App hasn’t worked in awhile..... Have used My Scorecard for my official USGA handicap for quite some time now and for a long period time it was a fine app. However, the app hasn’t worked in over a year... ever since halfway through the IOS 13 update the app won’t open whatsoever. I’ve tried contacting customer service of the app and I’ve gotten no reply. Seems like they’ve stopped doing maintenance on the app all together. The website for My Scorecard still works and I can still maintain my USGA handicap there. However, the app is dead and hasn’t been fixed.

Good app limited global courses. The app itself is good but when traveling abroad although it picked up the course now and again it did not have enough information to enable me to load my score. It gave me the opportunity to send an email requesting them to add the course detail but they never replied to any of my email. So overall a good app bud the support can be better and the number of courses available could be improved

Used to be better. It used to be easier to input scores. Now there is no way to correct information on slope, rating, etc when it’s wrong in the app. I used to be able to manually input a score but this app has different info than the scorecard but you’re stuck. Plus, not all tees are listed. But you’re out of luck with this app.

Customer Service is poor. They do a good job and providing a up to date index and important statistics. My problem with this app is their customer service is horrible! They will not return a phone call and rarely respond to any emails. I have tried multiple times to get my earned badges corrected but no resolution at this point.

Used to be a good platform, I’d avoid it now.. I have been using MyScorecard for the best part of 15 years now. I don’t know what happened with this company/app but it seems to really have fallen apart in the last few years. There used to be a watch app that integrated with the iPhone app. It sucked, it always disconnected from your phone and you would have to click a bunch of stuff every time you checked a yardage. I always used MyScorecard and regretfully I paid for a 3 year membership back in 2021. I had just got an Apple Watch and paid for the extra features for the watch app to integrate with my iPhone. Like I said it sucked but I still used it as it was convenient. About 6 months later they just removed the watch app. No communication, no refunds, no notification, nothing. Just gone. Now they have like several day server outages where you can’t even connect to their database and login. Again, no emails or anything, just silence and I guess hope that the server issue is resolved eventually. The website/iPhone app itself isn’t bad but I wouldn’t bother paying a membership these days and definitely don’t except any Apple Watch integration.

Not tailored to women. This app is not user friendly for competitive women golfers. Since I entered that I am a female, the app assumes that I play the red tees and does not provide other tee options that would be available for me to select if I had indicated that I was a male. There also is not an option for me to adjust the rating or slope for the tees I actually played. Having played competitive golf in college, I very rarely play from the women’s tees. I quite frankly find this app very sexist and poorly designed.

Watch App Needs Work. Watch app needs a serious overhaul. Played 18 yesterday using the watch for the first time. The +/- buttons for stroke and putts would randomly not work, the yardage constantly bounces around 10 to 15 yards, when I hit submit it did not link to my phone app so I had to input my round score separately, and between each stroke a message on my watch saying “Important: link between the paired device is not detected piped up forcing me to hit OK before continuing. Hope they can get these bugs fixed.

Wonky tech, not very good. Can you record your scores and automatically calculate a handicap? Yes. That’s great. And that’s where the positives end, and unfortunately I’m out $10 for something I could’ve done for free. The analytics don’t actually work, the app crashes when I try to open scorecards for past rounds, it just isn’t a very good app. And especially not for something that charges this kind of money.

Great app. Great app. Would give 5 stars if could adjust incorrect slope and ratings to what is on actual scorecard from the course. Can do it from the website but was unable to using the app. That being said, most preprogrammed slopes and ratings I have played have been correct based on the tees played.

Phone App Ok, Watch App Trash. Tried to use this at a registered course on Saturday and was super disappointed. When on the fairway could not measure distance to hazards or fairway breaks. Not a very well thought out user journey from how to get backs and forth between score card and GPS. Watch app was absolutely not useful. Every time I tried to login it took forever and then when it did register and I dropped my wrist it would kick me back to the first screen. By the time I could finally use the app it put me on hole 18. Now I can’t even try it again because I apparently used my two free trials on one course on one day, without registering a single stroke.

Functional, but looks old. The app is okay for capturing scores. I got the paid version and the watch app, though the watch app hasn’t worked properly. Both are kinda buggy. The GPS features also work inconsistently. It also looks like it was designed in 2003. Bigger buttons and more efficient user journeys are needed.

