Horrible Experiance. Form was filled out incorrectly making it seem like it was a pre-existing issue. Spoke with customer service and straightened it out. Was instructed to resubmit it in 30 days and reference the original reference number. Long story short I had to resubmit it 3 additional times even thou they told me it was straightened out and would be approved. I was told this by 2 different people at different levels. On the final occasion I was informed after….after I paid the deductible that they would not approve it and that any further claims on it would be instantly rejected. I was reimbursed however very frustrated that there was no accountability for what was guaranteed ( the the claim would be processed )

Amazing!. This app was made for “the older generation”. I am not tech savvy or use to all these new phones that seem to come and go as quickly as some new update rolls through. Normally it takes me a year to figure out most of the things my new iPhone does and then something new rolls out again!! Thank you so much for this app! Tech Coach makes this phone user friendly and helps me to keep up with all the new updates and what they mean for me. I feel so much better knowing this feature is around, especially for us older generation when there were no such thing as a cell phone, ATM or debit cards... LOL 🌈

Susan Wenberg Theising. Casey, the Tech Coach: Thank you for the info on the face app. My only problem is that I never asked or uploaded this app. Fortunately(?) At 70, I already know what I’ll look like!! Lol ! I hope I am not being hacked into again. A Jamie Kemple (plus many Aliases for himself & the rest of his crew - 15 pages +) has done this before. We had to change all banking, phone numbers, contacts, etc. I don’t know what needs to be done. I have turned it into Fed Trades Fraud Commision, but have never heard back from them. He is a member of facebook - lives in Middleford, NJ & has many different addresses. I am at a loss. Maybe if you could call me as I have 2 more things I think you could help me with. 1) somehow I ended up with 4-5 Facebook accounts. The only one that should be there is the Susan Wenberg Theising account. Don’t know how to combine them to one. On Jan. 1, 2019 I asked everyone to only use that account - Of course that did’t happen! Can you help with that? 2) I have never had a picture in my acct. I would like to put one there, but never can get it there, on this, too, can you help please?? Thank you for any help you can give me.

Easy, convenient. I was on the phone with Verizon customer support earlier and was not near a computer to have them walk me through a restore. The tech was so nice and scheduled me for a text reminder through this app to help me through it when convenient. When the time came the tech who helped me was AMAZING and very patient with me (I ask the same question a million times because I don’t want to lose any pictures or information). THANK YOU!!!

Gratification. Ashton, the tech coach that assisted me this morning was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient. I imagine that my ignorance would challenge the best out there but Ashton was without a doubt amazing, with the confusing answers and questions I threw at Ashton , I Was still navigated to the right paths to accomplish my goal, I gave Ashton a five star rating only because five was the highest had there been more than that rating would have been chosen, thank you very much for your assistance, patients and professionalism above and beyond. Marcus. I just spoke with Marcus after receiving a scam call. I will NEVER be able to tell him what he has meant to me! We are awaiting Hurricane Dorian in N.C. We lost everything we owned in Hurricane Matthew, rebuilt, only to be in the new home 5 weeks, then evacuated due to Hurricane Florence. To be awaiting, possibly the same, and receive that scam call, almost pushed me over the edge. God connected me to Marcus!! He understood, had a wonderful testimony of his experience in Katrina, he really understood!! I cried even more, I needed the ability to do that. He gave that to me. I know, whatever happens, there are wonderful people such as Marcus who are our angels on earth! God bless you, Marcus!! Hurray Verizon for having Marcus on your team!!!

Stuck. I loved this app at first. I loved the idea, the thought of possibilities and loved knowing that someone was always there. The “on-star” of cell phone questions. Until the day I upgraded and received my new phone, did the transfer info and shortly after, got called away from home around midnight for an emergency. Me and my 15 yr old son. We were on a back road and the back tire blew and the transfer didn’t work or I messed up and couldn’t use my phone without WiFi so my sons hotspot did the trick but since the transfer didn’t work all the way, all my info wasn’t there couldn’t remember my PIN number told the guy that asked on tech coach and HE KNEW WE WWRE STRANDED BUT SAYS “I can’t help you without the pin” and the chat ended

Tech Coach is Tops!. I got an upgrade from an IPhone 8 to an IPhone 12. The Verizon store was packed, and it took 2 hours to transfer my phone numbers and Photos. My Salesman sent me home with both phones with the understanding that I was to return the old phone within 8 days after I transferred all of my apps. The time got away from me with Christmas, I returned the phone, but still could not retrieve any new mail. Tech Coach gave clear instructions on how to sign into Email. Thanks so much!

Keyshawn. The tech port you helped me with was great! Better than dealing with the Mooresville, NC store. You were nicer and a lot more helpful!!!! The Store Manager Sam and the Assistant ( guy with bread) at the Mooresville store were rude and wasted a lot of time!!! Sales associates need to be clearer on explanations of the merchandise, plans and “free stuff” that’s a gift when purchasing phones. They don’t tell you the hidden fees that will appear on your bill. Then you’re stuck with the stuff! Can’t return get charged with restocking fee and breaking aggrement! NOTHING IT FREE OR A GIFT WITH ANYTHING !!!!

