Abandoned platform?. Edits from a year ago are still pending. Roads that have existed for years aren’t in there making in car navigation useless. Gave up and just use CarPlay.

Oh, that’s why there’s so many 1 star reviews. If your app is a map editor, being able to add missing streets being a major feature, it would be important to actually have a way to add streets. So yeah, gonna have to give this a 1 star since the main feature I need this app for is completely missing.

Freezes. Area managers should be made to oversee the edits on a daily basis to ensure proper operation and to proof edits. This should be based on a point system. This way, no one can add or delete something that is not at that particular location. Gave the support 10 months to implement speed limits in the app to allow 5 mph increments instead of 10 mph. Here in the USA 95% of all speed limits are as follows 15,25,35,45,55,65, etc. Then support asks me where I’m from. That is not understood. Sorry, but if you don’t understand that, then you don’t understand mapping. I’m done with here maps and their sorry editor. I would be giving this a 0 if possible.

Software issues. This software may be a good idea, but it is cumbersome, and very difficult to use. Even the sign up is antiquated, and does not work well with Apple. This may explain why BMW gps is often inaccurate.

Map used by Amazon not updated!!. We just moved into a new neighborhood and have had issues with Amazon delivering to wrong address. After looking into Amazon app it shows they use Here maps and it does not show our street on the map, which explains why Amazon is going to the wrong house! Please update your maps to reflect the Ellis Walk Neighborhood in Durham, North Carolina!!

Broken. Can not login, after pushing login button getting only white full screen white ;(

Works well for me. Saw bad reviews and was worried but the app worked totally fine for me for making map edits

Road editor. It’s practically impossible to draw a new road or even modify existing ones

Fail. Unable to log in. When I click “Log In” I get a white screen and stops working. iPhone 8+

Great app. Love the app great to be able to slightly modify roads etc to improve the accuracy especially here in Indonesia where there are no truly accurate maps. Maybe here will be the first! One thing I have noticed is that the track recorder seems to have limited access to location services on IPhone (ie here maps tracks my location far more accurately that here map creator) is this something that can be improved on? Thanks again

Underrated App 🤩. This app is so cool! It shows your location and it lets you edit any community lot. I also love how it has no ads since most apps that seem cool are loaded with them. Not this! This app is so good, Keep up the great work.

Great tool for map contributors. Just some feedback, if I switch between apps because of multitasking, when I switch back to this app, sometimes it's just a blank white screen and there's no way of getting out of it unless I close the app. Just a bug that needs fixing. I'm still giving it five stars.

Cannot sign in using Here account. Have been using Here Maps for a long time. Seeing this app, I know I can contribute for improvement. Tried to sign in using email. Never got through the screen and never got the notification for confirmation. Please fix the problem.
