Great Customer Service. I had an issue with being billed more than I should have and the issues was resolved promptly! This service has been easy to use and saves me a lot of money because of the in/out feature.

Doesn’t work as advertised. I downloaded this app so that I could save money parking in a garage that advertised an express pay price of $10 for the day instead of the usual $20. It did not work any of the 3 days I had to park in that garage so I ended up spending $60 instead of $30. I work construction and carry a lot of tools and often change locations daily so I try to park close to my workplace so I thought this app could save me money. I have emailed support 2 times and have heard nothing back. At this point I do not recommend wasting space on your phone to have the app.

Less likely to use again. The first two times I used the app, in Chicago’s theater district, it was wonderful. The third time my confirmation could not be read by the garage machine; because I was holding up the line of cars, I had to take a ticket...I had to find a parking garage attendant for an assist and help to fix the ticket and my confirmation. I’m reluctant to use the app again.

Don’t Want to Have to Register with Credit Card. Having parked in their garage I was excited to see an app to allow me to reserve parking and to pay by phone when leaving. But with all the different stores and organizations getting hacked and customer info getting stolen I don’t want to provide credit card info that could be at risk to hackers. Just ask me for my credit card and/or method of payment when I’m ready to leave —just like I do now when I insert my parking ticket for a credit from a store for parking and then the payment machine in the garage. Might be a great app I’ll never know because I’m not leaving my credit card info when too many places customer data is breached from lax cyber security.

This app is VERY buggy!. I had to find the parking reservation 4 times, and it had multiple error messages on the checkout screen for my parking reservation. I REALLY hope it did not charge me THAT many times, if it did, I will be in contact with customer support ASAP!

Responsive Help Desk. Had an issue getting out of the garage. The help desk solved my issue within 3 minutes and I was correctly billed without having to prove how long I’d been parked.

Updating credit card information is not seamless. Twice this year I’ve had to update my credit card information for my monthly auto bill. (First for an expiring card and then because, a few months later, the replacement card I used was switched by my credit card company from Visa to Mastercard.) Although I updated my information on the webpage, deleted my old cards, and selected my new card as both my Monthly Autobill and Expressed Default, both times the information never transferred to my parking garage. So I still had to go in person to work this out with my garage. It was a hassle both times.

Terrible App. This app is great when it actually works. I try to update my account by going to “account settings” and it takes me straight to the garage page. I try to book a reservation and it sends me to the express rate page. A lot of bugs and freezes. Need an update on this app and need it now.

Very convenient. This app has worked seamlessly for me. Super convenient to enter and exit a garage without worrying about payment (credit cards etc.). You just flash your phone and all good.

Horrible billing and customer service. I will list only a few things. Because there are too many. I had to change my credit card for monthly parking numerous times. They confused my email with someone else’s and cancelled my monthly parking because her card was declined. They changed my monthly lot location one day and I couldn’t get out. The people in the office told me I was lying about the location of the lot I have used for over 10 years. Whenever something happens it’s never their system that’s in error. It’s always the customer. And on and on…

Payment method. I was unable to pay with my preferred card and had to pay with Apple Pay (Am Ex). Not sure why this happened.

Not Satisfied. The app offers monthly parking but I was unable to sign up through the app as advertised. It took 7 attempts then I was quoted an amount but was billed $160 more. I sent an email requesting assistance and I’m still waiting after 1 week. Fix your app and offer options for immediate assistance or at least during certain hours. I will be looking for a new parking spot next month.

App double-charged me, no response. Had no choice but to use this app for parking in Pittsburgh. The app double-charged me, and since they allow you to make reservations without an account, I had no account to submit an issue for it. I submitted an issue through their website directly and more than a week later I still haven’t received a response. Only use this app if you want your money stolen.

