App crashes after credentials. Since 17.2+, app has been crashing right after the credentials screen. Looks like it will load, but then “disappears” (seems to linger in background, but never opens). Only happens on apple phones. Tested on managed and non managed devices.
Frustrating and unintuitive. This is one of the worst business applications I have used. It is super unintuitive and difficult to perform the simplest of tasks.
Too clunky, connection issues. Apps are supposed to make push button type things happen easily, and with simplicity. Anytime an app makes it harder to complete tasks than the desktop app, it fails.
Worst CRM I could imagine using!. Nothing syncs appropriately. I have to login every time and iPhone won’t save login. Doesn’t sync with Outlook well either. Waste of sales people’s time!!!!
When it works is being nice. Constantly need to delete and reinstall this app. Performance problem galore. Today getting errors that it could not load app. Claims may have internet problems. Nope. All other apps work perfectly fine. This whole one app that runs on web and phones is a joke. Very poor UI with way too much clicking and tapping to getting anything done.
Tab not working.. In jobs under summary, start and end date can not be entered from iPhone. Works on my iPad but not my iPhone.
Open. Can not open
Icons not showing. After the latest iOS update the icons are not showing up. I have an iPhone 8
Errors. Constantly getting run time errors have to reboot phone to clear message
Managing Director. When it works it’s good. It only works about 75% of the time. I then have to delete the app and start all over.
Voice control. Being able to take this off the PC And use the dictation is a great advantage
Won’t even let me log in. I’m stuck in the presentation page with the loading dots. It literally won’t even let me use the app.
Clunky, Disorganized & inefficient.. Microsoft tried very hard to make an app that would hurt productivity, harm efficiency & be user-UNFRIENDLY and well….they knocked it out of the park!!! Great Success Microsoft….
Bulky. Daily log in a pain. Can’t we do facial recognition or similar? Doesn’t synch with outlook or phone so 3 calendars and 3 contacts to be maintained. Would be nice if when scheduling the next appointment you can note face to face and entertainments. Otherwise you have to log into that call and there is no time savings
Poor substitute for SalesForce. ...but it’s what my company has moved to. (sigh)
Too many problems. This app has lots of flaws, data location changes and drop downs have too many steps. Can’t cut paste any data.
Slow and buggy. Currently unable to navigate away from “create sequences” page because the top-left hamburger icon is unresponsive, even after deleting app and starting over.
Screen Rotation / scrolling. Having issue with scrolling and rotation. Scrolling doesn’t work for me.
room to improve. I am a salesperson using this app to help make phone calls and look up client information. compared with other apps ive used, this one takes extra clicks and most often use of the search feature to get something accomplished. not as user friendly or as helpful as i would like.
App Crashing After Update. App is instantly crashing after most recent update.
District Manager. This app is difficult to use. I much prefer spreadsheet on a laptop. I have a great difficulty saving my service evaluations. Then when it does save I get two or three for the same one. Even this survey is difficult to save!
Seems overwhelming. I understand that it takes time to adjust to a new system, but at first glance it seems to be a lot of steps just to input some basic information like bowman approaches.
Will update when I see improvement. App is very slow to even load. Difficult to click specific items. Trying to send an email from the app and I literally can’t even type in text. Please fix!
Review. Not a user friendly app. Very difficult to work with.
I cold call all day everyday. Helps me keep track of prospects and where I’ve been. Can bang out a Sales Activity in the car in one minute. Then into the next one
Spend the money on Salesforce. Time consuming, inefficient, if you can’t afford better or you have a small team and efficiency isn’t a priority over cost then this platform is okay.
Way to many clicks cumbersome terrible. For my company kb home as a sales rep it’s way to many clicks and the view is awful to enter a prospect, find one or log one it’s so much work and cumbersome and glitchy, we joke that it would be easier to log it on a stone tablet and mail it into management via carrier pigeon. Everybody dislikes the software from a sales rep level and we are the ones who have to enter the data there has to be a better way this software is awful.
Account Tab. When looking at a customer in the account tab, the top of the page is missing. Can you fix this? #365

Needs a bit of understanding and detective work for learning what i needed for my company. Pretty need. Not bad at all Needs a few updates to make it look better and run smoother But for what my company uses it Its been pretty good I finally figured put how to set appointments for my job