SHE’S A KEEPER!!!. I was notified today by some callers through text if I was the one trying to contact them. I WAS actually trying to contact these people. They advised me that my calls showed up as “PRIVATE CALLER”. I tried to resolve this issue by myself going through the device’s settings for at least a couple of hours to no avail. By the time I decided to contact a technician, I was a bit disappointed and frustrated that I couldn’t fix my problem by myself. Courtney responded to my request for assistance and presented herself with a cute introduction that immediately brought a smile back to my face. I described my issue and she immediately provided me with instructions on how to resolve my issue which were most successful on the first try!!! She stayed online waiting for me to go through the process of fixing my problem. I felt that was admirable of her to do so, since everyone is always in a hurry now-a-days!!! She then explained to me a protection plan for my device and offered to get me signed up for the plan. Using her quick witty humor, everything she explained, made so much sense to me. I read the particulars of the plan that she offered and I instructed her to “sign me up”!!! In summary, I’m saying that COURTNEY IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!! She is definitely an asset to her organization!!!

Waiting 20 minutes support they never come on twice.. 3 weeks my phone messed up. I’ve talk to tech-support at least five times. Day I was talking on the phone with somebody but her shift was ending so she sent me an appointment for 830 to talk not text to somebody to help with the issues with the phone. I get the text I click the link I answer the questions and wait for somebody to come online 20 minutes later nobody’s online with me I’m still waiting. I get another message in messenger stating they’re going to cancel my ticket because I’m not responding while I’m sitting on the site waiting for them. I text them on messenger again tell them that just same thing so I get a response they don’t understand what I’m saying and canceled. I click back on the link get back over to tech-support only to have the same thing happen all over again. Nobody’s answering the line. Every time I tried talking to them they were right there within seconds. But tonight everybody must be goofing off because nobody’s answering the line.

Problem with my Iwatch you couldn’t handle.. I was told through Verizon app that this app had to be downloaded. When I downloaded it was to address a problem with my watch. The initial conversation was introductory and pleasant. When I stated my problem I was asked if I paid the $25 monthly charge for tech support. I asked why when I have coverage with Apple at the time of purchase. I was put on hold and he said “well, let’s see how we can help some. He tried, put me on hold then told me to turn the phone off and and on” That was it! No further contact and no resolution of my problem. I went to the Verizon store to deal with my phone. They said I didn’t need that, to delete it which I did. Problem solved at store. I have no idea who the cute lady was that impressed the previous comment but it didn’t sound technical especially calling her a “keeper” ( I think)

Help with dropped calls on my iPhone.. I received tech help from Lorenzo & Douglas. They both had patience & explained the steps that I should take to trouble shoot the problem. Ultimately, it was decided that I’d receive a certified refurbished iPhone 8 Plus to replace the one that we weren’t able to fix. The replacement phone is to arrive tomorrow. I look forward to transfer all of the information from my phone here to the replacement phone tomorrow..

Verizon is good!. I have been using Verizon for years because the coverage is the best I’ve found. Recently during the pandemic my phone had to be replaced so I bought a new iPhone from VeriOn. The phone was defective but Apples store was closed with a sign telling me to go to Apple. com but that wasnt possible because of their defective phone. I took it to verizon and that did a very good job of getting me up and runnung. I have had excellent service from Verizon’s tech support. Wish I could say the same about Apple.

hours of wasted time. To het a tech can take forever sometimes but once you do they are so nice you think you really have got a friend to help you so you go through sll the usal hoops to give the tech the benifit of the doubt. when nothing works ( and this is common practice and so rude unprofessional ) they put you on hold but never come back. the first time I waited 1:15 min’s I didnt believe they would do such a thing. The second time I fell for it again and abiut 15 min’s into the hold I remembered that it happen before and hung up sorry but these days thats how all companies are Yes even Apple so we are at their mercy So my advise give it a try but after an hour of your time you probably are better off to hang up. bottom line their techs just dont have the savy they are friendly but cant solve most problems

Great coach. I have been trying to understand what to do about my jet pack for 6 weeks. Drove all. Over heck , bought a 30 dollar battery etc. nothing really helped.?i am older and all the mechanized voices on phone are very frustrating. This tech coach today stayed in with me with the people he connected me with and I finally bought a new one and should be able to pick up today. Excellent assistance from both Edgar and the gentleman he connected me with who said his name was Andy: he too stayed on the phone with me until fraud had checked my purchase and approved. One of the very best solutions and experiences I have had with Verizon. Thank you!

Used BUT not impressed!. My carrier, Verizon, wants me to use this app rather than call customer service. Mind you I don’t call very often. Got my new cell and restored for my PC backup with assistance from phone customer service. Had issue with Gmail app and decided to try Tech Coach. The suggestion / fix worked, but one of the steps was to shut cell down. When powered back up couldn’t communicate with my ‘coach’ via the Tech Coach app. I tried to let him, Kris, know it worked and unable to message. He woke me the next morning with a request on if successfully resolved - couldn’t reply!!! He must have sent a “yes / no” message to which I was able to check the YES box. Saw he signed out. I still can NOT USE the app. I text in the message box but have NO ‘send’ arrow just a ‘search’ magnifying glass!! Would rate as ZERO if that was available!

