Cute fun and addictive but. Cute game, cute graphics and super fun, I’m already addicted. Only thing is each game takes time since you have to think things out and when you pause the game for more than a few minutes the game shuts down and you have to start the level all over again so it gets frustrating. Sometimes I’m hesitant to start playing because I anticipate getting interrupted for a few minutes and it will all be for nothing and I’ll lose a life and my effort. I have games that are able to pause it seems like forever so I’m sure it’s something that can be fixed.

..... This game is great! But, it is kinda annoying. I would like it a lot better if it had some quieter music that didn’t get on your nerves..and maybe LESS ADS SAYING “Like us on Facebook” or somethin like that..I started not to long ago and noticed most of the levels are the same? I just got tired of having to see the exact same level with different tiles. And the colors make my eyes burn a little..I’m actually really young and it’s hard on me. I can fix this but then I have to switch it out when I play a different game because it’s too dark! 😒 I would like this game a lot more if this was changed..but I do recommend this game if your not easily annoyed with stuff..

Mixed feelings. I truly do love this game. But I am incredibly frustrated. There is no playbook to help identify what each level means, the paths, how to succeed. They just drain your tokens despite how high you achieve There is no way to earn more than 15 or so tokens per day.... so forget playing the tournament unless you spend money. And believe me... I have spend HUNDREDS on this game.... they used to have ways to get free coins.... but now it’s only 3 or 4 here and there. And to make matters worse... I just took their Survey... was promised 100 tokens.... and that never came thru. Very frustrated, very disappointed.

Best Mahjong game in the app store. I've been a fan of playing Mahjong ever since I was a little girl, Ahout 8 years old I believe. This Mahjong app is hands down my favorite one, and I have tried plenty of other apps for Mahjong. It's very addicting, keeps you focused, very satisfying as you move up levels, and it's even a good time waster if you need one. The graphics are bright, clean, and attention grabbing. I am very pleased with this app and I play it several times a day, whenever I have a free moment. If you to are a fan of Mahjong and are searching for the best app to play it on, well you found it!! So download it and get to playing.

I’m so disappointed…. This is a very fun game. Even worthy of 5 stars BUT to move forward you either have to play the same level over and over and over and over again OR spend $$$! And, even if you spend money to get unstuck, the games are set to require extras to complete the level. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention that every 8-10 levels you need to complete the collections or spend token to buy your way forward to the next set of levels. Why are you so stingy with your daily login tokens? All I can figure is this game is totally set up to hook you and then to continue playing, you’re going to have to spend $$$. I understand the need to earn money but this game is just set to be unfair. Signed, I’m Out

It’s okay. I have played Mahjong games for years, and this just isn’t what I’m used to. It starts out fun, then every other level requires you to use a shuffle, use a booster, or whatever just to get finished. Then when you finish and get to the end, you find out you have to go back and play all the levels again because your three gold stars weren’t enough, you have to collect tickets as well. I never mind paying money in a game, I just didn’t this one. The ads are long and frequent, I love a challenge, but hate games that make you use up all your extras just to pass a level, and find out that wasn’t good enough. And I hate games that makes you think you’re making so many coins, then find out it’s all in a locked piggy bank that you have to pay for to access. Like I said, I never mind spending money on a game, if it’s worth it, this just wasn’t the game for me.

So. Many. Ads. Honestly, it’s a great game. Good coin distribution and daily challenges. Levels aren’t impossible, some of them just take several tries. I’ve found you need to re-do levels to get items in order to get your ticket to move on. So I’ve started buying boxes. This is exclusively where I use my coins. I also take full advantage of watching the videos for extras. But what I HATE is that I’ll have just watched a video ad to get a box and then hit next and immediately be presented with another ad. Next level? Ad. Retry? Ad. Next daily challenge? Ad. I know you can skip after 6 seconds (yes, 6, not 5, which is odd?) But man it gets old.

Mahjong. I have played since the beginning even passing the hardest eventually. But in the last 6 months I can pass only after two or three weeks playing every day. Am now in Istanbul-level 902 and have been trying to pass for nearly two months! I am out of money and boosts, as a senior citizen I am also not spending real money. I have always had 20 or 30 boosts of each kind, now I have one game bomb. It used to be possible to go back to other cities and collect ‘the stuff’ you missed when you passed, now it (the game) just says available in Istanbul and doesn’t work in those cities and I don’t see that it has added ‘stuff’ in Istanbul. I am looking for a better Mahjong, wonder what the player above has found. You must be losing many players at this point in time. REALLY liked this game.

Big hits and and big misses. Have been playing this for many years now. In the best of times this app is five stars. It is an innovative and fun take on typical mahjong solitaire. The support team is also responsive and helpful and rewards are good. The biggest issue is not every puzzle has a solution. I have literally been cornered on some levels after 5 or 6 moves, for days on end. The developer claims tiles are placed randomly but I believe this to be a recent change or a bug as the “no solution” issue happened several years ago, then there were many years where you could pass at least one level a day. Now, you are lucky if you pass a level a WEEK without using piles of power ups. The net result is game usage has gone from perhaps an hour per day and 5-10 videos viewed to a few minutes and no video.

Fun but Expensive. This is a really fun game, however, rewards are quite small and prices quite high. If you don’t finish a level — which you almost can NEVER get through — you have to pay 90 coins to “reshuffle” should you have to again, 120 coins, then 150 etc. if you don’t reshuffle, you lose all progress. I’ve bought packages and the piggy bank, the more “free” shuffles you get, the more you need them. They they are gone and your coins get drained very quickly. Rewards are generally less than 10 coins. You might kick out and win 50 or 100 on the daily spin, but that is rare. You also do not always get the items needed to advance and you have to okay over and over and over to get all of the “tickets” to move to the next section. Meanwhile this takes coins and coins and coins. The developers really should work on this. You will spend a fortune on this games pick a different one!

Don’t waste your time. Loved this at first. Deleting now after I got to NYC. You build up all these coins in a “piggy bank” as you win levels and watch commercials for more coins to add to the bank. The only way you get to “break” the bank is if you pay $4 for 400 coins, or your only other option is to “shake” the bank and you get only 10 coins for all that work you have done. It’s absolutely ridiculous because it takes so many coins to beat levels using boosters which cost 90 coins, sometimes more. Then, you are not able to move forward in the game until you have gotten all of the tickets and souvenirs for the level. The only way to do this is to go back and replay levels you have already passed and watch commercials to collect souvenirs. It’s such a waste of time. Find another version.

