Crashes frequently. Nice translator, but crashes frequently when using voice recognition

Excellent!!. This is an amazing app for translating Japanese to English. I stay with in-laws in Japan and when I need to say something beyond my Japanese language abilities, I type in anything I want to say and it translates beautifully. Its true that is the written translation includes kanji and may not be easy for beginners to read, but playing back the audio for any Japanese speaker works great!! And the ability to use off-line is fantastic. Super helpful for my home life with in-laws and travels around Japan!!!

It’s very helpful!. I hadn’t had any problems with it. I recommend you use it if you need translating done.

Useful dictionary. I found it easy to use and useful. It translates well in both languages equally. I like the example sentences as well.

So far so Good. I’ve been using this app over other translation apps. Super good translations and easy to follow. I like the look up features.

Amazing!. apart from the ads it’s very efficient and accurate! it’s really a great app and i’ll tell others about it too! i can’t believe it’s free but i’m glad because i could not buy it if it cost money and others would not too! that’s why free apps are amazing!!!!!!!!

Love it. I’m learning to speak Japanese because of this app I love it❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

One of the coolest apps. Great app, thanks for developing it. I need to get better at kanji though. Fun app! Keep up the good work!

Helpful and easy. Downloaded the app while driving in a Tokyo cab.... was easy and immediately helpful to communicate with the driver... highly recommend this app

Excelllent. I love this one. Translation is very good. Easy to fallow

いい. いい

Reply. I really disappointed, because its not same as before that’s how to translate..Why is it so strange that neither English nor Japanese translations are accurate? The translation of each word is disjointed, that is, the sentences are not connected. Old one was transrating exactly correct and perfect .

Oh hey. I’m Jeff

This app rocks. This translator app works really well when trying to communicate with friends and family in Japan..

It stopped working. For whatever reason it doesn’t translate the pasted text anymore.

Use Roman lettering. When translating from English to a language that does not use the standard alphabet letterings, don’t just translate to that non standard alphabet lettering. For example: I want to translate a word like “diabetes” from English to Japanese. I input the word “diabetes” and up comes the Japanese kanji for diabetes, which I cannot read and pronounce if I cannot read it! Include the Japanese word for “diabetes” written in the lettering that the person using the app. For example: I am imputing the word “diabetes” in English. Then add a phonetically correct Japanese translation of the word “diabetes” in standard alphabet lettering, along with what is already included. “Tonobyo” along with the kanji character. If this option is already available, then where is it? Make it available or apparent so that I don’t write reviews like this one.

Wow. Really good

A little difficult to learn. Would be better if automatically translated aloud. This app makes you press the speaker to hear otherwise seems pretty good. One unpleasant thing though is that to use some of the features you have to buy more apps?

Battery drainer. wish something can do done about the processing

Very helpful. I use this app all the time. Especially when I want to know if I sound dumb. I’ll talk in Japanese with the voice feature and it’ll tell me what I’m saying. I love this app. I recommend it to anyone learning the beautiful language of Japanese.

シ. i like it, i just wish it showed u how to pronounce it

Don’t add romaji. The app is good how it is

Awesome!. Japanese to English works! My family from Japan came over and this is a life saver. Some person wrote that diabetes didn’t translate but that probably diabetics don’t exist in Japan. Lol!

Worked before now Crashing like crazy for some reason.. Constant crashes when using voice. Both Korean and Japanese versions

App is great. App is great. In Tokyo now and this helped a lot.

Eh. Could be better if you add,. Maybe it can be more fun by adding lessons instead of a dictionary and adding on what it means like, Hi. How was your day? And only in Japanese. Is it in Japanese or Chinese or both? I can’t really tell by ALL the definitions and stuff. Maybe add lessons and writing lessons for people who love it. Im just su gusting.

Awesome app. I use it with my art.. It's great.

!!. I just can say, its great!!!!

Awesome!. Best! Awesome!

Not that good. I used this app once to find out a phrase my friend told me, and maybe 6 words in the entire 20-30 phrase were the same. And they didn’t mean the Same thing at all

Please add romaji! :3. It’s a good app but can please add romaji underneath the characters, please? :) so that way the person can actually follow along with what is being said when it is speaking in Japanese.

Slow. The application freezes often

Very helpful. I've downloaded this app a while ago bc using Google translate was becoming very time consuming. So i got this app and let me tell you, it's amazing. It offers offline translations and will translate everything you give it. Ten outta ten.

Nope. If your trying to learn a language then hear you go, but if you just want something more accurate than google translate keep looking. I just want to find out how to say the words “silent princess” or “quiet princess” or even just the word “silent” (in Japanese) but no. It’s full on sentences! I don’t trust google translate, it’s stupid and not accurate, but at least with google you can get at least an idea of what your looking for. This seems more accurate but I’m not looking to write an article. Besides it’s to complicated to use anyways.

Well.... I’ve used this for awhile now and most of the translations are correct. As long as you can get past the pop up ad after just about every click then it’s pretty good.

Sometimes iffy.. Translation sometimes comes up wrong in both directions.

Romaji. A helpful app but I would like romaji for pronunciation from English to Japanese.

best translation, BUT!!. best app for translating E to J but 3 Stars for too much ads

Open every time “double casino”. Every time that I use this app open the “double casino” asking download, it’s not good...