Terrible App/Terrible Company. Worst user experience I’ve seen on an App. Half the screens don’t work with the latest version. The company is also terrible. It’s impossible to get in touch with them when their system isn’t working. I’ve been stuck unable to enter the garage I pay significant money for without anyone to contact for assistance

Website made wrong reservation. I tried to make a reservation from the website and after I input my payment information and hit pay, the reservation was for the wrong date and I am unable to change it because I never received an email receipt. I downloaded the app and after hitting make payment it takes me back to the previous reservation that I can’t change.

Registration ends if you go to other app. I tried to register, but when it asks for information like license plate or credit card number and I go to another app to look up/copy the information, when I come back to this app, the registration has somehow been cancelled forcing you to start over. I gave up after this happened twice.

So much for saving money. I was very excited to try this app. It worked great but there is a lack of explanation on how payment works. Don’t prepay for your parking because you will still pay for any unused time and they will not refund you any money. There were no clear disclaimers stating this so unfortunately I overpaid and it defeating the purpose of using this. On top of this, it took me several tries to actually reach someone in their customer service department. They are not quick to respond!

Overcharged. Paid for 9 hours of parking at Stadium East in St Louis and parked for 8 hours. Still was charged an additional $6 to be able to leave the parking lot. Customer service is non-existent for this company. Arch Park should stop recommending using this for parking. After the overcharge, it cost almost as much to park as it did to do all the activities in Arch Park! Buyer beware - you may end up paying more than once for your parking!

App is buggy. Like other people are describing, the app is so finicky. If you get out of app to look for any other info filling out registration it exits and just makes you start over again. I saved all my info (license plate, name etc) and for some reason it didn’t exist and I kept having to redo it. The app gives a discount on parking which is worth 3 stars but I can’t give more due to the user experience driving me nuts.

Express Pass is frustrating. The Express Pass user experience is missing a few key features that you’d want, such as the ability to view details of the current reservation (e.g. entry time, location, rates). After scanning into a garage you’re left confused about whether it was even registered, and furthermore what it will cost.

Government ramp in Minneapolis. Well everything was smooth going in but unfortunately there was no tickets to grab that it tells you where you parked and if you are not from downtown and are in a hurry you will likely forget , there was 2 parking garages ,one the gov center one and 4th st ,well I went to wrong one and I could not find my car the garages look identical so I’m walking up and down 8 floors to only realize there I m in the wrong garage! LOL so I get in my car on way out and my scanner won’t let me out thank God for whomever was behind the help desk she was kind and helpful and I finally got out of Minneapolis ufda

Needs more payment options not only reservations. I wish you could use this app to pay for parking without having to buy a reservation. My doctors office discounts my parking ticket, I’m there a few times a week so the discount really helps. The kiosk machines in the lobby (center city garage in Philly across from Jefferson hospital) are ghetto and they let homeless people sit in there. Be nice it that was a feature on this app. So I didn’t have to deal with that or fix your machines and stop letting homeless people roam around all day and night.

Horrible! Watch out!. The app will not allow you to delete your credit card info, and will not allow you to delete the account. This seems like a violation. Moreover the customer service is totally non-responsive on this issue. I have sent multiple requests for a fix with no result as of this day. I was number one on the live chat and no one came live. Really bad.

Never again. Used this once and never again. Scanned in fine. Had trouble scanning out. Machine kept telling me I never scanned in. Finally got someone to assist me and she was able to let me scan out! A month later I get a bill for $419!!! My initial scan times out or something after 10 days and charged me for the entire time!!!!

Zero stars. I will light your spot up until you refund my money. Reminder… My card is attached to this app… I entered and when I left it failed. The garage attendant eventually let me out and I haven’t been able to use it since. I have contacted the company multiple times. It is clear they farm out their customer service, because I have gotten multiple auto responses that have not resolved my MAJOR issue, which is I got charged $95 because no one resolved my issue. I can do this all day. Fix it.

