Great App. I really love this app!! It keeps me up to date on all my fur-baby’s vaccines, her medical requirements as well as recommended services for her. It’s an easy app to use! And I just found out today that when you relocate to a new VCA location all you have to do is change the location address and all current info will immediately be seen on the app.

Nice & Easy. Really quick to set up account &was able to sync account just by entering my name. Easy to set up an appointment that’s convenient for our schedule. I like how it also shows any appointments that need to be scheduled &the services I have available from my plan. Also exciting to know there’s a 24/7 messaging with doctors just in case.

Could be useful. The app could be helpful. But in its current state only provides you with information you already get from your vet. The app cannot notify you when services are ready to be used and instead notifies you before the services are available. So until they have the care club services and when those services are actually available to use synced, it has no use. To use the phrase “due date“ instead of available date breeds confusion and frustration for both the user and the vet who then has to tell the user to reschedule or pay for the services out-of-pocket.

Better than my own healthcare company!!. Healthcare companies could learn a thing or two from VCA, such an intuitive and well thought through app. Working in IT, I’m very happy with VCA’s grasp on making technology work and in a very straightforward way. Scheduling appointments, chatting with experts, articles, profiles, etc. Just A+ work on this app, all! One recommendation I do have is the ability to ‘copy’ content from messages in the chat section. When the expert sends me article links or other useful info I want to search on myself, it won’t allow me. Thanks again!

MyVCA My Invaluable Assistant. This MyVCA app is a invaluable tool for keeping track of your pets. The app is well thought out, kept up-to-date and has almost instant support. The developers gave a lot of thought for smooth navigation and visual understanding. It’s easy to use and everyone who has a pet and uses the VCA Animal Hospital should definitely download it.

The app is so convenient. We just started taking Tank to VCA in Apex, NC and making appointments for him on the app is so convenient. We can choose our favorite Vet and it lists all the times and dates that she has open that we can choose from. What a great feature to have. So happy we found VCA and re-connected with our favorite vet after searching for so long.

Fraudulent claims. I downloaded this for a free trial of the “Chat with a “licensed vet” feature since I had a free trial of it. I don’t recommend this app especially if you have to pay for this chat feature. It’s not even a vet. It’s a vet tech that answers these the last time I checked... you could be a get tech with little to no school. They call receptionists vet techs at most places. The answer to a simple question about food was unable to be answered and I was told to call my vet. So there you go. Their claims are all false advertising. You’re welcome. **Edited to add response: if you are going to have your receptionists answer these questions you shouldn’t advertise that it’s a licensed vet that is fraudulent!! Even if they are “highly credentialed vet techs” they are still NOT LICENSED they are certified. You see the fraud now? And for all the exclusive education they apparently have they couldn’t answer a simple question about nutrition for a pet they have all the records on! It’s simply fraudulent. Don’t pay for it.

Great care. VCA Arroyo has taken care of our dogs on their best days and their worst days, and they are always our first call. They always manage to fit us in despite their busy schedule. We love all of the veterinarians, and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Having a sick dog is never fun, but we know our fur family is in the best of hands when we need a vet.

Great Help with myVCA App. I recently loaded the myVCA app into my phone. Then I realized I had made a typo when putting in my email address. The app didn’t provide a way to change it. My VCA hospital referred me to the VCA corporate office where I got an email address to use to request the fix in my email address. In less than 24 hrs of sending in my request, my email was corrected by Katie who also followed up with me. Great service! Always get great, caring service from VCA.

Our first visit with Dr Paul. We just had our first visit with Dr Paul at VCA Northside. It was wonderful. From the front desk staff, to the vet tech Julian, to Dr Paul himself. Dr Paul took his time with us and was very compassionate. He prescribed medication for my 11 year old dog that helped her immediately. I am so relieved to see my old girl feeling much better. Thank you Dr Paul!

Somethings are great and some not so great. Overall the app is easy to use, I like the option to speak to a doctor although I haven’t uses it. The feedback and report a problem links dont work which is why I am doing this review. The feedback is that there are pictures of each of your pet/dogs stages in life with a blurb about what to expect. My issue is in all the pictures where there is a person present you never see a black or brown person. People of all walks of life have pets and if you plan to have people not just dogs in the pictures please make them more diverse racially, ethnically. All except for one person depicted are white. Creating apps that are functional is just as key to creating apps that are diverse and inclusive.