Thanks again for checking on me!!. As we age....coming up to being 72 yrs old tomorrow and even though I am familiar & use iPhone, MacBook Air & sometimes an iPad, the aging process makes things slow to remember. I have been lucky to work through issues but having someone more qualified to instruct how to do some things on a devise, is a real big deal & very much appreciated as it becomes less stressful trying to do some needed things on my iPhone 7 or my MacBook Air & having information that could end up taking hours going through “how to do this or that on your iPhone, Laptop or other devices in a possible out of date manual.

Tech Coach Works!. I had tried for several days to set up email on my new iPhone & iPad and just couldn’t figure it out. In less than 10 min Kris helped me get it running on both devices. A while after I thought we were done, Kris reached out just to make sure things were running properly on both devices. That was beyond what I expected. This was my 1st time using the app - the next time I have a problem, I will go straight to Tech Coach!! Today a second issue popped up & Angela helped me figure it out. Once again, Tech Coach has come through big time!!!

Tech Coach Calls the Plan. One of my main faults I believe, is starting at the beginning especially in correcting an error. Tech Coach advisors will rehearse and refresh the steps to take while the person (yourself) is completing the required entries. Actually, I am at a loss often because I will not be able to get access to the data needed. Many times the repair/correction is complicated. The Coach will keep track of the history and the plan for correction. I am confident I will be safe when I have the help of Tech Coach.

Activating gizmo. Frustrating activating the replaced gizmo! Everyone was extremely helpful & patient with me! I am so appreciative ! I have finally figured it out, why the gizmo didn’t work! I was using the damaged watered soaked gizmo not the new gizmo! Oh do I feel stupid! I am just pretty! I told them ( the tech I didn’t know what I was doing)! Wow! Now charging the new Gizmo & will take the gizmo to the Verizon store as the gizmo has just instructed me to do so! Amen! I give all the tech’s 5 stars! Thank you

Just what we need!!. My experience was so pleasant on top of the outcome of resolving multiple issues with 2 different devices. The tech, Blake, was patient and knowledgeable! Not pushy or short/demeaning like some techs I’ve spoken with in the past! I highly recommend this app! Especially during a time when we are all so reliant on technology! Our children’s education, our social connections, our livelihoods (in many cases) and our lives depend on it due to COVID-19. Thank you again Blake!

Tech Coach Review. I’ve only used this App once so far and I’m pretty impressed. I did a Live Chat with a Tech Coach, and they were very professional, informative and extremely knowledgeable. There was literally no wait time, at all, once I was patched through to someone. The unfortunate part, is that they weren’t able to resolve my issue because it didn’t have anything to do with them. They did, however, get the information I needed to get it resolved through another source. I feel the Tech Coach went above and beyond in gathering the information I needed. They sent me phone numbers and a link I needed without me asking. Excellent customer service!!! 5 very big stars from me!!! Thank you, Shelli V.

Verizon needs to rethink the technical support model. The tech coach model is to make clients wait crazy amounts of time for service that can be very poor. Lots of disconnects makes you start over from scratch. If problem doesn’t get solved you wait longer for next level tech and if your problem still doesn’t get resolved and you call back, you start back at level 1. They absolutely will not consider what has happened with previous techs and you get in a no-win cycle. I got bad advise from a level 2 tech which at off tons of problems and left me with a phone and Apple Watch that didn’t work when all I originally needed was to turn off silencing unknown calls. I literally was trying to get the issue fixed from 10 am on a Saturday and it was still not resolved at 8 pm, 13 tech calls, 5 disconnects and 5 phone and watch resets later. They must threaten their techs significantly if they pass the issue up to a higher level without going through tons of steps, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN DONE 10+ TIMES BEFORE. I have been a Verizon customer since before it was Verizon, but this has ended our relationship.

Couldn’t perform a factory reset before sending old phone to Verizon. I had a very unique situation to say the least! I couldn’t do a factory reset before sending my old phone back to Verizon because my phone wanted a passcode from my 3 year old phone! Apple did not even attempt to do anything!! After several attempts I was locked out! So obviously I was concerned about any important information that was still on the phone. Drew ensured me that they’ll do a factory reset on it and add a note so the people in the warehouse are aware of this.

Crystal River FL. Verizon store.. Long wait! This should not take hours and hours. Not all data transferred from old phone. Still!!! Sales guy seemed polite and "over charming" and not up to speed. And he tried to get me to buy stuff I repeatedly told him I didn't want. I'm still at loose ends. I'd like to return the car charger. Phone gets hot while using it. Phone also gets hot when charging indoors on provided cord which by the way was not in the box. I was given one found "behind the counter." During the long wait I was told this store is the busiest in the area. I suggest getting more help. Last two phones were upgraded at BestBuyOcala. Much better experiences and I wish I hand gone there.