Please update express rates for Chicago in app. I generally love that app, but it’s been charging me more than expected than previously. When I put in my entry and exit times for the Express estimate at the Adams & Wabash garage in Chicago, and my stay is less than 3 hours, it shows the fee should be $10, but I just parked for under 2 hours and the fee was $12! This has happened a few times. I should either be charged the amount quoted in the app, or if the express price has increased, the app should be updated to reflect this.

Parker. Have had to re-download the app 3 times. It has twice simply brought up the green screen then not advanced. Also, tried to reset password once. Was told instructions were emailed to me and they were not. Very clunky app but better than using SpotHero, who screws garage owners and parkers, equally.

Parkit App Outatanding. I love the convenience of ticket barcode scanning - no hassle with having a paper receipt - just scan & go - account billed automatically. Schedule parking a snap and price is very affordable. Thank You Parkit!! CynShane

Spotty performance. Difficult to use on iPhone. Often need to restart several times before I get a transaction to complete. Pricing is unpredictable. Interaction is complicated- slide on one page, tap icon on another, tap anywhere on still another page.

Great idea. This is a great app so you can prepay and not deal with tickets or mess with your charge card at the pay station jugging briefcase, etc. However, I couldn’t find docs in the app that explained how it works until I took a chance and tried it. Then I saw all the details. I’ve been reserving parking while stopped on the ramp entering downtown, and yes I know that’s still illegal mobile use. But I don’t like the short 15 min grace time, getting stuck in traffic even on my 20 drive to work is very likely. And it says you need to make a res (assume updates too) 5 minutes before entering.

So many glitches. App has way too many glitches for being an app needing to be used to get in and out of places USING the app. App will all of a sudden close out while you are attempting to log in. I purchased a monthly pass; and then was not able to log into my account again to access my monthly pass and i had all of my correct info. Just a horribly made app.... great concept; poor execution.

Takes months to delete app!. I sent numerous emails to delete this app bc I no longer needed it. It has my financial info so I wanted to delete but they want to know reasons why, can they keep your info etc and 3 months later after requesting it’s still not deleted! They have an automated response to everything you send bc they only respond via email and it’s a waste of time. Literally regret ever doing this app do not purchase!

Great app, but... Used this app while on my recent trip to Chicago. It works as promised, and allows multiple in and out if parking booked for more than 24 hr. But… signing in is super glitchy, and it does not hold the password… also, while creating the account, please don’t ask for credit card info to be a part of the account…

The worst parking app I’ve ever used!. This app is not user friendly and I plan on never using it again. I kept having to reopen the app, re-enter my address destination before I could make a reservation. In addition to all that I was charged an additional $4.00 outside my already prepaid reservation in order to exit the parking lot. THE WORST PARKING APP EVER!

Theater parking. Using this app has been a complete struggle. It would not access today for parking, only 4/23. It would not access garages near theater. Would not let me select date or time. It would not use my default credit card. It took many minutes to complete the reservation. Just grinding. The 30 or more minutes invested to reserve a parking space were a great waste of effort and time. Probably will never use it again. Very in-impressed!

Wonky. I use the app every day that I go to my office. For lack of a better term, it is wonky. I make sure to pay in the morning before I leave to make sure that I can get in, reserve and save my reservation (screen shot or Apple wallet). It often shuts down mid-reservation or goes to a grey screen. I can’t count on it to open when I need it. Many of my colleagues have said the same thing. I love the savings and it is definitely a benefit v. pulling a ticket.

It was great to use but…... It was great to use but the app charged me twice and 2 weeks later I’m still trying to get to a refund on 1 week and it’s been impossible to get a hold of anyone. I used the email on the iParkit site 3 times and haven’t received any response.

Beware. Had an issue after a recent update - app went straight to a reservation instead of just paying to park as I go. I was charged for a 3 hour reservation I couldn’t use because I was trying to park overnight- sent an email to report the problem and have been ignored. In other words- too bad we will just keep your money.