Love VCA and App. I’ve been to VCA North Main Street and VCA south Weymouth. All the doctors and employees i’ve seen or interacted with are always so wonderful caring and knowledgeable!! Had to say that first. Also about this app. I think it’s great, easy for me to use. Good to keep track of medications especially if your pet is on multiple, also to keep track of appointments. If you’re part of the care club (which so far is also great!!) all your info is automatically downloaded so you can keep track of all that too without doing anything.

Updated review. Update— after emailing them, they got my account up and going! Very easy to use. I have been able to converse with a vet over the weekend using the app and my usually vet called me this morning to follow up on my dogs prob! Great app now that I can actually use it. Original review: I was It can’t locate my account. I have called the vet they have reset my account and I still can’t get logged in. I have uninstalled the app. Tried logging in with Facebook too.

Fabulous app, Real client service. I can only say: customer service for a FREE app rocks! I moved and tried to change the VCA hospital location in the app itself. After several tries, a new download and an attempt to swap by using the map option it still didn’t work. I dropped an email and within the hour help was on the way. I received a phone call, the Error I received was analyzed and my app was up and running with new VCA hospital correctly showing up. Let’s say this once more: Human help for a free app! Five stars and thank you !

Purrrrfect. I love this app! It helps me keep track of my cat’s appointments and how up to date he is on his vaccines. This app even makes scheduling appointments easy! My favorite feature so far has to be that there are “dosing reminders” for if you have to give your pet medication. My vets office is always so amazing with answering my millions of questions, now with this app i have so many of those answers at my finger tips!

Saved my life. I am so thrilled the VCA came out with this app. It makes scheduling appointments and accessing your pet’s medical records so easy. No more digging through a paper file for records and wasting my time. I’m able to schedule appointments when I’m available instead of waiting until the office is open. I haven’t used all the features yet, but I’m already thrilled about it.

I have had many times tried to save a dog’s life after finding a dog hit on a Sacramento City Streets, they are very professional and when I had an emergency with my own dog they went beyond the mile to help him with out all the money propaganda or kept me apart of every step of my dogs treatment and show true compassion and empathy for me and my dog. I truly recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone in need of a Vet in Sacramento, California. I truly want to Thank them all for being such a inspiration to my new career in the as a Vet Tech. I know that my pet may not live much longer but to be able to give him all that is possible with out becoming homeless is such a blessing. Quick and Easy. The register was easy! You just enter some information about yourself and choose your hospital. It found my information quickly. I like the access to a doctor for 24/7. Easy to see which member benefits you have utilized and which you have left! Simple but great app.

So easy to use. As long as you enter your Information the same as when you signed up for the care club at the vet it automatically finds you and asks questions to verify it is you. You are able to update photos, update any errors that might be listed, update phone numbers and it's SO EASY to make an appointment! The app lists what all you have remaining for the care club and access to chat with the vet which is very exciting to me because I don't have to wait to see the vet to ask a question! Very easy to use! Great App! Thanks!

Dogs boarding. My dogs stayed the night and got a bath before pick up. Kat checked them in and was very sweet! Kylie sent me pictures of my fur babies while they were there and Kyle gave them their bath. They smelled amazing and it was so nice to get those pics when I was missing them so much. Keep up the good work! You all do good job!!!!

LOVE RIDGECREST VCA. Dr. Decker and all of the staff are the best! My pers have been taken there for past 30yrs and always get the best quality care and they’re treated with love. No other vet can compare. I love the app as well it makes it easy to track appts, pay for services and even reminds me to give meds to my furbabies. Normally don’t write reviews however they are just so outstanding I wanted others to know.

Review. Thank you all for the wonderful care to Patches and Tigger. You are all so nice and caring and HARD WORKING!!!!! Times have been hard but you all have hung in there and continued the wonderful care for all our pets and you deserve all of our gratitude. Chat function. The application itself is wonderful. However the chat function seems to have changed. It used to be extremely helpful. The only recommendation they ever give is to contact the local emergency hospital. Very often the questions are non emergent. I never had an issue using this function until recently. The staff at my hospital is wonderful, I just wish this would translate to the app.

