App crashing. Log in with phone number, says no cards associated with phone number. So log in with card number—app crashes and closes. Unusable.

Doesn't work. App showed I had reward and in store didn't show reward.

Update?. Do you plan on doing an up date? The app always crashes. Have no idea how many points I have. Can’t use my rewards. So what’s the deal?

Signed up in store. Found out you have to wait a couple days before you can even use it? What’s the point?

worthless. So if disappeared points and lots of frustration is for you you will love this app. The clerk will forever keep asking you if you have the membership number, every time. So for god sake never let her know how frustrating it is to deal with a poorly managed corporation.

Apparently this app is pointless because of bad employees. Saw a sign offering a discount on a product. It was up in multiple places around the extra mile in Grover Beach Ca. So I signed up on the app. The cashier said the ad was old and had expired. I said oh ok the sign advertising the deal should probably be taken the sign down. He said yeah they should. This is not isolated to this store bad customer service is a common practice because employers don’t hold employees accountable. I hope someone in Extra Mile management reads this so maybe it will get better

Absolute garbage. The sign up process is as painful as walking on legos. Never again

Rewards or Deals. Every time I go and try to use the rewards it doesn’t work I try to buy a two liter get one for a dollar I show the person working in the front and tells me it doesn’t work that I need a barcode it’s your guys app how does it not work I’m showing him exactly what it says and still won’t give me the deal useless app don’t waste ur time

Doesn’t work. App won’t open

Check in at station doesn't save shields in app. The app seems fine but the entire system seems flawed. You must check in on a tablet at the station but if you have a reward and choose to "Save it for later" then you don't receive a shield for your purchase. Chevron should just add a barcode to the app that the cashier scans to record the purchase instead of this check in process that rarely works. The last 8 purchases I've made at chevron have not awarded any shields. Either go back to the cards or fix the system.

Easy to earn my free coffee. App is easy to use and quick to earn free items

New and improved. This app just keeps getting better and better!

Help. Can't log in can't change password

Doesn’t load; terrible scam. I loathe cards, apps and schemes that stores run where they clearly jack up the prices to push people into joining their rewards program to track them and push products. I did try to download this app because this is a place in my neighborhood I visit regularly and the staff felt bad when the price for a common item doubled but they couldn’t discount it without the app because of the current promotion. So I tried! And it loaded, I started an account and now the app fails to load (and yes, I’ve closed it out; restarted my phone; deleted it and downloaded it again- it still fails to open when launched). So I am stuck paying double if I want to continue to visit them. I hate the coercion but if you’re going to set up your system for it, at least make it work.

Funky system. It takes hours to have the EM shield to show up in the phone. Waste of time app.

This App Doesn’t Work. I buy coffee at Chevron every day and the buy five get one free doesn’t even work… basic, simple stuff… get it right.

Birthday Selection Unchangeable. I am unable to make an account because when I go to register, the “birthday” area auto populates 9/4/2008. It doesn’t let you type or select any other date. Can’t even get past the sign up page. Wow.

Laughable App. My rewards have suddenly seemed to disappear and not only that, but what are the rewards? They are absolutely terrible. Nothing worth incentivizing this horrible performing app. Not even worth a star as it doesn't function.

Major Upgrade. The company really did a great job with there new layout and upgrade. Plus the deals are 👍🏾

Scam. They must be stealing data from me because the app is 100% useless. Points are a scam and the deals are not any better then just walking in.