Fast and Friendly Support. I was in search of an app to help track my golf game for the season. I was disappointed to find that many of my local courses were not setup in the app. However, after a quick email to customer support, the courses were added (both scorecards and GPS data) in less than 36 hours. I will definitely be transitioning my free trial to the membership.

Doesn’t let you record score for the back 9. If you play just the back 9 and record your score for the back, it will say in the round history that you played the front and lists your scores as if you played the front. Hopefully this bug gets fixed since I pay for a subscription.

I think it calculates handicap, but that’s about it. I got this app primary to get a handicap. It seems to do that okay, but I haven’t gone back and checked the number it’s given me. I noticed a lot of other issues. For example I would enter a score and after I submit it, it is one stroke more than what I entered. I had to delete and re-enter several times to figure out how to trick the system. There are other issues I see such as the badge system doesn’t work. There also isn’t much metrics that is given based on the hole by hole scores I’ve entered. Overall it’s an app that will give you a handicap and that’s about it.

No value. Was with them for a few years and always referred the app and supported them when they needed someone to be certified for a course. Now that you can no longer use them as an official handicap they have stopped all levels of support. Said they could transfers scores to an official handicap but then said they couldn’t and stopped responding. Evidently they have now given up on any support so stay away and don’t waste your money.

Stopped working. App was running well for three weeks but lost some functionality this week. Sent two notes to customer service with no reply. Very disappointing.

Sending in scores. Hope someone at your office reads this. I have tried many times to log on and can’t. Can someone help me? I am using the same passwords etc. that I am supposed to. Please contact me so I can put my scores in. Thank you

Pretty Good. So far I have enjoyed the app. It is easy to use and intuitive. My only complaint is that the course information (distance and par for each hole) is not accurate for my home course. Due to this I can’t track individual shot/hole data and can only enter a round total. I wish there were a way to manually flag a course needing an update or have the ability to edit the basics.

App not ready for clubs. The app should have the capabilities for our group to be visible. I should not have to go to the website to see my group. I also do not like the fact I cannot see my USGA card in the app. UPDATE: app finally updated and I can view all the items above. Changed rating to 4 star

Great! Except…. I have been a longtime user of this app. I love it and it works great. My issue is with the Apple Watch app. This rolled out a few years ago… I paid for it, and used it for a while. It was a mess. Then it disappeared. When I reached out to customer service they said they were working on it to be effective for the latest Apple devices… I haven’t heard anything since. WHERE IS THE UPDATE?!

Update oversized on IPhone 7. I’ve been using this app for about 4 years now. With the latest upgrade to the app the display is oversized. I like to enter my score by stroke using the score card, but now the some of the buttons are not accessible because the screen is oversized. This needs to be fixed . I was happy the was it was before.

My Scorecard: Great service to Golfers. I’ve been a user on My Scorecard for 5 seasons. All courses that I have played nationwide have been available on the My Scorecard directory for Handicap support and GPS distance measurements during the round. The Rounds History is a very nice resource, to bring up as needed to support memories. For the money, My Scorecard is a great bargain.

Great app. Worth every penny. Got it simply for handicap. And loved all of the added features. Only issue so far is when I putting hole by hole scores the 'fairways hit' only shows up for 4-5 holes and then disappears. Would and have recommend to a friend

Easy to use but some glitches. It’s simple to use which I really like because I’m not very tech friendly. The stats don’t appear properly and clearly so I can really track my stats. Also the holes are incorrect at my home course and it has not been adjusted yet. I have emailed multiple times t correct but no response.

Falls short on most functionality, no support help. The app won’t let me enter scores hole by hole, they just disappear after each time I submit so I just do total score instead. The gps functionality is lacking as well since it is only accurate 3/4 of the time. I purchased the watch app membership since it advertises distance from the hole but it’s horrible. It loses connection literally each time I look at the watch and says to be closer to your “device” aka your phone even though I’m holding my phone in my hand right next to my watch. It was using one of the 3 free trials of the watch app even though I purchased the watch membership and in the phone app it still shows the “Purchase watch membership” even though they definitely charged me $9.99 as shown in my bank statement. During one of the free trials after losing connection it went back to the “start round” screen and forced me to use another free trial. I’ve contacted support through email asking for troubleshooting help or a refund 3 times and I’ve yet to receive any response whatsoever. DO NOT PURCHASE THE WATCH MEMBERSHIP and honestly I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the phone app since they apparently don’t answer support questions at all.

