AMAZING!!!. I’ve been looking for an app to give me a cool fact here and there. I love this app because the facts that I receive, I find very interesting. Plus, they’re not really stuffy; they’re cool and interesting! I also love that I can use the widget feature on my lock screen and be able to get, the facts, quick and easy right there on my lock screen! I highly recommend this app if you’re looking for some fun, interesting facts!

Would recommend downloading! + Please add this fact!. Yes, you heard me, download this app, it’s a great source to spread knowledge and many interesting facts that activate your brain like a light switch! You can scroll and read all you want, and get smarter everyday! You can even change the background, into the suitable type you want with the wallpapers or from your photos! This app is pleasing, but if this fact is not in the app yet, here is the fact: “Did you know that if you leave your charger plugged to your outlet, while it isn’t charging anything, electricity could still leak from the plugged charger, and that electricity energy would go to waste as heat.” (Source: Google)

An Amazing App!!. This app is amazing for people who love to learn new things and is great for expanding memory and knowledge. I downloaded this app to learn new things everyday to become smarter and it has not let me down! Not only can you choose what topics of facts you want to see but all of the facts are very interesting and just fun to know. I can now share cool and interesting facts with my friends and family. The app also offers the ability to customize the wallpaper. It also allows you to change the icon on your Home Screen to your preference. I definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to learn new things or become smarter!!

It’s Ok... I mean, I haven’t had this app that long. These facts are very interesting, and I come to find they are true. A couple things, I find it weird that other people have had this app for a while and they say something like, “this app has a wonderful mechanism that makes it to where you don’t see the same fact twice!” But, for me, I’m now seeing the same fact multiple, and multiple times, and I don’t remember the last time I got a new fact.. *remember: I’ve only had this app for 3 weeks now, and don’t use it that often :( * I had their motivation app, which might I add, is VERY, VERY good! It doesn’t show the same quote twice and is very inspirational. Then I saw they had this app, it tried it, and it was amazing at first, but that leads me to, right now, my situation. Maybe you could fix this? Or add something to this app? Thanks! Btw, love what apps you make! Thank you :D

Very cool app, but please fix these issues. Great app, i love all of the facts and i’ve paid the 20 dollar year subscription. However i keep getting the same fact over and over no matter how many times I update the app. The widgets on my phone also display the same fact over and over daily, and no matter how many times i create a personalized folder of facts it always defaults to “General facts” once i exit out of the app. Other than those issues i think it’s great and it has a great layout of information.

Are they always facts?. The whole purpose of this app is to share facts, not fiction, not speculation, not distortion, etc. On more than one occasion, the article that supposedly provides factual data does not contain the fact that they are purporting. This negates the intent, and reason for the app. I would like to be able to not have to always question what they are. Originally they had a button if there was a problem with the fact so that you could submit the problem, but that button seems to no longer exist which either indicates they were receiving too many errors or they no longer want to deal with them.

Fun trivia. I really enjoy getting these facts, they’re fun and unusual, and great conversation starters. I thought I knew a lot of trivial information, but I haven’t gotten one fact that I already knew. Look, there’s nothing incredibly helpful or intelligent, but it’s fun and passes the time. I’m not really into games, especially those on phones, so this is a good when in a waiting room, on lines at the bank, etc. I’m glad I found it & would recommend to others that aren’t a big fan of playing games on a tiny screen.

Slightly confused. Love the app, but had a question, there is an option to submit your own facts, but it says they will only be seen by you. Just curious what it’s for? Are they just for me, or are they submitted to be added to the facts that the app uses? Of course they’ll want to review them before hand to make sure it can be verified, but I’m not sure why I would input a fact I already know if the app is just going to periodically remind me, I didn’t see it in the faq’s

Amazing app but.... You need a better way to “report” facts, or easier if I missed a report button. I found a fact about space (I study astronomy) that said you can fit every planet in the MILKY WAY between the Earth and the Moon. I think you guys meant solar system, even the article linked says solar system and I know for a fact it is. On top of that, there’s a fact that says 9 percent of the people that ever lived are alive today and after 30 minutes of scrolling I found the same fact worded differently saying 7 percent.

Entertaining but repetitive. It’s a fun app for when your bored and there aren’t that many complaints when it comes to this app. Although, after a while it just started to repeat the facts A LOT with the occasional new one around probably every three facts. Some of the facts also weren’t true according to Internet searches I would do occasionally when I wanted to learn more about a certain fact. I recommend this app for people who are looking for an easy boredom buster.

Sometimes great! But also broken. Many of the links to sources have a 404 not found landing page so it cannot be verified. Other times the page will link to an article literally debunking the fact that is posted in the app which is more than embarrassing for a trivia app - that’s worse than not reading the article you didn’t even read the full title! Other than that there are some real gems but if a source of information is this consistently unverifiable or flat out wrong it cannot be trusted sadly. There is a “report” option I’ve used on 404s and blatantly false “facts” but I never know if that’s the correct procedure or if anything is done about it. This app requires a lot of work yet before it’s ready to be used by anyone.

Great app!. I really enjoyed looking at all the random facts in this app. It has a great variety of topics. I also like the fact that you can switch the theme. People are complaining about the subscription, because there area lot of things you need it for. I haven’t purchased the subscription, and I think the app is pretty great without it. I mean, watching one video to get a theme is just fine for me! Once again, this is a good app that keeps me entertained when I am bored!

Great app, no problems so far!. The widget is great and facts are nice. The only thing premium really unlocks is more topics and even without that it’s fine for most people. All themes are unlocked freely for one minute after watching an ad, which is a great system more apps should use. I want to thank the app devs for not making this a total money milking app like others, it’s rare to see stuff so consumer friendly. This is one of those once a year cases where an app is so good that I actually want to review it.

