’t upload an artist image.

I cant hit "submit" to add a new artist. if you try to add an artist, the bottom part is overtop of the "submit" button and it won't let me hit it. I don't remember this being an issue because I have 2 other artist names on my app and never had a problem before

Can’t even log in. Tapping the “log in” button results in a page that just sits there and shows a “…” indefinitely. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried restarting my phone. I’m able to login on the web just fine but this app is always having issues. Really frustrating when you have a new release.

I’ll be major issue. The edit avatar image is absolutely the worst and not user friendly at all. No matter what if the picture is t a certain size when take. It will not fit. Everything else is good

Merch suggestions. I know it’s still fairly new, but adding it to the app would be nice. Also, other options besides shopify would be nice. I already have one with squarespace, and I dont want to start over.

Terrible, just terrible.. If I could give this zero stars I would! I’ve downloaded this app on 3 different occasions, and still, whenever I open it up and log in to try and claim my artist’s profile, the page NEVER EVER loads. Unfortunately you can’t log into your artist account without using the app, so I guess I’ll never be able to claim my artist profile. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Profile picture. It has been about three days and my profile picture hasn’t updated. My streams also aren’t updating like they used to it takes a while

App doesn’t work anymore at all. Shame they take all of the money from streams and can’t even provide a working app. Says update with no actual update available now the app doesn’t open at all and we can’t see any analytics not like they ever had any true options for data in the first place.

Does not care about artists. If you have less than 1,000 streams they no longer tell you the ammount of plays a track is receiving. They do not give you any helpful analytics like Apple Music for artists does. Previously a lot more information was readily available, as well as updated frequently. Clearly the greed has set in. Latest Update. Been using this to track streams for my personal project and bands years but last week with the latest update I’ve been locked out due to it requiring iOS 17 to update at all which my phone doesn’t support. Nothing about a stream counting app should require me to go buy a whole new phone to use it!

Love checking my stats. Keeps on logging me out, not sure why. It’s never done this before, just started doing this like last month and it’s pretty annoying

I would give 5 stars if this problem is fixed. I had a very hard time gettin pics uploaded into my photo gallery! It kept saying problem uploading! I got past that. Now it won’t let me feature a playlist I created because on my Mac it won’t find the playlist! On my iPhone x I can pick the playlist but then cannot exit that screen there’s no option too!!!! Only thing you can do is close app!!!!

Needs to be fixed desperately. We have been trying to upload canvases to our songs for months and after every update, deleting the app and redownloading, restarting my phone. Absolutely nothing works. Don’t advertise something if it doesn’t even work in your app.

Image gallery broken. I’m having trouble editing/changing my photos in the image gallery section. I can do everything else, edit bio, change main photo, add playlists. This is a 4 star app at best (say my problem was fixed) it still has a long way to go for a mobile app.

It has a a lot of potential.. I like everything they’re offering on the app, but not everything works. Specifically adding your bio. I tried multiple times and when I finished typing it for submission, it would say “something went wrong, please try again later.”

Broken app newest version of the app doesn’t work.. Since the April update when you go to look at streams or listeners from a custom time frame the app breaks and gives you an error message saying “couldn’t find that page” with a broken link icon. It’s super annoying and frustrating please fix this.

Ummm lack of “security”. So I’m not a music artist that’s my dream thoughts. Anyway I got it to see what it’s all about and basically I could just go into an artist account by signing in with my email and clicking an artist. And that isn’t very private to the artist of course I didn’t but still!

Great app with a tiny missed opportunity. This is a great app for a great service but having no landscape support for iPads is a missed opportunity in my opinion. Otherwise this allows for mobile viewing of stats from SFA.
