Had high hopes. You guys had a fantastic business model—but unfortunately you have lost my business. I have waited for an update for months. I trusted your number for the number of my business, but I cannot go any longer. I have switched to a competitor. Here are my issues: The biggest problem is that telephonaki is not connected to the iPhone “call” API, as is WhatsApp, Viber, FreeTone and every single other call app out there, where I can have the app off and it will still appear on my screen. The result? I must have the app open and connected, and often at the forefront of my screen in order for it to work. Sometimes, I still don’t receive calls. Unreliability is huge, especially when I am entrusting your company as the sole provider for telephone for my business. What’s the number #1 suggestion for startups to grow? Talk to your users. On Facebook, I didn’t receive a response to an inquiry until two weeks later (after I had to remind you guys). Unprofessionalism here. Do not download. They will steal your money. Downloaded this app ages ago and never liked it. I cancelled my free trial and I’m still being charged monthly. Online it shows that I don’t have a subscription but it still charges my card every month.

Awful. I never used the service once and they charged me for 4 months. I have emails in writing promising a refund but I never got one and there was no response. No customer service and an awful experience. Please review ratings under all versions to collaborate this review.

Beware. They use the name BV communications and they charge a monthly fee of $7.80. Never used their service and I got charged $ 23 plus.i canceled everything ...stay away...

IP Phone service with issues !. Major problem Is the server being busy and app can't "register" with the system, there were times I just gave up waiting. While the app tries to register with the system the app is unusable. Another big issue was the initial payment method which rejected my credit card. I eventually had to use paypal, however the system "magicly" accepted my credit card as well and I was charged on both paypal and credit card. The double charges were refunded, but unless I checked what I was charged, the double chargings would have continued. Finally, in order to make calls, your ID needs to be uploaded to the system. This is something you find out after you pay for the service. This may be a valid legal requirement, however it should be "shared" with potential clients prior to them signing up for the service. I've discontinued my service.