Bad chat room Service. My parents was having issues with their tablet being able to print on their wireless printer. My parents are 80 and they use it for basic things only. No google play store acct etc. Contacted a Tech Coach by name of Cyandria. At first she was okay, went through steps which I had done before opening a chat session. I started at 3:50pm with her, she asked if I had HP Smart Print and the plug in, I told her no. Let her know the LG tablet printed fine for last 2 years and just recently had an issue. She had me power printer off and back on when that did not work. She said just download the 2 apps please. I did not take it well but gave her benefit as it was a chat room. So once I installed tried it again still no print. She than ask for me to give her a moment I said ok. This was at 4:35PM, and I never heard back. I sent her several messages as I figured out why it did not print and corrected it. To where printer and tablet was printing again. Since I never had a HO plug in or the other app there was 2 steps I missed and she never told me how to complete the install. I message her several times asking if she could as there never a reply back. I had given up, left my parents came home and chat session was still open at 7:05 still I messages so I sent her another message ending the call and letting her know she provided me with bad service. I have sent an email. If I could rate with a negative that what it would be.

Such a waste of time!!. I started by chatting with Jonathan, I followed all the steps he said to get my iPhone “fix “, nothing worked, but he said it was necessary to do all that process for the warranty, I ended up erasing all my data just like he said, 2 hours after and no solution. Then I called Tech Coach and a lady took the call, I was explaining to her what I have been through for the last 2 hours trying to fix my phone but obviously she didn’t care, she didn’t even told me her name and without saying anything else she just transferred my call to an Spanish speaking person (I felt discriminated by her) with Eric, he was a really nice and the only professional guy that helped in matter of minutes! This Tech Coach needs to only have quality technicians . Wow! What a way to waste 2 hrs for such a small issue!!

Great service!. I have been a Verizon customer for over three years now. The service is great and is at an affordable rate. I have the My Verizon app, Verizon Cloud, call filter plus and these apps are very easy to navigate. I like how you are able to make the changes on the app yourself. I also have Verizon digital secure. Our local store is a wonderful team. They are very kind to me when I come in the store. I can tell they really appreciate my business. Which means a lot to me. Keep up the good work! You all are doing so well!

How do you keep your Tech Reps Attention?. I have no idea and I lost 2 over one problem. After the first 45 min call I admit I had to leave for a meeting; I do work for a living. We agreed to continue the following day at 3:. The next day I received a website link at 3:. I asked the new Tech Rep how do I get back to my first Rep. Problem is the other tech rep knew where we were in testing. Hold on it gets worse. Second Tech Rep seems to honestly care so we proceed. Repeating much of what we did the day prior. The Second Tech Rep (a she) has my phone number and my Fiancé’s. We are in the middle of testing and she is just gone. Verizon used to be the only and best company but I’m starting to wonder if Spectrum wouldn’t do as well at 1/2 the cost, Verizon your losing your edge in the cellphone world. Plus my phone still has the same problems that I started with, if you wish to keep my business you better do something fast.

Best App!. This is the BEST APP ever put in my phone!! Never thought I would use it, but I had a problem no one in a Verizon store could help me with so, I thought I would try it. The person I was texting was patient and committed to solving my issue. It was if I was talking to her in the phone! And what seemed like for ever, which I thought she would give up, which she didn’t! She was just as pleasant as when she first texted!! She corrected my problem!! She was great! Then she complimented me!! Ha! Do you believe that!! BEST APP EVER!!

Cody (I think) Was So Helpful. First, I’m on new medication and it’s making me so tired. Second, I’m tired, yes, an excuse, but in the tech’s favor. All of a sudden my screen was dark. My normal self would have gone to setting to make the screen brighter. However, God was kind and sent me Cody(I so hope I’ve got your name right!) Anyway, Cody had the “patience of Job.” Customer Service is the most important attribute a company can have followed closely by monthly charges, for those of us who are retired and no increase in cost of living raises in 33 years. Tech Coach is the Best. Have needed Tech Coach several times since getting my new iPhone. I love this service. Always works extremely well to get my problems solved. And it’s always not the phone but rather the problems are me and my lack of proficiency with the iPhone. Every Technician so far has been as patient as a saint with me, held my hand, guided me through the iPhone landscape and got me straightened out every time. It’s quick, easy and completely painless every time. I give Téch Coach 10+ Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and a lot of exclamation marks too.

They are well-trained,caring intelligent people. I hesitated to contact someone online thinking it would take too much time and be impersonal but I am so glad that I did as it was a great experience. It turned out to be the best and accurate information with the nicest soul I’ve encountered online since the last time I reached out to someone at Verizon! I had forgotten what a good experience it had been. Really grateful for the ones on the receiving end there that are trained well but more importantly care and have a real talent for helping others in customer support.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!. I would give this app zero stars if I could!! Been trying to get my I pad replaced for THRE WEEKS NOW! I’ve talked to many techs 1 Manger and they all promise the same thing, “ oh I’m sorry, we will get that taken care of”. Never did, just got an empty box after the MANAGER assured me I will be receiving the I pad first then had to send in the defective one! No one communicates with anyone down there or never reviewing the notes from previous calls until you TELL them too! Horrible horrible horrible service!! I would talk to one person just to have to wait a week for a package that would never come! Then my last call they tried to blame the USPS !!!! For THEIR MISTAKE !!!! This never never happens when I connect through my phone prescriber. Definitely will be deleting this app!!! A waste of time when you have to repeat yourself time after time again!