Cute but YIKES the ads & clutter. I love the base of this game - the tiles are pleasant/easy to read/cute, the aesthetic of the game & backgrounds are cute, noises are satisfying, and the level progression reminds me of the days of candy crush. What I don’t like is that I’m often overwhelmed by all the extra STUFF. Piggy banks, stickers, collectibles, spinning wheels, prize dogs to chase, teams, daily challenges, daily bonuses, constantly being directed to look at something new. And that’s not even thinking about the ads! One, sometimes two, after EVERY level, after opening a daily challenge chest, after spinning the daily wheel. This game is like trying to meditate on the Vegas strip. I’d gladly give 5 stars and pay a few bucks for a version that was just the game, power ups, and 5 life system.

Fun way to keep your brain busy. This is one of the better Majong games I’ve been playing lately. It’s easy to earn coins and other extras through their daily log ins and goals. I always watch the extra ads to earn more items, and I hoard them until I absolutely can’t pass a level. The only time you “have to spend money” on this game is if you’re too impatient to let your coins build up over time. When they switched it to no timed levels, they cashed out the boosters for 90 coins each (how much it costs to get them at the end of a level), which they did NOT have to do. I was able to get 2 WEEKS of infinite lives off of all the coins I had. The tournaments are fun too. I don’t understand the negative reviews, and I’m glad I downloaded it in spite of them.

Too Expensive & Unfair. First of all, it’s pretty obvious that these guys copied another Mahjong app that’s out there! They hijack the “shuffle” & “bomb” features, and either charge way too much or sparingly give them as prizes. Why don’t WE have a choice to end a game instead of being forced to shuffle, which means we’re forced to pay, and pay? The prizes you give away are insignificant. I’ve racked up 173 flashlights & 72 light bulbs? I’ve seen the dog who is supposed to give free stuff, move four games ahead from where it originally was, because I chose NOT to use a shuffle, but re-played the game instead....that’s BS!! I get wanting to make money. And I am totally willing to pay to play this game, but this is pure GREED and you lost this customer!! I’d rather go back to the other game....at least they weren’t screwing me!

Needs to fix many hiccups. 1. When playing on an older iPad,the game is slow and many of the ads freeze up so you lose some of the “rewards”. 2. When you are playing and run out of matches the game decides if you can use a shuffle or a bomb to try and gain matches. This is often frustrating because there are many times when there are less than 10 matches left, and the “shuffle ” option is given as the only option. Because you may have already used a shuffle option you will now have to “spend” at least 120 coins to finish the game instead of 90 coins to try the “bomb”, or use give up. This decision of which option should be left to the player. 3. Often times the game appears to run slowest when there is most likely a peak number of people playing it. I almost never have problems if I play early in the day, but later, like when people are probably finished work for the day, the game is slow and frustrating.

Mahjong city tour. The game itself is fun and moving through cities, collecting souvenirs keeps it varied and interesting. The lower number of stars reflects 2 factors. 1, there are so many ads. At every opportunity to put an ad, there is one. The ads frequently play for 30 seconds or longer, making me want to stop playing. 2, I feel the push to make in-app purchases is pretty aggressive, again popping up at every opportunity. The game recently changed so the player cannot win the shuffle, which is probably the most useful power up. If needed, the player has to use their game coins. If I run out of coins, I will delete this game.

Favorite of all times. I completely love this game. It was hard for me to find a Mahjong that wasn’t “only Mahjong” or that didn’t loose the track of Mahjong because there was a lot on the game (I downloaded one that was mahjong/finding things/overloaded story) I HAVE TO SAY This one is just perfect! It has characteristics (like daily goals, daily spin) that are normal on other games but not completely overwhelming and also keeps a clean track of levels while achieving game goals, like visiting the different travel destinations. I love the interface. I love the music doesn’t distract me. I love that they do not bang you with ads unless you loose a level or need a special boost (like Shuffle boost, or double rewards). I LOVE IT.

Can’t download. Mahjong City I played this game for a long time with all the freezing and quitting during the game so I deleted it when I could not get it to stay on screen so I could play it Now I cannot get it to download again I really liked this game can you help please it keeps on quitting I am getting very frustrated I just made a purchase I imagine I will lose that too I did get it to down load last time it would not open to play we will see what happens this time Well I was right the purchase I made last night is not there it was the $6.dollar one maybe not much to a lot of people but it is to me on a fixed income

Ads non-stop after 20something levels. I went up to level 20 or 21 without a single ad unless I wanted to watch one to get a present. After that, I got a notice from the game telling me that after any purchase the ads would stop and I wondered, “what ads?” And then bam- the ads started showing up before and after every single level. It’s incredibly annoying and unnecessary. I understand the need for ads and I’ve played “free to play” games before that rely on ads, putting them in here and there after a certain amount of time. But I’ve never been much for playing games where they make it a point to annoy you by making it very clear you won’t play uninterrupted for any amount of time ever again unless you buy something. That’s what this game does. Shame, because the game itself has me hooked. But will be deleting soon.

Had to pipe in. Hello! I have been playing this game for a few years now. I hadn’t known what to say until I just happened to see negative reviews, and felt obligated to respond. 1. This game is an amazing workout for your brain IF you don’t rely on the shuffles and boosts. If you’re lazy and want simple wins, then yep, you’re going to run out of freebies pretty quick. 2. For those with an inkling, those shuffles and boosts should be hoarded for when you just can’t beat a level, NOT when you want a quick, easy win. (Matter of fact, don’t play this game if that’s what you’re about. You will quickly become frustrated.) 3. Mah Jong is a puzzle. It’s not supposed to be easy. Developers, this game is my bedtime ritual. Thank you for so many contented hours, not to mention the brain exercise.

Started out great!. This game was a blast! At first. Until the day I decided to purchase their city pass and there was a glitch in the app that made it as if I hadn’t purchased anything. Ok, I get it, things happen. Should be easy to just reach out to the developer to fix and I’m sure they’ll be more than willing to correct this. Lol. Nope! Send a screen shot of your purchase. Ok. Done! Oh, we ‘recommend’ that you reach back out when the purchase is no longer pending. Lol. Ok. Now I’m getting irritated. Don’t tell me what you recommend. Tell me what your policy is. Anyways, at this point the even is almost over and I’ve asked for a refund and yes, sent a screen shot of the complete purchase that they “recommend” since I’m apparently a criminal. Lol. I’m not going to battle them over $7.57 but I would like to warn everyone to not be tempted to make any purchases. If the app glitches, you’re screwed out of your money. And it will be a pain to recoup. If you’re prepared and have disposable income, more power to ya! Also, their “online support” is slower than molasses and you don’t get any notifications when they respond. You just have to leave the app open, go to info and leave that screw open all day as if you have nothing better to do with your time. Good luck!

