Dedicated Fun. I have been playing this game for about 5 years off and on now. And it is actually a lot of fun. The graphics are not out of this world, but the game is simple, you fly, you fight, you win. I highly recommend more players to play this, it deserves a high player count!

Awsomnes. I really like this game because it is my only WWI game I have not had it for a very long time and I had never shot down a plane yet in the game but soon I will but I have shot at enemy planes before but anyway I still give the game a 5 star review.

A great game but needs some fixing up to do. I love this game, but it needs some changes. First when I fire the bullets don’t go far at all, I think this game is more killing a person is by luck because I was in front of this guy and I shot him but the bullets went like nerf darts straight a few feet then down, if the bullets distance was improved I would’ve killed him, anyway he was 25 feet away I can see the pilot inside. Another thing is I want new maps. It is fun on the open world map, but after awhile it bores. The map is so big and so little players I can hardly find anyone. The new map would be great to explore and have new buildings. Oh, maybe the new map could be cityish. So bombing raids on buildings, stuff like that. Anyway great game and I hope you take this feed back and do the changes. At least fix the bullet distance that’s the most I want.😀✌️

The game is fun. It’s really fun, that is when you actually get into a match. I hate the whole subscriber thing, I keep seeing other reviews saying they hate it too. Remove it, I remember playing this without the whole subscriber thing. I hate having to wait 6 minutes to get into a match. Please remove it. Also, whenever there is a game ready, most of the time it makes me log in again, but it keeps saying “logging in” but nothing happens. Fix those 2 things and I’ll rate it 5 stars.

Good Game but it needs a calibration button. I like the game it has good taste but it needs a calibration button so that way when I fly an airplane like the Fokker D.VII I don’t crash all the time

I really enjoy the game, unfortunately cant give 5 of 5 stars due to rnadom lag spikes, and randomly losing connection. not that that isnt the case with any other all online multiplayer game. Other than that though its fun, the people and the community are awesome. id suggest if youre not sure if you want to buy the game and then subscribe, look up the dogfight forum and scroll through as a guest and see if this is something youd like to be a part of. Any and all new pilots are welcome, hope to see whoever reads this in the skies.

Dumb control. The controls setup says to hold your phone in a comfortable position - which leaves my plane pointing either straight up or down; the only way to take off is to twist my phone so the screen doesn’t face me. Unplayable.

Best game ever. Graphics are pretty good you can parachute out of your plane and walk around or go into a tank and thats alot of fun. Plus they have planes from ww1 ww2 and even jets you can upgrade your plane snd everything it just such a fun game

Read This. Personally I like this game, but I think it would be way cooler if you added more maps, and missions, and changed the layout of the home screen, and add damage graphics to the panes rather than they just smoke. Also maybe maps just for tanks, or infantry, and add more first person weapons and more customizations to the planes.

This game is stupid. So stupid how you count kills and deaths because this game is super hard for new players and obviously they are going to die a lot. Also, I’ll be shooting at a plane and my crosshairs will be directly on him from like 25 feet away and he take no damage yet I get killed. This game isn’t even that fun either.

Work. I think it needs to have higher up controls so you can pull up all the way and it should have more modes and an easier way to get money.

Really Fun. This game is fun and addicting, though it is tough for someone who doesn’t spend money on the game. Others get a serious advantage over non-subscribers and noobs which makes multiplayer really difficult. This is where the game begins to lose its shine. No fun to get destroyed constantly with no ability to upgrade without sending them your cold hard cash. Pilot: Pressed

DOGFIGHT. OK the game has improved and graphics and scenery are very adequate! Finally you have a choice to fly as WW1 OR mixed WW1 and WW2... This fixes the jets-vs-bip|lanes that so many hated. Good 3D feel as you can decide when and how to fight in several different missions. Many of the old-timers have come back to this game now that its upgrades have been fixed. Very affordable to play this game. Watch out for "Ace"… she's the best pilot in this male dominated game!

Registration. I used to have this game, and it was great fun. But now that I have reinstalled it it keeps telling me to register but not letting me. I click the button over and over and nothing happens no matter how long I wait. Can’t even play.

