Okay. The only ways you can split the video is in halves, thirds, or fourths. You can’t change the location or size of the video or anything like that. If that’s all you need, it’s great but I would like to see a feature to move different videos around and shrink or grow them.

Bad editor. The videos don’t center properly and only shows the edge of them. No option to edit at all. Very poor design. Cust service told me to update it. What a scam

Cool. It's nice to finally be able to create split screen videos with my iPhone. So easy to use and great results. I love this app.

Excellent. This app has everything I need when making split screen videos. If I need to edit the video, then I use my other video editor.

VERY basic. Sure you can add multiple videos for split screen viewing but there is absolutely NO editing capability within the app. This means you can’t adjust the clips for synchronization at all. Also no editing capability for basic video features like color, brightness, audio, etc. All in all, very basic and disappointing. $2.99 isn’t much to lose but I bought it with higher hopes than I should have had apparently. Didn’t work at all for my needs.

Wasted $2.99. The app does not work. It allows you to select the videos, but does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING after that. It does not split the videos, it does not preview, it literally does not work. I want my money back!

Good. I like it but I would like to see cropping tools to help put videos in sync. Fade ins and fade outs would also be good additions.

Excellent video quality!. Just tried this app for the first time. Easy to use and very intuitive. The video quality of the resulting split screen video was excellent! I would like to see more split configurations added, such as 4 portrait videos side-by-side to make a landscape video. And as others have commented, it would be nice to be able to zoom in on individual videos or trim. But I can do that with the Splice video editor so I am able to do everything I would like between the two apps. Definitely worth the money.

So annoying. Everything was fine until I tried to create the final product ever time it kept giving me error messages. I guess it doesn't work with time lapses 😤😤😤

Where are the endless possibilities?. Unless it’s on your grid, it’s useless! No office, no music apps, just what I’m guessing they get paid for promoting. All I wanted was a midi player and lyrics next to each other. If you tell me that’s possible I’ll change my rating but for now it’s a waste of time and money. Let alone support link does nothing.

Update made the app more frustrating.. Now I can’t even change the video that’s in the project every time I try to switch a video out it doesn’t let me what a let down, and now it doesn’t even let me replay my video within the app I’m forced to save it to see my results.

Too basic. For an app you have to pay for, this does not have enough features! It does the job and it’s easy to figure out but there is not editing software at all! You can’t even trim videos in the app. It would be nice to be able to sync videos up in the app too, which would probably be easy to do if there was a trim feature. I had to trim on my photo library and play a guessing game as to whether or not my videos would match up. They didn’t. I had to do it 4 times before I got it right bouncing back and forth between my photo library trimming and the app. Also, it was frustrating that I could only have square videos in landscape if I only chose to put two, rather than four, videos together. I wanted to be able to see the whole video but half was cropped out due to the mandatory shape. So it would be better if we could have that choice as an option too.

Awesome. Great app to easily create split screen videos.

Can’t get vids to upload. Could not get videos to completely upload. Kept getting the thinking (circle of death) icon which would never go away. Waste of money.

Bugs. When you’ve selected the clips and preview or save the product, it offsets the video on the screen so about 1/3 of the screen is black

Great Update. App works exactly as advertised. If you need a very simple but very useful app to combine your videos without a ton of work, this is the one you want. Creator listens to suggestions and bug reports, if any, but she works great now on my iPhone 11 ... no problems here at all.

Something is crashing. I love this app - Split Screen Video. It used to work great. However, the last few days when I process a video I get this rather severe error message. I gave three stars because of the split screen feature, but with this rather serious looking error message I could not rate any higher.