Usually great…. I love this game! But since the latest update, I’ve been encountering some issues. 1. On the day of the update, I had purchased 24 hours of lives with in-game coins. When I updated the app (because I tend to be careless and just hit “update all” because why not?), I lost the rest of the time that I had. I realize this is partially my fault, I should’ve thought ahead, but this was extremely frustrating. 2. Lately, I’ve been having issues with the lives. I’ll go hours, like overnight, without playing, and when I open the app, sometimes it’ll say I either have 0 or 4 lives, and the timer for a new life will start. It’s especially irritating when it says 0, as I’ve waited all this time to play and now I have to wait even more. This never used to be a problem for me. 3. I’ve also had issues with the videos for lives. Lately when I’ve tapped on it, it says something along the lines of “a video is available every 30 minutes”, despite me not having watched a video in the past 30 minutes. Also, I just watched a video, as I had 2 minutes before my next life and I figured that by the time I watched the video and played the round with the free life, my next one would be ready, and when I finished the video, the timer had started over! This didn’t used to happen before either, and it’s disappointing, as I enjoy playing and would like to receive my lives when I’m supposed to. Other than these new issues, it’s a great game!

Hard level #303. I’ve enjoyed playing this game and have earned lots of extras. I realize that hard levels are meant to be challenging, but it becomes very frustrating when it takes over a week on a level that is hard and can hardly get through before there are no more moves. I play this game every day and use all my lives each time I play. But this level #303 is beyond challenging and is so frustrating to not be able to conquer it and move forward. I’ve used all my light bulbs and bombs that I’ve accumulated throughout the whole game just on this one level !! Please give us a break once in a while Thank you for your attention in this matter

Download at your own risk!. This has to be the most obnoxious game I have ever played in my life. It has me, a grown 40-year-old woman, throwing my phone across the room in frustration. The constant “Like us on Facebook!” ads are irritating to someone who is as strongly anti-social-media as I am. I absolutely refuse to spend my hard-earned money on a game. But apparently it is the ONLY way to advance in this game. As annoying as it is, it is horribly addictive. I cannot tell you how many times I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it again just because I couldn’t stay away for long. I have never had this kind of reaction to a game until now. There are very few opportunities to earn coins, and the 30-second ads are entirely too much. Watch one when you lose a level, and be punished with one when you win. I enjoy a good challenge, and boy is this game ever challenging! Bordering on downright impossible. I never, EVER write reviews for games but I felt compelled to write one for this one. Download at your own risk. UPDATE: I just deleted this app again, hopefully for good.

Stop the music and explain the perks. I like the game but after playing awhile the music is monotonous. I think the music should switch up — if you’re doing great or have gone to a new level, let’s hear it. Or if it’s a timed game, let’s hear it. Surely more than one sound stream could be programmed in. I get a kick out of matching the tiles. I can do that for hours. But I have no idea how to get coins or why I should want them. The little comic book character tells me to find teddy bears and missing hats and the like. I never see any of these things but am told later I found them. What? I don’t get the idea of traveling along a road or how or why to get a ticket. I just match tiles. It’s more interesting than word-find.

Enjoyable game but beware.... After playing this game for several weeks and enjoying the nice graphics and the various challenge levels, I made a $59 bundle purchase so I could play to my heart’s content in a tournament. It is possible to play the game without spending much, but frustrating at the higher levels. With this bundle came unlimited hearts (lives) for one day, so I was all set to have fun. Problem was the tournament scoreboard stopped working on day one... I would win games but my score never changed. I wrote twice to the administrators but have not heard back and it has been 3 days.

Too Expensive and no customer support. I, too, loved this game in the beginning but I wanted to move along so I would do the piggy bank but then I moved on to the gold coins. They never seemed to last long either. I then noticed a problem when I didn’t get the coins from my bank but I didn’t do anything because I thought I might be wrong and figured what is $2.5O. The next time I went to purchase a day pass I was able to get through the purchase and after I got the okay that the purchase went through, I was bumped out of the game. I checked my purchases and it went through but I never received the package I purchased.i notified Support and they told me to take a screen shot of my purchases, which I did and sent to them. I have heard from no one and it has been 5 days. I have reached out to them again and again but I am being ignored. I just wanted what I purchased but no longer. Now I want my money back. I am going to delete this game as much as I like it. I don’t like feeling like I am being scammed and that is what it feels like now. Watch your purchases and make sure you are getting all of them.

Disappointed and frustrated. Since the last update , version 55.0, I am unable to get a game single game. It starts to load and crash without giving the game. Just before the update, it was not perfect , atleast 2 out of 5 games were not crashing. Now every single one and I am giving up as it’s very frustrating . I am disappointed that the developers have not found a way to solve it. I was told that my device is old which is not and it works perfectly well . I enjoyed playing until level 615 when the problems started. Now at level 630 I have no more game to play.

My app froze. I’m very disappointed after playing this game for years and spending money on it my app decided to freeze and never open I checked online and it said I should reinstall it. When I did everything was erased off all my Credits my level was in the thousands and all the points and money I had spent and it was gone. I tried everything updating my phone waiting to see if it was open the next day nothing. This is horrible now I’m starting from level one and with no credits or points after all the monies I’ve spent on it. I’m very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing. My games are supposed to be for my relaxation and to unwind. This game was pretty good for a little while. Despite the over abundance of annoying ads, that don’t click off of without several steps. Until I got to level 176. Once there, for days in a row, stuck on that level, because there are no matches to be made when the tiles are dealt. If I click on even, 1 tile, I get the “No Moves Left” message, several times in a row. If I was given matches to start with, there weren’t many. And because the game makes it impossible to even try to play, I lost my daily spin bonus. It is no longer enjoyable and is quite frustrating. It also, tends to make my phone lag and overheat.

Fun But Expensive. First off, the game itself is pretty fun. I was hooked from the start. I went over a month of playing without spending money. I kept collecting coins that I barely used. It was when I got to the harder levels that I ran into trouble. I kept having to use my coins on shuffles. I ran out of coins pretty quickly. I decided to pay just $3 to open my piggy bank. That didn’t last long. I then decided to do a cheap day trip bundle. I ran out of that pretty quickly as well. I eventually got a point where I couldn’t move forward without doing shuffles, which I didn’t have enough coins for. I think it’s worth it to spend a few dollars every so often if you really enjoy an app, but I didn’t want to spend all my money on this game. At the very least, I think they should lower the number of coins you need for a shuffle. The first shuffle is 90 coins, and then it costs more if you have to shuffle more to beat a level. That eats up the coins you earn very quickly. I eventually found a different Mahjong game that doesn’t have in-app purchases. I’m kinda sad to leave this game because I really liked it. It’s just too pricey.