When in doubt - check out Tech Coach App!. There is a really helpful App that, if I’m not mistaken, just popped up on my iPhone 8+ screen when l first got it. I have used this App for quite a few things over the years and have been very grateful that it’s there. I get answers to my questions in very easy to follow instructions. It knows the phone that it is attached to evidently and can give me very specific advice. Hopefully you already have this on your Apple iPhone. Don’t hesitate to check it out. Give it a try the next time you need to dive into the unknown on your iPhone!

App needs work. Up till over a week a ago I was fine with this app but now I’m having issues with it’s notification feature which I have none of , it says I have 1 but I’ve read everything 😶and that 1 notification won’t go away. I’ve gotten help , even deleted the app and added it only to come back an hour later this is stupid the provider or the creator needs to fix this problem I know for a fact I’m not the only one dealing with this glitch.

So helpful. Denise probably has been with you guys or she sounds like she has been with the company for a long time because she was very professional and she made me feel like I wasn’t stupid that she understood and she just went right into helping me so yes please tell her again I said thank you thank you thank you for everything it was really nice talking to someone that was texting me and didn’t make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about

Screen repair. Marcos the repair technician was great! My repair window was scheduled for 5:00-7:00 p.m. so, I was concerned that I might have to wait for the repair to be completed after My shift was over at 6:00. He texted Me and let Me know he was on his way at 5:19, and said he was 20-25 minutes away. When he arrived he called and let me know he was there and I met him outside to make it easier for him, since it was a business address. He was finished in less than 30 minutes and I left work on time. Very pleased with Unreakifix repair.

Help with all technical issues. I love the immediate live help with any and all my tech issues! I don’t have to wait forever on hold to get someone on the phone, in customer service, to help me. Only to find out I’m calling the wrong department. I get immediate help from real people, to fix whatever technical issue I’m trying to resolve. This app is definitely one of my top most helpful apps and I’m so grateful to have it available whenever I need help.

Problem with Facebook Messenger. I have a problem with Facebook Messenger. I spoke with George and he was very patient and understanding and guided me through steps I needed to take. His instructions were clear. My problem could not be solved because he explained to me that Facebook is currently working on this issue. I felt very confident that George would be there. He would respond immediately to assure me he was there to help. I had never used Tech Coach before, but my experience was a very pleasant one. Please keep up the great work. You have the best chat service and patient staff I have ever used.

Great!. You guys are great! Apple on the other hand could use inspiration from your QC! They sell a product thEy know is less than perfect and don’t seem to care! You all areal aye there to help me! It took me two hours to get them to give me the new phone you said I needed! And I had to drive to their store 40 miles away and wait for an hour for an appointment to then wait for another hour if diagnostics by a very nice tech just to be told I had to have a replacement phone ( the second in less than 6 months) that your tech said I needed but had to go to the Apple store to verify I needed! lol. With their track record there should be an Apple Store in every town in America!!!!

Small but annoying problems SOLVED. For too long I had been plagued by being unable to access one of my email accounts on my computer although U could open it on my other devices. What annoyed me most about the problem was that if I removed emails from that server from my phone it would still remain. Only by removing it from the computer would it be fully deleted. Today, with the help of one of Tech Coach’s Chat assistants I was able to finally resolve the issue. She was incredibly patient throughout the process ( which took far longer than either of us anticipated, because of a variety of access issues. Now it’s done, along with an access issue of a different nature.

The best service I’ve ever had. I couldn’t have been more pleased or impressed with the automatic questions and the person who called me several times until it was resolved. I truly don’t know even the simplest things on this phone. I was made to feel very comfortable and it was very easy to follow the steps. When it took more work I was sent to upper tier specialist then called!! They even called back to check in. The best service of this kind I’ve ever used which is why I’m leaving my only and first review ever and I’m 43. Thanks (I am real and am getting nothing for this) 😊

Tech Coach is an Extremely Valuable Asset. On several occasions, and some very late nights, I’ve had problems with the three iPhones in my house. No doubt, the best advise that I got from Tech Coach was to keep my backups fresh. But they were able to help me with surprisingly complex problems that included data that was stored “somewhere” in memory and we had to try multiple fixes to pin it down and modify it. They are experts in tuning your settings and explaining what each setting does as well. I’m very glad they are there. It adds value to my iPhones and saves me from growing old prematurely.