Fix appointment scheduling please. I don’t know if it’s something wrong with the app or with my local VCA but the schedule appointment functionality is horrible. I have tried twice to book an appt and the default next available appt is January 01, 0001. When I go to look for a convenient date/time I select a date then hit time and it says no appts found. I’ve selected several days with the same result. Why wouldn’t you just show a calendar of all available time slots and let the user select one?

Great Place. We have been bringing Java to VCA since we got her. Dr. Roper is fantastic. He cares not only about the medical for the dog but her psychological condition when they’re delivering the care. In Javas case she is overly anxious when we go to VCA and they try and do everything they can to lower her anxiety and make it as low stress experience as possible.

Can’t Create an Account. I have no idea how the app works or not because I can’t create an account due to a bug. When I try to create an account, it asks me to verify my address, so it can make sure it has the right account. The problem is that my street address has five digits, but it only lets me enter four. So it can’t verify my address and therefore, can’t create an account for me and just locks me out. I’ve tried calling the hospital and the corporate office and no one has been able to help me and neither have any clue how to help troubleshoot the app. Please help and fix this bug.

Compassionate and Selfless Humanitarians. They're understanding of our feelings when we have to make difficult decisions. Objective solutions to prognosis even if it means taking our baby elsewhere for treatment. They treat your pets like their own family. I've taken my boxer to several VCA's in several states and I highly recommend VCA A Plus in Reno. -Angelo Garcia

The worst vet experience ever. This app is worse than useless. When i called the vet hospital to check in for my appointment (as instructed by the sign outside the office), i was told to use the app to check in. Why not let me check in on the phone, since I’m here and we’re talking ON THE PHONE? Then i spent 15 minutes trying to check in using the app, and failing to get the chat button to work. The best i can guess is my appointment was never added to my account? I don’t know. I called in several more times, and they finally checked me in “manually” and we got on with the appointment. Ordinarily this wouldn’t be terrible, but a car in the sun in Texas summer, with two screaming cats, trying to use a non working app and just wanting a PHONE CALL, was freaking aggravating. We finally just had the “appointment” over the phone, which is what i tried in the first place. The app failed in the worst way. It took the place of a working service and made the whole visit terrible. The app shows my pets and their records, but was utterly useless for the appointment. The vet apologized and said it was their very first day using the app, and they are still working out the kinks. *** If this had been my first time at this vet, i would have changed vets and never returned to this office. ***

Really convenient when it used to work. I could schedule my appointment, access vaccine records, and change payment options all through this app which made it so much easier than tracking down the right phone number. Several months ago this app just refused to load anything for me, every time I opened it it just said “you are not authorized to this resource.” I lost my credit card and have to enter a new payment option for my membership but am unable to because NONE of the phone numbers I’ve been given have gone through and I can’t access the app. I’ve sent a report about this and i keep up with every app update hoping this will be fixed but I’m still locked out.

Brilliant!. This app makes my life so much easier! Between scheduling appointments (and being able to add them straight to my calendar!), updating my information, showing me upcoming vaccination fire dates, etc., AND being able to chat with a vet and get advice 24 hours a day?! I could not be happier. It's the perfect companion to my care club membership and makes me love the vet clinic we go to even more.

For Taking care of Bear🐻. I have nothing but love for VCH and for the Staff and Dr M. Thank you for bringing so much compassion and kindness for the love of Bear and all animals. Can’t do a lot of things the app says I can. I don’t find this app useful at all. I can’t book appointments for my animals at my clinic using the app. I can’t see my invoice history (been a VCA client for years), the page is always blank. I wanted to change the card being charged for the Care Club and it’s been an “uh-oh something went wrong” message for months. Why bother even having the option to update payment method if it doesn’t work? I do find the pet care guide interesting and thankfully I haven’t had to use the “chat with a vet” feature. This app just lives on my phone for the few reminders to give my pet their flea medication dose. 🙄

Best place every to take your pet babies!!!!. I’m so happy we found this veterinary office I have been to a lot of vets throughout my life especially when I was little my grandma and my aunts all had animals alot but this place is the best they really are terrific with my cats they make sure they are calm they will sit there and talk to them and just make them feel so comfortable and the veterinary is awesome she is so great she really makes sure you know what she’s doing to the animal I just can’t say enough good things about this place just if u want your pet to be taken excellent care of then this is the place if you don’t go here I really feel bad for your pet cuz they are really missing out on a great veterinary!!!!