Unstable and unreliable. I never leave reviews but just had to post this before I uninstall this game. This is the most unstable and unreliable game I’ve ever downloaded. It crashes all the time - often in the middle of a game which causes you to lose. It also freezes up and goes really slow sometimes. I’d play for 10 minutes and experience both of these problems. Over and over, every time it would crash, I’d restart and then a few minutes in it’s going all slow them speeds up and then eventually crashes again. I had the app less than a week and eventually (today) decided I had to uninstall because it’s too annoying and frustrating. Bummer too because it is a fun game. But not worth it when there are other Mahjong games that actually work!

Find a Better Mahjong App. This app is cute and fun and I enjoy it greatly! However, it is a complete and total rip off. It’s pretty much impossible to advance without spending money, and a lot of it. I have no problem throwing a few bucks towards an app I enjoy. But this game is unreasonably expensive. It’s $4 just to unlock the bonus coins you earn! And don’t get me started on the souvenirs. If I’m paying for a game I should get more than 10 minutes of playtime, wasting five lives on one level and then still having to come back later is bull. Seriously, I’m on the App Store today to download a different app. I’d rather purchase a game for a large amount upfront and get unlimited play rather than having to fork over $2 every time I want to actually move on. It’s a shame too, the game is a lot of fun. But every other phone game I’ve ever played got you a lot more for your money.

Worst rip off ever. I could give NO stars I would ! Not EVERY thing is in the rules or how each item works or doesn’t work! I didn’t know about the piggy bank and what ever you do DON’T shake it if it’s full btw is the only time it shows up to give an option to shake it.... the piggy bank had 400 coins and I pressed shake and I got 10 coins and lost the 390 coins ! That I could have purchased for 2.99 ! As I said things don’t explain or give you a chance to not make a choice ... so I lost my 390 coins ( I would have purchased) 🤬. So I wrote to support and they were curt and basically told me too bad so sad! So I have deleted my app and letting everyone to know NO! Don’t waste your time with THIS app much better ones out there and as far as it goes Jam city is a loser !

Fun!. Ads are annoying, but there are no glitches, and it’s fun! Competitive tournaments, which I love! For each level you can see how you rank (downside: if you replay a level, your new score is your recorded score. I think both should be recorded). Turned out to be way more fun than regular mahjong (which is what I thought I wanted before I played this one). Only a couple of things I would change: less ads & this limited option at the end of a game: when you run out of moves, I want the option to use my bomb or shuffle. But I only get the option to shuffle unless there are only 2 to 4 tiles left. It’s very irritating, especially when I score a really high game and then run out of moves. If I have a bomb, I should be able to use it instead of spending gold on a shuffle. Also, when you run out of hearts or lives you have to pay in game gold or wait like 3 to 20 minutes. That’s dumb. I would play more if that wasn’t the case. That’s all. Overall, fun & addicting.

Great but... This app is exciting to play that tests a persons memory and strategy skills. Mini rewards, achievements, and mini games to play leads to an addiction to play the game daily. I understand that part of the difficulty is discerning which tiles are different from the other. There are a ton of colors and sometimes it’s difficult to determine what goes with what. My biggest critic of the app is that after I understood the basis of completing levels the constant ads became annoying. I purchased the a package to remove the ads present to combat the ads. Unfortunately, my purchase lead to a decrease chance in receive addition rewards post completing the level. I am very frustrated because I would have just dealt with the ads if I knew I was going to lose the opportunity to receive extra rewards. Interesting and exciting app to play. The little bugs such as receiving less rewards after purchasing a packing are upsetting and something to take into account.

Perfect for beginners. I’d never played this game before. I wanted to see why all the old ladies at the temple get so excited. Dude. What. It’s a memory matching kid game. Match up the tiles, just make sure your tiles aren’t touching other tiles when you match them. The only annoying thing is that it’s cartoon-y and there’s some stupid coin system that NO ONE understands that makes way under zero sense. I think the “gold coins” are just for show. Anyway, it’s a matchup game but it’s hard to see which tiles are stacked sometimes. The lame cartoon part between games is annoying as hell. It’s supposed to be intuitive but isn’t. You have to click certain things to move along. Aside from the cartoon theme and coin thing, it’s really easy, mindless and relaxing.

Fun game but.... So I love mahjong and I like this game with the premise of traveling through the cities etc. It is addicting to try to play to win. That said, some days it doesn’t recognize you are back so no coins for that and there’s nothing you can do...you can play the same level for days because you can’t win without a cheat and you can’t get any cheats without winning (unless you want to spend money which is kind of silly for a game). I have deleted this once or twice out of sheer frustration that I have to watch a commercial multiple times when I lose but it doesn’t help me win at all. I am tempted to delete it again but I like the game, just not all the BS that comes with it. If there were more clear ways to help oneself win, then all the ads wouldn’t be so bothersome. But pretty much you have to watch the ads and apparently also spend money in order to get this game to really actually work.

Really great game but.... It’s easy to get addicted to this game. The levels and varying difficulties are great. I like all of the available levels and cities. Lives are replenished quickly which is good. But....there are a couple of things that would make this game better. I don’t understand the coins system. I won 150 coins and after a few games they were almost all gone but I didn't buy anything with them. Where do the coins go? What is the purpose of them? And they don’t build up over time. It’s very random how many I have and when. Also when you get to the end of a game and there is a truly unsolvable situation like the same card on top of itself, you lose the game. Unless you use a cheat. In every other Mahjong game I’ve played you win that level. That part makes it feel like they just want you to purchase cheats or make you use the ones you have.

Mostly good except.... I do enjoy playing this game, but I don’t understand why when you HAVE LIVES you are forced to watch a 30 second commercial to replay a level. I don’t really mind the ads if it’s just the kind you can shut right off, and I don’t mind watching the longer ones for free coins or a free life, but if I already have a life I don’t like the extra long ads just to replay a level... also... I’ve played other mahjong games and occasionally there is an “unsolvable situation” at the very end where you end up with the last 2 tiles right on top of each other, in every other mahjong game, you win if this happens, but in this game you lose.

Sad end to a great start. This could have been an addicting game that I would have played for many years (I’m on my second decade of daily hours of spider solitaire!) — and I would have been willing to pay something every month to play it; however, what the developers want is not worth it. I hoarded coins, shuffles, bombs, power boosters, flashlights (had over 70 of them in the end), etc. but despite those stockpiles, I kept getting funneled to dead ends with no options but to pay more to keep playing — even though I had paid $5.99 just a few days before. Sorry developers, but this game ain’t worth $6+ a week. When I was hoping for a fun, playful game to take my mind off work at night, this one only ended up aggravating me even more. Greed killed this game for me.