Simply The Best. This app does it all. From simply saving rounds of golf as memories to providing very stat that could help your game. Provides an accepted handicap, sets up the clubs that allow it to be accepted, and has the best list of courses I have seen. Wow! Very happy to have found this.

Horrible Support. I would strongly recommend you not use this product to record your handicap if you need an official handicap. The overall product is not accurate and does not keep up with changes with the PGA scorning requirements. I had an issue with my handicap and contacted support 3 times and never received any response. If you are looking for a general estimate of you handicap, this product may work for you. If you need an established Gen handicap, this will not provide an accurate handicap. I am not referring to the IOS app, but the overall product from the Web. If you are looking for an accurate handicap, I would strongly suggest you look at other providers!!!

Great App. This app is awesome! It keeps my handicap accurately and shows great GPS for every course you can think of. It also gives you badges when you achieve something so you can keep track of your progress. Overall a great app and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a USGA certified handicap and an accurate GPS. I love this app and will never stop using it.

Update looks much better, still needs a couple of tweaks. Love the new face-lift provided by the new interface. Thank you for releasing this. A couple of small tweaks would make this a 5 star app. First, it would be great to have a search option in the History section, at the top of the screen. Secondly, in the previous version I used to be able to see round history when I went to enter a score for a course I was playing. This was helpful to have previous rounds in a quick and easy review prior to playing the course again. Lastly, I wish there was a way to mark drops when entering hole by hole scores. Currently there is only the option of entering strokes, putts and Y/N on fairways hit. Counting drops would be useful. Thank you for your consideration!

Date submission problem. When you submit a score on let’s say the 15th, your round will be recorded on the 14th!!! Some may say “No big deal” but with the new handicap system it is a big deal! Our Men’s club checks to make sure you post your scores so you have to wait until the next day to post it so the date records correctly. That’s just not right in today’s digital age!!! All my golfing friends that use this app have the same problem. What’s worse is that I’ve written them three times about this issue and never received a reply. At the end of this February I’m quitting MyScorecard and picking up a subscription to USGA Handicap through a local club. This is inexcusable and the fact that updates to the app only happens once every several years!!!!!!

At the moment I’m not impressed. Purchased recently and not impressed with the app or the gps. Free apps like GolfNow have a much more detailed gps. App won’t sync with watch, all it does is have the spinning thinking circle. Disappointing that you only have a trail period for the watch when you purchase the app, I paid the 2 year subscription, you would think the watch feature would be included but not that is another cost. Lots of features in the app itself don’t work, no drop down menus for the rule book, games etc. Hopefully things improve with updates, not worth my time to go chasing a refund.

Good app but might move on from it. I like the app and it’s simplicity. I just wish it wouldn’t combine my 9 hole rounds to make an 18 hole round. I want to be able to track my scores individually and it will automatically combine my last two 9 hole rounds even if they are from different courses. Then I lose what my 9 hole round score was because it shows a total for the 18.

The new update is horrible. The new update will not allow me to even enter my scores. Please fix this immediately! ***UPDATE*** The updated app will allow me to enter scores. It works perfectly. The problem is the new interface does not make it clear that tapping the “+” sign will bring up a list of courses and then you need to tap the actual course before trying to enter your score. This should be made more clear in the interface.

Won’t work. I’ve tried several times out on the course to get this app to work. I’ve had no luck getting anything out of it but front middle back. It has all of these little icons or badges that you must click on for things like hazards but there are so many unless you zoom in you tap on several of then at the same time. I couldn’t get the scorecard feature to work at all. I deleted it. It’s more hassle then it’s worth in my opinion.

Where is the USGA Handicap card?. Generally works fine. I have one course where the gps just does not work for some reason. Also, I want to be able to pull up handicap card and can’t. How do you get the card to display that is shown in the App Store?

Constantly Crashing and Poor interface with watch. I would give this app 0 stars if the rating system would let me. I purchased because I wanted to track my handicap as a new golfer. The app is constantly crashing almost every time I select ok of its features. Would be a decent app if things actually functioned. The watch app (which has to be purchased separately) is a bit of a rip off. It never stays synced to the phone and shuts off seemingly at random during use. It claims to give you two free trials but it’ll crash twice in a row on one hole forcing you to cough up a few more bucks and still function poorly. I want my money back.