How to dry my phone out. I have earned the name “ Lucy Ricardo “ 😂😂💕 If it can happen? Ive done it!! I’ve dropped my phone in the pool... hot tub ..dumped a adult drinks on it & yes I hate to admit done the dirty deed of reaching eeeeekkkk😩😩😩😩... reached into a public toilet 🚽 to grab it!!!! As ashamed to admit I did!!! W/ insurance for years I still get raked over the coals & have to pay up front before getting sent a new one... I had no idea to remove my sims card .... Tech coach. Gotta say I had my doubts, and after having its app for..ohhh,-a year maybe, I actually took the time to take a look at it before trying to find an answer to the problem I was having and they saved me so much time. And they speak redneck so I could understand everything they were telling me(they dumbed it down for me, yesyesyes,l said it). They spoke normal everyday words so you didn’t have to say,umm what the whaaaa? You don’t have to get your dictionary out!!!..w00tw00t. Did You Restart It. The concept is great. This works well for simple tech questions and the articles provide useful insight. I’ve run into issues where the problems become more complex. The knowledge varies from person to person and most tend to pass you around. Repeating your issue gets old and wastes time. The largest issue is knowing this is U.S. based and receiving alerts in the middle of the night. Might one suggest flipping that schedule 12 hours. Rather than 3am, 3pm might target a larger audience. It’s a nuisance and hinders my entire phone experience knowing that I’ve been woken up to an alert about an article for a new security tip. User friendly courteousness: please consider pushing alerts when users are likely to read them. This has a lot of potential to deliver something unique and of great quality, enhancing how we interact with our devices. I hope it grows in the right direction.

Helpful Information About Apps. The information I learned from this was very helpful because I didn’t know about two of the Apps. I always like to have my opposition just to see which one like best or if there’s any difference between the Apps. I will be sure to tell others as well, I appreciate this information.

Super Help. Being new to the iPhone world as compared to using a Samsung Galaxy , I cannot believe the help and assistance I have been getting from the Tech Coach website, text and personal phone calls. I never heard of this, and I knew nothing about this when I bought my phone. In fact I don’t even know who sponsors this Tech Coach, but the service is priceless.

Helpful. After two visits to a Verizon store and another visit to the Apple store I was finally put in touch with Tech Coach. Carlos at the store the last time was very helpful He worked hard to resolve it and told me to contact Tech Coach if this last effort of his didn’t work. Thankfully, Jasmine was able to help me. Thank you so much for sticking with me and helping me.

Time Saver!!. I spent 3 days on the phone with Verizon. I grew exceedingly weary of repeating myself, verifying my phone number, pin, and my name, over and over to incompetent people acting like they are too important to talk to me. I was given this Tech Coach app by a Tech Support guy that seemed brighter than the average Verizon employee... Matthew knew Exactly what the problem was! The issue was resolved in less than 2mins!!

When anybody has a problem with there device I really recommend using Tech Coach it is really a great tool to have in your apps easy to understand when it comes to solving your problems and not only can you do it threw text you can also call Tech Coach help me solve my problem and I’m really pleased and thankful

Amazing Customer Seevice. Wow is all I can say!!! From the minute Amanda got on the chat she was so helpful and positive and happy it made me almost glad I had an issue. She cleared my problem up immediately and was so patient and kind. I know I’m gushing but it’s surprising to find such great customer service these days I want to appreciate it. Verizon always has the best people working for them!

Comments. The tech chat is awesome as long as you get to speak to a real live person. Speaking to a tech chat on the phone is a pain it takes three times as long to text back-and-forth it’s a waste of time. I understand the tech chat 100 times better when I have to talk to him on the phone. I refuse to chat with them by text. I totally appreciate their time and effort spent helping me.

Right Idea, Still Buggy. Love this app for using with Verizon/Asurion to get a knowledgable representative quickly. However, while participating in Chat Log, the ability to enter questions/comments disappears, and you lose the conversation with the representative. It appears to happen when the advertisements load and instead have your only keyboard tab entering information for ad-search rather than the actual CSR chat log. Extremely devastating bug, as you have to delete and redownload the app, but are consequentially stuck starting all over with a new representative. Edit: 5-stars following quick, accurate response from Tech guide. Does indeed correlate to lack of physical storage on phone. Thanks!

Will not work. I have the Tech Coach App. When I hit on it, it says update but it won’t update & I can’t download it because I have it but I can’t use it!!! Update-Thank you for your response ! Before I heard from you you; I decided to delete the app & reinstall it. That took care of the problem. I haven’t actually used the app yet but I will give you a 4 rating for contacting me. When I do use your app, I will rate you again.

AmazingTech Coach goes Above and Beyond!!. My tech coach was able to help me with my issue plus help me go ahead and get my plane fouled and get my devices replaced instead of just repairing them and the chance of having issues again. Asurion Verizon make up my great dream team when it comes to my devices and my communications.

Awesome app!. I had an issue with my iPad signal and was able to get it resolved at lightning speed through this app! So much better than waiting on the phone for someone to pick up, going through the account verification process, and then troubleshooting. It saves a ton of time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic app. I tried this tonight as my new Asus tablet would not shut off - it was in some kind of locked state. The coach was able to quickly walk me through a minimum of steps to get to some offline menus and get to a safe mode reboot. From there the coach made sure I could reboot normally. I will definitely use for my next technical issue with a device!

