iOS app crashes. The Sam Knows service works just fine. The iOS app crashes if you try to select any option.

Bring back the old app. New app does not even cover a fraction of what the old app did. This version only shows 30 days with no options.

The only “REAL” hardware testing solution!. I have had two whitebox’s over since 2010. I joined as soon as I heard about the SamKnowss testing. I had issues with my older vDSL connection. Since then I have moved over to a small ISP using coax as the last mile and then fiber. My box had all 1Gbps WAN/LAN ports and is a great switch for free AND tests and reports on my connection. Highly accurate to my connection. I have sent reports to my ISP using the embedded reporting when I wasn’t “believed” that there was an issue with my line. Because of SamKnows and this amazing hardware test platform I can use the data myself and SamKnows can also use the data to compile their own reports....making every ISP accountable!

Latest still crashes. Latest app that I just got for iPhone still crashes. I can use my windows computer from website but iOS app has crashed and not useable. I have iOS 16.3.1.

Not ready for release. Almost worthless. After several tries, I did get a download measurement. If you blink you'll miss it, as it disappears as soon as the upload test starts. The latency test did nothing but give me errors. The whole thing is plagued by "try agains."

Purrrrrfect! 🐈. I just received and connected the samknows whitebox. The device and accompanying app results are extremely accurate. They reflect exactly what my cable company states I am receiving. Now i have the capability to view my download & upload speeds... without ads. Love this app!

Crashes during the YouTube portion of the test. Just downloaded the app after getting an email from a Mediacom to sign up for a white box. I have run the app several times and in every case when it gets to the YouTube test the app crashes and no results are recorded. iOS 16.5.1 on iPhone 12

Crashes each time. Runs but on last part of the test it crashes. Happens all the time. Hoping this gets fixed in an update.

Not intuitive. Seems to fail on the YouTube test and then doesn’t record the results of that test (presumably because it was incomplete). It’s not clear why the app allows local testing. Shouldn’t this just be for accessing the Whitebox results? The app, it’s purpose, layout and usage, haven’t been properly thought out. Please go back to the beginning and start again.

No dropout detection.. Does a daily test with the white box and keep records of network speed only. App crashes when there is no network connection and the white box does not detect network dropouts. What is the point?

Could be so much better. It’s great to have an app to access the stats on my white box however when you use a web clip more often than the app it’s obvious it’s not providing the data you need. Please add disconnects to the app

YouTube bit doesn’t work. Don’t see what this does that many other speed tests app already do and I had to turn off the YouTube testing because it always fails.

(Still) Needs some tweaking. Updated to version 7: still logs out when navigating away from dashboard tab. Lift your game, guys. I downloaded this app thinking it would be great to have easy access to data from my whitebox, rather than using the website, but it doesn’t stay signed in - not even while staying in the app. As soon as you click on another tab and then navigate back to the whitebox tab, it asks to sign in again. Pointless. If this gets fixed the app might be useful.

App No Longer Works. This app hasn't been updated in over a year and so it doesn't work any more now. Don't download it.

SamDoesntKnow. App worked well for awhile. Now it fails most times. The white box is pretty useless, if you have NO internet it doesn’t record that. That means it misses ALL major drops and faults.

Gone bad bad bad. It was working fine until recently but it doesn’t test anymore. Will remove.