Course info is wrong. Once these guys sell you the app, forget about it. Their supposed “support” team ignores multiple Emails to correct course scorecards. If you happen to be on a course where the scorecard is correct, it works great. If not, do not expect quick correction or even an answer that they’re working on it. I’ll keep it for the year I paid, but then I’m done. Can’t stand people that don’t support their product.

Good as Long as the Course is set up right by the Creators.. Good, but some courses are not set up correctly so you can’t enter a proper score. Example: You may only be able to select The Blue Tees as playing none other show up. I played Albany Country Club outside of Albany, NY today and there is only one choice for the tee called Men’s tee with a slope of 130. We played the green tees with a slope of 121. Hence it gives a false handicap. Others may only show as 9 holes. The app is great if the course was entered right by the creators but I have now played 4 courses that are not set up correctly.

Doesn’t sync w iPhone. The app does not work well. It loses connection within seconds and needs to log on every time you hit the ball. Ultimately, it does not sync well with my phone. Other Iwatch apps work and sync perfectly. Very dissatisfied since I bought app in my phone to ultimately buy the watch. Now that I finally got it, huge disappointment. Hoping it gets fixed very soon! Btw, sent this same complaint to their support team 1 mo ago and so far no response...solid 1-star!!! :(

One thing to make it great. If you were able to make a group out of with all your golfing friends. Be able to see their scores posted. Where they played. Chat. Would make this app much more interactive.

MyScorecard is great. Love this new (to me) app for keeping scores. Simple to enter scores and nice clean “scoreboard” that gives you the overall state of your game. The low annual fee allows you to carry your USGA Handicap Card right on the phone (very convenient).

Love the App, HATE the Watch App and Customer Service. Been a user for many years now and always loved the app. Got the watch app to replace my Garmin but will be switching back. Sync issues, lost scores, no ability to find The Old Course in St Andrews while I’m standing on it, app shuts off on watch between each stroke, it’s ridiculous! Customer service non-existent. Have sent 3 emails to try and get watch app working with no response. Enjoy the app, but put the watch app money towards a real golf watch!

New to golf, not loving the combining. Right now, my wife and I only do 9 holes per outing. We are new to golf and have limited time. I am also new to the app. It appears to be combining every two outings. And it looks weird. It doesn’t seem to keep the course info. It essentially creates two scorecards within the consolidated version, leading to two front courses with scores and two back courses without any scores. I like that it would be helping me calculate a handicap and the app is easy to use. It should be able to calculate the handicap by doing a “behind the scenes” grouping of 18 holes without actual grouping in the UI or in the statistics (best 9 hole score vs best 18 hole score).

My Scorecard Review. My scorecard is a great way to keep track of you scores, fairways, putts, sand saves, and handicap. I wish you could manually enter a new course as some courses are not on their system and thus you can not post scores for those rounds even though you have a scorecard with an USGA course and slope rating on the card. Also when a course has not been updated you can not post a round. Those are my only concerns about what is an otherwise solid system for keeping track of my golf game. Would recommend this system to anyone wanting to improve their game. Sincerely, John Colston

Love it. I love all the stats the app provides. I wish there was a way to correct an error entering a round. Accidentally put wrong tee box and no way to change it. It inflates the handicap calculation.

New version is terrible for iPhone. I’ve used this app for years and was completely satisfied. The latest version doesn’t work well with the iPhone. If you are entering your score on the hole by hole scorecard, you can no longer mark if you you hit the fairway and you can’t see the entire scorecard. The problem is the entry numbers are so large they cover up the box you need to check and the total column is no longer visible. Also, the new version kicks you out of the app and you lose all your current round entries if you temporarily go to another app. This is a huge change from the previous app version.

Good app. Good customer service. I switched from SwingXSwing to this app because you can get a registered USGA handicap and card. It’s not clear how to register for a club and get a card, but customer service was very helpful and relied same day. Great app!

Cuts out at the turn. I bought this app for the functionality and ghin, but it cuts out between 9 & 10 every time. I should’ve learned my lesson, but lost my entire round at Pinehurst because I didn’t keep a backup score. What’s the point of tracking every shot if it wipes the score clean and it doesn’t show in the history. Total waste.