The best app. There's nothing wrong with the app. I bought the bundle for $9.99 from Mr Xung Le. It's perfect with any word or sentence your looking for. NO adds and stuff.

Needs romanization. Nice but pretty useless for English speakers who want to know how to actually say the phrases in Japanese but can’t read characters. Ended up not being very helpful during my trip.

Great! Very helpful. The translation is fairly accurate all things considered. The only problem is the playback of the reading voice is extremely low. I have to turn it up quite a bit.... Then an ad will randomly pop on and blast through the speakers and scare me. Fix the playback volume and it's five stars from me.

Not accurate. This app is not accurate and you can test it yourself. Type in a phrase in English, then copy and paste the Japanese phrase, IT IS NOT THE SAME

Japanese english translate app.. Very usefull app thank you

Too many ads. The app is great for translations but there are too many ads. And they’re always the same ad and in the worst timing. There would be like the same ad you got 4 times in a row every 2 translations and it happens during the translation so you have to re listen to it the. You can translate again then when you do another one the same thing happens.

Love it. I wanna date a Japanese woman someday, and I want to learn her native tongue. This app is a great app that can help you pronounce words in Japanese

Awesome!. I did not expect a japanese app to perfectly translate my english to japanese! It is also helpful, for example you can copy down the japanese chatacters on a piece of paper and learn with the app! You can also impress everyone knowing japanese! I use this app all the time to “refresh” my japanese knowledge. It also works as a pocket translator (if your using a phone or small device). Overall if you want a cool japanese translator this one is right for the job.

Chen8923. Excellent

This app. I really like this app because it’s a good way for me to type in Japanese and get what I wanted to say when it translate in English. It’s super helpful and quick. It reads the kanji and if clicked it will be in hiragana and that’s so helpful

Excellent Japanese Translator. This app saved my business meeting.

Great. The best Japanese dictionary app I ever tried!!!😃😃😃😄🙂

So far so good.. So far so good. Ask me again when I return from Japan.

Can’t even try it without ads interrupting. Let me say something to developers out there, if you provide a free trial to people so they can see what the app is like with its full capacity before they purchase it then my advice to you is not to bombard them with ads during the trial so they never get a chance to actually see how good the app is. I have only just started trying this Japanese translator and I have given up after five minutes because I could get no sense at all about how it works and whether it’s going to be useful for me. Now I’m going to move on and try and find something else. I was fully prepared to pay, but I’m not going to pay for something if I don’t know if it’s suitable. Believe me I have paid for lots of apps, I’m not one of these people who think I should be able to get everything for free, because I know the amount of work that goes into these things. Have my money, but make sure the app is what I want. Unfortunately this one didn’t pass the test.

Fantastic app!!. Saved me many times with my home stay student from japan! Thank you

Best Japanese dictionary app so far!. Great app for traveling and new learner knows the basic of Japanese.

Barra. Worked really well with Japanese exchange student . Single words or sentences . They understood everything so must be very accurate

Recommended. Handy app, especially for translating long sentences! Love that it can be used offline. So far, it has been very accurate. It is also very useful how it gives many additional similar phrases below your translation. Makes it a very dynamic and recommended learning tool!

Disappointing. Very disappointed that there is no romanji translation. I can’t read Japanese so romanji is a necessity for me and, I imagine, very many non- Japanese speakers/readers. It’s clearly a great app and I would love to use it... but without romanji it is useless to me.

Good app for multiple choices of translations. It a good apps. Multiple translations is available for user to choose from that suit the context of the same sentence asked to translate. Good tool for Japanese or English speaking people traveling between Japan and other English speaking nations. Cheers

Really persistent requests for review. Knowing only English, I have no idea how accurate the translations are, but I seem to eventually have a two way conversation. App has the whole screen, but only utilises a fraction of it for the dialogue box. Hard to see if I am typing correctly. None of that compares to the annoying requests for review, that makes the conversation very disjointed. Small dialogue box is hard enough without losing your place due to the review request superseding the screen. All in all, it’s day five and I’m still communicating so the translations part must be good

Good but…. It’s I a good translator with examples which are useful however, the ads come so often when you tap the “speak” icon, so that’s kinda annoying

App ads. Lots of ads, Upgraded to premium to see if the one-time payment of $13 is worth it

😀. I like this app but there is so many ads (sorry for my bad English).

Suuuper. Best app for learning Japanese. I like how it gives you example sentences. 皆さんの日本語を勉強している人にこのappをおすすめます。

Very nice. Office translation very useful.

Excell. Dictionary is excellent, I love it so much, thanks.

Teacher student best companion. I like this teach me all app. It's genuinely arranged which makes it unique. Kindly incorporate the "Romaji" characters as well. I really appreciate the design. My heartfelt greetings to the team and more success in all your works. Thanks

👍🏽💗. I really like your apps it can learns Japanese words of Korean words from it I'd highly recommend this app

My favorite Japanese translation app.. This app not only translates, but it also gives you a list of example sentences which helps you get a grasp on how certain words are used.

Love this app. I really enjoy using this app, it has a lot of phrases and translations. You all should add more specific translations that are more modern (:

Excellent!. It has more useful definitions than other dictionaries. This is a Hight standard dictionary for interpreters and translators. I wish the typed letters should be larger.

Great offline tool. I like that I can use it without having internet connection. If it had more words, phrases and sample sentences, I would give it 5 stars.
