Better than photobucket or anything else!. F****** LOVE this app! Holds just about everything and soon to hold computer items! I wish there was a way to be able to see which items are already saved into an album when I go to my main areas with all the photos. Support could you let me know if this is in the works or can be done??

No Longer Offering Storage Service. Soooo… I just got a notification stating to download all my pics by March 1st or l’ll lose them because this app will no longer provide unlimited storage. I’m livid. What a disappointment! This app was pushed on me from Sprint (after their free storage was going away) and after finally deciding to use it AND RELY on it, it’s no longer being offered. I’m sick of these apps causing distress. These are pictures and memories at risk. I used this app instead of Apple’s confusing and unreliable iCloud. So, all my photos are on this app. To transfer photos by March is going to be almost impossible. I hate these apps!

DO NOT GET THIS APP. After years of using this app for my photos, they implemented a NO unlimited storage and have deleted all my pictures in doing so. I have lost pictures with loved ones that are not here anymore and I am devastated. Do NOT recommend this app at all.

Unreliable and Slow.. This app is very slow. I would not recommend using this app if you have a lot of photos and videos. When opening the app, the photos and videos do not load. You scroll and its only blank boxes where the photos and videos should be and you have to wait for each and every photo to load. I never had this issue with Google Photos or any other photo backup app. When I first got this app, it offered unlimitied photos which is what pulled me in. Then early 2023, they said unlimited photos were going away and said you could either download an archive of all your photos or purchase a monthly plan of $27 a month to keep the unlimited photos. Very unreliable and pricy for unlimited photos when other, big name apps, offer way cheaper alternatives. I regret using this app and would recommend anyone interested in downloading this app to stay away and use a more reputable service. I never used their other services but I can imagine all their products are slow and unreliable. Stay away.

Very laggy.. but is very helpful.. Can’t ever open this app without it freezing on the “Asurion Photos” screen or scrolling in the app without major freezes and lags. Otherwise it still does the job. Been using it for 2 years now - no disappointments.

Uploading pictures. When I downloaded the app, I started the uploading of the photos only half of my photos transferred over. I can’t figure out how to get the remaining photos transferred.

Email address issues. Be for warned if you don’t have access to the email you signed up with it’s almost impossible to get your photos back. I have been trying to get access to my photos since January 29th and I have not received an answer from anyone from support of this application. I have no idea how I will get my pictures back especially those that can never be replaced!!!! Other than that I had no problem with the app.

Videos deleted. I lost almost all but three of my videos! After all of my photos and videos showed up in the app, I went back to my photos and deleted all of my videos. When I reopened the app, all but three of the videos were gone! I’m so sad because they were videos of my kids that I can’t get back.

Can’t save. Not letting me optimize my photos!!!! I’m losing space in my iPhone because I can’t go in and delete and optimize. And now whenever I open the app it just crashes and when I click the optimize tab app crashes. This is supposed to help me save space on my phone.

Not Just Storage. Besides storage, the app provides some valuable, intuitive ways to keep your gallery cleaned up.

Asurion - One of the Best Storage Solutions. This is got to be one of the better places to store pictures. Not only does it store your picture but it has features in it to let you update your Storage by removing identical pictures or by removing blurry pictures and other situations which I probably haven’t even encountered yet. 😀👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🥳

No trash bin. What if I deleted something by accident, which I did. Also, what’s with the developer website? I tried going and it doesn’t work. It has everything I am looking for though; however, it has to have access to my photos and I can’t select and choose which ones I want in the app without manually deleting them from the app.

Love it!. This app is a MUST for anyone with an iPhone and doesn’t back up or buy storage from iCloud. I’ve been able to save all my pics and videos successfully and I don’t have to worry about loosing all my pics if something were yo happen to my phone, completely recommend it!!! The only bad thing is that it takes forever to load the pics and videos

Why??. Sprint Storage made me change to app and since it had unlimited data storage I was ok with it. Now it’s changing its policy to 5 GB storage? I wonder why? This is upsetting! Making me look for another app or something else before March so I don’t lose my data.

Great Back up. I was so relieved to see how well all my photos and videos transferred over from another app (sprint complete storage) Every single item was in my account, it was super easy to get started and the text reminders are amazing!

This app literally does the opposite of what it claims. This app has deleted thousands of my memories, videos and pictures with my kid and of rare occasions in life. Do not trust this app with your memories. It always freezes, and the contact support button does not even work. There are numerous accounts of peoples media being deleted and the app creator has done nothing about it but rename the app. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW AND GET ALL OF US BACK OUR CONTENT! Freezes All The Time- Forever Glitchy. The app would be perfectly fine if it just wasn’t glitchy and freezing all the time. The app is not smooth or fluid at all. It is a pain to navigate and work with. I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max and it’s still moving slow and freezing all the time. It’s needs a major update when it comes to be FLUID. If it gets that then I will have no complaints.

So sad. I use to live this app it was the best. Now all it does is crashes as soon as I open it and I can not save any of my new photos or even look for certain photos. I have emailed trying to get help with no success. I’m afraid to uninstall and reinstall because I’m afraid I will lose the photos I do have. Please whatever you do fix this problem.