Helped in an emergency. We had to rush our dog to Emergency on a Friday evening. We knew she she was current on all vaccinations and knew what she had gotten into. Because our girl had a temperature they thought she probably had contracted bordatella at the dog beach. At 10:00 pm I was able to send our dog’s complete vaccine history to the ER hospital so they could best treat her.

Permanent alert notification. I had a chat with a vet in the app and since then the app icon on the Home Screen has a red notification number on it. In the app there is a notification in the chat area but it just has my previous chat session which has closed. There is no way to delete the chat and get rid of this notification alert. Very annoying.

Very Good. The app account is different than the billing account so I didn't know I had to sign up. You can update the pet's photo, see updates like weight or upcoming appointments, and see test results from exams. I'd like to see in the future the amount of visits or tests I have left for the year. It's not always easy to remember what you originally signed up to get. Overall, it's a great app and beats going online to the website.

Battleground Washington VCA. We have been using the Battle ground Washington VCA for several years for our boy. They’re professional, kind, loving and always helpful staff always go above and beyond anytime I have needed them. both of the doctors that he’s had through the years are subpar and I am so thankful for their knowledge and attention to every detail. I’m thankful to all of them..

Too many bugs. This app has way too many bugs. Let’s start with the fact that half the time I have to re-login to the app when I want to use it. But today was the end-all of bugs. Eight notifications to administer my dogs heartworm preventative in under 5 seconds. Eight. I don’t need eight notifications. I don’t even need one notification because it doesn’t even notify me on the proper date. There is no way to delete this notification in any way shape or form to prevent it from going off again. So now my phone and my iPad keep alerting me that I have to give my dog his heartworm preventative which isn’t even due until the 19th. The notifications came in so fast my watch rebooted itself. You should be able to delete dosing reminders and you can’t. I can’t even dismiss them and there’s an option for that. And please don’t harass me with an email to help you sort this out. We played this game a year ago with the login bug and got nowhere.

My VCA unusable. Downloaded this app on my phone but I can’t use it. I have two choices on app front page: create an account or I already have an account. I have an account. However , when I try to tap this option, it doesn’t work. The create account option is highlighted in blue. I can select it, but it won’t let me recreate my account, because I already have one. I have no idea why there is no login option within the app as there is supposed to be not why the “I already have an account “ option does not work, but the app is useless.

GREAT APP!!. Thank you Abe got helping me to log into the VCA Portal!! One in the portal - I was able to easily navigate through to App to find my past invoices, see what vaccines my furbabies are needing; order pet food, and book any future appointments needed for my pets. The app was extremely easy to figure out. Thank you for making my life a little bit easier MYVCA 😊. Keep up the great work!!

Best Vet Care On Long Island PERIOD!!. Brought my dog here for a second opinion on his eye infection. I’m so glad I did because it turned out that he had ulcers and that’s why his eyes were not healing correctly. So I broke up with our old veterinarian and now I am definitely a client to this veterinarian for the rest of my life. Thank you for taking the extra mile and helping my little Sergeant pepper get better

Cumbersome and Slow. For such a large, medically-progressive company, the web site is cumbersome and the app is slightly better… good for making appts (vet only… no provision to make tech appts) and pull records. Ordering meds/supplies is a nightmare… storefront not matched to my pets’ meds and most of the time I get the dreaded “call clinic”…. so I hop on Chewy and am done in a quick minute. Ordering should be the easiest thing to do from a $$$ perspective. On the plus side, I very much appreciate the VCA articles on medical subjects… but I backdoor search to find those.

Convenient but flawed.. While the app is useful for going over my cat’s prescriptions and getting quick information for her, their chat line is weak in comparison. It has great ideas, such as being able to send pics or videos for quick examination, but the experts are limited by various things. They aren’t able to access medical records, for instance, and there’s been a time where they wasn’t clear communication between the experts and the vet in regards to who is supposed to be doing what. That said, it’s pretty useful, and a good install if your cat uses a VCA hospital.

App gets stuck on 0-2 week kitten stage. We just got a new kitten. Now when we try to click on either cat profile, it gets stuck on 0-2 weeks for the life stage. On the main screen it says the correct stages, but when you try to click on the training tips or detail it defaults to the first one and will move back to it when you try to click on the other stages.