Love the app but…. My only complaint is that the app has so many facts if you swipe through but I feel like the widget shows the exact same facts over and over again until I have to say I dislike the fact. I think it’s annoying. It makes me want to solely click on the app to dislike a fact, rather than go read the article the fact came from. Fixing this would definietly improve my experience

Repetitive, ugh!. I don’t know what has happened in the last 6-8 months but now there are only a couple dozen “facts” that get rotated through and that is quite annoying. I’m considering deleting the ap because it’s no longer interesting. Update: 5/3/23 Same complaint: for a good long while, the facts were new but you’ve gone back to the same old boring “facts”. Some of your so-called facts are actually false. For the life of me I don’t know why anybody would pay $20 a year for this crappy app. Buh bye!

Seriously???. Don’t listen to the complainers! People spend the money on all kinds of needless stuff! But, when it comes to the Super Apps- all of a sudden, they want them for NOTHING, or less than that! A PHENOMENAL APP! Buy it once, and have the encyclopedia of fun, laughs, and helpful tips in your pocket FOR LIFE! Widget stopped working. I loved this app and used the widget option for the past year. About two weeks ago it suddenly got rid of the theme I had been using and only stated “tap here to refresh the widget”, and nothing I try will get it to go back to normal. I’ve tapped it, restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but nothing works. I’m sad that this feature has stopped working for me, because it was a great addition to my home screen. Maybe it’s because I don’t pay for the app? I’m not sure what’s up with it, but it’s a nice app when it works properly.

Good!. I enjoy this app not all of it is true so I have to fact check it and can be inappropriate but very fun also just a suggestion I think it would be interesting if you could like comment on the facts idk sometimes it would just be interesting to hear others opinions but that could be to much like social media so yeah

Needs the ability to flag facts as false. This app really needs the users to have the ability to flag facts that are false or incomplete. An example is the fact I just came across “The cartilage of sharks is in use for the cure of cancer. But the FDA has not approved cartilage as a treatment of cancer.” Which is an example of a the phrasing being badly skewed. First of all cancer is not a singular disease, different types of cancer require different treatments, and until we’re able to get cells to stop randomly mutating, there will be no cure for cancer. Secondly, the article that is linked to the fact explains that bovine and shark cartilage have shown little to no impact on breast or prostate cancer, and are only advised to be used for research purpose, which is why the FDA has not approved it, because the research does support its use as an actual cancer treatment. But the phrasing of the “fact” would appeal to someone who does not trust science and would be less likely to select the attached article, because the presented “fact” backs up their world view.

Not factual, lol. I love trivia and Jeopardy and all that jazz. I’m also a psych researcher and provider, so I enjoy reading the research papers (metaanalyses=often the most helpful) ABOUT my fun facts. Duuuude. I can’t even write in APA format here because this is ridiculous so just trust me when I say so much of this is conjecture. The most recent one that caused me to delete was perhaps the least egregious, but also the most overtly incorrect to me: finish your showers cold, so it closes your pores. It is a common misconception that pores can expand and contract, but dermatologists time and time again have demonstrated that pores do not expand and contract with heat and willpower—they’re not muscles. Hot water can make the skin appear looser (think of pruning, a more extreme version), but that’s about it as far as the myth and its possible origins. NOT the only falsehood. Ugh.

So cool. I got this game for my Apple Watch and then for my phone. I use it every day all the time. It’s so awesome and it just keeps getting better! Every time I see something very interesting I look it up and learn more about it. This app in increasing my knowledge and helping me learn more facts that can make me seem smart. I consider myself a pretty curious person and this app most definitely feeds that curiosity!

Wont open. I really love the two apps that I have downloaded from you but neither one of them now for some reason will not open. I click on the app to open it and it just goes right back to my home screen. This issue just started about four days ago. Can you come up with an update to correct this please?

Trust but verify.... This app is entertaining but before I share most of the ‘facts’ I have to take the time to verify them. Many contradict each other. For instance, which is factual: an ostrich doesn’t stick it’s head in the sand or it sticks it’s head in the sand to look for water? New facts never seem to be added and the developers need to find a better translator for some of them. After using it for a total of about an hour over the course of 10 days, it got too repetitive and boring. I’m going to deactivate it. Too bad because I had high hopes. It’s just as easy to Google ‘fun facts’ or ‘best trivia.’ Last observation: no one should be asked to pay for this stuff unless it’s a one time $0.99.

Pretty great, but a few minor issues. PLEASE READ!. Honestly, this is a great app! It is super interesting, and really engaging! I’ve had it for a few weeks now, I really like it! Although, I have a few problems with it. First of all, some of the facts aren’t even true. This is a really big issue for me, because I don’t like being lied to. Also, for the human body category, the cover image is slightly inappropriate. I’m also a little frustrated with the fact I can’t access over half the app because of the subscription stuff. I don’t really want to pay for an app. Maybe, like, allow a few more categories for unsubscribed viewers. Although, I can understand why they charge you for it, so this isn’t really a BIG problem. Lastly, some of the facts are kinda inappropriate. Like, one of them was about, uh, someone’s privates. Those facts really make me uncomfortable. But, all things considered, it really is a great app! Thank you soooo much!

✨👍. After I read some reviews this app seemed really good, I do agree about some things being inappropriate, but when I really am in ‘the mood’ I open up my daily random fact. I wouldn’t recommend if you kid feels uncomfortable with ‘stuff’ or if they’re under 9 or 10. I love this app and would recommend it to anyone out the my standards. Hopefully you all understood why I gave you a four star. Maybe not ‘so much’. Thank you for making this app!

