‘compressor’ app with no ads!!. This is the developer’s compressor app but with no advertisements. I used their free compressor app for a long time and decided to invest the $2 to remove ads. It was well worth the purchase because it is a very effective piece of software. It lets me easily share 30 second or more videos on discord because I can adjust the file size. I recommend this app, but if you are hesitant then you can try their free version first.

Good 👍. It's a good program but weak in this respect that doesn't give you small megabits in videos

Does the Trick. This program does what it aims to do. The only thing that threw me off is that I initially purchased it for compressing images before sharing them, but the only way to load images from your Albums is to first select a video and then press the + and select images. It took me a bit to figure that out, so I hope it can be made more intuitive in the future. It would also be nice to be able to enter an exact output width and height using the keyboard instead of only using a slider so that you can get precise results. Otherwise it compresses fast, provides an output size estimate, and saves to your photos app like you would expect.

nice app. does what it says..

Not on a pro level very limited. no choice of frame rate only 24 FPS , I prefer 30 FPS since when panning it has less of the stutter effect. Second I like to get less of a compression since I like higher quality to upload to Vimeo and YouTube. I found a much better video compressor called VideoCompressor it might be a little more but gives me all the options I need. I go back to the time when I shot on 35mm motion picture film on Panaflex and Arri. Thus my technical needs are higher than most. Basically I use a video compressor to convert from the Apple HEVC format to MP4 for editing in Adobe Premiere on a windows computer.

Error after error. Did not work for me. After trying to compress two different videos it would give me an error message saying it could not save to file. Waste of money.

Not as good as expected for a paid app. Easy to use but wouldn’t share videos once they were compressed. The compressed video simply vanished after the app said it had been shared to the selected location.