Love the App. Our club has been using this app for about two years. Only a few of us originally had USGA handicaps, and they were costly to maintain. With this app we are able to get a recognized handicap at a very low cost. As a result more of our members have signed up and gotten their handicaps. Four of us use both the USGA site as well as My Scorecard to keep our indexes, and they are identical. You can enter scores hole by hole and the app will make the adjustments required for handicap purposes. Or you can make the adjustments yourself and quickly enter a score by front nine and back nine, or just the total number. We originally got the app for the handicap but the Range Finder turned out to be a real gem. It is as accurate as any on the market and performs as well as the expensive handhelds. You get the distance to the Front, Middle and Back of the green and simply have to determine where the pin is sitting. Support from the My Scorecard team is excellent. If you have an issue or a question, you drop them an email and they respond right away, usually within 24 hours or less. The are great to work with. I highly recommend the app to anyone in need of a handicap or a Range Finder.

Covers Everything But The Basic. Robust golf card App but I should have used the free trial before sinking funds as I am unable to just pull up a basic card & keep score! I often play at a local Par 3 that isn’t covered in their database and, because it’s not in there database, it won’t let me keep score! I like “bells & whistles”, and I don’t expect a small local course to be available, but why not just provide a basic scorecard so I can track my performance over time?!

Unreliable. Just can’t get it to work properly! Initial issues with subscription and now the visuals are stagnant and overall information slow to process! Had high hopes, but hasn’t met my expectation unfortunately

Fix the Home page. Home page hasn’t worked in months. Paid the 3 years 50$ about 6 months ago. Home page is a blank page. Can’t see my actual handicap only have access to rounds I’ve played. Support been telling me they are on it but like I said 6 months in no fixes….

20 scores only. I changed to another app when I realized that it only keeps 20 scores. Joke. I get that only last 20 scores count toward HCP but why erase all other scores. Moving on

GPS functions poorly. Not locating some pretty popular courses around the Greater Toronto Area

Export doesn’t work. Paid my $5 can’t get export to work. Not worth it.

Not accurate. Missing scores from round history. Clubhouse scores not accurate. Very bad app

Impressed With Recent Customer Service. Both myself and members of my group have recently needed to contact customer service. The customer service was timely and very efficient. We love using the app as a group and using all of the handicap and stat checking data. My one wish still remains a straight stat data extract that would provide both the numerator and denominator for stats such as fairways hit. Highly recommend the app to all.

Good app, great tech support!. The app is good but the tech support is great!

Many bugs, not all tee data. I play from blue tees, and for most of the courses this app doesn’t have data for blues, so I have to use whites. Also played 15 holes at twilight, for which it counted my score and (guessed?) the last 3 holes. Every time I try to view the scorecard it shuts down. Hard to get accurate data on this

Needs the old stroke by stroke screen. The old (blue) version of the app had the stroke by stroke screen in portrait mode. It is a great way to easily track your game but in the new (green) version, they opted to focus on the scorecard view. So, to enter the stroke by stroke, I now have to tilt the phone landscape (not easy with 1 hand) and click super small buttons for tee, fairway, rough, etc. VERY inconvenient and not necessary. Just give people the option, either automatically, ie tilt landscape and see existing screen or keep portrait and see individual hole screen (with bigger buttons). You have the code from the old version, please bring it back

Needs major upgrade for Canadian Courses. Has my course, but the hole pars are incorrect, and I can’t correct them. I’ve also put in my score 3 times and still can’t get it to save. I emailed company about issues and 1 week later... still nothing! Definitely NOT worth the $20! Very dissatisfied.

App makes it easy to track your stats and handicap!!. Love this app! Been using this app for 4 years now and I love it. Super easy to use and allows me to see what part of my game needs improvement. Great analytics and reporting tools too. Great value. Totally recommend this app.

Need Updated. The last update for this app was 2 years ago. It needs a major overhaul if its going to compete with some of the newer modern handicap keeping apps. For example, the screen doesn’t properly resize with bezeled phones such as the iPhone XS Max. It does keep scores and handicaps well but it needs spiced up.

Great tool for golf. My Scorecard has been part of my gold addiction for the past 6 years. I have been entering every round and it is extraordinary to be able to see the charts and tendencies. Easy to use and worth the effort. I love it.