Enjoy but it needs more. I enjoy reading these but they do need more. One fact was "apples do well at waking you up in the morning" okay tell me a general idea of why/how? Because that phrase alone I'm not so sure I totally understand. They do well at that when you eat them at night? Eat them for breakfast??? Several facts were like this, just needing more. One fact showed the longest word in English, yet didn't say what that word meant. It basically said "the longest word is this: ....." like okay what is that word? I feel as though some of them just need a little extra. Great other than that though, enjoying reading the diverse facts

Interesting. My friend just started texting me one day (when I mean texting he spammed me) anyway I found most of the facts very interesting me and my dad let’s be honest love random facts and as Mom would put it useless 😜 anyway I hope to see more and thank you for these they make my day recommend this app for all just downloaded it 😃😃😃

So much fun. This app is great. It has so many true facts it is awesome. The one rule I have for you is to turn on notifications so you look at them everyday. It make life more enjoyable when you can tell your friends cool new facts that they don’t know. There are no ads and only bad part is the part where you need to pay extra money to save your favorite and I don’t want to have a million screenshots but in all and all this is a good app with very little space so you won’t even know its there unless you get a notification.

Nice but Not completely factual. I like having a daily app that teaches you something new everyday but some of these facts are not completely accurate. For example: “Consuming a polar bear’s liver, will cause death of a vitamin A overdose.” While it’s true that a polar bears liver contains high amounts of vitamin A, this is only true if 1. it’s a well fed polar bear, AND 2. It does not automatically mean you will die. But it is toxic to humans. I think this app needs to change the wording. It should’ve said something like “ Consimjng a polar bears liver, COULD cause death of a vitamin A overdose.” I hope that they will seriously make an effort to correct this as it’s not okay to pay for an app that you can’t completely rely on.

“Facts”?. I’ve had this app for a few days now and I typically check to see if some of the things are actually factual. I’ve come across a fact that has never been verified. By anyone. And I did some digging for quite a while trying to verify if said fact was true. It makes me question if there are other non-verified “facts” they’ve added. Please make sure the facts are accurate before approving them for this app.

BEST APP EVER!. I love this app for billions of reasons - and the fact that I scare people with facts like a pig was executed for the murder of a child in the 1300s! I love that I can get smarter by this app and everything seems so educational. Problems are : should have more facts (I keep getting the same ones sometimes) , and should not have to buy - not really a problem though because everything’s not free! I love this app and hope you will too!

Love this!. I could keep scrolling up for a new cool fact for days! Lol! It would be cool to click on themes, & along with being able to pick one theme or random option, also have categories of themes to pick from/which would then be random within the chosen theme category. For example-a category “scenic places”, “animals”, “nature”, but that’s just an idea! Thanks fun new daily app to learn something new.☺️

Bug or Glitch. I had been using this app for a while then I noticed I stopped getting notifications so I tried to open the app and it crashed immediately. I then had no control over my phone other than touching (swiping wouldn’t work) so I had to restart my phone. I tried to open the app again and the same thing happened. I tried removing the app and reinstalling and the frozen screen problem went away but the app still would not open. Shame because this was a cool one. I found a very similar one for now but hopefully you guys can figure out what’s wrong

Quite good! (Except for a few small details). I like random facts! It’s just what I do and sometimes people call me a nerd and I like being a nerd! This is a fun app that keeps me from getting bored. Just a few small details I want to mention. It has been debunked that scorpions will not sting themselves to death if liquor is poured on them. They will just become extremely aggressive. Also, progeria causes people to age faster than they can grow. I think that was just an error. Otherwise, this app is great! Thanks for it!

Great, if the facts were true…. I really, really, really want to love this app. I love the UI; it’s a beautiful widget, the app itself has a great interface, and I love that each fact has a linked article with which you can learn more. The facts are typically comical, or interesting, intriguing. However, I really can’t be supportive of a “Facts” app that is, in fact, not factual. Some are true, sure - but some facts are only semi-true, some are misleading, and one recent fact literally contradicted the article linked to it. The facts all really sound cool, and it’s such a great little app - but if you want to use it, be ready to double-check what you learn!

Repeat facts is annoying BUT. Great app. I really love the facts, and everything I’ve seen has checked out. The only complaint I have is receiving the same fact multiple times a week. I really enjoy the app. It’s fun to read them to friends and now they ask for the facts of the day regularly. Lol. I love learning new things and also having something to talk about is nice.

Review. Honestly I had her fairly good things about this app until I used it for maybe 10 minutes and realize that at least every answer I got from the “fact “was not even anything I needed to look at, I knew they were falsified or completely pulled out of someone’s bottom. Please refund my money.

One of my all time favorites. Ive had this app for many years and it’s still giving me new facts every day. I love that every fact can be backed up by tapping the “I” information button. The backgrounds are really pretty. The only thing I’d change is there’s a tiny bug or glitch that makes it so when you tap a fact on notification, sometimes the app opens on a different fact and I can’t find the one I was notified of. A minor thing, obviously. I really like this app.

I love to learn. I love to learn interesting facts. This is the perfect app for that. Low subscription price (wish their other apps were as reasonably priced) This app also give you options to save the facts, I have two folders; one fold with facts I want to remember, and one fold I keep just for facts I want research. I have had many opportunities to dig in and have already learned very much in the week, or so, that I have had this app.

