Poor playback. Playback was not effective, showed same photo for each photo file. Also unable to download to my phone. Please fix soon!

App doesn't work. I have iOS 8.2 and my camera doesn't connect to the app. Basically this app is pointless. I downloaded another app called linkineyes. Linkineyes works but it doesn't allow you to turn the cam on or off. Not too big of a deal for me but all other functions work. My cameras hook right up to linkineyes with no issues. Unlike this app.

Can control cam but missing setting :/. Where's the "TV out" setting on the app?

Try ispo-camera app if you have problems. So I tried all day long to get this working with my sj4000 clone and it never connected. I finally stumbled upon a wifi app intended for a dash cam with the same chipset and it works great. Search for ispo-camera on the App Store. Hopefully they get this app back up and running, but until then, I have a functioning wifi cam again. Hope this helps some people out there...

An update is a must. Great functionality, but only if it works right, an update to the app is a must to work perfectly with ios 8 otherwise its just perfect hence the 3 star review, thanks to the developer for their great app but please work on an update to fix the crashes.

Works fine. I have an iPhone 5c and this app works very well. It connects every time and records and snaps photos when I want it to. I don't use it a lot. More often than not I just use the camera itself. But this is a nice option to have. It says it's optimized for iPhone 5 so that might be the problem with a lot of people

App crashes and freezes. The app crashes and freezes when recording or taking pictures. Not very responsive when trying to push soft buttons on screen. Has potential to be better with fixes to the following items mentioned. 1 star for functionality and another star for potential.

Only works for a remote. Play back is terrible. This app is terrible. Needs a major overhaul. Video play back is distorted, crashes all the time!! If this is not fixed soon, I am contacting Amazon for a full refund. SJCAM 4000 wifi is a great camera for the price. This app ruins this cameras features because it does not work!!!

After update sj4000. im using ip6+ ios9.2.. After update i still experiencing crash and when I change from rec mode to capture mode it hang and crash.plus i cant transfer video into my camera roll.. Cant believe this happened again

Please update. The camera is great. With the thought of convenience of the app would make it impeccable but the app is for the most part a let down when it come to letting you record. Update the app and it was make for happy consumers!

Update FW??. The previous version worked fine, but latest version says "update FW!" and won't connect. This app is installed on my iPhone 4. Please fix.

SJ Versatile Camera w/ db power SJ 4000 wifi. This is the most professional looking and functioning software for the device.. When it works. This app has had a problem with connecting to iOS 9 and patched it today. Now that the camera connects it freezes the camera and disconnects from the phone. When it worked in the past it was the best app for my camera. Picture quality is great and video rarely lags. Please make it work again!

This App Needs SERIOUS WORK, Buy a GoPro Instead!!!. Video transfer does not work, Constantly crashes app, I am using an iPad mini 2 and when trying to transfer files from SJ cam to iPad over wifi it will download and say file has been downloaded. all it really does is create an empty folder in the pictures application that is empty. The wireless is worse than a cheap GPS. Do yourself a favor and buy a GoPro!

Please update and fix bug. Fix bug, please.. Every time I tried to connect, it was interrupted easily.

Missing play back feature!!!. As a biker this Mode is crucial!!! over all the app works fine downloading speed varies on your memory card. The app runs okay but again missing the most important feature.

Camera's great. App is trash.. Seriously needs help. The app launches and shows the camera, but viewing the videos i've recorded is literally impossible. PLEASE FIX SOON!

sj4000wifi. with the previous version worked perfectly updated and tells me to update my camera and does not connect .... if there is already a new update for sj4000 share it wifi or leave the application as it was before .

Sj4000wifi. This app is almost useless it crashes, I cannot see the videos on my iPhone it is very unreliable some time I can copy the pictures to my iPhone some time I can't . Please make a major update !!!

Sjcam video. The app hardly works.... Playing back video skips, pauses, then crashes like 8-10 times...

Lagging. Connect smoothly with my iphone. But its lagging too much when viewing on iphone. Sometimes hang and auto disconnect. Dissappinted. Please fix the bugs!

Improvements needed. Being the the app is for action, the buttons are too small to touch while in movement. Should be one press to switch from videos to still pictures. Lame user manual.

Ok. The camera is great, sadly the app isn't great as the camera. The app has a lot of lag, it gets frozen sometimes. This app requires work on it to get to the same level as the gopro, its clearly a good competence for the gopro

Cantconnect. Ios9.0.2 can't connect. I join cameras network but cannot connect to or access camera from app.

Works Great after update. After they fix the issue of website, I was able to update the firmware with no problem (they have directions on their website). Now it connects just fine, and the app doesn’t crash as easily. Still need more improvements as in easier ways to take pictures (volume buttons should be able to work). Overall, a good update from the previous one.

Latest update app video no longer works. The app worked great until this latest update. After installing update, app connects to camera but no longer shows video on app rendering it useless. Bummer

Not 100% Functional. Video recording does not work! Most other functionality is there but menu differs from SJ4000 camera menu. Some settings are different not sure yet how or if that impacts anything. Picture taking works fine.

Needs an update. I can't see the recorded videos in the app although when I use my laptop the files are still on the memory card. The app crashes alot.

I can't rely on this. I need an app that I can rely on. This app has very many issues. I need to be able to get onto it without it force closing in between every recording. This is ridiculous. Your sj4000 app changed. Connect failure. This app worked till a week ago on my iPhone, then the app changed. It looks different now and I get a message saying update FW and the camera does Not connect, please fix

App works fine for me. Simply set the camera to wifi mode and connect to that wifi on your phone, launch the app, click connect, done. Slight lag on realtime video, but that is expected. Downloads videos to iphone from camera or just views. No problems so far.

Doesnt work. Tried for a week now and still doesnt connect to camera.

No! No! No! ..... This "new version" simply does not work. Cameras that worked perfectly under 1.2 require you to "update FW". What they don't tell you is you will most likely brick your SJ4000 or render it barely functional with the keys all mixed up. There are tons of firmware versions, most which will not work. As the website warns, "At Your Own Risk" ... and that is 100% accurate. Wished there was a 0 stars!

Garbage app. Very buggy. Displays on iPhone when initially connecting but when recording, phone display freezes and then goes black. Have to re-start app to get the camera display back on the phone. Very very poor effort. Essentially useless.
