Need ability to see worklist. Last time I had the app you could see the worklist. Now it’s not very user friendly as far as seeing your leads. Need a button to display the entire worklist just like the desktop version.

Horrrriiiiiiblleeeeeeee stay awayyyyyyyh. I was wondering wy I was not receiving any phone calls wy has it took soo long ??? When ever I had put an application I would receive phone calls almost immediately?? Well just know there are 2 apps you have to downloaded 1 is this one trash and the other is tenstreet 1 app cannot coexist with out the other and after calling getting the run around I finally got a tech to change the application apparently there were several app I had put in that all show up at the same time okay yeah right crapy app crapy ppl doing a crappy job

Needs Work. You can only see apps that have came in the 24 hours. Can’t see your work list, with all the apps your working on.

Face ID. I have an iPhone 14 Plus and my Face ID does not open my Tenstreet app. It will seem like it works, opens to the homepage for a second then kicks me out and I have to manually sign in. At that point I’m able to stay logged in for that session. Can we please get this fixed?

I’d have to agree with the others. The inability to pull up a work list just kills the whole thing. Good interface, easy to use on the go...but if you can’t remember someone’s exact info, you’ll never be able to see their app. Work list needed badly

Something yes, most things no. To upload documents its so amazingly easy, but that’s about it. The app is not responding AT ALL to simple requests!! At this point. It’s more of a hassle with always finding something new that doesn’t work, than a convenience.

Missing Functionality. A key function piece that is missing is the ability to manage the Round Robin function from this app.

Not User Friendly. This app doesn't seem to run at all like the online interface. There is no work list option which for me is where I do at least 80% of my work from. Also I don't see how it would send you push notifications since when you leave the app it automatically logs you out. This app is a great idea and I have been waiting for you all to create something like this but it is easier to go to the browser in my phone and login to the actual website then to use this app.

Never works. Simply has never worked. Ive never even seen the dashboard because it loads forever. Deleted and redownloaded many time

Not enough options. This app is useless right now. The only option is to look at alerts and search one person. Better off going online, it is mobile friendly enough. This app needs to integrate the worklist, reminders, full search options, etc to really be useful.

Not letting you change your password. We have been trying for almost a week now.. we received a message saying that we must change our password.. and every time we attempt it just doesn’t go through.. and because of it we don’t have access to the portal now.. please fix it

Login issues. Asks me to log in every time I open the app.