Dogfight. I like this game quite a bit, out of all the dogfight games available it’s probably the best. But it could be better, I still appreciate the effort by the dev to update maybe 2 - 3 times a month.

This game is dumb. You can’t buy anything if you don’t pay for a subscription. This is because gaining in game credits is painfully slow. I hope this game becomes not dumb sometime.

Not competitive anymore!. I want developers to fix ww1 and ww2 server apart and not the mixed wars, because like me as a newbie other players take the advantage of ww2 planes on manoeuvre fights and faster bombing while our plane are still on ww1 and no fun. I want developers to make different server so only ww1/ww2 planes can be used. Thank you!

Subcription. Why should i have to buy a subscription to buy a plane i unlocked by getting promoted. Makes no sense. Take away a lot of these subscription restrictions and i Would keep playing. Also why does it cost 5.49 in game for a year commitment and 1.99 month by month on the appstore???

Game in play. I’ve been playing for years took a break notice that there are fuel restrictions now to make it more realistic I guess. However maps are so large you can fly around looking for folks to shoot at and run out of fuel Ok different from bata version for sure also bullets no longer have range either

Over Priced!?. Okay, World War II is back thankfully. Kinda over reacted on that, but now I have another problem to discuss. I was about to purchase my first World War II plane when I noticed the price. It was almost double the original cost it was before which immediately ticked me off because I wanted to see some World War II action. So now I need to work double time to gain enough points to buy it. Please fix the prices so I can save points for upgrades.

From pilot THICCPLANE. It’s a very good game and the community is wonderful. The concept is not new but it’s applied in a creative and original way. I want to see this game to improve and these are some ideas for that I would recommend adding some more planes and some more gear for infantry pilots. Maybe even a couple more game modes.

Money grab. At some point you are forced to buy planes because the ones you own become “too old to fly”. The only way around this is to spend actual money on points to buy a new plane. (I dont spend money on any games) I’ve been playing for years and now that I’m unable to play because my planes are “too old”. Good community and good people, but the creator needs to rethink some of his ideas. If it ain’t fixed soon, I’m done playing for good.

Dead game. Reason? The creators.. This game I've notices became free. So I decided to give it a shot and noticed many things that made you guys who made the game responsible for killing it. -game forces you to pay in order to have the ability to do whatever you want -lacks good updates to help keep it on top of mobile dogfight games -graphics by now definitely need improvements -very little reason to even play. What I mean is it doesn’t take long for grinders to get all the planes and stuff and once they got it all what’s the point? Best thing to do is pretty much give the game a whole new version of the game The game was good years ago but now you guys need to do something. This game is no different besides the fact you could use a bike, horse, or etc when your not using a plane.

It is a good game with amazing graphics, gameplay, vehicles, and missions the only problem is that if you get the eject feature for I can’t remember how many game coins you can’t walk around and shoot unless you have a tank plus why should I have to subscribe to select what side I’m on it’s outrageous! Use to be good. I used to play this heaps but my old iPad started struggling. I bought a new iPad and reloaded but it looks like things have changed. Now I can't even join a server without waiting for what feels like punishment because I won't subscribe and pay each month! So I have to wait 5 min to the be added to an empty server. This is after I did pay to buy the app btw Just seems a little greedy Doubt I will fork out for dogfight 2 based on your style of business

Don’t waste your time or money. Was a great game 7 years ago but now they have changed the rules I say now but it’s like constant new updates every couple days your basically beta testers for echoboom. And when you get angry and complain they just ban you.