A quick favorite!. I love scrolling through this app; it has a wonderful mechanism of making sure you don’t see the same thing twice. It’s great fun reading interesting facts to my family members, like, did you know the amount of time you spend blinking each day equals keeping your eyes shut for thirty minutes? I also love how the favorite fact feature doesn’t store them in order of recently favorites so you can always see old things you favorited easily. The idea of set notifications telling you random facts is golden. All in all I strongly recommend! Go ahead and download to learn something new 💡

fact check your "facts". I only subscribe to the history category but will not pay for others based on what I've seen so far. Many of the presented "facts" are the equivalent of click bait; skewed summations of either true, partially true, or entirely untrue information, often distilled from click bait titles themselves so there's multiple layers of lazy information interpretation and distribution (basically the game "telephone"). For example, that Shakespeare invented the words "bump" and "assassination." If you look beyond under-researched blogs to legitimate sources you find that is not true, and is actually the product of other lazy researchers who listed words in the OED dictionary as derived from Shakespeare simply because he was more interesting to read than the legal tomes and historical records preceding him that used many of the words attributed to him, which in itself is fascinating, so why distort it? (source- Merriam Webster dictionary, "Ten words Shakespeare never invented"). These discrepancies become more serious in the "facts" pertaining to legacies of genocide, slavery, sexual violence and the like that are very common in this category. The way information is curated and shared is political. It should not be treated as click bait commodity. Do better research and present information accurately. There is still a plethora of amazing and actually true facts to be shared without manipulation.

Could be an easy easy fix - easy 5 star. Keep opinions out of it, they are not facts. If it’s not an absolute concrete fact and you don’t have supporting evidence don’t put it in. Some of the facts are very vague or leave you wanting more so I will click the link to read more about it cause it’s quite interesting. Many links lead to nothing or outdated links to something irrelevant. The rest of the time this is an incredible app well worth it. Easy 5 star if those two items were fixed. Still have widget set up on my Home Screen. Still love this app so giving 3 is hard but I get bummed when link is just a general link to the Chicago Union tribune after stating; “Gary, Indiana is the murder capitol”. Ok but tell me how and why? Was there a mass murder or is it just dangerous?

Marie Leong. I enjoy the app. I enjoy the Movies facts which I have selected since January 2nd. My issue is the time I get my fact. I selected 11:00am daily. Since December I have gotten the fact at any random time during the day, never at 11:00am any more. Today I did not receive a fact at all. Is there any reason for this change? Thank you for fixing the timing of my fact. I now receive it right on time, daily.

Interesting, but flawed. There are some really interesting facts on here, but it’s evident that some of the information is not accurate. For instance, it said that left-handed people on average don’t live as long as right-handed people. I was interested in the reason for this, and after looking at a fact-checking website, I discovered that it’s not true. Also, I think the payments for the special features such as no ads and being able to save favorite facts are unreasonable.

Very Good, but 1 Factoid Wrong. All great facts! I’ve only found one error tho only bc MythBusters proved it wrong. A duck’s quack does echo, when you can you can get he duck to cooperate. 😉 Major problem I contend with is receiving too many facts outside of the preset times I set forth as well as the number of factoids being delivered. Believe me, I enjoy this program. It’s one I share with others, esp with those who enjoy trivia, specifically with others who enjoy Swagbucks Live Trivia, formerly, SwagIQ. In addition, I share many factoids with my adult daughters, niece, & my granddaughter.

Fun, Easy, Why Not?. This is just a fun and easy way to bring one small new insight to your day. We have so many hard things to think about. Being pulled away from your stress to think about a simple new fact just helps reset your mind a little. Ads are not so bad that I think you need the sub service. Just my opinion! Great app! All their other app are good too!! Especially the one for vocabulary and “I am”, wonderful!

True Review. This app is really entertaining and you don’t feel guilty if you have been on it forever. The facts are super interesting and will really keep you sucked in. It’s also really great that you can enjoy reading something useful, not just tweets and comments. They also have other apps that have inspirational quotes and jokes/riddles and they are just as great the the facts app. I am 100% sure you will love this app!

100% WORTH IT!!!!. I’ve had this app for about a week and it’s the best thing ever I’ve never written a review about an app before but this was so thought through and well made that i can to come on here and do my gratitude!! The categories are amazing and accurate, they have a lot of really interesting information and you can make it Tailored to you specifically over all i love it and it’s an amazing app!!(i saw some people complaining about how you need to pay for some features, i am currently paying for the app and i recommend it i understand is you are struggling financially but this is worth it trust me!)

Honestly my favorite app. I love to learn about the random facts I’m sent throughout the day. I’m happy there is an option to quickly look up the topic on the internet. My searches seem to spiderweb off of some of the facts that I like enough. It’s easy to use, background options are plentiful and the themes abound. I don’t know how often they add/change facts, but I do hit repeats now and then. I guess I would like them to keep adding facts to the genres. Other than that it’s great!

Helpful but sometimes incorrect. I though this app was going to be good and it has been mostly, until today when I received this fact: The average amount of time a woman can keep a secret is 47 hours and 15 minutes. The amount of sexism loaded into this sentence is disrespectful, if there would be a change to this app to make it more correct and reliable, then it would be a helpful app, but how am I supposed to believe any of the facts if I receive ones that aren’t true. Please consider a change.

Only had the app 2 days and already found some incorrect “Facts”. Needs Fact checking!! For example.. An experiment in 1998 found that a bright light shone on the backs of human knees can reset the brain's sleep-wake clock. This was later debunked in 2002.

Waste of time. Installed the app only to be told it will actually cost $30.

Great. Currently on free version and it is the best fact app I have tried without paying money. I love how customisable the widgets are and although there is an occasional ad in the actual app, ads don’t show up on widgets. Facts are also very interesting. I have had this app for about a year and have never seen the same fact twice. Highly recommend if you are interested in random facts.

Pseudoscience now a FACT??. “Chinese acupuncture says you can control your appetite by pressing a flap on your ear...” This app has lost all credibility and should not even be allowed to use the name Fact for the app.

Facts are incorrect. So many of the facts that appear in this app are simply incorrect. Spreading misinformation especially incorrect medical “facts” is unethical and dangerous.

