80%of the time it doesn’t work!. The concept is good and it used to work better but lately all I can tell is that I have a message but I can’t access it or respond. Please fix this.

New app is amazing!. The new rebuilt app is excellent. Very stable and really improved over the prior version. Clients love the ability to interact with our teams by text and now it’s even better. Also, the ability to assign a text message to a patient right in the app makes it even easier to manage our medical record. Love his app! Cutting edge for the veterinary world!

Still needs improvements. It’s basic functions are too simple for use at a complex hospital like ours. Should have more options for saving or sharing info to a email or Woodware when owners send pictures that need to be uploaded to the account for documentation.

Not sure how to use. How do I login to use this app? It says it should allow the patients to communicate with the provider and receive pictures. It asks for an email to login but nothing to create an account. When I try to access the app it says I need some mars-group.okta account

Great...when it works. This app could be extremely useful. When it works I can text with owners, send pictures, etc. But most of the time I have to fully log back into the app which is super annoying. Every few weeks it won’t load the app and I have to delete it and redownload it. And often the most recent text chain does not show up in the app for a while. Please make this app work better

DVM. This app is horrible. Not only does it freeze and you can’t load it it just keeps spinning and spinning but you constantly have to remove it and reload it it’s ridiculous. There’s no other app on my phone that has this problem. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Review. Clients appreciate this communication tool , it can be frustrating when it freezes and must be deleted and reloaded but over all I use it frequently and with successful results

Wonderful App- improves doctor patient care. The messenger app is a wonderful resource for vets, hospital staff and clients. It is easy to use and improves client-doctor relationships. Helps us stay connected to our patients and upload photos and conversations directly to the medical record. I love working for a company that puts so much emphasis on improving technology.

Frustrating. I downloaded the app to send clients pictures of their pets while boarding and I cannot sign in. It makes me log in tells me it’s setting up my account for a good 3-5mins then goes back to the sign in page. Tried un-installing it and re-installing per my manager and still nothing.

Very glitchy. Very glitchy. If I open it once it will freeze and won’t open again until I delete and reload it. So I end up having to do this multiple times a day. And clients probably wonder why I’m not replying to them. Also wrongly displays when messages are sent (most messages show ‘Yesterday’ after a few hours). When it works like it should it’s great, but that’s not very often.

Great App for a Busy VCA team member. To be able to reach my clients from my phone when not in the office is Huge! The new update makes it even more user friendly, nice interface and able to assign communications to appropriate patient smoothly. ❤️ it!!

Decent experience overall. I’m currently a VCA DVM in Denver. Overall, the app has worked well and allowed me to communicate with clients without having to be on WoofWare. The main issue I’ve had is that the app freezes and won’t load when being opened through the scheduler app. I’ve had to delete and redownload the app twice now. Hopefully that bug will be fixed.

Piss poor. Often requires deleting then reinstalling. Almost always requires signing in again despite just having used the app.

Vca messenger. When it works it’s great but have same problem with it freezing or asking me to log in like I’m a new user frequently. Very frustrating.

App hangs up for minutes to hours after using once. I am able to log in and send messages once, then if I leave the app and come back, it will not open again for minutes to hours. This is supposed to be a convenience for us and clients? I think not.

I like the idea. If only I could ever use it.. Very inconsistent. Most of the time I can’t log in, despite having my phone and app up to date. It’s the worst. I like the app when it works, which is hardly ever.

S-L-O-W. The recent “upgrade” has made it too slow to be useful. Frequent crashes don’t help. Surely SOMETHING could be done....

Constantly have to delete and re-install. App freezes frequently (every few days) and the only way to get it working is to delete and re-install the app. This is very frustrating and time consuming. Otherwise, very useful for client communications.

Fix your bugs, please. When it works, it works well. It does what I need it to do. But most of the time it wont even load the app (yes, I am on VCA wifi) and that alone is beyond frustrating. I have to delete and reinstall almost daily/ weekly. Most of the time i dont think its useful

Meh. I’m reinstalling it yet again. It’s handy when it works, but since it often freezes before the login screen, I worry that if clients message me back I won’t see the texts. It’s also frustrating that it doesn’t save notes directly to the patient’s chart. If we forget to add them where we’re next in the office that communication is missing from the medical record.

Unstable. Have to delete and reinstall often.. app is unstable. It often fails and I have to reinstall. I’ve deleted and reinstalled 3 times this week. I OFTEN have to re-enter full credentials rather than just my 4 digit code. Why is this? It takes a long time to log back in.

Helpful app, but could use some updates. It’s a very helpful app to communicate with clients on the go. I appreciate the function of virtual number, regardless of texting or phone calls to ensure privacy. However, the app often is slow and frequently crashes. Also, I have a suggestion. Please make the “Do Not Disturb” setting to allow PM time to AM time (ie do not disturb after 10pm to 8am). It’s not very useful with the do not disturb function to only work during the day.

Easy to use!. The new version works great! Easy quick login, and the picture and sticker functions are really appreciated by clients.

Never works anymore. The updates app constantly requires that I fully sign in with my pin and VCA email. It’s obnoxious and completely defeats the point of texting clients. It also freezes all the time and I have to delete the app and reinstall it. It’s basically useless at this point.