Mahjong City Tours. Don’t play this game! Yes, it is fun and possibly addictive, but you have to spend money and lots of it to play. The makers created all these obstacles that require coins in order to advance or even to play. Also, they keep charging more for the life lines one needs in order to play or complete a level. I understand they are in it to make money, but I’d rather tolerate some ads as opposed to being milked all the time. But the thing that really changed my mind was that coins I was entitled to I was never receiving. And we’re talking thousands of coins! In over 70 games I earned over 1,000 coins. And I was at game 570 when I decided that was enough. I brought this error to their attention to correct and I never heard back from them nor did I ever receive any coins owed me. I have deleted the app and will look for another that doesn’t require to play. They got their last nickle from me.

Used to be my favorite game. This used to be my favorite game. I routinely would make in app purchases. It became a disappointment for a few reasons: (1) Even with the ability to watch a video for additional awards, you still may not get any of the rewards you need to move to the next level. Meaning there is almost no way to get to the next level without using coins. (2) They’ve added additional features that are offered in such a way that you have to hit the “X” THREE times in order for them to be sure you don’t want the purchase. I just don’t like deceptive ploys meant to confuse or manipulate the player. This is the only app that bombards me like this, so I no longer enjoy playing as much as I used to.

Good Game When It Works. I love this game when it works. I could play it for hours. It is very challenging at times. It keeps my brain enhanced. I have been stuck on a level for over 30 days, walked away and came back and defeated it. I am on level 1086 now, that is how much I love this game! However for about a month or so, on my iPhone X and my iPad Pro 13” when Ads are shown to try to get a few coins or to go further in the game, I am encountering black screens afterwards whereas I hear the mahjong music but it doesn’t allow me to go back to the game without rebooting my iPhone or iPad. Then and only then, I maybe able to play one round and it repeats this cycle all over. I am not going to ruin thousands of dollars worth of devices for this game. I am to the point as much as I like this game, I am going to delete it and download some other manufacturers version. It’s bad enough you have to watch all of the lengthy Ads but it’s not worth it. I refuse to pay for any in app purchases. I will make sure I don’t download anymore games by them.

I thought it would be GREAT. I played this for 2 weeks now, and I was having a lot of fun until I started to get to the harder levels. Now I don’t mind hard levels, but when you’re dying at the same level and using up all your lives and boosters like shuffles and bombs, repeatedly, it gets frustrating and stupid. There are daily challenges you can do to earn such things as money and boosters, those were great, however if you want different tiles you play a game and more than likely you will loose because that’s how they planned it. Then you have to go back at each level to find all the souvenirs and you can’t advance unless you get them all after you win each level and most of the time, at the end of a level you won, they give you something other than a souvenir so you HAVE to go back and keep trying for that souvenir!! It got boring and frustrating and that also comes into play in their tournaments! You can’t keep gaining in tournaments unless you get all the souvenirs! It’s so stupid! I ended up deleting it due to constantly loosing lives and all my coins trying to beat levels in New York. I hope they change a few things.

Lots of work for small rewards. I have played this game for quite a while and until recently have enjoyed it. But now it seems since I have gotten further along in the levels that more of them seem impossible to solve. At times I have one or two moves and it’s over, no more moves. There have even been times that i have opened a new level and never matched the first set of tiles and the game was over. I have been working to solve my current level for two weeks. Frustrating! Then should I solve it there no guarantee that I will win a souvenir to fulfill the required number needed to eventually go to the next city. I get lots of coins and lightbulbs. I am so frustrated that I think it’s time I move on to something else. Too bad because I do like this game but so tired of the repetitiveness.

Too frustrating. Levels get impossible to beat fast. I’ve used all my lives on a single level many times. The daily challenge is hard enough to beat a single level, let alone all three to get a bigger prize. You also need a certain number of “tickets” to get to the next section of puzzles, but it is random if you get tickets after beating a level, even watching the ad after each level to get a second prize is no guarantee. This means you have to go back and replay levels to MAYBE get another ticket. This leaves you trying to remember which levels were actually easy enough to beat to try and do it again. Not going to play this any more. I don’t mind a challenge but this one is impossible.

Fun game, too expensive. While this game is very fun and addictive, it’s nearly impossible to play later on if you don’t use actual money to buy in game currency. Nearly every mahjong game will show you how many moves you have left, or let you undo your last move. This game will not because it wants you to drain your currency on shuffles which cost almost 100 coins each. You are rewarded for removing tiles fast and thus being more prone to mistakes rather than taking your time and thinking things through, because it wants you to buy shuffles and “bombs.” You can accumulate coins in a piggy bank throughout each level you beat and choose to either break it for free and win ~10-20 coins, or pay 2.99 and get 400 coins (4 shuffles worth). This game is really not worth it except the cute graphics.

Bug. I love this game. It's my go-to for passing time. But lately it won't load anything . It shows them in a plane flying to the destination and then quits. I've deleted it & re-installed it I don't know how many times. That hasn't worked. This has been going on about 2 wks. So I'm hoping to see it fixed really soon. Update: I was super excited to open my game last week and see it was running smoothly again BUT the fix was temporary for me unfortunately. I reached out via email though and their staff was very nice and helpful. And they were very up front & honest as to when to expect it to be back on for good. So when that's solved for good I'm sure I'll rate it 5 Stars! Thanks.

Unsolvable puzzles. The app itself is great. Works as intended and has fun visuals. The puppy set is adorable! Unfortunately, the most important part of the game, the puzzles, can be ridiculous. Like that time I started a puzzle and before I got to make a single move there were no more moves and I lost a life. Or the time I made the only move available at the start of a puzzle and…there were no more moves available. Or the 85 other times there were no moves available after the first or second move. This was within the first 150 levels. I have no interest in a puzzle game, where the point is to SOLVE PUZZLES, where the only option is pay to win - to buy coins with real life money to beat the puzzle or wait 5 days until you can collect enough coins to hit the “reshuffle” button get a second chance at beating the puzzle, but you’re not guaranteed a win (or a solvable reshuffle). Though I have noticed that the likelihood of a winnable deal after you buy a reshuffle is significantly increased to nearly 100%. Pay to win mechanics are disgusting and bad company practice. It’s also illegal in many countries (just not the US).

Alert. I have had this Game For quite awhile. But I find it is just a “Money Making “ job so I am Deleting it.

Keeps crashing!!!. What is going on?? Have been playing game now for a long time but lately it just keeps crashing, or freezing or the screen just goes black. What is going on here? No diversity. In these days there has to be more diversity. Mahjong was created in China or somewhere in Asia. I expect more diversity like maybe an Asian person or someone with darker skin (instead of PINK) also the places in the ad are not even close to Asia or maybe in the game it’s SELF. update is trying to melt my phone. I was skipping the latest update for a while cause I always happened to be out of wifi when I wanted to play, updated it yesterday (may 2 ‘23) and now if I play for more than a couple of minutes my phone overheats to the point where I have to take the case off and is almost too hot to touch. iPhone 12 for reference

Fun but has issues with crashing. I like to play it and the game is easy to understand, however it has a major problem with crashing. Around every 5 levels the game will crash in the middle of the level. Unfortunately this counts as loosing a life. In addition the game will freeze every so often for a few minutes. I think as long as you have patience and are not competing you will enjoy the game.