The app is getting worse. The app it self is good, but for the last period the whenever you open the app it's not opening it's redirecting people to another app called dynamics sales, I mean i didn't said i want dynamics sales, I want dynamics 365. Wow!. How a company the size of Microsoft could release such a horrible app is beyond my understanding.
CANNOT PASTE TEXT ON iPhone. Hello, On iPhone it is not possible to paste text. For example, if a user wants to copy a phone number from a contact on their phone and paste it into a phone field in the dynamics 365 app user cannot tap and hold to display the “paste” function. Very frustrating if a long web address or other text needs to be copied and pasted. Not sure if this is an apple issue or a dynamics issue. I tested this issue on a google pixel 4 and the copy and paste function worked flawlessly. Please have this addressed.
Crashes often. If I can get the app to load it works ok. Once you close it good luck launching it again without deleting and reinstalling.
CRM. It’s a small website, not an app.
Glitches. A lot of great features. But not all functions work properly. Creating a consultation doesn’t auto populate to calendar.
Learning Curve. I think this will help me. However, I’m having difficulty learning how do use it.
Slow. Slow moving to each task
Bad and Getting Worse. It seems like every release brings more issues. The latest version is so buggy it’s almost unusable. After using the app for a few minutes it becomes unresponsive and the user if forced to close the app and reopen - and many times the user has to logout and login again. Ugh…

Zoomed in. All of a sudden the app is zoomed completely in and only on my phone no one else seems to have an issue with it. Very frustrating that no one seems to know why it’s only my phone. Can’t report an issue because it’s not allowed
Have to kill app every time you open a file. Every time you open one of the files, you can’t go back to the main list. You have to kill the app.
Issues. The app needs to work offline some how and then save when in service
Not user friendly. The “get directions” function on the company page no longer works. This should open maps and populate the company address. This worked in previous versions. Can you fix this please? It is a critical part of the sales process.

Issue on iPhone 8 Plus. Hello Microsoft I am unable to download this App on my iPhone 8 Plus. I am only able to open it as a web browser. Why is this?
There is no possibility for Zero stars hence 1 star. This app does not work, it does however have excellent functionality for "hanging". If anyone has a trick to using this app successfully please advise.
Does not work. Only works for CRM 2015 update 1.0 (not 0.1) and as of today this is only for CRM online, not own server. Product should be called CRM online!

Just works! Like on desktop.. I use this 6 days a week for work - mainly on the road. My phone for the past couple of years is an iphone 6 Plus which handles everything with ease. I can’t believe the amount of negative reviews - can only assume that they don’t have phones powerful enough to run it.
Frustrating. Constantly crashes and often doesn’t even get past the welcome page, I need this app for day to day work sign offs, massive time waster.

Too slow. This app is way, way too slow to load and use. Looks unpolished and nowhere near a serious competitor to Salesforce, as good as Dynamics 365 may be on the web. Full screen on the iPhone might be a start.
Why no AppConfig?. Why isn’t there any AppConfig you can set to prepopulate the dynamics URL when opening the app?
Absolute Bullocks. If you like the spinning wheel, download this app. For the last week it just refuses to do anything else. Works well to set up the account. Can’t move from the Home screen after that. Deleted and reinstalled a couple of times. Doesn’t change a thing. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
Soo bad. Constantly crashes / freezes have to turn phone off to be able to get back into the app. Absolute rubbish
UI is deeply flawed. Going from the App based screen to a screen that is similar to a Desktop style layout is not very helpful - you’ll be using the phone to quickly enter stuff in during a phone call or right after a meeting. A layout and user interface similar to what’s presented on the phone itself would be more user friendly.
On the fence with my review. Find it slow when working through the opportunity pages.
Buggy & slow load times. Disappointingly unreliable. Often has issues connecting, slow load times, sometimes it just crashes. This is not up to the usual MSFT standard
On leave not showing and etc... The approved leave was not showing on the roster’s. Couldn’t apply for leave also not showing how many remaining. Also sick leave. Couldn’t amend the shift offer. Like offer shifts. Accumulating shift is not published manually counting the contracted hours you have.