Very fun. It’s a very fun app with the option of choosing to pay or not great free version. I spent hours just reading the facts although after a while I kept re-reading the same facts, though that was after like 9-10 hours on the app. If the developers read this please more facts 🙏🙏🙏

Rubbish. The motivation app is awesome but the Daily Random facts is utter rubbish! ie. Under the history tab it gives you life tip and has zero to do with history. Dont bundle, dont pay. So sad when motivation app is ingenious

Gets repetitive too quickly. For an app that I just paid 30 for a year the facts start repeating too quickly. I’ve had the app for 5 days and I’m seeing a lot of facts repeating on my screen all the time. I can understand after a period you start seeing the same facts again; but I believe it’s to soon for that for a paid app.

Awesome. The app is awesome although the adds are a bit annoying but that’s because I don’t have the no adds one because it costs a lot of money just for a month. 🙂😋

It’s amazing but......... I liked it but now it won’t open up for me

A fun thing to brighten your day. I downloaded this app because I also have an Apple Watch so I wanted fun little reminders during school so I didn’t feel so brain dead and so far it’s gone great, apart from the fact corona has ruined schools. Some facts are incorrect but it doesn’t really bother me. Overall if you want an app that can brighten your day with fun little facts or get their other apps that can do the same this is the one I found I like most especially with how modern and clean it looks. Thank you.

App crashing. It’s okay. Facts repeat occasionally, sometimes grammar errors and since the latest update the app won’t open at all.

Misleading. The app does not disclose any sponsorships or donations, making some information biased and inaccurate.

No in app purchases. If you could access all the functions within but the in app purchases would be used to turn off adds and get better info and statistics. But things like creating your own mix of facts and being able to unlock all categories with adds

The most ridiculous facts at a ridiculous price.. The developers of this app are out of their minds. Firstly, a majority of these “facts” are not correct. Secondly, they actually want you to spend $40+tax to be able to search/choose a fact category/remove ads?! Ridiculous.

Can’t use it without paying. Was really excited to try this app out just to be immediately prompted with “we give you 3 days free” and you can’t check out anything without agreeing to try it and sign up for the subscription - immediately deleted it:/

Love this app!. I have created a widget with my IAM app! I love it!! I begin every day, looking at the daily message and sometimes I share that with my best friend. I love that I can choose the theme of the messages but I also enjoy the general messages posted daily. Thank you.

Facts nous promet 10000+ faits intéressants, or, ce sont toujours les mêmes qui s’affichent en boucle sur mon widget. Je suis déçu et je ne recommande pas.

The ellipses though…. As others have pointed out, there are lots of non-facts, but I can look past that because it’s entertaining. People shouldn’t trust a silly app to be 100% truthful or accurate, anyway. The thing that drives me bananas is when I get a notification with a “fact” that seems interesting, but when I tap and open it to see the rest, it’s exactly what was on my notification banner: part of the sentence with a “…”. Not cool! Don’t play me like that!

Random Facts App. I actually found ALL of the Facts that had been displayed to me by the Random Facts App to be 💯 percent Factual.Maybe not all are though..? But the 35-40 Facts that Were shown to me by the app I made sure to thoroughly investigate them.,So I went and verified the Apps Facts on “Google.” Surprisingly the 40 or so Facts that I had looked into were indeed accurate and Factual...👌🏼😉

Inappropriate. Terrible app. After a day of downloading I get an immediate inappropriate fact on my screen. Also the facts aren’t even scientific they are just blurbs of words without any statistics or anything. I’d go in the negatives if I could. Save ur time don’t download. I’m never a hater on apps but this is beyond normal amount terrible.

Random Facts. Blown away by some of the facts given. Everyday I'm learning something new and loving it! I’ve noticed them to by great conversation starters. All in all, 5 star app even without the prescription.

Getting repetitive. I’ve had your app for about a year. I loved it at first. Lately it’s getting repetitive and also giving silly things that are not facts - they sounds like ads!! Lame-o. Go back to original facts. There are literally zillions and you don’t have to repeat them.

Fake facts. This should be called make belief! because there’s no facts at all. If you use these facts as “conversation starters” you’ll be laughed at lol

Inaccurate and misleading. Really disappointed!! Unfortunately, the content is misleading. For example, it was not ILLEGAL until 1836 to celebrate Christmas in the U.S. Christmas was considered a pagan holiday, yes, but it wasn’t illegal.

Scammers. I did not mean to purchase the subscription I was trying out the free trial and it charged me before it was up and they will not refund me. Do not buy from these scammers they will take $40 from you to do anything.

Fun app, but not actual facts.... It’s a fun app. You can customize the background, change the fonts, and have all sorts of fun. Just don’t expect to learn anything, or be shown real facts. On each fact shown, they have a little ‘i’ you can press, and see the source of the fact. And it’s honestly pathetic where that brings you on some of these “facts” On one, I was brought to a Wikipedia page. If there is one thing I learned from all my years of schooling, it was that you should never use Wikipedia as a source, because literally anyone can write literally anything. But that’s not the worst of it. Another one brought me to a GOOGLE SEARCH. The fact was something along the lines of “American coins used to say ‘in gold we trust’”. Wow! So cool! But I didn’t believe it, so I went to the little source button, and found myself at a google search page, where the search bar was filled with the so called fact. The very first website that came up was from a reliable source, and immediately disproved the “fact”. In reality, some miners were having fun and made fake coins as a joke, which had the “in gold we trust” written on them. Oh, and from a developer reply on a different review, I found that there is an email that I can voice my complains to. I plan to do that. But seriously guys, too cheap to get your own domain name, eh? I gave this app 2 stars because it’s fun to customize, but whatever you do, PLEASE do not take it seriously!

A fact is wrong. I love this app it’s a lot of fun and I live learning but there was one that came up on the screen I know was wrong. It stated that all babies are born with blue eyes…… well I was born with eyes so dark the doctor couldn’t tell the difference between my pupil and iris. So that’s kinda disappointing makes me question other facts.