Fun in the beginning. I’ve been playing this app a lot lately & it’s fun at first when you actually advance levels, but I’ve reached level 169 & have played it 22 times in a row & can’t win. I’ve only had enough coins to shuffle twice but still didn’t win. I’ve watched every ad to get free coins but they only give 3-15 coins usually closer to the 3 coin mark. That’s not much considering a shuffle costs 90 coins & goes up to 120 after that. I just DL’d a different mahjong game to see how it is & will most likely delete this one. And now after the latest updates(about a week ago) the app went open

In app purchases dbl charge. Like many others I love playing this game, but every time I purchase a package I get double charged! First time it happened customer service made it right by giving me another package. Took about a week but did receive. Second time I purchased the same $ 6.99 package, again double charged. Contacted customer service again and was told I need to get Apple to refund me the money. As I have never had any problems with in app purchases on any other games I know this is not an Apple problem! After another week still no refund... I do continue to play but will NEVER purchase in this app again.

Hate the souvenirs. This would be a very fun game if it weren’t for the souvenirs you have to get to make progress. I can get 3 stars on every level, but still not be able to move forward in the game because I didn’t get all of the souvenirs that you get at the end of each level in a random chest for me to choose. The further you get in the game, the more repetition because you have to replay every level at least once to get all of the souvenirs or spend coins on POSSIBLY getting a souvenir from additional chests. I got to NYC and quit because I don’t feel like playing the same levels over and over to get past where I am without spending money.

Not easily played for free. I love mahjong games and the graphics for this one were upbeat, cheerful, and colorful. However, it’s not easy to play it for free. Certain levels are designed so that you can NOT pass them unless you use power-ups. Other levels are designed to make you use up the power-ups you just won. The entire game is rigged to encourage you to spend money, and you wouldn’t get much if you do. The developers seem to want you to spend at least $3.99 a week or more. It’s just not fun playing some levels over and over and over 12 to 20 times, because you’re playing for free. I would NOT recommend this game to others.

When you watch an ad, instead of going back to the game, the game goes black. I can hear the music going but cannot reach the game. I end up sweeping the game out and going back to get in again. Great Game one downfall. This is a really fun game and I’ve been enjoying it. Although there is a huge problem for me. I don’t agree with having to use 90 credits to “Shuffle” when there are no more moves left. After spending a lot of time and concentration on a game we should be able to “Shuffle” at no cost when there are no more moves left. As a player I feel like I’m being penalized for something that is not in my control. Otherwise the game is good.

No ads?. When I first started playing this game, I really enjoyed. I did pay the 2.99 to break my bank and stop having to watch an ad after every level. But I didn’t mind the ads to get an extra prize after winning a level. Now I can’t do that, or even shake my bank to get 10 coins. What happened to the option to watch those ads? Without that, it takes FOREVER to earn the little prize things to get a ticket to move on. So, for that reason, I’m leaving a 3-star review.

Annoying but fun too. Sometimes it gives you just a few moves before it fails you. Many tries and levels that are not possible doesn’t seem fair for the player, especially since you’re using your boosts etc on those levels. Otherwise the game is fun. Just annoying.

Fun but….. You can’t move on until you’ve collected all of the souvenirs from each level, and sometimes you have to play 10+ times to get the last souvenir you need. Other than that it’s a really fun game. The graphics could be better, brighter. The mahjong witch tours game in my opinion is a little better especially visually, but they’re very slow to create new levels. If this game fixed the souvenir thing I’d play it a lot more.

Ridiculous and regretful. The game was good graphics are awesome but I get to level 40 and it’s wants me to collect all the souvenirs from all the past levels ... that means I have to play all those levels all over again 🤦🏻‍♀️ are you kidding me not only that but if I were to play them again (which I’m not) I’m not even guaranteed to collect my souvenirs I only collect them if I get lucky and open the correct box at the end of the game which means you might get stuck playing the same stupid level more than once 😡ugh so frustrating . I wish I would have known that before getting started

Decent, but not worth it. In the beginning, it was a blast; levels were fairly easy. Levels get progressively harder, which is great until you lose after only 5 turns. Coins don’t add up fast, and with everything costing a good chunk of coinage, you’re out of lives to quick. I prefer games that don't make free to play incredibly difficult. That being said, I do like the fact that ads are optional, but the game really isn’t worth putting time into after a while. Beautifully designed, I had better hopes for this game.

Help with Black Screen. I was going to give this 5 stars, as I love the game. Love the graphics, and the whole setup. I have a problem, though. After each level, it goes to advertisements which is fine. The problem is that after the advertisement is finished, my game goes black, or black screen, and I have to stop, reload it again, level after level. After each level I play, after the advertisement, my screen goes black and again have to restart. May I request help with this please???

So annoying. Got the game; played the game; liked the game; then literally deleted it within about 1-2 minutes. It’s seems maybe hypercritical, but it is so annoying when any game allows you like 7 seconds to “struggle” and then gives you the answer by highlighting exactly what to click. Frustrating because then you know that’s coming and so it becomes a race against having the answer given to you...sort of like I would with my young child trying to decipher 4-1 and I quickly show him 3 fingers. Grrrrrrrr. Otherwise I’m sure it’s a sweet game.

They keep forcing you to buy currency. I bought one pack to keep the ads away, now they punish me for basically every game for having to shuffle. I would say 3/4 games you need to shuffle and if you don’t have shuffle you have to start over. It’s getting obnoxious. If I have to shuffle every single game, that sounds like a you problem, not a me problem. I found another app that doesn’t penalize you if you don’t ask for a shuffle. So I’ll go play that one now. I love this game but…. I would give it 5 stars but sometimes it glitches and takes away lives that you didn’t even play. I haven’t played in 2 days and I went to play it and I had no lives to play when I did log on. Like what the heck, it wouldn’t even let me watch a video to get one life. I’m not going to pay my last monies to fill so I just won’t play. :/ That and I wish it would pay better monies.

Fun when it works-. I have been playing for quite sometime now. Within the past few months I rarely have had an opportunity to collect a free heart. Now it has stopped completely. I haven’t gotten the bonus for continuing to play daily outside of 25 coins. And why did you remove the free flashlights? Those are just gone! Oh the tab is there, it says free, but they aren’t ever available. Neither can I shake the pig when full. It’s been full for a few weeks. Very frustrating! I have downloaded another game cuz I’m always running out of hearts on the higher levels.