The VCA Des Moines team is awesome!. I recently needed to board my dog for an overnight for a weekend in July and I was thinking that I would be out of luck. Not only could I board but I know my pup will be in the Suite. The suite is worth the extra little bit if you want to be assured your dog has the absolute best care while you are away. She will even get a tv to watch while I am gone. Seriously, who does that? I am beyond blown away at the level of attention paid and help given to me from my time with VCA Avondale. They even helped me schedule upcoming services needed to board without making me have to schedule a follow up call. I will be recommending this veterinarian service to ANYONE that asks me and I al working to have my moms dog switched over as well! Thanks again!

Love the people here!. I have been a pet owner for decades and I’ve always been very very selective about the vets that have cared for my pets. With my newest fur baby I changed to VCA Katy Trail after many years at another facility for many reasons. The techs, the front desk, Dr Sledge was amazing with my very high energy fur baby. Very thorough and Kelce was very trusting of them with the exam and nail trim which is unusual for her. I got a welcome package loaded with info that was very helpful. Their follow up and response time is awesome! I have their care plan that covers spay and Trupanion insurance which is direct vet pay. I know what vaccines, vet visits, blood work etc can cost. Well worth it and lovely people. Highly recommend

This Is How You Make An App. While this isn’t a review of the VCA staff themselves, they also deserve a 5 star review based on the location we’ve been to. This app is amazing. Everything is so clearly organized and easy to access. Its also very convenient being able to select which pets records we want to review. Even the care tips were able to provide relevant information. When we had questions not already answered by the care tips or their records, the chat with a vet feature was a quick way to find an answer. That worked out way better than I anticipated. We are definitely glad we chose VCA based on their service alone, and this app is the icing on the cake.

Good app and great vet for your fur baby. The app is good works very well and tech support responds quickly and is very knowledgeable. The VCA Stoney creek people are the rock stars of the pet world in my opinion. They are caring and genuine in caring for your loved one and you. They know it’s stressful dealing with a sick companion and they do try and put you at ease. There is no one better or an app that is better to aid in your care of your fur baby. Love everything to do with VCA Stoney Creek and the app. Thank You all of you.

Hip surgery. I wouldn’t have had it any other way, the staff is amazing not only do they make sure your pet is well cared for and and treated like one of their but they also make sure the owner is comfortable and at easy with what ever your pet is going through they also are very supportive and friendly

Missing Rx renewal. App works fine with reminders &tc. but when I tried to renew my cat’s prescription diet, the app offers no way to do it other than calling your vet, who is on file with them. When you hit the “buy online” button it simply takes you to the app’s home page with no further links to food. They very kindly explained at my vet’s office that you need to go on your browser, not the app, to the Vetsource web page to reorder. The app’s makers may want to rectify this.

Good App. Easy to use convenient

Glitchy. Super glitchy. The pet care guide tab never works and I get red app notifications that I can’t get rid of. Super annoying.

I love my VCA animal hospital. I love my VCA animal hospital. Included with VCA they have this amazing app that tells you all of your appointments, it has all your animal’s medical records, invoice records, tips for different times of your pets lives, articles, and so much more! I really love this app and I love VCA so much!

Won’t Update. Can’t adjust the medications my dog is on for reminders, or delete old ones. Tried to give feed back in the app, that option doesn’t work either

Cannot find my Vet Clinic. The app cannot find my vet clinic, then when I choose one that’s close to me it says “can’t find your info, call your hospital for assistance”.. honestly, what’s the point of this app if I have to call my vet anyways? dumb.

Not working. Can’t access the app, multiple reboots, even tried to make another account. Deleted and reloaded the app... nothing works.

Medication frequency. You should put a 3 month option for medication as bravecto is administered every 12 weeks.

Great app. On other reviews look like people had issues with creating an account or finding there clinic. I just signed up today (Nov 2nd, 2020) and everything worked perfect. What a great app.

App needs fixing. Able to download app but unable to create an account. Info put in and than not able to put complete address as it’s asking and than it goes to a white screen after pressing next. App needs fixing. Talked with receptionist at all west and hopefully can figure something out.

Chat is best feature. Chat has been very useful. Hate the current graphic that shows when opened.

Great app for your furry friend. This app has been very well developed. It’s great to have access to your pets health records and the chat feature is awesome. Nicely done!!

Great app!. Great support when I have questions about the app. Extremely useful for tracking meds and dosage times for multiple pets. No problems changing dosages and times. Easy to use interface.