Incorrect Facts. Many of these facts are either incorrect or in some cases even contradict each other for example there’s one that says the amazon produces 20% of the worlds oxygen and another that states the oceans produce up to 85% of the world’s oxygen. It would be better if each fact had a listed source. It’s a cool idea for an app and has been designed adequately for what it is, but very poor quality as far as the “facts” given go.

not accurate info. Fake info. First of all in their ad they say, “the pop sound that your knuckles make when you crack them is a bubble of gas burning”? I do not know what that means. This sound comes from the vacuum that is released between your two phalanx, the bones of your fingers.

Misinformation. The app is a cool idea, and I like the functionality, but the sources are not evidence based. Often times, if you click to find out the source it goes to Buzzfeed or random Google sources, which are not peer reviewed. Unfortunately, it’s this type of technology that is adding to our world’s overwhelming problem of misinformation.

Not facts at all. There is 0 fact checking for some very basic and common sense things they say are facts. This app is terrible, probably less than half are actually true from what I’ve seen and reporting them doesn’t make a difference because there’s 0 effort into the actual basis of the app and all the effort is just in making money and getting downloads.

Cute but not factual. This site really needs to be fact checked, or at least allow users to point out when a fact is wrong. It should be an option under the fact beside the heart option. They should also be banning bad sources. Some of the “fact sites” these facts are cited from are themselves cited from Facebook pages?!? Hardly a scientific source. I love the customization and widgets but I trust the information 0% of the time

has potential. this application has potential to be something good, it lacks uniqueness and for the most part, the "facts" are pretty bland, well known, or just stupid, this is also not an iphone app for cool stuff its a subscription which is really cringey and annoying, i would rather go on google a look up a random fact everyday for free then go through a bunch of trouble to maybe learn a random useless fact

No fact checking or citations/links for most facts. A whole app based on “facts” where citations, or verification aren’t readily available? Most of the facts I’ve read are 1) clearly hardly copy-edited and make no sense 2) didn’t have references! The few facts that *did* have links were to random blogs that also had no scientific sources AT ALL cited, for “facts” that were misleading at best. I feel bad for people who take these “facts” at face value and trust this app... sooooo disappointing and irresponsible, congrats to the founders who are clearly taking to the idea of crowdsourcing random statements to the bank

Always with the money. Every app like this requires some sort of subscription. It starts asking for money before it’s even proven it’s worth my time, let alone my money.

I like this app and its multiple uses and the choices of theme, fonts, background images (the on-device photos/graphics, etcetera) including a wide variety of subjects and curated topics that are quite interesting and can be adapted to suit different individual interests and curiosities. Unfortunately, I don’t like that it’s a tidy sum being asked for, and I don’t use stickers or much to-the-sidewalk banter with colour commentary by Yours Truly- so I have uninstalled it. ✯✯✯/5

Wrong and repetitive facts. The app does not provide information on where it gets the apps many links don’t work, also repeats facts just worded differently. Using it for 5 minutes you will easily see the flaws.

Great app!. I really love this app and all it teaches!! My only complaints are that I wish that the phone lock screen widget was more appropriate, I don’t need someone seeing my phone say “the best way to have an orgasm is….” I also wish they had some kind of filter to not hear the same fact over and over because it gets repetitive.

Mostly great. I love this app! I go it this morning, an it is everything i can do to not text my friends all of these facts! The only thing is, i would like to be able to click somewhere, and it give me an article going into more detail on the fact. That would be cool. Otherwise, this is the best app ever!

Good Idea, Bad Execution. I really like the idea of this app, but the actual execution is not what I was looking for. Considering you have to pay for a subscription (I just used the free trial), I think it’s pretty dumb that there are blatant advertisements fed to you as “facts.” One that I’ve gotten NUMEROUS times over 2 days goes something like “[Website] can make a stuffed animal from a photo of your pet!” Fact? Maybe if you’re generous. Ad on a paid app that takes away from the actual purpose? 100% YES

Wont open. I really love the two apps that I have downloaded from you but neither one of them now for some reason will not open. I click on the app to open it and it just goes right back to my home screen. This issue just started about four days ago. Can you come up with an update to correct this please?

Love this!. I could keep scrolling up for a new cool fact for days! Lol! It would be cool to click on themes, & along with being able to pick one theme or random option, also have categories of themes to pick from/which would then be random within the chosen theme category. For example-a category “scenic places”, “animals”, “nature”, but that’s just an idea! Thanks fun new daily app to learn something new.☺️

Fun app but sometimes the facts are stretched pretty far.. I love this app, but I usually look up the facts that they’re telling me. Some of the facts are pretty stretched or not actually true. Like that leeches have 32 brains, or that the train station air is 15% human skin, Or that dna is fireproof. Overall I still enjoy this app. But I find myself being a little confused when other sources tell me that some of the facts they give are just internet exaggerations.

What. I love this app but what the heck happened. There are so many ads, though they pop up and you can click them away as quick as they pop up, it completely ruined the smooth flow of fun facts. I can’t even be on the app without getting agitated anymore. UPDATE: They fixed it. No more ads at annoying times.

Doesn’t display the right facts. I really wanted to love this app - the concept is exactly what I was hoping for, unfortunately- I don’t actually get to read the facts I find interesting because when I get a notification and it’s something that sounds interesting, I open the app and… see an entirely different fact with no way to go back to the one that was in the notification. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even bother opening them because I know I won’t actually learn more.