Crashing and erasing rewards. What has happened to my favorite game? I am about to delete the app. Too many unsolvable levels and low rewards leave me stuck for days on one level. Now the game won’t load. Last week it froze up and bumped me back 60 levels! Rewards used to be enough to keep moving along through the levels. Not anymore. I refuse to buy anything so maybe that’s why. Can’t recommend now.

Has potential. This app could be something but you can tell all they want is for you to spend money. The amount of ads throughout this game is ridiculous. At first the game is great because they give you swaps to shuffle the board if you run out of moves. But once you run out of that your screwed. Save your money this game is a total scam. There’s plenty of other mahjong games on here that don’t have astronomical amounts of ads and actually let you play by allowing shuffles. Couldn’t wait to delete this app and write my peace. Hopefully this spares someone else there time.

Very fun but a rip off. Just like many, I found this game to be very fun and addicting. It’s also been something to distract the brain amid the awful pandemic we are in. However, after the first two levels, you find your coins disappearing quickly and the only way to stay afloat is if you purchase some more. I caved in at first but couldn’t bear myself to do it again. Now if I wasn’t on furlough, I might buy coins here and there but not excessively.

Ad removal purchase is a SCAM. I’ve been playing the game for about 6 weeks. I actually really like it - BUT - there was a pop up that said there was a special, and that if I made any kind of purchase, the game would remove ads. So I made a purchase. But then yesterday, the ads were back. Support told me that ad removal purchases are only good for 30 days. Are you kidding me?? I’ve never ever seen a game do that. If they are running a special that remove ads when you make a purchase, then they should honor that instead of tricking people. I’m super irritated!

Sierra. This game would be a lot of fun if it worked correctly. I have been stuck in Paris for over a month now and it seems support can’t help. All souvenirs have been collect and every instruction has been followed but nothing advances. It would appear that level 260 is as far as it will advance and no matter how many times I play this level It will not allow advancement!

First 5 mins. I’ve played this game a lot but not in this cartoon version. Seems to give a lot of coins and prizes. I’m just waiting for the big fall of the fun when the game tells me I’m a looser and not good enough like all the other games I’ve had to play this last year due to lake of my own choice station. Correction I guess they call it a Play station well until then keep up the coins and let me fall on my face easy this time.

Mahjong City Tours. I haven’t been able to play my game and I love to play. When I tried this morning to play this, it would not let me get into the game other then I got as far as when u get on the main page to start. It’s locked up and I also can’t go in the city to collect a building. I hope u understand me so it can be fixed because I really want into the game. I will rate this game at 5 stars as soon as I can play it. Hurry! Thank you so much.

Great game but needs bug fixes. I love this game, and I will continue to play, but ever since Jam City took it over, there are issues I don’t like. I lose my game if I go to another app then return without closing the app. It never did that before; my games always stayed in play if I did not close the app. Occasionally the screen will go black after an ad and will not return to play until the app is shut down and opened again. It would be great if these issues were fixed because I do enjoy this game and play daily.

Game freezing and crashing. I have been asking you for over a month now- Why does this game keep crashing? I got in touch with you twice and now I get an email saying you haven’t heard from me. This game keeps crashing or freezing on my phone and has been for a long time. I have tried deleting it and downloading again. Nothing works. Has been doing this since your latest up grades. Please fix this. If you can’t fix it then why do you have it? It won’t stay on long enough before crashing in order for me to report it through your help center in the settings. Why don’t you either fix your game or remove it?

Glitches create issues. I like the game, thus two stars. However, it takes forever to load the next game and then just stops itself. When that happens I lose the streak I was on as well as a “life”. It also gives out measly rewards (9 coins) but charges large amounts (90) to use a shuffle once. The balance of earning coins to the cost of the help options is ridiculous. It’s also ridiculous to require “all” the souvenirs just to go to the next level. Create levels of rewards so the you can move on when you’ve passed a game, but you get more rewards if you want to collect more items. Fix the glitches and make the game actually work.

Issues???. Have been playing awhile. Actually deleted because kept turning off in the middle of a level Reinstalled started playing again Now on level 60+ something it’s starting again with the addition of freezing or being very very slow Hopefully it can be fixed or will have to be deleted for good this time

Good Game. I like the game but it is too expensive. Unless you are willing to spend a lot, you won't move to other cities. I gave two stars. I would give five stars if the developer made a few changes. First, drop enough gifts on a win so that three quarters of the player's quota is met before moving to the next city. Second, winning without a shuffle only happens once every 12 plays. Adjust the algorithm so that it happens more often. Third, increase the Max and landmark gifts. In other words, a more equitable exchange between the player and the developer would increase player satisfaction and the developer would attract more players.

Impossible without spending money constantly. I have played this game for about a year now and although I love the gameplay, it is nearly impossible to move up to the next tiers without spending money. Up until recently, there was free coin features when you would watch an ad.. with the new update I haven’t been able to load a single ad and therefore have missed out on a bunch of coins that I used to collect. I am very disappointed in this.. I have spent around 50-75$ on coins thus far and won’t be continuing to spend my money until these features are resolved...

Addictive but annoying. I loved this game at first then I quickly realized that you needed to purchase more coins to actually win levels as they get harder. As someone mentioned, you lose coins fast because the prices for shuffles and bombs are more than what they give you (10 coins vs a shuffle being 90 coins). The MOST annoying part is that you have to constantly play the SAME levels over and over again until you win enough tickets to move on or pay 300+ coins which means you have to BUY them. This app would have gotten 5 stars from me because I am up to level 266 but I am super over playing it and will delete it.

Game good, deleting bc of horrifying ad. Have enjoyed playing your game but am going to remove it & get another one after viewing a terrible ad that I could not switch off no matter what I did. It was for the Humane Society (which is a fine organization) but showing beagles being tortured in labs. That’s hard enough for adults to see, but what about kids?? And as I mentioned, I couldn’t click out either. Those images are traumatizing & I’m not going to chance seeing them again.

Incorrect markings on tiles. This has been my all time go to game for relaxation. Can certainly do without the pop ups to buy or join this and that. Used to be simple but now it takes multiple clicks to get to the actual game. The latest updated added small markings on the character tiles. The ones on the direction tiles are wrong. Only 西 west is correct. Once I noticed I can’t unnoticed it. Please fix.

Majong. I would rate Manong 5 stars if it would pay attention to my settings to mute music and other sounds. I play it while watching TV and while waiting in places where sudden noises would be nerve jangling and irritating. At one point in the past, the game makers paid attention to my settings. After some update in the past, although the settings to mute music and other sounds remained as if they were muted, but they were not. I established settings to mute music and sounds snd expect them not to be ignored.