Functional. As a Canadian i am disappointed that we’re not included on the Ap icon.

Can’t sign up so can’t rate. Why are only some Canadian VCA Hospitals on this app? I downloaded it but my Hospital isn’t listed. Do VCA Hospitals in Canada have to ask to be added? I go to a VCA Hospital in Ottawa,Ontario,Canada but it’s not listed in your App

Waste of time. If you don’t list Canadian hospitals, don’t send spam to Canadian customers telling them to download the app. Looks like typical USA navel gazing behaviour from a US based app developer.

My regular clinic does not show up in search.. My regular VCA clinic doesn’t come up in the search I called them to double check and they said it should be there. This looks like a great app and I will re-review once I can use it.

Can’t create an account. Downloaded the app but when I try to create an account using my email it spins and nothing happens. Need to fix this bug.

Slow or does not work. Just installed the app on my Apple smartphone and no matter what I choose it keeps on trying to load and eventually I get a message saying having trouble loading your information. Try some of the other options and the same thing. That said for now the app is useless to me.

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t let you create account

Helpful, but glitchy. I got the app wanting to access my cat’s records easily, but the app itself I find is quite glitchy? I can’t put in a profile photo for my cat because it won’t let me edit and crop the photo, so the photo is always the corner of a photo?? I am also finding it difficult to maneuver through the life stages section—my cat is 1 year old, but it won’t let me scroll over to the 1 year old section, it merely returns me back to the 0 to 2 week kitten stage. Not sure if this is a normal thing, but it should probably be looked at :)

Very little benefit for me. I don’t know what the deal is, maybe because I don’t have on of those care plans, but the app is really only good for appointment reminders for me. I can’t make an appointment even though it looks like I should be able too and it runs INCREDIBLY slow. I just typed up a visit review on it and watched my entire response delayed by about 5 seconds from when I typed it in.

VCA. I absolutely love this place and everyone there. I've had 3 dogs and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are kind, compassionate and very professional. They go beyond caring and taking great care of all the animals. Thank you all for everything. ❤️

A Pain Already. In trying to create an account, it asked for the “missing portion of your street address”. I provided that. Then it wanted me to “choose your pet’s name from the list”. I clicked “None of these are my pet’s name”. Then it locked my account because “some of the information you entered is incorrect”. Um... Excuse me, but no, the information is NOT incorrect. And I cannot get back in to see what the hell is going on because the damned thing thinks I lied or something. I’m dumping this app. Much easier just to call my local VCA Vet.

Happy to have this app!. I love that this app exists and you are able to quickly access info for your pet. I am not sure if I missed it, but a badge or verification of your pet's shots and such would be nice and handy to have. For example, when you visit a groomer or daycare, they ask for proof of vaccinations. Excited to see this app evolve moving forward!

Great App. I love this app! It updates I for quickly. Easy to use. I get appt reminders and can track my pet’s visits. Also love the ability to chat with a vet. I’ve used it twice already. You can even send pictures. Very reassuring to be able to ask a vet a question 24/7.

Professional and Expert Vetinary Practice. The Doctors and Staff at VCA Willow Mill Animal Hospital are the best and most caring. They are highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous and treat their patients with love and care. My Frenchie Booboo receives such professional care and love and is a healthy doggie thanks to the Doctors and Staff. Booboo loves the treats they give her!!!!

Best care for Dexter. Once again the team at VCA Whispering Pines has provided my fella with the absolute best care. He loves everyone at the hospital and can’t wait to come back to see them again soon.

Future function: sending videos through the app. I love the app, but I’m hoping to add additional function. I’m hoping that I may send videos through the app. It will be easier to communicate with the vet.

Great Pet Care App. I find this version of the app incredibly useful as the owner of two pets. The user interface, the ease of navigation, and the ability to make appointments and see what’s going on long term with my guys vaccination schedule are incredibly valuable. I highly recommend this app to other VCA customers.

Very convenient. I like that I can look at my dogs’ info whenever I want. I also like that I can see the treatment plan and estimate and sign off easily. I also love the advice and articles for each dog based on his age. Great app.

Very user friendly!. This app is very easy to set up and navigate. I have access to all of my pets information so I can easily tell what they are due for. There is also a feature to chat with a veterinarian 24/7 which is VERY useful!