Does not work. The original dynamic app won't run now because it says there is a new app (this one) which I installed and it says the server is not supported - I'm running 2016 online. Now I have two Microsoft mobile apps, and now neither of them work :(
Need to login everytime. The app is good but the most annoying thing is the sign in process, I need to type my username and password everytime I use the app. Isn’t there a remember user/password option or just use touch/Face ID to login? Please fix this problem
Terrible interface and clunky login. Use this for work so I have no choice - it’s horribly unintuitive My worst complaint though is that it refuses to stay logged in - terribly inefficient. I wish I had a choice- I wouldn’t recommend this app or the underlying crm to anyone

Awful - slow and buggy. Honestly almost unusable at this point. Everything takes time to open, and there's a high chance there will be an error when it does.
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.. I can not believe this is a Microsoft app. It is incredibly buggy and slow. It is absolutely useless and you’re better off switching your crm all together if this is the kind of app that supports it.
Please improve the interface. This app needs a big ux review.
Nice when it loads and work.... Still some kinks to work out. Gets stuck on the "downloading customizations" screen frequently, even when testing against a new instance (no custom development).

Fonctionne pas bien sur iOS 11. Sur iOS 11, elle ne fonctionne pas bien avec CRM 365 On Premise. C’est comme si l’app voit un vieux crm 7.1.
Garbage. Dynamics 365 and power platform expert here. This app looks like it’s been develop in 1987. How can a company like Microsoft deploy such a thing? This is a disgrace. I’m starting to push my clients to Salesforce, seriously how am I suppose to explain that this pile of garbage is supposed to be Dynamics officiel app ? Any students in IT could do it better.

Not impressed.. This mobile app takes 20 min updating every time I try to use it, now it won’t open any of the contact info I need to call my customer.

Great app. App works great but I do wish the buttons (Home, back,etc) were at the bottom of the screen as they would be easier to reach. Also, it would seem sharper if pages only scrolled up and down (they seem to have some sideways wiggle room).

Clunky and Awkward on the Phone. As a CRM System it is fine (while a little dated) on the full browser version. The phone IOS however, leaves a lot to be desired. Attempting to review records is nigh on impossible as scrolling between pages of a visit/record is extremely difficult- the control buttons are so small they do readily respond to finger touch. Also- once an activity is marked complete- it seems to disappear from the calendar view- as a business manger this is disheartening and makes that view worthless. Microsoft- if you want to play in this space then I challenge you to put your vast resources into making the product mobile functional.
Reporting a bug. Hi First of all thanks for this great app. I am reporting 2 problems here: 1. In the new experience by signing in using email address, if I sign out from certain user and switch to another user... the app starts with the previous user address, so I have to sign out again, then force the app to close then reopen and sign in with the new user. 2. I created a model-driven app and added a google map as web resource, with a link on the marker which allows the user click the marker to open google maps, so it works fine in a browser but not in the Dynamics 365 Mobile app! I hope you fix it in the next release! Mohammad
Buggy, buggy, buggy. Really does not work well. Always bugs requiring closing app and even restarting iPhone. Clearly not made for this device
Slow access. Initial setup crashed on both iPhone and iPad at step 4 downloading customizations. Access requires full credential input everytime. No touch ID capability. There's no speed benefit from using the app against the browser experience hence useless in my opinion. Think on the people that are on the road, the outside sales force needs speedy use for CRM to be effective and fully adopted by this part of the company.
Terrible app for many reasons. If you are buying a CRM and expect the mobile app to certain level of functionality to help you do your job the STAY AWAY from this app. UX is terrible, it’s slow and doesn’t work 90% of the time. It’s basically an overly engineered contacts manager.
Phone integration. I think the app, like a lot of apps, is a work in progress. It seems that there has been a change that prevents the app from creating activities automatically from phone calls. Is this something that will reappear or be something that can be changed/modified as a setting?

Web resources does not scroll. We put a web resources in one of our form, but the scroll bar does not show when the contents is long. It works for other web browsers. Is this a bug or something still being worked on?
Not intuitive or user friendly!. Our company went for a lower cost alternative to Salesforce big mistake as we are still struggling with adoption after 1.5 years!!
Wonderful. Wonderful companion to the full suite on PC. Great interface and does all that can be done on computer while being away. Great work Microsoft.
Great product overall. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how well the app works. Most apps like this have a high number of faults and I can’t find many here. The only thing I’d mention is - the report for opening up the option the save or print a Quote doesn’t work for me. I’m open to suggestions for making it work. Otherwise - if this is a known shortcoming - I’d appreciation a resolution soon.