Comments. Cannot seem to be able to edit a round if an error was noted after submitting. Much more cumbersome than the previous version. Difficulty is determine average scores etc across rounds I have found out how to do the above. However, I would like to be able to track fairways hit and greens in regulation across all rounds played.

Solid Golf App. Rather than establish a handicap with one app, use GPS in the course with another, then track your score and stays with yet another app, this one does it all.

Great...when it works.. Great app...but many times it has the course hole wrong for the par it is (par 4 is marked 5, 5 and sometimes a 6) Also many courses it won’t have all the tees available to choose/or only have one. Need much improvement.

Rating. Works well , needs more information on more courses, thanks!

Course Slope, Rating and Yardage. I just played another course where the slope, rating and yardage are not accurate on My Scorecard. This affects my calculated handicap which must not be accurate. I think you rely on your customers to tell you about these errors. I’ve done it several times in the past but I’m a little weary of that. Wish you could come up with a better system so my handicap would be closer to true. Ben Collins

Good app but can’t edit after submitting. Need to be able to edit after submitting score.

App worthless. Love desktop version. easy to use. The app is another story. Nothing works. You can’t enter a score from a course that is outside your area or not a favorite. When you search it enters nothing on the bar. app is worthless.

Phenomenal. The app is incredible. Gives you a handicap immediately when you enter enough scores and also provides great statistics. 130% worth the $20 yearly fee. I love it.

Regret purchasing this app. I bought the app yesterday and I am thoroughly disappointed. Cannot enter scores for multiple courses (told to contact app support for several courses??). It also would not allow me to post a score of 42 on a nine hole round ... was advised to post a minimum score of 55. Wish I could get my 1 year subscription am as this app does not work.

Handicap. When playing tees that aren’t in the data base there is no way to add slope and USGA course ratings. Otherwise app is fine,

Do not use this app for manage your handicap. I’ve made my payment to renew my membership weeks ago and after several emails trying to re access my account it was never activated. There is also no number to call to contact the app manufacturer. Bad customer service, poor user experience using the app. Bad user interface. I’m going somewhere else. Mark

Good app but keeps disappearing on my watch. Have used the app for a few years now and it works great. Just got a new Apple Watch 5 and the watch app keeps disappearing from it. I have downloaded it to my watch 3 times in the last month and then it goes away.

Cannot login - no support. Trying to reset my password with the forgot password link doesn’t work. Now my account is just in limbo until I reach some kind of support I guess. For now I can’t access my handicap or anything. Would love some help

Where’s the support?. The app itself is pretty good. Unfortunately, the customer support is basically nonexistent. I’ve been a member for many years but my membership expired in June 2019. I paid to renew for 1 year (from within the app and have records to prove it) but the app continues to tell me my membership is expired. I have reached out to customer support to resolve the issue repeatedly with no response whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Sync Apple Watch to MyScorecard Course GPS. Waiting for months to have myscorecard people solve this problem.

Not Dependable. Today is the 3rd time in a year the app has crashed on me! “ooops something went wrong” is the message. When the app works…it’s worth the $, but not dependable for serious golfers wanting a tool to track information.

Underrated. For $15 a year, I feel like this is a steal. I’ve really enjoyed tracking my stats!

Paid but app doesn’t recognize payment. Paid for a yearly membership and app does not recognize payment. Every time I try to enter a score it state the 30 day trial is over and membership options appear. There is a statement at the bottom of page that’s states “already paid click here” which I have done 4 times. It sends an email to app support with no response. Don’t waste your money!

My scorecard. I left this comment earlier. When searching for a course there is no contrast between the information entered and the background color. Difficult to see the entered letters. Not good! Seems like a basic thing to get wrong. Thanks

App has issues. I’ve used the app for over a week and I wondered why I wasn’t able to find trends. Today I logged into the website to find that none of my scores were saved. It’s a great concept but doesn’t work very well. The website is very nice but the mobile app integration has issues.

What can I say, it’s awesome!. Used another app prior to this app but when I learned about this one, I look forward to tracking my shots and stats. Recommend it to everyone.

Watch app does not function at all.. The watch app resets to the start screen within minutes of setting up a round and loses any progress. Used up both of my trial uses without playing a single hole. I saw a similar review from a year ago and it still has not been fixed.

Post score. Membership is active but can’t post a score home page is just analytics

Disappointed. App will not allow me to enter score. Something has changed.