Access to online store. I love this app! My favorite feature is in using the app to access the online pharmacy and pet food that is special for my pet. I can see all medications that my pet is prescribed! I really love that I can make a appointment or see when my pets vaccines are due all with this app. Super easy to use!

User friendly!!!. I love this app- super easy to navigate through and well laid out. The vaccine update alerts are nice- so booking appointments is convenient and everything is in one place (medical history/bills/vaccines/appointments).

Functional. I love the app. It’s simple. It keeps track of my fur babies information. BUT!! I think the medication reminders could stand to use an upgrade. It gives you the option to dismiss, given or edit. Edit has no function except to edit overall medication.

Great for VCA customers. This is a great way to have your pets vaccine history with you at all times. If your traveling then you have access to everything you need and even 24/7 access to text with a veterinarian if you are a Care Club member! Highly recommend for all VCA clients!!

Love this app!. I have 3 dogs and I love the convenience of having all of their information in one place and easily accessible. My groomer can see all their vaccines easily and I also love the reminders as to when to give heart worm prevention etc.

Great Customer Service. I had an issue with the app not opening. After receiving my notification, they not only fixed it but emailed back to make sure the app was working. Thank you for your quick resolution and follow-up.

Bugs are problematic. This app is awesome, except for when it’s not. With the previous update, the “send an image” feature was not functional, so when chatting with a vet, I couldn’t send pictures of what I was talking about. Currently, after entering my info on the login screen, the app locks up and won’t function, so I can’t make appointments easily. In theory, this app is amazing, but the bugs are a real bummer.

Almost great.. When a notification pops up on the app icon (red box with a number) I go to the app…and nothing. When I scroll through every category there is nothing about a notification. Why have a notification when I can’t find what it’s notifying me of?

Compassionate care. I recently lost a beloved cat and the kindness by the staff and vet was wonderful at a much needed time for me. My only slight complaint was in the difficulty in getting her in sooner (had to wait 3 weeks) and additional appointments for treatment.

Very easy to register and start using. It was very easy to register and start using the MyVCA app immediately. As soon as I registered, I saw existing appointments and reminders for my dog and was able to access general care information for my dog, based on his age.

No option for emailing hospital. Ok, you charge extra for chat option. But the app should allow email for clerical purposes. I keep getting notes from insurance that claims submitted don’t have a proper Diagnosis included, and I’ve made two phone calls already. I should be able to email that sort of thing.

Booking appt should show next avail for any doctor. Instead of having to choose each doctor and see appt, it should show all at once and let me choose. The font is white so I can’t see what I’m typing. Don’t know if you can see it.

Love VCA hospitals and the app!. The myVCA app makes for the most convenient vet experience. VCA in general, with its many locations, as always been so amazing and so convenient for my family. The myVCA support team is also extremely helpful if you are ever experiencing any trouble with the app. I highly recommend the hospital AND the app!

Such great care!!. From the staff who great you, to the techs who do the intake to Dr. Merrill….you can’t beat the care and treatment you get here!! They know your animal, you, and what it is like when our animals are sick or hurting!! Thank you for the great care you give to our animals!!

Great functionality but occasionally buggy. Updated Review: This App works well once you get into it, but it does get buggy, i.e., it will sometimes in will just have a slow response time. The other day I needed to change my password. When you do so, it will email you a passcode which you have to enter into that field and then enter your new password. This took me four attempts since I never got the passcode email the first three attempts. After that was set though, everything now seems to be running smoother than when I first got the App.

Inconvenient. Super inconvenient that you can’t make a payment on the app. I’ve never had to call anywhere to make a payment until this app. No one answers the phones. My dog has an appointment today and I need to make my payment but no one is answering the phone. There would be absolutely no issue if paying on the app was possible. I don’t understand why we aren’t given that option.

Great app!. Great app! So easy to use. Love that all my veterinary needs are in the palm of my hand. I can see any upcoming appointments and chat with my vet if I have any questions. Everything I need is right here in the app, from making appointments to purchasing food and flea and tick prevention.

Vaccine records. I needed to get my dogs vaccine records so I thought I could go to the APP to retrieve them, which I believe I have done in the past, but nothing happens when I click on it. Not sure if there is a glitch but it would be so helpful to have this ability instead of having to call the vet.