Avoid. Make them go bankrupt.. Worst app on iPhone I've ever used. Slow, glitchy, and just downright embarrassing. Rethink your entire lives Asurion. Not only do you scam people with your “insurance” for electronics and appliances, but you hire the absolute worst app developers I’ve ever seen. This apps existence is a complete embarrassment and should be sued for its blatant false advertising. -5 stars if existed, 0 stars if I could. Can’t wait to see you go bankrupt.

Used to be a great app.. I can no longer open the app without it crashing I have to delete it each time I want to open it only reason I’m keeping it is cause I have concert videos in there that it won’t let me save or even play again so I wouldn’t use this anymore so yeah fix your stupid app.

Not great. My Asurion home+ that should give me unlimited backup will not recognize my account so I’m stuck at 5GB free account. I emailed Asurion last week and zero response. The app takes over 10 seconds to open on my iPhone 14 pro. Not sure about you but if any app takes longer than a second to open up, something is wrong.

Great storage app, but has been crashing lately. Looking for a way to store your photos without using up all of your iCloud storage? Well, look no further. The only problem that I have encountered recently is that the app has been crashing upon opening. Also, it does not have an option to delete duplicate photos. Please correct this issue. Otherwise, it has been very helpful with storing my photos without having to deal with iCloud storage limitations.

I love this app. To all the people who wants to save money this app is for you my family likes to go on fun outings and I know that I would take photos and on my phone it reads storage full I hate that so I found this app it is very helpful I recommend this to people that likes all their photos but hate full storage and buying more...

What do you want for free?. It’s absolutely frustrating when you go to open the app where all your memories are, and the app not only freezes but it doesn’t upload as fast as it advertises and if you try to force close it and then re-open it it’ll just continue to freeze and even crash!I’ve tried resetting my network settings And power cycling my phone turning airplane mode on and off and it does absolutely nothing please fix this app before I go elsewhere and actually pay the money for something halfway decent!

Forced to download. I was forced to download this app supposedly because all my Sprint photos were backed up there and in order not to lose my photos, I had to download the app. They offered an option to JUST download the photos but I had to download the app for that to work anyway. On top of that, once I downloaded the stupid app to get access to my photos, I had to grant access to all my other photos, and guess what? Asurion just backed up MY entire library as opposed to showing me the Sprint photos and allowing me to download them. I am so annoyed. This is stupid and I probably wouldn’t have lost any photos in the first place but they freaked me out saying I had over 8 gigs of photos not backed up.

Love this app, but. I get unlimited storage through T-Mobile which is awesome. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because some of my photos are black when I select them. I can see the photo in my list view, it's just that when I select a photo it's black instead of showing the photo. Hopefully this is fixable and then I can give it the 5 stars it deserves.

Ratings. Love this app. Never have to worry about losing pictures or videos when changing phones. They are always there when you download the app again.

Excellent App. This App so far is everything I’ve been looking for. Only one thing is missing though - being able to change the date of when the picture was actually taken. I would recommend this app to anyone who takes an abundance of photos!

Horrible App. When downloading this app it says you have unlimited space for your photos and videos… upon downloading the app, it only says you have 5gb of space and you need to pay to upgrade your account for more space… Google Photos and many other apps are available for download that give you more space.

Reliable. Apple like to control things and put them in the cloud even though you have ample storage on your phone having lost information from the iCloud I was happy to know that this app had backed up everything.

Freezes up you can’t do a thing with it.. VERY DISAPPOINTING I downloaded the app it freezes up and I can’t do a thing. I went to the webpage and tried same issue. It’s ridiculous I have pics of my son I lost on this site from Sprint I never thought I’d get them I was thrilled when they let me know they could be transferred to this company and I could retrieve them it breaks my heart I still can’t get to them and here you have a railing of 4.7? How is that possible I can’t be the only one experiencing this? I’m uninstalling the app not going to waste space with it. Very very disappointing.

Horrible. This app is horrible. It takes like 10 times sometimes to try to even open the app. I stay trying to open the app without it exiting to the home screen. & the app always freezes. I can’t even go into my albums anymore because anytime I try it freezes and exits out. This app is horrible. There’s no way to contact support so I haven’t been able to resolve this issue. This app freezes and you can’t even open it. I don’t recommend at all. When I first got the app it was amazing but now it is just trash.

We need a fix. Like the last few reviewers, I’m having the problem where the app crashes as soon as it loads. This is a new problem so something must have changed. Please fix, I can’t get in to pull saved pics

Slow and freezes. I really do like this app and how it helps me clear my phone up for more space. But I want to love the app and I can’t do to how slow it it. It freezes more than it actually works. I’m constantly restarting it

Asurion review. This is funny I totally thought Memories had just up and disappeared from my phone, although it made me wonder when I got the app since its name change. I wondered what that app was and when I got it truly amazing play (ಥ﹏ಥ). Anyways the app is amazing and easy to navigate through so keep up the good work.

