Great App, problem with Face ID. If you do not login every several days it will not allow for Face ID. Besides that, the app is great.

Claims/Reimbursements Denied. It’s my money I’m trying to get reimbursed for and it’s crazy that all my claims are being denied whereas you can clearly see on all the receipts the dates,amounts and whom it’s billed to. What’s the point if it’s not going to be paid. I’m afraid to use the card at the vision doc because it might not go through. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

Easy to use. This has to be one of the easiest apps that you can use for all your medical transactions

Benefits HSA App. The app is user friendly and I really like the ability to have my information in my phone. However, the app is very slow.

Getting Better but still not there yet. Compared to my bank’s on-line banking processes they have a long way to go.

HSA app review.. This HSA app works very well. I can always accomplish what I need to do with my HSA on the go. I like that I don’t need to login with my employer laptop to access my account.

I hate this App!. It rarely works! It won’t save login information and you can forget about FaceID working consistently too. My password from just over a month ago will not work nor will my FaceID. I have had this problem NUMEROUS times over the few years that I’ve had the app. It’s too hard to log into to see your HSA balance. I greatly prefer Castlight which always works with FaceID.

PNC HSA Acct. This is one of the least user friendly Bill Pay type websites I have ever used. 2 issues, one minor and the other very irritating. First issue is when logged in, two of the action choices are make a HSA transaction & Manage expenses. Manage expenses is actually where the Bill Pay feature is hidden in. The more irritating issue is going through the process of setting up the payee, entering the amount to pay and selecting pay now. But what happens is that bill doesn’t get paid, it just shows up as “Payable” in manage your expenses. I’ve had numerous bills paid late when I check in a few weeks later and see that its “Payable”. Then you have to confirm that you want to pay it again, very irritating process. Why ask if you want it paid now when that means nothing?

Try again. It’s not perfect. But I appreciate somebody’s hard work to continue the improvement and make it better.

Excellent Service. Very easy to use and service is excellent

Terrible. Every time there is a claim it’s a problem. No matter how many times I call or turn in receipts it’s a problem. Most places are coded so the card won’t work if it’s not an approved expense but it is still a giant ordeal every time I use this card.

Benefits Transaction. Process seemed easy enough to request funds, though wish the process to have direct payment was possible.

Review - PNC Bank Mobile app. Love the ease of use of the mobile app! This is not 5 Stars due to the 2 day wait for funds to transfer to another bank.

Needs improvement. I love the idea of this service, but the application is poor. Why must I submit a receipt after I use the debit card at the medical site? It seems cumbersome and purposefully an additional unnecessary step. I’m seriously reconsidering reenrolling in the program next year because Of the hassle.

From the comfort of my phone. Easy to navigate the app to make my reimbursement request. I would recommend an option for receipt images for an audit trail.

Easy and fast. Submitting a return in easy and your disbursement is fast. Good customer service if their is ever a problem.!

I love this app. Easy navigation, easy to upload receipts, make transactions with card and even distribute funds to an external account to cover premiums that may come out as an automatic draft from a checking or savings account.

Login experience is horrible. Can’t save credentials, can even persist them in Apple storage to bring them up, and no Touch ID. Don’t bother with the app unless you have to, your browser will make the login easier.

Everelle. This app makes it so easy to file claims and submit your receipts!! It takes only a few minutes

Better than any other. Really easy to use

PNC benefit plus. It works fine when they don’t ask u to manually enter your credentials when u have Face ID enabled. They always ask at random times when they know you forgot the credentials it seems like.

Needs work!. Probably the most frustrating part of this app is the fact that it never keeps your login information and you have to answer security questions on top of the login and password. This is a little over cautious I would say. It needs to have touch ID enabled so that you don't have to go through a huge process just to login. In addition to this problem, I think there should be additional settings available and more information when you log into the app. Overall, the login process is by far the most annoying piece!

So simple!. I just submitted a receipt for my daughter’s daycare payment with zero issues and so fast it was amazing. Very thankful this app is here to help me take care of these submissions in the future.

Quick/Easy. The PNC Benefits app makes reconciliation and payment of medical expenses quick and easy. The app guides you through each step.

The app is fine…the FLEX spending service is terrible!. PNC Benefits plus is TERRIBLE. The deny things my previous flex spending provider would approve. I have trouble using the debit card at certain retailers such as Costco pharmacy, etc. the will basically cut off your access you YOUR money if you don’t submit a receipt (which I didn’t have to do for my previous provider). With my prior FLEX spending provider, they would either cover or not at the register. With them it’s a toss up. I would love to go back to my former flex provider but my company (I’m assuming this is cheaper somehow) has chosen them. I’m considering forgoing Flex spending if this company stays which is terrible. Shame on you PNC!

Great App!!. This app is simple to navigate and gives me the exact information I need. Very quick and easy to find what I need from the app when necessary.

Like pulling teeth to use this account. My problem is not so much with the app but the plan itself. I’ve probably had 4 or 5 other HSA plans at other employers and never an issue getting reimbursed or using it for payment on medical services. With PNC no level of documentation is sufficient to prove what you used it for is good enough. Expect to need 3 or 4 variations of receipts from your physician visit for them to consider allowing you to use *YOUR OWN MONEY TO PAY YOUR DOCTOR!* I can’t wait for the year to be over so I can opt out of this account.

First time using the portal. I called the number on the back of my debit card. I was told to reimburse myself & upload the receipt from my exam. It actually was easier than I expected it to be. Michele L.

This is an easy way to access fsa. So far the app is what I expected. I would give this a 5 stars except when you are trying to access the details of your investments. You have to keep reloading every time.

Awful. The app is just no good. Yes you can check your balance, but first you have to login which requires user ID, password, and a security question every time. At the very least it should remember the user ID. It's so dated feeling and looking. Simple updates could make it so much better but the developers seem incompetent.

Great Enhancements!. The new feature that allows me to scan & check if items are eligible to be paid for using HSA dollars is great. I was happily surprised that I could use my HSA money to pay for sun screen, thanks PNC!

Delay deny defend. This account holds my money, already taken from my paycheck. Every doctor’s office copay is suspicious apparently. Day-of Receipts are rejected, you have to wait for the itemized EOB, a which pint your claim has been denied. Disgusting waste of my time. Will not renew enrollment

Will not open. The app opens long enough to enter user info and then when you hit done it closes in to the background. Upon pulling it back to the front it wants user info again. Repeat the same thing again and again.....