It’s pretty good. It’s a pretty good app, I like how it shows up as a widget and I enjoy the fun facts, BUT; some of the facts aren’t entirely true, for instance, the fact “DNA is fireproof” dna can and will catch fire, it has SOME fire resistant qualities but overall is not fireproof, so just take them with a grain of salt I guess? Idk I think I’m just gonna find a fun fact app that is either more descriptive with their facts or just in general has reliable facts

Awesome facts but a minor problem. I love this game. I got in my Apple Watch and I was thrilled to see that I could swipe and see so many cool facts. But when i favourited one fact on my watch then suddenly I had to wait a DAY to see more facts. Really anoying but all in all a pretty cool game. I know some people say that the facts aren’t true but I don’t really believe that Awesome game totally, get where your heading

The best!. This website is truly amazing. Little to no ads, and the few that you get you could easily scroll through. The information is purely interesting and informative, every person should download this website and use it every day. Repetitive & Sexist. Disappointed. I’ve had this app (the full version) for a couple of months, and very rarely see new facts anymore; not really after the first month or so. Also, outdated. I got one fact that referenced something from 2013 and was no longer relevant nor true. Also, sexist and not inclusive. All general facts, as well as positive facts about psychology and human behavior, use “he”. Whereas the female centric ones are about how long women can keep a secret or re: love/romance.

Facts. Great application. The best one for fun facts throughout your day. Definitely keeps your mind sharp. If you enjoy learning new things; this is the perfect application for you. Definitely taught me a lot of new things I did not know. 5 stars all day!! If I could rate higher; my rating would be tremendously larger than 5 stars.

Fast & easy learning. I'm always on the go and sometimes it's hard to get some new information that actually sticks to long term memory. I love this app because it makes it so easy to read, understand, and grasp. I've gotten into some cool conversations mentioning what I learned on this app. IN LOVE.

True Review. This app is really entertaining and you don’t feel guilty if you have been on it forever. The facts are super interesting and will really keep you sucked in. It’s also really great that you can enjoy reading something useful, not just tweets and comments. They also have other apps that have inspirational quotes and jokes/riddles and they are just as great the the facts app. I am 100% sure you will love this app!

love this app HOWEVER. it may just be a bug, but bought the app for a full year i use the widget on my phone and my watch. my phone has no issues displaying different facts, my watch however only displays the same 4 facts. is there any way you can look into this or am i doing something wrong

Love this app!. I love this app! You get the most eclectic pieces of knowledge from it which makes learning really fun. I think this would be a great tool for a parent to use with their children and it also is a great way to shift one’s focus when stressed or depressed! I hope they keep adding new facts so I don’t run out :-)

Not worth it. So you have to get a subscription of like $3 and i was like i’ll try the free trial. I got a fact that said “ants don’t fall asleep” cool! The next hour I got a fact that said “Ants stretch when they wake up” 🤨 So i did research and ants do sleep and they don’t stretch when they wake up so why are we lying? Also it’s stupid facts and it’s nothing like the interesting ones you see BEFORE you make the subscription. It’s a good concept just needs to be better.

Cool but could be better. I really enjoy reading these new facts on my lock screen it’s so cool. BUT I seem to get a lot of repetitive ones. I’ve had this for a few weeks and there’s multiple different ones that I’ve seen 5-10 maybe even more times. There’s gotta be enough facts that i should be able to go weeks without seeing the same fact again.

Pretty good, but.... I love the layout, plain and simple not to mention easy to use. However, I would love to pay the lifetime payment, but it’s a little too expensive for me. I think a better cost for the lifetime would be maybe between twenty and twenty five dollars. Thirty is a bit much. Then again that’s just my opinion so if anyone else wants to pay the thirty you are more than welcome to.

Unresponsive to my refund request. I downloaded this app, using the free trial, and intended to cancel within the allotted time. I missed that window by a matter of hours and reached out to the support team to request a cancellation and a refund. I have since reached out again to follow up, and have still received no response. I cannot speak to the quality of the content in the app, having never used it, but I can say that the creators of the app have no respect for their users. I would steer clear if that matters to you.

Interesting. My friend just started texting me one day (when I mean texting he spammed me) anyway I found most of the facts very interesting me and my dad let’s be honest love random facts and as Mom would put it useless 😜 anyway I hope to see more and thank you for these they make my day recommend this app for all just downloaded it 😃😃😃

FACTS. I haven’t actually tried vetting any of them to confirm they are actually “facts” but once I got it set up I have certainly been entertained by the little bits of information flashing across my screen. I have only used the free version thus far as it’s all my (lack of) budget allows, and have found it to enhance my days in a positive way!

Fun factoids and not. Have been enjoying facts streaming in, however not all are facts, there are some occasional religious references that I didn’t care to receive. Luckily it is all in good fun, I enjoyed the Information References given to facts…until it started giving incorrect information for the fact given. I suggest to take it all with a grain of salt always recheck facts before taking this as Absolute truths.

Repeat facts is annoying BUT. Great app. I really love the facts, and everything I’ve seen has checked out. The only complaint I have is receiving the same fact multiple times a week. I really enjoy the app. It’s fun to read them to friends and now they ask for the facts of the day regularly. Lol. I love learning new things and also having something to talk about is nice.

Another 30$ a year app you can’t view before purchasing. This should not be allowed anywhere. Great example would be if I sold someone a box for 30$ but they weren’t allowed to open it or look at what was inside until after they paid me. How would they even know if they wanted or needed it? Maybe it was empty and I was just stealing analytic money from them which is exactly what’s going on here. Makes me wonder how expensive paid reviews are and why we allow that so casually as a society. 👎

Glitchy and crashing my phone. I would get a notification and then it would get on sending them over and over and over again in a row. It was the same fact aswell. I tried opening the app to make it go away, but it still didn't stop notifying me. It continued till my phone crashed then it finally stopped. It's a great app but I will be forced to delete it if it crashes my phone while I'm in the middle of something important or in the need of emergency contact. Please fix!!