Pet friendly Veterinarian services. I absolutely love the staff and the Doctors. Everyone is so concerned and attentive. They make me feel great about the experience each time I go to them. Thank you very much for your professional service.

Can’t sign in. I’m having like 3 different issues. I can’t sign in on the app. I can sign in online via desktop. The only problem is I can’t switch VCA hospital locations via the desktop website. I usually switch them on the app. It’s the same login, for both VCA hospitals. I never had a problem. I’d just switch them through the app. On the website it always take me to the hospital I last left it on via the app. The issue is I’m trying to reorder my dogs prescription diet, but my dog goes to a different VCA hospital than the one it’s keeping me stuck on. I also tried to reset my password on the app and the link in the email is broken and doesn’t work. I’m just going to order from chewy instead of VCA I guess.

Easy to use and helpful!. It is great to be able to schedule a visit with the veterinarian right from your phone! Even late at night or on the weekends. I love the medication reminder application. So easy to remember my pets monthly flea and tick and heart worm medication. And I can even re-order them online! Fabulous!! 💜

Slow response and poor refresh rate. The app is very very very slow. Its 2023! When you acknowledge something like a dose reminder it refreshes the entire page or may be entire app and thats frustrating. Why???

Can’t get detailed records. While this app does allow the user to print out vaccine status, other records are not accessible. The old app allowed the owner to see test results and other useful info. I feel like this app is more focused on selling and less so on having pet medical info at our fingertips.

Not accommodating for sick pets. The vet services at this location are terrible!! There is NO help for pets to be seen when they “suddenly ” take ill. No one knows when they will be sock- that’s why we go to the doctor- including pets. Instead, they offer an appointment for a future date that’s 4 weeks from the date of your pets illness. This has happened to us at least twice already. Just AWFUL “care”

I like it. Would love it if…. I find this app very helpful. I’d love to see a version formatted for an iPad though. I hope it will be considered as it’s much more convenient to review records and articles made available on a larger screen.

Easy to use. This app is easy to use. I love that I can check my dog’s medication and shot records. It is easy to schedule appointments without calling the vet. You can see your invoices in the app which is a very nice feature. Lots of functionality!

3 stars. Most everything is great about this app. Makes dealing with your pets vets very easy and convenient- except for booking appointments. I really wish you could book with this app. If it’s something other than a “tech visit” it tells you that you have to call.

Wonder app. Honestly this app is so above my expectations for a vet app! Easy booking, management of my pets, online record that’s easy to access. Notification when pets are due for shots, check ups. Really wonderful user experience

Prissy’s Care. Excellent care from her primary physician- Dr. Floyd and on- call physician Dr. Roger. Dr. Floyd has been our primary care physician for years and always provides excellent care. He takes the time to explain and listens to your concerns.

👍👍. This app is very easy to use and layout is eye friendly. Easy to navigate through multiple pets, make appointments and set reminders. Nice little file of my pets records on my phone. The only thing I wish is that you could link multiple hospitals.

Better than human healthcare apps!. Wow! So many great features. 24/7 free live chat with a veterinary nurse! I also signed my pet’s treatment plan right in the app during my appointment, paid in-app and skipped the front desk checkout! So easy and fast. I wish my human doctor had an app this good. We’ll done!

Pet insurance. More common to have pet health insurance nowadays and VCA needs to add other services for it other than what y’all have for care club. I’m willing to add new insurance for my pets and I hate to go somewhere else just to use it. Insurance pays for parts that Care club doesn’t.

Terrible for scheduling an appointment for a problem. When your pet has a problem and needs to be seen today or tomorrow the app always puts you out 2-4 weeks. How is this helpful? This is the only major problem I have with the app.

Pet patients for 16 years; really like the App. I have been taking all my pets to VCA in Rancho Bernardo for 16 years. The App has made appointments and prescriptions so convenient. The App has improved quite a bit since it was first rolled out.

This app changes the game. I just booked an appointment in minutes and was amazed at how simple and easy the process was. I love having all of my vet information in one place anytime I need.

Very helpful. I love being able to see what shots/appointments i need to schedule for my dog. If you have care club it tells you what shots/appointments you have available for it to cover

Super useful!. I can get everything I need for my dog’s healthcare right from the app- his vaccines, all of my contact information and the online pharmacy and store. I am always just a couple taps away from everything in need for him! Thank you VCA!
