Tracking. The looking at a vehicle the history doesn’t help me I need live tracking first up on the listing when I look up a vehicle Also I need a “go to vehicle” using a gps map turn by turn Just like typing in a address in maps I would like the just hit “go to” and it will map me to the vehicle Thanks

Brilliant addition. Use this app several times a week to keep up with fleet ops from the field and it’s just the info we need to connect to our team. Simple to use and updates keep getting better. Recommended for anyone who works out of their truck and phone.

Dispatcher. Excellent

Tech support is like pulling teeth (painfull). We have had the system for about 7 mounts, we have had installation issues and still waiting to get them resolved. There is a tech support line you can call but they just email your concern to the support team and you wait for a response. The engine diagnostic the code is not usable. And it will not report on all buses, and it still unsure what it is going to report. The system has gps but when you get to stop on the route it will not indicate that you are the at the stop one the route description.

Quick and easy. Great way to tack vehicles from when you're on the move. Can't wait to see more features!

Pretty cool. Love how I can watch the fleet and when they use the reds ambers and making a stop sometimes it messes up but pretty good

App works better on android. Recently switched to an iPhone and have had issues I did not have with android. It will not let me login to the app if I’m connected to WiFi, it says I have no connection. Also does not save my login information if app isn’t used for a few hours, android kept my login information. Lastly, if I tap the map button for navigation to the tracked vehicle it takes about a minute to load. Did not have any of these issues on android. Works fine for everything else so far.

Annoying Pop Up. Pop up asking if you love Synovia is annoying which happens nearly every time I open app.

Bus tech. Use for locating buses/ drivers 24/7. Unfortunately doesn’t work at times. Also hardware and wiring methods still inconsistent since introduction. Good when working . We only use for GPS feature. Too many variables to make use of other features and services.

Useless. This app is a waste. Our district Uses it to track buses. Latest IOS and phone but still useless. Try adding subs to your normal buses and show them on the map. Try finding comprehensive documentation on just the app and not desktop version on the website. Poorly constructed and horribly supported.

Update isn’t good.. I didn’t like that last update. It spends most of the time buffering now. It’s getting frustrating. I loved it before the update.