Very Useful App.. For those of us who are not members of a golf club and unable to obtain a GHIN handicap this app works just as well. In fact if you're into statistics this app provides all the info you'll need to see where your strengths and weaknesses are in the golf game. Very useful app!!!

Unable to renew. Enjoyed using the app for over 3 years but now unable to renew. Credit card charged twice but my account does not reflect this. Customer service has not replied to multiple emails attempts. If customer service is monitoring reviews please respond to my request.

Cumbersome, Not intuitive, unfriendly. After using several different golf apps over the years, this is by far the worst. Cumbersome, not intuitive and not friendly. Everyone can do a lot better with another app! And, if you don’t write a good review, you can’t post it. Your nickname will always be “already used...choose another”.

Worked well before. Don’t know if the latest update caused a problem or new bug has started but I can’t enter new scores. Everyone I complete entry for a new score and click submit/ done it takes me to a start screen that explains I need five scores for a handicap and doesn’t post the new score.

Good App. I like everything about this app except the fact, I can’t share from my round histories. The share button is there but it doesn’t do anything.

Support?. I’m on a trial version. Noticed that the tee boxes and yardage for a course I frequent isn’t up to date. I sent an email to support with no response. Liking the app but Not sure I’ll subscribe if this is the way I’ll be supported.

What happened to GPS. I love this app but my gps doesn’t work since your last update. I don’t know if others are having this problem. If there is, I hope a fix is on its way. Fix that and I’m back to 5 stars.

Crashing. I have been using my scorecard for several years. It has been very helpful in decoding my golf game. The latest release 3.1 keeps crashing. When I’m done with and try to submit the round I get sent to the scorecard and can’t get out. The app then restarts and my round has not been saved. I’m upset that I just renewed my subscription and can’t get the app to work.

Use the finger print function as some apps do would enhance the app!. Just easier.

Date played. It would be better if you could enter the date of the round.

A fantastic App. I love this App. It allows me to track my golf handicap and review my progress month to month. It’s easy to use and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a legit golf handicap!!

Great app for those who play different courses. I’ve been a member several years. The best money spent so I can measure myself. Easy to operate.

Great app. Cheap membership and love the GPS part about it as well. They respond fast to your emails if you have any questions. All my friends use this app.

Stupid app. I just played wicomico shores in Maryland, come home to put the score in and it says no course found, so I typed in Swan point and it won’t locate that course either. Now I hit map and it says no courses near me when there are 2 of them 20 mikes away. The map won’t even let me expand out to locate the course I played

Helpful Support. I had trouble getting into the site. When I contacted support, Murray Johnson promptly responded and helped me overcome the difficulties. If I could only sink a three foot putt, all would be well.

Easy index tracking. Easy to use with every course I play to establish my handicap.

Can’t even create an account. Not sure what the deal is with this app but every time I try to create an account it doesn’t work. I go through all the steps and then I just get the spin wheel loading and loading and nothing happens. I wish I could attach the image of the screenshot I took. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

Potential wrought with crashes. This app has so much potential but it often has bugs. But the real problem is, customer support. It is In Absentia! No less than 4 emails, no reply. Watch app totally inop, no reply. Rangerfinder GPS intermittently working, no reply. Courses non existent, not working, not connecting.... you get the picture. So now I have an expensive handicap machine... yay :-| Hint, check reviews in YOUR area to see if it works!

Not every course. It looks like it’d be a great app but my local course is not available so you can’t even use it. There should be an option to keep score even if the course isn’t in the catalog

Great app easy to use!. I have tried other apps in the past. This one is user friendly and I probably only use 1/3 of what it can do.

Love this app. I’ve been using this app for over two years and I love it. Yardage is accurate, handicap tracking is very nice, round summary is great

Sus app. Does not show up in my Apple subscription, so what, do I get the “convenience” of auto renew next year without my consent? The “Manage Subscription” in the app does nothing but show you more options to extend your subscription. Also, no different feature set from paid vs. not paid. Then why did I pay for this? Another fun fact; website login does not recognize your user name & password you use with app. This all adds up to just another money grabbing, shady practice app hiding behind Apples impersonal app store.

No knowledge. The knowledge center section does not work or allow access to any information. Disappointed as I purchased a three year subscription for my wife who is a novice to the game and wanted her to get some good info from this application, but I guess that would be a lip-out for us.