Make it more like DF, and less like "Elite". Used to love the original Dog Fight, I recommend it to whomever I could get to play it. No matter how many "in app purchases" went to nothing, or how many glitchy, buggy, awful experiences I had, I continued to subscribe my 1.99$ every month to play online, and was very content in doing so. I believed the game was as much fun or more than anything my Xbox, or PS4 had to offer, and despite the buggy online experience at times, it was still a terrific game, that eventually would work out the kinks, and get back to being awesome. Since the day the original dog fight was cast aside, and everyone had to download elite, I have been profoundly disappointed. You can no longer choose your maps,or servers having to enter which ever the random selection happens to send you to. It still posses the same old glitchy, error laden pitfalls such as an inability to change your name or save settings, and the old community thst was so strong and appreciative of the game has dissipated into a fraction of its old self. It took nearly 6 months for my old planes I'd purchased to become available in this version, and I paid the "subscription" multiple times, as I used to have to do with the old version, only still be given the option to subscribe, but not to alter, change, or affect my gameplay settings, name or plane. It seems it will take my money gladly, but won't allow me to do much else consistently. The bullet drop takes getting used to, but it's decent, but I could care less, because I'm destroyed by noobs in stage 1 planes, that turn more sharply than my fully upgraded SEA5 all because I have an IPad, and not a Windows or PC device. Once upon a time, you could talk to Zuperman, the creator of the game, about any problem you were having. The game remained glitchy, but yet still was extremely fun, and he would make it is mission that occasion to help you fix your problems. Now, I can't get anyone from the APP company to even so much explain what I should do to not pay 1.99$ multiple times a month to not even have the game thst I paid for, much less the planes, and functions that go with it. In my opinion, I feel bad for the people that didn't know this game before it became, "elite" when the creator flew in multiplayer with you, when squadrons were like the closest tight knit clan you had ever played with on Halo or COD. The game kicked A**..now I probably won't subscribe again, and will have to find a new game. I give it three stars because the old DogFight was the best game I've ever played on a tablet or phone, and maybe "Elite" will one day return to that. But for now, it grieves me to say I wouldn't recommend downloading this app. I will check back in on here every few weeks to ever see if it gets back to half of what it used to be, and then will write another review. But for now, it is what it is, and what it is, is not a good game.

Used to an awesome game. This game WAS awesome...until they required you to subscribe to a monthly charge ($1.99 usd) in order to consistently play multiplayer mode. If you don't subscribe you have to wait about 6 minutes between games to play again. What a joke. Removed this app from my phone and iPad. So unfortunate.

JBryan*****{WP}. Aside from a few bugs such as lag and after updates always comes new bugs. But the creator/zuperman always works hard to fix issues as they are brought up to him. This is a amazing game and well worth it.

Not as good.... I liked the original version of this game--then Elite came along. Forced to use Elite and not as much fun.

Don't buy anything until you check calibration.. I'm a long time player since this game came out. You can find me on Youtube. That was years ago. But now coming back with a bran new account and bran new iPhone 12 Pro Max, it won't calibrate. I didn't dream there would be an issue with such a simple thing. I went and wasted 8 bucks before checking calibration. Just an FYI ya'll.

Inferior quality, frustrating user interface. Quality is not good, UI is subpar, and aiming is impossible. Lag is horrendous in this game. Very frustrating to play.

Elite is not so much so...don't waste your money.. I enjoyed the original version and even didn't mind when their forever subscription was not so forever. I looked forward to new missions and better gameplay with the new version- wow what a disappointment! It looks like all echobom did was further monetise the app while leaving the tired old missions. Expecting improved gameplay I was further frustrated because it is actually worse than before. One used to be able to turn off some of the graphic detail to improve fluidity of play. Now all the graphics are locked on and gameplay at best is sluggish and staccato. Don't waste your money!

Veteran player. I played this game a lot and they made some good quality changes and the game was great, it kept you coming back for more. Then a few players that don't understand that in war game you get killed, started crying because they couldn't stay alive, got the rules changed to kick any one out if they spawn killed. Even war movies the enemy is spawn killing. Reality on this game has dropped a lot with all the new cry baby rules. But once was the most exciting game to play. Sorry but I'm out, until it goes back to being a little more realistic again.

Limited to no game play. I finally get into in a round, it lasts for two secs before the game ends & then I wait 6 mins to get in another really short round. I understand I have to wait in between games since I'm not a subscriber, but at least make it an actual full round and not just the end of one. What a waste of money.

Also, when you are flying there is not a lot of movement in the game when you are in the plane. After you get the subscription, the app keeps glitching out of the app and you are not able to get into the app. This game is crap and I want my money back