Your update is killing my productivity. Please fix your recent update all I get is the welcome screen and also fix your Microsoft Outlook app update because it’s not updating emails. Still seeing emails from 4/9 not syncing.
Needs more security. Awesome app, works great and is very useful for using CRM on the go. The one drawback though is the lack of security. There is no auto logout or any sort of security check every time you open the app. For some companies using CRM, this could be a major issue, especially with sensitive customer information. If a security feature was added in, Touch ID for instance, this would be excellent.
Speed update. Wow, the new update really sped up the mobile app!
It’s better with Authenticator. For those of you complaining about having to log in frequently, there is a very simple solution. Download Microsoft authenticator. If you have authenticator, this app will use authenticator to sign you in and you won’t have to enter your password frequently

Needs integration. I use Microsoft outlook for iOS - why can't I jump to an email in Outlook instead of the iOS mail app? Why can't I tie an email to on opportunity through outlook for iOS? We need these tools to utilize the application as a tool.

Parity with tablet app. I am pleased to see Microsoft innovating with their mobile CRM for iPhone app. Now that it has full parity with the tablet app, I have access to dashboards and my business process flows.
Doesn’t load data... unreliable. You see the report on the dashboard and click on it but it wouldn’t load. More than once tried during important meetings to get data and it failed me. I really wanted Microsoft to deliver on this... total failure.
Needs updates!. No longer works on IPhone due to old security. New phones are out and this product needs to stay updated.
Utterly worthless. I wouldn’t use this for free. Let alone the junk crm , made by geeks for geeks not by sales people. Nothing easy to use and with a tiny screen to see thing that are not important , the things you need you gotta click through about 9 pages ..how people get roped into paying for this junk because it has the word Microsoft is the only reason