Less repeats please. I love this app. The 1 thing that I wish would improve is the amount of times the facts repeat. I feel like it get the same 15 facts over and over again. I change my preferences and this still happens. Great idea for an app along with the quotes app I also use but more of a variety and less repeats would be wonderful.

Fun, Easy, Why Not?. This is just a fun and easy way to bring one small new insight to your day. We have so many hard things to think about. Being pulled away from your stress to think about a simple new fact just helps reset your mind a little. Ads are not so bad that I think you need the sub service. Just my opinion! Great app! All their other app are good too!! Especially the one for vocabulary and “I am”, wonderful!

Limited facts. I hoped this app would give me a lot of new facts and conversation starters. It seems great first, but the number of facts runs out quickly. I’ve had the widget installed for a couple of months and it keeps recycling the same 10 or so facts. Even when I open the app and cycle through there aren’t enough new facts to justify the subscription. Add to that, every now and then it seems that a fact is more of an opinion, further lessening the value. For me, this isn’t worth the investment.

Review. I have learned a lot of things, reading these facts. But I am kind of not happy that I have to pay to get different facts. I was really excited to learn some animal facts, and learn more on animals.(even though I pretty much know most of the facts in my opinion) But I couldn’t do so because I had to pay, which is a little unfortunate. Other wise, I am pretty satisfied with this app and don’t really regret downloading it.

“Facts”?. I’ve had this app for a few days now and I typically check to see if some of the things are actually factual. I’ve come across a fact that has never been verified. By anyone. And I did some digging for quite a while trying to verify if said fact was true. It makes me question if there are other non-verified “facts” they’ve added. Please make sure the facts are accurate before approving them for this app.

Facts are false. Many of the facts shown are inaccurate, completely made up, or partially false. Perhaps consider changing the app name to fake fun facts or Facts just for fun. There is already enough misinformation spiraling in our society. This app presents misinformation as fact which is the definition of lying. Statement: “Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia refers to the fear of long words and meets DSM-5 criteria as a phobia.” Answer: False. Corrected: The term is popular but not clinically recognized; however, a fear of long words can be real and can fit DSM-5 criteria under other phobia categories.

Not packing the punch. Great idea, like a word-of-the-day and Uber facts had a love child… only thing is I’ve personally looked up several “facts” either for the interpreter to failed to comprehend the article they are citing, for the sample size to be so negligible extrapolating generalized “facts” is improbable. Interesting articles, but there’s no way I’d pay money to be given more interesting statements I must then research to determine validity. This is definitely entertaining though… perhaps another replacement to other nonsensical reads in a restroom.

Repetitive, ugh!. I don’t know what has happened in the last 6-8 months but now there are only a couple dozen “facts” that get rotated through and that is quite annoying. I’m considering deleting the ap because it’s no longer interesting. Update: 5/3/23 Same complaint: for a good long while, the facts were new but you’ve gone back to the same old boring “facts”. Some of your so-called facts are actually false. For the life of me I don’t know why anybody would pay $20 a year for this crappy app. Buh bye!

I think this app is cool!. You can change the backgrounds on this app and there are a bunch to pick from and you learn something new multiple times every day!! And I like stuff like this so I can tell my family stuff that they never knew about! So I give y’all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love love love, buuuut…. I absolutely adore this app. It teaches me so many different things and I love learning. From mundane everyday facts to weird random facts I’d never think of, this app gives it to you. And most of it for free! Love it! Here’s my but, I only wish I could access all of the categories for free. I don’t care about the backgrounds or anything else, I just want access to ALLLLL of the catergories, please and thank you!!!

Review. Honestly I had her fairly good things about this app until I used it for maybe 10 minutes and realize that at least every answer I got from the “fact “was not even anything I needed to look at, I knew they were falsified or completely pulled out of someone’s bottom. Please refund my money.

It is a unique and fabulous app, but it’s not free.. I did not realize I had signed up for a trial sub subscription, but that is not their fault. I do it often, but I have to say the makers of this app made it easier than I’ve ever seen to unsubscribe without any angst or doubts that they are sincere. If I could afford $30 a year, I would keep it. It is a great app. I really like it.

Learning The Facts. I really am enjoying this app.. I can’t bring myself to upgrade because I have several apps I enjoy and I would be broke if I had to pay a monthly fee to use them. I can browse the internet and find most of the stuff in this app.. It would take longer to do but I will take the time.

Probably one of the BEST apps I’ve used for knowledge. So I’ve been seeing ALOT of interesting facts so far. I just downloaded this app not to long ago, but these are very important, interesting, cool, etc facts! This is very short and I’m sorry about that, but I just wanted to tell you that this app is useful in many ways!

Only missing one thing…. If there was a comment section on the app that allowed us to discuss under each fact like some other social media platforms. I believe that would add another opportunity to learn more from the same place

Great app, but it won't open for me. I really like this app, but for some reason, it isn't opening for me after the update. I pulled it off my device and put it back on and still have the same issue. Luckily, I set up the widget, but I can't see the entire fact if it's longer.

You can’t argue with THE TRUTH. Upset with how much time I was spending on social media, I deleted all of them off my phone and downloaded the FACTS app. It has been the perfect substitution for when I need to fill an uncomfortable moment with some time on my phone. I recommend it to just about everyone I meet. God bless you FACTS app. I truly love you. 💋

I like it!. It is a good app I like the facts but it says some inappropriate things but besides that it's a good app good facts so four stars i think to take away some of inappropriate facts but anyway good facts should be 9-11 though. I got this app when I first got my ipad and decided to download it on my phone. I have to say whenever you download it on the phone there are more fonts. Just a little tip for most iPad users!

You one of a kind app. I just started this app and it’s actually pretty fun you can basically read facts anytime and anywhere, I also think this app is very smart because of how you don’t really see the same thing’s again and how you don’t really get that bore! Otherwise this app is awesome 10/10!