This game is pretty annoying. I like playing this game when it works I like all the prizes and tournaments However it keeps randomly skipping levels All of a sudden I’m in the end of the city instead of the beginning I started this game several times already with the same annoying issues

Fun game. I love this game and have played it for many, many years… but once again, in the “ hard” challenge I find that you get 2 moves at most… sometimes more… if your lucky… you end up using all your hearts in no time. This can go on for days. Now if you buy “ helps” over and over… sure, everything is fine. I totally resent this.. I’m the 4000 levels… this shouldn’t be! Again, love the game, but apparently I need to just quit playing it for awhile like I’ve done in the past.

Very upset. I have always given this game 5 stars... but yesterday morning, as I was opening the app to play the game a warning came up on the screen and said that I need internet connection to play and to check my internet connection. My connection was fine, all other apps on phone work fine, and my daughter is doing online college and her connection was fine. Even waiting until she was offline and no other connections were being used, and it still says the same thing. I don’t know if it’s a glitch in the game or what, but this needs fixing!

Too hard. I do not mind challenges or trying a game over and over, but this one gets you nowhere! I refuse to buy gifts. There should be an easier way to win. I do not understand when, having completed several levels, I need to do them again before proceeding. Ridiculous. I am happy to spend money on games that are challenging but fun. This is not!

Great game. My grandma loves this game. I’m glad she’s happy to play this game.i gave it’s five stars even though I don’t play it but she plays it and thinks it’s great. She still doesn’t know how to work her iPad that much yet. Back to the game. If you like puzzles I recommend this game to you. But if your not a huge fan of puzzles I would say maybe you won’t want this. Still great game hope you also enjoy it like my grandma!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Fun until…. I really liked this game. However, now there are three issues. One is that some level are impossible to pass. You have to have boosters to pass, but they’re cheap with them. The last thing is moving to the next level. At the end of each 10 levels, you need tickets to proceed to the next one. That means replaying past levels to get three stars. I finished all levels but now I have to purchase tickets to move on. What a joke. All they want is your money. Deleting. Too many free mahjong games out there. I have made purchases but you need them and run out quick

Doesn’t tell you......... It’s constantly popping up reminders to make the pop up ads go away just make a purchase,but,it doesn’t tell you that you no longer have the option to watch ads for anything,not to double your daily rewards,not to get a flashlight or even shake the piggy bank. I’m all for supporting games by making purchases when I’m able to I just hate I can no longer enjoy the game like I use to without spending money I don’t always have.

Best I’ve played. I’ve downloaded all of the available Mahjong games in the App Store to date and although all games play the same, I’ve felt that just going level to level has no rhyme or reason. This game gives goals and challenges and the board game style makes it fun and entertaining. I love the graphics and the amount of detail the developers have put in. Definitely my favorite of all I’ve played. Well done!!

Long Ads!!. I understand the ads however, MOST of the time, the ad is Royal Match and it’s a minute long!! That’s ridiculous!! I can understand the 30 second ads but come on!!!!!!! The same darn ad…..1 minute long…..is NOT going to make me load that game! In fact, it does just the opposite!! I really like this game and I use to give it a 5 star review but, now, I give it a 2 star or 3 star because of the ads. I have played this game for years and I used to LOVE it. It was great way to reduce stress and take a break. Now it creates stress!

Biggest rip-off ever!. This game is very addictive and fun until you realize that all the coins you’re earning collect in a little piggy bank that you have to pay to use! Yes, $2.99 will give you the privilege of breaking your piggy bank to collect the 400 coins that YOU ALREADY EARNED by winning games and collecting prizes! And if you don’t want to pay $2.99 to access your winnings, you can sometimes be allowed to ‘shake free’ 10 coins after watching an advert. After shaking the piggy bank and getting your 10 coins, the balance goes back to zero! YOU JUST PAID 390 VIRTUAL COINS TO WATCH AN AD AND EARN 10 COINS!

Disgusted. I go on the app to play today. It’s a holiday, so they had the usual extra offer but it was a rainbow and for “everyone”. June was Pride month. A whole month. Today is the day we celebrate Independence Day. You know the country that has provided the developers lots of money cuz capitalism. Only in this country can you insult this country for providing your livelihood. I’m going to use what I purchased and then I’m deleting this game. I’m not going to spend anymore of my hard earned money promoting individuals who are ungrateful and probably donate to causes that work against America.

Best MahJong game by far. I’ve played and searched for so many MahJong games. This game has it all. It’s bright and cheery , cute and colorful, and hard and challenging. It’s got everything. I do not like the fact though, that the other sets of tiles- which are so pretty- are so hard to acquire, and it won’t just let you outright buy them in an in app purchase. Still, great game . On level 84. You can find me curled up by the fire playing this game. Bye.

Great game, but..... I really like this game (and I’m not big on games on my phone lol)! It’s very addicting and the graphics are great, super easy to understand. The only issue is WHY do you have to have a commercial after every single level or retry?! It’s sooooo aggravating. I get you need to support your app with Ads, but EVERY level?! Also, anytime I get a call on my phone while playing, it doesn’t pause my game. It starts it over so if I was in the middle of a lucky streak I lose everything and it acts like I lost the game....even though I was in the middle of playing it. So annoying.

Greedy developers. The fact that we can’t use the flashlight after we start the level is ridiculous. I’ve used the undo button only a handful of times, when I’ve earned one. I’d gladly give it back up for the flashlight. And now the flashlight is the 3rd streak bonus instead of the first. Anything to get us to spend money. I wish I wouldn’t have invested this much time into this game because the developers are so greedy. Ads at almost every screen, constantly trying to get you to make purchases. Come on, developers, you’re better than this.

Terrible update. I am on level 1592 and have been there for a month because it’s always freezing and never can get my tournament bonus. This has been happening since the update. All it did was make it a terrible game to try to play. I want to be able to play or a refund for my money spent to buy coins. Please fix it!!!

It’s a fun game but needs work. It’s a fun game, but now you can’t make any purchases in the game. It will take the password and keep popping up to purchase over and over again. So if you’re stuck on a level, you can’t purchase anything to help. The only other issue is there’s too many objects you need to move on to the next city. I shouldn’t have to go back and replay a bunch of levels I already passed to get to the next city!!

Needs bug fixes. The game play itself is good but ohhhh my god creators pleassssee fix the shuffle on this thing. I’m in the hundred levels and the amount of times I’ve gotten put into a game where there’s only one move and boom my life is gone or just now when I got placed in a game 3 times with noooo matches available just my power ups. It’s so aggravating and makes me not want to play. It wasn’t an issue in lower levels but once I passed 120 it’s becoming more and more common. UPDATE I downloaded it’s a waste of your time they make the matches impossible to win without spending money after you reach a certain point. Don’t waste your time it’s all a money grab giving themselves bot 5star reviews