Very useful tool. My iPhone couldn’t make calls suddenly. I reached out to support via chat. Caisee was the rep who was responded back - she was very helpful and friendly. She had me go through a few steps to narrow down what the issue is. After some updating to iOS 12 as well as a carrier update it finally got to working again. Thank you!!!

Like all of Verizon’s customer support it is worthless. I’ve updated the app to the most recent available version and everytime I attempt to launch his app I get a pop up telling me I must download the updated version of the app to proceed and am then Re directed to the App Store page for this app telling me I have the most up to date version running. Madding and frustrating considering even before covid19 you would have to wait for hours to reach a human being and customer care was only open 8am-7pm .

Awesome customer service. Court assisted Me through getting a home tech visit to help my device get back to normal. Service was Awesome. He read my mind giving great sources to various options to make me feel comfortable and not forced to do anything. His responses were genuine and courteous. He stands out because I’ve used this chat prior and the results were totally opposite. I was upset at a prior agent. So Court is a valuable asset!

Very Useful. I love these! I am not someone who goes pushing random buttons to see what it does because it usually ends with my phone being disabled in one way or another. So... You gotta have Tech Coach. If you have an iPhone, get Tech Coach. You won’t be sorry. I use it infrequently but when I need it, it’s there. Today I plugged in headphones for a work call and nothing! I panicked then remembered TC. Ten minutes later, without moving from my chair, I had my headphones working again. W/o TC, it would have taken a 25-mile drive over the mountain to the nearest store for a 10-min fix. Why would you NOT have Tech Coach?

Dana was very helpful. She guided me through reinstalling the app for Digital Security and directed me through clearing up my problems with security and WiFi. She identified for me the correct fix, going to Protect Home to get to the bottom of my dysfunctional WiFi integration She was extremely engaged with solving the security issue that concerned me.

Tech Coach Rating. I am definitely not a tech type when It comes to knowing exactly how to do “all things” on my iPhone. Takes to long to read and research and then there is always the newer version rolling right out. So having the Tech Coach app on my phone has been perfect. They are always sending out some really good tips and introducing how to dos that are short sweet and all I have to do is “click open read”.

Wow!. So glad that our in store tech told me about this app/service! I had to get a new phone & had some trouble with getting the new phone to ring, so I thought I’d give the app a try. Within a few minutes my new phone was activated (the reason why it wouldn’t ring) & working perfectly! My tech was super helpful & patient! I hope I don’t have to use the service again, but it’s nice to know it’s there if I need it.

Phone problems. Today I contacted tech coach regarding an issue with my phone! I was assisted by “Mary” who thoroughly checked my issue and assisted me in resetting my network. Although we couldn’t get to the bottom of my problem, she sent in a request for Tier 2 help! She explained everything in full and I thanked her for her support. Very easy to use this service!

No email. I quit getting emails 2 weeks ago on my IPhone 7. I tried going to settings and fixing it on my own, to no avail. Joshua I’m tech support spend over an hour walking me through a multitude of steps to help me. He did not falter and just kept going until it was resolved. Great customer service and care!

Tech coach. Tech coach is a wonderful app to have when you’re new to this iPhone. All you do is put in your question and they answer it for you. Most of the time I can’t wait to talk to the tech but he answers me back. The answer is so clear and precise that I find it very easy to do what I need to do. I love my new Apple iPhone. And I love tech coach that helps me with my new iPhone.

First time using Tech Coach. Morgan was a pleasure to speak with or chat with however you say it! She was clear on giving instructions. The only dislike I had about the whole experience is the wait time before a rep was available. I didn’t know for sure if I could do other stuff or had to stay on the page until they logged in.

Say your not tech savvy... then download this . A Must!. Tech Coach is the Best, I’m not tech savvy at all but Blake my tech coach walked me step by step on my issue. Just be patient and your issues Will be solved and you’ll learn along the way. I’m a 55 year old truck driver , old school as the come. But I’m still learning. Thank goodness for Tech Coach. I won’t have to ask my 12 year old daughter for help. I’m going to Look BOSS thanks to Tech Coach .

GET TEC instead of TMP - scam. Everything this app and company promises are the same things in your Verizon app. This company only sends you clips of articles. They don’t actually know anything about your plan or device. They simply cut and paste and at over $60 per year per line, I can google it. OR, ASK VERIZON! They’re always there to chat. They have the same tips. This is just a scam to offer you something they don’t really possess, such as experts above and beyond Verizon. Nope. Nope. Nope. They couldn’t even tell me if repairing back screen was the same as front screen. Referred me back to Verizon.

Great resource. Love this app!!! I have the better protection on one of my devices (I have 2 phones and Apple Watch and iPad Pro) and it works for all my devices (minus Apple Watch but I did go on there and ask questions and it was basic answers about it. Very friendly staff!! Answered all my questions fast and easy to understand. Would recommend getting the better coverage on one of your devices.

iPad battery life troubleshoot. I have been getting less and less screen time from my iPad Pro. Only getting about 90 minutes of screen time when not connected to the charging cord. My iPad was a trustworthy piece of business tech - even though it was well-travelled, it still looked and functioned just like new - except for the battery life. After contacting the Tech Coach, I was given a troubleshoot to remedy the problem that failed. I was immediately provided an option to replace the iPad under TMP with a properly functioning unit in 1-2 business days. The troubleshoot and initiating the replacement process went quickly and without any hitches Thanks Zachary (my Tech Coach)!

