Doesn’t work anymore 5/4/23. Stopped working with iOS 16.2. “Retrieving app configuration” crazy a company as big as Kronos can’t have a stable app. Hasn’t had an update since 12/22. Unacceptable.

Useless. This app worked relatively well for the first several months after our company switched to using it, although the whole thing is not very user friendly or intuitive. However a few weeks ago they totally switched the format and now it does not even let me log in and does not work at all. Completely useless and now I always have to rely on my computer to see scheduling changes

Horrible App. Let me just start by saying this app is absolutely horrible. I use it on my iPhone so therefore have the I Series app downloaded. Almost daily I have to log into airplane mode to interrupt the service and restart it in order for it to even consider wanting to work. If you’re looking for a reliable app to record your available work hours this is not the one!

Give zero if was possible. This app is completely useless. It is never updated or maintained and no employee can use it to learn his/her work schedule. Now must drive to work to find upcoming work schedule.

You can do better. Definitely need Touch ID and it need a better interface that looks like an app it should belong 10 years ago give it some color

HATE!. There are not words to describe how much I HATE everything about Kronos.

Can't even access. It does not explain where to get the information needed to log on. I have my employe Id and password but you need more information to use the app. Server name and company Id? I can log on from a home computer but iPhone browser won't work. Because apple does not support adobe. This app is garbage.

Don’t work. Please fix this app to work with apple new update!

Not functional!. Your program is absolutely horrible in all platforms! Whether it is on home or laptop computers, tablets or mobile phones, it is not reliable! We are out of town attempting to place our hours in for pay and unfortunately, we will be short hours because of YOUR ineptness to provide a reliable program for a multi-billion dollar company! I truly hope we cease using Kronos one of these days!

Useless. Zero stars, please.I was told I could check my schedule, make requests, look for trades-- all on Kronos. I had to find the server information through a work website. But Kronos never accepted my ID or password: what the supervisors and a fellow worker instructed me to enter. Never any lick. So I have to manually check my schedule and have no way to look for trades or other information. This app is useless, literally.

Broken for months. The app is completely broken for both the iPhone and android. It has not been updated in over a year and tech support has mot replied to many communications. Bang up job UKG. Kudos all around.

Instant crash. Every time I try to log in, I see my info then it crashes and kicks me out. Please fix

Won’t even let me sign in. I can’t sign on and the website requires flash player to sign on so that you're forced to use the app on the go. I could pay a college student to design a better way to check my schedule with a month as a deadline and get a better app than this.

Mediocre at best. The schedule list displays with a line separating the day/date and the shift time, which is below the line and thus in the same row as the next day. This view can be confusing and is not logical, in fact, it's just plain stupid. The calendar view is even more stupid as it's simply a dot and doesn't show the shift time! Come on, my 12 year old niece could build a better app.

Doesn’t Load. I just use this app to punch in/out and keep track of my hours for my employer. It freezes a lot and doesn’t want to load, so I have to turn my phone off and back on to make it work.

Terrible app. Have not been able to logon since download...error connecting to server! I have tried 3 different Kronos apps not one of them connected! Booo....! Awful apps...!

Awful Application. This application hardly ever works, if you’re lucky it might work half the time you need it. It’s always crashing and can never find your location.

Would be helpful if it works. I always check it on Thursdays because that’s when our schedule is out but for some reason I couldn’t get the app to work on Thursdays. It just crashes or just wouldn’t let me sign in.

Not good. I don’t love this app. I didn’t like the sweeping changes Kronos made overall to begin with, but this app is even worse. Very hit and miss functionality. Extremely bare bones.

I don’t understand. It is beyond me why any company would pay for such a lousy program. The online site is so obnoxiously unfriendly, I want to punch it in its ugly face! The mobile app doesn’t even work! It just crashes, and crashes, and crashes! Just as unfriendly! I keep checking to see if it gets fixed... and nothing. It actually seems to crash even worse the more I open it, but that just may be my frustration boiling over! I’m extremely disappointed that my employer uses such garbage.

Username and Password. Please update the application to have the option to remember my username and password!

Junk. Logged on once - couldn’t review punches. Logged in 2nd time - said no license.

Does it even work?. App is trash 🚮. Simple only works when it wants to.

Needs work. I use this particular Kronos for work. I’m supposed to be able to check my schedule and swap shifts. When I don’t receive a “Service Error,” the app is useful. However, I am only able to successfully log in about half the time. Since there are other reviews with similar, if not the exact same problem; it looks like this isn’t just my job’s tech problem, but an app bug. If this wasn’t required by my job, I wouldn’t use it. Nor would I use this app if I had to post a schedule for mobile access.

Only use it because of my job. Since your new bug fix. I’ve tried several times just to update, but it doesn’t go through. I’ve even uninstalled and now it simply won’t download. It’s just stuck on waiting. I have great wifi and enough storage to download it. Luckily my job has an alternate way to check one’s schedule. Before this issue it would crash frequently making it difficult to swap shifts for coworkers.

UKG series mobile app. Good morning why for over a week now I can’t use the app on my mobile phone?

Please Invest More Into This App. Extremely dissatisfied with the performance of this app. The update didn’t seem to address any of its many issues. As other users have stated, in order to log in, you must temporarily put your phone into airplane mode. This is incredibly inconvenient and annoying when you need to log into different tasks throughout the day. Please pay attention to the feedback you are receiving from frustrated users.

Mobile App. So far app is working okay. I can check my schedule and time. Our company provided the link for the server. Still can do more on the desktop but at least you can check your schedule and time again on the phone.

Awful!. I work for Urban Outfitter and you'd think they would get a hipper app to use! I'm suppose to know my host AND my companies ID ??? Let me did out my antique PC to check my schedule each week rather than use a smart phone like the rest of the work force! Arrrrrg! ( and it won't let me give it no stars so I am forced to give it a 1)

Nothing works. Literally nothing is working when the app loads. Did the app developer just die in the middle of making this???

tired of logging in. I have this app on my phone and I have to login every single time I use it. Why can’t it stay open, at least for one whole day? I don’t really think anyone’s going to sneak into my account and nefariously clock in or out for me.

Does not work has never worked.. No one in my company can get this app to work. That’s well over a hundred people that think Kronos is a waste of time.

this app is the worst. i have i use it for work and have no other way to get my schedule. it is constantly crashing. all my coworkers hate this app! please upgrade it!

Crap. This app is the worst. Laggy interface and the UI looks like it hasn’t been updated since the original iPhone came out in 2007. Tap icons are minuscule and the essential functions like punch and logout are buried under the home bar because it hasn’t been updated to the new style phones with no home button and Face ID. Accidentally swiping to home because I’m trying to punch in is infuriating. JUNK!