Being over charged for months.. Where I park is $14 early bird. When I first started using the app it gave me a discount 3 times but then I realized on my credit card statement I was being charge $24 for months now. This app is stealing money from people I don’t think $10 should be a service charge. Beware of this app.

New update kills app. Since last update my app opened scanned to park this am and then has since “killed” itself and will not reload with every technique used. Hopefully it will work soon so I can exit the parking garage. Other than this issue the app has been smooth and easy to use.

Frustrating!!. I have had to interface with this company to try to get yearly passes to a regular event in my town. Even though I have an account, I HAVE to purchase EVERYTHING as a guest. I also cannot add a new account. Tried called customer service on the phone, no one answers ( I suspect on purpose)!! Worst app and company EVER. If I had a choice to go elsewhere, I would.

App works but they discontinued discounts. You can skip doing business with this garage company. They jacked their rates 60% a few weeks back and using their reservation feature no longer qualifies you for a discount. They eliminated their competitive pricing advantage and no longer differentiate from any other low service parking lot.

Took my money. I reserved a space via the app and when I input my card info is said it was wrong and I check and all my numbers where right so I tried it again and it said it failed so I just closed the app, come to find out i looked at my bank account and it took $14 and I didn’t have anything reserved

When has it worked?. The app hasn’t worked since downloading it glitches and i can’t get to my actual account without the app closing every time which is not like the website or the customer service of this company is even better. I’m having an issue with my monthly parking all all I’ve gotten is a phone attendant yelling at me, the actual attendant at the garage shrugging his shoulders and emails/ voicemails falling on deaf ears. So yeah, when has it actually worked?

App is handy and really easy to use. I find it very easy to make and change a reservation. Easy to find a location. Just really great.

Park it App. I love this parking app. No more pulling actual tickets and/or trying to keep up with finding the tickets to get out of the garage. The app is on my phone and my phone is always with me. Genius!! Very simple and efficient for individuals on the move; just scan and I’m either in or out!!!

Super simple. Works great at all of their garages. So much better than spot hero so you don’t have to guess the timing. Also normally cheaper than even spot hero.

The Worst. I’ve had nothing but a terrible experience parking with this company. Both my car and my girlfriends cars were damaged by lot employees, and refunds for not being able to park in full lots have never been processed. Customer support has basically ghosted me, and I’m extremely upset. I’d rather walk next time than drive my car and park with this service.

ParkIt. I like this app because it make parking at work so convenient. I don’t have to have cash, and it shows where available spots are.

The new update is testing my patience. The old version was okay to use. The only feature I wanted but did not have was to book multiple days for one time pass at once instead of having to do one by one. (spot hero has that feature) Then the new update is killing me!! First, you cannot edit/cancel a trip right off the app anymore. It opens a browser tab and asks you log in and edit your trip on the browser. First of all, I’m already logged in on the app, WHY all the troubles. Second, the UX adds so many steps than the old version to achieve the same booking. I have to click to select my saved payment method and etc. not intuitive. Third, the update from 2 days ago, I cannot complete my bookings anymore, it says payment failed while I just used the same payment few days ago. So the app right now is unusable.

Convenient and Clean. I parked here for 3 days and the place was clean and with lot of lights.

No FaceID option. Why doesn’t this app not allow faceid or fingerprint scan for login? Extremely inconvenient to try to login to to app while I am driving into the garage! Please address.

They stole 250 from me. They just took out $250 dollars from me. I pay every day to park and they took $250. I don’t understand how a company can double charge you for parking. I used the app maybe 5 times. Be very careful giving them your information.

Difficult to use. This app is awful. It is very hard to use and navigate. It doesn’t let me get my parking reservations and shuts down. The pages also don’t display correctly in the app.

Don’t support iparkit- racketeering. This app actually charges more than the iparkit website. To purchase a spot using the website it was only $4, using the app it was $30, when I didn’t use either of them, and just got a ticket and parked for 1.5 hours, it cost me $35. Do not support these crooks by using this app. This is a racket.