How to ruin your app. They literally removed the 1 reason why people even downloaded this. The unlimited storage. Now they are forcing you to pay $25 just for the one thing that they had on for years that drew people into downloading their app. So now pay money or download the photos you saved specifically into Asurion OR delete your account. Another sell out…💸(Read before paying dollars). - Coming from somebody who rarely writes reviews —— So one day I get a notification on Google Photos telling me unlimited free storage is going away. Great. Now where do I store my photos? Scrolling down the recommended cloud storage options I find: [Asurion Photos - FREE UNLIMITED STORAGE] I download the app, hoping to store these photos for FREE, but does free mean forever? Seems legit uploading photos here. So, I upload my photos to this app while recommending it to my friends at the time; I even helped my mom upload photos. Oh no —————-> SIKE 😂👌💯💯 fReE uPlOaD sToRaGe gOiNg aWay - PLEASE PAY SOME DOLLARS TO KEEP PHOTOS EVERY MONTH That was annoying to hear. Doing all that work just to switch to a different app? This can’t be real. So I just tried storing photos on my phone… My mom wasn’t so lucky; she had thousands of photos glued to this app. Looking at her phone today I see EVERY PHOTO GONE. I don’t know what I should tell my mom tomorrow. 🙄🙄

It watermarks my photos and videos to where i would never in my life use this app to edit ever again. * Not jusr any photo or image but ALL. Terrible. Just an all around bad application

DO NOT GET. U WILL LOSE ALL PHOTOS. Please, DO NOT GET THIS APP. Do not ignore this review. If you are looking for a photo storage app, LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE. I lost 900 photos to a HUGE gray strip that covered a quarter of even half of each photo. Most of your photos will save with a gray strip covering most of the photo up. If you want full res backup, Google Photos can upload full res videos and photos for 1.99 a month. That is what I’m doing.

Not backing up new photos. I’ve had this app which I love for quite a few years but now it’s not downloading any new photos. How do I fix that?

Is not a good replacement for Sprint Complete Backup. This was the replacement for Sprint Complete. I’m grateful they offered something in its place when they discontinued it. However, it does not back up the photos effectively. It has been trying to backup the same 4 photos for 5 days now. The Sprint Complete app was so fast it happened almost instantly. This one, not so much. Hopefully it gets better. For now I’ll keep trying and continue to use Google Photos until this starts to work.

The app keeps crashing after I updated to Ver. 1.6.63. Since the email address I saved from the app seems to go nowhere…: I have been using your app for over 2 years now. I love how convenient and easy it is to backup all my photos and videos. I have had a few annoyances over the years, but nothing that made the app unusable until this update. The problem appears to start when the “x years ago” screen shows up. The app shows the preview bubble/s for a second before the app crashes. Sometimes it takes longer for that banner to pop up than at other times, but whenever it does the app crashes. I tried to get to the settings screen long enough to log out, but the app never stayed open long enough. I tried clearing out all my apps from the app switcher and restarting my phone. The app still crashed. I deleted the app and downloaded it again from the App Store. I was able to log in and use the app a couple of times. It was then that I noticed that all the albums I had created on your servers were gone. They showed up again after I tried to recreate one. The app crashed when I tried adding to an album. That banner would load the next time I opened the app. Then the app crashed again. I tried restarting my phone again. I redownloaded the app again. I was able to sign in again, and backup a couple of files. My albums were missing again. The app crashed when I had added about 30 things into a new album. The banner showed up, the app crashed, and it continues to do so. I hope something can be done to fix this soon. Sent from my iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 15.6

It Used to Be Great. So I’ve had the app for about a year, back when it was still called Memories. I never had any trouble with it - it worked how it was supposed to and it was actually very efficient. After one of the updates about 4 months ago, according to the version history here on the App Store, the app went from being called Memories to Asurion Photos, which was fine considering it fit the aesthetic of their other apps. This is where it started getting funky, but I kept brushing it off. Your camera roll is automatically synced to the app, where every time you take new pictures or save new photos the app will and should automatically update itself so that your photos are always up to date and backed up. This usually takes about a few seconds, depending on how many pictures you had but after the update as I mentioned earlier, the app would take significantly longer to update its own camera roll. I thought it was probably just a small glitch but didn’t think much of it. I also started noticing that the app would freeze more often, making small things take longer than necessary. For example, they have multiple buttons to take you to specific pages - Home, Explore, Optimize, and Account - and trying to click from Home to Explore would take 3-4 minutes. That might sound nit-picky but I’ve never had that problem before, and even if the app did freeze, I would be able to exit the app, come back and have it work perfectly again. Two other things I’m very concerned about is that a.) I can’t seem to be downloading any of my photos anymore, which is a serious problem cause I’ve got a lot of family pictures and because the app doesn’t have a website to access your photos online, it might mean that I will never be able to get those photos back 2.) their customer service is trash so I don’t even know if they’ll reply to my concerns, which really makes me think that I’ll end up losing my photos. I don’t know if anyone is having these problems because I certainly didn’t have them when I first started using the app, but I didn’t want anyone to download the app without knowing how it might potentially become.
