Buggy. I cannot add pictures to messages, please fix

REAL people. I love that whenever you need support, you’re connect to a REAL person and do not have to jump a series of loops or automated robots to get support. They really do care about customer service and it shows!

4.2 versions. When many of our teachers update kinvo app 4.2 it will no longer load full messages. We still don’t have a solution to this and are missing important message from our students families.

Attendance made easy. Attendance data is in the palm of my hand now. It’s so easy to see which students are absent and late. I can also quickly message parents — so that’s been awesome!

The login is to complicated. The login is way to complicated and it took me so long to figure this pit

This dumb app. My teacher marked me absent when I was sitting right infront of her using this app.

Great Tool. Personally I really love KiNVO! It is super easy to contact parents and take attendance. It is a real tile saver. I will say that since I updated my phone to the new IOS I can. I longer open the app. It crashes everytime that I try and open the app. Before this I really like using this app.

Inbox messages not loading. The app shows that I have new messages but I am unable to actually open and read the message.

Counterproductive!. It keeps crashing. I can’t even open it to take attendance!

Best app for family engagement!. KiNVO has been a game changer! It allows me to reach families instantly via direct text message. They don’t have to log into any app. The two way communications and translations are amazing. So glad my district got this for us!

No more updates?. How come this app hasn’t been updated in two years?! For years I have never gotten notifications for messages from parents and that’s 80% of why I use this app through my school.

Life changing. Can’t say enough great things about how Kinvolved is able to help parents.

Auto shut down. Every time I try to open the app, it auto-shuts down. I never get to see a home screen or even a log in screen. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling and also restarting my phone, but now I have to take attendance on my laptop, even though I use it for class presentations every day. Last school year I had zero issues and now I can’t even log in. Frustrating.

Latest Update is Not Working. The most recent update, which went into place at the end of August, has created a problem with the inbox and messaging feature. The inbox will show a new message but the message will not load when opened. It spins and says loading message but does not load. This glitch has made the app useless for the purpose of communicating with families. Please find a fix and update with a new version.

Randomly stops push notifications. I love how it just randomly will no longer do pus notifications. You can uninstall, mess with the settings, and nope. Done. No more notifications.

Doesn’t ever work right!. Regardless of my settings, the badge icon never appears. New this year, now NO notifications in this app work! No badges, banners, Lock Screen, absolutely nothing! This is a big issue when trying to respond to parents in a timely manner.

Amazing software!. Being able to communicate with families without using my personal phone is incredible. Kinvo is quick, reliable, and produces so much real-time data! Really great experience all around.

Fix the notifications!. I love using Kinvo, but you need to fix the notification issues. You say you fixed it in the last update and we've contacted customer service, but it still DOESN'T send notifications. It's very frustrating.

Incomparable!. Attendance, communication, translations parent engagement... no matter what you need, KiNVO has it! I cannot imagine life without it!

iPad app is lacking landscape mode. Currently, the app only works in portrait mode. It is not very useful as an iPad app if we are using a Bluetooth keyboard to type messages.

Review. So glad I don’t need to send parents or students texts from my personal phone number anymore! Communicating with families is so easy and my parents always know how to reach me and ask questions

Amazing tool. Great and easy way to communicate with teachers. The ability to have a conversation allows for better communication and made getting important information so much easier. Its so simple and easy to use. Highly recommend it.

Doesn’t work anymore. The app was a great tool for educators to communicate with parents, however it does not work anymore per the latest update.

Terrible. Isn't the whole point of your little start up to make teacher's lives easier? No way to figure out what day it is on app. Constantly logging out when I have to take attendance every period. Peak capitalist parasites thinking they can make education more efficient or some crap like that.