Got I got out. First time using the app…..it was a snap !!

Worst app ever. Makes it impossible to bring up your barcode after you switch out to listen to music etc. Then I thought I found it, nope making a New reservation at a lot 6 blocks away! Charged my card for both! Use at your own risk.

Glitchy card approval. This app rejected my credit card for no reason, even after calling the bank and making sure everything was fine on their end.

Nothing but problems,. App stuck in Chicago, tried to send email returned undeliverable, hard to contact, finally got right city, now app stuck on express, I wanted it set for monthly

I have to go through a lot to get credit. It’s slow. It holds me hostage when I try to leave. When I put money on my account it takes a long while to realize this.

Account settings not working. Having an issue accessing account settings in the app. It will only pull up parking options nearby so I can’t change information in my account.

An enlightened approach to Loop Parking. The app streamlines the checking in and out of Chicago Loop parking. There are many garages enrolled in iParkit, so it is very useful. I was leary of the idea, but it’s a fine system!

Apple Wallet. It’s finally working now again! My prayers have been answered! 👍🏾

Crashes way too much. This app crashes way too much, I’ve tried to find parking in downtown Chicago and it always crashes before I can finish my transaction then I’ll have to go back in try it again. It’s made me have to contact customer service cuz of how bad it’s messed up

Feels like bait and switch. Crashes at the worst possible time. Couldn’t get it to work and paid $60 when I should have only had to pay $7–but was already in the garage. Customer service essentially said “too bad.”

App keeps crashing. This past week, every time I open the app, it shows it’s like cover page and then crashes. I rely on this app for parking for work. Please fix ASAP. If it’s unreliable I’ll have to do something else.

Crashes constantly.. I hate leaving bad reviews. But when the app literally crashes every time I use it, I’d like to save others the hassle of downloading it. Update — their support response time is atrocious. Over 6 months for one response...

Hour selection doesn’t work sometimes. Hours are selected wrong

Really good for planning trips. I wish more parking lots participated, but it definitely puts my mind at ease. There should be a phone number though.

Terrible Customer Service. I downloaded the app to park to downtown. I found great pricing, and purchased the pass. But, I ended up not using the pass at all. (Phone died). I emailed support later that day about a refund, for the pass since it was NEVER used. I have never received anything back.

Prepay Parking. I love this app and not worry if I have a parking spot when I arrive in the area.

Crashes. App constantly crashes. It hasn’t worked in months. Thankfully I have my pass saved to my apple wallet or I’d have to park elsewhere. Disappointing to say the least.

Parking. Chris in Pittsburgh. Was amazing. Helped us out when we new nothing. In town for a convention and new nothing about the parking. Customer service A+

Parking downtown. This app makes one piece of the commute so much easier. Love it !

Pretty Good App Until.... This app is pretty convenient and works pretty much most of the time. Although sometimes it gets stuck in between screens. The screen where you pay and after your payment confirmation screen. Right after I slide the icon to pay, the screen goes into like a black void while it’s buffering only to never reappear with the confirmation payment screen. So I have to literally close the app and come back into it to see if my confirmation screen appears. A couple of times it never did. So I had to go to the Parking Activity screen to see if it was there. When this happened to me the first time it went into the black void and never returned, I tried it again and ended up paying twice. They finally refunded my money even after I had to email twice and had both payment receipts & barcodes in the email to iParkit. They held up my request the first time because they said they couldn’t verify my account. They asked me what email address is registered to the account. Who knew? When I sent the first email, my email automatically defaults to my iCloud account. But the iParkit app I have the MSN account registered. Just thought it was a little strange because I literally had both receipts in the email along with my name. A lot of people have several email accounts. But I did eventually get my refund. Lastly, it does not have the ability to set a “Favorite”. I did not buy the monthly. But I park pretty frequently at the same Parking Garage. I choose the same one because it’s convenient to my job. But every time I go onto the App, I have to choose the location each time like it’s my first time. Can’t this app allow us to choose a favorite? That way I don’t have to scroll through all the other parking garages just to get to mine each time. Just an enhancement suggestion. Other than that, if they fix those couple of things, I think this App would be all stars for me! It’s definitely easy to navigate and pretty aesthetically pleasing to look at.