Lakeisha. She was very polite and understood everything I told her. We re-search several different ways to correct the problem however, it’s something that tier 2 has to fix. So she gave me the phone number for tier 2. Did everything she could possibly do to fix the problem. Awesome lady give her a pay raise.

Great Experience. I wasn’t expecting such a friendly and patient tech person. Steve was thorough, easy to understand and didn’t make me feel stupid! My photos didn’t transfer from my iPhone 6 to my new iPhone 8. He knew exactly what I needed to do to resolve the problem and communicated the steps clearly. I was dreading this phone call because I’m not tech-y at all, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Thank you!!

How do we Stewart time with App coach. Used it a few months ago found it very useless. Lotta catchy phrases and canned responses. Failed to find problem. Now. Due to a unique glitch in my phone’s software that could not be a sure fixed at time of call to tech level Service with Verizon. The service tech was nice enough to have a follow up today with this alleged tech app. Which they wanna download link on my phone and I already have the app on my phone. I am now removing the link Because my phone’s problems went away overnight after an overnight download/upload.

Always helpful. This can be a faster option for quick answers to many common questions I have gotten a lot of help from Tech Coach is and it was quicker than calling customer service and often can be used in the off hours that customer service is not available But recently the app won’t let me reply It thinking I need to search a question not reply. So idk how to make it reply

Great service. While not all the experts know their stuff as well as others i’ve talked to, this service has helped me three times already since buying my new XS max. And although I would prefer more phone time instead of text, they are really good at concise, clear directions. And they saved me having to go back to the store. I am very grateful for this app!

Tech support/ Michael. Michael was able to help me with my issues I’m currently having with this phone. Id made so many attempts and calls to tech coach and nobody help like Michael. I’ve been dealing with this horrible situation with my phone for months and NOBODY help out like Michael did! Megan the super tech !. I found my email & the app missing this morning with a ton of other problems everything else I have to wait but my super tech Megan solved my problem in seconds . I love Tech Coach when I have a problem I go there first there is no language problem and clear instructions written out with suggestions for improvements sometimes it’s very helpful !

Jeanette Greenman. Dominic at the Verizon store in Newnan, Ga. was great. She did everything she could to get my phone fixed. She said last resort we would have to do a factory restart. But wanted to call to verify. Thec people were great also. They made sure and verified she had done every thing she could and when they were sure they agreed with doing the restar. I believe it worked. Have had no problems so far. Thank you all.

Tech Coach. Best Medical App I’ve seen. Keep it up to date. Has EVERYTHING An Emergency Tech would need or the Emergency Room for ALL your Medical Info, plus, helps you remember your medical info without having to carry that little slip of paper in you wallet with your meds and surgeries you have to remember every time you fill out new forms. It’s always with you and so easy to do...

Really helpful. Great app, I think it’s been around for awhile and they seem to keep very up to date with their tech. Sometimes I just flip thru and get reminded that there are easier ways to do things then how I was doing them. I’m sure there is room for improvement but I’m not sure where. Just keep sending the updates along with tips and tricks

Nice to speak to someone today. The app is great so you don’t have to wait in line at the apple store or Verizon store if it’s a busy day. You don’t have to be on hold with apple or Verizon for over an hour to get through to them. Someone responds to your question fairly quickly and you get a notification like it’s a text message. The app itself has an interesting setup, only reason I didn’t give the 5 stars

Doesn’t Work. The app is promising for being able to help solve technical issues with my phone but I’ve tried to use the app and I’ve found myself trapped in an endless loop. I launch the app then it tells me that I have to install the New version. I tried to do that in my App Store but there is no new version available it just says to open the app and of course when I make the selection i’m prompted with the same instructions; install new version. Completely frustrated right now!!! Very promising though for what it should be able to do but for now, it’s useless!!!

Good as far as convenience. I have a couple more questions I haven’t asked yet. I’m interested to find out. Tech related - features. First question was complicated but more than it needed to be. e.g. I thought I made certain important info clear at the beginning of and during the session but it was disregarded wasting literally hours of time. Finally got an answer that worked, however and was very thankful. The website “help” did not address that specific issue at all.

Printing Tech Coach articles. Turns out I have to screenshot the article and then print from my photos. Not efficient but it is possible to print nonetheless. Tech Coach walked me through the process after determining I could not print from the screens I sent her to study. Hopefully this app can be revised to include a Print feature in the future.

Great even for seasoned iPhone users. This program is great for new iPhone XS max users. Having no button on the film screen means the way even seasoned iPhone users used to do things on devices in the past is quite different. Between this app and the iPhone tips and tricks app, new users can quickly figure out all the new things this amazing device can do and how to do old favorites the iPhone is famous for as well. Love it!!!!!