Would Be Nice If They Could Get The App Label Right. Haven't even had a chance to link this up yet. But noticed that the text name under the app icon is truncated to "Dynamics..." Seriously? What a beta-app joke. It looks like crap. Things like this just detract from overall user experience and there's no reason to let this happen. Why not use an app label that actually fits on the screen like "CRM" or just "Dynamics" instead of whatever else is appended to that and is getting chopped off because it's too long? When a developer can't even get an app label correct, you have to wonder what the actual APP experience is going to be like....
So smooth. Awesome to design once, have the functionality everywhere. But there's one big miss and it's push notifications.
Love it. I use it as a field sales rep.. I use this every single day as a feild sales rep. If your business has the full capabilities of this program it is extremely useful. I never write reviews and I had to for this one. Sure it can be glitchy at times but if you patient and learn what it fully can do and utilize it to it's maximum potential you will be happy with it.
Just bad. When it opens to my dashboard it only uses bottom half of screen. Does not rotate with screen rotation. Can’t use apple touch and drag for cursor (have to smash and hope). Just poorly poorly done
Worst user experience for a mobile CRM product. I have the latest version of the app and log in successfully to my organization but I get error messages every time I try to use the app. The app also drains my phone battery and takes for forever to load (and when it does load, it gives me error messages, so it’s completely useless). No surprise honestly, as Microsoft Dynamics is a sub-par product to begin with and dealing with their technical support team is always a horrendous experience. There’s a reason Salesforce and Sugar CRM are market leaders in CRM & Marketing Automation platforms and Microsoft isn’t...
Fast! Works on iPhone 6. What a joy to have a phone version of the tablet application. Fast and efficient. Love it!
First try..... Ok, so I downloaded the app and logged in....only to find the message “I don’t have any apps yet”. Ok....call me confused. The drop down menu gives no options to take actions. I am at a quick dead end.
Downloading Customizations.... Argh!!! Every third time I load this app (phone) it hangs - when are you going to put out a first class mobile app for dynamics?? You are SO FAR BEHIND Salesforce that my sales teams are going to revolt!! Please Microsoft - driver on the promise here - of making people's lives better! You are killing it with o365 and azure, but CRM???? No way, not even close to passing. Yammer integration is weak at best, o365 integration also super weak. Ever heard of leverage?? Get busy and get focused!!
Dynamics 365 is awful. It’s slow, requires multiple steps to access the most basic of information, and it’s tedious. For example, logging in takes 3 steps, then to access a newly assigned lead/appointment it requires scrolling through multiple screens to get simple information such as the address or phone number of the lead. Mobile core was so much more useful and simple to access and get the information needed to run leads, disposition them, reschedule them and contact them. 365 has glitches, is slow and simply takes more time/steps to accomplish tasks.
Doesn’t work. The app doesn’t even work. Releasing something that doesn’t work is premature. Make the app work, then release it. As it stands, I can sometimes get the app to work after 20 minutes and fifteen launch attempts. I don’t have time for this as a business owner - and accepting the fact that I don’t get CRM integration on my phone is crippling as it is Maybe get new developers and build the app from scratch — one that actually works? Please Allow Negative Stars!. A company as big as Microsoft releasing something as buggy and useless as this surely deserves negative stars. First off MS. Why the hell do I have to sign in multiple times to every app you have. It seems like after a day of not using this or any other of your apps like one drive I have to resign in. My god. It makes it so I don't even want to use it. Need a pic or a file from one drive. Here sign in again even though you have done so 1000 times already. I want to whip out the app. Sign in once when I install it and then not have to worry or at least use finger print. For a company that prides itself on productivity....half my teams time is spent relogging in to your apps. I don't even know what else to say about this one except nuke it and start over. Not what I expected on top of a price increase on the service itself.
App is horrible. This app is not user friendly at all. Hopefully Microsoft will figure out a better platform. I have to keep reinstalling it otherwise all the accounts won’t show. Now I can’t add appointments so I have to reinstall it again.
Terrible. It needs to download every time you open it. A number of features in your crm do not work in the app only the browser. Even if you are accessing features that do work the app is buggy and crashes often. You are better off simply creating a shortcut to the browser address.
So frustrating!!!. I was so excited about this new CRM app, but it's so slow and crashes so frequently that it's incredibly frustrating to use. I find it very difficult to recommend this app to my outside sales users when I myself don't like to use it. We need a mobile solution for CRM so badly, and this app comes so close. Please fix the slowness and load errors asap! You are within reach of creating a first class mobile app, but not there yet.
Microsoft...cmon. This bugs out more than most apps I've ever used. Open the app to get locked on the loading page...third time reinstalling app
Poor. When in "My Activities" > "Appointment" >"Location" the address is not hyperlinked or clickable. It should take you right to the maps so that GPS can be enabled. What a waste! This app is built for a phone, not a desktop computer, fix it! Your product is too expensive to not have this.
I hate this app so much. Absolute garbage. They updated it a couple of days ago and I’m genuinely impressed that they managed to make the app even more useless than it was before. For the love of god, if you have any other option for a scheduling system go with that!!! Do not put yourself in a position to depend on this app, it’s trash.
Can't even get past the tip screen. As a Microsoft partner I was pretty stoked about an attempt to complete with salesforce. That said after downloading the app, I open it to a tip screen and then it does nothing. No movement on the screen moves it from the tip screen. Just disappointed. Salesforce has them by a mile.
Have to use for work, worst part of my day. Every time I open this app I can't believe it's even been released. It's world class terrible. There are no redeeming factors for something as simple as loading text fields on a page.
So much potential. This app has so much potential. Unfortunately it is poorly executed. Need to get some apple developers to go in and simplify the program interface to make it easy to use on the phone form factor.

Did work well... Did!. A recent update, which prompted newer features for our desktop version has caused this app to become dead. Can’t log in, Period. Our Tech team, which have impressive credentials, aren’t able to find Microsoft’s glitch. It’s now a useless tool for our Sales Team.
Great CRM App!. This app is a perfect extension from my office, whenever I'm on the road I'm surprised by what more it can do.
Hulk Smash. I have no choice but to use this app as this is the system the company has chosen. I constantly fight the urge to smash my phone when I use it because features like creating an activity require a ridiculous snipe hunt.