Bait and switch. I downloaded this app from a link for the Museum of Illusions in Chicago. The price on the museum website and the app was $8 but I was charged $17. No response from Customer service. I will stick with SpotHero from now on.

Not fully baked. The user interface needs some work. Not super intuitive, action buttons are not properly labeled or sized. Time selection wheel does not match the text in another field. I had to scroll to 8:30am in order for 9:30am to register as my enter time.

This app is amazeballz!. We were traveling for the holidays and this app saved Christmas!

So not recommend!. Downloaded the app for a 730 reservation tried to use it and it didn’t work. Had to pull a ticket and now they claim my tickets are two different times when it’s obvious that one of the tickets took place within my reservation time. Definitely will be using a different system!

No support response with parking issue.. No response from support if there’s a parking issue. I was charged twice on my credit card and contacted the app support. They took my money twice and did not acknowledge my email explaining the issue. I did not receive my refund.

Great location. Easy app to reserve. Easy access. Clean. Well lit. Great price. Can’t ask for more

Constantly crashes. I haven’t been able to use the app yet for its intended purpose because every time I try to search the venue I need, it crashes. I want to delete my account but it won’t let me remove my debit card that I linked to it with the initial setup. I would not recommend this app at all.

Savalotoftimeandworry. This service saved me a lot of time and worry. It was the best!

get this app!. i never had a problem using the app. it was smooth sailing getting in and out on each and every parking garages i went to in downtown chicago. the 5x 20% discount for signing up was helpful considering the cost to park in this city.

Won’t open. Just downloaded the app this week after purchasing a monthly pass however the app glitches and closes when I open it! I hope an update urgently fixes this so I can park my car!

Not good!. I parked for a few hours and they charged me for a whole weekend! I've tried and been unable to get through and reach them regarding this. Very frustrating!

I wish it worked!. Several times now I’ve tried to park and my app didn’t work on the way in or on the way out. The staff has always been helpful but not always immediately available. So, I sit and wait!

Nearly impossible to use. It works if you are patient; outrageously buggy on a iPhone 12. Maybe 10-15 tries for a single reservation to go through

Lag. Just downloaded the app, EXTREME lag. UI not as friendly as similar apps. I was surprised to see that when I entered multiple destinations, the closest parking was 1.2 miles away, 20+ minute walk. Used a different app and parking was .3 miles away for half the price too!

Keeps changing times. It keeps entering later times to start. 8:09am now. I enter 8:30. It decides to make it 9:30. Same for other times (this place and me are in same time zone). Can’t book < 1 hour in advance? No message to tell you that.

Crashes when adding to Apple Wallet. Seems like the way to handle parking payment, would be better if it didn't crash when you add the ticket to Apple Wallet.

Slightly Annoying Issue. This app returns to the home screen every time you navigate away from it. I was in the middle of planning a place to park and got a text, it sent me to the home screen... I paid for my pass and went away then back to the app... back to the home screen...

Parking Experience. I love this App! What a wonderful way to park without lines to pay! Sheer genius and makes my life easier! Way to go!

Hard to delete account. Not happy with how difficult it is to delete your account and they don’t let you delete credit card information. Kinda of a hostage situation…me not like it!

Use of app. The app is easy to use. You don’t have to hassle with paying each time you park.

Refresh Double Charge. App has a tendency to refresh while completing transaction resulting in a double charge. No response from them regarding the error. Should have stayed to SpotHero, much more realizable service and app.
